Abstract (sommario):
Owing to her focus on the gendered norms of propriety, Jane Austen tends to be identied as a novelist of convention rather than of modernity. In this essay, however, I argue for a more uid reading of Austen's gender politics as well as the modernity of her work, by examining the understanding of judgment that she articulates in her rst published novel, Sense and Sensibility (1811). I place this novel in the context of an extensive discourse of critical judgment, which ows from the Enlightenment to such theorists of the public sphere in the twentieth century as Hannah Arendt and Seyla Benhabib. In keeping with this tradition, Austen identies judgment to be profoundly intersubjective and, as such, compatible with those social norms that cultivate mutual recognition and dialogue. Unlike political theorists like Arendt, however, who restrict the use of judgment to the public sphere, Austen identies the domestic sphere to be a crucial venue for exercising this faculty. In Sense and Sensibility the domestic sphere becomes an important part of "the social," understood by Austen as the venue of intersubjective relations in addition to norms and conventions. Her reinscription, in particular, of the drawing room as a conversational space in which intersubjective agreement can be generated opens up a reading of her work as friendly to a central insight of feminist public-sphere theory-the idea that the dualism of public and private spheres withholds value from participation in public spaces that are not recognizably political spaces but that bear on the achievement of progressive political goals.

Abstract (sommario):
The possibility of identi cation and authentication of cow’s milk powder by the method of chemical colorimetry of the samples’ own uorescence using a smartphone camera and chemometric analysis is shown. A fundamental test device for direct colorimetric analysis of powdered milk is proposed, excluding the stage of sample preparation. Fluorescence excitation was carried out with a portable source of monochromatic UV radiation (λ = 365 nm). Colorimetric parameters of powdered milk uorescence in RGB space were recorded using a smartphone camera. We used chemometric processing of the calculated analytical signal, which made it possible to reduce the analysis time and visualize the study data. The evaluation of the data array of uorescence colorimetric parameters (RGB) was carried out by principal component analysis (PCA) and hierarchical clustering analysis (HCA) using the XLSTAT software.

Abstract (sommario):
Across Mumbai, millions of people, with insufficient capital to purchase or rent property at market rates, occupy space in the most economical ways possible. In the process of optimizing the li le space they have they often mix and merge living and working functions. We refer to this typology as the 'tool-house'. While similar live–work conditions have been identi fied under various avatars all over the world, we look at its particularities in the context of Mumbai and show how its emergence is both context induced and context generating. Entire neighbourhoods, such as Dharavi in the heart of Mumbai are shaped by the presence of tiny tool-houses which, taken together, represent a fantastic productive network. We argue that tool-houses should be recognized as legitimate urban forms, not just in Mumbai but everywhere. In this paper, we show how tool-houses (and more generally live–work structures) have been essential building blocks of urban economies in various moments and times and, along with focusing on Dharavi in Mumbai, we also describe the speci fic case of postwar Tokyo.

Abstract (sommario):
Chronologically, S.D. Krzyzhanovsky’s work coincides with the time of the heyday of Russian modernism. The cultural and aesthetic heritage of the “Silver Age” had a significant influence on the formation of the writer’s artistic views. Krzyzhanovsky is in many ways a follower of the traditions of the Symbolists poets. From them, he borrows the idea of myth making. In his works, the author of “Tales for Prodigies” reinterprets traditional mythological subjects and images. The Ancient Greek myths, the Bible, fairy tales of “A Thousand and One Night” and other literary sources can be identi-fied as intertextual pretexts. By using them, he creates his own individual mythology. And for more than twenty years, the main scientific work related to the study of Krzyzhanovsky’s prose is the work of V. Toporov “Minus”-Space of Sigismund Krzyzhanovsky. The Toporov’s article explains the occur-rence of the “minus”-space in the artistic world of the writer. This problem has always remained out-side the scope of scientific research, both in Russian and foreign literature. Addressing this problem is explained by the need to reach a new conceptual level of research, implying the presence of other scientific perspectives and directions.

Abstract (sommario):
Active and open identi cation with animals and the creation of anthropomorphic (or zoomorphic) fursonas have become infamous on the internet, yet published research on the subculture is lacking. This ethnographic study explores this under-examined subculture by considering how individuals who identify as LGBT+ and as furry nd and experience community online in ways that contribute to feelings of belonging, inclusion, and overall well-being. Through a series of semi-structured interviews, it was found that participating LGBT+ furries experienced an increase in self-reported emotional well-being when allowed to engage with online furry fandom. Given that furry identity is inherently non-normative, the fandom becomes an accepting space for other non-normative identities, like LGBT+ identities. By creating accepting online communities, those without access to supportive communities in their o -line lives can learn about and explore non-normative identity without judgement. These spaces may allow for the accumulation of multiple non-normative identities, all of which are in relative harmony within online furry fandom, which serves as a “catch-all” identity. Existing within this space had positive a ects on the well-being of the participants.

Abstract (sommario):
Christian churches in India with their growing access to digital technology have brought along promises to im-prove the interface between religion and society. This study looks at the Assemblies of God Fellowship (AGF), a popular youth church in Ahmedabad, Gujarat which has utilised the digital space to create an experience of engaging with the spiritual. This study contributes to-wards an ethnographically researched narrative of the church and its role in the domain of digital tourism, the manner in which religious authority negotiates the influx of the Internet. The research focusses on ways in which online communications shape religious meanings, identi-ties, expressions of religiosity, and contemporary notions of tourism. AGF‘s inclusion of the online in its day-to-day faith practices along with its establishment of new units such as the ‗media team‘ has led to the emergence of a media-savvy leadership.

Abstract (sommario):
The paper is devoted to the philosophical under-standing of digital identity as a phenomenon of in-formation modernity. It is substantiated that the existence of a modern person is constituted in the real and virtual worlds, which contributes to the transformation of traditional anthropological attrib-utes and the introduction of a digital component into it. It is stated that in the virtual space, identifica-tion is carried out through virtual communication with network communities. It is concluded that the result of adaptation to life in hybrid reality is the formation of a virtual personality as a carrier of digi-tal attributes: а digital image, а digital profile, and a digital identity as an awareness of oneself as an integral part of information reality. Through the “re-al-virtual” dichotomy, the definition of digital identi-ty is formulated as the unity of “I-virtual” and “I-real”, the aggregate perception and experience of oneself in indissoluble unity with the real and virtual worlds.

Abstract (sommario):
The aim of the paper is to identify the peculiarities of the content of definitions of the categories “gender identi-ty” and “gender mentality”. It is revealed that the first of them corresponds to a greater extent to the thematized socio-cultural reality. This concept is more developed in modern science, while the concept of “gender mentali-ty” is a relatively new and not yet sufficiently developed concept in scientific terms, therefore, in modern litera-ture one can rarely find studies that analyze this concept. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to take into account the differences in the depth of conceptualization of the terms “gender mentality” and “gen-der identity”. Currently, there is a transformation of gender mentality, which leads to an inversion of masculine and feminine strategies of human behavior. Gender identity depends on a person’s ability to understand him-self, realize his position in the sociocultural space and effectively adapt to society.

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The article describes the sensitivity, speci city and accuracy of ultrasound diagnostics of the early stages of of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) osteoarthritis (OA). The study involved 16 patients with TMJ OA (1 man, 15 women; median age – 56,1±3, and 57 years) and 12 volunteers with normal TMJ (3 men, 9 women; median age – 25,4±2,7 years). Clinical, radiographic, and ultrasonic examination of the TMJ was conducted. The echogram detected thickening of the joint capsule to accompany the TMJ. The width of the front, middle and rear parts of the joint gap was narrower than in the comparison group. The width of the capsule-cervical space in the TMJ patients ranged from 0.5 to 4 mm. In 18.8% of patients with the TMJ capsule width-cervical space was more than 1.9 mm, which is an indirect sign of synovitis. In the descriptions of linear tomograms (TMG) and echogram in patients with TMJ OA were identi ed: subchondral sclerosis, of the joint space narrowing, attening of the limited mobility of the lower jaw head, marginal osteophytes, small subchondral cysts, effusion. The linear tomograms TMJ diagnostic accuracy is 79,2%. The Ultrasonic diagnostics is informative during at the early stages of the TMJ, the diagnostic accuracy was being 59%. TMG and ultrasonic diagnostics of the AO TMJ are not the alternative methods of research. When diagnosing the of early stages of TMJ OA, and determining secondary synovitis priority should be given to the ultrasound. </span></p>

Abstract (sommario):
The article discusses the results of the empirical research into the psychological features of individuals prone to cyber victimization. As a theoretical basis, this paper uses the analysis of the findings of the studies conducted by the Russian as well as foreign researchers, that indicate presence of the specific traits among victims of cyber crime. The focus group that took part in the research includes 78 adult users of the VK social network. The respondents who became victims of cyber scams more than twice over the past three years were identi-fied as the individuals prone to cyber victimization. The following techniques were used for the empirical data collection: Multifactorial personality questionnaire (16 PF) by R.B. Cattell, “Level of subjective control” test by V.F. Bazhin, E.A. Golynkina and A.M. Atkind and State-Trait anxiety inventory by C. Spielberger (adapted by Y. Khanin). The results of the conducted research show that one's tendency towards cyber victimization can be explained by the presence of certain specific emotional and interpersonal traits. The findings of this study could be used as major targets for designing preventive programs against crimes in cyber space.

Abstract (sommario):
For the first time, the textual features of two shamanic texts dedicated to the deities of the Upper World are considered. The purpose of the work was to compare these works and identi-fy common syntagmatic (compositional, stylistic) and semantic (characters, sacred chronotope) elements. The main research method is the structural-semiotic method, which allows considering these cultural texts as signs. Despite the fact that these texts differ greatly in their volume and poetic language, they have common elements. Different shamans performed these texts and at different times with the communicative aim to obtain the blessing of the light dei-ties, the souls for the birth of children. Common elements are observed both in semantics (in the organization of sacred space, in the time of rituals, in the system of characters) and in syntagmatics and style. The addressees of the rituals were deities and spirits, and the acting characters were people. The names of the deities of the Upper World embodied the personifi-cation of the sky and natural phenomena, characteristic of archaic mythologies. The syntag-matic structure of the texts is characterized by certain stability of the poetic structure of the texts, supported by repeated episodes of the shamanic rite, common places, and poetic formu-las. The presence of formulas indicates a common poetic shamanic tradition of the Altaians and the Teleuts.

Abstract (sommario):
Background. [e introductory article of the thematic issue examines main prospects for changes in the world of professions, as well as the main trends in a working person’s development. Objective. It is shown that the speci\city of modern work is associated with the deployment of innovation processes, and the emergence of new “employee-organization” relationship. Results.[e “employee-organization” convergence of interests leads to the increase in work autonomy, and determines changes in “psychological contracts” — the role of responsibility and mutual support is enhancing. [e article identi\es the key factors that increase the importance of self-regulation processes, contributing to work performance and professional success in dynamic organizational environment. Rapid digitalization processes are indicated as one of the main trends in modern work, providing apparent advantage during the forced transition of various work spheres into the information space. Developed self-regulation leads to successful adaptation under tensed work conditions. Conclusion. It is emphasized that new challenges are bound to bring adjustments to the goals and methods of work psychology, though without changing its role and purpose, which consists in studying the processes of development and functioning of a modern person in a professional environment. Finally, the results of studies, presented in the thematic issue, are summarized as four clusters of acute research issues in work domain.

Abstract (sommario):
The article explores the potential and demonstrates the effectiveness of using some models and methods of ontological data analysis in the problem of structural analysis and synthesis of technical decisions. Morphological analysis and synthesis of layout diagrams of artifacts are considered as a working methodology for structural design. A set-theoretic model of the morphological decision space is constructed for the classical version of the methodology. The model in-cludes the functional subsystems of the designed artifact, implementation options for these subsystems, and potential technical decisions themselves. Moreover, in contrast to existing versions of such formalization, the emphasis is on the description of binary relationships between the entities of the knowledge domain of morphological analysis. It is pro-posed to describe the incompatibility of implementation options for a single functional subsystem of a designed arti-fact and the restricted compatibility of implementation options for various functional subsystems within the frame-work of a single model, known in ontological engineering and, in particular in ontological data analysis as “existence constraints”. Analysis of one of the regularities inherent in this model made it possible to strictly substantiate the ap-proach common in structural design to describing the restricted compatibility of implementation options for various functional subsystems in the form of prohibitions. The advantages of using existence constraints to describe the mor-phological decision space are shown, and the frame of a formal ontology for the knowledge domain of morphological analysis is constructed. The structural synthesis of a technical decision is compared with the method of semantic identi-fication of an object, developed within the framework of ontological data analysis for processing incomplete and in-consistent empirical information about the results of measuring object properties. A conclusion is made about the suit-ability of the latter for solving the problem of structural synthesis when correcting the concept of a “normal” subset of properties and information about the costs and/or benefits of including each individual implementation option for the functional subsystems of the designed artifact.

Abstract (sommario):
The article examines the problems of national, civic, patriotic upbringing, which are especially relevant to the period of intensifi cation of state-building processes. Natural is appealing to the period of Ukrainian statehood in the ear-ly twentieth century, the period of forming the Kamyanets-Podilskyi National University (fi rst rector – Ivan Ohiienko) as a powerful center of citizenship of the Ukrainian people, the establishment of national consciousness, the revival of the Ukrainian language. Emphasis is placed on the insuffi cient level of eff ective-ness of national and civic upbringing, in the context informational- reproductive education. It’s substantiated the position, that projection provides practically ori-entated process, as its results are diagnosed and serve as a factor in programming each subsequent stage of development, based on the results of the previous one.The need to comprehension of the essence and mechanisms of national and civic upbringing is indicated by the model of competence education, the basis of which is determined by personality-oriented technologies. The essence of such a mechanism of national, civic education as identifi ca-tion / self-identifi cation is interpreted. It is pointed out that national, civic identi-ty is responsible for the processes of identifi cation with the relevant nation, com-munity, socio-cultural space, accepting its basic identifi ers (values, traditions, behavioral patterns). It’s also emphasized. that the absolutization or dominance of national identifi cation processes involves risks of confl ict in a multicultural environment, so ideally national identity should be transformed into national-civic, which integrates a sense of belonging not only to the nation but also to the people, state. It is argued that the eff ectiveness of the process of national-civic identifi cation of the individual will be determined by the extent to which he will acquire a tendency to move to the level of self-identifi cation. The article highlights the pedagogical requirements and conditions for the development of national and civic identity in the competence type of the education system. Particular attention is paid to ensuring constructive interdependence and coop-eration of educational systems within the educational space of each educational institution (school, college, higher education institution).

Abstract (sommario):
Introduction. The impact of globalization and convergence on the rapprochement of nations leads to an increase in the tourism role through strengthening human needs for socialization in today's information society. The underutilization of the domestic potential of the tourism industry necessitates its exploration to formulate directions for further development and growth. The purpose of the study is further development of the theoretical basis and conditions for the sustainable develop-ment of the tourism sector in the region. Results. The key issues of constant coordination and harmonization of human relations and environment are identi-fied in the context of sustainable tourism development by vectors of time and space. The alternative absence of sustainable tourism development paradigm has been proved. The concept of «sustainable development» is given. It is suggested to un-derstand the sustainable development of tourism as a development that can fully meet the needs of tourists in the present time, taking into account the interests of the tourist destination in expanding the reproduction of their own resource potential in the future. The determinants, criteria and general principles of the sustainable tourism development concept are defined. The interrelation of the criterion with the following components is justified: «availability – quality – safety» – their essence is disclosed. The role of tourism as a component of sustainable regional development is revealed. The types of sustainability that are inherent in tourism scenarios have been described. The basis of urgent problems of tourist development and recreational sphere of the region is monitored. The changes to tourism legislation developed by the Ministry of Economic Development has been considered. The re-sults of the tourist industry analysis of Ukraine by individual types are given. The low attractiveness of Ukraine as a tourist center has been proved, where the main reason is underdeveloped infrastructure, which requires considerable investment. The directions of development of individual segments of tourism are determined. The ways of brand developing of Ukraine as a tourist destination are considered. Keywords: sustainable development, tourism, tourist product, tourist industry, tourist region, tourist sphere, tourist services market.

Abstract (sommario):
In the context of the postindustrial economy, the development of the territory is increasingly associated with two keys of territorial resources of the present – culture and tourism. Tourism is a massive sociocultural and socioeconomic phenomenon and one of advanced economic sectors, yielding rather substantial incomes, which are central to the resource for social and economic deve-lopment, ensuring social stability and mutual understanding of people. In this article, the author identi-fies the essential features of tourism and its sociocultural aspects. By way of the fundamental condition of the effective tourism development and the resource of the region development, it is pointed out the assurance of its permanent, seasonally independent character, which can be achieved by attracting culture as a resource of tourist industry. Special attention should be given to the tourism as an object of state cultural politics. The study analyzed the international, federal and regional normative legal documents, which is regulated in the tourism sector. By way of argument it is enumerated the legal documents of the Republic of Crimea. The main problems and prospects are analyzed. The increasing popularity of tourism, as a factor of regional development, is closely connected with culture as an object of tourist interests and wit the key of tourist resources. The author cites the number of problems in local tourism, as one of the foundations, which are indicate the disunity of the tourist industry and the cultural sphere. To solve these problems, it is necessary to envisage the development of mechanisms and to attract extrabudgetary funds, the interac-tion of all departments and social subjects, interested in the development of culture and its usage, as well as a regional development resource, by means of involving cultural heritage objects to the tourism industry. In the conclusion it is emphasized that cultural potential of the regions is not only formed the so-ciocultural identity of the population, but also it is underlined the successful branding of territories and the formation of their positive image, which can affect their tourist attractiveness. At the same time, there is such kind of tourism that allows culture, in the highly profitable sphere, to act not only as an aesthetic resource, but also to make a profit. That is to say that active interaction of tourism and culture of the socioeconomic level of the regions has been risen. The social sustainability has been ensured due to the growth of employment and well-being of the population. The development of trade, as well as transport, construction, food and other spheres, and the development of regional infrastructure are ensued. In addition, the effective attractions of culture, as a resource of tourism, are allowed not only to develop rapidly, but also to stimulate the tourism sector itself and to broadcast the unique cultural resources of the territory in the worldwide space.

Abstract (sommario):
The administrative state has emerged as a pervasive machine that has become the dominate generator of legal rules—despite the fact that the U.S. Constitution commits the legislative power to Congress alone. When examining legislation authorizing administrative agencies to promulgate rules, we are often left asking whether Congress “dele- gates” away its lawmaking authority by giving agencies too much power and discretion to decide what rules should be promulgated and to determine how rich to make their content. If the agencies get broad authority, it is not too hard to understand why they would fulsomely embrace the grant to its fullest. Once agencies are let loose by broad grants of rulemaking authority and they are off to the races, we are also often left scratching our heads wondering why Congress fails to intervene ex post to alter the law, to check administrative agency overreach, or to clarify its intent and preferences. This Essay seeks to explain why none of the institutional dynamics we observe in adminis- trative law should be surprising, with particular emphasis on environ- mental laws and rules. It will explain why both Congress and agencies have strategic interests at stake that cause them to position their activ- ities in manners that make each complicit in expansion of the regula- tory state and the collapse of the containment walls designed to keep lawmaking inside Congress. This Essay specifically critiques Congress for its abdication of re- sponsibility in the natural resources and environmental space—a place where the problem of congressional acquiescence in the demise of its own power is particularly acute. This Essay will begin by discuss- ing the necessity of legislative clarity and intervention in these fields, but it will also contemplate why we often see neither. It will then pro- ceed to some specific examples that illustrate these points. Part II introduces fundamental ideas of separation of powers and the Framers’ design for adherence to that separation. Part III identi- fies motivations for Congress to legislate broadly and to disengage from a supervisory role over agencies, despite contrary intentions in the Framers design. Part IV discusses agencies as self-interested actors that will accept legislative-like authority if it is offered to them. Part V uses case studies on National Monuments and the Waters of the United States (“WOTUS”) Rule as demonstrative of the strategic positioning phenomenon. And, Part VI explains why environmental law is an area in which we can predict a high frequency of these problems of congressional abdication that enables administrative overreach. By revealing these realities of strategic positioning by both Con- gress and the Executive, it can be better understood why an environ- mental law generated without optimal (or even fully constitutional) engagement by Congress is increasingly developing. The goal is to ex- pose the threat these institutional interests pose to preserving the sep- aration of powers and to begin identifying the areas to target, if the current allocation of authority for generating the core requirements of environmental law is to be realigned with greater fidelity to original constitutional design.

Abstract (sommario):
The article presents the main ergonomic factors that contribute to the formation of archi- tecture. The use of ergonomic requirements in the field of architectural design is due to the prob- lems of architectural ergonomics, which are associated with the formation of an environment that allows the child to use his abilities and respond to his individual requests. Based on the studies, 4 main ergonomic factors are identified and their detailed characteristics are given. One of the most important subsystems of the social sphere of any state is nurturing, treat- ment and education of children with various types of disabilities and limitations, which determines the potential of social, economic and cultural development. In our country we are actively searching for the solutions that allow flexible use of the building, taking into account emerging changes in the forms and methods of rehabilitation and training. The solution of this problem is to create open internal, transformed space for children’s rehabilitation centers. In fact the features and specifics of the rehabilitation is a research institution in which there is a research part and it carries out the work in each individual situation, and in the activity of the specialist as a whole, and without focusing on this aspect, this work becomes a simple formality. The application of ergonomic requirements in the field of environmental architectural de- sign highlights the problems of architectural ergonomics, associated with the formation of our im- mediate surrounding, in accordance with individual requests of the person, taking into account the facilitation of the fulfillment of human life functions. Against this background, it is necessary to be very responsive to creating of the architectural environment for children with disabilities. Ergo- nomic factors are the most important forming factors for particular architecture that will affect the treatment and rehabilitation of such children. Thus, the ergonomic factors, that affect the formation of rehabilitation centers for the chil- dren with disabilities, can be divided into 4 groups: • spatial and anthropometric requirements (dimension and size of the equipment and furniture, geometric parameters of space, spatial human behavior, human anthropomet- ric characteristics); • determination of number of storeys; • barrier-free architecture; • psycho-physiological environment. Correcting the architectural environment would reduce the problem of children with disa- bilities. It should be noted that equipping the environment with stationary supporting devices does not solve the problem of physical defect compensation. The environment ―obstacles‖ for such children are: long way, difficult route, irrational movement, interaction with furniture, etc. According to the research, the children and the teachers are forced to walk up to a 40-floor height every day. Of course, this has a negative effect on children’s health. It is established that as a result of 5-floor rising, the pulse rate and blood pressure indicators change significantly, and the recovery occurs only in 10-20 minutes. Most of the existing centers are located in four-, five-storey buildings. Although the hy- gienists in special children’s rehabilitation centers have not performed similar studies, it is correct to assume that the negative impact of these factors on them will increase taking into account the peculiarities of physical growth and development of children with disabilities. The issue of identi- fying the optimum number of stories in a building is closely connected with the organization of connection between the classrooms and the school site. When organizing the environment during the design it is necessary to foresee and ensure: the shortest accessibility to the rooms, actively used by the children; reduction of movement routes, exclusion of difficult routes; obstacle clearing on the path; the use of specially designed furniture, effective trauma protection of the children. It should be noted that the use of such elements as paintings, reproductions, photos, music, color, can significantly improve the mental health of patients and affect the working efficiency of the staff. However, when choosing colors for walls, doors, furniture, for the purpose of special marking, it is necessary to take into account the difficulties in their discrimination for many peo- ple, in particular, for elderly patients, patients with mental disorders and those who have color dis- crimination [6, p. 14]. Medical equipment, that is easy to transform and takes into account the different levels of users’ mobility, will help to create comfortable, safe conditions and lighten the work of the staff. For example, a height-adjustable specialist seating is accessible for the children with muscle- skeleton disorder and, at the same time, reduces staff efforts. Creating barrier-free architecture is one of the topical problems in building an accessible architectural environment for children with disabilities. This factor should take into account the needs of those children who require specific conditions, who have trouble in self-care and mobility. The first and most important requirement for creating a barrier-free environment is the concept of ―universal design‖. The second most important requirement is acting according to a continuity principle of the barrier-free architectural environment. No barriers, the elements, that make impossible or signifi-cantly complicated movement and self-care, should be encountered in all the spheres of human activity, and first of all in the path of movement. It is especially important to follow the continuity principle in the areas where the child is most often. State building codes and design guides help the architects and designers make space for the children with disabilities as accessible, comfortable, and understandable as possible. Nowadays, universal design in our country is at the level of development, but this is the first steps towards improving the architectural environment for children with disabilities.

Abstract (sommario):
With the evolution of electricity market transformation, there is arenewed interest in distributed generation (DG)—that has a promisingrole for mitigating technical, regulatory, and environmental constraintsin the electricity sector. These bene fits are further enhanced with theability of such DG in heat recovery applications in which the waste heatis used to produce hot water, heat building space, drive absorption cool-ing, and supply other thermal energy needs in a commercial buildingor industrial process. This article identi fies the ef ficiency gain and otherenvironmental and economical bene fits of using fossil fuel based DGunder combined heat and power (CHP) application. Based on emissionfactors and operational performance of existing commercially availableDG under both separate heat and power (SHP) and CHP applications, economic and environmental performance of such DG is analyzed andcompared under different loading conditions characterized by differentheat to power (HPR) ratios

Abstract (sommario):
Background And Aims: Epidural anaesthesia is widely performed using a landmark-guided midline approach. The indistinct or distorted landmark is associated with obesity, previous spinal surgeries, deformities, or degenerative changes due to ageing. In the present study, we compared the efcacy of real-time ultrasound (RUS)-guided paramedian approach, and pre-procedure ultrasound (PUS) landmark-guided paramedian approach in obese patients. Methods: Sixty patients with body mass index (BMI) >30 kg/m2 were included in the study. The participants were randomly assigned to two groups : PUS and RUS group . The primary end point was to attain a successful placement of epidural catheter. Variables like the number of attempts, the number of passes, the time taken for identifying epidural space(s), and time taken for successful epidural catheter placement(s) were secondary end points and were recorded in both the groups. Results: The median number of attempts were 4 (IQR 2-4) and 2 (IQR 1-2), respectively, in the PUS and RUS group (P-value < 0.001). The median number of passes, the median time for identifying space, and the time for successful epidural catheter placement was statistically signicantly less in the RUS group, than the PUS group. Conclusion:The time taken for the identication of the space, the number of attempts, number of passes, and the time taken for successful epidural catheter placement was more in the PUS group as compared to the RUS group.

Abstract (sommario):
Dental Anthropology is a scientic discipline, which deals with studies of sexual dimorphism, paleodemography, oral evolutionary trends, paleodiet, biodistance and paleopathology through the analysis & comparison of the dentition of extinct and modern human populations by the study of Non-metric morphological variations (dental morphological features) and metric morphological trends of the dentition of human populations over time (prehistoric and modern) and space impact (ie.ethnic inuences) on them along-with their relation to the processes of adaptation and diet changes that contributed to the evolution of the current dental system and thereby the human race.(1,3,5) Teeth exhibit a wide array of variables, ranging from those largely controlled by genes to those largely dictated by environment. Anthropological questions focusing on teeth therefore, include issues of population origins and population relationships using information on (tooth morphology, size, number), diet and behavior (attrition, crown chipping, tooth-tool use), health (caries, abscesses, periodontal disease, calculus), and developmental stress (hypoplasia, asymmetry).Traits showing a wider distribution and higher frequency suggest a more ancient origin. (7) Apart from classical methods in this eld, many innovative techniques such as extraction of ancient DNA (aDNA), trace element and stable isotope analyses methods are used . Also, the analysis of development of microwear and confocal analyses of occlusal surfaces of teeth is done for documenting tooth use and masticatory function. Dental anthropologists and forensic odontologists can thus, together decipher problems associated with craniofacial identication & can also collaborate in museum model reconstructions out of skull bones for Forensic Facial Approximation.

Abstract (sommario):
The Internet is an indisputable factor in the development of society, children and teenagers in particular. It becomes our daily companion, some are so immersed in the World Wide Web that they lose their sense of reality. Young people, especially teenagers, are the most impressionable audience, so it is important to know and evaluate the content they are viewing. The article examines surveys from which it is possible to analyze the behaviour of children and adolescents in the Ukrainian-speaking segment of the Internet during the last 20 years. Unfortunately, few such studies were conducted, though they did not provide any answers to the questions about the correspondence between the needs and interests of schoolchildren and the reality of the functioning of electronic children’s content. However, by comparing the existing data, it is possible to form an idea about the activity of children and adolescents in the information space, to identify trends. The authors analyzed the research conducted in Ukraine from 2002 to 2022. It was established that computer use and access to the Internet grew rapidly, and in 2014 already 62-73% of children and adolescents played Internet games and accessed social networks daily. !e 2018 survey showed that all teenagers use or have used the Internet before "nishing school. The age when children begin to use the Internet has also decreased. Since the Internet plays a signi"cant role in the lives of children and adolescents, we have identi"ed and recorded the use of all social functions of the content: informational, communicative, recreational, cultural and educational. We can say that young people actively use all the opportunities provided by the worldwide network and prefer electronic media content

Abstract (sommario):
In hermeneutics, to understand and then to interpret a narrative text implies identifying its markers of ambiguity—its riddles and enigmas—which are interconnected like a cobweb. In this article, the researcher develops a literary hermeneutic model for interpreting any literary narrative text, based on the conceptual arsenal of literary hermeneutics and narratology. The model is called ‘divinatory’, since it is inspired by Friedrich Schleiermacher’s idea for ‘divinatory hermeneutics’ and Roland Barthes’ ‘hermeneutic code’, and it is applied on a very enigmatic short story by Julio Cortázar. The theoretical premise of the article also argues for the benefits of studying the complex systems of literary identities in literary texts and of re-establishing hermeneutics of literature as a ‘hermeneutics of literary identities’. Due to its unique ambiguity, Cortázar’s famous short story “Las babas del diablo” has numerous interpretations and too many title translations: after Michelangelo Antonioni’s movie, it is known as “Blow-Up” in English, but also “The Devil’s Drool”, “The Devil’s Cobweb”, “The Cobweb/Kiss of St. Michael’s Summer”, and “The Thread of the Virgin” in other languages. Therefore, its unriddling divinatory interpretation provides an excellent initial interpretative model for any fictional narrative text. By analyzing the hermeneutically encoded aspects of its main narrative factors—the story and its discourse, narrator/s and focalization, narrative time and space, as well as intertextual connections—this interpretation finds that the short story’s search for the identities of its subjects and events is, in fact, a search for the hermeneutic identity of meaning. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Publication history note: This is the first publication of this essay in its English translation. This translated version has also been significantly updated and modified. Its first introductory theoretical parts are shortened to half their original length. All parts of the model-defining thesis and the structural composition in the main body of the text remain the same, but the application parts are extended, updated, and modified to match and elaborate on the English translation of the analyzed short story, which greatly differs from the previously analyzed Macedonian one. The reference list is updated accordingly. The previous version of the essay has been published only in Macedonian: firstly, in Kjulavkova, K. Abstract (sommario):
Objective: This systematic review was executed with the aim of evaluating whether minimally invasive access preparations increase the fracture strength of endodontically treated mandibular molars in comparison to traditional endodontic access cavity preparations. A Methodology: comprehensive search of electronic databases namely, Google scholar, Web of Science, Scopus, Cochrane Library, Wiley Online Library, PubMed, Science Direct and relevant online registers was carried out, using appropriate MeSH terms and text words. PICOs criteria was decided prior to the article selection process. The identication and screening process was coherent with PRISMA statement and suitable full text reports were nalised for the study. Additionally, the quality and risk of bias of selected studies were also assessed. A total of 633 articles were procured from Results: online mediums. After the screening process, six studies in accordance with inclusion criteria were nalised for this review. Discrepancies were noted in the sample size, fracture resistance test methodologies and fracture strength values of nalised studies. Out of 6, a single study was deemed as having moderate risk of bias and the rest, low risk of bias. Improvement in frac Conclusion: ture strength of endodontically treated mandibular molars with conservative access approach was not evident. Ideally, this assessment should be made via randomized clinical trials against the reference intervention.
