Alors qu’il est souvent affirmé que le contrat d’assurance s’interprète en cherchant l’intention commune des contractants, l’étude de la jurisprudence des 30 dernières années ayant interprété le contrat d’assurance voyage contredit fortement cette affirmation. En effet, la compréhension du contrat d’assurance voyage ressemble davantage à un jeu de souque à la corde où tantôt les intérêts de l’assuré auront préséance au moment de la démarche interprétative, tantôt les intérêts de l’assureur auront le dessus, ne laissant ainsi aucune place à la recherche de l’intention commune, véritable zone interdite (no man’s land) juridique. Le phénomène de la solitude contractuelle offre alors la possibilité d’entrevoir une nouvelle théorie interprétative explicative beaucoup plus adaptée au contrat d’adhésion à large distribution.

In our days of Artificial Intelligence, smartphones and all Internet of Things that provide us with myriads of connected objects at a very early age, education has to be transformed to integrate the searching power these means of communications, in fact first of all means of exploration-incorporation, provide every single individual in our society. They have become the main means of development for masseducation in a knowledge society. I will at first start from the mental architecture of a learner and move to the fundamental transference phenomena that command the motivation of a learner and a selflearner has to live on his own motivation. Then I will move to the role and responsibility of the Conceptor-Designer of a batch of selflearning work based on the choice expressed by the Self-Learner, from the resources provided or suggested by the batch to the tasks to be fulfilled. Everything is hegemonies by the type of needs and activities the learner will have to face and assume in his future professional field. The Self-Learner will have to target what is in his “zone of proximal development” to be most effective. That will lead us to the triadic guided self-learning situation centered on the Self-Learner but with the guidance from the Conceptor-Designer on one side and the real professional world represented by the Coach-Counterpart-Partner- Doppelganger that accompanies the Self-learner in his voyage on the other side. The Internet, in its present development, is the real toolbox the Self-Learner has at the tip of his fingers constantly. That will lead us to the Boolean logic of the Internet that has to be understood and dominated by the Self-Learner, at times against the interests of the search-engine the Self-Learner uses. I will end with one particular batch – called a triad – of self-learning work proposed in Fall 2018 to the CEO of a medical startup, which will bring the type of contract that can be signed by the company and the Conceptor-Designer who only sells Intellectual Property to the company. This research was carried out to systematize and assess the appropriateness of farmer’s indigenous knowledge and their ability adapt with the flood in An Giang province, results of the research will provide a scientific foundation for proposing solutions to conserve and enhance the use of indigenous knowledge in reducing the vulnerability of people living in flooded areas. The results showed that local people used several effective indigenous knowledges for adapting with floods. However, the valuable indigenous knowledge has not been recorded yet, nor documented in written materials for sharing to young generations and communities; some indigenous practices are not suitable with the current requirement for flood adapation strategies. Research results showed that (LVI) of diffirent Zone (upper zone, middle zone, lower zone) are decreasingly dependent on major components of social networks, knowledge and skills, natural resources, finance and incomes, livelihood strategies, natural disater and climate variability. In which, (LVI: 0.390) of Phu Huu commune in An Phu district which locates in the upper zone is higher than LVI of two communes located in the lower part of the river. These communes are Vinh An commune (LVI: 0.287), Chau Thanh district (middle zone) and Vinh Phuoc commune (LVI: 0.331), Tri Ton district (lower zone) and adaptive capacity of Phu Huu commune (0.399) is also higher than Vinh An (0.299) and Vinh Phuoc (0.337). It reflects the direct proportion between LVI and adaptive capacity. The research also suggests some solutions to conserve the valuable indigenous knowledge in adapting to climate change of local people.

<p><strong>Abstract.</strong> Kien Giang is one of the coastal provinces in the Mekong Delta which is facing the problem of coastal erosion to affect people’s life in the coastal area. This project aims to monitor shoreline and to assess landslide and accretion situation in the period from 1975 to 2015 in the coastal area of Kien Giang province. The study applied Normalized Difference Water Index (MNWI) method and water level extraction using LANDSAT imagery from 1975 to 2015 for highlight the shoreline. Thus, analysis was identified erosion and accretion areas based on shoreline changes and land use influenced by landslides and deposition. The results show to create shoreline changes from 1997 to 2015 in the coastal area of Kien Giang province. A landslide occurred in the west from Nguyen Viet Khai commune to Thuan Hoa commune and Nam Yen commune to Vinh Hoa Hiep commune, Rach Gia city, Kien Giang province. An accretion situation was determined in the areas from Thuan Hoa commune, An Minh district to Nam Thai commune, An Bien district, Kien Giang province, Rach Gia sea encroachment at Rach Gia town and Ha Tien encroachment area at Ha Tien town, Kien Giang province. In general, the coastal area of Kien Giang province has a predominant tendency of accretion, however, the occurrence of erosion and accretion are happened interlacing in the coastal area at Kien Giang province.</p>

This study, conducted in An Giang Province of Vietnam, assesses the vulnerability and adaptability of local farmers to the flood in different conditions. Livelihood Vulnerability Index (LVI) proposed by Hahn, Riederer, and Foster (2009, Global Environmental Change, 19(1), 74–88) was applied for livelihood vulnerability analysis of different flooding zones (upper, middle and lower zones) in low flooding condition. Research results showed that LVI of different flooding zones are decreasingly dependent on major components of social networks, knowledge and skills, natural resources, finance and incomes, livelihood strategies, and natural disaster and climate variability. In which, LVI of Phu Huu commune in An Phu district which locates in the upper zone is 0.397 higher than LVI of two communes located in the lower parts of the river: Vinh An commune, Chau Thanh district (middle zone; LVI: 0.299) and Vinh Phuoc commune, Tri Ton district (lower zone; LVI: 0.357). Adaptive capacity of Phu Huu commune (0.415) is also higher than Vinh An (0.304) and Vinh Phuoc (0.355) communes. It reflects the direct correlation between LVI and adaptive capacity. The research recommends some solutions to reduce the vulnerability on livelihoods due to floods in the context of climate change.

Publiés par la Librairie Hachette, les récits de voyage de Jeanne Bellonie Bourdaret – À travers l’Arménie russe (1891 ; 1892), En Asie mineure, souvenirs de voyages en Cappadoce (1896) et En Asie mineure : Cilicie (1898) – forment un contraste avec ceux rédigés par le savant Ernest Chantre à la suite de leur expédition commune au Caucase, en Cappadoce et en Cilicie. L’article examine l’espace narratif de l’écriture de voyage au féminin, espace considéré à l’époque comme subalterne et secondaire, et s’interroge sur les raisons qui expliquent l’un des paradoxes produit par la postérité sur la valeur accordée aux récits des couples voyageurs du dix-neuvième siècle, soit l’intérêt grandissant pour les écrits dits féminins et le discrédit que connaissent de nos jours de nombreuses théories produites par les érudits férus de craniologie à une époque où l’impérialisme européen connait son apogée.

Abstract The study deals with dynamic suburbanisation based on the example of the communes surrounding Wroclaw. Preventing the negative effects of the process and exploiting it for development opportunities is a challenge to the spatial policy of suburban communes. The main objective is to investigate the impact of spatial policy implemented at the commune level on housing development in a given area. An analysis of the currently valid Study of the Conditions and Policies of Spatial Management of a Commune was made for individual communes. The housing policy created by municipalities located in the vicinity of the large city of Wroclaw was discussed with reference to these documents. The article is intended to show how local governments deal with this phenomenon at the planning level and what might be the consequences of their actions.

В работе предлагается организация планирования рейсооборота добывающих судов в многовидовой промысловой системе «промысловая зона» с учетом динамически меняющихся во времени условий ведения рыбодобывающей деятельности. Построены модель и алгоритм оптимизационной задачи планирования рейсооборота добывающих судов, учитывающие временные издержки и потери на всех этапах планирования промыслового рейса, на примере добычи кальмара командорского в Северо-Курильской зоне Дальневосточного рыбохозяйственного бассейна. Проведен факторный анализ промысловой деятельности группы добывающих судов, осуществлявших добычу кальмара командорского в период 2018-2019 гг. в Северо-Курильской зоне. Выявлены производственные и непроизводственные потери времени добывающих судов за период промысловой доступности исследуемого объекта, так же дана интервальная оценка временных издержек на каждом из трех этапов планирования рейсооборота для промысла кальмара командорского. The paper proposes the organization of planning the voyage turnover of mining vessels in the multi-species fishing system "fishing zone", taking into account the dynamically changing conditions of fishing activities. A model and an algorithm for optimizing the task of planning the voyage turnover of mining vessels, taking into account the time costs and losses at all stages of planning a fishing voyage, are constructed on the example of the production of Komandorsky squid in the North Kuril zone of the Far Eastern fisheries basin. A factor analysis of the fishing activity of a group of mining vessels that carried out the extraction of Komandorsky squid (Berryteuthis magister) in the period 2018-2019 in the North Kuril zone was carried out. Production and non-production time losses of mining vessels during the period of commercial availability of the object under study are identified, as well as an interval estimate of time costs at each of the three stages of planning the voyage rotation for the Komandorsky squid fishery.

The limestones at Hang Cay Ot, Binh An commune, Ha Tien district, Kien Giang province belong to Ha Tien formation (Middle Permian). Based on microscopic studies, the limestones at Hang Cay Ot are packstone, grainstone and wackstone according to the Dunham carbonate rock’s classification, and four microfacies types are recognized. As a result, according to the modified Wilson model, three facies zones have been differentiated: (1) open marine platform interior zone, (2) platform-marin and shoal zone, (3) platform-marin reefs zone.

En 2015, 13 modes d’occupation du sol appelés classes ont été identifiées dans la commune : savane boisée, savane arborée, savane arbustive à arborée, savane arbustive, steppe arborée, steppe arbustive à arborée, steppe arbustive, cultures maraîchères, cultures pluviales-jachère, village, mare, zone nue, plantation. Toutes ces classes étaient présentes dans la commune en 1984 à l’exception de la classe plantation. La dynamique spatio-temporelle de la commune a montré que les classes savane arbustive à arborée, savane arbustive et plantation ont connu une évolution progressive tandis que les classes savane arborée, steppe arborée, steppe arbustive et zone nue ont eu une évolution régressive. L’analyse des changements intervenus entre 1984 et 2015 a montré que 27,46% de la superficie de la commune sont restés à l’état initial ; 65,54% ont subi des modifications et 7% se sont converties. Cette étude élargie sur toute la réserve sylvopastorale (aire protégée) permettra d’évaluer l’efficacité des plans de gestion des zones protégées au Ferlo. Abstract. Aerosol measurements over the Southern Ocean have been identified as critical to an improved understanding of aerosol–radiation and aerosol–cloud interactions, as there currently exists significant discrepancies between model results and measurements in this region. The atmosphere above the Southern Ocean provides crucial insight into an aerosol regime relatively free from anthropogenic influence, yet its remoteness ensures atmospheric measurements are relatively rare. Here we present observations from the Polar Cell Aerosol Nucleation (PCAN) campaign, hosted aboard the RV Investigator during a summer (January–March) 2017 voyage from Hobart, Australia, to the East Antarctic seasonal sea ice zone. A median particle number concentration (condensation nuclei > 3 nm; CN3) of 354 (95 % CI 345–363) cm−3 was observed from the voyage. Median cloud condensation nuclei (CCN) concentrations were 167 (95 % CI 158–176) cm−3. Measured particle size distributions suggested that aerosol populations had undergone significant cloud processing. To understand the variability in aerosol observations, measurements were classified by meteorological variables. Wind direction and absolute humidity were used to identify different air masses, and aerosol measurements were compared based on these identifications. CN3 concentrations measured during SE wind directions (median 594 cm−3) were higher than those measured during wind directions from the NW (median 265 cm−3). Increased frequency of measurements from these wind directions suggests the influence of large-scale atmospheric transport mechanisms on the local aerosol population in the boundary layer of the East Antarctic seasonal ice zone. Modelled back trajectories imply different air mass histories for each measurement group, supporting this suggestion. CN3 and CCN concentrations were higher during periods where the absolute humidity was less than 4.3 gH2O/m3, indicative of free tropospheric or Antarctic continental air masses, compared to other periods of the voyage. Increased aerosol concentration in air masses originating close to the Antarctic coastline have been observed in numerous other studies. However, the smaller changes observed in the present analyses suggest seasonal differences in atmospheric circulation, including lesser impact of synoptic low-pressure systems in summer. Further measurements in the region are required before a more comprehensive picture of atmospheric circulation in this region can be captured and its influence on local aerosol populations understood.

The rapid rise of antimicrobial resistance is a worldwide problem. This has necessitated the need to search for new antimicrobial agents. Mushrooms are rich sources of potential antimicrobial agents. This study investigated the antimicrobial properties of methanol extracts of Trametes gibbosa, Trametes elegans, Schizophyllum commune, and Volvariella volvacea. Agar well diffusion, broth microdilution, and time-kill kinetic assays were used to determine the antimicrobial activity of the extracts against selected test organisms. Preliminary mycochemical screening revealed the presence of tannins, flavonoids, triterpenoids, anthraquinones, and alkaloids in the extracts. Methanol extracts of T. gibbosa, T. elegans, S. commune, and V. volvacea showed mean zone of growth inhibition of 10.00±0.0 to 21.50±0.84, 10.00±0.0 to 22.00±1.10, 9.00±0.63 to 21.83±1.17, and 12.00±0.0 to 21.17±1.00 mm, respectively. The minimum inhibitory concentration of methanol extracts of T. gibbosa, T. elegans, S. commune, and V. volvacea ranged from 4.0 to 20, 6.0 to 30.0, 8.0 to 10.0, and 6.0 to 20.0 mg/mL, respectively. Time-kill kinetics studies showed that the extracts possess bacteriostatic action. Methanol extracts of T. gibbosa, T. elegans, S. commune, and V. volvacea exhibited antimicrobial activity and may contain bioactive compounds which may serve as potential antibacterial and antifungal agents.

Liability for damages in connection with the introduction of the Clean Transport Zone The subject of the article is to assess the admissibility of compensation for any damage arising from the introduction of a Clean Transport Zone (SCT). This new legal instrument for environmental protection granted to municipalities aims to protect air and human health. The article indicates how to introduce regulations determining the zone area. The introduction of the zone is a lawful activity, so any liability relates to the legal activities of public authorities, analyzing the possible grounds for this responsibility in principle. Based on the observations made, it was indicated whether the commune or State Treasury would be liable for civil law for any damage suffered by entities in connection with the introduction of the clean transport zone.

Résumé: Les tableaux descriptifs et les récits de voyage des écrivains de ces deux ouvrages citent très souvent la mer Méditerranée. Ces renvois constituent un fil rouge caractérisé par une manière commune de regarder la mer. Ils offrent une approche de la Méditerranée sans bornes : cette mer apparaît comme un lieu sans frontières spatiales, temporelles et mentales. Les descriptions de la mer Tyrrhénienne, Ionienne et Adriatique présentent des caractéristiques communes ; de plus, l'observation de la mer et/ou l'allusion à la mer fournit aux auteurs l'occasion de songer au passé dans une optique historique et mythologique voire réelle et imaginaire. La mer dans ces textes est ainsi à la fois un lieu du paysage entourant la plume de l'auteur et un lieu créé par la plume poétique autrement dit une source créant des paysages mentaux si ce n'est une mer-mère de merveilles.

Djidja est l’une des plus grandes communes productrices agricoles du département du Zou au sud du Bénin. De par ses ressources fourragères et hydriques, elle est devenue une destination des éleveurs transhumants. Les mouvements des éleveurs transhumants continuent de s’étendre, de même que les séjours dans cette zone d’accueil s’allongent. L’étude a eu pour objectif global d’élaborer le calendrier pastoral et la carte de transhumance des éleveurs fréquentant cette commune. Des entretiens semi-structurés ont été conduits auprès de 300 acteurs de la transhumance. L’enquête a montré que la transhumance dans cette commune était surtout due à la recherche de ressources fourragères et hydriques (78,7 %). Sept périodes (Seeto, Nduungu Mawdo, Nduungu Pamarel, Jahol, Djaamdè, Dabuundè et Cheedu) ont été identifiées dans le calendrier des transhumants fréquentant cette zone avec une particularité de deux périodes de Nduungu (saison des pluies). Cette particularité est liée aux données climatiques de la zone qui comprend quatre saisons, dont deux pluvieuses et deux sèches. Le calendrier pastoral, l’itinéraire suivi et les temps de séjour dépendaient de la disponibilité des ressources pastorales des zones d’attache, de transit et d’accueil. Ainsi, la bonne connaissance des pistes empruntées, des points d’entrées et de sorties, et des périodes d’accueil des éleveurs transhumants serviront d’outils aux décideurs en matière de gestion durable de la transhumance et des ressources pastorales au sud du Bénin.

Another problem is the guarantee of safety and good service from the voyage of the people The government plans to build the People's Port. This port will be built with a good security system. The sailing of people with the zone of its own. People's voyages are still needed, because remote areas that are not crossed by large auto ships are still dependent on small ships such as KLM or PLM. In addition, there is a dock that can not be enclosed by iron vessels or shallow harbors. The voyage of the people can overcome it, thus helping national transpotation.Indonesia as the largest archipelago country still requires the voyage of the people as one mode of inter island transportation. The Government is committed to memordenisasi and improve the safety and security of people's shipping by still considering local wisdom. Another problem is the guarantee of safety and good service from the voyage of the people.

Abstract. Les démarches de cette recherche ont été fondées au départ sur le fait que les ressources en eau diminuent avec le changement climatique, alors que les besoins de la population augmentent incéssament. Elle concerne la Commune urbaine d'Ambositra et la Commune rurale d'Ambositra, traversées par la rivière Isaha . Dans cette optique, cet article a pour objectif d'analyser le rapport entre les ressources et les besoins en eau pour diverses utilisateurs tenant compte des variabilités climatiques dans la zone. Pour ce faire, des variables d'entrée ont été utilisés pour modéliser de l'utilisation des ressources en eau par le biais du logiciel WEAP (Water Evaluation and Planning System), précédé par un traitement cartographique pour la délimitation de la zone par le logiciel QGIS. Les données sur la précipitation sont obtenues avec la médiane des valeurs issues des modèles climatiques du scenario RCP4.5. Les principaux résultats de cette étude concernent à la fois l'utilisation de l'eau à des fins agricoles et pour un usage urbain. Et les stratégies proposées concernent tous les acteurs de tous les niveaux, des utilisateurs à l'Etat central. Nous avons évoqué l'urgence de la concrétisation des recommandations émanant de cette étude vue les réalités actuelles ainsi que la prévision issue de la modélisation.

Ascidian is a benthic invertebrate that produces secondary metabolites. The substances were produced by the ascidian as self-defense from many environmental factors. Several studies report the similar structure between the substances extracted from ascidian and symbiotic fungi with biological activities. This study aims to isolate fungi associated with ascidian Eudistoma sp., then observe its potency on inhibiting bacteria S. aureus dan A. hydrophila. PDA was used to isolate and culture fungal isolate, then extraction using solvent ethyl acetate. Antibacterial activity of this symbiotic fungi isolates extract was performed using the Kirby-Bauer disc diffusion method. Molecular identification of fungi results that the symbiotic fungi were Schizophyllum commune. The objective of this study is to estimate the carbon dioxide (CO2) released by domestic energy (firewood and charcoal) in the urban commune of Koulikoro, Mali. This study employed questionnaire survey to identify the type of energies used, their costs, the quantity consumed, and the difficulties of access to these energies and their impact on natural resources in Koulikoro. The consumption of each family per neighbourhood was extrapolated to its total population to determine the carbon emitted and the carbon dioxide released. Thus, the carbon dioxide emitted in tonnes per neighbourhood was determined. The findings revealed three types of energy in the urban commune of Koulikoro, mainly firewood 72%, charcoal 25% and Gas 3%. The use of these energy sources depends on accessibility and availability. The increase in consumption per district is a function of the number of people. Daily used charcoal was estimated at 2 kg day-1 and 7 kg day-1 for firewood. Overall, average firewood using was highest in largest household size and it was 62% higher than in small size category which recorded the lowest. Annual amount of charcoal used was 676 kg year-1 and 2294 kg year-1 for firewood. However, annual amount of fuelwood per person was higher in small size category and 178% greater than in largest household group than other household size. Carbon consumption per capita per year was greater in small household group estimate to be 477 kg pns-1 year-1. Thus, the urban commune of Koulikoro has a significant carbon dioxide emission and firewood emits more CO2 than charcoal.

AbstractSeabirds were observed during the southward (December 1989) and homeward (March 1990) voyage of the Ninth Indian Expedition to Antarctica. Twenty-four species were observed, with high diversity between 40° and 60° S. A smaller variety of species, but greater numbers, were observed between latitudes 60° and 70° S. The number of species increased in the zone of high primary and secondary production. Many species showed seasonal shifts in distribution.

On montre que s'engager à maintenir le taux de change à l'intérieur d'une zone cible peut être bénéfique pour deux raisons. SOMMAIRE Mort d'une langue, naissance d'une identité: Le cas de la Bretagne Le Duché de Bretagne fut officiellement rattaché à la France en 1532; aujourd'hui encore, il est considéré comme une des régions françaises. Cependant, même si, du point de vue d'un étranger, la Bretagne constitue une unité géographique, la situation est quelque peu équivoque car, en y regardant de plus près, la Bretagne n'est entitaire que par le nom. Le pays se divise sur le plan linguistique en une zone de langue romane et une zone bretonnante, cette dernière se divisant sur le plan historique en quatre diocèses. Ces frontières ont déterminé la répartition linguistique de la zone en quatre dialectes principaux dont chaque groupe de locuteurs prétend ne pas comprendre les trois autres. Pour ces bretonnants traditionnels, ils n'existe pas d'identité bretonne globale. En outre, beaucoup d'entre eux hésiteraient à considérer le diocèse comme leur foyer culturel. Par tradition, c'est la commune qui représente, pour la plupart des bretonnants, le siège de leur identité: c'était le breton de sa commune que l'on parlait, les danses de sa commune que l'on dansait et la coiffe de sa commune que l'on portait. Le déclin progressif de la langue pendant la deuxième moitié de ce siècle, suite à plusieurs décennies de politique jacobine des gouvernements français successifs, a eu un effet notable sur l'identité bretonne. A mesure que sont lancées des campagnes pour la sauvegarde de la langue, surgit l'idée d'une "Breizh une et indivisible", que se rassemble autour du drapeau breton. Les champions de la Cause bretonne sont les néo-bretonnants, pour la plupart des citadins d'origine bourgeoise, et qui parlent un breton standardisé, homogène, en général appris en classe. Ces locuteurs se distinguent nettement des bretonnants traditionels mais, et là réside le paradoxe, ils semblent jouer un rôle non négligeable dans la création d'une identité bretonne. Cet article propose une analyse descriptive des données macroéconomiques dans la zone euro et une étude de la transmission des politiques monétaire et budgétaire à travers une analyse SVAR. Les résultats suggèrent que, depuis la création de la zone euro, la politique monétaire a joué un rôle important aussi bien pour la stabilisation de l’inflation et de l’activité réelle, en ayant un comportement contracyclique soutenu. Au niveau agrégé, la politique budgétaire semble aussi avoir favorisé la stabilisation de l’activité réelle par des actions contracycliques (surtout après 2003). Cependant, des divergences importantes apparaissent au niveau national, mettant en cause l’efficacité de la gestion budgétaire dans l’Union économique et monétaire (UEM). L’étude de la transmission des différents chocs à l’intérieur de la zone confirme l’idée d’une certaine complémentarité entre politique monétaire commune et politiques budgétaires nationales. Elle met aussi en exergue l’hétérogénéité de la transmission des chocs au niveau national, preuve de la présence d’asymétries structurelles qui persistent dans cette région.

Dans un contexte climatique de plus en plus contraignant, les ligneux fourrager jouent un rôle important pour les animaux et les populations en zone rurale. L’objectif de cette étude était d’apprécier la diversité de ligneux présents dans la zone nord-soudanienne du Burkina et caractériser les utilisations faites par les populations. Pour ce faire un questionnaire semi-ouvert a été administré à 120 personnes. 41 espèces à usages multiples ont été inventoriées. Il ressort huit catégories d’usages des ligneux à l’affouragement (18,3%), la fertilisation des sols (18%), le bois d’énergie (16,7%), la génération de revenus (14,53%), l’alimentation humaine (13,3%), la santé humaine (8,91%), la construction (8,88) et la santé animale (1,46%). Les feuilles et les fruits sont très prisés par les animaux (29-25%) et les hommes (8-19%). Tandis qu’en pharmacopée, ce sont les écorces (13%). Le Piliostigma reticulatum (5,9), Vitellaria paradoxa (5,6), Lannea microcarpa (4,9), Azadirachta indica (4,7), et le Tamarindus indica (3,8) ont les valeurs d’usage et les indices de vulnérabilité les plus élevés (IV> 2,5). La régénération naturelle est le mode courant de gestion des ligneux. En somme les ligneux ont une grande importance pour les populations, mais elles subissent une forte pression anthropique qui menacent leur survie. English title: Ethnobotanical study of the use of fodder plants in the commune of Guibaré in Burkina Faso In a context of climate variability and change, increasingly constraining, fodder trees play an important role for animals and populations in rural areas. The objective of this study was to assess the diversity of woody plants present in the northern Sudanian zone of Burkina Faso and to characterize the uses made by the populations. To this end, a semi-open questionnaire was administered to 120 people. 41 multiple-use species were inventoried. Eight categories of use of woody plants emerged: fodder (18.3%), soil fertilization (18%), energy wood (16.7%), income generation (14.53%), human food (13.3%), human health (8.91%), construction (8.88%) and animal health (1.46%). The leaves and fruits are highly valued by animals (29-25%) and humans (8-19%). While in pharmacopoeia, it is the barks (13%). Piliostigma reticulatum (5.9), Vitellaria paradoxa (5.6), Lannea microcarpa (4.9), Azadirachta indica (4.7), and Tamarindus indica (3.8) have the highest use values and vulnerability indices (IV> 2.5). Affem Boussou community forest (AFC) abounds in important biological resources. This study, which contributes to its better management, examines the spatiotemporal dynamics of the vegetation and its ecological and structural characteristics to propose a zoning plan for said forest. The analysis of the spatiotemporal dynamics of land use in the AFC from Google Earth images of 2015, 2018, and 2021 revealed a regressive trend of formations: crops and fallows (−33.98%), dense dry forests (−7.92%), gallery forests (−3.46%), plantations (−100%), grassy savannahs, and meadows (−18.84%), except for tree/shrub savannahs (484.23%). The floristic inventory identified 163 species divided into 129 genera and 55 families. Fabaceae (14.02%), and Combretaceae (10.55%) are the most represented families. Anogeissus leiocarpa (5.19%) and Vitellaria paradoxa (4.72%) are the most frequent species. We note the dominance of individuals of small diameters. The regeneration potential of the AFC is 64 feet/ha due to 21 feet/ha of suckers, 29 feet/ha of seedlings, and 14 feet/ha of shoots. As a zoning plan, the AFC was subdivided into four zones: the agroforestry zone (18.80%), the sustainable production forest zone (42.22%), the buffer zone (11%), and the biological conservation zone (28%). These results constitute a scientific basis for testing ecological indicators of the sustainable management of community forests in Togo.

Abstract The studies included 2 water bodies in Cracow (Kraków), 6 water bodies in the commune of Zabierzów (Cracow County) and 4 in the commune of Niepołomice (Wieliczka County). The studies were carried out in June 2018 and May 2019. The ways on management of the water bodies were compared. Problems related to revitalization were identified. One of these problems is the preservation of biodiversity. In some cases revitalization reduces biodiversity. This can happen due to the liquidation or limitation of the reed bed zone. Such a situation was observed in the water bodied of Zelków and Karniowice (com. Zabierzów). Both have ornamental functions now. Removal of most of reed does not disturb mallards (Anas platyrhynchos), but makes it impossible to nest for other birds such as moorhen (Galinula chloropus). Moorhens were observed in two former fish ponds in Staniątki (com. Niepołomice) and in the pond of the Kaczeńcowa street. In one of them revitalization caused the diminishing of the water area, but did not change the character of the water body. Bird species were recorded at water bodies.

The objective of this study is to evaluate the current situation, thereby proposing some solutions to improve the efficiency of site clearance when the State recovers cemetery land and graveyards in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, Binh Province – determination for the case of the Southwest Urban Area of Nhon Ly commune. By collecting and processing primary and secondary data, the research results show that the promulgation of legal documents on compensation and site clearance for cemetery land and the Coordination between agencies and sectors affected by the project during the site clearance process has been carried out well. However, with pressure on time, personnel and some graves that have not yet been declared, a relocation date has not been chosen, and legal documents have not fully updated the compensation and support unit prices for the victims. All types of graves and architectural objects, the cemetery land clearance project, and the Southwest Urban Area of Nhon Ly commune cemetery are behind schedule. The study has proposed several solutions that will improve the efficiency of site clearance for cemetery land and local graveyards in the future.

La Saleine, affluent en rive droite de la Drôme, traverse la commune de Crest en zone périurbaine. Dans le secteur de travaux, le cours d’eau présentait des écosystèmes très dégradés. Le lit rectifié et endigué par le passé présentait un substrat et des faciès homogènes. Les berges raides et végétalisées par des espèces non rivulaires ne permettaient pas l’établissement d’écosystèmes fonctionnels et leurs connexions. La berge en rive gauche formait une digue protégeant une partie aval qui s’ouvrait sur un grand délaissé en prairie, un vaste bassin de stockage des eaux pluviales puis sur un tissu périurbain composé d’une zone artisanale et d’habitats épars. Les travaux engagés ont permis de retrouver une gestion apaisée des eaux pluviales et fluviales en crue ainsi qu’un fonctionnement efficace du corridor écologique attenant à la rivière. Sur un linéaire de 600 mètres, la digue en rive gauche est désormais effacée et l’intégralité du lit est restaurée. L’espace disponible restauré et l’abaissement des pentes de berges ont permis de créer une dynamique de reconquête des milieux aquatiques et rivulaires. Afin de gérer à la fois les périodes de crues et d’étiages, différents niveaux de débordement ont été créés. Un lit d’étiage qui rend possible la vie aquatique tout au long de l’année s’imbrique dans un lit mineur connectant les écosystèmes et les premiers débordements viennent inonder une vaste prairie d’une trentaine de mètres de largeur. Les abords du cours d’eau ont été plantés en végétation rivulaire tandis que les zones les plus éloignées, à près de 30 mètres, présentent une végétation caractéristique de prairies plus sèches. L’élargissement du cours d’eau permet une gestion efficace des plus hautes eaux par un ralentissement des écoulements et un étalement de la lame d’eau. Les plus fortes crues sont gérées par un modelé paysagé et arboré intégré à la topographie du projet. La restauration du lit mineur et la mise en place d’éléments de diversification en bois morts issus des travaux tendent à améliorer l’oxygénation du cours d’eau ainsi que les échanges hyporhéiques concourant à une amélioration de la qualité de l’eau de ce cours d’eau périurbain. Les travaux de restauration de la Saleine à Crest ont ainsi permis, par l’ouverture et la requalification du milieu, une gestion conjuguée de l’eau en quantité et qualité.

Nous rapportons le cas de deux voyageurs, revenant d’une zone tropicale, confrontés à une diarrhée persistante causée par ce parasite et à la difficulté d’obtenir un traitement ad hoc par le nitazoxanide qui dispose d’une autorisation temporaire d’utilisation. La prévention de cette infection liée au péril fécal est difficile et il faut éviter d’absorber de l’eau de boisson non embouteillée et de consommer des crudités lors d’un séjour sous les tropiques.

The devastating COVID-19 pandemic has brought many challenges for the scientific commune. Containment of infection becomes paramount when the agent is novel with little or no management options. The present one is one such and no one is sure how many more will surface in time to come. This emphasizes on exploring broad-based containment options as an important preparedness plan. Ultraviolet (UV) rays known for their germicidal effect are in the voyage as potent disinfectants for long. But their potential health hazards limit their uses to a controlled environment. Of them, Ultraviolet ray C (UVC) is the most potent broad-spectrum germicidal, that can neutralize all forms of Corona viruses with the reported accuracy of 99.9%. Recent researches have supported that a fraction of this Ultraviolet ray C (UVC) (FAR UVC) in the electromagnetic range of 207-222 nanometers demonstrates non-damaging properties for mammalian tissues while retaining the germicidal potency. This article reviews the available evidence and reports their important observations. The knowledge base so generated can guide researchers to test its credibility in diverse situations and come out with lasting solutions for future challenges.

As the global temperature warming, the ice zone of Arctic is shrinking gradually. In summer, the waterway that can be used to sail has appeared in arctic waters. Based on the analysis of ice condition of the Northeast Passage, the cost accounting of ice enhanced vessel and the cost accounting of voyage cost, this paper comprehensively analyzes the required freight rate (RFR) of sailing. By comparing the Suez Canal routes with the Northeast Passage routes, an analysis for the sailing economy of the arctic Northeast Passage can be given.

Avec le motu proprio de 1847, Pie IX attribue à la Commune de Rome la propriété et l’entretien des aqueducs Vergine, Felice et Traiano-Paolo. Depuis les années 1960, la Commune de Rome sauvegarde les aqueducs en les insérant d’abord dans la Carta storica archeologica monumentale e paesistica del suburbio e dell’agro romano, ajoutée au Plan régulateur de la ville, puis dans la Carta per la Qualità, annexe du nouveau Plan (2008), qui prévoit une zone de respect le long des structures. En 2010, la Surintendance capitoline active le Progetto Osservatori pour la documentation et la surveillance du mur d’Aurélien et de cinq aqueducs : l’Aqua Alexandrina, le tronçon néronien sur le Celio, l’Aqua Virgo, les aqueducs Felice et Traiano-Paolo ; les trois derniers étant toujours en activité. Différents niveaux de risques ont été mis en évidence, en fonction des degrés d’urgence d’intervention. Ils sont représentés graphiquement sur un système d'information géographique (SIG) et liés à des formulaires d’évaluation. Un projet de recherche et de valorisation est en cours sur l’aqueduc Traiano-Paolo, dont les ouvrages de captation des sources, à proximité du lac de Bracciano, et des anciennes canalisations sont toujours en fonction sur une longueur d’environ 57 km.

Cette recherche rentre dans le cadre du projet de Sécurité Alimentaire Renforcée par l’Elevage dans la commune rurale de Gadabedji au Niger. En effet, l’élevage constitue une des mamelles de l’économie nationale. Le changement climatique bouleverse le système pastoral au Niger. Le changement climatique varie d’une région à une autre avec des manifestations différentes. A travers cette étude, il s’agit d’analyser les formes de pastoralisme identifiées dans cette zone à forte dominance pastorale et les stratégies d’adaptation des éleveurs face aux pesanteurs opérées par le changement climatique dans la commune rurale de Gadabedji. S’inscrivant dans une démarche qualitative, l’étude associe, la recherche documentaire, les entretiens et l’observation. A l’issue de cette recherche les résultats obtenus montrent qu’il existe plusieurs de pastoralisme ainsi que les stratégies résilientes pastorales face aux effets du changement climatique. Il s’agit entre autres de l’agro-pastoralisme, le recours aux ranchs, la solidarité pastorale par le système de Habbanaé, la transformation des espèces fourragères invasives en aliments de bétail pendant les périodes de soudure, le déstockage des animaux, la réalisation des bandes pare-feu, le système d’ensilage, l’élevage des petits ruminants et la sédentarisation des pasteurs.

Cet article analyse la tournure de la coopération monétaire entre la France et ses anciennes colonies en cherchant à déterminer l’avenir du Franc CFA. En effet, le Franc CFA a suscité plusieurs débats et malgré les réformes institutionnelles mises en œuvre dans les années 1970, l’idée d’abandon de cette monnaie coloniale a été évoquée depuis 1983. Cependant, ce n’est que le 29 juin 2019 à Abuja (Nigéria) que le processus de la création d’une monnaie commune a été enclenché lors de la conclusion de la conférence des chefs d’Etat de la Communauté Economique des Etats de l’Afrique de l’Ouest (CEDEAO). Ainsi, « Eco » a été adopté comme le nom de la monnaie unique de la CEDEAO et devrait donc entrer en vigueur en 2020 dans les quinze États de l’espace CEDEAO. Toutefois, la mise en place de cette nouvelle monnaie ((Eco) a pris un grand retard mais son utilisation fera disparaître le Franc CFA et restreindra ou supprimera la coopération monétaire entre la France et les pays de l’UEMOA.

Abstract. The size distribution of pancake ice floes is calculated from images acquired during a voyage to the Antarctic marginal ice zone in the winter expansion season. Results show that 50 % of the sea ice area is made up of floes with diameters of 2.3–4 m. The floe size distribution shows two distinct slopes on either side of the 2.3–4 m range, neither of which conforms to a power law. Following a relevant recent study, it is conjectured that the growth of pancakes from frazil forms the distribution of small floes (D<2.3 m), and welding of pancakes forms the distribution of large floes (D>4 m).
