Während die rechtswissenschaftliche Welt durch die weitgehende Schließung der Universitäten und den Ausfall sämtlicher Tagungen derzeit innehält, besteht in der rechtspraktischen Welt große Hektik. In aller Eile müssen die erforderlichen Anpassungen der Normenwelt an das Corona-Geschehen vorgenommen werden, angefangen vom Infektionsschutzrecht über das Arbeits-,Wirtschafts-, Steuer- und Finanzrecht bis hin zum Gerichtswesen. Schon liegen mehr als zwei Dutzend Gerichtsentscheidungen vor, die sich mit Corona-bedingten Rechtsfragen beschäftigen. Es lässt sich absehen, dass eine Flut an rechtlichen Fragestellungen in den nächsten Monaten über die Juristen hereinbrechen wird, die auch rechtsdogmatische Probleme mit sich führt. Eine davon ist, wie weit der Staat die Handlungs- undWirtschaftsfreiheit des Einzelnen auf äußerst schmaler gesetzlicher Grundlage und verbunden mit einer Fülle unbestimmter Rechtsbegriffe einschränken darf. In juristischer Hinsicht trifft die Corona-Krise die deutsche Rechtswelt weitgehend unvorbereitet. Den Verfasser erinnert die Situation an den Ausbruch des Ersten Weltkrieges, als in kürzester Zeit das Friedensrecht auf Kriegsrecht umgestellt werden musste, um unter anderem die Versorgung der Bevölkerung mit lebenswichtigen Gütern sicherzustellen. Nur dass damals Deutschland in industrieller Hinsicht führend war und grundsätzlich alle erforderlichen Güter selbst herstellen konnte. Im Arzneimittelbereich galt es gar als „Apotheke derWelt“. Lediglich die Versorgung mit einigen der erforderlichen Rohstoffe war problematisch.

Abstract (sommario):
Austrian artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser today stands for a veritable example of a man as an accomplished ecological being. The merging of art, architecture, politics, and ecology into one utopian concept oriented towards the future positioned Hundertwasser not only an architectural experimenter but also as a specific visionary of ecological architecture. Throughout his lifetime, Hundertwasser opposed the so-called "mainstream" culture and materialism, which later contributed to his popularity. This popularity is certainly limited just as for those circles of social activists who believed that architecture must possess a "human figure". He was a man who, through art, knowledge of nature and its processes, created a new chapter in various fields, such as painting and design, all the way to architecture and the fight to preserve nature. This paper deals with the contribution of an unconventional artist to architecture and ecology. The introductory discussion approximates the significance of sustainable architecture, while the first part of the paper presents a brief biographical overview of Hundertwasser's character and oeuvre, as well as his understanding of life. The second part of the paper focuses on his views of the importance of ecological identity and the place of architecture in it, while the third part of the paper shows examples of the ideas of sustainable construction and their possible implementation in practice.

Am Beispiel einer Aktion von Kunststudenten, die im Rahmen der Hundertwasserausstellung in der Bremer Kunsthalle 2012 ununterbrochen–mehr als 48 Stunden lang–vor der Eröffnung der Ausstellung eine Linie gezogen hatten und die Große Galerie in eine endlose Spirale verwandelten, wird ein rezeptiver kunsttherapeutischer Ansatz vorgestellt: Ein Kunstwerk als Induktion für eine imaginative-hypnotherapeutische Übung zu nutzen. Dargestellt wird ebenso die Bedeutung des künstlerischen Gesamtkonzepts von Friedensreich Hundertwasser, dessen Werk ebenso kunsttherapeutische und kunstpsychologische Aspekte beinhaltet.

Friedensreich Hundertwasser is one of the participants in the process of transforming the original modernist postulates into a more flexible, humane and open system of rational architectural thinking. His objects, including architectural ones, look like a challenge to rationalism, show a new form of creativity in which the ecological (natural) aspect is a priority. At the present stage, architectural solutions aimed at improving the environmental friendliness of residential complexes are of key importance for the formation of the concept of sustainable urban development. Thus, the analysis of the works of F. Hundertwasser, will contribute to the transformation of the applied methods of designing residential structures.

The article presents the main provisions of the philosophy and theory of plant integration into the architecture of the Friedensreich Hundertwasser building: forest, grass, meadow roofs, tenant trees. Indicated on their purpose and role in improving the ecology and aesthetics of the city. Data from a field survey of the green roofs of famous Hundertwasser buildings are given. For the first time in domestic landscape science, data on the structures and materials of green roofs used since the 70-s of the last century for the implementation of Hundertwasser projects has been studied and presented, which is of both theoretical and practical interest for the development of this area of landscape architecture.

Este texto propõe uma reflexão a partir do conceito das cinco peles criado pelo arquiteto e artista austríaco Friedensreich Hundertwasser, tendo como objeto o projeto-piloto Ocupa Rua, realizado em São Paulo, sobre novos usos de um centro urbano e das camadas de percepção e vivência que este projeto pode proporcionar. Parte de caminhadas, leituras e o uso de dispositivos móveis pelos usuários/caminhantes locais como forma de comunicação e pertencimento social, geram uma dinâmica comunicacional viva. A presença do usuário que parece colaborar com a criação de novas camadas de leitura da cidade perpassa este texto. Acredita-se que ele ultrapasse o propósito comercial e, ao conter conceitos de revitalização como uma fonte de possibilidades de reuso das ruas, seja também uma forma de reuso e da cidade como um todo.

Föreliggande uppsats studerar Friedensreich Hundertwassers (1928-2000) organiska/vegetativaarkitektur, begränsad till utvalda signifikativa arkitekturelement på fyra olika bildnivåer, frånöversiktsbild till en avgränsad del av ett mindre utrymme. Den byggnad som avses är kvarteretDie Grüne Zitadelle i Magdeburg, Tyskland. Uppsatsen är tudelad i den meningen att den utgårifrån nämnd arkitektur och analyseras/syntetiseras enligt Erwin Panofskys ikonologiska metod. Urdenna första analys framvaskas relevanta dikotomier, en metod som i sin ursprungliga form ärHeinrich Wölfflins komparativa. Dock jämförs inte Hundertwassers verk genom epokskiljandestilfaktorer, utan genom jämförande med en konstnär som enligt tidigare forskning anses varanärliggande Hundertwasser. Denne arkitekt är Antoni Gaudí (1852-1926), verket för analysen ärCasa Milá i Barcelona i Spanien. Syftet med uppsatsen är att genom dikotomierna experimentelltjämföra arkitekterna och deras verk, och forskningsinriktningen ligger i att urröna omdikotomierna kan blottlägga insikter om skillnader och/eller likheter som annars kunde varit svåraatt identifiera. Resultatet visar att arkitekterna tolkat filosofin på delvis lika och delvis olika sätt.Sammanfattande har Hundertwasser ett betydligt mer individualiserat formspråk avseende designifikativa arkitekturelementen. Oavsett om den dubbla metoden tillför nya kunskaper eller inte,torde dikotomierna kunna fungera som stöd för arkitekturanalyser och som hjälp vidkonstreflektion.

La recherche porte sur l’écriture abondante de Hundertwasser et sa place dans le positionnement de cet acteur du renouveau artistique. On lui reconnaît une « œuvre-vie » singulière, puisque, visant à bouleverser la société, il a élargi son domaine, passant de la peinture à l’écologie, via l’architecture. Partant du contexte géohistorique, de l’arrière-plan pictural du début du XXème siècle, des théories des scientifiques et des « prophètes » allemands du XXème siècle ainsi que de l’émergence des mouvements écologistes, il s’agit d’étudier les nombreux poésies, récits, discours, manifestes, interventions dans les médias et commentaires, où Hundertwasser expose et développe ses convictions. L’objectif est de montrer que la dynamique créative de l’artiste s’enracine dans ses écrits
The research focuses on the abundant writing of Hundertwasser and its place in the positioning of this actor of artistic renewal. He is recognized for his singular "work-life", since, aiming to upset society, he has expanded his field, from painting to ecology, via architecture. Starting from the geohistorical context, from the pictorial background of the beginning of the 20th century, the theories of 20th-century German scientists and "prophets" and the emergence of environmental movements, it is a question of studying the many poems, stories, speeches, manifestos, interventions in the media and comments, where Hundertwasser exposes and develops his convictions. The aim is to show that the creative dynamic of the artist is rooted in his writings
