Résumé :

Objective. To evaluate the clinical efficacy of sertaconazole in the treatment of acute vulvo-vaginal candidiasis (VVC) in pregnant women with caesarean section. Subject and methods. The study included 136 pregnant women. In the treatment, 1 candle of sertaconazole 300 mg once was used. Efficacy was evaluated after 7 and 28 days. Results. At 74.0% of pregnant women identified VVK. After treatment with sertaconazole, positive dynamics was observed in 91.9% of patients, in whom clinical manifestations of the disease disappeared by the third day. Culture testing revealed a normalization of the vaginal biotope at 97.1% of pregnant women. Our experience has shown the effectiveness of the drug, the absence of adverse events and good compliance due to the ease of use and rapid achievement of the therapeutic effect in pregnant women throughout pregnancy.

Résumé :

Infections of the vulva and vagina remain one of the most pressing problems of modern gynecology due to the high prevalence, frequent relapses, and negative effects on the functions of the reproductive system, which increases the risks of gynecological diseases and obstetric complications. The most common forms of vulvovaginal infection are bacterial vaginosis (BV), vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC), aerobic vaginitis (AB) and trichomoniasis. Features of the biocenosis and immune status in infections caused by conditionally pathogenic microorganisms predispose to relapses of BV, AB, and VVK, against the background of which a mixed infection develops. Its occurrence is also the result of repeated courses of treatment for recurrent monoinfection. Therapy of BV consists in the use of metronidazole and clindamycin, the benefits of clindamycin are in a wider spectrum of action, covering difficult to identify anaerobic microorganisms, as well as aerobes. The treatment of mixed infection and the prevention of the development of IHC in patients with BV involves the use of azole antimycotics, which remain the first line treatment option for the infection caused by Candida albicans. Thus, the combination therapy with clindamycin and azole antimycotics can be considered the optimal treatment option for mixed and recurrent vulvovaginal infections.

Вместе с тем спецификой такого фундаментального общественного блага, как мощь державы, является его превентивный характер, что не дает возможности всегда справедливо оценивать приносимые этим благом выгоды. Как следствие, для таких благ становятся вероятными ситуации несовпадения их подлинной, справедливой цены с ценой общественной, исчисляемой готовностью населения платить. В настоящей работе предлагается и тестируется на эмпирических данных основанный на экспериментальном решении классической бюджетной дилеммы подход к измерению общественной цены блага «дополнительная мощь державы» в сравнении с двумя альтернативами – экономической (в альтернативном росте материального благосостояния граждан) и гуманитарной (в альтернативном усилении институтов охраны жизни и здоровья граждан). Показано существование биполярной мировоззренческой структуры российского общества. Даются количественные оценки общественно допустимых альтернативных издержек дополнительного финансирования общественного блага «мощь державы» в двух ее коннотациях: (1) как инструмента защиты суверенитета и обеспечения независимости в международных отношениях и (2) как инструмента восстановления геополитического равновесия. Выявляются социально-групповые факторы, определяющие общественный выбор в рассматриваемой системе альтернатив.

Résumé :

In this paper, we propose a novel method for cross-view action recognition via multiple continuous virtual paths which connect the source view and the target view. Each point on one virtual path is a virtual view which is obtained by a linear transformation of an action descriptor. All the virtual views are concatenated into an infinite-dimensional feature to characterize continuous changes from the source to the target view. To utilize these infinite-dimensional features directly, we propose a virtual view kernel (VVK) to compute the similarity between two infinite-dimensional features, which can be readily used to construct any kernelized classifiers. In addition, a constraint term is introduced to fully utilize the information contained in the unlabeled samples which are easier to obtain from the target view. The rationality behind the constraint is that any action video belongs to only one class. To further explore complementary visual information, we utilize multiple continuous virtual paths. The original source and target views are projected to different auxiliary source and target views using the random projection technique. Then we fuse all the VVKs generated from all pairs of auxiliary views. Our method is verified on the IXMAS and MuHAVi datasets, and the experimental results demonstrate that our method achieves better performance than the state-of-the-art methods.

Résumé :

Properties of epoxy glues of cold curing VK-9 and VKV-9, the components received with use which are let out by modern producers, depending on the filler used in their structure are considered. Tests of glued joints on VK-9 glue in wider interval of temperatures are carried out. Properties of VK-36 glue and its updating’s on the basis of components let out now are shown. Properties of glue binding brands VSK-14-1, VSK-14-2, VSK-14-4, VSK-14-4m and VSK-14-4k received, under production conditions by VIAM Federal State Unitary Enterprise are given. It is shown that on the properties they completely meet the requirements of existing normative documentation.

Abstract This paper examines 2 Kgs 17:7-23 which is often understood as a fragmented text, compounding various theological reactions to the fall of Samaria. Applying a text-linguistics approach, I find vv7-20 to be a unit that makes sense in its present form, complementing a second unit beginning in v21. My reading understands the relationship between vv6 and 7 differently to what is usually understood, and to the standard English translations. I argue based on the Hebrew syntax that vv7-20 form a narrative unit that summarises the history of both northern and southern kingdoms together, as a history of idolatrous activity. Thus, the concern of the narrator is to explore the theological reason for the series of Assyrian invasions of the last quarter of the 8th Century bc, and the different fates of Israel and Judah.

Abstract INTRODUCTION Carotid endarterectomy (CEA) has been shown to be beneficial in patients with high-grade symptomatic carotid artery stenosis. Subintimal and intraplaque hemorrhages are frequently seen during CEA in the absence of any visible breach in the intima, as these changes are derived from the vasa vasorum system rather than from blood in the vessel lumen. Imaging modalities to characterize unstable, vulnerable plaques are strongly needed for better risk stratification in these patients. The aim of this study was to investigate the correlation between the activities of the carotid vasa vasorum and carotid plaque vulnerability using indocyanine green-video angiography (ICG-VA) during CEA, focusing on how the carotid artery vasa vasorum is depicted. METHODS Sixty-nine patients (mean age, 68.5 ± 2.5 years; mean degree of stenosis, 78.9 ± 3.8) who underwent CEA were enrolled prospectively from September 2013 to December 2014. ICG was injected intravenously as a bolus before and after resecting the atheroma during CEA. We also performed immunohistochemistry using CD68 (macrophage), CD117 (mast cell), CD4 (T-cell), and CD8 (T-cell) antibodies for resected plaque specimens. RESULTS >Active vasa vasorum density was observed in all patients on ICG-VA (n = 69). The vasa vasorum externa (VVE) and interna (VVI) were seen in 11 (16%) and 57 patients (82.6%), respectively. The types of VVE were strongly associated with preoperative angiographic instability (90.0%, P = 0.005) and carotid plaque vulnerability (100%, P = 0.007) macroscopically. In contrast, the types of VVI were less associated with angiographic instability (36.1%) and plaque vulnerability (49.1%, P = 0.003). CD86- and CD117-stained macrophages and mast cells were observed more frequently in unstable plaque, compared to those in stable plaque (P < 0.0001, P = 0.002, respectively). CONCLUSION The early appearance of VVE on ICG-VA was strongly associated with unstable carotid plaque and many microvessel channels that provided nutrients to the developing and expanding intima and potentially created an unstable hemorrhagic environment prone to rupture. Macrophages and mast cells were involved in the formation of microvessels in the atherogenic plaque and accelerated plaque progression into an unstable plaque phenotype.

Kemampuan komunikasi matematis merupakan salah satu indikator untuk mengetahui hail belajar matematika siswa. Jika kemampuan komunikasi matematis baik, maka besar kemungkinan hasil belajar matematika pun baik. Namun berdasarkan hasil observasi di SMA Negeri 1 Mawasangka tengah, bahwa kemampuan komunikasi siswanya belum optimal. Salah satu faktor penyebabnya adalah gaya belajar siswa. Beberapa penelitian tentang kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa belum ada yang meninjau dari sudut pandang gaya belajar. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan profil kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa berdasarkan gaya belajar (visual, auditroy, read/write, kinestetic). Indikator gaya belajar dalam penelitian ini adalah indikator yang dikembangkan oleh Fleaming yang meliputi gaya belajar unimodal (V,A,R,K), bimodal (VK, RK, VA, VR), trimodal (ARK, VRK, VAK, VAK), dan quadmodal (VARK). Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 52 orang siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Mawasangka Tengah. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh dengan memberikan soal tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan kuisioner gaya belajar, selanjutnya dianalisis dengan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa ditinjau dari gaya belajar, termasuk dalam kategori sedang, baik pada unimodal, bimodal, trimodal, maupun quadmodal.Kata kunci: komunikasi matematis, gaya belajar, unimodal, bimodal, trimodal, quadmodal.

Résumé :

Due to global warming our frozen lakes are becoming thinner, unpredictable and dangerous. We have already started noticing the effects of this. In recent years we have seen a steady increase in fatal ice accidents. An often-overlooked aspect within safety is our attitude towards protective gear. Through design and branding, this project explores a variety of solutions in response to the factual increase of ice- related drowning accidents in Sweden. VAK is a hypothetical brand for those who are prepared and ready to adapt to a changing environment, shaped and inspired by the raw and fickle nature of ice. Within VAK’s products several different safety aspects are touched upon, such as increased flotation, better grip and impact protection.

Résumé :

The aim of this work is to design a microprocessor-controlled multimode VHF radio can receive AM, FM and DAB. The first step is to become familiar with digital radio broadcasting DAB and RDS. Then we can proceed to the design of the receiver circuit solution using modern component base. Next it is necessary to write utility software and construct a prototype of receiver, verify its functionality and parameters. The result of the work is the multi-mode VHF broadcasting receiver controlled using touch screen display and supported by web management.

The target of this diploma paper is to determine a value of the company VLK Ltd. The paper consists of the theoretical and the practical part. In the theoretical part there are explained individual types of the analyses, the valuation procedures and the methods applied in the practical part. On the basis of the strategic and the financial analyses, the financial plan is determined. This plan is a groundwork for the company valuation by means of the yield-based method. For the company valuation, the yield method of discounted cash flow was applied, namely the Two-phase Model using free cash flow for owners and creditors.

This master´s thesis deals with risk management of one of the key activities of project Information and publicity of Operational Programme Research, Development and Education. Important terms linked to operational programs specifying information about operational program Research, Development and Education and description of Risk Management matters are explained in theoretical part. Analysis SLEPT, 7S and SWOT are used for Department of Education, Youth and Physical Training. Method RIPRAN is used for risk assessment. Recommendations and proceedings for minimisation or eventual elimination of found risks are based on results of this method. Those suggestions should help to action not only this project but future projects of similar this nature.

VVS-projektering är att skapa ett bra inneklimat. Temperatur, fukt i luften, dåliga lukter och för höga koncentrationer av koldioxid är alla saker som VVS-projektören ska ta hand om. En kontorsbyggnad belägen på Teg i Umeå behövde ritningar för VVS-system. Genom effektbehovsberäkningar och uppskattningar av luftflöden fanns tillräckligt med underlag för att ritningar för avlopp, tappvatten, värme och ventilation kunde skapas i MagiCAD. Effektbehovsberäkningarna utfördes med en färdig mall från Tyréns, och uppskattning av luftflöden gjordes tillsammans med en handledare och tabeller. Denna rapport visar dessa ritningar och ger en kort beskrivning på hur ritningarna ska läsas av och VVS-designen interpreteras. Beroende på vad kunden har för krav (billigast, energieffektivast eller bäst för miljön för att nämna några) kan ritningarna se helt olika ut. Detta arbete resulterade i färdiga ritningar och beräkningar för värmebehov och ventilation som finns hos Tyréns.
The key element to HVAC-design is to create a comfortable indoor climate. Temperature, moisture in the air, bad smell and too high concentration of carbon dioxide are all things a HVAC engineer must take into consideration. An office building located Umeå needed HVAC-designs. Through calculations regarding heating requirements and estimates of airflows sufficient, data was gathered to draw up designs for plumbing, tap water, heating and ventilation using MagiCAD. This report shows the drawings and gives a short introduction as to how to interpret HVAC-designs. Depending on what the client wants (cheapest, most energy efficient or nest for the environment) the design might change drastically.

I Sverige finns det cirka 4,5 miljoner bostäder och den siffran stiger i lika snabb takt med den ökande befolkningen. Riksdagen har beslutat att energianvändningen ska minska i två etapper utifrån EU:s direktiv att uppnå så kallade näranollenergibyggnader.Här beskrivs vilka parametrar som utgör en byggnads energiprestanda och hur man sänker energianvändningen i bostäder genom VVS-projektering. Framförallt hur man kan nå detta utifrån den ekonomiska aspekten. Vilka regler och krav måste följas för att inte påverka människans hälsa.Projektet innefattar teoretiska sammanställningar av VVS komponenter som är grunden till genomförandet. Den tänkta bostaden byggdes upp och simulerades i simuleringsprogrammet IDA ICE för att plocka fram viktig information till VVS-projekteringen.Resultatet visar att en bergvärmepump är en fördelaktig värmekälla ekonomiskt men framförallt energimässigt. Ventilationssystemet klarade att upprätthålla ett gott inomhusklimat utan att bryta mot några föreskrifter.

Résumé :

Syfte: Syftet är att göra en marknadsplan för VSK bandy. Denna marknadsplan ligger till grund för att locka mer publik till arenan vid matchdagar.

Metod: Kvalitativ och kvantitativ metod har används i uppsatsen, både en intervju och en enkätundersökning. Resultatet från intervjun redovisas i empiridelen och enkätundersökningen har använts när handlingsplanen har skrivits.

Resultat & slutsats: Resultatet visar att VSK bandy har kommit mycket långt när det gäller att jobba för sponsorerna och för att locka till sig publiken. För sponsorerna handlar det nu om att skapa ett mervärde. Det har blivit extra viktigt att jobba så de känner att de får något tillbaka. Det är även väldigt svårt att inrikta sig mot en specifik målgrupp utan alla är välkomna till att bidra sitt till föreningen. Trots att de ligger i framkant med att locka tillbaka publiken och företagen så finns det vissa delar som kan kompletteras i det program de jobbar efter. Dessa redovisas i handlingsplanen.

Förslag till fortsatt forskning: Att jämföra andra jämbördiga klubbar för att senare jämföra vad de olika klubbarna gör för att locka till sig sin publik. Vidare är ett förslag som kan vara intressant att kontrollera om handlingsplanen skulle resultera i att publiken kommer tillbaka.

Uppsatsens bidrag: Den har framförallt bidragit till en djupare förståelse om VSK bandy. Det är även min förhoppning att studien kommer att bidra till VSK bandy och deras fortsatta arbete för deras publik och sponsorer.

Objective: The aim is to make a marketing plan for VSK bandy. This marketing plan is the basis to attract more audience to the arena at game days.

Method: A qualitative and quantitative method was used. The qualitative part is reported in the chapter about empirical foundations and the quantitative part has been used for the plan of action.

Result & Conclusions: The result shows that VSK bandy has come a long way when it comes to working for sponsors and for the audience. For sponsors, it is now about creating surplus value. It has become more important to work so they feel that they get something back from them. It is also very difficult to focus on a specific target group, but all are welcome to contribute to the club. Although they are in the forefront of attracting audience and businesses, there are certain parts they can supplement into the program they are using. These are presented in the plan of action.

Suggestions for future research: To compare VSK bandy to similar clubs regarding their work with attracting audiences. Also to investigate the suggestions for the Action plan further; i.e. look into if the plan can lead to a bigger audience.

Contribution of the thesis: It is mainly contributed to a deeper understanding of VSK Bandy. It is also my hope that this study will contribute to VSK Bandy and they continued work for their audience and sponsors.

Résumé :

I studien har värmeförlusterna i VVC-systemet för flerbostadshus studerats. Bakgrunden byggde på att många montörer upplevde att teknisk isolering blir bortprioriterat i byggprojekten. Som argument till att inte prioritera den tekniska isoleringen använd uttrycket ”värmen kommer fastigheten tillgodo”, där de menar att värmeförlusterna i varmvattenrören utnyttjas av fastigheten på annat sätt. Syftet med detta examensarbete har varit att undersöka hur den tekniska isoleringen påverkar varmvattenförlusterna samt att kartlägga vart värmeförlusterna sker och om värmeförlusterna kommer huset tillgodo. För att uppnå målen har egna mätningar i två flerbostadshus gjorts samt mätdata erhållits från ytterligare två fastigheter. De egna mätningarna pågick under två veckor där framledning- och returledningstemperatur i varmvattencirkulationen mättes. Den ena fastigheten hade äldre isolering medan den andre hade genomgått renovering där samtliga rörledningar bytts ut och där modern isolering används. Förutsättningarna för de olika fastigheterna studerades så som rörtjocklek, isoleringstyp, isoleringstjocklek samt omgivningstemperatur. För de andra två fastigheterna erhölls framledning- och returledningstemperatur i varmvattencirkulationen under åren 2012 och 2013. Studien visade att förlusterna i VVC-systemet inte påverkas av årstiden utan var konstanta över året. Fastigheterna med äldre isolering hade stora värmeförluster i förhållande till distributionsrörens längd. Även i fastigheten med modern isolering upptäcktes stora brister i monteringen av isoleringen varvid värmeförlusterna blev större än förväntat. Båda fastigheterna som mättes hade en returtemperatur som var under den rekommenderar temperatur enligt BBR, som är. 55°C vilket medför en hälsorisk på grund av ex tillväxt av legionella i rörsystemet. Värmeförlusterna visade sig vara stora i källarkorridorer och där värmen la sig längst med taket och gav ett dåligt uppvärmningstillskott till källarkorridoren. De vertikala rörschakten var igenmurade vilket gjorde det svårt att undersöka värmeförlusterna. Det kunde även observeras hur varmvattenrören värmer upp kallvattenröret. Vilket medför en ökar resursanvändning av vattnet då användaren måste spola kranen längre för att erhålla kallt kallvatten eller varmt varmvatten. Slutsatsen av studien är att värmeförlusterna från varmvattencirkulationen inte utnyttjas av byggnaden på ett bra sätt. Värmeförlusterna är okontrollerade vilket ökar risken för överhettning för vissa utrymmen. Dessutom kan rörschakt och källare hållas lägre än boendetemperaturen och under sommarmånaderna finns dessutom inget uppvärmningsbehov. Det finns stor potential att investera i tjockare rörisolering vid stambyte och vid nybyggnation. Bara skillnaden mellan de fastigheter som undersöktes i denna studie visar att förlusterna varierar mellan 450 och 1960 kWh per lägenhet och år. Skulle Fastighet 1 renovera sitt VVC-system kan en besparing på 33 800 SEK göras och en återbetalning sker inom ett halvår. Studien bekräftade att ett välisolerat VVC-system kommer resultera i bättre komfort för användaren, lägre värmeförluster och lägre kostnader för systemet.

Résumé :

This paper presents the simulation model of an oil lubrication gerotor pump for the internal combustion engine. The model was constructed by using a mono-dimensional commercial code taking into account all the phenomena that occur during the revolution of the pump shaft. First of all, several geometric considerations and theoretical observation are presented. An experimental campaign was also performed to validate the simulation model. In these experimental tests particular attention was regarded to the behavior of the pressure oscillations during the pump shaft revolutions. The final aim of this activity is to obtain an instrument that allows in-depth analysis of pump and lubrication circuit functioning and that can be coupled with other models (e.g. VVA, VVT, etc.) in order to take into account different problems of the hydraulic components of engines.

Résumé :

Verification, validation, and testing (VVT) are the primary means of risk reduction in the product development process. Through systematic and early VVT strategy planning and continuous monitoring of the product development activities rework can be avoided and significant product lifecycle cost reductions can be achieved. In this paper a VVT process modeling procedure is described, which offers an effective method for reducing programmatic and technical risk through providing valuable assistance in the VVT strategy planning process. Programmatic risk reduction in the VVT process modeling procedure can be achieved by the elimination of redundant VVT activities, optimization of test schedule and restructuring of VVT activities into clusters based on the input needs of the tests and the deliveries of the product development activities. Through iterations in the VVT process during VVT strategy planning, the most effective combination of VVT activities can be found for the VVT goals and objectives. Iterations in the VVT process modeling procedure can be made based on the different durations, costs and effects on quality of the different VVT activities and methods applied at different points in the product lifecycle. Since the VVT strategy planning is an iterative process, the VVT process modeling procedure can be used to update the VVT process after every critical decision and milestone in the product development. The modeling concept for verification, validation and testing processes introduced in this paper, is currently being developed in a European research project, called SysTest (more information on the SysTest project can be found under: http://www.secoe.org/0105.htm).

Variable valve timing (VVT) and variable compression ratio (VCR) are two technologies to obtain fuel economy benefit. On the other hand, there is a tradeoff among fuel economy, engine performance and emission levels. Advantages of two technologies vary a lot on different engine operating regions. Recently some experiments are conducted on a Port Fuel Injection (PFI) engine in a city drive cycle to investigate the fuel economy impact from VVT, VCR and the technology integration. The testing results show clearly that the synergy of two technologies has further improved the fuel economy, while suitable operating regions need to be determined where the maximal benefit can be achieved. A typical 1.8L four-cylinder gasoline engine is used for experiments using VVT and VCR technologies for fuel economy improvement. The objective is to create a synergy scheme for the optimal fuel economy performance. The supercharged testing engine with VVT and VCR can implement similar performance to that of a larger replacement engine. The fuel economy optimization problem is simply converted into searching for the lowest engine power output region with respect to the same fuel economy improvement level. These optimal points are useful to determine potential best fuel economy operating regions whether VVT and VCR should be implemented individually or combined together.

Seven pacemaker patients with complete AV-block were studied during one to three week periods of either ventricular (VVI), or atrio-ventricular pacing (DDD) or triggered ventricular pacing (VAT)At rest, the plasma p-thromboglobulin (BTG), arterial adrenaline and nor-adrenaline as well as atrial rate were not significantly different during standard and physiological pacing. Following ergometer bicycling, BTG increased significantly (p <0.004), and more so in VVI pacing (from 38 ±15 to 73 ±15 ng/ml) compared to DDD (27 ±6 to 44 ±13),p<0.05. Arterial plasma adrenaline at baseline was 60 ±27 in VVI and 58 ± 27 pg/ml in DDD, with increases during exercise to 353 ±197 and 338 ±164 respectively. Neither was any noradrenaline cone significantly different: 253 ±74 to 2962 ±2031 in VVI versus 226 ±143 to 2848 ±2032 during DDD at rest and during exercise, respectively. The atrial rate was 73 ±11 at baseline increasing to 125 ±15 ppm, versus 69 ±12 to 127 ±15 ppm (ns). Physiological pacing is thus associated with lower platelet release at baseline (ns,p<0.07) and exercise (p<0.05), despite no significant difference in arterial catecholamine concentration or the related atrial rate. Increased blood turbulence during atrio-ventricular asynchrony may contribute to the increased release in VVI-pacing

We review variable valve actuation (VVA) concepts and also present the results of our work in the creative synthesis of these devices. We begin with a comprehensive survey of existing VVA devices. We then describe our work on four VVA concepts which we have explored in considerable detail. These include hydraulic lost-motion variable-lift systems, in both the direct acting and the roller-finger-follower configurations, several valve deactivation mechanisms with unique features, a variable valve-lift mechanism, and a variable-lift and duration concept. These devices differ in their complexity and versatility but offer a spectrum of design solutions applicable to a range of products. The strengths and weaknesses of these different approaches are discussed and analyzed, and some test results are presented.
