Berdasarkan data Profil Kesehatan Indonesia Tahun 2017 terdapat 433 kab/kota yang terjangkit penyakit DBD dengan angka kejadian sebesar 68.407 kasus dengan jumlah kematian sebanyak 493 orang (Kemenkes RI, 2018). Sedangkan, untuk wilayah Provinsi DKI Jakarta angka tertinggi penderita DBD pada tahun 2017 ada di wilayah Jakarta Timur sebesar 1.265 kasus (Dinkes DKI Jakarta, 2018). Data Riskesdas pada tahun 2018 menunjukkan proporsi Pemberantasan Sarang Nyamuk (PSN) yang dilakukan rumah tangga secara keseluruhan di Indonesia proporsinya sebesar 31,2% dan untuk provinsi DKI Jakarta sendiri proporsinya sebesar 28%. Pada pelaksanaan PSN dibedakan bedasarkan daerah perkotaan dan pedesaan untuk daerah perkotaan proporsinya sebesar 32,7% dan untuk daerah perdesaan proporsinya sebesar 29,4%. (Riskesdas, 2018). Data kasus DBD di wilayah Puskesmas Kecamatan Cipayung pada tahun 2016 sejumlah 623 kasus, pada tahun 2017 turun menjadi 78 kasus, pada tahun 2018 turun lagi menjadi 52 kasus, namun pada tahun 2019 awal yaitu bulan Januari sampai dengan bulan Maret meningkat menjadi 152 kasus, dan Puskesmas Kecamatan Cipayung termasuk dalam peringkat pertama kasus DBD tertinggi se-wilayah Jakarta Timur (Surveilans PKC Cipayung, 2019). Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara online dengan webinar, pada hari Rabu, 04 Nopember 2020, dengan peserta sejumlah 367 orang. Setelah 3 bulan kemudian di evaluasi perubahan perilaku PSN DBD COMBI tersebut dan dikomunikasikan lagi perubahan dengan harapan kasus DBD menurun secara bermakna. One of the air quality conditions in the Special Capital City Region (DKI) Jakarta is the transportation sector. The air quality index is dominated by moderate conditions, even at dangerous levels. The COVID-19 pandemic caused the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government to lock down in March 2020. Research in several countries has shown that air quality has improved because people's mobility has been stopped. This study aims to determine the effect of the lockdown imposed in DKI Jakarta on its air quality and see a comparison at each point. The method used is descriptive method. The data analyzed in this study were collected from 5 points of the Air Quality Monitoring System (AQMS) monitoring tool. Based on the research, it was concluded that the lockdown imposed in DKI Jakarta only affected the location of point 1 at the Hotel Indonesia (HI) roundabout. The Air Pollution Status Index (ISPU) is dominated by good air quality conditions. Other areas such as West Jakarta, East Jakarta, North Jakarta and South Jakarta, the lockdown imposed in March 2020 did not have any effect on increasing the ISPU value. In 2021 the air quality condition in DKI Jakarta is worse than in previous years at all monitoring points since the activities have returned to normal and traffic jams frequently occur. One of the cities in Indonesia that has quite rapid economic progress is DKI Jakarta. The high minimum wage, investment, number of industrial units, and job opportunities in DKI Jakarta are factors that attract people to migrate to this city. However, in reality, the growth of in-migration to DKI Jakarta in the 2008-2019 period tends to show a decline. This study aims to determine the influence and magnitude of the effect of wages, investment, number of industries, and employment opportunities on in-migration to DKI Jakarta in 2018-2019. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and the method of least squares Ordinary Least Square (OLS). While the types and methods of research used in this research are descriptive quantitative and verification methods. The data used are data on provincial minimum wages, investment, industrial units, job opportunities, and data on incoming migration in DKI Jakarta in the 2008-2019 timeframe. The data in this study came from the Central Bureau of Statistics. The results showed that the provincial minimum wage (UMP) and investment (INV) variables partially affected the incoming oil (MM) to DKI Jakarta in 2008-2019. Meanwhile, the industrial unit variable (UIN) and the variable number of job opportunities (KKJ) partially did not affect in-migration to DKI Jakarta (MM) in 2008-2019. This research implies that in dealing with the high rate of population movement, the government needs to implement policies to overcome it such as increasing the provincial minimum wage, investment, the number of industrial units.

The development of technology made many of the banking industry and companies began to develop cash payment systems using barcodes. Bank DKI as the Regional Government Bank of the Capital City of Jakarta provides JakOne Mobile products as a mobile banking and mobile wallet application. The feature of this application is the payment system via barcode scan. The intense competition in DKI Jakarta makes Bank DKI must find ways to compare its products, one of which is the acquisition of a payment system in Thamrin 10. Thamrin 10 is a culinary district, Thamrin 10 which is opened in accordance with the designation made by the Synergy of DKI Jakarta BUMD. The researcher wants to know the Branding efforts undertaken by the DKI Bank through Thamrin 10 whether with the synergy of BUMD increases the level of Jakarta people's knowledge of JakOne Mobile and increases the use of the application. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with case studies of JakOne Mobile users. The data collection techniques using interviews, observation and data obtained from the news. The results of interviews and primary data obtained did indeed increase active users in December 2019 and with the presence of Thamrin 10 is an opportunity for Bank DKI to introduce products so that the people of Jakarta become more familiar with Bank DKI products. By involving DKI Bank in the cashless payment system in Thamrin 10, change the picture of the Regional Bank which is often considered to be canceled in terms of technology. Berkembangnya teknologi membuat banyak dari industri perbankan dan perusahaan start-up untuk mengembangkan sistem pembayaran cashless menggunakan barcode. Bank DKI sebagai Bank Pemerintah daerah milik Ibu Kota Jakarta memberikan produk JakOne Mobile sebagai aplikasi mobile banking dan mobile wallet. Fitur dari aplikasi tersebut merupakan sitem pebayaran melalui scan barcode. Ketatnya persaingan khususnya di DKI Jakarta membuat Bank DKI harus mencari cara untuk memBranding produknya, salah satunya adalah mengakusisi sistem pembayaran di Thamrin 10. Thamrin 10 merupakan distrik kuliner, Thamrin 10 dibuka atas dasar perwujudan Sinergi BUMD DKI Jakarta. Peneliti ingin mengetahui usaha Branding yang dilakukan oleh Bank DKI melalui Thamrin 10 apakah dengan adanya sinergi BUMD membut peningkatan dalam segi produk knowledge masyarakat Jakarta terhadap JakOne Mobile dan peningkatan penggunaan aplikasi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pengguna JakOne Mobile. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan data-data yang didapat dari pemberitaan. Dari hasil wawancara dan dara primer yang didapat memang adanya peningkatan pengguna aktif pada bulan Desember 2019 serta dengan adanya Thamrin 10 merupakan kesempatan Bank DKI untuk memperkenalkan produk sehingga masyarakat Jakarta menjadi lebih paham atas produk Bank DKI. Dengan terlibatnya Bank DKI dalam sistem pembayaran cashless di Thamrin 10 maka merubah image dari Bank Daerah yang sering dianggap terlambat dalam hal teknologi.

The percentage of land for green open space in DKI Jakarta in 2013 did not meet the minimum criteria because there were 12.12% with existing vegetation of 4.73% and non-vegetation of 7.38%, so improvements are needed. This study was conducted to re-examine the implementation of the green open space provision by looking at the percentage of land for green open space in DKI Jakarta in the last 5 years (2017 and 2021). ArcMap 10.8 software is used to interpret data from LANDSAT 8 with BAND 4 and 5, then calculated with the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) to determine the percentage of land for green open space in DKI Jakarta. The results showed that the percentage of land for green open space in DKI Jakarta in 2017 was 12.10%, with existing vegetation of 4.33% and non-vegetation of 7.77%. The percentage of land for green open space in DKI Jakarta in 2021 was 12.11%, with existing vegetation 3.59% and non-vegetation 8.52%. This information shows that the implementation of the green open space provision in DKI Jakarta still does not meet the minimum criteria that exist in appropriate research and policies.

Asthma is a worldwide disease that affects all races, ages, and genders. In 2017, asthma attacked 300 million people in the world. One risk factor for asthma is air pollution. The design of this study is a time-stratified case crossover, with secondary data types consisting of asthma visit data (ICD-10: J45) and pollutant data (PM10, O3, and NOx) in DKI Jakarta in 2017. The results from this study: Ozone exposure lag day 3 p = 0.04, OR = 1.0016 (95% CI 1,0001-1.003) and lag day 1 of NOx exposure p = 0.04, OR = 1.0050 (95% CI 1, 0003-1,010) which influences the visit of asthma patients in DKI Jakarta. It can be concluded that ozone and NOx are associated with asthma patient visits in DKI Jakarta, and this study on PM10 pollutants did not show any relationship with patient visits due to Asthma in DKI Jakarta.

Based on data from the Indonesian Health Profile in 2017 there were 433 districts / cities infected with dengue disease with an incidence rate of 68,407 cases with 493 deaths (Ministry of Health RI, 2018). Meanwhile, for the DKI Jakarta Province area, the highest number of dengue sufferers in 2017 was in the East Jakarta area of 1,265 cases (DKI Jakarta Health Office, 2018). Riskesdas data in 2018 shows the proportion of Mosquito Nest Eradication (PSN) carried out by households as a whole in Indonesia the proportion is 31.2% and for DKI Jakarta province itself the proportion is 28%. In the implementation of PSN, it is differentiated based on urban and rural areas, for urban areas the proportion is 32.7% and for rural areas the proportion is 29.4%. (Riskesdas, 2018). Data on dengue cases in the Cipayung District Health Center area in 2016 amounted to 623 cases, in 2017 it dropped to 78 cases, in 2018 it dropped again to 52 cases, but in early 2019, from January to March, it increased to 152 cases, and the Cipayung District Health Center was included in the first rank of the highest dengue cases in the East Jakarta region (Cipayung PKC Surveillance, 2019). The activity was held online, on Wednesday, November 4, 2020. The number of participants was 367 people. After 3 months, the change in behavior of PSN DBD COMBI was evaluated and communicated again the change in the hope that dengue cases would decrease significantly. The purpose of this study was to analyze the anthropometric and biomotor profiles of water skiers and wakeboard athletes in DKI Jakarta Province. The descriptive method uses a quantitative research type approach. The population and sample in this study were water skiers and wakeboard athletes as many as 25 male athletes. Data collection techniques used tests and measurements: (i) weight scales to measure body weight. bodyweight is measured using measuring body weight with a unit of kilograms; (ii) physical condition test; bend using the sit and reach test; core stability, namely athletes perform with 12 levels with perfect attitude, level 1 to level 12 where levels 1 and 12 for 30 seconds, level 2 to level 10 for 15 seconds, sit-ups and push-ups test athletes perform tests for 1 minute, limb explosive power did a standing long jump test, and endurance did a Multi-Stage Fitness Test (MFT). Data analysis uses quantitative descriptive analysis techniques, overall data analysis uses Microsoft Excel 2019. The results of this study can be concluded: anthropometry and physical condition are one of the important factors in determining athlete achievement, without exception for the DKI Jakarta Water Ski and Wakeboard Athletes.

The reality, must be faced by DKI Jakarta as the National Capital of Indonesia is population. The estimation data from the Jakarta Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in 2025, will be 11,034,000 people. This population is quite dense resulting in increased utilization of Natural Resources, and declining the Jakarta Environmental Quality Index (IKLH). The 2016 IKLH is 38.69 and 2017 is 35.78 and this is the lowest IKLH among 33 Indonesian Provinces. The Provision Green Open Space Program is one of the methods used by the DKI Jakarta Government to maintain the environmental quality of DKI Jakarta. For 2017 and 2018 did not reach the target for this program so it needs to be evaluated for the program that has been carried out in order to obtain in-depth findings. This research uses the evaluation method as Context, Input, Process Product (CIPP). Result: For the Context and Input components are in accordance with the expectations set while the Process and Product components do not meet the expectations set. Conclusion: Success of the program can be achieved if using innovative and creative ways and program evaluation must be done thoroughly by involving various supporting parties to find out the obstacles of program implementation

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused the government, both central and regional, to be overwhelmed in distributing social assistance to the community. In Jakarta, it is known that there are residents who return social assistance because they feel they are not entitled to receive such assistance. In addition, many residents who should have received assistance but did not receive assistance due to beneficiary data problems. This study aims to identify and analyze the forms of implementation of the distribution of Covid-19 Social Assistance in DKI Jakarta. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method using reference books and similar previous research results in order to obtain a theoretical basis for the problem to be studied. This study focuses on analyzing the implementation of the distribution of Covid-19 Social Assistance using the Mazmanian & Sabatier theory. The results of this study indicate that the distribution of COVID-19 social assistance is quite good, but has not covered all of the beneficiaries. There are problems related to the data on beneficiaries and the poor quality of basic food materials. The supporting factor for the distribution of COVID-19 social assistance in meeting the needs of vulnerable communities is the collaboration carried out by implementing officials with various other agencies. Public support is enthusiasm from the community and commitment from implementing officials. The inhibiting factor for the implementation of the distribution of COVID-19 social assistance is the confusion of data on beneficiaries that is out of sync between the central government and the data submitted by the local RT/RW.

Selama satu tahun kontrak, peneliti melihat ada hal- hal yang tidak sesuai antara isi kontrak kerja dengan yang terjadi dilapangan sehingga peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti Kontrak Kerja PTT PTSL Kanwil DKI Jakarta 2019 ditinjau dari Hukum PKWT. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan melakukan analisis peraturan perundang- undangan dan sumber-sumber hukum lainnya yang terkait dengan pelaksanaan PTSL dan PTT. Semua data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder atau data yang didapatkan dengan cara menelusuri bahan-bahan hukum secara detail dan teliti. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Pertama, Kontrak kerja PTT PTSL Kanwil BPN DKI Jakarta 2019 telah memenuhi semua persyaratan secara hukum PKWT. During the one year contract, the researcher saw that there were things that did not match the contents of the work contract with what was happening in the field so that the researcher was interested in examining the 2019 DKI Jakarta Regional Office PTT Complete systematic land registration (PTSL) Work Contract in terms of the Particular Time Working Agreement (PKWT) Law. This study uses a normative legal research method by analyzing legislation and other legal sources related to the implementation of Complete systematic land </em><em>registration (PTSL) and PTT. All data used in this study are secondary data or data obtained by tracing legal materials in detail and thoroughly. The conclusions of this study are: The First, the PTT Complete systematic land registration(PTSL) work contract for the 2019 DKI Jakarta BPN Regional Office has fulfilled all the legal requirements of the Particular Time Working Agreement (PKWT). This research is an exploratory qualitative approach using secondary data from the Indonesian Survey Institute (LSI), which aims to identify the voters’ behavior of Jakarta Governor candidates period 2012-2017. The results showed that the implementation of the election was considered by the respondents Honest-Fair (JURDIL) and quite satisfying. The selection was won by Joko Widodo – Basuki Tjahaja Purnama. However, the numbers did not reach half of the voters. Therefore, the election took 2 rounds. For Governor-Vice Governor couples socialization, both the majority and not overtaken, Fauzi Bowo – Nachrowi achieved top ranking with very significant. But apparently, successful socialization of media did not match with the victory in the election. This study aims to determine the behavior of voters in Jakarta governor election. The result, in contrary, shows that the couple in number two socialization won the election. For the popularity, it was not in tune with the socialization. Personally, the popularity of Joko Widodo topped more than the incumbent. It is believed that the performance and imaging of Joko Widodo as mayor of Solo viewed favorably by the public. Close relationship with lower level people and hawkers handling gained the voters’ sympathy. Regarding the evaluation of the incumbent, the majority responded quite satisfied because they could understand the complexity of the Jakarta capital region. But ironically, the majority answered there is no change during the leadership of the incumbent governor. Voters preference based on gender, religion, ethnicity, and age in majority chose the couple of Joko Widodo – Tjahaja Basuki Purnama.

Indonesia ranks 23rd as the most COVID-19 confirmed cases in the world. DKI Jakarta and East Java provinces have the highest cases in Indonesia. However, data on the transmission of COVID-19 in both provinces were not further analyzed regarding vulnerability between genders. This research attempted to compare the differences in the gender distribution of COVID-19 cases by analyzing data from COVID-19 DKI Jakarta and East Java Task Force Information Center and various biological, medical, and socio-cultural studies to understand risk of women being exposed to COVID-19. The results of this research revealed that both provinces had a higher number of confirmed patients under surveillance (PDP), people under surveillance (ODP), and death cases in men than that of women. In DKI Jakarta, the number of recovered cases in men was higher than that of women, but in East Java it was not significantly different. Based on literature reviews, women were more resilience in manifestations of COVID-19 severity than that of men due to differences in ACE2 gene distribution and expression, hormones regulations, immune responses, comorbidities, and ages. However, data from socio-cultural literature reviews in both provinces showed women were vulnerable to be exposed to COVID-19 since many women performed as health workers, office workers, market traders, public transportation users, and did religious activities. Besides, women were vulnerable due to mental health condition, such as depression, anxiety, and special medical condition (e.g. being exposed to or infected with COVID-19 during pregnancy).

Selama bulan Januari-Februari 2016, Jakarta Timur menduduki peringkat kedua dalam jumlah penderita DBD. Hal ini diperkirakan karena kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam pemberantasan sarang nyamuk dan menjaga sanitasi. Hingga saat ini, masyarakat umum menggunakan obat pengusir nyamuk untuk menghindari gigitan nyamuk. Namun penggunaan pengusir nyamuk sintetis dengan cara yang salah dan dalam jangka waktu lama dapat berdampak buruk terhadap kesehatan. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai bahaya penggunaan obat pengusir nyamuk sintetis dan pemberian solusi melalui bahan alamiah berkhasiat mengusir nyamuk. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di wilayah RW 11, Pulomas Barat, DKI Jakarta dengan melibatkan kelompok ibu PKK dan Jumantik (Jumat Bebas Jentik) dan dihadiri oleh 37 orang partisipan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan para partisipan mengenai bahaya obat nyamuk sintetis beserta cara pembuatan obat nyamuk alami meningkat setelah penyuluhan. Data mengenai tingkat penggunaan obat pengusir nyamuk di daerah warga juga berhasil diperoleh. Para partisipan dilatih membuat lotion pengusir nyamuk dari bahan alami diakhir kegiatan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam menurunkan angka kejadian penyakit DBD dengan memanfaatkan bahan-bahan alami yang terjangkau dan mudah diperoleh.

This research is a case study which aims to determine the data input process along with problems in the implementation of e-budgeting in the DKI Jakarta Government and how the suitability of these processes and flows was seen from the Brinkerhoff and Crosby Policy Implementation Theory. Data collection was carried out through field observations, interviewing informants, and documentation. The collected data was then presented and analyzed qualitatively with an interactive analysis model. From the results of data analysis, it was found that the flow of budget input through the e-budgeting application system includes several stages involving government from the lowest level RT / RW to the regent / mayor, provincial DPRD, and the Ministry of Home Affairs starting from the aspiration collection stage, discussion, evaluation, and arrived at the stipulation. Problems faced in the implementation of e-budgeting include errors during budget planning and planning for regional property needs, short data input times, prices and components of goods in the e-budgeting system were not up to date, there was no component or other item that were not suitable with SKPD planning, and the existence of political intervention to support certain political activities. When viewed from Brinkerhoff and Crosby's theory of policy implementation, it was found that the e-budgeting implementation carried out in DKI Jakarta still did not fully fulfill the criteria of the policy theory. It can be seen from the various problems that occurred in the implementation of e-budgeting which contradicts this theory.

This study aims to provide analysis and understanding of gender representation in the annual report of the Regional Development Bank (BPD) in Indonesia. The objects of this research are PT Bank Aceh and PT Bank DKI Jakarta. The study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with secondary data types obtained from the Annual Report of PT Bank Aceh and Bank DKI. Data collection is done by documentation techniques by collecting photographs of humans in the company's annual report. The analytical method used is content analysis. The steps of this research are: 1) identifying photos of people in the annual report, 2) grouping photos by employees or non-employees, only men, only women, or men and women together, 3) overview of the quantity of photos by group, 4) interpret the results of research found in the annual report. The results showed that gender portrayals in the BPD Aceh and DKI Jakarta annual reports did not support equality between men and women. Employee photos in the annual report are dominated by male gender compared to female. Through analysis of gender photographs described in the annual report it was found that male gender dominates in terms of roles, places, clothing and body language. But in the analysis of the relative position, men and women are shown standing or sitting equally.

Finally, this differences cause conflict and debate which cannot be avoided. Every groups assume their interpretation is absolute. As a result, they blame or infidel another group. This research examines the interpretations of the Qur‘anic verses which are used during a gubernatorial election in DKI Jakarta. The object of this study based on texts and audio which are spread on the sites of the internet. All of the data will be interpreted based on the theory of interpretation rules approach. This research concludes that the personal or group interest is able to change the paradigm of the Qur‘anic interpretation including political interest.

The construction industry is a leading economic sector in the province of DKI Jakarta that positively contributes to its economic growth. As a province with the highest construction value in Indonesia, it used the design-build (DB) method as a project delivery system to optimize infrastructure projects. However, the DB project in DKI Jakarta had experienced some completion delays that could lead to project costs overrun. This study used a concurrent embedded (mixed method) design, with quantitative as the primary approach. The data collected through interviews, documentary studies, and questionnaire surveys of 50 practitioners in the construction field. This study found that utility disruption negatively influenced time and cost performance, while third-party risk did not affect. Besides, there was inadequate and inaccurate information conveyed to the contractor. It caused inappropriate risk identification that influenced the design, methods, and a working schedule that affected project performance. Furthermore, to ensure optimal project delivery, the government, as the project owner, needed to validate the information provided and coordinated the disruption handling before the project began.

In 2012, the Provincial Government of Special Capital Region of Jakarta (DKI) launched the Education Personal Cost Assistance (BBPP) through Jakarta Smart Card (KJP). This program is intended as an effort to help students from less fortunate families to fulfill their 12-year compulsory education. In its implementation, this program faced problems. This research, which was done at SMP Al-Abror, a private junior secondary school in Kembangan Sub-district, West Jakarta in February through November 2017, has the purpose to evaluate the implementation of the KJP program. The evaluation focused on data collection, distribution, usage, and reporting, by implementing the Discrepancy Evaluation Model (DEM). The data were collected through document analysis, observation, interview, and survey which were then analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively based on the type of data. The results of the evaluation show that the data collection process at SMP Al-Abror has been done according to the established procedures and standards and is categorized as good. The distribution of students’ account books and ATM KJP is also categorized as good. The usage and reporting of KJP funds is categorized as very good. However, in its implementation, there are still problems during the data collection stage, especially in the visitation stage due to the lack of time of the home room teachers have. Other than that, there are still infractions that occur including cash withdrawals for unauthorized uses and also students who did not report the uses of the KJP fund.

This study aimed to find out the political communication process occurring among the electorates in making decision of electing. In detail the source of information is known to be used for concerning the Pilgub DKI Jakarta of 2012, type of information obtained, and electing decision making among the Chinese Moslem community of Masjid Lautze Jakarta. Output of research was knowledge about the political communication process occurring until the electing decision making.This research referred to the conception that communication is a process of delivering message to exert effect (in this case the electing decision). The mass media effect theory was used as one of references in this research because the mass media pertained directly to the communicant in political communication process. The method used was qualitative one using in-depth interview technique for collecting data with 14 informants from the Chinese Moslem community of Masjid Lautze Jakarta. From the research it could be found that the dominant information source used to access the political information was mass media (television and newspaper), BBM (Black Berry Messenger), interpersonal communication media, group communication media, and other information source such as outdoor advertisement. Meanwhile in the term of information type, the information on Jokowi-Ahok couple became the most widely obtained one by the members of society. The electing decision was generally affected by such factors as mass media, interpersonal communication, group communication, organization, and observing Jakarta’s condition directly. The opinion leader factor (ustadz and foundation leader) did not have influence in this research.Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui proses komunikasi politik yang berlangsung pada khalayak pemilih dalam pengambilan keputusan memilih. Secara detailnya diketahui sumber informasi yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai Pilgub DKI Jakarta 2012, jenis informasi yang didapatkan, dan pengambilan keputusan memilih di kalangan warga muslim Tionghoa jama’ah Masjid Lautze Jakarta. Output dari penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan mengenai proses komunikasi politik yang berlangsung hingga samapai pada tahap pengambilan keputusan memilih. Penelitian ini mengacu pada pemahaman bahwa komunikasi adalah suatu proses penyampaian pesan yang akan menghasilkan efek (dalam hal ini keputusan memilih). Teori mengenai efek media massa digunakan sebagai salah satu acuan dalam penelitian ini karena media massa langsung bersinggungan dengan komunikan dalam proses komunikasi politik. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan in-depth interview pada 14 narasumber warga muslim Tionghoa Jama’ah Masjid Lautze Jakarta. Dari penelitian tersebut didapatkan sumber informasi dominan yang digunakan untuk mengakses informasi politik adalah media massa (televisi dan koran), BBM (Black Berry Massanger), media komunikasi interpersonal, media komunikasi kelompok, dan sumber informasi lainnya seperti iklan luar ruangan. Sedangkan untuk jenis informasi maka informasi mengenai pasangan Jokowi Ahok menjadi informasi yang paling banyak didapatkan oleh warga. Untuk keputusan memilih secara umum dipengaruhi oleh beragam faktor yaitu oleh media massa, komunikasi interpersonal, komunikasi kelompok/organisasi, dan melihat kondisi Jakarta secara langsung. Untuk faktor opinion leader (ustad dan pimpinan yayasan) justeru tidak berpengaruh dalam penelitian ini.

ABSTRAKPendahuluan: Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) menjadi salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat di dunia dengan insiden yang tinggi, tingkat keparahan, dan banyaknya wilayah endemik terutama pada negara tropis dan sub tropis. Terjadi peningkatan kasus DBD di Provinsi DKI Jakarta, dengan persentase kasus lebih besar pada usia anak-anak. Penting untuk mengetahui lebih dalam terkait gejala klinis dan karakteristik laboratorium antara anak-anak dan dewasa untuk memudahkan diagnosis DBD. Tujuan penelitian: Untuk mengetahui gambaran serta perbedaan gejala klinis dan karakteristik laboratorium pasien DBD antara anak-anak dan dewasa di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Bahan dan Metode: Desain studi yang digunakan adalah cross-sectional deskriptif menggunakan data sekunder sentinel arbovirosis, Subjek penelitian merupakan pasien yang melakukan pemeriksaan tes RDT NS1 sebanyak 478 pasien. Data dikumpulkan pada Bulan Juni–September 2022. Hasil/Temuan penelitian: Hasil menunjukkan terdapat 104 pasien (21,8%) terkonfirmasi positif DBD dari keseluruhan kasus supek. Dengan persentase kasus lebih banyak pada usia anak-anak (55,8%) dibandingkan usia dewasa (44,2%). Gejala yang umum terjadi pada anak-anak adalah demam (98,3%), nyeri otot (44,8%), muntah (41,4%), nyeri sendi (34,5%), dan nyeri ulu hati (29,3%). Gejala yang umum terjadi pada dewasa adalah demam (100%), nyeri otot (63%), nyeri sendi (54,3%), muntah (50%), dan nyeri konjungtivis (30,4%). Gejala nyeri otot, nyeri sendi, dan nyeri konjungtivis lebih banyak dikeluhkan pada usia dewasa. Leukopenia dan trombositopenia banyak ditemukan pada kedua kelompok. Hemokonsentrasi ditemukan lebih banyak pada usia anak-anak (50%). Rata-rata kadar trombosit jauh lebih rendah pada usia dewasa (140.000/µL). Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan gejala klinis dan karakteristik laboratorium pasien DBD antara usia anak-anak dan usia dewasa (Pvalue >0,05). Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat perbedaan gejala klinis dan karakteristik laboratorium antara anak-anak dan dewasa. Akan tetapi gejala nyeri otot, nyeri sendi, dan nyeri konjungtivis lebih banyak terjadi pada usia dewasa. Hemokonsentrasi lebih banyak terjadi pada anak-anak serta kadar trombosit lebih rendah pada usia dewasa. This research was conducted to analyze and describe the role of the members of the Regional Representative Council (DPRD) of the DKI Jakarta Province E Commission 2014-2019 in absorbing the aspirations of the community in the field of education. The research method uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach.
Based on the results of the study that the role of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Parliament Member Commission E in absorbing community aspirations in the education sector still has to be optimized with efforts to intensify programs / activities carried out to the community intensively, so that the public can know the policies produced, and establish an information center and community service so that it can help facilitate the public in expressing their aspirations. School enrollment rates in Jakarta must be increased, the dropout rate at the Jakarta high school level is quite high. This large gap between regions indicates that there is still a need for encouragement for certain regions to be able to catch up with other regions. Because of the importance of the role of the DKI Jakarta Regional Representative Council (DPRD), especially Commission E in the field of community welfare, it is expected to be able to automate the use of IT technology in community management and services concerning community aspirations.

This research aims to analyze factors caused Agus-Sylvi’s losing in 2017 DKI Jakarta Governor election. This research analyzes Agus-Sylvi’s losing not only from politic sides, but also from pragmatics’ politeness. Pragmatic politeness in this research is according to Brown & Levinson’s theory (1987) which is based on the speakers and hearers’ faces. In collecting the data, the reseacher chooses considerably free method and note taking technique. Pragmatic based approach and contextual method are used to analyze the data. From all the data, the researcher had found 83 forms of politeness strategies which showed the form of politeness strategy used by Agus-Sylvi. Those politeness strategies are positive, negative, bald-off record, and across politeness strategies. The use of the most positive politeness strategy, offer and promise, revealed the way of Agus’Sylvi got lost in 2017 governor election of DKI Jakarta. It means that it is not good to use positive politeness too much because the hearers will judge the speakers as a person who loves to boast. The lack of negative politeness and bald-off politeness also revealed that Agus-Sylvi did not respect other participants of Jakarta’s2017 governor election. The non-dominant across politeness strategy proved that Agus-Sylvi could not compete in confessing their meaning pragmatically.

Dalam studi ini penulis melakukan analisis spektral data anomali gayaberat wilayah DKI Jakarta untuk mengetahui kedalaman sumber anomali yang bersesuaian dengan ketebalan sedimen. Data yang digunakan berupa data gayaberat dari BMKG tahun 2014 dengan 197 lokasi titik pengukuran yang tersebar di koordinat 6,08º-6,36º LU dan 106,68º-106,97º BT. Studi ini menggunakan metode <em>power spectral</em> dengan mentransformasikan data dari domain jarak ke dalam domain bilangan gelombang memanfaatkan transformasi <em>Fourier</em>. In this study the author did spectral analysis of gravity anomaly data of DKI Jakarta area to know the depth of anomaly source which corresponds to the thickness of sediment. The data used in the form of gravity data from BMKG 2014 with 197 locations of measurement points spread in coordinates 6.08º - 6.36º N and 106.68º - 106.97º E. This study used the power spectral method by transforming the data from the distance domain into the wavenumber domain utilizing the Fourier transform. The result of the research using Fourier transform method shows that the thickness of sediment in Jakarta from south to north is getting bigger, in Babakan the thickness of the sediment is around 92 meter, in Tongkol, North Jakarta is around 331 meter.</em></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: </em><em>power spectral, gravity anomaly, sediment thickness</em><em></em></p>

The use of budgets to control, evaluate communications, and improve coordination is an activity in the preparation of the budget. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of budgetary participation, clarity of budget objectives, budget evaluation, budgetary feedback and difficulty in achieving budget objectives on the performance of local government apparatus. The sample of this research is 41 employees of Local Government Work Unit (SKPD) of Provincial Government of Special Capital Region of Jakarta. Pengujian data quality is done with the validity and reliability test followed by the classical assumption test. Hypothesis test is done by multiple regression test. The results showed that participation and difficulty in achieving the objectives did not affect the performance of the government apparatus. Feedback, budget evaluation and objective clarity proved to have an effect on the performance of the apparatus. The results of this study are expected to contribute in the evaluation of personnel performance and human resource management in the provincial government especially DKI Jakarta.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh partisipasi anggaran, kejelasan tujuan anggaran, evaluasi anggaran, umpan balik anggaran dan kesulitan pencapaian tujuan anggaran terhadap kinerja aparat pemerintah daerah. Sampel penelitian adalah 41 pegawai Satuan Kerja Pemerintah Daerah (SKPD) Pemerintah Provinsi Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta. Perngujian kualitas data dilakukan dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilanjutkan dengan uji asumsi klasik. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan partisipasi dan kesulitan pencapaian tujuan tidak mempengaruhi kinerja aparat pemerintah. Umpan balik, evaluasi anggaran dan kejelasan tujuan terbukti berpengaruh terhadap kinerja aparat. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam evaluasi kinerja aparat dan tata kelola sumber daya manusia di Pemerintah Provinsi khususnya DKI Jakarta.

Indeed, the political world is never free of whatever smells of controversy. News that is still widely debated is an article in the Australian newspaper, The Sydney Morning Herald, written by James Masolla dated May 7, 2020. The article was a conclusion from his interview with Anies Rasyid Baswedan, Governor of DKI Jakarta. This study aims at analyzing the political discourse contained in the video interview with James Masolla given by Governor Anies by seeing the persuasive strategy used by both people. The data obtained were then analyzed by employing the theory of persuasive strategy. Researchers used descriptive methods to tell the results of the analysis of this study. The findings of this study show that the interview with James Masolla by Anies attracted a lot of different perspectives within the audience. James’ skill in supporting and directing Anies has also earned Anies supporters’ respect for the Governor. The quality of the argument given by Anies is excellent because it can provide a probability claim and provide a desirably claim. This has been shown that the usage of the persuasion approach allows clarifying the meaning behind an argument. Persuasive techniques may also be utilized to forecast the reaction and the behavior the interlocutors want. There is potential for what Anies did to guide him in the contestation of the presidential election in 2024, although it is still too early to talk about it. Anies’ interview, however, showed that there was a problem between DKI Jakarta’s provincial Government and the national Government.

ABSTRACT The goal of this research was to examined women's candidacy, nomination, and fight for social resilience in Indonesia in the democratic world of political life. The Constitution of 1945 and the law of the KPU outlined the responsibilities and obligations of political parties to included women in a political jurisdiction. The study methods were qualitative exploratory, the data collection model was performed through direct interviews with political parties and sources directly relevant to the research. The research showed that the DKI Jakarta region as an axis of other areas only saw current rules as the formality of the political parties, that the selection stage was solely based on a party's will, and that there was no importance of accountability. Furthermore, there was no seriousness of political parties, as shown by the 2009, 2014, and 2019 DKI Jakarta DPRD polls, that women had no stipulation of 30%t or just 23.4%, 17.9%, and 21%. In the selection process, only people who had connections to party officials and were wealthy that were chosen to be nominated and given the preference to got their original serial number so that they could choose the preferred region (dapil). This showed that political parties were dominated by oligarchs and only to gained influence in political parties so that democratic ideals and gender equality did not exist.ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa proses kandidasi, pencalonan dan pertarungan perempuan dalam demokrasi dunia politik untuk mendukung ketahanan sosial di Indonesia. Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 dan Undang-Undang KPU telah mengatur secara rinci mengenai peran dan kewajiban partai politik dalam mengikutsertakan perempuan dalam kompetensi politik.Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif eksploratif, model pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara langsung dengan pihak partai politik dan narasumber-narasumber yang terkait langsung dalam penelitian ini.Hasil penelitian adalah pada daerah DKI Jakarta sebagai poros daerah-daerah lainnya hanya memandang regulasi yang ada sebagai formalitas partai politik, terbukti dalam tahap penjaringan yang dilakukan sepenuhnya dilakukan berdasarkan kehendak partai dan tidak ada nilai transparansi di dalamnya. Selain itu, tidak ada keseriusan partai politik dalam mengikutsertakan perempuan dalam kompetensi politik, terbukti dalam kontestansi pemilu DPRD DKI Jakarta tahun 2009, 2014 dan 2019 ketetapan 30% perempuan selalu tidak terpenuhi atau hanya pada angka 23,4%, 17,9% dan 21,7%. Dalam proses penjaringan, penyeleksian hingga pemilihan kandidat hanya orang-orang yang memiliki hubungan dengan petinggi partai serta memiliki banyak kekayaan yang dipilih untuk dicalonkan, serta diutamakan untuk memperoleh nomor urut pertama hingga bebas untuk memilih daerah pilihan (dapil). Hal ini menggambarkan bawah partai politik dari tingkat pusat hingga daerah dikuasai oleh kaum-kaum oligarki dan hanya sebagai tempat untuk memperoleh kekuasaan sehingga tidak ada nilai-nilai demokrasi dan kesetaraan gender di dalam partai politik.

The purpose of this study is to explain the extent of the influence of socioeconomic status and political participation on the political orientation of women voters in the 2019 General Election in the Thousand Islands Regency, DKI Jakarta Province. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach, namely with one of the characteristics commonly found in quantitative research with causality, which tries to explain the question "why" to examine the cause of an empirical event or phenomenon. The results showed that employment, involvement in community organizations, and participation in elections partially had a significant effect on the political orientation of women voters, while income, education, and involvement in political parties did not. These findings highlight the importance of considering the various aspects that affect voter participation in each region, although the study also highlights limitations, such as the geographical characteristics of the archipelago and weather factors that affect data collection

Background: Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) is a blockage or narrowing of the coronary arteries that carry blood to the heart muscle. The results of the 2018 Basic Health Research based on doctors' diagnoses stated that coronary heart disease in Indonesia was 1.5% with a prevalence in the DKI Jakarta area reaching 1.9%. Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) is a procedure or act of widening narrowed coronary arteries using a balloon aimed/directed across a catheter.
Objective: To determine the application of the radiographer's SKKNI in PCI procedures in the Intervention Room at the Bhayangkara TK.I Pusdokkes Polri East Jakarta Hospital.
Method: The research used is a descriptive qualitative method, namely describing the results of observations. This research was conducted in July 2023 in the Intervention Room at Bhayangkara TK.I Pusdokkes Polri East Jakarta Hospital. The subjects in this study were three radiographers in the Intervention Room at the Bhayangkara TK.I Pusdokkes Polri East Jakarta Hospital. The data collection methods used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The data method and analysis uses an interactive model method with stages of data collection, data processing, and data presentation, and discussion and conclusions.
Results: Of the 25 criteria for work on the SKKNI radiographer, there are 20 criteria for appropriate work and 5 criteria for inappropriate work. The criteria for inappropriate work are the radiographer not preparing the injector machine, not preparing the emergency trolley and its equipment (medicines and others), did not educate the patient, did not re-check the informed consent and did not regulate the injector machine. Elements of radiographer competency in the SKKNI include pre-examination procedures, equipment and supplies preparation, patient preparation, examination management procedures and post-examination procedures.

The purpose of this research is to determine and obtain empirical evidence on the factors related to the behavior of auditors that could affect the performance of auditors who work in Public Accounting Firm (KAP) Jakarta. This research discusses the factors regarding role conflict, role ambiguity, role excess, and leadership style. The writer took samples using convenience sampling technique. Criterion sampling was auditor working on the Firm in Jakarta with minimal education S1 majoring in Accounting with a minimum of one year working experience. Writers obtained research data through questionnaires distributed directly or via email to the auditors. The writers deployed 250 questionnaires to the auditors who worked on the Firm in Jakarta where questionnaires were successfully returned as many as 186 questionnaires, but there are 18 questionnaires that did not meet the criteria, so that 168 samples were used in this study. To obtain the results of the study, researchers used multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables included in this study, the lack of clarity of roles, have a significant influence on the performance of auditors. While, the other three independent variables: role conflict, role excess, and leadership style do not significantlyaffect the performance of the auditor.

This study analyzes the effect of attitude, quality, and flexibility on satisfaction and the implications for the desire to continue using madrasah e-learning for mathematics teachers in seventh grade for algebra material. The research includes non-experimental quantitative research. The population of this research is a mathematics teacher at the seventh-grade Madrasah Tsanawiyah in DKI Jakarta Province who teaches algebra material using madrasah e-learning. Sampling by convenience sampling and obtaining a sample of 225 teachers. The method of data collection is using a questionnaire. A Likert scale 1-5 questionnaire to collect data, data analysis method using PLS-SEM. Interviews with nine teachers were conducted to explore the causes of teachers agreeing and disagreeing with using e-learning madrasah in algebra learning. The results showed that teacher attitudes, e-learning quality, and e-learning flexibility significantly and positively affected e-learning satisfaction. E-learning satisfaction significantly and positively affects the desire to continue using e-learning. The interviews showed that teachers agreed because e-learning madrasah could help and facilitate teachers and students, and teachers did not agree because they encountered some difficulties in learning algebra.

Indonesia mengalami 385 kali bencana banjir dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir. Pada tahun 2016-2018, DKI Jakarta mengalami 54 kali bencana banjir dan di tahun 2019 terjadi 2 kali banjir disertai kejadian longsor akibat hujan deras. Banyak masalah yang ditimbulkan dari kejadian banjir diantaranya pencemaran sumber air bersih, hingga masalah kesehatan seperti diare, leptospirosis, ISPA, penyakit kulit, disepsia, malaria, filariasis, cikungunya dan DBD, sehingga diperlukan kesiapsiagaan, yaitu tindakan cepat dan tepat guna mengantisipasi bencana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kesiapsiagaan bencana banjir pada masyarakat di wilayah Kelurahan Kampung Melayu, Jakarta Timur. Disain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional dengan menggunakan data primer. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sejumlah 204 responden. Hasil analisis regresi logistik menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang paling mempengaruhi kesiapsiagaan bencana banjir di masyarakat adalah pengetahuan (P-value = 0,009) dan peran individu di masyarakat (P-value = 0,055). Dibutuhkan kepedulian masyarakat untuk bersama-sama siap siaga dalam menghadapi bencana banjir dan kepada praktisi kesehatan untuk melakukan edukasi siap siaga bencana agar mengurangi kerugian dan mengantisipasi peningkatan penyakit serta kematian saat bencana banjir terjadi.

One of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) transmission risk factors is presence of vectors, especially Aedes aegypti. Vector surveillance is carried out to determine vectors distribution, vector density and risk of transmission. The larva survey is a common and easy vector surveillance method. This study aims to describe the cases and deaths due to DHF and entomological indicators in Java. This study was further analysis of Special Research Disease of Vector and Reservoir (Rikhus Vektora). Data collection was conducted in 2016 - 2018. The study locations were five provinces on Java Island i.e. East Jawa, West Jawa, Banten, DI Yogyakarta, DKI Jakarta and three districts were each taken. The data of DHF cases and entomology were analyzed descriptively. The results of the study show that the last two years were 50% districts experienced an increase in DHF cases and 38.9% an increase in deaths. The highest house index was 50% and lowest was 9%, highest larval free rate was 91% and lowest was 50%. The highest container index was 26.48%, lowest was 3.68%, and the highest breteau index was 67, lowest was 11. As many as 73.3% districts have the most water containers were buckets and 26.7% most water containers were bathtubs. Java Island has a medium to high potential region toward DHF transmission occurs. Increased knowledge and skills for eradication mosquito correctly by individually and community needs to be planned and implemented sustainable, to increase community participation as well.

This study aims to analyze the effect of accounting information systems, internal controls, and the use of information technology on the quality of financial reports. The population in this research is the BSI Employee Cooperative, BNI Syariah and employee Cooperatives in the DKI Jakarta area. This research uses primary data which is measured using a Likert scale. The method for distributing questionnaires uses Google Form. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling and the total sample was 37 respondents. Analyzed using SmartPLS version 4.9.5. The results showed that the accounting information system and internal control had a significant positive effect on the quality of financial reports, while the use of information technology did not have a significant effect on the quality of financial reports.

MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) applies health protocols to prove the serve during a pandemic. It is done to decrease the spread of COVID-19. Service quality is improved to the interests of the society that using the Jakarta MRT. MRT applies the health protocol named BANGKIT (Bersih, Aman, Nyaman, Go Green, Kolaborasi, Inovasi, and Tata Kelola). The research aims to know the satisfaction level towards user society satisfaction as the passenger of Jakarta MRT who rides MRT from Lebak Bulus Station. The researcher used the quantitative method and used Simple random sampling to take the sample. To calculate data, the researcher did a correlation test, linear regression analysis, hypothesis test, and determination coefficient. The result of this research showed that the service quality: reliable responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangibles significantly had a strong connection towards society satisfaction. The questionnaire which contained 24 questions was valid and reliable because r table value was bigger than r count value and reliable value. The value of r2 determination coefficient was 74.8%. It means service quality (Independent) gave significant effect towards variable of society satisfaction. The researcher could conclude that there was a positive effect given by service quality towards society satisfaction.

Self-medication is defined as self treatment and self-diagnose for conditions such as cough, flu, fever, pain, stomach ulcers, worms, diarrhea, rash, and some other minor illnesses. Based on the data from Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan RI (2013), there were 103.860 of 294.959 households (35,2%) in Indonesia which store medicines for selfmedication (including 35,7% “Obat Keras” or “Gevaarlijk” and 27,8% antibiotics). DKI Jakarta (56,4%) is the highest province with respect to stored medicines. Some studies have found that 40-62% of antibiotics are not used properly. The inappropriate use of antibiotics can lead to antibiotic resistance risk and can be life-threatening for people in every part of the world. To address this problem, this community service was conducted to provide information about selfmedication of influenza and cough illness and to improve people’s knowledge in the proper use of antibiotics. Lecturing was chosen as the method for explaining the rational use of antibiotics and participants were requested to fill out a questionnaire. This activity was attended by 34 participants (and 32 participants filled out the questionnaire). About 13 participants (40,6%) provided correct answers to questions on the proper use of antibiotics. Twenty six participants (81,25%) said they had previously used antibiotics, 14 of them (53,85%) admitted to purchasing antibiotics without a prescription. Antibiotics are taken to treat symptoms such as runny nose, cough, sore throat, fever, and other conditions. A total of 7 participants (26,92%) admitted taking antibiotics with dosage modification and 8 participants (30,77%) switched one type of antibiotics with another type of antibiotics. Based on the results, we concluded that people did not have sufficient knowledge about the rational use of antibiotics. We suggested that counseling about the proper use of antibiotics should be improved.

The company has currently started to develop eco-friendly innovation products. This is driven by one of the emerging environmental issues in Indonesia, specifically plastic waste. Theory Planned Behavior was used as a theoretical framework in this research and has been widely used in several previous researches to measure the attitude in influencing consumer purchase intention and the concept of MPR. This research was intended to evaluate the effect of green packaging on purchase intention in Aqua LIFE’s products mediated by pro-3R attitudes. The object of this research was the green packaging of Aqua Life products which is referred to as Danone Aqua’s Marketing Public Relations program innovation. This research was conducted in the metropolitan area of DKI Jakarta. The sample in this research was determined by utilizing the non-probability sampling method by means of a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using an online questionnaire with a Likert scale (with a point scale: (1) strongly disagree to (5) strongly agree). The number of respondents in this research was amounted to 347 respondents. The data in this research were then analyzed using path analysis by means of structural equation modeling (SEM). The results showed that: (1) Green packaging had a significant effect on the pro-3R attitude of Aqua LIFE’s consumers; (2) Green packaging had a significant effect on the purchase intention of Aqua LIFE’s products; (3) The pro-3R attitude did not successfully mediate the effect of green packaging on purchase intention of Aqua LIFE’s products in DKI Jakarta City. Consequently, further research is highly recommended to raise the pro-3R attitude variable as a moderator variable, not as a mediator variable.

<em>The presence of catchment areas is needed. Besides its function for groundwater conservation, this area also is used to reduce flood risks. The need for houses also encourages people to use qualified Catchment areas to be used as houses and does not consider its natural factors. It happens a lot in suburban areas such as East Jakarta that in early 2020 this area becomes one of the most affected areas due to the flood in DKI Jakarta. Due to the world pandemic, Covid-19, direct field research is hard to carry out, so this research using remote sensing applications and geographic information systems to identify areas that qualify as water catchment areas. In practice, it uses secondary data sourced from national institutions and agencies with direct access to the data. The results showed that 12,36% of the research areas did not meet the requirements as Catchment areas, 68,01% were sufficiently eligible, and 19,63% were highly qualified. However, in its utilization, only 22.06% of the total research area currently plays an active role as groundwater catchment areas because of the land cover dominated by built-up land. It can lead to various risks as flooding or a reduction in the volume of groundwater.</em>

The number of new HIV cases in DKI Jakarta is increasing every year. The East Jakarta has the highest incidence of HIV cases. The increasing number of HIV cases is not followed by awareness of HIV test, especially pregnant women. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the experience of health care providers in performing HIV tests on pregnant women. The research method was descriptive narrative with participants from health workers who did HIV tests on pregnant women. The research was conducted at two Community Health Center in East Jakarta. Interviews used structured questions, conducted for 30 – 55 minutes, and recorded using a digital voice recorder with 13 participants. The data were analyzed using content analysis techniques. The four themes emerged including HIV test was mandatory for pregnant women at the first visit (K1); emphasizing on explaining the benefits of HIV test for prevention of HIV transmission in children; coordinating in the implementation HIV test for pregnant women and handling of those who are HIV positive; and challenges in implementing HIV test. in pregnant women. Health education about the importance of HIV test for pregnant women should be done from an early age. Additional of reagents HIV test for mothers from other regions is needed. The results of this study are expected to be input in improving the quality of HIV test for pregnant women.

An emerging outbreak of Covid-19 has now been detected across the globe. Given this pandemic condition, the robust estimation reports are urgently needed. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the impacts of community mobility (before, during, and after the lockdown period) on the spread of the Covid-19 in Jakarta, Indonesia. The secondary data was derived from surveillance data for Covid-19 daily cases from the Health Office of DKI Jakarta Province and the Ministry of Health. The community mobility indicators were retrieved from the Google website. Our results showed that in the pre-lockdown period, the Covid-19 daily cases rapidly increased, while community mobility significantly dropped. The increasing number of Covid-19 daily cases was significantly affected by the number of Covid-19 tests per day rather than community mobility. During the restriction period, the number of Covid-19 tests per day, and community mobility statistically affected the decreasing number of Covid-19 daily cases. Meanwhile, after the lockdown period, the number of Covid-19 daily cases rapidly increased, which significantly has a direct relationship with the increasing level of community mobility. Overall, community mobility and the number of tests per day are the essential variables that explain the number of Covid-19 daily cases in Jakarta, Indonesia. Additionally, this study did not observe any impact of average air temperature and air pollution on the spread of Covid-19. This study figures out that community mobility could potentially explain the progression of Covid-19.

Capital market growth is one indicator of a country's economic growth, especially for the growth of the Islamic Capital Market. Currently, the pandemic had a negative impact on the economy and the capital market, but on the contrary, this has actually attracted many new investors to enter the capital market. The millennial generation has great potential for capital market growth. The unique characteristics of the millennial generation such as understanding financial literacy, ease of access, and religiosity are used as research variables. As well as additional variables, namely lifestyle as a moderating variable and Islamic branding as an intervening variable related to the halal industry which will be used as a determining factor for millennial generation intentions in the Islamic Capital Market. The role of the millennial generation in the development of the financial industry, especially in the Islamic capital market, has great potential, given the large population of Indonesia and the majority of Muslims. The opportunity for the millennial generation to be able to invest in the Islamic capital market still needs to be investigated further. The research method uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used stratified random sampling, with the sample criteria being the millennial generation aged between 17-35 years, earning or having monthly money, and domiciled in the DKI Jakarta area. The analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis to examine the relationship between research variables. By using primary data through questionnaires, 207 respondents were obtained. The results showed that the variables of financial literacy, ease of access, religiosity, and Islamic branding as intervening affected the millennial generation's investment intention, but lifestyle variables did not strengthen or weaken the financial literacy variable on investment intentions. The object of this research is limited to the millennial generation who live in DKI Jakarta, so further research is needed for a broader millennial generation object.

Sebanyak 10 perusahaan swasta di DKI Jakarta menjadi sampel dalam pembuatan aplikasi berbasis web. Tujuan dari kajian ini untuk mengetahui seperti apa sistem yang digunakan dalam mengolah data-data di perusahaan jasa transportasi serta meminimalisir kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan pengiriman barang dan jasa selain itu para pembaca dapat memahami penggunaan sistem informasi jasa pengiriman barang, untuk kepentingan kegiatan pengiriman barang. Aplikasi web yang dibuat memberikan informasi mengenai perjalanan barang dari daerah yang satu ke daerah yang lain sehingga pihak penyedia layanan atau pemilik barang dapat menggunakan informasi tersebut (tracking), memuat berbagai informasi pengiriman terkini, memuat informasi tarif, memuat profile dan memberikan informasi lain yang berguna bagi pelanggan. One root of the problem that resulted in the unsuccessful implementation of BMN leases for the placement of ATM is the accuracy and accountability of the value generated by the Appraiser. Therefore the purpose of this study is to identify the factors that may influence the value of rental properties for the placement of ATM. This study uses quantitative methods, the four main variabels analyzed are the rental period, the distance of the property to the shopping center, population density, population. The results showed that the rental period had a positive effect on the value of the rental property, the distance of the property to the shopping center had a negative effect, the number of residents had a negative effect and population density did not affect the value of the rental property. This study uses population data from 2 (two) state-owned banks in the province of DKI Jakarta, the models compiled do not represent the entire population. Besides that, the model formed does not take into account the difference factor of the banks that rent the property. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai sewa properti untuk penempatan mesin ATM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, empat variabel utama yang di analisis adalah jangka waktu sewa, jarak properti ke pusat perbelanjaan, kepadatan penduduk, jumlah penduduk. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Jangka waktu sewa berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai sewa properti, jarak properti ke pusat perbelanjaan berpengaruh negatif, jumlah penduduk berpengaruh negatif dan kepadatan penduduk tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai sewa properti. penelitian ini menggunakan data populasi dari 2 (dua) perbankan BUMN di provinsi DKI Jakarta, model yang disusun belum mewakili seluruh populasi. Disamping itu model yang dibentuk tidak memperhitungkan faktor perbedaan pihak perbankan yang melakukan penyewaan properti tersebut.

Penyakjt Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) merupakan salah satu penyakit berpotensial KLB/Wabah yang wajib dilaporkan selambat lambatnya 1 x 24 jam. Berdasarkan Surat Edaran Nomor 4695/1.772.11 tanggal 29 Juli 2015 tentang Umpan Balik Laporan SARS 1x24 Jam dilaporkan bahwa kinerja pelaporan Surveilans Aktif Rumah Sakit (SARS) Penyakit Potensial KLB/Wabah di RSPI Prof. Dr. Sulianti Saroso tahun 2015 yaitu <38% (termasuk dalam kategori kurang). Tujuan kajian adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan rendahnya kinerja surveilans aktif rumah sakit pada SKD kasus DBD di RSPI Prof. Dr. Sulianti Saroso tahun 2015. Metode: Kajian ini menggunakan metode survey explanatory, dimana data primer diperoleh melalui lembar kuesioner. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui lembar isian observasi/pengamatan pada sistem/aplikasi SARS 1x24 Jam di Instalasi Rekam Medis. Hasil: SDM yang melaksanakan SARS 1x24 Jam yaitu di Instalasi Rekam Medik sebanyak satu orang, sarana prasarana yang terpasang dengan aplikasi online SARS 1x24 Jam hanya ada satu, Rekam Medik belum memiliki regulasi internal dan anggaran /dana untuk mendukung kinerja SARS 1x24 Jam. Jejaring kerja Rekam Medis terkait SARS 1x24jam adalah dengan Dinas Kesehatan DKI Jakarta. Kesimpulan: Faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja SARS 1x24 jam di RSPI Prof. Dr. Sulianti Saroso tahun 2015 adalah sarana prasarana.

This study aims to test a theoretical model regarding the role of commitment to change readiness through psychological empowerment in full Indonesian Immigarnt Worker (PMI). This study involved 205 Retired Immigrant workers who had started businesses in Banten, DKI Jakarta and Yogyakarta Special Region. The data analysis technique used is path analysis using Amos 21.0. The hypothesis proposed in this study is "the theoretical model of the role of commitment to the readiness to change full PMI with psychological empowerment" fit with empirical data. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that there is a role of commitment to the readiness to change full PMI with psychological empowerment. In addition, it was also found that the commitment variable did not play a direct role in the change readiness variable in the full PMI, but the commitment variable had a positive and significant role in the change readiness through the psychological empowerment variable in the full PMI.

Purpose – This study aims to determine the factors influencing the auditor's ability to detect fraud through professional scepticism. Methodology/approach – This research method is quantitative and descriptive. The primary data collection technique uses a questionnaire distributed to the supervisory auditors of central government agencies working at the Central BPKP in the DKI Jakarta Region, Indonesia. Sampling using the purposive sampling method obtained several 40 respondents. Data analysis tools use multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis. Findings – The results showed that the auditor's competence and the internal control system positively affected professional skepticism, but workload did not affect professional skepticism. Meanwhile, professional skepticism has a significant positive impact on the auditor's ability to detect fraud. <p><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p><p><br />In 2015, Ministry of Education and Culture, Republic of Indonesia did a<br />breakthrough in the educational communication field, it is online-national<br />examination, known as computer based test. In Jakarta, implementation of<br />computer based test is coordinated by Provincial Education Board of DKI<br />Jakarta and caried out 30 schools which consist of 1 junior high school, 3<br />senior high schools, and 26 vocational schools. SMPK 2 Penabur Jakarta was<br />the first and chosen by government to run that new examination method. The<br />purpose of this research is to know about comparison between paper based<br />test in 2014 and computer based test in 2015 at SMPK 2 Penabur Jakarta,<br />that was held on May 4 until 7, 2015. Selection of research subject was based<br />on psychological characteristic of 9<br /> grade students in junior high school<br />(14 – 15 years old) who prioritized to observe on. The research applied social<br />judgment theory by Muzafer Sherif. This qualitative-descriptive research used<br />case study method and based on constructivism paradigm. Data collection was<br />conducted by interview, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and documentation<br />study through online media. The result of this study shows that computer based<br />test is more excellent than paper based test.
