Resumo Este artigo investiga a influência do alinhamento partidário entre atores políticos das esferas federal e municipal na determinação das transferências voluntárias federais aos municípios, com especial enfoque na identidade partidária entre deputados federais e prefeitos, a partir do indicador de Quociente Locacional de Bendavid-Val. A análise econométrica confirma o efeito positivo e significante dessa identidade partidária, indicando o importante papel desempenhado pelos deputados federais na distribuição partidária de transferências intergovernamentais. A principal contribuição deste trabalho é ir além do tradicional alinhamento entre prefeito e Presidente da República e investigar o papel dos parlamentares federais na distribuição partidárias das transferências voluntárias.

Abstract (sommario):

Biblical Hebrew has three specific verb forms for performing directive speech-acts such as commands and requests. Hebraists (e.g., Bendavid 1967) observe that two other forms are also used for this purpose, in addition to other uses. In Hatav (1997), I show that those two forms are general modals, which may be used for any kind of modality, including directives. Complying with Grice’s (1975) cooperative rule, I argue in this paper, a biblical character would prefer the specific forms to perform directives. However, I show that the specific forms are deictic in nature, and can be used only when the speech-time functions as the reference-time of the utterance. In case of another reference-time, the speaker must resort to the general modals.

Analizar factores relacionados con recurrencia de hernias Inguinal en Hospital Humberto Alvarado Vásquez. Pacientes y Método: Estudio de Casos y Controles. Periodo Enero 2003 - Diciembre 2010, se efectuaron 805 hernioplastias; 57 casos recurrieron, controles 114 asignados al azar. Criterios de exclusión: menor de 15 años, cirugía de urgencia. El análisis estadístico aplicado, pruebas de Chi cuadrado, ANOVA, y razón de probabilidades (OR) con intervalos de confianza del 95%. Resultados: Factores asociados a recurrencia hernia: sexo masculino (p=0.03), mayor de 65 años (p=0.007), obesidad (p=0.0006). Según clasificación de Bendavid los tipos de hernias predominantes en casos T1S3D3 y T2S3D3. La técnica quirúrgica más utilizada en casos fue Bassini OR: 2.68 (1.26-5.72; p=0.005). Se evidenció que las técnicas de Shouldice (p=0.007) y hernioplastia con malla (p=0.0001) constituyen un factor protector. Asimismo hubo una relación significativa de casos con uso nylon 2-0 (p=000.2). El promedio tiempo quirúrgico 50.63 (±26.8) en casos y 41.86(±19.5) en controles. La media tiempo de aparición de recurrencia 2 años (±1.02). Conclusiones: Factores de riesgo de recurrencia: masculino, >65 años, obesidad, técnica quirúrgica Bassini y MacVay; factores protectores técnicas de Shouldice y Hernioplastia con malla. Utilizar siempre hilo monofilamento no absorbible

The coffee development strategy in Kaongke-ongkea village is dominant in the valley area and is still limited to sloping areas. Although the water potential is very large, coffee processing in Kaongke-ongkea village is not yet electrically based. This is caused by undeveloped farmer institutions (BPTP Balitbang, Southeast Sulawesi, 2016). Facilities and infrastructure provide a very important role in supporting economic activities in the village of Kaongke-ongkea. The differences in the spatial patterns of land area, labor, production, and farmer capital are very important. If this can be optimized, it can maximize greater profits for the Kaongke-ongkea Village in particularly and Pasarwajo Sub-district in general. The aditional value of a commodity provides a very important role for regional economic growth so that in the development of an area it must pay attention to the issue because it can harm the regional economy (Bendavid-Val, 1991). The fundamental thing besides the marketing aspect is the large transportation costs incurred by coffee farmers due to the long distance from the coffee plantation to the market. Differences in the distribution of coffee commodities in various locations cause costs (Rustiadi et al. 2011). The pattern of the distribution of the amount of income and the level of knowledge of coffee processing has an impact on the pattern of demand for coffee commodities. These differences in spatial patterns make inter-regional linkages very important for the stability of the economy of Kaongke-ongkea Village. In addition, the type of coffee industry tree character needs to be known in determining the extent of farmers' knowledge and technology used in coffee processing so that the added value of coffee from Kaongke-ongkea Village can be increased to certified processing (brand). Coffee producers certify products to increase the added value of coffee so that the character of the authenticity of the product based on its origin can be maintained (Botelho et al. 2017). Abstract (sommario):

The study of acute toxicity is a mandatory stage in the investigation of new drugs, which allows assessing the health of substances for health in the short-term and determining the class of toxicity and breadth of therapeutic action. Therefore, at the first stage of the study, the acute toxicity of Bendamin Cardiomatography was studied, in particular the determination of maximum tolerant, toxic and intermittent lethal doses for laboratory animals. The acute toxicity of Bendamin was determined in two stages: indicative and expanded experiments. In the indicative trial, the drug was administered intragastrically at doses of 50, 500 and 5000 mg/kg body weight. Three white mice and rats were used for each dose. In an expanded experiment, Bendamin was administered intragastrically at doses of 5000 and 10000 mg/kg body weight. In determining the acute toxicity of Bendamin, the DL50 value could not be determined, indicating a low toxicity of the test substance. Thus, the DL50 drug for intragastric administration to white mice is greater than 5000 mg/kg m. The general condition of animals in the studied groups did not differ from the state of intact animals: coordination of movements and skeletal muscle tone, pain response, tactile and acoustic stimuli were adequate, the frequency of breathing and the rhythm of heart rate were within the normal range. At administration of the preparation in a dose of 5000 mg/kg m. T, an insignificant inhibition was established, which is related to the introduction of a large amount of the drug. In determining the coefficients of the mass of the internal organs of laboratory animals, a slight decrease in the weight coefficient of the liver was found in both mice and in rats. The “Bendamin” drug when administered to white mice and rats in the stomach in the maximum amount does not cause symptoms of poisoning and behavioral abnormalities. According to GOST 12.1.007-76, Bendamin, for intragastric administration, according to the degree of hazard belongs to grade 4 toxicity – low toxicity substances (DL50 more than 10000 mg/kg body weight). In the future, it is planned to investigate the chronic toxicity and cumulative properties of the drug in laboratory animals.

Abstract Background: In breast cancer patients, neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) allows to obtain pathological complete response (pCR). In case of initially involved node before NAC, pCR after NAC could make it possible to avoid axillary surgery. The aim of our study was to address parameters to build a tool able to accurately select patients at a high probability of axillary pCR after NAC. Method: GANEA 3 was a French prospective multi institutional cohorts of breast cancer patients with a proven axillary involved node treated with NAC (NCT03630913). Initially involved node was clipped before treatment. Each patient received, before and after NAC, a bilateral mammography, a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), an axillary sonography. After NAC breast, conservative or radical, and axillary surgery, were performed. Breast surgery allowed to measure breast tumor residual and to perform a Sataloff classification. Targeted axillary detection (TAD) was defined as the combination of the resection of the clipped node and SLN dissection. Axillary clipped node, sentinel lymph node (SLN) and axillary lymph node dissection (ALND) were always performed. ALND allowed to assess the false negative rate (FNR) of axillary clipped node and SLN dissection. A total of 500 included patients is planned to close this still ongoing trial. Results : From January 2019 to March 2022, 405 patients were included from 18 institutions. We present here the results of the 260 first patients, who experienced a complete treatment with NAC courses and post NAC breast and axillary surgery. Among these patients, SBR grade was III in 52%, OR and PR were positive in 59% and 46% respectively, HER2 was overexpressed in 40%, 26% were triple negative and pCR was present in 28%. FNR of the SLN detection was 21.1%, 9% for the clipped node alone and 6% for the TAD. Histopronostic grading, progesteron receptors, HER2 expression, MRI results and Sataloff grading of breast residual tumor were indepently linked with global pCR (breast and axilla) in multivariate analysis. The Area Under the Curve (AUC) model was 0.91 with 82% correctly patients classified. The false negative rate of no pCR classified patients was 14%. Conclusion : Intermediate results of Ganea 3 trial showed that operable breast cancer patients with an initially involved axillary node treated with NAC, showed that TAD allows to reduce the FNR of axillary surgery. Patients with histopronostic grade 3, negative progesteron receptors, HER2 overexpression, a normal MRI after NAC and a breast Sataloff A, have a low risk of axillary tumour residual burden and could be safely spare from any axillary surgery. Large prospective trials are needed to confirm the safety of this surgical de-escalation. Abstract (sommario):

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Bendamin on the antioxidant status of rats in experimental doxorubicin-induced cardiomyopathy. The studies were performed on white sexually mature young male of Vistar line rats weighing 180–200 g, which were kept on a standard diet of the Institute Vivarium of the State Research Institute of Veterinary Drugs and Feed Additives. Animals were divided into 3 groups of 6 animals in each: control group – intact animals; experimental group R1, in which animals were simulated with doxorubicin-induced cardiomyopathy by intraperitoneal administration of doxorubicin at a dose of 2.5 mg/kg 3 times a week for two weeks; experimental group R2, in which animals were injected with the drug “Bendamin” at a dose of 20 mg/kg after injection of doxorubicin. The data obtained indicate that the introduction into the experimental animals of the experimental group of doxorubicin is accompanied by intensification in the myocardium of the processes of free radical oxidation. The increase in diene conjugates was found to be 32.7% and TBK-active products increased by 37.6% compared to the control group of rats. Doxorubicin was also found to cause inhibition of the glutathione system of the animal's antioxidant protection after administration to rats. After administration of the drug “Bendamin”, rats of the second experimental group were suppressed with lipid peroxidation under the conditions of doxorubicin intoxication. In the rats of the second experimental group, the level of intermediates and end products is likely to decrease, so in the rat myocardial homogenate the level of diene conjugates decreased by 16.8% and the level of TBA-active products by 20.8% compared to the first experimental group. who had clinical signs of cardiomyopathy caused by doxorubicin administration. The use of the drug “Bendamin” in rats of the second experimental group contributed to the enhancement of the enzymatic and non-enzymatic element of the antioxidant system, protecting the structural and functional integrity of cell bioembranes. The results of the studies enrich the pharmacological characteristics of the drug “Bendamin”, indicate its sufficiently clear protective effect on the myocardium in experimental doxorubicin cardiomyopathy and is a convincing proof of the feasibility of the drug in veterinary practice.

A simulation of the cooling of electronic devices was carried out by means of microchannels, using water as a coolant to dissipate the heat generated from a computer processor, and thus stabilize its optimum operating temperature. For the development of this study, computational fluid mechanics modeling was established in order to determine the temperature profiles, pressure profiles, and velocity behavior of the working fluid in the microchannel. In the results of the study, the operating temperatures of the computer processor were obtained, in the ranges of 303 K to 307 K, with fluid velocities in the microchannels of 5 m/s, a pressure drop of 633.7 kPa, and a factor of safety of the design of the microchannel of 15. From the results, the improvement of the heat transfer in a cooling system of electronic devices was evidenced when using a coolant as a working fluid compared to the cooling by forced air flow traditional. ABSTRAK: Simulasi penyejukan alatan elektronik telah dibina menggunakan saluran mikro, di samping air sebagai agen penyejuk bagi menghilangkan haba yang terhasil dari pemproses komputer, dan penstabil pada suhu operasi optimum. Kajian ini mengenai model komputasi mekanik bendalir bagi menentukan profil suhu, profil tekanan, dan halaju perubahan bendalir dalam saluran mikro. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan suhu operasi pemproses komputer adalah pada julat suhu 303 K sehingga 307 K, dengan halaju bendalir dalam saluran mikro adalah pada kelajuan 5 m/s, penurunan tekanan sebanyak 633.7 kPa, dan faktor keselamatan 15 bagi reka bentuk saluran mikro. Ini menunjukkan terdapat kenaikan pemindahan haba bagi sistem penyejukan alatan elektronik ini, terutama apabila cecair digunakan sebagai penyejuk haba berbanding kaedah tradisi iaitu dengan mengguna pakai aliran udara sebagai agen penyejuk.

Repeated introduction into the body of an animal of a medicinal substance can lead to its accumulation in the tissues of the body. Therefore, knowledge of the cumulative properties of substances or conditions that may lead to cumulations, are especially important for understanding the pathogenesis of intoxication, because this phenomenon often lies at the basis of acute and chronic poisoning. The purpose of the work was to study the degree of cumulation of the “Bendamin” preparation in the body of white rats. The properties of the cumulative drug were studied in 12 white rats weighing 150–160 g. Rats were divided into 2 groups: control and experimental. To determine the cumulative properties of Bendamin, it was administered to laboratory animals starting at a dose of 0.1 DL50, with a sequential increase in the dose of 1.5 times every 4 days. It was found that the cumulative coefficient of Bendamin was 8.31 units, indicating that the drug does not exhibit cumulative effects. In determining the mass coefficients of the internal organs in the animals of the experimental group, the tendency to increase the weight and liver mass coefficients was determined, respectively, by 5.2 and 5.1%. The weight ratio of the heart of the animals of the experimental group increased by 5.7% relative to the control group. After studying the morphological parameters of blood of rats at 24 days of the experiment for studying the cumulative properties of the “Bendamin” drug, an increase in the number of erythrocytes to 6.13 ± 0.27 T/L, white blood cells to 8.42 ± 0.54 G/L and hemoglobin up to 132.4 ± 2.44 g/l. In the analysis of leukocyte profile in rats, there was a decrease in the number of eosinophils and monocytes, respectively, at 1.1 and 1.3% relative to the control group. The number of lymphocytes in the blood of the experimental group of rats increased by 1.5%, while neutrophils by 0.9% compared to the control. When studying the level of total protein, its small increase was determined by 5.2%. The activity of aminotransferases in the blood serum of experimental rats on the 24th day of the experiment for the study of cumulative properties of the drug also increased by 13 and 8% relative to the control group. Also, creatinine and total bilirubin levels in their rat blood were decreased by 3.1 and 8.8%, respectively.

Legacy of Sunan Gunung Djati Existing in Cirebon are mosques and palaces which are full of pre-Islamic material elements, both architecturally and objects from the past. This paper aims to explore pre-Islamic material elements in the Cirebon palace and analyze their meaning. The method used in this research is explorative-descriptive, namely one of archaeological research, research by exploring the place under study to look for the desired problem and try to describe it. Based on research, it can be concluded that: first, there are many pre-Islamic elements including, the Barong Lion Train (a train used for the purposes of the sultans), Kamasutera Carvings (reliefs depicting sexual activities), Nandi Statues (vehicles of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parwati), Lingga Yoni (Phallus symbolizing the male genitalia; Yoni symbolizes female genitalia), Bentar Temple (the entrance building of a temple-shaped temple that is split in half), the Derum Elephant Statue on the water (Gajah Derum Tirta Linuih; shows 1458 Saka), the Garuda Statue wrapped around a Snake (Bujnagga Ratu Obahing Bumi; shows 1618 Saka), The Firearms relief Monument (Braja Asta Rasaning Bumi: 1625 Saka), Lotus or Lotus (spiritual symbol symbolizing purity), The Garuda Mina stretcher (a vehicle for the sultans' children to be circumcised), Surya Majapahit (found on the mihrab of the Great Mosque of Cirebon; is the symbol of the Majapahit Kingdom), Ganesaha Carvings (scientific symbols in Hindu mythology), and Jaladwara (a hole to release water in a temple). Secondly, the existence has the meaning of friendship with other countries at that time such as China, India, and Arabia, it was found on the Barong Lion Train. In addition to this, the existence of pre-Islamic elements is a process of acculturation carried out by Sunan Gunung Djati to captivate the hearts of the people of Cirebon to know and embrace Islam.

Ampal Catchment Area has 25.273 km2 area and 4.699 km main river length, which planned to have 13 flood control construction. Until 2017, this catchment area has only three flood control construction. The watershed has only three built-in batters that are used to reduce the amount of flood discharge flowing on the Ampal river. Based on these conditions, it is necessary to analyze the magnitude of the difference of flood peak discharge on the existing condition (three bendali) compared with the condition of the plan (thirteen bendali). Therefore, analyzed the function and influence of flood control construction in Ampal Catchment Area by counting the flood peak discharge in each condition. From the analysis result, obtained the amount of peak discharge flowing in Ampal river existing condition is equal to 170,40 m3/s while at the condition of plan is equal to 83,80 m3/s. From the results of analysis, it is stated that the magnitude of the decrease of debit (ΔQ) after all the builds is 86.60 m3/s.

The purpose of this work was to study the influence of “Bendamin” on the morphological and biochemical indices of rat blood in experimental modeling of heart failure. The investigation were performed on white sexually mature young male-rats of Wistar line weighing 180–200 g, kept at the standard ration of the institute vivarium of the State Research Institute of Veterinary Preparations and Fodder Additives. To create a model of doxorubicin-induced cardiomyopathy, 24 male rats were selected. Animals were divided into 3 groups of 6 animals in each: control group – intact animals; experimental group E1, in which animals were modeled doxorubicin-induced cardiomyopathy by intraperitoneal injected of doxorubicin at a dose of 2.5 mg/kg 3 times a week for two weeks; experimental group E2, in which animals, after injection of doxorubicin, the preparation “Bendamin” was injected in the dose 20 mg/kg intragastrically. For experimental modeling of heart a decrease in the number of red blood cells was found in the blood of rats of the first experimental group by 34.7 % and hemoglobin level – by 24.2 %, with a simultaneous increase in the average hemoglobin content in one erythrocyte by 16.2 %. Doxorubicin-induced cardiomyopathy in rats of the first experimental group was accompanied by a decrease in leukocyte count by 22.2 %, an increase in uric acid level by almost in 2 times, creatinine by 11.4 %, cholesterol by 61.1 %. In the research of the protein synthesizing function of the liver of rats in experimental modeling of heart failure, a decrease in total protein by 9.6 % was found. These changes were accompanied by a slight decrease in albumin levels and a slight increase in globulin levels. By intoxication with doxorubicin, rats of the first experimental group showed a violation of the functional state of the liver, indicating an increase in the activity of aminotransferases in their blood, namely: AlAT by 34.2 %, AsAT – by 21.7 %, accordingly. Positive action of cardio preparation “Bendamin” on rats organism under conditions of creation of a model of doxorubicin-induced cardiomyopathy was installed, manifested by the normalization of hematological and biochemical parameters, functional status and protein synthesis of the liver.

The article focuses on the numerical investigation of temperature distribution in a central processing units (CPU) case with different time interval such as t = 100 s, 200 s, 300 s, 400 s, 500 s. Heat sink performance of a graphics processing unit (GPU) thermal management and impacts of different shape and velocity on the thermal performance are considered. In this study, three heat sink models are designed (A, B, and C) based on the volume area of heat sink. This study emphasizes the heat transfer phenomena caused by a GPU in a computer case in both steady state and transient state. A CFD software STAR – CCM + is used to carry out to study the fluid flow and heat transfer simulation of graphics card heat sink in a computer case and the same time an enhanced method of reducing the temperature of GPU is proposed. The results show that heat sink B with the least volume area, has the fastest rate of heat exchange followed by heat sink C and heat sink A. Likewise, the result indicates an inverse relationship between the volume and the total surface of the heat sink and the final temperature of the graphics card chip. As the total volume and surface of the heat sink increases, the rate of heat transfer increases via faster rate of conduction between graphics card chip to heat sink meanwhile the cooling of the heat sink is aided by wind inlet via convection.

Waduk merupakan danau alam yang memiliki fungsi utama sebagai menampung debit air dan irigasi. Waduk mempunyai potensi ekonomi apabila dijadikan tempat wisata. Waduk yang ada di Balikpapan selatan yang memiliki potensi dikembangkan. Kawasan waduk saat ini belum maksimal apabila akan dijadikan tempat wisata edukasi. Dikarenakan sarana dan prasaran belum memadahi, terdapat 2 tempat sampah dan kondisinya tidak layak karena sudah rusak, tidak ada peta petunjuk arah dan nama-nama pohon belum teridentifikasi. Tujuan melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah menjadikan kawasan Bendali menjadi wisata alam edukasi yang asri dan nyaman ketika dikunjungi. Metode untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut meliputi identifikasi masalah, perencanaan konsep melalui FGD, dan melakukan penerapan wisata alam berbasis edukasi. Hasil dari kegiatan atau capaian dari pengabdian tersebut meliputi terpasangnya papan petunjuk atau papan peringatan (display) seperti himbauan “Dilarang Membuang Sampah Sembarangan” sebanyak 5 titik, telah tersedia tempat sampah sebanyak 5 buah disertai tipe sampah di titik orang berkumpul, pemberian tag name disertai barcode pada pohon yang berada di area waduk. Waduk bendali II mempunyai media sosial sebagai alat promosi yang full power dalam menjangkau semua kalangan pengguna medsos. Dengan dilakukan kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut, wisata alam berbasis edukasi dapat terwujud, pengunjung semakin meningkat, dan wisatawan lebih sadar dalam menjaga kebersihan lingkungan.

Experimental studies obtained in recent years indicate the urgency of developing drugs of complex action to prevent the development of cardiovascular disease in dogs. This requires a much deeper study of the pathogenesis of heart failure, including cardiomyopathy. The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of the drug “Bendamin” on the biochemical parameters of the blood of dogs in heart failure. Two groups of dogs were formed for research: control (healthy) and experimental (sick). The 30-day experiment included 10 dogs of the control group and 10 dogs of the experimental (sick) breed of spaniel and dog 10–12 years of age. Treatment regimen for sick dogs: furosemide was administered orally on an empty stomach at 2 mg/kg every 12 hours; enalapril was administered orally at 0.5 mg/kg every 12 hours; bendamine was administered orally on an empty stomach at 20 mg/kg every 24 hours. It is recommended to divide the dose into two doses. An increase in the activity of aminotransferases (ALT by 59.2 %, AST – by 51.9 %) was found in the serum of dogs at heart failure. An increase in alkaline phosphatase activity was also found, which in the complex is an additional confirmation of changes in the heart muscle. Lactate dehydrogenase activity increased in the blood of sick dogs by 23.5 %. Minor changes in the content of total bilirubin and urea in the serum of sick dogs indicate the initial stage of liver pathology with impaired liver function due to congestion in the small circulation. This is also indicated by a decrease in the level of total protein in the blood of sick dogs, which was respectively 57.2 ± 3.57 g/l against the control group of 63.5 ± 4.15 g/l. On the basis of cardiac dysfunction and on the background of congestion, the function of not only the liver but also the kidneys is impaired (the so-called cardiorenal syndrome in heart failure). This is indicated by an increase in urea and creatinine by 38.5 and 36.9 %, respectively, compared with animals in the control group. The use of the drug “Bendamin” alleviated the manifestations of functional failure of the heart, liver and kidneys, as indicated by biochemical studies. Studies confirm the feasibility of using the drug “Bendamin” in dogs with the development of heart failure. The use of the drug “Bendamine” in patients with heart failure in dogs had a positive effect on the restoration of hematopoiesis and the normalization of biochemical parameters of the blood.

Fungal colonies were found growing as patches round the year on the distempered indoor damp walls of ground floor of the Department of Botany, University of Dhaka. Fungi were isolated and identified as Cladosporium oxysporum Berk & Curt., Curvularia lunata (Wakker) Boedijn and species of Fusarium and Penicillium. Fungicides namely, bendazin 50% WP, calixin, champion 75 WP, companion, mancozeb and provex were sprayed on the indoor damp walls to control the fungal growth. Pelestarian warisan budaya kota (urban heritage) saat ini mengalami tantangan yang cukup besar. Laju pembangunan menjadi ancaman dalam menggeser nilai nilai budaya itu sendiri. Bagaimana mendesain sinergitas antara warisan yang bersifat fisik dan nofisik melalui pendekatan Heritage Urban Landscape (HUL) dan Cultural Heritage Integrated Management Plans (CHIMP)? Apakah kedua metode tersebut sesuai untuk diterapkan? Lantas, bagaimana kedua metode tersebut bekerja? Dalam pengelolaan dan pelestarian warisan budaya perkotaan (urban heritage), ada dua pendekatan yang dilakukan. Pertama adalah pendekatan Heritage Urban Landscape (HUL), pendekatan ini dilakukan dengan metode melihat warisan budaya kota sebagai aset sosial, ekonomi dan budaya untuk pengembangan kota dan bergerak diluar pelestarian fisik lingkungan, dan berfokus kepada lingkungan manusia beserta lingkungannya baik yang bersifat bendawi maupun tak bendawi. Metode yang kedua adalah pelestarian dengan pendekatan Rencana Manajemen Terpadu Warisan Budaya (Cultural Heritage Integrated Management Plans / CHIMP). CHIMP adalah instrumen inovatif yang secara efektif mengelola perlindungan dan pengembangan daerah perkotaan bersejarah secara berkelanjutan menuju warisan budaya kota yang menarik, kompetitif dan multifungsi. Instrumen ini menyeimbangkan dan mengkoordinasikan antara kebutuhan akan warisan budaya dengan kebutuhan dari “pengguna” (masyarakat) dan stakeholder terkait yang bertanggung jawab terhadap kelangsungan dari warisan budaya kota tersebut. Metode pendekatan tersebut baik HUL maupun CHIMP sesuai untuk diterapkan dalam pelestarian warisan budaya kota. Kedua metode tersebut mampu menghubungkan dan menyeimbangkan antara pembangunan sosial- ekonomi yang berkelanjutan dengan perlindungan warisan budaya dan identitas yang dimiliki. HULlebih banyak bergerak diluar pelestarian fisik lingkungannya, sedangkan CHMIP bergerak disemua aspek pelestarian. Perbedaan bukan merupakan suatu kelebihan dan kekurangan, namun merupakan dua pendekatan yang sebenarnya saling melengkapi. Identifikasi karakteristik yang dimiliki ini menjadi penentuan awal apakah metode pendekatan dengan HUL atau CHIMP. Karakteristik kota yang didominasi oleh karakter dan nilai budaya yang bersifat fisik lebih cocok menggunakan pendekatan CHIMP dan sebaliknya kota yang mempunyai lebih banyak karakter nilai budaya non fisik akan lebih sesuai menggunakan pendekatan HUL.

Kajian ini menentukan jumlah fenol, antioksidan dan ketoksikan buah Ziziphus mauritiana yang diekstrak menggunakan pengekstrakan bendalir lampau genting (SFE). Ekstrak dianalisis untuk jumlah kandungan fenol (TPC) dan aktiviti antioksidan berdasarkan aktiviti penyingkiran radikal bebas, 2,2-difenil-1-pikrilhidrazil (DPPH). Kajian ketoksikan akut dilakukan pada tikus Sprague Dawley (24 jantan, 24 betina), dibahagikan kepada 4 kumpulan; diberikan 0 (kawalan), 1, 2.5 dan 5 g ekstrak/kg berat badan. Kajian kesitotoksikan dilakukan menggunakan ujian MTT pada titisan sel V79-4 dan kajian kegenotoksikandilakukan menggunakan Ujian Mikronukleus (MNA) dengan pewarnaan akridin jingga (AO). Ekstrak menghasilkan TPC sebanyak 539.18 mg setaraan asid galik (GAE)/100 g dan penyingkiran radikal bebas DPPH sebanyak 16.65%. Dalam kajian ketoksikan akut, semua tikus selamat tanpa bukti manifestasi klinikal atau ketoksikan. Kajian kesitotoksikan ekstrak menunjukkan kesan kesitotoksikan (IC50 0.48 mg/mL). Kajian kegenotoksikan menunjukkan bahawa ekstrak tidak mempunyai kesan kegenotoksikan pada tikus yang diuji. Secara keseluruhan, ekstrak bertindak dengan cara yang berbeza, in vivo dan in vitro. Sebagai kesimpulan, ekstrak adalah sumber fenol yang baik namun tidak menunjukkan aktiviti antioksidan yang tinggi. Ia tidak toksik dan tidak menyebabkan kegenotoksikan terhadap haiwan yang dikaji pada kepekatan sehingga 5 g ekstrak/kg berat badan. Walau bagaimanapun, ekstrak didapati sitotoksi terhadap titisan sel V79-4 yang dikaji.

Tujuan perancangan ini untuk memperkenalkan Damar Kurung sebagai ragam hias pada generasi muda melalui fotografi fashion. Ragam hias Damar Kurung diaplikasikan dalam busana bergaya kasual. Pendekatan fotografi bertujuan agar dapat menunjukkan visual ragam hias Damar Kurung dengan baik. Perancangan ini menghasilkan fashion item, merchandise, dan promotion tools berupa postcard, buku katalog, dan kalender.

Kidney ischemia/reperfusion injury emerges in various clinical settings as a great problem complicating the course and outcome. Ischemia/reperfusion injury is still an unsolved puzzle with a great diversity of investigational approaches, putting the focus on oxidative stress and mitochondria. Mitochondria are both sources and targets of ROS. They participate in initiation and progression of kidney ischemia/reperfusion injury linking oxidative stress, inflammation, and cell death. The dependence of kidney proximal tubule cells on oxidative mitochondrial metabolism makes them particularly prone to harmful effects of mitochondrial damage. The administration of antioxidants has been used as a way to prevent and treat kidney ischemia/reperfusion injury for a long time. Recently a new method based on mitochondria-targeted antioxidants has become the focus of interest. Here we review the current status of results achieved in numerous studies investigating these novel compounds in ischemia/reperfusion injury which specifically target mitochondria such as MitoQ, Szeto-Schiller (SS) peptides (Bendavia), SkQ1 and SkQR1, and superoxide dismutase mimics. Based on the favorable results obtained in the studies that have examined myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury, ongoing clinical trials investigate the efficacy of some novel therapeutics in preventing myocardial infarct. This also implies future strategies in preventing kidney ischemia/reperfusion injury.

An analysis of the seepage occurring on the dam needs to be done to determine whether the size is safe to prevent collapse on the dam body. The blanket layer is a method used in seepage control. This study discussed the effectiveness of the blanket layer method in significantly reducing the seepage on the dam body by reviewing the significant drainage and stability against the uplift. A case study of Telagasari Flood Control Dam (Bendali), which suffered a water loss due to leakage on the sewer path, was carried out by performing several scenarios of analysis based on the modelling of the addition of the blanket layer, which resulted in a 98.97% decrease in the drain discharge that occurred against the conditions prior to the drain control.

Exposure to chronic hyperglycemia because of diabetes mellitus can lead to development and progression of diabetic kidney disease (DKD). We recently reported that reduced superoxide production is associated with mitochondrial dysfunction in the kidneys of mouse models of type 1 DKD. We also demonstrated that humans with DKD have significantly reduced levels of mitochondrion-derived metabolites in their urine. Here we examined renal superoxide production in a type 2 diabetes animal model, the db/db mouse, and the role of a mitochondrial protectant, MTP-131 (also called elamipretide, SS-31, or Bendavia) in restoring renal superoxide production and ameliorating DKD. We found that 18-week-old db/db mice have reduced renal and cardiac superoxide levels, as measured by dihydroethidium oxidation, and increased levels of albuminuria, mesangial matrix accumulation, and urinary H2O2. Administration of MTP-131 significantly inhibited increases in albuminuria, urinary H2O2, and mesangial matrix accumulation in db/db mice and fully preserved levels of renal superoxide production in these mice. MTP-131 also reduced total renal lysocardiolipin and major lysocardiolipin subspecies and preserved lysocardiolipin acyltransferase 1 expression in db/db mice. These results indicate that, in type 2 diabetes, DKD is associated with reduced renal and cardiac superoxide levels and that MTP-131 protects against DKD and preserves physiological superoxide levels, possibly by regulating cardiolipin remodeling.

Pada saat penggalian proyek Bendali berdampak pada terbukanya posisi pipa dan terjadi defleksi pada 2 unit pipa RAW sungai Wain yang berfungsi mengalirkan air dari Sungai Wain ke unit Refinery Pertamina RU V dimana suplai air tersebut tidak diperbolehkan untuk terhenti atau terganggu.Penanganan defleksi pada pipa RAW sungai Wain dilakukaan dengan tujuan agar tegangan (stress) yang terjadi pada pipa menjadi berkurang sehingga resiko terhadap kegagalan material pipa dapat dikurangi, menggunakan peralatan mekanis serta struktur bantu berupa open frame dari baja profil. Pengangkatan menggunakan 4 portal open frame baja profile dengan perbedaan jarak yang tidak terpaut jauh, proses pengangkatan dilakukan bertahap dan bersamaan dengan tetap memperhatikan tinggi pengangkatan sehingga beban pada titik portal dapat diseimbangkan.Hasil analisa defleksi maksimal yang terjadi sebesar 20,76 mm < ∆ Ijin 40 mm. Tegangan yang terjadi sebesar 96,42 Kg/cm². < 1600 Kg/cm². dan Rasio maksimal 0,887 < , dari hasil tersebut diatas maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Struktur Portal Temporary Support dapat digunakan untuk pengangkatan. During the excavation of the Bendali project, the pipe position was opened and deflection occurred on 2 RAW pipe units in the Wain river which served to drain water from Sungai Wain to Pertamina RU V Refinery unit where the water supply was not allowed to be stopped or interrupted.Dealing with deflection in the RAW pipe of the Wain river on the surface so that the stress that occurs in the pipe is reduced so that the risk of failure of the pipe material can be reduced, using mechanical equipment and an auxiliary structure in the form of open steel profile. Lifting using 4 profile steel open frame portals with different distances that are not far, the lifting process is carried out in stage and simultaneously while taking into account the height of the lift so that the load at the portal point can be balanced.The results of the maximum deflection analysis that occurred were 20.76 mm <∆ 40 mm permit. The stress that occurs is 96.42 Kg / cm². <1600 Kg / cm². and a maximum ratio of 0.887 <, from the results above, it can be concluded that the Temporary Support Portal Structure can be used for lifting.

Dalam tulisan ini Situs Gosari-Gresik dikategorikan sebagai salah satu artefak arkeologis Nusantara yang memberikan informasi terkait masa silam. Situs tersebut dipahami sebagai representasi dari perspektif Prosesual dan Pasca-Prosesual. Ruang lingkup tulisan ini menyajikan lanskap Situs Gosari sebagai representasi dari paradigma prosesual dan pasca-prosesual. Kontradiksi kedua paradigma di atas disinergikan untuk mengetahui lanskap Situs Gosari yang terdiri dari bekas tungku pembakaran gerabah, sendang, dan prasasti. Dalam hal itu paradigma pertama menjelaskan tarikh atau usia situs, jenis atau model gerabah yang dihasilkan; korelasi antarunsur arkeologi; dan peranan atau industri gerabah pada masa Majapahit. Sedangkan paradigma kedua digunakan untuk melengkapi analisis yang tidak dapat dijangkau paradigma sebelumnya, terutama terkait interpretasi terhadap sendang dalam pandangan masyarakat setempat berdasarkan tradisi lisan/folklor yang diyakini. Dari kedua paradigma tersebut dihasilkan kesimpulan bahwa kedudukan sendang memiliki peranan penting, baik dalam industri gerabah maupun kehidupan masyarakat sekitar. Selain itu, diketahui bahwa tinggalan budaya tak bendawi masa klasik tersebut masih dipelihara.
