Abstract (sommario):
In the 1990s, potato yield in the Andisols of Dieng, Central Java, Indonesia, was approximately 30 t ha–1, but this value decreased rapidly to 12–15 t ha–1 in recent years. This rapid decline could be attributed to the use of unbalanced organic and chemical fertilizers, without the application of conservation techniques. Therefore, this study aimed to sustainably improve the local potato cultivation pattern of farmers on Andisols using biological organic fertilizers and pesticides (BOFP). A randomized block design was used with two factors, namely: 1) 20 t BOFP, 300 kg Urea, 500 kg SP 36, 300 kg KCl, and 200 kg lime ha–1, and 2) comparison with the pattern of farmers, consisting of 20 t of chicken manure, 1–t NPK, and 250 kg ZA ha–1. The potato plant mounds were tilted 10% to the contour direction, and each treatment was carried out with 16 replications. Granola seeds were used to plant potato during the rainy season from March-June 2022. The results showed that the plants cultivated using the local pattern of farmers were affected by wilt from Fusarium spp, while the use of BOFP decreased the incidence of the disease by 80%. Furthermore, the BOFP pattern significantly increased Andisols organic-C from 1.78% to 3.83% and total soil P from 5.20% to 11.34%, compared to the pattern of farmers. It also increased potato yields from 12.31 t ha–1 to 22.93 t ha–1 and the R/C from 0.85 to 1.23, compared to the pattern of farmers. Based on the results, the use of BOFP pattern decreased wilt attacks by Fusarium spp, improved the productivity of Andisols, as well as increased potato production and profits of farmers.

Data on drug sales reports at KFX UB Jaya I Pharmacy in the last 3 years shows a decrease in the Non-Prescription Drug category. One of the strategies to increase sales pursued by KFX UB Jaya I Pharmacy is by implementing the Up-selling and Cross-selling methods. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Up-selling and Cross-selling sales techniques for non-prescription drugs on consumer purchasing decisions, and how it impacts the brand image of KFX UB Jaya I. This study uses quantitative research methods and descriptive design with an approach using questionnaires as research instruments. Determination of the research sample using the random sampling method with the SEM model, which amounted to 134 customers of the KFX UB Jaya I Pharmacy as a community pharmacy. The results showed that there was a positive influence between Up-selling on brand image (t: 4.373 & p: 0.000) and on purchasing decisions (t: 2.464 & p: 0.014). Meanwhile, the Cross-selling sales method has a significant effect on brand image (t: 5.359 & p: 0.000) and on purchasing decisions (t: 3.561 & p: 0.000). The results also show that brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (t: 5,763 & p: 0.000). Brand image can mediate the influence between Up-selling on purchasing decisions (t: 3,563 & p: 0.000) and between Cross-selling on purchasing decisions (t: 3,862 & p: 0.000). Based on the results obtained from research and literature studies, up-selling and cross-selling sales methods for non-prescription drugs have an effect on the brand image of the KFX UB Jaya I pharmacy which also has a significant impact on purchasing decisions.

The study's objective was to investigate the different types of coat cover from Batur sheep of Banjarnegara district in Central Java using 113 sheep belongs to 13 people member of Mulya Jaya farmers group. Sheep were raised at the centre of horticulture at the Batur-Dieng plateau. The main vegetable type planted in the area were carrot, potato and cabbage. The variables observed in the study were wool cover (score 1-9), the length of wool (cm), breed, sex, age and sheep body weight (kg). The data were analyzed using a general linear model, with the dependent variable were body weight and wool length whereas the independent variable were sex, location of the study, farmers, breed, sex and age. The result showed that 77.9% of sheep has wool distribution (score =0), most of the sheep (98.2%) has white color and only very small percentage has black, brown color. The average body weight and wool length of Batur sheep was 41.4 kg (range 15-97 kg) and 6.97 cm (range 4-17 cm), respectively, and there was a significant (P<0.05) influence of farmers, breed, sex and age. The Batur sheep is a wool type sheep and still maintain the characteristic of merino sheep.

This study was conducted to examine the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance at PT Putra Abadi Jaya Mandiri. The research method used is a quantitative method with the use of primary and secondary data. The population and sample are 50 respondents, who are employees of PT Putra Abadi Jaya Mandiri. The result of this study is that compensation has an effect on increasing performance by 2.7%. Partial hypothesis test obtained t arithmetic > t tabel or (1.144> 2.011), this is reinforced by the significance of P value <Sig. 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05, so that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, meaning that there is no positive and partially significant effect between compensation and employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 38.4%. Partial hypothesis test obtained t count > t tabel or (5,470>2,011), this is reinforced by the significance of P value <Sig. 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05, so H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and partially significant influence between motivation on employee performance. Simultaneous hypothesis testing of communication and work motivation contributed 42.8%, while the remaining 57.2% was influenced by other factors. From the hypothesis test, it was obtained that F arithmetic > F tabel or (1,308 < 2,800), this was also strengthened by the significance (0.000 < 0.05). Thus H0 is accepted H3 is rejected. This means that there is no simultaneous positive and significant effect between compensation and motivation on employee performance at PT Putra Abadi Jaya Mandiri Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Putra Abadi Jaya Mandiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan penggunaan data primer dan sekunder. Populasi dan sampel adalah sebanyak 50 responden, yang merupakan karyawan PT Putra Abadi Jaya Mandiri. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja sebesar 2,7%. Uji hipotesis parsial diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (1,144>2,011), hal ini diperkuat dengan signifikansi P value <Sig. 0,05 atau 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga H0 diterima dan H1 ditolak artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara kompensasi dengan kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 38,4%. Uji hipotesis parsial diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (5,470>2,011), hal ini diperkuat dengan signifikansi P value <Sig. 0,05 atau 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga H0 ditolak dan H2 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Uji hipotesis simultan komunikasi dan motivasi kerja berkontribusi sebesar 42,8%, Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 57,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Dari uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (1,308<2,800), hal tersebut juga diperkuat dengan signifikansi (0,000<0,05). Dengan demikian H0 diterima H3 ditolak. Artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Putra Abadi Jaya Mandiri. Nilam aceh (Pogostemon cablin Benth) merupakan tanaman berakar serabut yang dapat menghasilkan minyak atsiri. Minyak atsiri dari nilam dapat diolah menjadi berupa bahan kosmetik, parfum, dll. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui status kesuburan kimia tanah pada setiap intensitas penanaman tanaman nilam di Kecamatan Sampoiniet Kabupaten Aceh Jaya. Metode yang digunakan yaitu survai dengan melakukan observasi lapangan, data yang didapatkan dibahas dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Paramater yang diukur pada penelitian ini yaitu pH, C-organik, P total, K total, Kejenuhan Basa dan Kapasitas Tukar Kation dalam tanah. Analisis data hasil laboratorium menggunakan uji F dan uji T. Status kesuburan tanah pada berbagai intensitas penanaman nilam di Kecamatan Sampoiniet Kabupaten Aceh Jaya yaitu rendah sampai sedang. Intensitas penanaman nilam tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap kesuburan kimia tanah.Status of Soil Chemical Fertility at Various Intensities of Patchouli Planting (Pogostemon cablin Benth) in Sampoiniet Sub-district, Aceh Jaya DistrictAceh patchouli (Pogostemon cablin Benth) is a fibrous rooted plant that can produce essential oils. Patchouli essential oil can be processed into cosmetic ingredients, perfumes, etc. This study aims to determine the status of soil chemical fertility at each intensity of patchouli planting in Sampoiniet Sub-district, Aceh Jaya District. The method used is a survey by conducting field observations, the data obtained are discussed with a descriptive approach as well as regression and correlation. The parameters measured in this study were pH, C-organic, P total, K total, base saturation and cation exchange capacity in the soil. Analysis of laboratory data using the F test and T test. Soil fertility status on the intensity of patchouli planting in Sampoiniet Sub-district, Aceh Jaya District, is low to moderate. Patchouli planting intensity has no significant effect on soil chemical fertility.

Hypertension is the leading cause of premature death worldwide; hypertension management must be done correctly. Control can be divided into two, namely pharmacological management and non-pharmacological management; relaxation techniques that can be done are slow deep breathing exercises and progressive muscle relaxation. Progressive muscle relaxation (PMR) is a technique for reducing blood pressure. The study aimed to determine the impact of progressive muscle relaxation on blood pressure and anxiety in hypertension patients in the Suko Awin Jaya Health Center in 2022. This study was a quasi-experimental quantitative study with two group pre-test and post-test designs. The population in this study was 87 hypertension sufferers in the Suko Awin Jaya Health Center working area in 2021. The sampling technique was purposive, and 76 people were included in this study. The research was carried out in June 2022 in the Working Area of the Suko Awin Jaya Health Center. Data were analyzed using the dependent T-test. The difference was considered statistically significant at p<0.05. This research found that progressive muscle relaxation affected blood pressure (p=0.000) and the anxiety level of hypertension sufferers in the Work Area of the Suko Awin Jaya Health Center (p= 0.000). It is hoped that the community can apply the interventions that health workers have taught. Thus, that blood pressure and anxiety levels are always controlled.

The purpose of this research is to gather information related to the contribution of job training, financial compensation, and work discipline to employee performance at PT. Bayu Jaya Kusuma Bali. The sample in this study were 54 samples. The analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, t test, f test and determination analysis. This study obtained the results of H1 obtaining a t value of 4,670 with a p-value of 0.000 &lt;alpha = 0.05, which identified a significant positive effect related to job training variables on employee performance.. H2 obtained a t value of 4,404 and a p-value of 0.000 &lt;alpha = 0.05, which indicates that there is a significant positive effect of financial compensation on employee performance. H3 has a t-value of 3,197 and a p-value of 0.002 &lt;alpha = 0.05, which indicates a positive and significant effect of the work discipline variable on employee performance. H4 has an F value of 70,708 and a p-value of 0.000 &lt;alpha = 0.05, which identifies a positive and significant effect between job training, work compensation, work discipline on employee performance. Background: John Cunningham Virus (JCV) was involved in pre-malignant lessions and carcinogenesis of the colon. The purpose of this study was to detect and analyze JCV T-Ag expression in mild and severe dysplasia adenomatous polyp as well as low and high grade adenocarcinoma of the colon.Materials and Methods: This study used analytic descriptive, cross sectional approach. The samples’ paraffin blocks were taken from colon adenomatous polyp cases (all grades of dysplasia) and cases of colon adenocarcinoma (all degrees) at Anatomical Pathology Laboratory, School of Medicine, Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia from 2010-2014 (5 years period). Samples were reviewed from HE slides to determine histopathologic diagnosis, grades of dysplasia and grading. We performed immunohistochemistry staining with monoclonal antibody anti–SV 40-T-Ag to detect JCV T-Ag expression.Results: We found 7 cases of colon adenomatous polyp, of which 4 (57%) were mild dysplasia and 3 (43%) were severe dysplasia. Positive expression of JCV T-Ag was detected in 1 (14%) mild dysplasia case. Data analysis using Fischer’s Exact Test was p>0.05. We also found 16 cases of colon adenocarcinoma. 14 cases (87.5%) of low grade variant and 2 cases (12.5%) of high grade variant. Positive expression of JCV T-Ag was detected in 2 (12.5%) low grade cases. Data analysis using Fischer’s Exact Test was p>0.05.Conclusion: There was no difference of JCV T-Ag expression in colon adenomatous polyp (mild-severe dysplasia) and colon adenocarcinoma (low-high grade) cases at Anatomical Pathology Laboratory School of Medicine, Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia 2010-2014.Keywords: colon adenomatous polyp, adenocarcinoma, JCV T-Ag

This study tries to explain the determinants of leadership style which consists of personal characteristics and social culture, by observing 51 samples of the Mekar Jaya Village Community, Wonosari District, Boalemo Regency. Data were analyzed using the PLS-SEM technique through SMARTPLS version 3 software. Samples were selected and collected through purposive sampling and distributed via online questionnaire via the Google form. The results show that Personal Characteristics has no significant effect, with a T Statistical value of 1.388 and P Values of 0.166 while Social Cultural Factors has a significant effect, with a T Statistical value of 3.066 and P Values of 0.002 on Leadership Style.

Pendahuluan: Kejadian hipertensi pada ibu hamil merupakan 5-15% penyulit kehamilan yang menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab kematian ibu. Puskesmas Sindang Jaya Kabupaten Tangerang setiap tahunnya kejadian hipertensi mengalami peningkatan. Salah satu cara diet yang baik dengan mengurangi asupan garam dan memperbanyak asupan kalium. Pemberian jus labu siam dan jus mentimun memiliki kalium yang tinggi yang dapat menurunkan tekanan darah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan pemberian labu siam dan mentimun terhadap tekanan darah pada ibu hamil dengan hipertensi di Puskesmas Sindang Jaya Kabupaten Tangerang Tahun 2022. Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan quasy experimental design dengan rancangan pretest-posttest with control group design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 44 responden yang terdiri dari 22 responden eksperimen 22 responden kontrol dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan paired sample t-test dan T-Test Independent yang sebelumnya dilakukan uji normalitas dan homogenitas. Hasil: analisis univariat sebelum dan sesudah diberikan jus labu siam rata-rata sebelum 158,62mmHg dan setelah 133,43mmHg, sebelum dan sesudah diberikan jus mentimun rata- rata sebelum 157,71 mmHg dan setelah 142,52 mmHg. Hasil analisis bivariat dengan paired sample t-test pemberian labu siam nilai 0,000 dan mentimun nilai p value 0,000. Hasil T-Test Independent nilai p value posttest 0,011. Kesimpulan : Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Jus labu siam lebih efektif menurunkan tekanan darah ibu hamil dengan hipertensi. Ibu hamil diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil dengan hipertensi bahwa selain dengan menggunakan obat-obatan dari dokter bisa juga dengan menggunakan jus labu siam atau jus mentimun.
