La notion d’intuition agissante désigne le mode d’être fondamental de l’humain dans le monde dont celui-ci est élément constitutif. Elle ouvre la dimension où s’éprouve l’immédiateté de notre expérience du monde, et cette immédiateté est la source de toute connaissance réelle. Dans cette couche primordiale de notre expérience du monde, les moments actif et intuitif sont les deux aspects constitutifs de la seule et même réalité fondamentale qui n’est autre que la vie. Notre action constitue une réception du monde en son intérieur propre par son élément à la fois passif et actif, élément que nous sommes.

Résumé Le continent africain a vécu certains des crimes de guerre de masse, crimes contre l'humanité et crimes de génocide les plus odieux, le plus souvent perpétrés dans le contexte d'un conflit armé interne. Ces atrocités ont, pour la plupart, été commises sans que la communauté internationale n'élève la voix ou n'agisse. Face à cette situation, l'article 4 de l'Acte constitutif de l'Union africaine du 11 juillet 2000 reconnaît à l'organisation le droit d'intervenir sur le territoire d'un État membre en cas de crimes de guerre, de génocide et de crimes contre l'humanité, ainsi que le droit des États membres de solliciter une telle intervention. L'Acte constitutif de l'Union africaine est ainsi le premier traité international à énoncer un tel droit. La disposition tranche avec les notions traditionneUes du principe de non-ingérence et de non-intervention dans les affaires intérieures des États-nations. Cet article examine le droit d'intervention dans le cadre de l'Union africaine. L'auteur se penche sur l'historique de la démarche qui a abouti à l'insertion de cette disposition dans l'Acte constitutif, ainsi que sur les principaux objectifs et les raisons de cette exception majeure au principe de la souveraineté territoriale. En outre, la mise en œuvre de cette disposition ainsi que les difficultés pratiques, juridiques et procédurales prévisibles sont analysées. Les paramètres du droit d'intervention en droit international, de même que les aspects politiques influant sur le débat doctrinal, sont étudiés en vue d'évaluer le fondement juridique de l'article 4 de l'Acte constitutif. L'auteur fait valoir que, s'il est vrai que la mise en œuvre du droit d'intervention soulèvera très probablement des problèmes considérables, il n'en reste pas moins que la disposition met en évidence les valeurs fondamentales de l'Union africaine et les mesures énergiques que les États membres sont disposés à prendre pour garantir ces protections élémentaires à toute personne vivant en Afrique.

Ce bref essai voudrait inviter à prendre en considération le phénomène d’écriture juridique, c’est-à-dire le mode privilégié de formalisation du droit dans les sociétés occidentales contemporaines. Pour cela, il développe une idée simple à première vue : puisque le droit se présente à nous dans des textes, la composition de ces textes conditionne la manière d’être du droit. Or l’écriture du droit, quel que soit l’auteur du texte, quel que soit le type du texte, connaît certaines contraintes qui influent, par conséquent, sur le droit lui-même. Il apparaît donc que l’écriture juridique est un acte constitutif du droit. Plus encore, il s’agit d’un acte constitutif de certaines des équivoques, de certaines des ambivalences, bref, des flottements caractéristiques du droit. En établissant ainsi l’enjeu de la textualisation du droit, cet article plaide pour faire de l’écriture juridique un objet d’étude.

The deployment of weaving/netting metaphors in ancient Chinese socio-political thought has been noted, but the degree to which those metaphors may have prefigured cosmo-political thought in the earliest period has not been explored. This essay traces the crucial role of weaving technology in providing a fertile source for the constitutive image schema nearly ubiquitous in early cosmo-political discourse. Le déploiement des métaphores faisant intervenir le tissage ou le maillage dans la pensée socio-politique de la Chine ancienne a bien été remarqué, mais on n’a pas exploré le degré auquel ces métaphores peuvent avoir préfiguré la pensée cosmo-politique des périodes les plus reculées. Cet essai retrace le rôle crucial de la technologie du tissage dans la formation du schéma constitutif de représentation pratiquement omniprésent dans le discours cosmo-politique fondamental.

CET OUVRAGE DE BERNARD PERRET, économiste et membre du laboratoire de Sociologie du changement des institutions (LSCI), est composé de deux essais distincts sous-tendus d'une visée politique commune. Le premier commente avec beaucoup de sympathie, mais aussi avec de sérieuses critiques, le concept de “ capital social ” de Robert D. Putnam. Le deuxième esquisse une théorie de l'action critique de l'utilitarisme en tant que modèle moyens-fins et fondée sur les deux notions de l'agir instrumental et de l'agir constitutif. Cette dernière notion représente l'apport de Perret qui met en avant l'action humaine visant “ à construire ou modifier le cadre dans lequel elle s'exerce et par l'intermédiaire duquel elle acquiert une signification subjective ” (p. 9). Cette notion du “ constitutif ” ouvre pour Perret non seulement la possibilité d'intégrer dans son modèle des théories de l'action plus riches que celle que l'on pourrait subsumer sous le terme de “ rational choice ”, mais aussi de mettre en avant l'aspect politique de l'action humaine.

Abstract (sommario):

Le pisé est une technique constructive vernaculaire consistant à compacter successivement des couches de terre humide entre des coffrages. Cette technique, présente dans le monde entier, l'est en particulier en France dans la région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. Comme il n'existe pas de réglementation attachée à cette technique constructive, il est très difficile pour des propriétaires de réparer leur bien. Le développement de cette technique pour de nouveaux projets souffre aussi de cette absence alors qu'elle répond à certains enjeux posés par le Développement Durable. Le travail présenté ici fait partie intégrante du projet national PRIMATERRE dédié à l'étude des constructions impliquant de la terre. Une loi de comportement élasto-plastique est développée dans ce travail pour modéliser le comportement du pisé. Elle s'appuie sur une approche hiérarchisée de la modélisation en lien avec le nombre d'essais disponibles pour identifier les paramètres de modèle mais aussi en lien avec la complexité de phénomènes à prendre en compte. Ce modèle s'inspire d'un modèle pré-existant, CJS, développé en géotechnique pour modéliser le comportement mécanique des matériaux granulaires. Une adaptation s'est imposée pour prendre en compte les spécificités du comportement mécanique du pisé qui possède de nombreuses similitudes avec celui des matériaux quasi-fragiles. Deux niveaux de modélisation pour le modèle de comportement appelé CJS-RE sont présentés, pouvant être utilisés dans un contexte de sollicitation monotone. Le premier niveau CJS-RE1 est un modèle élastique parfaitement plastique alors que le second niveau CJS-RE2 est un modèle élasto-plastique à écrouissage isotrope. Deux mécanismes de déformation plastique sont présents, l'un lié aux phénomènes purement déviatoires et l'autre aux phénomènes de traction. La validation du modèle a été entreprise sur la base de la simulation d'essais en laboratoire de compression diagonale et de chargement latéral (pushover) sur des murets, issus de la littérature. Le niveau CJS-RE1 a été capable de capturer les phénomènes essentiels issus de ces deux tests et peut être utilisé comme une première approches des problèmes. Le niveau CJS-RE2 a permis de retrouver plus précisément le comportement non linéaire du pisé sur une large gamme de déformations, que ce soit dans l'essai de compression diagonale ou dans le pushover. Enfin, la prise en compte d'interfaces entre les couches dans la modélisation semble constituer une approche surdimensionnée lorsque seule la résistance d'un système constitué en pisé est recherchée. Cependant, parce qu'elles apportent une certaine ductilité au système dans la modélisation, elles peuvent être utilisées lorsque des résultats plus détaillés sont attendus
Rammed earth is a vernacular building technique consisting in compacting successively layers of moist earth within formworks. This technique is present worldwide and in particular in the region Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes in France. As no regulation exists for rammed earth structures in France, the owners of such structures are helpless at the time when repairing damages appearing in any aging heritage structures. Moreover, this lack of regulation tends to slow down the development of such a constructive solution in new projects though this technique answers many of the issues raised by the sustainable development. The work presented herein is part of the national research project PRIMATERRE devoted to the study of construction building involving earth. Herein, an elasto-plastic constitutive law is developed for modeling the behavior of rammed earth. It is based on a hierarchical approach of the modeling in relation to the information available to identify the set of model parameters and the refinement of phenomena to be modelled. This model was adapted from a pre-existing CJS model used in advanced foundation engineering for the modelling of granular soils. The necessary adaptation of some mechanisms of the model in the context of rammed earth material which holds the characteristics of a quasi-brittle material is highlighted. Two levels for the model denoted CJS-RE which can be used in the context of monotonous loadings are presented herein. The first level is a simple elastic perfectly plastic model (CJS-RE1) and the second model is an elasto-plastic model with an isotropic hardening (CJS-RE2). Two mechanisms of plastic deformation are involved, one related to purely deviatoric phenomena and one related to tensile phenomena. The validation of the model was performed based on different sets of actual tests including diagonal compression tests and pushover tests on wallets. The simple elasto-plastic model CJS-RE1 was able to capture some basic features for these two tests and may be used for a first estimate of the system resistance. The more sophisticated model CJS-RE2 was found better to retrieve the nonlinear behavior of rammed earth over a larger range of deformations throughout both a diagonal compression test and a pushover test. Finally, the modelling of interfaces between layers of earth seems oversized when the resistance of the system is investigated. However, since they may influence the simulated ductility of the system, they may be used to model the behavior of rammed earth system more precisely

L'objet de cette thèse est de développer un matériau polymère élastomère permettant d'assurer la liaison et d'absorber les déformations imposées entre deux matériaux composites à matrice thermoplastique. Différents élastomères thermoplastiques ont été identifiés et leur comportement thermomécanique a été étudié en comparaison d’un élastomère thermodurcissable utilisé jusqu'alors. Les polyuréthanes thermoplastiques (TPU) sont apparus comme une alternative intéressante. Nous en avons étudié la chimie et la microstructure ainsi que les propriétés mécaniques en traction et le comportement lors de sollicitations successives multiples qui mettent en évidence l’effet Mullins. L’effet Mullins permet en particulier de quantifier les déformations plastiques irréversibles qui sont liées au caractère thermoplastique des matériaux étudiés. Il a été constaté que ces déformations irréversibles sont comparables à celles observables dans le cas de l’élastomère thermodurcissable conventionnel. Nous nous sommes aussi intéressés au lien existant entre les propriétés thermiques et mécaniques finales du matériau aux différentes échelles, (de l’échelle moléculaire à l’échelle macroscopique notamment). En effet, les TPU sont des matériaux nanostructurés qui peuvent présenter une pseudo-cristallinité et une nano-séparation de phase susceptible d’évoluer avec l’histoire thermique du matériau. Nous avons ainsi cherché à établir un lien entre la structure du matériau à diverses échelles, son procédé de mise en œuvre et les propriétés physiques résultantes. Différentes stratégies ont été explorées pour optimiser le comportement thermomécanique soit par l'incorporation de nano/micro charges ou soit par l'addition d'une faible quantité de liquides ioniques dans la matrice polymère
The aim of this thesis is the development of an elastomer material able to constitute the junction of two thermoplastic elastomers pieces and to absorb the deformations on these two parts. Various thermoplastic elastomers were identified and there thermomechanical behaviour was studied and compared to the thermoset elastomer presently used. Thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPU) appeared as suitable matches? Their chemical structure, microstructure were studied as well as their mechanical properties in tensile strength and their behaviour toward multiple solicitations that highlights the Mullins effect. The Mullins Effect allows the quantification of irreversible plastic deformations which are induced by the thermoplasticity of the studied materials. It was observed that the irreversible deformations are close to the one of ther thermoset elastomer. We also focused on the existing link between the thermal and mechanical final properties at different scales, (from the molecular level to the macroscopic scale). In fact, the TPU are nanostructured materials that can contain pseudo-crystallinity and nano-phase separation that migth evolve with thermal history. This way, we tried to establish a link between the multi-scaled structure of the materials, it's processing and the resulting physical properties. Various strategies were explored to optimize the thermomechanical behaviour, either by adding nano/micro fillers or by the addition ok small amounts of ionic liquids in the polymer matrix

L’activité perceptive du sujet semble être impactée par les actions qu’il peut effectivement réaliser à l’égard de son environnement. Néanmoins, il semble que les possibilités d’action du sujet soient le plus souvent envisagées comme des propriétés objectives de l’environnement si bien qu’elles sont généralement décrites comme étant préparatoires à l’action. Ce travail de thèse s’est consacré à défendre l’idée que d’une part, ces possibilités d’action sont des propriétés émergentes de la relation sujet-environnement et que d’autre part, elles sont susceptibles d’avoir un rôle fonctionnel constitutif pour l’activité perceptive. Dans une première série d’études, nous avons observé que des modulations dans les possibilités d’action conduisaient à un renversement des effets de facilitation lorsque des sujets devaient catégoriser des objets préhensibles. Dans une seconde série d’étude, nous avons observé que la capacité à détecter un objet parmi un ensemble d’autres était impactée par les potentiels d’action suggérés par les objets mais également, modulée par l’engagement moteur du sujet dans la tâche. Enfin, dans une troisième série d’études, nous avons mis en évidence que les possibilités d’action pourraient occuper un rôle fonctionnel significatif pour l’activité perceptive du sujet. Ce dernier travail met en effet en évidence que lors de situations perceptives ambiguës, la manière dont est catégorisé un objet semble dépendre de la capacité du sujet à pouvoir le saisir efficacement. L’ensemble de ces résultats semble indiquer que les possibilités d’action sont bien des propriétés du couplage sujet-environnement et occupent une place majeure dans l’activité perceptive. Plus généralement, ces travaux constituent des arguments en faveur d’une prise en compte de l’ensemble de la situation sujet-environnement ainsi que de l’importance de la signification des actions du sujet en fonction des contraintes qui s’exercent sur lui ici et maintenant
Perceptual activity seems to be impacted by the actions the subject can actually carry out with regard to its environment. Nevertheless, it seems that subject action possibilities are most often considered as objective properties of the environment so that they are generally described as being preparatory to action. This thesis work has been devoted to defending the idea that on the one hand, these possibilities of action are emergent properties of the subject-environment relationship and on the other hand, they are likely to have a constitutive functional role for perceptual activity. In a first series of studies we observed that modulations in the possibilities of action lead to a reversal of the facilitation effects when subjects were to categorize prehensile objects. In a second series of studies we observed that the ability to detect an object among a set of others was impacted by the action potentials suggested by the objects but also modulated by the subject's driving engagement in the task. Finally, in a third series of studies, we have shown that the possibilities of action could play a significant functional role for subject perceptual activity. Indeed, this last work shows that in ambiguous perceptual situations, the way in which an object is categorized seems to depend on the ability of the subject to grasp it effectively. All these results seem to indicate that the action possibilities are properties of the subject-environment coupling and occupy a major place in the perceptual activity. More generally, these works constitute some arguments in favor of taking into account the whole subject-environment situation as well as the importance of the meaning of the subject actions according to the constraints that are exerted on him, here and now

Si le droit de brevet naît au jour du dépôt de la demande à l'Institut National de la Propriété Industrielle, son objet peut être modifié durant toute son existence sur la scène juridique. Ce sont ces possibilités d'évolution que nous nous sommes proposés d'examiner à travers notre étude, en nous plaçant respectivement en amont et en aval de la délivrance du titre. Pour cela, nous avons d'abord recensé les conditions de fond et de forme posées par le législateur, pour la rédaction du brevet, et leur incidence sur la portée du droit sollicité. Ceci, avant d'envisager quelles étaient les possibilités de rectification et de modification de la demande durant la phase administrative précédant la délivrance du titre de propriété industrielle, que ce soit dans le cadre d'une demande déposée devant notre office national ou d'une demande déposée à l'office européen des brevets. Cette distinction devant être reprise lors de l'examen des atteintes à l'objet du droit postérieurement à la délivrance du brevet. Au vu de nos réflexions, il nous a alors été permis d'affirmer que si après la loi du 2 janvier 1968, la sécurité juridique a été renforcée, elle n'est pas encore totale. La mise en oeuvre des textes par les praticiens et les juges révèle quelques faiblesses auxquelles il serait opportun de remédier.

Le concept d’expérience tel qu’il se présente dans la constitution des objets de connaissance, le cogito, la liberté, l’union de l’âme et du corps, possède une originalité qui distingue la philosophie cartésienne de la conception de l’expérience tel que la pose l’empirisme ou de tout formalisme. Descartes, par la place et le statut qu’il accorde à cette notion, fait de l’esprit le seul lieu capable de connaissance. L’expérience certaine est une saisie directe d’un objet mais aussi l’attestation de l’évidence d’un fait et d’une certitude immanente. Il en va de même pour les passions qui sont considérées comme une expérimentation de soi et un usage des droits que confère le libre-arbitre, fruit d’une expérience effective et indubitable. C’est à partir de l’expérience des natures simples intrinsèque au modèle mathématique et celle des notions communes tel le lien intuitif entre être et pensée que s’enchaîne un ordre raisonné de principes et de vérités. De même, l’expérience de la liberté et celle de l’union de l’âme et du corps font valoir leur présence face à l’entendement. L’expérience cartésienne valorise la notion de sujet qui ne pense qu’à partir de ses propres perceptions. Mais elle promeut aussi l’idée d’un sujet volontaire loin d’une recherche d’intériorité qui pourrait conduire à une affectation de soi et non à l’estime de soi qui caractérise l’âme généreuse. L’expérience cartésienne, en ses diverses modalités, y compris l’expérience scientifique, demeure hautement philosophique. Elle fait valoir les droits du sujet et ceux d’une philosophie qui, loin des rhétoriques langagières et du poids des savoirs constitués, se veut libre et innovante
The concept of experience as I actually can present it in the constitution of the objects of knowledge like cogito, freedom, union of soul and body, has an original feature distinguishes the Cartesian from the meaning of the concept of experience as empiricism takes it for granted. With this notion, Descartes makes the mind capable of knowing. The certain experience does not only lead to capture some subject but it is also a mark of an evident fact or an imminent certitude. It is the same for passions which are considered as an experimentation of self and a use of rights that freedom confers, and which is the result of an actual experience and about which no doubt is possible. The experience of simple natures and common notions, like the experience of an intuitive relation between being and thought, is an absolute knowledge to which is connected a methodical order of principles and truths. In the same way, the experience of freedom and the one of the union of soul and body asserts that they are present in front of the understanding. For that reason, the Cartesian experience increases the notion of subject which can only think on the ground of his own perceptions of mind. But also, it put forward the idea of a wilful subject and not a research of deep inside mind which would lead to a self’affectation but not to a proper appreciation which distinguishes the generous soul. The Cartesian experience, in its various patterns, among which we might not forget scientific experimentation is a very philosophical one. It puts rights of subject and these of philosophy which, far away from rhetoric’s and the weight of built up knowledge, is a free and innovating way of thinking

L'objectif est de developper un outil permettant de concevoir et d'evaluer la duree de vie d'un cable mono-toron. Ce type de cable, d'utilisation frequente en genie civil, peut etre soumis a la combinaison d'un chargement axial statique et de sollicitations repetees de traction ou de flexion. La premiere etape est de decrire l'evolution des degradations conduisant a la rupture par fatigue du cable. Les surfaces de contact entre fils apparaissent comme le lieu d'une competition entre divers mecanismes dont principalement la fissuration, l'usure et la corrosion. Une fois amorcee, la fissure de fatigue causant la rupture d'un fil se propage sous l'effet combine des actions de contact et des sollicitations dues au chargement global, puis uniquement sous l'effet de ces dernieres. La rupture finale du cable intervient lorsque la charge a rupture est suffisamment reduite par la proximite de nombreux fils fatigues. Un modele numerique utilisant la methode des elements finis et les concepts de la mecanique de la rupture est ensuite developpe dans le but d'etudier la propagation en mode i de la fissure de fatigue dans un fil individuel. Les resultats numeriques permettent de discuter quelles hypotheses simplificatrices sont acceptables et de mettre en evidence les parametres qui influencent le chemin de propagation de la fissure. Ces observations sont mises a profit afin de developper un modele analytique base sur une approximation polynomiale des resultats numeriques. Le modele analytique de fissuration est finalement applique a un fil helicoidal d'un cable mono-toron a pas croises sans contact lateral. Les donnees relatives au fil sont deduites de la geometrie du cable et du chargement qui lui est applique. L'evaluation des forces de contact radiales entre fils, generees par la precontrainte du cable, permet de discuter la possibilite de glissement entre couches lors de l'application ulterieure d'une sollicitation cyclique de traction ou de flexion circulaire.

La disparition de l'oeuvre incite à la recherche d'une réalité personnelle à travers l'expérience esthétique face à l'inexprimable. Des oeuvres comme Attenzione l'arte corrompe, y a-t-il de la vie sur terre ?, les Monuments contre le fascisme ou contre le racisme, le Questionnaire de Brème, les Mots de Paris, poussent à la construction d'un monde dans le respect de notre individualité. En conclusion, l'art de Gerz est un véritable outil de réflexion pour une approche philosophique et constructiviste de la réalité.

AbstractHusserlian phenomenology develops around Husserl’s theory of the complex structure of intentionality, featuring key notions of noesis, noema, horizon, and the constitution of objects of consciousness. By virtue of the structures of noema and horizon found in our experience, things in the world around us are said to be “constituted” in consciousness (along with self and other). The present essay explores intentionality and constitution as modeled in lines of interpretation that extend classical Husserlian phenomenology. The resulting “semantic” approach to intentionality draws on the ontology of consciousness, meaning, and horizon, unfolding a “constitutive” realism whereby our consciousness takes its place in the world beyond our consciousness, yet we experience things in the world around us by virtue of noema and horizon. The “logical” and the “transcendental” aspects of phenomenal intentionality appear in due course, within a formal model of intentionality, a model taking shape within a meta-phenomenological and meta-metaphysical framework.

Abstract (sommario):

The final establishment of a unified Yugoslavian state, as the fundamental reason behind the adoption of the Vidovdan Constitution, contributed to the overshadowing of all other characteristics of this act by the unified state system. Although it is one of the common conceptions that the Vidovdan Constitution had to a great extent copied the economic and social provisions of the Weimar Constitution, much less attention was given to the fact that the nature of this constitution, as the highest legal act, was somewhat modified. Comparatively, the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes was amongst the first to transform their constitution from a purely organizational-constitutive act by implementing elements of an economic and social charter as a future-ready program. The constitution is no longer only a constitutive act of a state, it simultaneously serves as an act that transforms the state from a political organization into a social and cultural community. In addition, although the Weimar Constitution was an exemplary model, the framers of the Vidovdan constitution were not plagiarizers, as they were original in many of their provisions. Distinctive constitutional provisions were the result of complex socio-political circumstances at the time that the framers of the constitution had to consider in order for the constitution to be adopted.

In this paper, a computational model is constituted based on the microstructural features of polymer electrolyte membrane (PEM). Assuming that the interaction between the water molecular and PEM molecular is quite weak, the cluster inside PEM is considered as void and the homogenization method is applied to constitute a unit cell model in which several voids are contained to represent the periodic microstructure of PEM. On the other hand, to account for the nonaffine movement of the molecular chains of PEM, the number of segment in a single chain is proposed as a function of the local stretch of the molecular chain and the constitutive equation of the matrix of PEM is constituted based on the nonaffine molecular chain model. It is found that this proposed model can reproduce the strain softening deformation behavior of PEM very well. Furthermore, a series simulations based on this proposed model are performed to discuss the effect of the water content and that of the triaxiality of macroscopic loading condition on the mechanical behavior of PEM. The results show that a relative quick development of the number of segments in a single chain is observed in the case of high water content and high triaxiality loading condition.

Introduction: There are vital needs that keep us going even when we are worn out or without a clear expectation of achieving some transfer to an external object. Unlike common sense, the demands of life do not come from what we want from the outside world, in other words, from our material aspirations. The outside world depresses us, but it doesn't cause us melancholy. What drives us comes from within, from our own lived body. For Jerusalinsky (2012), the repeated search for transference in autism constitutes fragments designated as partial objects. It still relativizes the imagined totalization, being that it prescinds to being only that agent who lives on the other side of the mirror (maternal agent). Objectives: The aim of this paper is to present the body as a memory of repetition in Autism and what the consequences would be of placing this body in relation with the internal and external world, with spaces, others and oneself. Methodology: In discourse analysis, we use movement and relationship as a theoretical-analytical device. Thus, the production of meanings is understood in comparisons, relationships, dissonances, approximations and displacements. It is in the event and in the analysis of other (non-linguistic) materialities that we will present the results. Results: The experiential experiences of childhood and the relationship between mother and baby are primordial for subjective constitution and the production of meanings in the formation of the psyche. Affective life, emotions, identifications and the strengthening of bonds of social belonging are anchored in this phase and from there emanate all the threads that bind the unconscious content. The case study of mother A.S. and her relationship with little R.A. showed that the child with autism is constituted in primary and secondary regressive and partial identifications, with their own singularity constituted in repetition. The symbolic and imaginary contents to remember and repeat are repeated without success. Conclusion: This work has focused on the considerations of Merleau-Ponty's (2011) studies on the body that inhabits the world and makes it a lived world. All the premises about affective life, the formation of the psyche and the unconscious come from the studies of Sigmund Freud and the psychoanalysts who followed him and affirmed or refuted his writings, helping psychoanalysis to become a theory in process. The case study presented in this paper is about little R.A., aged four, and his mother, his personal history and the constitution of a subjective body in the memory of repetition.
