Résumé :
Types of deviant (deviant) behavior are presented. It is revealed that the socially negative nature of deviations is destructive both for the individual and for the environment, but it is this type of deviant behavior that arouses the greatest interest of researchers and is more often considered in the scientific literature. The definition of the concept of "deviation" is given. It is noted that the main factors that predetermine deviations in human behavior are the level of social consciousness, morality, consolidation of the system of social regulations in society. In the course of the study of theoretical material it was found that a number of scientists characterize a norm as "a historically established in a particular society limit", "a measure of acceptable behavior", some properties originally inherent in most people, a standard of behavior, these are norm-ideals, as the level of interiorization of norms in different social environments has significant differences, and norm-ideals (system of basic values) are globalized, they are difficult to apply to specific social objects. It is proposed to consider the norm in three different meanings: statistical, functional (individual) and ideal; in laws, traditions, customs the social norm finds its embodiment (support), that is, in everything that has become a habit, firmly embedded in everyday life, in the way of life of the majority population, supported by public opinion, plays the role of a "natural regulator" of social and interpersonal relations. It has been revealed that some scholars are inclined to see moral norms as a kind of "instructions" that "ensure the correct operation of the human machine".

Résumé :
The factors important for the acrylamide formation in model systems were studied. The effects of two starch matrices (potato, wheat), the share of two monosaccharides (glucose and fructose) on the formation of acrylamide, and the impact of water addition were compared in model systems under isothermal conditions. Acrylamide was determined by GC/MS-NCI technique. The results showed that the water content is one of the most important factors in the formation of acrylamide, besides the reaction temperature and time. The minimum of acrylamide formation was observed at the water content between 25 and 40%; outside of this range, the acrylamide concentration was higher. The presence of starch reduced the amount of acrylamide formed from asparagine and saccharide, moreover, the effects of potato and wheat starches were similar. Fructose was more effective for the acrylamide formation in comparison with glucose. The combined contribution of glucose and fructose in the mixture with asparagine and starch to the acrylamide level corresponded to the sum of separate contributions of saccharides only at the middle content of added water.

Résumé :
Agriculture is the backbone of the Indian economy. However, it is going through the struggling phase marking sluggish or no growth for several decades. The Indian economy has been shifting its paradigm from core agriculture-based to service-oriented in the last few decades. It is influenced by global trends, market dynamics, government policies, and stakeholder expectations. After signing General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade in 1991, India accepted the ‘Open Door Policy.’ It further led to major reforms in the Liberalization, Privatization, and Globalization (LPG) model. It positively impacts sectors like information technology, banking, finance, education, e-commerce, retail, insurance, and other service sectors. However, agriculture has remained detached from developments even after 70 years of independence.

Résumé :
The food and beverages industry is one of the most contributing sectors for Indonesian economic growth. It is a profitable business to invest in, due to the development of the Indonesian population. However, the competition in the market is inevitable; thus, companies need to generate strategies of differentiation to retain the customers. One crucial thing in maintaining customer loyalty is to have good management in customer experience. Customer experience was mainly discussed in the Business to Customer (B2C) sector but limitedly explored in the Business to Business (B2B) sector. Customer satisfaction can directly affect and predict customer repurchase intention and customer loyalty. Repurchase intention is crucial in the B2B industry because the buying process in the B2B industry is a rational decision, and it costs more to deal with the new customers than keeping customers already had. Therefore, current research is focused on customer experience; value, loyalty, and satisfaction on repurchase intention in one beverage manufacturing company in Indonesia whose market focus is on the B2B sector. Quantitative research was conducted on July 13th, 2021, to August 5th, 2021 using the availability sampling method and obtained 85 respondents who are the customers of the beverage manufacturing company in Indonesia. Data was analyzed using PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modelling) method. This study shows that 78.2% of repurchase intention is explained and significantly affected by the variables discussed in the research. Customer satisfaction is more likely to affect the repurchase intention. However, customer value has no significant effect on repurchase intention. Therefore, it is hoped that this study will give insights to B2B organization managers to set their marketing strategy.

Résumé :
Introduction: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide and is expected to increase in the coming decades due to increasing air pollution. In a country like India, it is a challenge to control the growing incidence of COPD. For this, it is imperative to understand the various risk factors that lead to the development of COPD including smoking and the ever-worsening environmental air pollution levels. Material and Methods: This prospective case-control study was carried out at the out-patient clinic of pulmonary medicine at our tertiary care centre. Clinical severity data, demographic characteristics, smoking history, and particulate matter (PM) 2.5 levels at the residence of the patients were recorded. A total of 182 cases of COPD and 365 controls were taken. Result: COPD was found to be common among males (69.2%), among the factory workers, drivers and roadside vendors and in elderly age groups. COPD was found to be associated with exposure to active and passive smoking (p < 0.05). Exposure to dust, fumes, and smoke at the workplace was significantly more prevalent among the COPD patients (13.2%) than the control group (2.7%). Besides, 61.5% of the COPD patients were residing in the area with PM 2.5 levels > 60μg/m3 which was significantly greater than the controls (44.9%). Conclusion: The main risk factor for COPD is exposure to active and passive tobacco smoking. Other environmental factors such as exposure to dust, fumes at the workplace and home are also associated with COPD. Level of PM 2.5 > 60 μg/m3 is associated with an increased risk of COPD. Thus, the environmental history of residence in Delhi or a city with high AQI is significant in evaluating a COPD patient. It is important to understand the contribution of these risk factors as curbing and curtailing them can help prevent and control the growing burden of COPD.
