Résumé :
With the rapid development of China ’s dairy farming industry, it becomes difficult to breed and manage the increasing number of dairy cows. The smart agricultural enabled by edging techniques such as smart sensor, IoT, machine learning, etc. shows great potential to improve the scientific breeding and management of dairy cows. Using machine learning assisted computer vision to identify and classify the behavior of dairy cows can quickly determine the health status of dairy cows and improve management efficiency. However, there are still some challenges need to be addressed in the current behavior recognition of dairy cows. Due to the more complex background of dairy farms, the increase in the number of cows makes the mutual shading problem of dairy cows serious, which leads to the low efficiency of dairy cow behavior recognition. To address this challenge, this paper collected and labeled four types of 1,660 dairy daily behavior datasets and proposed a residual neural network (ResNet)-based dairy daily behavior recognition model. Experiments show that the proposed method is far superior to the baseline method in accuracy performance, and it provides inspiration for the behavior recognition of cows.

Résumé :
The conscious daily choice of the healthy food contributes to preserving health and high working capacity, including mental performance. Milk and sour-milk products make up the essential part of students’ daily diet needed to supply the body with all necessary nutrients and energy. The aim of this study is to assess daily consumption of milk and sour-milk products in order to correct the students’ diet. Materials and methods: Using the questionnaire [6], the authors questioned medical students and analyzed obtained results on the medical students’ dietary habits. The study involved the 2nd, 4th and 6th study year students of O. Bogomolets National medical university. The survey participation was voluntary by obtaining prior consent from students. The sample was selected randomly. The sample includes 858 respondents, 570 female and 288 male students aged 18-25 years. Results: The study represents the results of comparative assessment of the recommended daily consumption of milk and sour-milk products with their real consumption. The authors have evaluated daily consumption of such dairy products as milk, kefir, yoghurt, sour cream, butter, hard cheese and cottage cheese. The consumption of milk, kefir, yoghurt and sour cream was estimated by the following grading: “I don’t consume these products”, “I consume not more than 250 ml of such products daily”, “I consume 250-400 ml of such products daily”, “I consume more than 400 ml of these products daily”. The consumption of hard cheese was evaluated by the grading: “I don’t consume it”, “I consume not more than 10g daily”, “ I consume about 10-20g of it daily”, “I consume more than 20g of it daily”; cottage cheese: “I don’t consume it at all”, “I consume not more than 100g daily”, “I consume 100-200g of it daily”, “I consume more than 200g of it daily”; butter: “I don’t consume it”, “I consume not more than 15g of it daily”, “I consume more than 15 g of it daily”. The study has found that one third of the respondents do not consume whole milk, regardless of sex and the year of study. Less than 20% of respondents daily consume 250-400 ml of milk. Half of the junior student respondents do not consume sour-milk products at all regardless of sex. 20% of the junior students and 20-30% of the senior respondents consume 250-400 ml of sour-milk products daily irrespective of sex. No more than one third of respondents irrespective to sex or year of study consume 10-20g of hard cheese daily. 100-200g of cottage cheese (low-fat) is usually included into the daily diet of 10-30% respondents, and there is dependency on the sex and year of study. The high-fat cottage cheese is not eaten by a half of the respondents irrespective to the sex and year of study; while 10% of junior students and 20% of senior students regardless of the sex include 100-200g of it in their daily diet. About 20% of male respondents irrespective their year of study and 30% of female respondents do not eat butter at all. Conclusions. The results obtained show numerous deviations from national recommendations on healthy nutrition and point out existing risks of the nutritional deficiencies, alimentary and alimentary-dependent diseases. The students’ youth diet and the attitude toward the healthy diet require serious correction.

Résumé :
The current research aimed to investigate the relationship between daily changing work characteristics and daily creativity at work. More specifically, we focused on the separate effects of daily interpersonal support from supervisor and daily-perceived time pressure on creativity. In addition, we investigated the cross-level moderating effect of individual’s attitude toward job in the relation between daily time pressure and daily creativity. In order to perform within-person and cross-level analyses, we used daily diary method and collected responses from 39 full-time workers for 5 working days. Hierarchical Linear Modeling analyses yielded a positive relationship between daily interpersonal support from supervisor and daily creativity, as well as a positive relationship between daily time pressure, the challenge stressor, and daily creativity. Moreover, there was a significant moderating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between time pressure and creativity. Specifically, for those who are highly satisfied with job, the relationship between daily time pressure and daily creativity was positive while it was not so for those with low job satisfaction. Based on the above findings, we discussed the relationships among daily work characteristics and daily creativity as well as implications, limitations and possible future research issues.

Résumé :
The aim of the paper is to present a developed spreadsheet tool for the formulation of a daily dairy cow ration. It is constructed on the basis of two linked sub-models developed on the MS Excel platform. It merges the common linear programming model and the weighted-goal programming model with a penalty function. The first sub-model is included in the tool to make an estimate of the least-cost magnitude that might be expected. The obtained result is entered into the second sub-model as the goal that should be met as closely as possible. The tool was tested at two different values of preferential weights for dairy cows with a 25 kg daily milk yield. The results obtained confirm the benefits of the applied approach. In contrast to the common linear program tools, which terminate at formulation of the least-cost ration, our tool provides more efficient rations (in both economic and nutritive terms) by fine-tuning the nutritive goals and by allowing for harmless deviations from these goals by application of penalty functions.

Résumé :
Purpose The purpose of this paper is to investigate the mineral content of seven Brazilian infant dairy product categories (petit Suisse cheeses, fermented milks, yogurts, fermented dairy beverage, dairy dessert, Requeijão cremoso spreadable cheese and UHT dairy beverages) and estimate their contribution to daily intake. Design/methodology/approach The composition of major (Ca, K, Mg, and Na) and trace (Pb, Cd, Cu and Mn) minerals was determined using Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry. Furthermore, a comparative analysis of the mineral levels with the Reference Daily Intake (RDI) at different child development stages was carried out. Findings High Ca levels were observed in petit Suisse (3.44±1.66 mg g−1), dairy dessert (3.88±0.02 mg g−1) and Requeijão cremoso (4.14±0.07 mg g−1). Dairy dessert presented the highest K level (2.57±0.07 mg g−1), while the Requeijão cremoso presented the highest Na content (4.78±0.10 mg g−1), and both products had the highest Mg contents (238.55±16.27 and 197.39±5.18 µg g−1, respectively). Trace elements (Cd, Cu, Mn and Pb) were below the limit of detection for all commercial dairy foods. Among food products analyzed, petit Suisse cheese and dairy dessert can be considered good sources of calcium, while Requeijão cremoso is high in both calcium and sodium. Originality/value This study is the first to analyze the mineral levels of several Brazilian infant dairy foods and the daily intake contribution during important child development stages. These findings provide valuable guidance for researchers and practitioners trying to develop healthy and nutritious dairy products for infants and children.

Résumé :
In the early 20th century, in the rural economy of Italy, the idea of wasting food was unheard of, and about 50% of income was spent providing food. Today food only involves 10% of average income, but we have forgot how to deal with what we eat. Consumerism, which also affects our behavior towards food, is a cultural attitude based on which people feel more or less realized solely on the basis of their purchasing possibilities. If we separate food from necessity, health, needs of everyone; we separate the production from the times of the seasons, from nature and from the possibilities that the land has to regenerate its resources; if we separate the act of eating from that of knowing what we eat; if all the phases of the production chain lose the connection between them, then the waste is not only inevitable, but even pursued because it is functional to the criterion of maximum profit. A lesser evil to the detriment of our planet, which leads us to a further waste: a waste of health. We therefore need a change of pace that concerns regulations, energy choices, basic culture, ecology education; we also need profound changes in the value scales, in individual and collective behavior. We must return to considering family, traditional and small-scale agriculture, with its integrated systems and its productive capacities commensurate with the needs of communities and natural resources, as a driving force on which to base the change towards a relationship with food that meets our needs without compromising those of other living beings, current and future. KEY WORDS food; waste; consumerism; environment; health.

Résumé :
This article investigates representations of gender and work in the hit 2016 song “Rockabye” by Clean Bandit featuring Sean Paul and Anne-Marie in relation to a new orientation toward care labor and feminine performance we call “feminist realism.” Feminist realism, we argue, is a sensibility that calls attention to the disproportionate labor entailed, and risk undertaken, by performances of femininity, while despairing of structural fixes for these problems. The article assesses these issues of gender, sex and work in relation to music and dance in the “Rockabye” song and music video, arguing that the song’s depictions of exploited feminine and reproductive labor, reflected in its Nordic-British-Jamaican nexus of production, provide a particularly insightful articulation of feminist realism; we also analyze fan reviews to argue that this message resonated with audiences. Finally the article explores Sean Paul’s role as a featured artist on the track and video, drawing out the relationship between his attentiveness to the unsung labor of Jamaican musicians in creating the contemporary dance-pop scene and his support for similarly undervalued women in service work in their “daily struggle” for survival.
