Abstract (sommario):
This study examines Okudzhava’s depiction of the process of documentalization of the past as a defining feature of the novel Puteshestvie diletantov, giving reason to consider it a form of metahistory, or an artistic statement on the subject of historical knowledge. The image of the document plays a central role in the novel Puteshestvie diletantov. Through it, Okudzhava depicts the process of knowing and (re)creating the past, as well as the process of its deformation, supplementation and modification. In the form of a document, the past finds existence in time and space, finds its author and addressee, and becomes submerged in a constantly changing context. Okudzhava does not contest the truth of the past, but rather problematizes it, immersing the reader in its real element – the narrative one, permeated by the creative will of the individual. Within this element, two juxtaposed narrative streams stand out clearly: the fictional and the documentary, each shaping the picture of the past in different ways. By thematicizing the issue of documents as evidence, Okudzhava at the same time thematicizes the influence of narrativity on the process of our recreation of past events, as well as on the course of these same events. The act of compiling a document and the act of narration appear in the novel as the driving force of the action and are treated by the author of Puteshestvie diletantov as a fully fledged manifestation of human will in History. In this way, the metafictionality of the novel (its thematicization and problematization of various narrative forms) becomes the key to its metahistoricality (the thematicization and problematization of knowledge of the past, the composition of History), inasmuch as History itself is represented here in the form of a narrative stream.

Tobulėjančios informacinės technologijos vis labiau skverbiasi ir į mūsų kasdienybę, plinta atsiskaitymai internetu, pirkimai, sutarčių pasirašymai, patvirtinti elektroniniais parašais, tačiau ant popieriaus ar kitokio pagrindo pagaminti materialūs dokumentai vis dar yra ir bus svarbūs mūsų gyvenime. Jie perteikia įvairius tiek visos valstybės, tiek įmonės veiklos aspektus, taip pat neišvengiami kasdieniniame gyvenime (pinigų banknotai, asmens tapatybės dokumentai, civilinių aktų liudijimai ir kt.). Kai tokia mūsų gyvenimą reguliuojanti dokumentų funkcija, dažnai kyla poreikis ką nors tuose dokumentuose pakeisti siekiant savanaudiškų tikslų, norint nuslėpti klaidas, pasipelnyti, todėl įvairūs dokumentai yra klastojami. Dokumentas – tai fiksuota informacija, nesvarbu, koks jos fiksavimo būdas, ir informacijos laikmenos (grafiniai darbai, atlikti įvairiais būdais: parašyti ranka, išleisti spaustuvėje, išspausdinti rašomąja mašinėle, surinkti kompiuteriu, nupiešti ar nubraižyti, vaizdo ar garso įrašai, kompiuterių informacijos laikmenos, kino ir fotografijos negatyvai, pozityvai ar kiti informacijos masyvai), taip pat bet kokiu būdu ar priemonėmis padarytos tokios informacijos laikmenų kopijos. THE INVESTIGATION OF CRIMES REFERING TO FORGERY OF DOCUMENTS AND POSSESSION OF FORGED DOCUMENTS Constantly improving informational technologies more and more get into our daily routine: nowadays it is widely spread internet payments, purchases, signing on-line agreements using electronic signatures. However, paper documents or other made of appropriate materials, which have material evidence, still have a very significant impact on our life. Its convey different aspects of states’ public works, which are inevitably in our everyday cares (money banknotes, identity cards, civil acts certificate and etc.). While such significant impact of documents on our life exists, there always be a need to change something in those documents seeking selfish interests, trying to hide mistakes, get rich, therefore different documents are being forged. This diploma thesis, interested in intelligent documents, covers, in its introductory chapters, the basic problematics of inteligent documents. The major part of major part of these theorethical chapters is devoted to the analysis of possible practical applications of certain parts of knowledge management. The second part of the thesis, focused more on a practical usage of intelligent documents, includes the proposition of the actual structure and the realization of the specific intelligent document. This part also includes the evaluation and the examples of the differences between an ordinary electronic document and an intelligent document. The conclusion of the practical part of the thesis is the summary of all the findings concerning the practical implementation of an intelligent document and the evaluation of possible applications, extension possibilities and changes of such intelligent document.

Document management systems allow organizations to have greater control over the lifecycle of documents from creation through review, storage, retrieval and dissemination all the way to their destruction. Document management provides greater efficiencies in the ability to classify and reuse information. This document deals with issues of storage and retrieval processes of text documents in document management systems. Main focus is made on choosing an effective document format, means and methods for storing and retrieving documents. The paper suggests using XML as the base document format and relational database management system as backend storage of the document management system. A new modification of the standard Edge method for storing and retrieving XML documents from relational database management systems is introduced and the results of its performance experiment are presented. The experiment proves the performance superiority of the modified Edge method over its standard analogue.

Revisionen är en gedigen process med många och omfattande interaktioner mellan revisorn och företaget, den har en viktig funktion, inte bara i sin roll som kontrollorgan utan också som hjälp för företagen i deras ekonomifunktioner. Revisionen har en mängd externa intressenter, deras möjlighet att ta del av revisionen inskränker sig till revisionsberättelsen. Revisionsberättelsen har blivit kritiserad bland annat på grund av dess standardiserade utformning och brist på information. Småföretag är viktiga för samhällsekonomin och dessa är till stor del beroende av lånefinansiering från banker. Förslag om avskaffande av revisionsplikten för mindre företag gör det intressant att undersöka hur kreditgivarna beaktar revisionsberättelsen vid en kreditbedömning. Uppsatsens syfte är därmed att försöka ta reda på hur en grupp av externa intressenter, kreditgivarna, behandlar revisionsberättelsen i sitt yrkesutövande. Undersökningen som ligger till grund för uppsatsens analys och slutsatser är genomförd som fyra kvalitativa intervjuer med utgångspunkt i ett fiktivt företag med en årsredovisning och tillhörande revisionsberättelser anpassade efter uppsatsens syfte. Företaget med årsredovisningen som grund fick genomgå en kreditbedömning hos respondenter på olika storbanker i Sverige. Efter inledande bedömning av räkenskaperna lades isolerat till bedömningsgrunden olika typer av orena revisionsberättelse för att se hur bedömningen påverkades. Slutsatsen är att revisionen i sig har stor betydelse men som dokument är betydelsen inte lika avgörande. Ett tydligt mönster var att om anmärkningen i revisionsberättelsen föll utanför de poster som respondenten såg som viktigast vid kreditgivning behöver en oren revisionsberättelse inte ha någon negativ påverkan vid kreditförfarandet. Anmärkningsvärt var att om en relation finns etablerad med den kreditsökande upplevs informationen i revisionsberättelsen ibland som inaktuell då kreditgivarna redan hade uppmärksammat problemet eller har större förtroende till sina kunder än till revisorn.

Vår studie syftar till hur pedagoger samtalar om likabehandlingsplaner och vilka erfarenheter de har av likabehandlingsplaner i förskolan. Vi har studerat två förskolor i två olika områden i Malmö och undersökt eventuella skillnader och likheter. Vår studie har utgått ifrån en kvalita- tiv metod och vi kommer samla in det empiriska materialet genom intervjuer på dessa två förskolorna. Intervjuerna är semi-strukturerade, då vi agerat moderatorer och enbart ställt frågor och inte deltagit i intervjuerna med informanterna. Vi transkriberade det empiriska materialet som sedan blev grunden till vår analys och vårt resultat. Analysen av det empiriska materialet har utgått ifrån ett normkritiskt perspektiv där våra begrepp är; profession, normer, arbetet mot diskriminering och kränkande behandling, samt samverkan mellan hem och förskola. Vi har undersökt den tidigare forskning som gjorts kring våra begrepp samt definierat och tolkat begreppen utifrån olika teorier. Vår teoretiska förankring har utgått ifrån det empiriska materialet och de områden som framkommer i vår analys. Vår studie har visat en viss problematik med arbetet mot diskriminering och kränkande behandling i förskolan. Problematiken ligger främst i förskolornas förutsättningar som synliggörs på olika sätt. Tiden, organisationen och de gemensamma diskussionerna kring arbetet mot diskriminering och kränkande behandling är påverkande faktorer till arbetet med likabehandlingsplaner.

SUMMARY Document management system “Raštvedyba” Modern people really very rarely think about how important is the electic power nowdays. We understand it’s importance only when we don’t have it because of emergency or something like that. This way we have the evening with “candle”, without radio and television, all home appliences don’t work at all. Although energetic specialists apply the best disaster facilities to avoid the emergency situations, sometimes it doesnt help and people can be left without electicity, especially in the country side. Users can get without any problem the electic power which is generated on the nuclear power station only when the whole “mechanism” of the power station works carefully. Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant (INPP) is a large enterprise which has a huge volume of dokumentation: the documents of dismissed and working people, the orders of personal direction, the orders of technical direction, different letters and others. Now at the INPP work about 3 500 personal and it is not difficult to imagine the amount of papers coming around every day. Secretariat is the department of the INPP which manages all documents. This thesis deals with a document classification, especially with a text classification method. Main goal of this thesis is to analyze two arbitrary document classification algorithms to describe them and to create an implementation of those algorithms. Chosen algorithms are Bayes classifier and classifier based on support vector machines (SVM) which were analyzed and implemented in the practical part of this thesis. One of the main goals of this thesis is to create and choose optimal text features, which are describing the input text best and thus lead to the best classification results. At the end of this thesis there is a bunch of tests showing comparison of efficiency of the chosen classifiers under various conditions.

Development of Internet and its massive spread resulted in increased volume of multimedia data. The increase in the amount of multimedia data raises the need for efficient similarity detection between multimedia files for the purpose of preventing and detecting violations of copyright licenses or for detection of similar or duplicate files. This thesis discusses the current options in the field of the content-based image and video comparison and focuses on the feature extraction techniques, distance metrics, design and implementation of the mediaDiff application module for the content-based comparison of video files.

This thesis deals with one-document summarization of text data. Part of it is devoted to data preparation, mainly to the normalization. Listed are some of the stemming algorithms and it contains also description of lemmatization. The main part is devoted to Luhn"s method for summarization and its extension of use WordNet dictionary. Oswald summarization method is described and applied as well. Designed and implemented application performs automatic generation of abstracts using these methods. A set of experiments where developed, which verified correct functionality of the application and of extension of Luhn"s summarization method too.

Topic of this master's thesis is a summarization of the documents on the web. First, it deals with the issues of acquiring text from the web using wrapper. An overview of wrappers used as an inspiration for the future implementation is stated. This paper also includes various methods for creating summary (Luhn`s, Edmundson`s and KPC) from the text data. Application design for the text data extraction and summarization is also part of this paper. Application is based on Java platform and Swing graphic library.

This work describes development of a diff tool working with audio files containing general sound such as music, speech and other sounds. There are presented facts from different domains of science related to sound, such as psychoacoustics, speech recognition and automatic music genre categorisation. This paper also contains description of some diff algorithms and external tools needed for development of the goal application. Moreover, there is introduced design and implementation of the application, settings used for sound features extraction and evaluation of attained results.

This diploma thesis is concerned with research on available methods of plagiarism detection and then with design and implementation of such detector. Primary aim is to detect plagiarism within academic works or theses issued at BUT. The detector uses sophisticated preprocessing algorithms to store documents in its own corpus (document database). Implemented comparison algorithms are designed for parallel execution on graphical processing units and they compare a single subject document against all other documents within the corpus in the shortest time possible, enabling near real-time detection while maintaining acceptable quality of output.

Tato práce se zabývá různými charakteristikami komponovaných dokumentů a ukazuje potencionální výhody využití takových dokumentů v prostředí dnešního Webu. Hlavní pozornost je soustředěna na problémy spojené s validací komponovaných dokumentů. Práce zkoumá různé přístupy k řešení těchto problémů. Validační metoda NVDL (Namespace-based Validation Dispatching Language) je popsána detailně. Tato práce popisuje hlavní principy NVDL, zkoumá výhody a nevýhody oproti jiným přístupům a představuje JNVDL. JNVDL je kompletní implementace specifikace NVDL, která byla napsána v jazyce Java jako součást této práce. Popsány jsou nejen technické prvky implementace, ale JNVDL je představeno i z uživatelské perspektivy. Pro ověření využitelnosti bylo JNVDL integrováno do existujícího projektu pro validaci webových dokumentů s názvem Relaxed, aby jednoduše zpřístupnilo validaci komponovaných dokumentů autorům webového obsahu.

This diploma thesis introduces the definition of plagiarism, distinguishes the types of plagiaries which often take place in praxis and the ways of determining the suspected texts. The means of detection are essential; therefore a whole chapter is dedicated to those. For the detection purposes, it is vital to pre-process the data to reduce the demand factor of the program. There is a preview of some programs which are already being used for the detection of plagiarism. The following chapter introduces some selected indications which have been implemented in the Matlab environment to create a detector of plagiaries in text documents. The created program is described in chapter eight. The applied indications and the detector response are described in a chapter called Indications testing. The testing proved the quality of these indications. The results together with pros and cons of the particular methods are discussed in the conclusion.

Detta examensarbete analyserar huruvida en användare behöver medverka när ett XSLT-skript, med syfte att transformera textfilsdatabaser till XML-dokument, genereras. XSLT-skripten skapas med hjälp av en XSD-fil och en textfilsdatabas samt att användaren mappar dessa värden till XML-dokumentet för att bygga XML-dokumentets struktur. För att utvärdera detta har en prototyp tagits fram som en ”proof-of-concept”. Prototypsystemet visar att en transformering från en textfilsdatabas till ett XML-dokument med hjälp av en XSD-fil inte går att automatgenerera fullt ut. Det medför att en användare måste göra en mappningen mellan textfilsdatabasen till XML-dokumentet. Nyttan av prototypen är att en användare aldrig behöver förstå XSLT-skriptning utan behöver bara mappa värderna i en grafisk miljö som sedan genererar XSLT-skriptet

Abstract (sommario):

Denna rapport beskriver varför transmission av data över telenätet är problematiskt och hur datakomprimering kan användas för att öka hastigheten på transmissionen. Datakomprimering används redan nu för att hålla nere storleken på den data som ska skickas, t ex är ofta bilder i JPEG-format eller något annat komprimerat bildformat. Rapporten inriktar sig på komprimering av HTML-dokument då dessa i nuläget inte komprimeras före transmissionen. Först beskrivs ett antal vanliga komprimeringsalgoritmer och sedan väljs en metod ut som verkar lämplig för komprimering av HTML-dokument. Algoritmen modifieras till att utföra bättre komprimering på HTML-dokument genom att använda en kombination av förlustkomprimering och "överblivna" ASCII-koder. Algoritmen implementeras och testas med avseende på komprimeringseffektivitet och komprimeringshastighet.

All data komprimeras av modemet innan den skickas iväg, men hypotesen i denna rapport är att en implementerad algoritm som exekveras på processorn på den dator modemet sitter kopplat till komprimerar mera effektivt. Därför jämförs algoritmen med MNP-5 och V.42bis protokollen som används för datakomprimering i moderna modem. Då algoritmen tycks komprimera bättre än båda de protokoll som nämns ovan, bör den kunna användas som komplement till komprimeringen i modemen. Den kan dock inte helt ersätta komprimeringen i modemen då den enda komprimering som kan utföras av algoritmen är den av HTML-dokument.

As document searching becomes more and more important with the rapid growth of document bases today, document clustering also becomes more important. Some of the most commonly used document clustering algorithms today, are pure statistical in nature. Other algorithms have emerged, adressing some of the issues with numerical algorithms, claiming to be better. This thesis compares two well-known algorithms: Elliptic K-Means and Suffix Tree Clustering. They are compared in speed and quality, and it is shown that Elliptic K-Means performs better in speed, while Suffix Tree Clustering (STC) performs better in quality. It is further shown that STC performs better using small portions of relevant text (snippets) on real web-data compared to the full document. It is also shown that a threshold value for base cluster merging is unneccesary. As STC is shown to perform adequately in speed when running on snippets only, it is concluded that STC is the better algorithm for the purpose of search results clustering.

Šiame darbe apibrėžiama e. dokumento sąvoka, teisinės galios aspektai, aptariama kokiomis priemonėmis e. dokumentui suteiktas teisinis pripažinimas ES šalių, Rusijos, Lietuvos, UNCITRAL dokumentuose. E. dokumentų apyvarta suprantama kaip e. dokumentų susidariusių organizacijos veikloje valdymas, kuris apima dokumentų rengimą, tvarkymą, apsikeitimą, apskaitą, saugojimą. Šiame darbe analizuojama e. dokumentų valdymo patirtis ir teisinis reglamentavimas viešajame administravime ES ir Lietuvoje, tarptautiniai e. dokumentų valdymo standartai. Aptariamas e. dokumentų teisinės galios pripažinimas, jurisdikcijos koalizijos klausimas dokumentų formos atžvilgiu, galimybė naudoti e. apskaitos dokumentus ir e. mokėjimo priemones e. komercijoje ES ir Lietuvos teisės aktuose.
We cannot see modern society without modern information management, transfer, storage. Traditionally law ask imperative “writing”, “signing”, “original” paper document. That make in a state of uncertainty as concern electronic document form legal power. In this paper are define e. document conceptions, aspects of legal power and implement for legal validation in EU, Lithuania, Russian, UNCITRAL documents. E. document management is understand as e. document management which compose in the organisation work. The process of e. document management is comprise of making, administration, exchange, accounting, saving e. document. This paper explain the existing experience and legal regulation of the e. documents management in the fields of the government EU, Lithuania and international document management standards. In this paper are define e. document legal power validation, jurisdiction problem as concern e. document form, possibility or using e. accounting document in e. commerce EU and Lithuania. There are talk about possibility, methods, problems of using e. document in the court process. It is integrated registration system, this system fits for Utena District Neighborhoods. Documentical information analysis takes much time. This program helps to improve and to facilitate work, and it distinguish very easy controlling. Traditional clustering methods, where documents are represented by term frequency vectors, are not very suitable for Lithuanian document clustering as there is no any freely available morphological analyzer or stemmer to make compact term dictionaries. It is still possible though to cluster Lithuanian documents using loose term dictionaries, but as Lithuanian is a highly synthetic language significant increase in resources and possibly inaccurate or distorted results must be taken into account. In this master thesis a clustering method for personally classified documents is deve­loped to overcome shortcomings of traditional document clustering stated above. In a new method documents are represented by tag frequency vectors, pair-wise similarities are measured by cosine coefficient and clustering itself is performed using experimentally selected bisecting K‑means algorithm. Experiments comparing developed method with traditional document clustering using loose term dictionary showed that former copes better with large document collections and/or large cluster number. At the same time subjective clustering estimation showed that even when new method demonstrates larger entropy and lower purity values, it still overcomes traditional method by clustering sense.

Darbe aprašomi algoritmai ir metodai automatiniam lietuviškų tekstų klasifikavimui panaudojant semantines duomenų struktūras. Apžvelgti jau žinomi ir naudojami elektroninių dokumentų klasifikavimo metodai, įvertinti jų privalumai ir trūkumai. Pasiūlyti algoritmai lietuviškų žodžių analizei, aprašytos duomenų struktūros (grafai), kurios gali būti naudojamos dokumentų semantiniams vaizdams sudaryti, rasti praktiniai jų sudarymo metodai. Aprašytos eksperimentinės programinės priemonės duomenų analizei bei atvaizdavimui. Darbe pateikiami eksperimentų rezultatai, kurių pagrindu suformuluotos išvados.
This paper defines algorithms and methods for automatic Lithuanian documents classification using semantic structures. Some popular classification methods are reviewed, displaying their strong and weak parts. Basing on this knowledge some original algorithms are proposed. This includes lexical Lithuanian word analysis, document semantic structure generation, automatic category tree generation. Implemented software systems for these methods are described. Multiple experiment results and conclusions are also introduced.

Magistro darbe yra atliekama procesinių dokumentų įteikimo nagrinėjant civilines bylas su nacionaliniu elementu bei vykdant įteikimą pagal Lietuvos Respublikos teisę instituto analizė, probleminių aspektų išgryninimas bei jų sprendimo būdų pasiūlymas ir įvertinimas per esamo reglamentavimo, doktrinos ir teismų praktikos išsamią analizę. Procesinių dokumentų įteikimas, vykdomas pagal nacionalinę teisę yra pats pirminis ir pamatinis institutas, kadangi nuo jo išsamaus ištyrimo ir sklandaus veikimo didžiąja dalimi priklauso ir procesinių dokumentų įteikimas bylose su tarptautiniu elementu, kur nežiūrint tarptautinio lygmens reglamentavimo, daugeliu atvejų, paskutiniai procesinių dokumentų įteikimo žingsniai yra atliekami remiantis nacionaline teise. Magistro darbe yra pateikta nemažai identifikuotų ir išgrynintų problemų, susijusių su procesinių dokumentų įteikimu, pateikti galimi sprendimo jų būdai, taip pat pateikiami patarimai įstatymų leidėjui dėl atitinkamo reglamentavimo tobulinimo bei vertinami įstatymų leidėjo rengiamo Lietuvos Respublikos civilinio proceso kodekso pakeitimų projekto siūlomi pakeitimai. Procesinių dokumentų įteikimo institutas yra nagrinėjamas kompleksiškai apžvelgiant esamą reglamentavimą, teismų praktiką, doktriną, užsienio valstybių patirtį ir numatomus Lietuvos Respublikos civilinio proceso kodekso pakeitimus.
The service of documents is a procedural action executed and confirmed in the way and form established by law, whereby the court offers an addressee to get acquainted with content of the served document. Specific rules on the service of documents exist to ensure that a person will certainly receive a document and information, and guarantee a person’s right to defend his interest in the process. The right to fair trial demands that every litigant should have timely notice of any proceeding affecting his interests and reasonable opportunity to respond. Failure to give due notice normally deprive the legitimacy of any process and this means that the failure to serve process where service of process is required is a failure of a conception of proper procedure in litigation. The main aim of the paper is to scrutinize the main basic aspects and main problems of service of documents in the civil procedure, to describe every method of delivery of procedural documents, provided in the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Lithuania, to review judicial precedents, existing doctrine, to identify the most common problems the courts, lawyers usually deal with applying the rules regulating service of documents. Moreover author raises the most common problems the courts usually deal with applying the law regulating service of documents. The work deals with automatic summarization of documents in HTML format. As a language of web documents, Czech language has been chosen. The project is focused on algorithms of text summarization. The work also includes document preprocessing for summarization and conversion of text into representation suitable for summarization algorithms. General text mining is also briefly discussed but the project is mainly focused on the automatic document summarization. Two simple summarization algorithms are introduced. Then, the main attention is paid to an advanced algorithm that uses latent semantic analysis. Result of the work is a design and implementation of summarization module for Python language. Final part of the work contains evaluation of summaries generated by implemented summarization methods and their subjective comparison of the author.

This thesis pursues an automated extraction of keywords from documents. Its goal is to design and implement an application which will be able to extract an appropriate set of keywords related to the contents of the document. The major requirements for the application are speed and accuracy. That is why the first part of the thesis talks about already developed principles and a detailed classification based on various criteria. The second part is focused on choosing and a thorough functional describing of one of the methods which should have been used for extracting the keywords. The next parts contain a detailed draft of the application and its implementation. Finally, the last chapter is particularly important due to testing the application on a group of text documents and evaluating final results of the extraction process.

Klasická inkoustová razítka, která se používají k autorizaci dokumentů, se dnes díky rozšíření moderních technologií dají relativně snadno padělat metodou oskenování a vytištění. V rámci diplomové práce je vyvíjen automatický nástroj pro ověření pravosti razítek, který najde využití zejména v prostředích, kde je nutné zpracovávat velké množství dokumentů. Procesu ověření pravosti razítka musí přirozeně předcházet jeho detekce v dokumentu - úloha zpracování obrazu, která zatím nemá přesvědčivé řešení. V této diplomové práci je navržena zcela nová metoda detekce a ověření pravosti razítka v barevných obrazech dokumentů. Tato metoda zahrnuje plnou segmentaci stránky za účelem určení kandidátních řešení, dále extrakci příznaků a následnou klasifikaci kandidátů za pomoci algoritmu podpůrných vektorů (SVM). Evaluace ukázala, že algoritmus umožňuje rozlišovat razítka od jiných barevných objektů v dokumentu jako jsou například loga a barevné nápisy. Kromě toho algoritmus dokáže rozlišit pravá razítka od kopií.

The aim of this work is to increase the accuracy of the transcription of text documents. This work is mainly focused on texts printed on degraded materials such as newspapers or old books. To solve this problem, the current method and problems associated with text recognition are analyzed. Based on the acquired knowledge, the implemented method based on GAN network architecture is chosen. Experiments are a performer on these networks in order to find their appropriate size and their learning parameters. Subsequently, testing is performed to compare different learning methods and compare their results. Both training and testing is a performer on an artificial data set. Using implemented trained networks increases the transcription accuracy from 65.61 % for the raw damaged text lines to 93.23 % for lines processed by this network.

This thesis is focused on document imaging and describes different approaches to the implementation of document imaging systems. In the first part there is the theoretical background of the document imaging that is supplemented by current statistics. In the first part there are also some remarks on the situation on the Czech market. The second part is based on examinations of different approaches to document imaging systems that were made by Czech companies. The main objective of this thesis is a practical example of selecting an appropriate solution of the document imaging. There are considered three types of approaches to the document imaging: complete outsourcing, in-house outsourcing or a solution of their own. To achieve this goal there is an adequate theoretical basis for the document imaging and an overview of hardware and software support for digitization in the first part of the thesis. TEI method by Forrester Research is used for comparison of the economic impact of the different approaches. The contribution of this thesis is primarily in the description of the state of document imaging in the Czech Republic and also examination of different solutions and approaches to the document imaging. There is also a completion of the theoretical part by a data from current surveys.

In my diploma thesis I deal with requirements analysis of a document management system and with designing a particular solution of these requirements for the document management module of the web based Inovio portal. In the first part I provide basic information about document management systems and I briefly describe, what palace in the company`s information system they take. Further I describe the Inovio portal, which is under development, and it`s application modules. The document management module is one of these modules and my thesis is contributing to its design. The second part is focused on functional and non-functional requirements on a document management system and on a web application. Abstract (sommario):

The means that the Swedish State has to legitimize and standardize different perspectives of women and their sexuality is significant. Persecution of gender and sexuality is today something that can grant refugee status according to the Swedish Aliens Act. By studying the documents that forestall the amendment of the laws is it possible to unveil the concept and ideas about women sexuality that the state manifests and reproduces through these laws and official documents.

The aim of this essay is to look upon the sexual policy as it occurs in official the documents that deal with lesbian refugees. The study cover and maps present research on this group of women and gives an answer to how norms about women sexuality are expressed in these documents.

Throughout the survey of the research field not much previous research was found, therefore even research that only partly covers the field is included and reviewed.

As method a detailed reading of the official documents and a discourse analysis with it’s emphasize on theoretical themes like gender and sexuality, lesbianism and state feminism, was made. Lesbians are missing in the official state documents and the one time the Migration Board’s documents refer to lesbians they are ascribed to as gender and not as sexuality.

The essay concludes that the confusion about the category gender and the category sexuality has the result that the lesbians become invisible. Lesbians tend throughout the material to be ascribed to the category gender and gay men to the category sexuality.

The standardized perspective and normative discourse that has been found in the official documents has the effect that women is looked a pound as gender and therefore, by the same logic loose their sexuality. In this way the Swedish State discriminates lesbian.

Another conclusion is that the Swedish State has a somewhat ambivalence perspective on their own work on promoting gender equality.
