Abstract (sommario):
This paper analyzes the consequences of the non-respect of the Rules of the Code to ascertain the valid subsequent designation of the nucleospecies (type species) of the nominal genus Trimeresurus Lacépède, 1804. The long accepted designation was invalid because it was based on a nominal species which was not among the prenucleospecies (originally included species) of the nominal genus. In contrast with the commonly accepted viewpoint which makes the Indian taxon Coluber gramineus Shaw, 1802 the nucleospecies of the genus, we show that this role is played by Trimeresurus viridis Lacépède, 1804, a species inhabiting the Lesser Sunda Islands and Timor and, as a nomen oblitum, a senior synonym of Trimeresurus albolabris insularis Kramer, 1977, a taxon now considered a distinct species. The important nomenclatural implications of this finding are discussed here, especially with regard to the recent splitting of the genus Trimeresurus. The generic nomen Trimeresurus should be associated with the Trimeresurus albolabris group of species currently placed in the genus or subgenus Cryptelytrops Cope, 1860. A lectophoront (lectotype) is selected and described for Trimeresurus viridis Lacépède, 1804. Coluber viridis Bechstein, 1802 is an invalid objective junior synonym of Coluber gramineus Shaw, 1802. The current content of the genus Trimeresurus and of its eight subgenera is provided. Some clarifications or improvements to the Code are suggested.

The morphological structures and morphogenesis of the genitalia of the genus Platydracus are discussed.

Nomenclatural notes are presented for a few Diptera genus-group names of P.A. Latreille. Gonypes Latreille [Asilidae] is foundto be available from 1804 and not 1805 with no change in type species designation. Molobrus Latreille [Sciaridae] is found tobe available from 1804 and not 1805, and its type species, Tipula thomae Linnaeus, 1767 is fixed by invoking Article 70.3 ofthe ICZN Code, which maintains its junior synonymy under Sciara Meigen, 1803. Oligotrophus Latreille [Cecidomyiidae] isfound to be available from 1804 and not 1805 with no change in type species designation. The earliest valid subsequent typedesignation from originally included species was found for Pangonius Latreille [Tabanidae] to be Tabanus proboscideusFabricius, 1794 by Ersch & Gruber in 1838. Voluccella Fabricius, 1794 is deemed to be an available name (not an incorrectsubsequent spelling of Volucella Geoffroy, 1762) and thus has priority over Usia Latreille, 1802. In order to maintain stabilityof nomenclature and prevailing usage, reversal of precedence is invoked (ICZN Code Article 23.9.2) and Usia Latreille is conserved as a nomen protectum and Voluccella Fabricius, 1794 is treated as a nomen oblitum.

Pareumenes quadrispinosus acutus Liu, 1941, Delta esuriens (Fabricius, 1787), D. conoideum (Gmelin, 1790), E. gibbosus Nguyen, 2015, Labus pusillus van der Vecht, 1963 and Zethus dolosus Bingham, 1897, including the subspecies P. q. acutus Liu, 1941, are new records for Bhutan.

The work of Meigen 1800 was suppressed by the ICZN Commission in 1963 for the purposes of zoological nomenclature. The work as such is still to be treated as having been published and it remains available as a source of published descriptions and illustrations. Therefore, while the names in Meigen (1800) are deemed unavailable, a subsequent usage of any of the names may be considered a novel proposal. We review the first post-Meigen 1800 occurrence of each name, its first date of availability and authorship, and determine status and synonymy. Designations of type species are given for the following genus-group names: Coryneta Hendel, 1908 [Hybotidae]; Cyanea Hendel, 1908 [Hippoboscidae]. Acting as First Reviser, we select the following as the correct original spelling from multiple original spellings: Calirrhoe Hendel, 1908. Le Juif Errant d'Eugène Sue et Le Comte de Monte-Cristo d'Alexandre Dumas père sont des romans-feuilletons publiés entre 1844 et 1845, période romantique et pré-révolutionnaire. Les Misérables de Victor Hugo, roman rédigé de 1845 à 1848, puis terminé en exil de 1860 à 1862, publié en volumes, s'apparente au genre populaire par la forme et les thèmes choisis. Nous avons confronté la structure initiatique des trois romans : les personnages principaux, issus du peuple, vivent des épreuves purificatrices, une mort symbolique puis une renaissance et une métamorphose, destinées à faire d'eux, dans un mouvement palingénésique romantique, les successeurs de 1789. La structure choisie, faisant appel à une mémoire archaïque, s'inscrit ainsi dans une tradition mythique et offre au lectorat l'expression et la possibilité d'une reconquête du droit

Les Misérables by Victor Hugo written from 1845 to 1848 and ended in exile between 1860 and 1862, was published in volumes and allies itself to the social popular novel by its form and We chose to compare the initiatory structure of the three novels : the main characters, working class people, undergo purifying ordeals, a symbolic death and rebirth which make them the successors of 1789 in a romantic palingenesic impulse. Cette thèse examine les conditions de la transformation de la ville d’Alger, dans les trente premières années de sa colonisation et dans la perspective des pratiques transmises au XXe siècle. Elle tente de faire un lien entre ces pratiques urbanistiques et les idéologies politiques qui les sous-tendent, en mettant en lumière la dimension réactive de celles-ci, dans le contexte libéral du régime de la Monarchie de Juillet. En se basant sur les concepts avancés notamment par Michel Foucault, Gilles Deleuze et Félix Guattari, à partir du contexte de la décolonisation, elle réexamine certains aspects de son histoire du point de vue des politiques et de l’esthétique urbaines, liés aux réflexes de déterritorialisation et à l’ouverture d’un champ expérimental outrepassant les résistances sociales et culturelles du contexte métropolitain. Avec l’exportation des pratiques d’organisation et de contrôle du territoire, le mouvement colonial a également exacerbé les conflits entre les sensibilités libérale et étatique, qui ont dominé le champ de sa culture et de sa politique jusque dans l’entre-deux-guerres. Les expériences des protectorats du Maroc et de Tunisie au tournant du XXe siècle éclairent comparativement la dimension libérale donnée terrain algérois, ainsi que la résistance de certaines institutions étatiques et militaires attachées aux principes développés depuis les Lumières et sous l’Empire, notamment dans les corps du Génie militaire et des Ponts et Chaussées. L’érection au centre de la ville pré-coloniale, de la place du Gouvernement, sur des fondements spéculatifs, est le premier épisode du conflit durable qui s’installera dans les opérations d’alignement des rues, de rénovation des bâtiments publics ou d’extension à l’extérieur des remparts, et gardera une pertinence jusque dans les années 1950. Les dimensions politique et esthétique de cette opposition sont révélées par l’attribution fautive de la conception du Front de mer d’Alger à l’architecte Chassériau, dans un geste de défense du « municipalisme » et dans une conception libérale de l’art qui a des origines dans la distinction entre « monuments » et « documents » et aux questionnements de la période romantique, relatifs à l’entreprise coloniale. La notion d’ « informe » que Georges Bataille développera dans le même temps, en réaction, à cette conception de l’art, est ainsi éclairée par l’irruption de la sphère coloniale dans la culture classique occidentale
This thesis looks at the conditions in which Algiers had been transformed, in the first three decades of colonial rule, experimenting principles that led to twentieth century urban practice. The context of liberal policies undertaken under the Louis-Philippe regime, has given to the algerian experiment a peculiar liberal dimension that had been challenged by some state institutions like the civil and military engineering Corps, from the very first undertaking, that is the openning of the “Place du Gouvernement”, in 1831. Using concepts that had been mainly developped by Michel Foucault, Gilles Deleuze and Félix Guattari, in the aftermath of the decolonizing process, this thesis tries to reveal some of the deterritorialization reflexes in the algerian context, along with conflicts dividing liberals and state oriented policies. It also tries to show the ties that bring the concept of “informe”, built by Georges Bataille on the distinction of “monuments” versus “documents”, as the colonial sphere is inserted in the classical western culture

La création romanesque est conçue, en règle générale, comme l'aboutissement d'un acte solitaire qui met en œuvre l'utilisation des composantes de la personnalité de l'auteur. Aucun roman écrit en collaboration, revendiqué comme tel, n'est recensé avant le dix-neuvième. Or, à partir des années 1820, il est surprenant de constater le nombre important d’œuvres écrites en collaboration et particulièrement de romans dont les co-auteurs laisseront leurs noms à la postérité : G. Sand, J. Sandeau, A. Dumas, H. Monnier, A. Houssaye, Th. Gautier, Mme de Girardin, Mery, Ph. Chasles ou encore Balzac. Après avoir cerné la notion de "collaboration littéraire", des interrogations surgissent : que sous-entend cette pratique ? Comment la comprendre, l'analyser, et tenter de l'expliquer ? S'appuie-t-elle sur des causes sociales, politiques, économiques, culturelles ou artistiques ? Le roman est-il le genre d'une expression strictement individualiste ou au contraire, à un stade de son évolution, a-t-il préféré une élaboration en couple ou en équipe ? Le cheminement intellectuel a conduit à s'attacher aux objectifs de recherche suivants : la description du phénomène de l'explosion des œuvres littéraires écrites en collaboration sous la monarchie de Juillet, l’étude du mode de constitution des équipes, l'analyse des modalités de la création en collaboration (les démarches adoptées, le comportement du romancier au sein du groupe), la recherche du sens et de la fonction de l’écriture en collaboration, une réflexion à propos des répercussions sur la carrière littéraire des auteurs. Reflet de son époque, le roman de collaboration porte témoignage de la tentative, de la part de jeunes romanciers, de donner une réponse aux bouleversements économiques et culturels, aux tendances de leur temps. Prenant le prétexte de la camaraderie littéraire et du goût du jeu intellectuel, des relations originales s'instaurent. Le roman écrit en collaboration fournit à une génération d'auteurs, un schéma de travail proche des modèles nouveaux de l'artisanat, et de la création artistique entre 1830 et 1850
As a rule, romantic creation is regarded as the final result of a personal and solitary action which is based on the use of the intimate aspects of the author's personality. Not a single novel, written under joint authorship, and claimed as such by the authors, was recorded before the 19th c. However, since the 1820s, the number of works written under joint authorship has been surprisingly high, and among them, many novels whose author's names have been famous ever since, such as G. Sand, J. Sandeau, A. Dumas, H. Monnier, A. Houssaye, Th. Gautier, Mme de Girardin, Mery, Ph. Chasles or Balzac. After grasping the notion of "literary joint autorship", many questions arise : what does this practise infer ? What can be done to understand, analyse and explain it ? Is it based on social, political, economical, cultural or artistic grounds ? Does romance express individualism, or has it on the contrary, at some point of its evolution, chosen to be written by two or more people ? This intellectual process lead to the following points of research : describing the increase of literary works written under joint authorship during the july monarchy ; studying how groups were formed ; analysing the methods of creation in joint authorship (the different steps that have been taken, the novelist's behaviour in the group) ; looking for the meaning and the use of joint authorship ; and finding out the consequences on the author's literary career. The novel written under joint authorship reflects its period and shows the novelist'attempts to give a satisfactory answer to the economical and cultural major changes of their time. Under the pretense of literary friendship, relationships tangle up. The novel written under joint authorship gives to a generation of young authors a working scheme close to the new models of handicrafts and of the artistic creation between 1830 and 1850

Entre la deuxième moitié du 19e s. Et la première moitié du 20e, la figure du saltimbanque est récurrente dans l'art. Son évolution coïncide avec la transformation de la figure de l'artiste et l'entrée dans la modernité. Le saltimbanque apparaît d'abord dans la littérature romantique ; simple représentation pittoresque et manichéenne, il devient chez Musset, Hugo, Sand, une figure allérorique de l'artiste. Alter ego idéalisé chez Banville, double distance du poète chez Baudelaire ou Mallarmé, sa présence s'assortit d'une réflexion sur le sens d'une parole poétique que le poète pressent menacée. Le poète n'est d'ailleurs qu'un pitre méprisé par le public qui se livre a un art dérisoire et vénal. Ce questionnement s'amplifie avec la fin du siècle : chez les symbolistes et les décadents la récurrence du thème de la pantomime et l'engouement pour les arts populaires résonnent comme la chronique d'une mort annoncée de la littérature et des mythes. Les décadents trouvent alors dans la figure du Pierrot et dans l'imaginaire de la foire un reflet déformé et parodique de leurs propres hantises. Or, c'est ce Pierrot moribond, par l'importance qu'il accorde conjointement aux arts populaires et à l'inconscient, qui va servir de tremplin à l'émergence d'un art nouveau. Chez Apollinaire comme chez Picasso, corps et spiritualité se retrouvent unis dans la même vision messianique du poète/ saltimbanque à qui incombe la tâche -légère- de révéler au peuple la modernité du monde. La reconstruction de nouveaux mythes se réalise alors, dans un syncrétisme de fantaisie. Dès lors, l'artiste, le plasticien (Léger, Calder. . . ), poète (Mc Orlan, Prévert. . . ), dramartuge ou comédien se fait saltimbanque en reprenant à son compte les outils et la fantaisie du cirque. Ainsi, cet art vivant qui se réclame du cirque a, comme lui, partie liée avec le danger et la mort ; la création s'assimile alors à la piste circulaire en devenant un lieu de tentatives, de péril et d'exposition

This chapter focuses on the series of sonnets that William Wordsworth wrote in 1802, during the Peace of Amiens, when he visited France for the first time in a decade. Critical attention to the political contours of these 1802 poems has tended not to distinguish them from his wartime sonnets of 1803 and 1804, which are often taken as lenses through which to read the peacetime sonnets of 1802. There is surely critical value in thinking about Wordsworth’s sonnets from these years as a series, but in setting them within an undifferentiated chronology we risk overlooking the formal, personal, and political registers that obtain in each poem. Rather than taking Wordsworth’s wartime sonnets as a frame through which to project war back into his peacetime verse, this chapter considers the 1802 sonnets as deeply tied to the era of peace, their ideas and language sharing relays with other Amiens-era discourses, including narratives of travel to France during the peace, and political tracts that consider the significance for Britain of the war’s end and the ways in which concord might be preserved.

Traunsteinera sphaerica (M. Bieb.) Schltr. – редкий вид из семейства Orchidaceae Juss., занесенный в Красную книгу Российской Федерации. Встречается в Турции, Восточном и Южном Закавказье. На территории Большого Кавказа, Западного и Центрального Закавказья отмечается совместно с другим видом - Traunsteinera globosa (L.) Rchb., который типичен, в основном, для Европы. T. sphaerica растет, как правило, на полидоминантных субальпийских и альпийских лугах, образуя небольшие группы с преобладанием генеративных и ювенильных особей. В связи с малой изученностью данного вида, целью наших исследований стала оценка видового состава посетителей и выявление его опылителей в условиях высокогорий Северо-Западного Кавказа. Сбор материала осуществляли в летний период (июль) в 2018 – 2021 гг. на территории Тебердинского национального парка на горе Малая Хатипара (высота 2800 м над уровнем моря) в альпийских сообществах. Наблюдения за лётом насекомых проводили в разное время суток и при различных погодных условиях. Для идентификации посетителей T. sphaerica насекомых отлавливали с помощью сачка, помещали их в морилку с этилацетатом с последующей фиксацией на энтомологические булавки. Антэкологические исследования показали, что особи T. sphaerica опылялись посредством обманной аттрактации, основанной на имитации кормовых растений насекомых-опылителей (Bistorta officinalis Delarbre и Valeriana alpestris Steven). Несмотря на то, что T. sphaerica не продуцирует нектар, в ходе наблюдений при нахождении в непосредственной близости от цветков особей исходил тонкий приятный аромат, который усиливался во второй половине дня и вечерние часы. Идентификация посетителей позволила отнести их к двум отрядам. Из отряда Diptera (Linnaeus, 1758) цветки орхидеи посещали 7 видов из таких семейств, как Anthomyiidae (Latreille, 1829), Empididae (Latreille, 1804), Syrphidae (Latreille, 1802), Tabanidae (Latreille, 1802). Опыление производили представители отряда чешуекрылых (Lepidoptera (Linnaeus, 1758). Поллинии были обнаружены на голове или ротовом аппарате 6 видов бабочек из двух семейств (Nymphalidae (Rafinesque, 1815) и Satyridae (Boisduval, 1833)). Основным же переносчиком пыльцы можно считать Melitaea interrupta (Kolenati, 1846). У особей этого вида насчитывалось от 1 до 3 прикрепленных поллинариев или их остатков. Последующие наблюдения позволят выявить динамику посещаемости особей T. sphaerica и эффективность их опыления отдельными видами бабочек в зависимости от числа особей кормовых видов растений в сообществах, а также дополнить список посетителей. Сбор полевого материала выполнен в рамках госбюджетной НИР МГУ имени М.В. Ломоносова (№ 121032500089-1), а его обработка при финансовой поддержке Российского фонда фундаментальных исследований (проект № 20-04-00544).
