Objectives: To evaluate the relationship of D-dimer, CD147 and miR-203, and detect the influence of these biomarkers on the pathological characteristics in patients with gastric cancer. Methods: The patients with gastric cancer treated using radical gastrectomy between May 2013 and October 2017 were reviewed retrospectively. The expression of D-dimer, miR203 and CD147 was measured for all the patients, and the clinical data including age, gender, tumor size, tumor differentiation, invasion depth, lymphatic metastasis, TMN stage, and pathological type were retrieved and analyzed. The study was carried out in affiliated Yidu Central Hospital of Weifang Medical College, Qingzhou, China. Results: Two hundred sixty patients with gastric cancer were included. The patients with tumor metastasis, larger tumor diameter, lower differentiation, lymphatic metastasis, deeper invasion, and higher TMN stage presented with a significantly higher D-dimer and CD 147 expression, but the level of the two biomarkers didn’t show a significant difference in patients with different pathological type, gender and age. Compared with CD147 and D-dimer, miR203 presented with different characteristics of expression. In addition, the expression of miR203 was negatively correlated with CD147 and D-dimer, and there was a positive correlation between CD147 and D-dimer in patients with gastric cancer. Conclusion: In this study, a close correlation of D-dimer, miR203 and CD147 was found, and these three biomarkers should be screened in gastric cancer patients. How to cite this:Wu X, Liu X. Depuis l’ouverture de l’économie de marché de Chine en 1978, l’intensification de la croissance économique conjuguée à une urbanisation accrue, s’est accompagnée par un flux migratoire important de la population rurale vers les zones urbaines à l’échelle nationale. Régie par le système d’enregistrement des ménages, ou hukou (户口), la division entre population rurale et non rurale, et la structure foncière qui y est liée, engendre des réglementations et des allocations de ressources distinctes entre les deux zones. Les terrains urbains appartiennent à l’État et les terrains ruraux sont des propriétés collectives des villageois, deux méthodes de gestion qui sont appliquées dans tout le pays. Dans ce contexte, les villages qui ont été absorbés dans les extensions des limites administratives urbaines qu’ils aient été en périphérie ou non, des villes existantes sont désignés sous le terme « village urbain ». Ils constituent le cœur de cette étude. Notre recherche se penche sur l'évolution des « villages urbains » à Weifang, une ville emblématique de la péninsule du Shandong, pour son histoire culturelle et sa croissance récente, mais peu étudiée. En s'appuyant sur une étude du terrain menée entre 2017 et 2020, la thèse décrypte les dynamiques d'aménagement et les politiques associées à partir de trois études de cas spécifiques. Elle mobilise pour ce faire des entretiens avec des fonctionnaires, des institutions publiques, des « villageois » (habitant d’origine du « village urbain » détenant un hukou rural local), des citadins, des membres du comité des « villageois », des observations directes, des photographies et une documentation variée de première main (lois, décrets, documents d’urbanisme).Structurée en trois parties, cette thèse comprend huit chapitres. Dans la première partie, le premier chapitre pose le contexte socio-institutionnel ayant conduit à l’émergence, l’expansion et l’éventuelle disparition des « villages urbains ». Le chapitre 2 entreprend une exploration exhaustive de la définition des « villages urbains », traçant son évolution temporelle à travers les analyses des chercheurs chinois et occidentaux. Le chapitre 3 éclaire le dualisme du hukou et du système foncier. Une attention particulière est accordée aux transitions de statuts (de rural à non rural) et aux mutations des droits fonciers des « villageois », à travers les phases d’urbanisation des « villages urbains ». La deuxième partie se concentre sur ma ville natale, Weifang, qui comptait 298 « villages urbains » en 2019 parmi lesquels j’ai choisi mes cas d’étude. Le chapitre 4 brosse un portrait de Weifang, présentant ses caractéristiques géographiques, économiques, sociologiques et son évolution urbaine, ainsi que les changements survenus dans les « villages urbains » depuis 2004. Les trois « villages urbains » choisis pour cette étude, Beigouxi, Nanhuzhuxi et Donsanjia, par facilité d’accès aux informations sont examinés sous plusieurs angles : les motivations sous-jacentes à leur sélection, les projets de rénovation (démolition et reconstruction) mis en place, et les témoignages des « villageois ». Le chapitre 5 analyse en détail les politiques et les directives gouvernementales concernant l’aménagement des « villages urbains », notamment les directives de 2004, 2006 et 2007. La troisième partie se concentre sur les différents acteurs impliqués dans le processus d’aménagement des « villages urbains ». Le chapitre 6 examine les rôles des institutions gouvernementales, des sociétés de promotion immobilière et des comités des « villageois ». Le chapitre 7 se penche sur les réactions et les ressentis des « villageois », des citadins et des migrants. Le dernier chapitre explore les dynamiques entre les acteurs concernés, pilote les défis inhérents au processus d’aménagement urbain et examine les stratégies envisagées par les autorités locales pour surmonter ces obstacles
Since the advent of China's market economy in 1978, the intensification of economic growth has been coupled with increased urbanization, characterized by a significant migratory flow of the rural population to urban areas on a national scale. Governed by the household registration system, or hukou (户口), this division between rural and non-rural population, and the related land structure, engenders regulation and distinct allocations of resource between the two zones. Urban lands are owned by the State, while rural lands are collective properties of the villagers, two management methods that are applied throughout the country. In this context, the villages that have been absorbed into the urban administrative boundaries, whether they were on the periphery or not of the existing cities, are designated under the term “urban village”. They constitute the core of this study. Our research focuses on the evolution of “urban villages” in Weifang, a city emblematic of Shandong peninsula, particularly known for its famous annual kite festival. By relying on a field study conducted between 2017 and 2020, the thesis describes the management dynamics and associated policies based on three specific case studies. It mobilizes to conduct interviews with officials, public institutions, “villagers” (inhabitants possessing a rural hukou and local), city dwellers, members of the “villagers” committee, direct observations, photographs, and a variety of primary documentation (laws, decrees, urban planning documents).Structured in three sections, this thesis comprises eight chapters.The first chapter sets the socio-institutional context that catalyzed the emergence, expansion, and eventual integration of “urban villages” into broader city frameworks. Chapter 2 embarks on a comprehensive exploration of the definition of “urban villages”, tracing its temporal evolution through analyses by both Chinese and Western researchers. Chapter 3 elucidates the dual nature of the hukou system, and the land tenure issues, paying attention to the transitions (from rural to non-rural) and shifts in land rights of residents throughout the urbanization phases of “urban villages”.The second section zooms into the specific case of my hometown, Weifang, which contained 298 “urban villages” in 2019, among which I chose my case studies. Chapter 4 profiles Weifang, detailing its geographical, economic, sociological characteristics, and urban trajectory, as well as examining the transformations in its “urban villages” since 2004. The three “urban villages” (Beigouxi, Nanhuzhuxi, and Donsanjia) are meticulously examined, with underlying motivations for their selection, their renovation trajectory, and resident testimonies discussed. Chapter 5 reviews the policies and governmental directives concerning “urban village” planning, particularly the decrees of 2004, 2006, and 2007.The third section focuses on various stakeholders engaged in the “urban village” development process. Chapter 6 assesses the roles of governmental agencies, real estate developers, and “villagers” committees. Chapter 7 captures the perspectives and sentiments of the “villagers”, urban residents, and migrants. The final chapter investigates the dynamics among these actors, identifies the challenges inherent to the urban planning process, and examines the strategies contemplated by local authorities to overcome these hurdles
