Cette thèse de doctorat étudie la séparation des époux princiers sous ses différentes formes, ainsi que les pratiques mises en oeuvre par les conjoints de la haute noblesse en de telles occasions. L’expression séparation conjugale permet de désigner des cas de figure divers : suspensions plus ou moins durables de la cohabitation entre mari et femme, ou désunions définitives, ces situations étant judiciairement sanctionnées ou non. La recherche s’appuie sur l’observatoire privilégié que constituent les couples mariés de la deuxième Maison d’Orléans aux XIVe-XVe siècles, car les vies maritales de ces ducs et duchesses permettent d’envisager un échantillon très diversifié de situations. Cette analyse permet de montrer que mariage et vie de couple renvoient à des réalités complexes, bien plus diverses que ce que suggèrent les prescriptions de l’Église et des laïcs sur le lien matrimonial et la vie conjugale. L’objectif de ce travail est également d’améliorer notre compréhension de la structure mari-femme et du fonctionnement des couples dans l’aristocratie princière. L’étude éclaire par conséquent les solidarités à l’œuvre entre les époux, lorsque ceux-ci se retrouvent séparés sans que cette situation ait été provoquée par leur volonté de ne plus se côtoyer. Elle montre que le couple se définit avant tout par des liens économiques entre mari et femme. La thèse permet aussi, en retour, de souligner les marges d’action dont peuvent disposer les conjoints, l’un par rapport à l’autre et dans la société, lorsqu’au moins l’un des époux entend mettre fin à la vie commune ou au mariageThis PhD thesis deals with the topic of marital separation in its various forms; it aims at analyzing the behaviors which are implemented by spouses of higher nobility on such occasions. The phrase marital separation may be used to designate a wide range of configurations: for example, when husband and wife, though still married, are not living together, or when a marriage comes to an end, all these situations being reached through a legal process or not. This research is especially based on a thorough analysis examining the couples of the Second House of Orleans in the 14th and 15th centuries, as the marital lives of these Dukes and Duchesses provide a large sample of possible cases of separation. The research shows that the realities associated with marriage and married life are much more complex than what ecclesiastical and secular rules suggest on these matters. Another purpose of this thesis is to improve our understanding of the conjugal structure in princely aristocracy and of how married couples work. Therefore, the study sheds light on the solidarities shared by spouses when their separation does not derive from their own will to part. It shows that married couples are primarily defined by economic bonds between husband and wife. This work also highlights the possible autonomy enjoyed by spouses, in society and towards each other, in the cases where at least one of them intends to adjourn cohabitation or wants to put an end to their marriage

When medieval Paris reachedits pinnacle during the fourteenth century, the evolution of religious construction depended on a complexurban space in which royal, ecclesiastical and lay powers confronted each other. The creation and developmentof the religious monumental phenomenon were the result of diverse architectural influences and manifoldsituations, in a progressively denser built context. La consommation de produits industriels transformés est pointée du doigt pour être pour partie reliée à la prévalence de maladies cardiovasculaires, d'obésité ou encore de cancer. Pour aider à la mise en place de recommandations auprès des consommateurs, mais également des industriels et des pouvoirs publics, il est nécessaire d'étudier l'impact des transformations alimentaires, réalisées dans différents contextes (industriel, artisanal, domestique), sur les qualités des produits et sur les perceptions des consommateurs.Pour cela, le pain de mie et la pizza ont été sélectionnés en tant que modèles. Des cartographies multicritères (nutritionnels et technologiques) ont été réalisées sur les produits industriels afin de rendre compte de la variabilité au sein de chaque catégorie de produit. Le Process-Score, développé pour caractériser le niveau de transformation des produits, s'est révélé être corrélé au Nutri-Score. 24 pains de mie industriels, artisanaux, et faits maison ont ensuite été sélectionnés pour être représentatifs de l'offre d'un point de vue composition nutritionnelle et transformation. Quel que soit le mode de transformation, ces pains présentaient des propriétés physiques et technologiques semblables. Toutefois, les produits présentaient des profils en molécules volatiles différents, en particulier pour les pains de mie industriels qui avaient moins de marqueurs de fermentation et plus de marqueurs d'oxydation.Ces données objectives ont été confrontées aux perceptions de plus de 60 participants. Les pains industriels ont été perçus comme moins bons nutritionnellement, bien qu'ayant les meilleurs Nutri-Scores.Les pizzas industrielles étaient supposées avoir davantage d'additifs alors qu'elles en contenaient le moins. La perception d'un produit sain semblait être anti-corrélée au Process-Score pour les deux produits, tandis que la perception du degré de transformation d'un pain de mie était anti-corrélée aux teneurs en lipides et sel, ce qui n'était pas le cas pour la pizza.L'impact d'informations nutritionnelle et technologique a été testé sur les perceptions des pains de mie, et a montré que les consommateurs modifiaient leurs perceptions, sans pour autant effacer complètement le poids de leurs croyances.Par ailleurs, il a été montré quelles priorités étaient déclarées par 1 000 participants lors d'un achat de produit alimentaire transformé (les attentes sur le goût et la naturalité des produits semblent plus prioritaires que la présence de labels), et comment ces priorités variaient selon le mode de transformation du produit, avec une moindre attention portée sur les produits achetés en restaurant.Ces résultats offrent donc des pistes de réflexion pour la reformulation de produits par les industriels, pour la communication des pouvoirs publics autour de ces thèmes et également pour éclairer les consommateurs dans leurs choix, ou encore apporter des données consolidées de calcul d'un Process-Score pour, par exemple, des études épidémiologiques sur l'incidence des produits transformés sur la santéThe consumption of processed industrial products is pointed out to be partly related to the prevalence of cardiovascular diseases, obesity or cancer. In order to help the implementation of recommendations to consumers, but also to manufacturers and public authorities, it is necessary to study the impact of food processing, elaborated in different contexts (industrial, artisanal, domestic), on the qualities of the products and on the perceptions of the consumers.For this purpose, soft bread and pizza were selected as models. Multi-criteria mappings (nutritional and technological) were performed on industrial products in order to highlight intra-category variability. In particular, the Process-Score was found to be correlated with the Nutri-Score. From this, 24 industrial, artisanal, and homemade soft breads were selected to be representative from a nutritional and processing point of view. They presented similar physical and technological properties, and different profiles of volatile molecules in particular for industrial soft breads showing less fermentation markers and more oxidation markers.These objective data were compared to the perceptions of more than 60 participants. Industrial breads were perceived as less good nutritionally, although they had the best Nutri-Scores.Industrial pizzas were perceived to have more additives, although they contained the least.The perception of a healthy product seemed to be anti-correlated to the Process-Score for both products, while the perception of the degree of processing of a soft bread was anti-correlated to the fat and salt contents, which was not the case for the pizza.The impact of nutritional and technological information was tested on the perceptions of soft breads, and showed that consumers modified their perceptions, without completely erasing the weight of their beliefs.In addition, it was shown what priorities were declared by 1,000 participants when purchasing a food product (expectations on the taste and naturalness of products seemed to be more important than the presence of labels), and how these priorities varied according to the way the product was processed, with less attention paid to products purchased in restaurants.These results therefore provide avenues for product reformulation by manufacturers, for communication by public authorities on these themes and also to enlighten consumers in their choices, or to provide consolidated data for calculating a Process-Score for, for example, epidemiological studies on the impact of processed products on health

Darbo tikslas: įvertinti greitojo maisto (Chiken Bites, Chiken Nuggets, Burger, Chiken, Fileto Fish, jautienos 3:1 ir jautienos 4:1) riebalų kokybę, riebalų rūgščių sudėtį įmonėje X, pateikti rekomendacijas vartotojui.
Darbo uždaviniai:
1. Įvertinti riebalų kokybės rodiklius: peroksidų skaičių, titruojamąjį rūgštingumą.
2. Atlikti parduodamų gaminių riebalų riebiųjų rūgščių tyrimus.
3. Įvertinti gautus tyrimų rezultatus statistiškai, apibendrinti duomenis ir pateikti išvadas bei rekomendacijas vartotojams.
Tyrimai buvo atliekami 2012 m - 2014 m.
Greitojo maisto gaminiuose: vištienos (Nuggets, Bites, Chiken, Burger), žuvies (Fileto Fish) ir jautienos (4:1, 3:1) nustatyta riebalų, sočiųjų, mononesočiųjų, polinesočiųjų, omega 3, omega 6 riebalų rūgščių bei trans izomerų procentiniai kiekiai, peroksidų kiekis ir rūgštingumas.
Rezultatai. Didesnis peroksidų skaičius nustatytas gaminiuose, kuriuose buvo didesnis polinesočiųjų riebalų rūgščių skaičius. Daugiausia 0,78 mekv.O2/1kg peroksidų nustatyta Nuggets vištienoje, mažiausiai 0,48 mekv.O2/1kg 3:1 jautienos gaminiuose. Didžiausias pH 5,99 nustatytas Chiken vištienos gaminiuose, mažiausias pH 5,12 Fileto Fish gaminiuose. Tyrimo metu buvo... This work brings issues relating to science and religion, history and religion of these two approaches to potential fields of know. For contribute to the thread was posted two historians: Jean Delumeau and Souto Maior. Delumeau is a French historian who has done research on the Christianity in particular the question of the discourse of fear and led to a tradition blame.De atheist, he is Catholic and in his book The Reason for My Faith, sets out his beliefs. This is the Brazilian historian Armando Souto Maior the end of his life left the agnostic vision to become spirit, writing the book: Before and After Kardec, that changed with the symbolic field, becoming religious and making a series of actions around the spirit and history. The history, the historian, teacher and historian, in his professional activity is focused in front of an entire pathway that comes from the nineteenth century and the challenges of the history of the twentieth century and the whole construction of the XXI century and the prospect of a further with other subjects in the study of religion, of the science and religion, the faith and its implications in the production of scientific knowledge. The issue of religion and the field of religion, not just the field of religion, the religious phenomenon, seen in its full reality. The science and religion, are fields of knowledge, which were many moments and conflict, and the speeches of both observed in the context of history from the Egyptians and other peoples.
Este trabalho traz questões relativas a ciência e a religião, história e religião possibilidades de aproximações desses dois campos do saber.Para contribuir com a discussão foi destacado dois historiadores: Jean Delumeau e Souto Maior. Delumeau é um historiador francês que tem desenvolvido pesquisas em torno do cristianismo com especial destaque para a questão do medo e o discurso da culpabilização.Oriundo de uma tradição atéia, ele é católico e em seu livro As Razões de minha Fé, expõe suas convicções. O historiador é o brasileiro Armando Souto Maior que no final de sua vida deixou a visão agnóstico, para se tornar espírita, escrevendo o livro: Antes e Depois de Kardec, com isso mudou de campo simbólico, tornando-se religioso e efetuando uma série de ações em torno do espiritismo e a história. A história, o historiador, e o historiador-professor, em sua atividade profissional é enfocado, diante de todo um percurso que vem desde o século XIX e os desafios da história do século XX e toda a construção do século XXI e a perspectiva de um maior aprofundamento com outras disciplinas no estudo, da religião, da relação ciência e religião, a fé e suas implicações na produção do conhecimento científico. A questão da religião e o campo da religião, não ser apenas o campo da religião, o do fenômeno religioso, visto em toda a sua realidade. A ciência e religião, são campos do saber, que em muitos momentos estiveram e conflito, sendo os discursos de ambos observado no contexto da história desde os egípcios e outros povos. Wound Field Synchronous Generators provide more than 95% of the electricity need worldwide. Their primacy in electricity production is due to ease of voltage regulation, performed by simply adjusting the direct current intensity in their rotor winding. Nevertheless, the rapid progress of power electronics devices enables new possibilities for alternating current add-ins in a more than a century long DC dominated technology. Damping the rotor oscillations with less energy loss than before, reducing the wear of the bearings by actively compensating for the mechanic unbalance of the rotating parts, speeding up the generator with no need for additional means, these are just few of the new applications which imply partial or total alternated current supplying of the rotor winding. This thesis explores what happens in a winding traditionally designed for the direct current supply when an alternated current is injected into it by an inverter. The research focuses on wound field salient pole synchronous machines and investigates the changes in the field winding parameters under AC conditions. Particular attention is dedicated to the potentially harmful voltage surges and voltage gradients triggered by voltage-edges with large slew rate. For this study a wide frequency band simplified electromagnetic model of the field winding has been carried out, experimentally determined and validated. Within the specific application of the fast field current control, the research provides some references for the design of the rotor magnetic circuit and of the field winding. Finally the coordination between the power electronics and the field winding properties is addressed, when the current control is done by means of a long cable or busbars, in order to prevent or reduce the ringing.

El desarrollo doctrinal y jurisprudencial comparado de esta categoría es amplísimo. En el Perú, la doctrina nacional la ha estudiado apartir de casos concretos jurisprudenciales. El objetivo de este estudio es desarrollar la autonomía de estos deberes frente a las obligaciones principales y secundarias nacidas de contratos, con el fin de otorgarle una fundamentación no solo desde el derecho civil, sino también desde el derecho constitucional.

En raison de la fragmentation du processus productif et de la concentration des entreprises, des tiers sont susceptibles de s’immiscer dans l’exécution du contrat de travail. Le droit du travail en tient compte partiellement, en leur octroyant des prérogatives et en leur imposant des obligations semblables à celles de l’employeur. Au fil de l’analyse, émergent deux figures aux fonctions distinctes : le tiers utilisateur et le tiers organisateur. Ils ont la faculté d’établir une relation de travail avec un salarié sans qu’aucun contrat de travail ne les lie à celui-ci. Ils sont en outre amenés à préserver et protéger une relation de travail à laquelle ils ne sont pas parties grâce à des mécanismes de garantie ou de responsabilité. En découle une dispersion des droits et obligations de l’employeur ; l’idée d’un employeur unique est même remise en cause. N’est-ce pas le signe d’un dépassement du contrat de travail ? Sont-ce les prémices de relations non-contractuelles de travail ? Est-on à l’orée d’un changement de paradigme en droit du travail ? The labor law take them partially into account by granting them prerogatives and imposing them similar obligations to those of the employer. Throughout this analysis, two figures emerge with distinct functions: the “user” third party and the “organizer” third party. They are able to establish a working relationship with an employee without any labor contract that binds them to him. They can also preserve and protect a working relationship in which they are not parties through mechanisms of guarantee or liability. As a result, the rights and obligations of the employer are dispersed; the idea of a single employer is even questioned. Isn’t it the sign that the employment contract is overwhelmed? Is it the beginning of non-contractual labor relations? Are we on the edge of a change of paradigm in labor law? To these many questions, this study attempts to provide answers

Nós apresentamos uma solução mais eficiente empregando paralelismo, a FFT (transformada rápida de Fourier) e a eliminação rápida de vetores de treinamento desfavoráveis. Desenvolvemos um programa—chamado CyclicKNN—que implementa essa solução. Reportamos o speedup desse programa em comparação com a força bruta sequencial, processando bases de dados de referência.

Objectif. Décrire les attitudes et habitudes de Canadiens relativement à la préparation des aliments à la maison et au repas familial, afin de saisir les motivations à exploiter lors de la promotion de ces habitudes.
Méthodes. Un sondage électronique de 39 questions à choix multiples a été placé sur le site des Diététistes du Canada du 16 novembre au 22 décembre 2006. Les énoncés analysés abordent la perception des bénéfices associés à la cuisine maison, à la planification des soupers et au repas familial, les obstacles à cuisiner, le temps de préparation et la planification des soupers, l’apprentissage de la cuisine, les sources d’idées recettes et la consommation des repas familiaux.
Résultats. Au total, 4080 individus ont complété le questionnaire. Bien qu’ils croient que la cuisine maison puisse améliorer la qualité de l’alimentation et les comportements alimentaires, les répondants rencontrent plusieurs obstacles à la préparation des aliments au quotidien, parmi lesquels le manque de temps, d’énergie, d’idées et de planification. Bien qu’une majorité de Canadiens soupent en famille, il existe des écarts selon les groupes d’âge et les régions canadiennes.
Conclusion. Cette étude souligne la pertinence d’élaborer des stratégies de communication pour informer les consommateurs sur les bénéfices de la cuisine maison et du repas en famille, afin de les aider à surmonter les défis associés à ces habitudes. Si les nutritionnistes sont des intervenants de choix, des collaborations interdisciplinaires sont proposées pour promouvoir une cuisine maison saine, bien planifiée, simplifiée et savourée en famille.Objective. To describe Canadians' attitudes and habits with regard to home food preparation for family meals in order to seize the motivations to be exploited during the promotion of these habits. Methods. An electronic poll of 39 multiple-choice questions was posted on the Dieticians of Canada's website from November 16th till December 22nd, 2006. The analyzed statements cover the perception of the benefits associated with home cooking, supper planning and family meals, the barriers to cooking, the preparation time and supper planning, the development of cooking skills, sources of recipes ideas and consumption of family meals. Results. A total of 4080 individuals completed the questionnaire. Although they believe that home cooking can improve the food quality and eating habits, the participants meet several barriers to food preparation in everyday life, among which the lack of time, energy, ideas and planning. Although a majority of Canadians have family suppers, there are gaps according to age groups and Canadian regions. Conclusion. This study highlights the relevance of elaborating communications strategies to inform consumers of the benefits of home cooking and family meals in order to help them to deal with the challenges associated with these habits. If nutritionists are the best interveners, interdisciplinary collaborations are proposed to promote a healthy, well planned home cooking enjoyed with the family.

The subject of this study is Christian education in the church. This practical-theological work starts from the premise of the relevance of a commitment experience for the faith development of the individual and studies the formats and contents of continuing formal faith education of young Christians in evangelical free churches in a postmodern-urban milieu in Frankfurt. Its aim is to find out how well the New Testament discipleship topics of Jesus are integrated into the faith education in the church, and what reception difficulties and chances they experience in regard to the Zeitgeist. Are the New Testament discipleship topics still the basic guidelines with regard to content? The relationship between faith development, faith education and the local church is presented within a religion- and church-pedagogical approach and a connection to education for discipleship is made. The biblical premise is the discipleship commission of Jesus (Mt 28:18-20) and its church-pedagogical reply.Der Untersuchungsgegenstand ist die christliche Erziehung in der Gemeinde. Diese praktisch-theologische Arbeit geht aus von der Bedeutung einer Commitment-Erfahrung für die Glaubensentwicklung des Einzelnen und untersucht die Formate und Inhalte der weiterführenden formalen Glaubenserziehung junger Christen in evangelikal-freikirchlichen Gemeinden im postmodern-urbanen Umfeld in Frankfurt. Ihr Ziel ist es, herauszufinden, inwiefern heute die neutestamentlichen Nachfolgethemen Jesu in der gemeindlichen Glaubenserziehung behandelt werden und welche Rezeptionsschwierigkeiten und Chancen sie im heutigen Zeitgeist haben. Sind dabei die neutestamentlichen Nachfolgethemen Jesu noch die inhaltlichen Grundrichtlinien? Os Corpos de Bombeiros (CB) contam com uma rede de quartéis implantada em todo o território nacional, atualmente organizada por um modelo baseado nos limites territoriais das NUTS (Nomenclatura das Unidades Territoriais para Fins Estatísticos). Será, portanto, possível rentabilizar a rede de CB no patamar sub-regional, através da implementação de critérios de desempenho dos CB, entre eles, a população abrangida dentro dos tempos de resposta convencionados.
O objetivo deste trabalho é propor uma reorganização operacional da rede de quartéis já implantada nas Sub-Regiões da Lezíria do Tejo e Médio Tejo, tendo como base um modelo da Rede Principal dos Serviços Operacionais dos Corpos de Bombeiros em Portugal Continental. Para tal, definiram-se critérios com vista à constituição de Agrupamentos de CB, que partilhando entre si áreas de atuação, permite priorizar o despacho de meios baseado no tempo de resposta dentro dos limites dos Agrupamentos. A aplicação dos critérios contemplando a rede viária existente e a distribuição da população residente, permitiu, recorrendo ao software QGIS®, aferir as zonas com necessidade de reforço da rede de quartéis.
Aplicado o modelo à área de estudo, verificou-se um aumento de 18,4% (1.401 km2) de área e de 6,1% da população (30.524 habitantes) abrangidas dentro dos tempos de referência (10 e 20 minutos). Para garantir a atividade operacional nos 24 municípios abrangidos, a rede de CB contaria 24 quartéis sede e 22 postos avançados (reforço da atual rede com 8), guarnecidos no mínimo por um efetivo total de 1.897 bombeiros profissionais.
O facto da rede de quartéis já se encontrar implantada no território alvo de estudo e apenas necessitar de reforços pontuais, deveria ser atualmente um fator desencadeador de interesse na sua rentabilização por parte das várias entidades envolvidas.Fire Departments (CB) have a network of barracks deployed throughout the national territory, currently organized by a model based on the territorial limits of the NUTS (Nomenclature of Territorial Units for Statistical Purposes). Therefore, it will be possible to improve the fire department network at the sub-regional level, through the implementation of fire departments performance criteria, including the population coverage within the settled response times. The objective of this work is to propose an operational reorganization of the barracks network already implemented in the Sub-Regions of Lezíria do Tejo and Médio Tejo, based on a model of the Main Network of Operational Services for Fire Brigades in Mainland Portugal. To this end, criteria were defined with a view to the constitution of CB Groups, which sharing areas of activity among themselves, allows prioritizing the dispatch of means based on the response time within the limits of the Groups. The application of the criteria covering the existing road network and the distribution of the resident population, allowed, using the QGIS® software, to assess the areas in need of reinforcement of the barracks network. Applying the model to the Lezíria do Tejo and Médio Tejo sub-regions, there was an increase of 18,4% (1.401 km2) in area and 6,1% of the population (30.524 inhabitants) covered within the reference times (10 and 20 minutes). In order to guarantee operational activity in the 24 municipalities covered, the fire departments network would consist of a total of 24 headquarters and 22 outposts with a minimum of 1.897 professional firefighters. The fact that the barracks network is already implanted in the study target territory and only needs occasional reinforcements, should be a triggering factor of interest in its profitability by the various entities involved.
