A classificação de risco tem sido uma medida adotada pelo Ministério da Saúde com o propósito de diminuir os riscos para os pacientes, que aguardam por atendimento nos serviços de saúde, com o propósito de promover um atendimento mais qualificado, humanizado e organizado, em consonância com o grau de complexidade de cada caso. O enfermeiro é o profissional de referência para realizar a classificação de risco, sendo amparado legalmente por um protocolo para auxiliar a tomada de decisão. O objetivo deste artigo é descrever a atuação do enfermeiro no sistema de acolhimento e classificação de risco nos serviços de saúde. O presente estudo se trata de uma revisão bibliográfica narrativa com abordagem descritiva, utilizando publicações de artigos anexados nas Bases de Dados de Enfermagem (BDEnF), da Literatura Latino Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (Lilacs), Scientific Eletronic Librari Online (SciELO) e publicações do Ministério da Saúde. O trabalho do enfermeiro nas unidades de saúde, sem dúvida, é de extrema importância na construção do cuidado, garantindo a segurança, a tranquilidade e a satisfação para todos os usuários. Constata-se como aspecto relevante a atuação dos profissionais de saúde, com notoriedade ao enfermeiro, que independente do protocolo que utilize está amparado, de forma legal e científica, para realizar a tomada de decisão acerca do acolhimento com classificação de risco daqueles que buscam por atendimento nos serviços de saúde. Triagem AbstractThe risk classification has been an adopted measure by the Health Minister with the objective of decreasing the risk for the patients that have been waiting for health assistance, with the propose of the more qualified, humanized and organized assistance, according to the level complexity of each case. The nurse is a reference professional to perform the risk classification, being legally supported by the protocol to help the decision making. The goal of this paper was describing the nurse's acting on the care system and the risk classification in the health services. This study is a bibliography review with descriptive approach focusing the nurse on the care and risk classification in the health services. For this research papers indexed at the Nursing Database (BDENF), Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (Lilacs), Scientific Eletronic Librari Online (Scielo) and Health Minister publications were used. The nurse’s work in the health units is undoubtedly of extreme importance in the care construction, guaranteeing safety, tranquility and satisfaction for all the users. It is checked as relevant aspect due to the health professionals’ actuation, with notoriety to the nurse. It is understood that the protocol used does not matter, the nurse is legally and scientifically supported to make the decision about the patients’ risk classification when looking for attendance.Keywords: Nurse Assistance. ABSTRACTObjectives: to identify the scientific production about palliative care in online periodicals related to the health field during 2002 and 2009. Metodology: this is a documental investigation executed in the databases Latin American and Caribbean Center on Health Sciences Information - LILACS, Scientific Eletronic Library Online – SciELO, Information System of the Library of the World Health Organization - WHOLIS and The Library of the Pan American Health Organization - PAHO; 27 articles were part of the sample. To achieve the proposed objectives, chose the technique of thematic content analysis, following the steps of pre-analysis, classification and categorization, with its sub-categories, analysis and interpretation of data. Results: the research revealed that 2007 presented the highest production, with eight (29%) articles. According to the emphasis given by the authors, the themes concerning ethics and bioethics, emotional, psychological, spiritual and technical care came up. Conclusion: it is evident that this different kind of treatment has been calling researcher’s attention, with an increasing number of studies focusing on this theme. This provides an outstanding outlook for the insertion of palliative care in health assistance centers and in the academic formation of professionals from different areas. RESUMOObjetivos: identificar a produção científica sobre cuidados paliativos em periódicos on-line, na área de saúde, no período de 2002 a 2009. Metodologia: trata-se de uma pesquisa documental realizada nas bases de dados Literatura Latino-americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde – LILACS, Scientific Eletronic Library Online – SciELO, Sistema de Informação da Biblioteca da Organização Mundial da Saúde - WHOLIS e Acervo da Biblioteca da Organização Pan-americana da Saúde – PAHO; 27 artigos fizeram parte da amostra. Para alcançar os objetivos propostos, elegeu-se a técnica de análise de conteúdo temática, seguindo as etapas de pré-análise, da classificação e da categorização, com respectivas sub-categorias, análise e interpretação dos dados. Resultados: a pesquisa revelou que o maior ano de produção foi 2007, com oito (29%) artigos. De acordo com os enfoques dados pelos autores, os temas pesquisados foram ética e bioética, cuidados emocionais, psicológicos espirituais e técnicos. Conclusão: evidencia-se que esse modo diferenciado de tratar vem merecendo atenção por parte de pesquisadores, com um número crescente de estudos sobre a temática, o que sugere boas perspectivas para a inserção dos cuidados paliativos em redes assistenciais de saúde e na formação acadêmica de diversos profissionais. Metodología: se trata de una investigación documental, llevada a cabo en las bases de datos América Latina y del Caribe de Ciencias de la Salud - Ciencia, Scientific Electronic Library Online – SciELO, Sistema de Información y de la Biblioteca Sede de la Organización Panamericana de la Salud – OPS; 27 artículos que formaban parte de la muestra. Para alcanzar los objetivos propuestos, eligió la técnica de análisis de contenido temático, siguiendo los pasos de pre-análisis, clasificación y categorización, con sus sub-categorías, análisis e interpretación de datos. Resultados: la investigación reveló que el año más alto de producción fue de 2007, con ocho (29%) artículos. De acuerdo con los enfoques dado por los autores, los temas estudiados fueron la ética y la bioética, la atención emocionales, psicológicos y espirituales y técnicos. Conclusión: es evidente que esta manera distinta de abordar está siendo estudiada por los investigadores, con un número creciente de busqueda sobre el tema, lo que sugiere buenas perspectivas para la integración de las redes de cuidados paliativos en la salud y entrenamiento de profesionales de diferentes áreas. Businesses are being forced to communicate and exchange information with each other because of market pressures such as increased competition, the internationalization of markets, and specialization of production processes. To survive, businesses must streamline both in-house and external communications while at the same time ensuring the quality, timeliness, and availability of information. Information Technology (IT), in the form of open office communication systems, provides a means for supporting this exchange of information. These systems provide a means for hardware- and software-independent communications within the organization as well as communication between organizations. Organizations depend on both the availability of information and the use of IT system. Together called as the electronic information interchange. Since information is primarily represented in the form of documents, open office communication relies on the use of document standards. This paper examines document standards focusing on the difference between loosely and highly structured information exchange and also the role of security which is an important issue for organizations depending on open eletronic information exchange.

Les ultrasons focalisés de haute intensité (HIFU) sont reconnus et couramment utilisés dans le domaine médical pour le traitement des tumeurs solides. Cette technique permet une destruction localisée des tissus biologiques par élévation de la température. Ce manuscrit décrit la conception et l’utilisation d’un système thérapeutique et d’une nouvelle solution de focalisation brevetée, ayant pour objectif principal le traitement non invasif des adénocarcinomes mammaires. Dans un premier temps, un dispositif existant destiné au traitement surfacique des métastases hépatiques et en cours d’évaluation clinique a été utilisé. Une étude ex vivo sur échantillons humains de tissu mammaire a permis de montrer la possibilité de déposer de la pression en profondeur de façon non invasive. Basé sur cette étude, le développement d’une nouvelle modalité de focalisation a été entrepris dans le but d’élargir le volume traité sans impliquer des temps de traitement supérieur à la minute et des déplacements mécaniques du dispositif. Cette modalité a permis d’augmenter de 30 % le volume traité par le dispositif existant sans augmenter le temps de traitement. Compte tenu des limites du dispositif existant et de la nouvelle solution à intégrer, un nouveau dispositif a été conçu et fabriqué dans le but de répondre aux besoins des traitements des adénocarcinomes mammaires. La focalisation naturelle de ce transducteur permet de déposer de la pression en profondeur. Si la nouvelle modalité de focalisation électronique est utilisée, un champ de pression élargi est émis, permettant ainsi d’augmenter le volume de traitement. Les performances de cette sonde de traitement ont été évaluées numériquement puis validées lors d’expérimentations préliminaires in vitro sur des tissus hépatiques et lors d’une étude ex vivo sur des échantillons humains de tissu mammaire. Ces travaux représentent la première étape de l’élaboration d’un traitement HIFU pour traiter les adénocarcinomes mammaires avec un dispositif HIFU non-invasif, guidé par échographie et utilisable manuellement
High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) is a technique commonly used in the medical field for the treatment of solid tumors. This therapeutic strategy allows for the localized destruction of biological tissue by temperature elevation. This manuscript describes the design and utilization of a therapeutic system and a novel, patented focalization technique for non-invasive treatment of mammary adenocarcinomas. In a first instance, an existing device that has been previously used for intraoperative treatment of hepatic metastases, and one that is currently undergoing clinical trials, was used. An ex vivo study on human mammary samples demonstrated the possibility of applying pressures on deep tissue layers in a non-invasive manner. Based on this study, the development of a new focalization modality was developed to provide larger treated volumes while yielding treatment times under a minute and eliminating the need for mechanical steering of the device. This new modality provided treated volumes 30% larger than those produced by the existing device with no changes to treatment time. Given the limitations of the existing device, in addition to the need of integrating the new focalization strategy, a new device was designed and specifically fabricated to meet the demands for treating mammary adenocarcinomas. The natural focalization of this novel transducer allows for depositing pressure deep in tissue. When the new focalization modality is used, a larger pressure field produces increased treated volumes. The performance provided by the novel probe was first characterized through modeling studies. These results were then validated through preliminary in vitro studies on hepatic tissues as well as in ex vivo studies on human mammary tissue samples. This work represents the first stage of development of a HIFU treatment for mammary adenocarcinomas using a novel, non-invasive and image-guided HIFU device that can be used manually

The objective of this paper is to review on the reception by nurses working in emergency rooms, through papers and literature published between 2000 and 2010. for both the methodological approach is an exploratory descriptive qualitative approach, aimed to describe and develop as a review of the literature in the context of reception of the users by nurses working in the area at emergency. The methodological design for this study was the literature search. We tried to base the database of journals in the VHL (Virtual Health Library): focusing on the following databases: Lilacs (the Latin American and Caribbean Center on Health Sciences Information), SciELO (Scientific eletronics library online) and BEDENF (Database of Nursing), using the keywords: nursing in emergency care, care in emergency rooms, humane nursing. Following the established inclusion criteria, such as full texts in English in the period 2000 to 2010 and emphasizing the protection of users by nurses working in the area of emergency care, we selected 25 articles. The results showed that the inter-demands-care needs of emergency services and emergency services are quite complex, since it depends largely on the health, among other factors, quality of life, how to characterize it, the cultural translation of health and disease and healing, the profile of social protection in this sector and modes of attention directed to built and human needs. In this scenario, it behooves the nursing process to accommodate the customer in emergency rooms, looking for a more efficient screening and qualifying, where the professional can establish through this unique service, the actual need of the patient.
