This study aims to determine and analyze 1) the effect of competence, job placement and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Regional Office VII BKN, 2 ) the effect of competence on employee performance at the Regional Office VII BKN, 3) the effect of job placement on employee performance at the Regional Office VII BKN and 4) Job Satisfaction on employee performance at Regional Office VII BKN. The object of research is the employee at the Regional VII BKN office. The research method is associative using primary data. The population of this study was 140 employees, the sample selection technique used in this study was a probability sampling technique with a cluster random sampling method obtained through the formula of Isaac and Michael as many as 100 employees. The analysis technique used is multiple linier regression analysis. The results showed tha 1) simultaneously competence, job placement and job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance at Regional Office VII BKN, 2) competence had a significant effect on employee performance at Regional Office VII BKN, 3) job pacement had a significant effect on employee performance. At Regional Office VII BKN 4) job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance at Regional Office VII BKN

Abstract (sommario):
This study aims to determine the basic application of the regional head office limitation model in Indonesia and how the implementation of the regional head office limitation in various countries. The research method used is normative juridical which uses primary and secondary legal materials and uses the statutory approach, the historical approach, and the comparative approach. The results showed that the underlines of application of the model for limiting the term of office of regional heads are the policy of legislators who equate the model of limiting the position of the head of state government based on Article 7 of the 1945 Constitution also several Constitutional Court decisions which further clarify the technical limitations of the term of office of regional heads. A comparison of the model for limiting the term of office of regional heads in several countries shows that each country applies a different model for limiting the term of office. However, the four countries have one thing in common, namely that the limitation on the term of office of regional heads is a different model from the limitations applied to the positions of heads of state governments. Ideally, the limitation of the term of office of regional heads is a matter that should be decentralized to the regions so that regional regions can determine their policy of limiting their term of office depending on the will of their constituents in the region which is regulated by local provisions.

Electronic office is all work related to office management which is done electronically with communication equipment and information systems. The purpose of this study was to analyze the application, benefits, and constraints and challenges of the electronic office at the Salatiga City Regional Secretariat. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and also documentation studies. Data analysis activities are carried out through the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the Salatiga City Regional Secretariat office has implemented the use of electronic office. In the process of implementing the electronic office, the initial steps and components as well as the planning stages of the electronic office are very important and needed to simplify the implementation process. There is also an electronic office that has different benefits according to each section in the Salatiga City Regional Secretariat office. However, there are also obstacles and obstacles that result in the process of implementing and using electronic office at the Salatiga City Regional Secretariat office not yet functioning and playing an optimal role. The implication of the application and use of the electronic office at the Salatiga City Regional Secretariat is to assist employees in completing work effectively and efficiently.

Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office I Medan. The population in this study were all permanent employees at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office I Medan as many as 49 people. Considering the small population above, the researcher used the entire population as a sample, where this research is called census research. Thus, the sample in this study was 49 permanent employees at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office I Medan. The data collection technique in this research is a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used are the classical assumption test, path analysis, t test, and F test and determinant coefficients. Based on the results of research tests conducted, it shows that the financing variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The dependency variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The motivation variable has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is unable to mediate between motivation and employee performance. Job satisfaction is able to mediate between compensation and employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work culture and employee performance on service quality at the NTB regional Bulog office. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees of the NTB Regional Logistics Office and partners who collaborated with the NTB Regional Logistics Office. The number of samples used in this study were 51 employees and 51 partners. Data collection techniques used were interviews, documentation and distributing questionnaires containing questions about work culture, employee performance and service quality. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that; 1) Work culture has a positive and significant effect on the service quality of the NTB Regional Bulog Office, 2) Employee performance has a negative and significant effect on the service quality of the NTB Regional Bulog Office, 3) Work culture and employee performance together have a significant effect on the service quality of the Bulog Office West Nusa Tenggara Region.

A problem which the author told labor productivity is employees in the regional office of manpower of cirebon city still low, it is alleged that the problem caused by spatial planning of the office of ineffective. Research methodology who writers do is quantitative research methodology, where starting from collecting data, of interpretation of data, until the result of his research use numbers. Research questions submitted, is the influence of spatial planning by the head office part against labor productivity employees. A hypothesis that is in order following “Allegedly there is a significant positive effect of the spatial planning and the office of the chief of staff of the regional office of manpower Cirebon City” Of hypotheses it can be formulated hypothesis statistic i.e. H0 (hypothesis zero): rs count “of rs table, hence the formulation the problem is “there is no positive influence and significant between spatial planning of of office by the head of labor productivity of employees in the regional office of manpower cirebon city.” and Ha (alternative hypotheses ): rs count & gt; of rs table, hence the formulation the problem is “there are the influence of a positive and significant between spatial planning of of office by the head of labor productivity of employees in the regional office of manpower cirebon city”. In research results obtained that spatial planning office done by the head of the regional office of manpower the city of cirebon has is good enough but not optimal as is apparent from the success of spatial planning of the office that 53 % with a score of 412, total and labor productivity employees have good enough but still low as 53 % with a total score 412. The implementation of the spatial planning of the head of the office part by having influence that tightly against labor productivity employees in part of the regional office of manpower the city of cirebon regions with a value of rs count 0,876 and if in rs compare with table worth 0,464. Because rs count larger than rs table, there is the influence of a positive and significant between spatial planning of of office by the head of labor productivity of employees in the regional office ofmanpower of cirebon city .Thus H0 ( hypothesis zero ) were rejected and Ha (alternative hypotheses) accepted.

Abstract We explored how a geographic information system modeling approach could be used to quantify supporting ecosystem services related to the type, abundance, and distribution of landscape components. Specifically, we use the Integrated Valuation of Ecosystem Services and Tradeoffs model to quantify habitats that support amphibians and birds, floral resources that support pollinators, native-plant communities that support regional biodiversity, and above- and below-ground carbon stores in the Des Moines Lobe ecoregion of the U.S. We quantified services under two scenarios, one that represented the 2012 Des Moines Lobe landscape, and one that simulated the conversion to crop production of wetlands and surrounding uplands conserved under the USDA Agricultural Conservation Easement Program (ACEP). While ACEP easements only covered 0.35% of the ecoregion, preserved wetlands and grasslands provided for 19,020 ha of amphibian habitat, 21,462 ha of grassland-bird habitat, 18,798 ha of high-quality native wetland plants, and 27,882 ha of floral resources for pollinators. Additionally, ACEP protected lands stored 257,722 t of carbon that, if released, would result in costs in excess of 45-million USD. An integrated approach using results from a GIS-based model in combination with process-based model quantifications will facilitate more informed decisions related to ecosystem service tradeoffs.

This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) The influence of leadership style on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) Southeast Sulawesi Province, (2) The influence of knowledge management on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) Southeast Sulawesi Province, and (3) The influence of organizational commitment on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) Southeast Sulawesi Province. The population in this study were all Civil Servants at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) Southeast Sulawesi Province, totaling 113 employees. Withdrawal of samples by census method so that sampling is not required The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS), with the calculation process using SmartPLS software.The results showed that: (1) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of Southeast Sulawesi Province, (2) Knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Ham, Southeast Sulawesi Province, (3) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Southeast Sulawesi Province.

The research method used was descriptive and verification analysis and the calculations were carried out using the SPSS 26.0 program. The variables in this research are Situational Leadership and Career Development on Employee Performance. Data collection was obtained through questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The research sample was 65 employees of the Ciamis Regional Secretariat Office. The results of this research are that the Situational Leadership Style at the Ciamis Regional Secretariat Office has a Very High classification. Career Development at the Ciamis Regional Secretariat Office has a Very High classification. The performance of employees at the Ciamis Regional Secretariat Office has a Very High classification. Situational Leadership and Career Development simultaneously and partially have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance at the Ciamis Regional Secretariat Office. Abstrak. Pengembangan Karier Pada Kantor Sekertariatan Daerah Ciamis memiliki klasifikasi Sangat Tinggi. Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Sekertariatan Daerah Ciamis memiliki klasifikasi Sangat Tinggi. <p><em>The Baubau City regional office is one of the regional apparatuses as an assistant element to the mayor and the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) in the administration of government affairs which are the regional authority of Baubau City. The Baubau City government office has 23 service offices spread throughout the Baubau City area with their respective roles and duties. The spread of office locations can make it difficult for the people of Baubau City and immigrant communities to find the location of the official office and information on the official office. Therefore, a geographic information system for mapping the Baubau City government office is needed. This study aims to design an android-based geographic information system application for mapping the Baubau City government office. The data used in this study is collected data on maps of the Baubau City area using Mapbox and leaflets js, interviews at each office address, collecting data on coordinate points, and some other supporting data. This research produces an application that can make it easier for users to find the location of official offices and display office information in the form of office names, addresses, coordinate points, telephone numbers, emails, websites, office pictures, and routes to the Baubau City government offices.</em></p>

<p>This research aims to know: 1) the implementation of E-Office at Regional Secretariat of Surakarta, 2) how to solve the uneven Human Resources expertise, 3) how to solve users who are lazy to use E-Office, 4) how to solve the desire to learn from users who are lacking in implementation of E-Office at the Regional Secretariat of Surakarta.</p><p>This type of research is qualitative with a case study approach. This study uses purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques with the Head of Sudivision Administration and Leader as the key informant. Data collection techniques with interviews, observations, and documents analysis. The data validity test used is source triangulation and method triangulation. Data analysis techniques consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.</p>The result shows that: 1) e-office at the Regional Secretariat of Surakarta includes: a) e-office planning, b) implementation of e-office, c) monitoring and evaluation of the imlementation of e-office. 2) The competence of officers in the Regional Secretariat of Surakarta is still lacking, this is due to limited human resources, difficulty in submitting additional staff and the designated officer has no educational background in accordance with the work given. Efforts are made to overcome the lack of competence of officers in the implementation of e-office, namely by providing assistance and training to officers and monitoring and evaluation. 3) Efforts to overcome officers who are lazy to use the e-office at the Regional Secretariat of Surakarta, namely by affirming duties or responsibilities from the leader, encouragement from fellow officers and system simplification. 4) Efforts to overcome the low desire to learn from officers in implementation of e-office at the Regional Secretariat of Surakarta are the firmness from the leader and the division of tasks.

The population in this study were all employees in the Regional Library of Bengkulu Province totaling 35 people. The research sample to be taken in this study is to use total sampling where the entire population is sampled amounting to 35 people. The results of the research, the following conclusions can be made: 1. There is a positive and significant effect of office facilities (X1) on employee job skills (Y) Bengkulu Province Regional Library. 2. There is an effect of work priority (X2) on employee job skills (Y) Bengkulu Province Regional Library. 3. There is an influence of leadership support (X3) on employee job skills (Y) Bengkulu Province Regional Library. 3. Office facilities, work priorities and leadership support together have an effect on employee job skills. Objectives – The purpose of this research is to examine how effective interpersonal communication influences worker productivity, with the inclusion of EQ as a moderating variable.Design/Methodology/Approach – This study used a saturating sample size of 37 people from the Perum Bulog Regional Office in Central Kalimantan as its unit of analysis. SmartPLS 3.0 was used to perform a Likert-scale analysis of the gathered data.Findings - The results of this study concluded that the Interpersonal Communication A variable has a significant effect on the Employee Performance of the Bulog Regional Office of the Central Kalimantan Regional Office. While the Emotional Intelligence Variable has no significant effect on strengthening the relationship between Interpersonal Communication on the Employee Performance of Bulog Regional Office in Central Kalimantan.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance Mediated by Organizational Commitment at the Regional Representatives Council Office of North Sumatra Province. This type of research is survey research because it takes samples from one population. This study uses an explanatory research approach, which aims to explain the causal relationship between the research variables and the testing hypothesis. This research is included in the category of causal research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees in the Regional People's Legislative Council Office of North Sumatra Province, consisting of 110 employees. As for determining the number/size of the sample in this study using a saturated sample, all members of the population were used as a sample of 110 employees of the Regional Representatives Council of North Sumatra Province. Data collection techniques used are interviews/interviews and questionnaires/questionnaires. This data will be analyzed using a quantitative approach using statistical analysis, namely the partial least squares – structural inquiry model (PLS-SEM) which aims to carry out path analysis (path) with latent variables. Data analysis techniques in this study used a quantitative approach using statistical analysis using the Outer Model Analysis test, Inner Model Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this study uses the PLS (Partial Least Square) software program. The results of this study indicate that (1) Transformational leadership directly has a significant effect on employee performance at the Regional People's Representative Council Office of North Sumatra Province. (2) Directly organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance at the Regional People's Representative Council Office of North Sumatra Province. (3) Directly organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance at the Regional People's Representative Council Office of North Sumatra Province. (4) Transformational leadership directly has a significant effect on organizational commitment at the Regional People's Representative Council Office of North Sumatra Province. (5) Directly organizational culture has a significant effect on organizational commitment at the Regional People's Representative Council Office of North Sumatra Province. Sources of data in this study are Office of the Regional Disaster Management Agency Of Batanghari Regency., and Questionnaires and respondents to the office of the Batanghari district disaster management agency. Based on the resuts of the study obtained linear regression value that is Y = 1.518 + 0.511 X, with a value of R and a R2 value of 0.238 in the test t work environment affects employee performance in the office of the regional disaster management agency with a value of 3.447 and a significant value of 0.001.The conclusion in this study is that the physical work environment significantly affects employee performance in the office of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Batanghari district this is evidenced by a significant value of 0.001<0.05 results coefficient of determination of 23.8% show the value of employee performance is influenced by the remaining physical work environment of 76.2% the value of employee performance is influenced or explained by other factors that are not studied. Based on the analysis, the role stress variable has a significant positive effect on the dysfunctional behavior of auditors at PT Bank BNI Denpasar Regional Office. Time budget pressure has a significant positive effect on the auditor's dysfunctional behavior at PT Bank BNI Denpasar Regional Office. (2) To analyze the effect of mutation partially on the performance of Civil Servants at the Regional Secretariat Office of North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. (3) To analyze and determine the influence of organizational culture and simultaneous transfer on the performance of Civil Servants at the Regional Secretariat Office of North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research approach is descriptive quantitative through data collection based on questionnaires and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis in this study is multiple regression with the help of SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate that (1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Civil Servants at the Regional Secretariat Office of North Bolaang Mongondow Regency with a coefficient of determination of 11.30%. (2) Mutations have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Civil Servants at the Regional Secretariat Office of North Bolaang Mongondow Regency with a coefficient of determination of 53.60%. (3) Organizational culture and transfer together have a significant effect on the performance of Civil Servants at the Regional Secretariat Office of North Bolaang Mongondow Regency with a coefficient of determination of 64.90%. While the remaining 35.10% can be explained by other variables not examined in this study such as work motivation, leadership, employee competence, information technology in work and career management for employees.

The purpose of this study is to look at how worker performance at the Perum Bulog Lampung Regional Office is affected by organizational culture. The population that is the focus of this research is all 48 employees who work at Perum Bulog Lampung Regional Office, so all of them are research objects. This research does not use a sample method, considering the limited number of employees in this company. Therefore, all 48 employees of the Perum Bulog Lampung regional office became research subjects. The data collection method in this research involves an observational approach and distribution of questionnaires via Google Form. The data obtained was then analyzed using validity, reliability, and simple linear regression tests. The research results show that organizational culture at the Lampung Regional Office does not have a significant influence on the performance of Perum Bulog employees at the Lampung Regional Office. This can be concluded from the results of the analysis, where the calculated t value (1.304) is lower than the t table value (2.013), and the significance level (0.199) is greater than 0.050. Therefore, the hypothesis (H1) in this study cannot be confirmed or supported.

The Muara Enim Regency People's Welfare Regional Government Office faces obstacles in conventional administration. E-office systems overcome these challenges by digitally organizing incoming and outgoing mail, managing office inventory, and integrating activity agendas. The use of this system is expected to improve service quality, administrative efficiency, information accessibility, employee collaboration and responsiveness to the community. With the e-office system, the Muara Enim Regency People's Welfare Regional Government Office can improve efficiency, transparency and quality of public services. Web-based e-office systems are an effective solution for automating administration and increasing work efficiency. This research aims to measure the effectiveness of the program, analyze the factors that influence its success, and provide policy recommendations that can improve and expand the positive impact of the program, so as to provide guidance for local government decision making in an effort to improve the welfare of rural communities in a sustainable manner. Research results from the web-based E-Office system at the Muara Enim Regency People's Welfare Regional Government Office have provided a significant positive impact in increasing efficiency, transparency and quality of public services.

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work ethic on employee performance in the Regional Education and Culture Office of Sangihe Islands Regency. This study used a survey research method, where the research instrument was a tested questionnaire and met the validity and reliability test requirements. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The population in this study were all employees at the Education and Culture Office of the Sangihe Islands Regency totaling 70 people, while the number of samples was 60 people. The results show that there is an influence of the work environment on the performance of employees at the Regional Education and Culture Office of the Sangihe Islands Regency, there is an influence of work ethic on the performance of employees at the Regional Education and Culture Office of the Sangihe Islands Regency, and there is a joint influence on the work environment and work ethic on the performance of employees at the Regional Education and Culture Office of Sangihe Islands Regency.

In the global film market, China is gaining more and more importance. The Chinese box office and film admissions are growing year after year and Chinese film and related companies are able to make business more and more abroad. On the contrary, US and European film markets are flat and the production costs of their film are growing. Both are trying to enter the Chinese film market and cooperate with Chinese film companies. The article reviews the Hollywood strategies towards China and analyses the advantages and problems that will be found following this way and the reason why China is interested to cooperate with Hollywood. But also, in that case, there are advantages and problems to analyse. The place of European film industry and market is different because Europe has a lot of problems to deal with: industry and market fragmentation, little cooperation among member states, lacking distribution of European film outside national markets and too large box office share of Hollywood films. European companies would like to improve cooperation with China, but they have few financial resources to invest in co-productions, they do not have blockbusters to push the China box office and they have no know-how to offer for gaining on the global film market. They can only offer cultural, artistic and creative competences, but is that what Chinese film industry is looking for?

Data collection techniques used observation and interviews. The informants in this study amounted to 4 people consisting of 2 warehouse weighers, 1 OPP implementation staff, and 1 quality management. Findings: The results of this study indicate that the control of rice inventory by Perum Bulog Regional Office of NTB consists of, entry flow, exit flow, and storage of rice quality maintenance in the warehouse. The flow of rice is carried out according to the order from the office in the form of SO (Sell Order) Form through the distribution of disaster relief rice reserves, distribution of class groups, movement activities, and distribution of supply availability and price stability (KPSH). In addition, the flow of rice in the Bulog Regional Office of NTB is carried out in accordance with orders from the office in the form of PO (Purchase Order) Forms through work units (Satker), partnership programs, and through grain and rice processing units (UP-GB). Control of rice inventory at Perum Bulog Regional Office of NTB is carried out in accordance with logistics orders to maintain inventory turnover at the price of government regulations. Practical and Theoretical contribution/Originality: Controlling rice inventory at Perum Bulog Regional Office of NTB using Ethnomethodology methods Research Limitation: It is difficult to arrange informants' schedules to conduct interviews due to many other jobs so that researchers have difficulty when obtaining data

This research is a qualitative study, the informants used in this study were 5 employees of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (HAM) in Bengkulu, the data collection techniques used were interviews and the analytical method used was descriptive analysis method. The results of this study indicate that leadership factors can improve the employee performance in the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (HAM) in Bengkulu, because the leader always maintains good relations with his subordinates and always cooperates, besides that the leader also provides direction and support in working therefore employees can improve their performance. Motivation factor that can be done by the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (HAM) in Bengkulu by providing supervision to its employees and also providing job guarantees by way of promotion. A safe and comfortable work environment will improve employee performance, as well as in the the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (HAM) in Bengkulu. The work environment provided is a physical and non-physical work environment.

<p dir="ltr"><span>This study aims to determine: (1) The implementation of archive management at the Regional Archives and Libraries Office of Karanganyar Regency. (2) Obstacles faced in archive management at Regional Archives and Libraries Office of Karanganyar Regency. (3) What efforts will be made to overcome obstacles encountered in records management in the Regional Archives and Libraries Office of Karanganyar Regency? This research is qualitative research with a case study approach. The data sources used in this study are informants, places and events, and documentation by using purposive sampling technique. Techniques for data collection of interviews are observation and analysis of documents. They are testing data validity in the form of source and method triangulation. Then, interactive analysis model data analysis techniques are used. The results of the research: (1) The implementation of archive management at the Regional Archives and Libraries Office of Karanganyar Regency includes receiving, recording, storing, maintaining, shrinking, and destructing archives. (2) The obstacles faced in archive management at the Regional Archives and Libraries Office of Karanganyar Regency are limited facilities and infrastructure to support archival activities and the lack of human resource</span></p><div><span><br /></span></div>

The aim of the research is to examine the effect of knowledge management and human resource development on employee productivity at the Lampung Regional Office Logistics Agency Public Company. The quantitative research method used in this research. The sample was employees at the Perum BULOG with a sample of 53 respondents. The T-test for the Knowledge Management variable has no effect on employee productivity at the Public Company of the Lampung Regional Office Logistics Affairs Agency, this means that for employee productivity other things are needed that the researchers did not examine. Human Resource Development has an influence on Employee Productivity at Public Companies, Logistics Affairs Agency, Lampung Regional Office. This means that employees need higher character development. In the F test, it is known that each of the independent variables Knowledge Management and Human Resource Development has an effect on Employee Productivity at the Public Company of the Lampung Regional Office Logistics Affairs Agency because the calculated f value is greater than f table. Meanwhile, the R Test shows that knowledge management and human resource development only have an effect of 12.2% on Employee Productivity of Public Company Logistics Affairs Agency, Lampung Regional Office. It is hoped that future researchers will add complete variables to employee productivity performance.

Primary data collection was carried out through a list of questions to a number of respondents who were directly involved in research on Supervision and its Relationship with Employee Work Effectiveness at the Regional Office of the National Land Agency of Maluku Province. The results showed that the magnitude of the correlation coefficient between the two main variables in this study was 0 .48 and is in a moderate position. Furthermore, to find out whether there is a significant relationship between the two variables or not, it is necessary to test it by comparing it with the r-Product Moment value at a significant level of 0.5% (95% confidence level). The result is 0.266.s. Thus the results show that the t-table is greater than the r-table value (0.48 > 0.226), so it can be said that the better the supervision carried out by the Head of the Regional Office, the more effective the work of employees at the Regional Office of the National Land Agency will increase Maluku Province. Conversely, if the supervision carried out by the Head of the Regional Office is not carried out properly, then the work effectiveness of employees at the Regional Office of the National Land Agency of Maluku Province will decrease

Most of the PKS (cooperation agreements) are in monthly form so that the third partner will collect every month and will be paid by the officer.

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze human resource management using IPASN (Professional Index of State Civil Apparatus) indicators, which include educational qualifications, competencies, performance, and discipline for ASN (State Civil Apparatus) personnel at Regional Office VI BKN Medan. The research is being conducted on Regional Office VI BKN Medan. The qualitative descriptive methodology was employed in this investigation. Regional Office VI BKN Medan has performed admirably in terms of human resource management. Human resource management strategy development, as well as vision and mission statements, are carried out in accordance with business requirements. Control utilizing multiple media and stage selection to achieve human resources certified to the ISO 9001 standard in 2015. At Regional Office VI BKN Medan, human resource management is carried out by performing management functions such as planning, organizing, mobilizing, and supervising, although not all of them can be implemented. One of them is budget planning, which is not is not accommodated every year.

This research were done, in order to determined the effect of ledearship and work discipline on the job performance of civil servants on regional office of Youth, Sports and Tourism of Pasaman Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 51 respondents. The data collected in this study were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially leadership had a significant effect on the job performance of civil servants on Regional Office of Youth, Sports and Tourism of Pasaman Regency, with a significant value of 0.000 < alpha 0.05. Work discipline partially has no significant effect on the job performance of civil servants on Regional Office of Youth, Sports and Tourism Office of Pasaman Regency with a significant value 0.615 > alpha 0.05. Simultaneously leadership and work discipline have a significant effect on the job performance of state civil aparatus at Regional Office of Youth, Sports and tourism of Pasaman Regency, with a significant value 0.000 < alpha 0.05. The results of the coefficient of determination test indicated that leadership and work discipline contribute 51% of job performance of civil servants Keyword: Leadership, Work Discipline, and Job Performance

Abstract This paper proposes to reveal steps and efforts done by Regional Office in manifesting Green Open Space (GOS) in Semarang City to establish integrated natural and human resources. This study used a normative juridical approach, departing from legal materials, which were analyzed and clarified through interviews in the field. The results indicate that efforts taken by the Regional Office align with the laws. However, some obstacles still exist. Since the promulgation of GOS in 2022, the realization of GOS in Semarang City has only reached 15% of the targeted 30% thus far. Therefore, the synergy between Regional Office and the community is needed.
