Conclusasi con la sconfitta degli scaligeri segna la fine di questa signoria. Alla battaglia parteciparono famosi capitani di ventura fra cui l'inglese Giovanni Acuto, John Hawkwood. Oltre allo studio delle ragioni che portarono allo scontro, alla svolgimento del combattimento, alle sue conseguenze, ci si propone di fornire nuovi elementi, basati su recenti studi sulla conformazione del territorio, al fine di dimostrare che la battaglia si è svolta in un logo differente da quello proposto dagli storici, soprattutto britannici.

Ce travail de recherche plonge ses racines dans l’analyse de la typologie d’accueil particulière dont ont bénéficié les exilés politiques italiens des années 1970-1980. La problématique à la base de cette thèse se propose de comprendre si la politique française d’accueil de ces années-là peut être considérée comme un fait nouveau ou si, au contraire, elle est à interpréter comme un geste dont les racines remontent à une plus longue histoire : celle de l’asile politique. Nous analyserons selon une perspective de longue période le rapport existant entre les institutions politiques et administratives des Etats et les groupes sociaux. Avec cette analyse, nous voudrions contribuer à reconstruire l’origine des pratiques, des instruments et finalement des conceptions politiques et juridiques que la France et l’Italie ont appliquées au groupe d’émigrés politiques italiens en France. La thèse se compose des deux parties, (avant et après deuxième guerre mondiale). Nous allons d’abord reconstruire la naissance des principes constitutifs de l’asile politique en Europe tout au long du XIX siècle. Nous allons donc analyser la gestion étatique de la présence en France d’une grande partie de l’opposition italienne pendant les années Vingt et Trente, d’abord selon une perspective bilatérale, et ensuite internationale. Dans la deuxième partie du travail nous allons reconstruire les changements du cadre juridique de référence au lendemain de la deuxième guerre mondiale. Nous allons ensuite analyser la façon dont les Etats ont géré la présence en France de l’opposition extra-parlementaire italienne des années soixante-dix, d’abord d’un point de vue bilatéral, et ensuite multilatéral
This thesis analyses how Italy and France dealt with handling and controlling Italian opposition in France. Chosen time interval elapses from 1920 to 1986. During these years two political opponents’ migratory waves were monitored by the two nations: anti fascist emigration and several revolutionary left wing former militants of the Seventies emigration. The thesis analysis by a long period perspective how French and Italian institutions confronted with such a phenomenon, particularly considering the issue of juridical status conferred to Italian opponents abroad. During analysed period Italy and France operated in a precise diplomatic context characterised by the multiplication of bilateral and multilateral interrelations that progressively became more and more crucial with regards to the states’ management of political emigration. Carried out analysis will underline continuity and breaches of this relation. Thesis first part analyses Italian Reign period from 1870 to end of Second World War. Introduction will mark the origin of asylum key principles that precedes chosen historical period but is fundamental to analyse the juridical frame of France and Italy future steps. First and Second Chapter focus on years between 1920 and 1940, with particular attention to political emigration handling by a bilateral (Chap. 1) and by a multilateral perspective (Chap. 2). Thesis Second part focuses on Republican Italy. The Introduction retraces juridical frame partial changes and focuses on asylum debate in the Italian Constituent. Analysis of political emigration handling will be carried out both from a bilateral (Chap. 3) and multilateral perspective (Chap. 4)

La tesi analizza il modo in cui gli Stati italiano e francese si sono rapportati alla gestione e al controllo dell'opposizione italiana in Francia. L'arco cronologico prescelto va dal 1920 al 1986. In questi anni due ondate migratorie di matrice politica furono oggetto dell'attenzione degli Stati: l'emigrazione antifascista e quella di diversi ex-militanti della sinistra rivoluzionaria degli anni Settanta. La tesi analizza secondo una prospettiva di lungo periodo il modo in cui gli apparati istituzionali francesi e italiani si rapportarono al fenomeno, portando particolare attenzione alla questione dello status giuridico che venne attribuito agli oppositori all'estero. Nel periodo esaminato la Francia e l’Italia si trovarono ad agire in un particolare contesto diplomatico, contrassegnato dal moltiplicarsi dei legami di tipo non solo bilaterale, ma anche multilaterale: questi legami furono progressivamente sempre più determinanti nell'influire sul rapporto fra gli Stati e il fenomeno migratorio di matrice politica. L'analisi effettuata è funzionale a mettere in rilievo continuità e fratture di questo rapporto.

La tesi è dedicata a un’indagine sul ceto nobiliare del Trevigiano (e in particolare sugli appartenenti al Collegio dei Nobili di Treviso) fra fine ‘500 e inizi ‘600, un periodo cruciale anche nell’evoluzione del rapporto fra istituzioni centrali degli stati e gruppi e ceti del territorio. Si tratta di un’aristocrazia all’apparenza modesta, ma che presenta caratteri singolari, interessanti anche per la storia delle emozioni. L’analisi si concentra sulle dinamiche di inimicizia (o, meno precisamente, di faida), allora centrali nella vita dei ceti nobiliari (e non solo), nelle quali si evidenziano con chiarezza alcune specifiche caratteristiche dei nobili trevigiani. Si utilizza come caso di studio la vicenda di Leonello da Onigo (1567-1609), che fra 1592 e 1597 accumulò ben tre bandi capitali e perpetui da parte del supremo tribunale veneziano, il Consiglio dei Dieci, più uno del Luogotenente di Udine. La tesi comprende la trascrizione ed edizione di un processo per omicidio (1592) a carico di Leonello, istruito dal podestà di Treviso con la sua Corte, avendo ricevuto la delegazione dei Dieci all’utilizzo delle proprie specifiche e molto incisive facoltà (Rito). Il processo, conclusosi con uno dei bandi sopracitati, è uno dei pochissimi sopravvissuti fra quelli allora istruiti col Rito, e la vicenda ha un interesse speciale poiché, all’epoca, l’aspetto “giurisdizionale” era ancora determinante nel definire il rapporto fra potere centrale e sudditi.

La tematica relativa al regime signorile della terra, diverso e preesistente a quello feudale, è stata scarsamente sviluppata in Italia meridionale rispetto all’attenzione che ha suscitato nel Regno Italico. Qui gran parte degli studi ha evidenziato la struttura politico-istituzionale e le differenze tipologiche del modello signorile. Nel Mezzogiorno peninsulare la signoria ha rappresentato un fenomeno di lunga durata che ha condizionato profondamente gli aspetti socio-economici e politici del territorio fin oltre il XVIII secolo. La signoria fu la struttura portante dell’assetto politico e sociale locale. La sua genesi risiede nello sfruttamento della ricchezza fondiaria e nella patrimonializzazione di un potere di natura pubblica. Si sostanzia in un rapporto di sudditanza e di dipendenza tra chi esercitava la giurisdizione signorile e i residenti di un territorio. I preziosi contributi sulla signoria meridionale sono stati finora offerti da storici d’Oltralpe. Solo alcuni di loro, in studi a carattere regionale, si sono avvalorati di un apporto documentario consistente per indagare il fenomeno signorile e le modalità di esercizio del proprio potere. Altri si sono rivolti ad analizzare una situazione più circoscritta, spesso incentrata nell’analisi delle modalità di gestione del patrimonio da parte di enti ecclesiastici o monastici, titolari di signorie fondiarie. Si pensi ai lavori di J.-M. Martin sulla Puglia e di L. Feller sull’Abruzzo, per quanto riguarda i fenomeni regionali; C. Wickham e P. Toubert, in particolare sul ruolo dell’incastellamento della Sabina e la tipologia signorile rappresentata da San Vincenzo al Volturno. Il lavoro di ricerca mira a qualificare e quantificare le modalità di esercizio dei poteri pubblici signorili connessi alla gestione dei patrimoni laici ed ecclesiastici, attraverso lo studio e il censimento sistematico della documentazione edita del Mezzogiorno peninsulare, in un arco cronologico compreso tra IX e XIII secolo. Si è potuto in questo modo proporre una catalogazione delle molteplici forme del potere signorile, l’esistenza e la composizione delle relazioni di subordinazione tra titolare e concessionari coinvolti nella conduzione del patrimonio. Inoltre è stato possibile, in rari casi, valutare la struttura della rendita signorile, gli investimenti, le forme di gestione, il rapporto tra assetti insediativi e dominato. Lo studio della fisionomia signorile attraverso i documenti ha consentito un’analisi più articolata del fenomeno, mostrano nella realtà fattuale e nel contesto storico-geografico di riferimento l’esercizio di poteri di natura pubblica da parte dei titolari della ricchezza. La raccolta di una quantità così elevata di fonti ha aperto gli orizzonti sulle molteplici potenzialità di ricerca e di approfondimento. La signoria rurale esercita un dominio pervasivo e capillare all’interno del territorio. Una forma di controllo che interessa tutti gli aspetti della vita reale di un individuo, dalle semplici forme di locazione ai più semplici processi produttivi. Una signoria in grado di esprimersi nelle titolarità di poteri pubblici, nella gestione di terre e uomini, nell’esercizio di diritti sulle persone oltre che sui beni.
The issue concerning the seigneurial regime of the land, different and preexisting to the feudalism, was poorly developed in southern Italy compared to the attention that has filled the North. Here most of the studies reported political-institutional system and typological differences of the seigneurial model. In the South of Italy lordship it has been a long-term phenomenon that has deeply affected the socio-economic and political aspects of the area until after the eighteenth century. The lordship was the political set-supporting structure and local social. Its genesis lies in the exploitation of landed wealth and power in the capital of a public nature. It is embodied in a relationship of subordination and dependency between those who exercised the seigneurial jurisdiction and the other man of an area. The valuable contributions on the southern dominion have been offered so far by historians across the Alps. Only a few of them, in regional studies, have corroborated a significant contribution documentary to investigate the phenomenon and seigneurial manner of exercise of its power. Others have turned to analyze a more circumscribed situation, often centered in the analysis of the mode of management of the assets by ecclesiastical or monastic authorities, lordships land owners. Consider the works of Martin J.-M. on Puglia and L. Feller on Abruzzo, regarding regional phenomena; C. Wickham and P. Toubert, in particular on the role of battlements of Sabina and the manor type represented by San Vincenzo al Volturno. The research aims to qualify and quantify the manner of exercising the seigneurial public authorities in connection with asset management laity and clergy, through the study and the systematic census of published documentation of the peninsular South, in a chronological period between the ninth and thirteenth centuries . It was possible in this way propose a classification of the multiple forms of the noble power, the existence and composition of subordination relations between the owner and dealers involved in the management of the assets. It was also possible, in rare cases, evaluate the structure of the seigneurial annuity, investment, forms of management, the relationship between settlement structure and dominated. The study of seigneurial powers appearance through documents has allowed a more comprehensive analysis of the phenomenon, show the factual reality and in the historical and geographical context of reference, the exercise of powers by the public nature of wealth holders. The collection of such a large amount of sources has opened the field on multiple research potential and depth. The rural lordship exerts a pervasive and widespread domain within the territory. A form of control that affects all aspects of the real life of an individual, with simple shapes lease to simpler production processes. A lordship able to express themselves in the ownership of public authorities in the management of lands and men, in the exercise of rights on individuals as well as on the goods.

Résumé :

The aim of the project is to investigate Oberto Pelavicino’s lordship over some italian city-states in the second half of the 13th Century. Between 1249 and 1266 he exerted his power over Cremona, Piacenza, Pavia, Vercelli, Milan, Brescia, Alessandria and Tortona (but his dominion can be recognized also in the cities of Asti, Parma, Pontremoli and Reggio). A debate about the dominion of the city was recently brought to the center of the affairs of the communalistic historiography, despite facing a critical afterthought of the relationships between city-state and lordship. On the one hand my purpose is the investigation of the reasons and the ways through which Oberto Pelavicino ruled over such a wide territorial structure. On the other hand I analyze the reasons that led different cities to bow to him. Unfortunately, the municipal archives regarding this period and the cities ruled by Oberto don’t exist anymore. Therefore the research is based on the private acts and the documents of ecclesiastical institutions: among the Milan State Archive for what concerns Milan, Pavia, Cremona and Brescia; and on the maps and the papers of Archive of St. Antonio’s basilica and of Piacenza State Archive. Finally, we take advantage of other documents from the State Archives of Vercelli, Pavia, Brescia, Cremona and Alessandria. As a consequence of the private nature of the majority of the available documentation, the identification of collaborators is the base for my work. The reconstruction of Pelavicino’s political entourage allows us to notice which families and social groups supported him. Therefore, this makes us understand if they were the same in every cities and how the pars marchionis concretely acted. The analysis of the functionary “circuits” represents a useful key of investigation in order to inquire how Pelavicino ruled the city system he was controlling and this is why we are allowed to look at his lordship always being focused on the reality of each cities, and, at the same time, being able to keep in mind the dimension of the local dominion.

Standardization and analysis of large datasets have played, in recent decades, a key role in many fields of knowledge including biology. Biological information, starting from the sequence of a protein to its function, are increasingly being analyzed and made accessible to the scientific community through the use of web-services and databases. In particular the protein-protein interaction network has proved a crucial resource to promote the advancement of systems biology and facilitate the understanding of events occurring in biological systems. Despite the many insights we gained from the analysis of this information, currently available interactomes have several shortcomings. One of the most important limitations is the lack of information on protein regulation and on the direction of the information flow that from the sense of a stimulus leads to the cellular response. In addition, in the available picture, information about the participation of other important biological entities (e.g., small molecule, transcription factors and genes) is still missing. To this purpose, in recent years, different signalling resources have been created, with the aim of capturing all the signal transduction information reported in the scientific literature, organizing it in a structured format and offering it to the community in a user friendly way. Our group decided to create a new resource to "fill the gap" between protein-protein interactions and signalling networks and at the same time, to provide researchers with a tool to support experimental approaches based on multi-parametric analysis of cell systems. SIGNOR (http://signor.uniroma2.it), the Signalling Network Open Resource is a new database-centered application specifically designed to facilitate the storage and analysis of directed molecular interaction and regulation. An ongoing curation effort aims at making SIGNOR a prominent resource in the biological community by offering a comprehensive network of experimentally validated functional relationships between signalling proteins that can be used as an a priori model for optimization strategies. At the time of writing, the core of SIGNOR is a collection of approximately 7400 manually-annotated logic relationships between proteins and other biological entities that participate in signal transduction. Each relationship is linked to the literature reporting the experimental evidence and is assigned a score. These numbers are expected to increase thanks to the manual annotation of further publications carried out by our expert curators. Scientists from various branches of biology may find SIGNOR a precious resource to foster their own research.

This study analyzes the once great medieval Tuscan capital of Lucca's struggle for survival at the beginning of the fifteenth century. This was the age of the rise of regional states in Italy, and the expansionistic aims of Milan, Florence and others were a constant challenge to city-states such as Lucca which desired a political and cultural status quo. Yet, it was a challenge that was successfully met; unlike Pisa, Siena, Perugia, and various other major Tuscan cities, Lucca did not succumb to Milanese or Florentine aggression in the early Quattrocento. Why it did not is a major topic of discussion here. One of the means in which the Lucchese faced the new political and military realities of the time was the establishment of a monarchial system of government in the signoria of Paolo Guinigi (r. 1400-1430). The Guinigi Signoria was not characterized by the use of intimidation and violence, but rather by clientage, kinship and neighborhood bonds, marriage alliances, and the general consent of the people. Paolo garnered the consent of the people at first because his wealth allowed him to protect Lucca and its contado to a greater extent than would have been possible otherwise, and because of his family's long ties with the powerful Visconti of Milan; he held it later because he provided the city-state with capable leadership. This study extends the evidence of recent scholars that every Italian Renaissance city was unique based on its particular geography, alliances, civic wealth, and a number of other factors. Lucca in the period of Paolo Guinigi, a monarchy in the setting of one of the traditionally most republican cities of Italy, provides a most interesting example. “Civic humanism,” for example, has a decidedly different slant in Lucca than elsewhere, and is best exemplified in the figure of Giovanni Sercambi. This study also provides new perspectives from which to view Florence and Milan during the period of “crisis” at the beginning of the fifteenth century, and thus contributes to the mass of scholarship concerning the Baron thesis.

Résumé :

La realización de esta tesis tiene como objeto central la presentación de una serie de pinturas que he titulado "Signos de Austeridad", cuya temática alude a espacios comunes de tránsito determinados por una constante de tiempo, nostalgia y abandono. Enfoco mi atención hacia un lugar2 común, público o privado que haya perdido su esplendor, y que en la constatación de sus marcas, residuos o fisuras sea posible develar el relato de una historia. Espacios que se impregnan de innumerables connotaciones de una condición de lo humano que persiste, pese a su negación u omisión.

Résumé :

At the end of the Middle Ages in Lombardy it was common for a rural lord and his subjects to be defined as friends. By comparing Lombardy to other areas of central and northern Italy, the essay underlines the exceptional nature of this situation, and questions its causes. Such a phenomenon had two main underlying reasons: on the one hand, the peculiar political relationship between city and countryside that distinguished Lombardy since the late thirteenth century; on the other hand, the strong consensual character of the Lombard lordship in the fourteenth and fifteenth centuries.

Résumé :

El objetivo de este trabajo es interpretar las referencias visuales contenidas en la animación ''Les Triplettes de Belleville'' (2003), de Sylvain Chomet. La comprensión será hecha a través de un análisis en el ámbito de la imagen y comunicacional: el aspecto visual expone en la película referencias puntuales a diversos artistas franceses y estadounidenses. Con este tipo de análisis es posible contextualizar y entender pequeños signos producidos a lo largo de la película. Un examen detallado revela cómo la narrativa posee un carácter cómico y crítico. Utilizaremos el concepto de “signo” de Mikhail Bakhtin para articular estas referencias de la imagen y para comprender su fuerza en la composición cómica y crítica de la narrativa en cuestión. Al utilizar diferentes formas de relacionar los signos visuales, el largo metraje explora una naturaleza lúdica, que forma parte de la narrativa y refuerza el sentido dramático. Por tanto, este análisis que profundiza en el estudio de los signos de la imagen, resultará en la comprensión de los valores y la creación de los sentidos construidos en la animación. http://dx.doi.org/10.4995/ANIAV.2017.5699

Este documento parte de los cursos Semiología del Paciente Sano y Semiología Clínica y se desarrolló con base en los textos guía de sus correspondientes syllabus: Manual Seidel de exploración física y Semiología médica y técnica exploratoria. Comprende los aspectos básicos de la semiotecnia y la interpretación de los hallazgos semiológicos del examen de los signos vitales, siguiendo este orden: 1) evaluación de la temperatura corporal, utilizando distintos tipos de termómetros, teniendo como referencia distintas zonas del cuerpo donde pueda ser medida la temperatura; 2) evaluación de la frecuencia respiratoria, a través de la observación o palpación, de acuerdo con el estado del paciente; 3) evaluación de la frecuencia cardiaca y el pulso, utilizando la palpación para el pulso en arterias de múltiples regiones del cuerpo, y acompañarla de la descripción de las características del pulso, así como la auscultación de la frecuencia cardiaca y correlación de la asociación entre frecuencia cardiaca y pulso si está presente; 4) evaluación de la presión arterial, revisando primeramente la condición del paciente para esta medición y luego aplicando correctamente el uso del tensiómetro y estetoscopio. Se inicia con la técnica palpatoria para completar la medición con la técnica auscultatoria; esto con el paciente en varias posiciones e igualmente en ambas extremidades superiores a nivel de antebrazo y muñeca; por último, 5) evaluación de la oximetría de pulso a través de un pulsioxímetro, cuantificando los valores e interpretando sus resultados, además de información adicional de relevancia como la onda de pulso y la temperatura o perfusión del sitio en el que se toma la medición.

Esta guía de práctica de los cursos en Semiología del Paciente Sano y Semiología Clínica se desarrolló con base en los textos guía para el syllabus de estos cursos del programa de Medicina, que corresponden a los textos "Manual Seidel de exploración física" [1] y "Semiología médica Cediel" [2]. La guía comprende los aspectos básicos de la semiotecnia y la interpretación de los hallazgos semiológicos del examen del tórax, sistema cardiovascular y pulmones, siguiendo este orden: 1) evaluación de la morfología por inspección y palpación del tórax; 2) evaluación del sistema cardiovascular, a través de los signos clínicos que informan sobre la precarga, la poscarga y el compartimento cardiaco, y 3) evaluación de la fisiología de pulmones y sistema respiratorio a través de la inspección, palpación, percusión, auscultación y signos indirectos de sus alteraciones.

En este Informe especial se analiza la dinámica conjunta del mercado inmobiliario en Colombia y del crédito de esta modalidad, con el propósito de identificar fuentes potenciales de riesgo que afecten la estabilidad económica y financiera. En particular, se estudia el comportamiento de variables asociadas con el sector, su financiación, los niveles de oferta y de demanda, el precio de los inmuebles, entre otras. En un contexto macroeconómico de alta inflación y altas tasas de interés, la demanda por vivienda nueva se ha debilitado, al tiempo que la oferta de vivienda muestra signos de recuperación. Lo anterior, ha disminuido las presiones sobre los precios de la vivienda nueva que se venían exponiendo en ediciones anteriores de este informe. No obstante, luego de controlar por las características de los inmuebles en Bogotá, sus precios siguen creciendo en términos reales. Finalmente, se observa una menor dinámica en los desembolsos de adquisición de vivienda, en línea con una menor disposición de compra de este tipo de bienes.
