Résumé :
This essay is about the ethos of vulnerability, young people, and policies and practices related to youth support systems in Finland. Our aim is to scrutinize the alliance of the ethos of vulnerability and neoliberal rationality as well as its outcomes in terms of support systems and young people from various backgrounds. In the end, we take our analysis further to see how this alliance is associated with education and how it works by de-politicising, narrowing, and individualizing education toward a new kind of highly tailored precision education governance.

Résumé :
IntroductionAccording to recent literature, the prevalence and incidence of long-term illnesses such as asthma and diabetes in young people has substantially risen over the past 13 years.1 Recent figures indicate that, in England, 4.1% of all prescriptions were prescribed for young people. More than 45 million prescriptions were dispensed for young people in 2017 by pharmacists.2AimThe aim of this study was to investigate young people’s perspectives of the pharmaceutical services that are provided from primary care pharmacists relating to medication.MethodA cross-sectional survey using both the online and paper-based tools was conducted from March to November 2019. The population for this survey was young people from age 18 to 24 years registered as students at one of the universities in the UK. The survey consisted of twenty-four questions and they were a mix of closed-ended questions such as multiple choice and Likert scale and open-ended questions. This research gained ethical approval from the Ethics Committee of the same University (ERN_17-1672).ResultsA total of 210 survey responses were returned. Most of the participants were female (62.4%). The most frequent age was 18 years (35.2%). Among participants, 15.7% were diagnosed with long-term illnesses and the majority of them (33.3%) were diagnosed with respiratory disease all of which was reported as asthma. Pharmacists were not utilised as a source of information for young people whereas the majority (60.6%) obtained information from their doctors. Most of the participants (97%) had not taken part in an MUR or NMS and 78.8% of them had never been told about any services or support groups by their pharmacist.Discussion and ConclusionThere is a lack of provision of pharmaceutical services and support by primary care pharmacists to young people with long-term illnesses. Previous evidence shows that this could be due to a lack of confidence when dealing with young people, unwillingness of pharmacists to take on more responsibilities, or a lack of training and support.3 The results would be of benefit to the policymakers to assist in the further growth of the pharmacy services. Further research will enhance understanding of the perceptions of young people about the pharmaceutical services that are offered by primary care pharmacists with respect to medications.ReferencesShah R, Hagell A, Cheung R. Résumé :
Every state structure can be seen as a service to citizens, including e-government. That is why one such service will be described - the electronic voting service. Electronic voting (abbreviated e-voting) is one of the forms of remote voting that is primarily used in political elections. E-voting is reflected in the use of at least one electronic device for the service. Each e-voting system has its requirements, characteristics, and features, but the perception of its users - voters is also important. This paper examines the effect of socio-demographic factors (such as gender, age, faculty, and field to which the faculty belongs) on the readiness of young people to use e-voting in elections. Sociological research to date has shown that young people are among the leading strata of society in terms of their willingness to take advantage of the new ICTs, including e-voting. In that sense, we will try to determine the attitudes of young people towards e-voting on the example of young people, students at all faculties and departments of one university, and whether is there a regularity or connection between some socio-demographic factors and attitudes towards e-voting.

Résumé :
Significant progress has been made in improving the awareness of young people of available contraception services and their access to these services. Nonetheless, many young people are reluctant to engage with health care professionals, and thus, can experience adverse consequences, such as unplanned pregnancy and sexually transmitted infection. This article presents a best practice approach to the management of young people requesting contraception in primary care. A systematic approach is advocated, employing an age-appropriate consultation style, confidentiality, competency testing, risk assessment and an individualised contraceptive treatment plan.

Résumé :
Аbstract. The current situation of the crisis state of various spheres of life of our compatriots makes such characteristics of a competitive individual as success, mobility, flexibility in decision making more and more popular. Perfectionism, previously studied as a personality trait responsible for the pursuit of excellence, is a state that can determine the course of thoughts and actions of a person, as well as change under the influence of circumstances or over time (since there is always the possibility of transition from one state to another, while that at any moment of being this or that state determines the further destiny of a person). Highlight perfectionist aspirations that are associated with the positive aspects of perfectionism, and perfectionist anxiety associated with maladaptive behavior. It is shown that only perfectionist anxiety has a direct correlation with perception of stress at work, while perfectionist aspirations do not have such a correlation. In adolescence, the pursuit of excellence is especially important, since at this time a hierarchy of values and authenticity (identity) are built, the search for ones place in life starts the activity of creating conditions for the realization of personal potential. Therefore, the main direction of medical and psychological support for young people is the formation of adequate self-esteem and self-reliance, which allows them to know the characteristics of their personality, receive feedback (both from peers and from socially significant individuals),work out their I in simulated conditions, and thereby increase the effectiveness of the psychological correction of non- adaptive forms of perfectionism, because the positive aspects of perfectionist attitudes are a potential development potential for young people one hundred.
