Poster is a communications media that are generally in a large enough format with persuasive and informative messages, pasted on the walls on the roadside and residential alleys. Posters can be so effective in conveying the message as a poster is close to the heart of society. The effectiveness of posters in conveying the message can be seen in the winning poster design of the Smiling Poster Contest 2010. The purpose of this article is to see the effectiveness of communication and poster design in a persuasive smile. A smiling poster is intended to foster and to remind the meaning of a smile in socializing. Concern of poster designers were divided into concern for social problems that occur in society and concern in the development of poster design creativity. Technical and strategic skills are needed by designers of the poster. Since poster design works well, it will eventually become a communicative medium in conveying social messages, becomes the driving motivation in positive, open, creative and inspiring thinking.

Cerita pendek (cerpen) adalah cerita kisahan pendek yang kurang dari 10.000 kata, memberikan kesan tunggal yang dominan, dan memusatkan diri pada satu tokoh dalam satu situasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan ekspresi pengarang yang terdapat dalam cerpen yang berjudul ”Senyum Karyamin”. Cerpen ini adalah salah satu cerpen dari ketiga belas cerpen dari kumpulan cerpen yang berjudul “Senyum Karyamin” karya Ahmad Tohari. Model pendekatan yang dipilih adalah pendekatan ekspresif menurut Abrams. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pembacaan pertama, yaitu heuristik. Teknik heuristik digunakan untuk membaca cerpen dan mengumpulkan penggalan-penggalan dengan tanpa melibatkan konteks. Untuk menganalisis data, pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pembacaan kedua, yaitu hermeneutik. Teknik pembacaan ini digunakan untuk memahami ekspresi pengarang yang disampaikan dengan didasarkan pada kaidah dan kode sastra, sosial, dan budaya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ekspresi pengarang berupa senang, sabar, khawatir, peduli, bimbang, dan marah. Hal tersebut digambarkan melalui tokoh, kejadian, dialog, dan perilaku tokoh di dalam cerpen “Senyum Karyamin”. Selain itu, beberapa ekspresi yang disampaikan pun memiliki kaitan dengan yang dialami, dirasakan, atau yang dipikirkan oleh pengarang seperti dengan latar pendidikannya, keluarganya, dan persepsinya.

Etika bisnis Syariah merupakan perilaku bisnis yang menjadi salah satu konsep dasar ekonomi syariah. Bagi sebuah perusahaan berbasis Syariah segala aspek yang ada harus diterapkan sesuai dengan apa yang dicontohkan Rasulullah melalui perilaku-perilaku bisnisnya. Dalam model bisnis jasa seperti Lembaga Keuangan Syariah kegiatan pelayanan sudah seperti sampul perusahaan yang harus didesain dengan baik, salah satunya dengan memperhatikan etika bisnis yang diterapkan terutama dalam pemberian pelayanan prima kepada pelanggan. Artikel ini menjelaskan pandangan etika bisnis syariah khususnya berkaitan dengan pola-pola pelayanan Rasulullah SAW yang meliputi murah senyum, ramah, menepati janji, senang memberi hadiah dan adil terhadap penerapan manajemen pelayanan prima yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara terstruktur. Analisis data menggunakan analisis diskriptif dengan tahapan reduksi data, display data, dan conclution drawing. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan manajemen pelayanan prima di KSPPS Melati Wonosobo yang diimplementasikan melalui pelaksanaan program-program pelayanan prima antara lain yaitu, program sistem jemput bola, program 5S (Senyum, Salam, Sapa, Sopan dan Santun), program pelayanan menggunakan bahasa krama, program reward untuk karyawan terbaik, program pelayanan 24 jam, dan program pelatihan untuk anggota dan karyawan, tidak bertentangan dengan etika bisnis syariah dan program-program pelayanan prima yang dilakukan telah memenuhi konsep prinsip-prinsip pelayanan prima A3 (Attitude, Attention dan Action).

Psychology began to focus its studies not only on mental disorders but also focused on new themes, such as smiling. To grow and develop in a social environment and strengthen the feeling of family, smiling is something that must be done. Basically, a smile will create a positive aura in the form of peace towards the people in the environment around us. This research uses a literature review method, by collecting various literature and research results that are relevant to the topic discussed in this article from various different sources. The aim of this research is to find out the benefits of smiling from the perspective of positive psychology and Islamic psychology. The research results show that smiling in positive psychology and Islamic psychology actually have similarities in viewing smiles. One of the benefits studied from the two types of psychology discussed is that it can reduce stress levels in humans. In Islam itself, as we already know, a smile is interpreted as a form of worship in the form of alms which is the easiest to do. Smiling also turns out to bring various positive impacts and huge benefits. One of the benefits of smiling is reducing stress levels.

Masyarakat modern banyak melakukan perawatan ortodonti dengan tujuan mendapatkan keindahan senyum dan wajahyang optimal.Untuk mencapai hasil perawatan yang optimal, seorang dokter gigi perlu memahami hubungan antarakondisi gigi geligi dengan jaringan lunak wajah yang akan menampilkan karakteristik atau tipe senyum tersebut.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tipe senyum pada mahasiswa India Tamil Malaysia FKG USU yang dianalisisberdasarkan berdasarkan smile arc, incisor dan gingival display dan melihat ada tidaknya perbedaan tipe senyum tersebutberdasarkan jenis kelamin. Penelitian melibatkan 46 orang mahasiswa India Tamil Malaysia FKG USU yang berusia 18-30 tahun. Setiap subjek difoto dari arah frontal pada posisi kepala natural saat melakukan senyum sosial. Ketigakomponen senyum (smile arc,incisor, dan gingival display) diukur menggunakan program komputer. Uji chi-squaredilakukan untuk melihat perbedaan tipe senyum antara laki-laki dan perempuan. Distribusi tipe senyum mahasiswa IndiaTamil Malaysia FKG USU berdasarkan smile arc adalah 58,70% memiliki consonant smile, 41,30% memiliki straightsmile dan tidak ditemui adanya reverse smile. Distribusi tipe senyum,berdasarkan analisis incisor display adalah 10,90%memiliki high smile, 45,60% memiliki average smile, dan 43,50% memiliki low display. Hasil analisis gingival displaymenunjukkan bahwa tidak ada mahasiswa India Tamil Malaysia FKG USU yang memiliki gummy smile. Kesimpulan,tipe senyum terbanyak yang dimiliki mahasiswa India Tamil Malaysia FKG USU adalah consonant smile berdasarkananalisis smile arc, average smile berdasarkan analisis incisor display, dan non gummy smile berdasarkan analisis gingivaldisplay.Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara tipe senyum pria dan wanita berdasarkan analisis smile arcmaupun incisor display

Résumé :
Som moderna människor lever vi idag i ett samhälle med högt tempo, en digital livsstil och ständig uppkoppling som leder till en ohälsosam livsstil. En högpresterande kultur där den digitala världen har en stor plats i våra liv med ett konstant flöde av händelser och information, en parallell värld som aldrig vilar. I en storstad som Stockholm samsas många funktioner på samma yta och innefattar en miljö med många intryck och signaler för oss som människor att förhålla sig till och för vår hjärna att sortera. Behovet av att finna en lugn tillvaro och en paus i vardagen för rekreation och återhämtning är stor. I mitt examensarbete har jag jobbat med dessa frågor som problematik och utgångspunkt. Visionen har varit att skapa en plats i förebyggande syfte för denna problematik, och genom det skapa en plats för kontemplation. Detta har resulterat i en i form av modern stadspark och kontemplativt rum ett av Stockholms mest centrala och trafikerade stadsrum, Brunkebergstorg, där de arkitektoniska greppen och upplevelsen genom våra sinnen av den gestaltade miljön har används som ett distraherande gestaltningsgrepp.
In todays society, we live live in a stressful environment with a high pace, with a digitalism that leads to an unhealthy lifestyle. A world where performance and high results is used as a high status symbol, we live with a parallel digital world with constant flow of information that never rests. In a capital city like Stockholm, many functions and gatherings of people are taking place in the same area wich results in a lot of information and signals for our minds to process. The need for recreation and break in the everyday -life is greater than ever before.  In my thesis, I have worked with these issues and problems and starting point. The main goal has been to create a space to prevent these issues and furthermore create a place aimed for contemplation. As a result, my design takes form as a modern citypark in one of Stockholms most busy parts of the city, Brunkebergstorg. A contemplative space where the experience through our senses has been used as a distaction of our minds.

Pasaulinės sveikatos organizacija, rūpindamasi žmonių sveikata, siekia užtikrinti galimybę visiems žmonėms siekti geresnės gyvenimo kokybės. Žmonių gerovė glaudžiai susijusi su jų sveikata. Fizinės, psichinės ir socialinės gerovės būsenos individas turi optimalias galimybes būti visuomenėje, dalyvauti visuomeniniame gyvenime, dirbti ir realizuotis (Juozulynas ir kt. 2005). Gyvenimo kokybė – tai individo savos pozicijos gyvenime suvokimas jo tikslų, lūkeščių, interesų bei kultūros vertybių sistemoje, kurioje jis gyvena (Kalėdienė ir kt. 1999). (Puzaras ir kt.) vieni pirmųjų Lietuvoje ištyrė ir nustatė gyvenimo kokybės, sveikatos ypač dvasinės bei religingumo sąsajas (Puzaras ir kt. 2000). Gyvenimo kokybę nulemia daugybė veiksnių ir aplinkybių : būstas, užimtumas, pajamos, gyvenimas šeimoje, socialinė parama, stresai, sveikata, sveikatos priežiūros galimybės ir kt. (Ašmenskas ir kt. 1997). Tyrimo tikslas – nustatyti ir įvertinti senyvo amžiaus žmonių gyvenimo kokybę. Įgyvendinant šio tyrimo tikslą buvo sprendžiami tokie pagrindiniai darbo uždaviniai : 1. Physical, mental and social well – being of the individual states have the optimum opportunity to be in society, participate in social life, work and realized (Juozulynas ir kt. 2005). Quality of life - a life of the individual's perception of their position to achieve its objectives, expectations and cultural values of the system where it resides (Kalėdienė ir kt. 1999). The objective of this dissertation is to examine the executive (lato sensu) action and doing so in three chapters. The first covers fundamental institutes for the comprehension of this kind of civil action. The study starts with a distinction between claim and action. Following is the traditional classifications of this juridic tutelage and of the process. Thus the systematization process of the juridic tutelage is formulated: cognition tutelage and tutelage of fisical repercussion. In that one are included the declaratory, constitutive and condemnatory sentence. In this, the injunctions and executive provision. At work the executive action is recognized, consisting in the reunion of cognitive activities and fisical repercussion in the same juridic processual relation. Taking in consideration the criterion of the evolved jurisdictional activity, the syncretic process is placed side by side with the trial procedure (which in Brazilian system doesn t includes the enforcement of the decision) and executive process. The second chapter starts with the examination of the actions and their classifications. Several execution concepts are then analyzed, as are the delimitations of the executives procedural structure and juridic nature. One tries to identify what they have in common, and the main distinction between the executive and the injunctions, rejecting the limitation of the first real execution. Finally, in the third chapter the aspects of the executive procedures are studies, emphasizing on the effectivity of the jurisdictional tutelage and the right to wide defence, both predicted in the 1988 Federal Constitution
A presente dissertação tem por objetivo examinar a ação executiva lato sensu e, para tanto, estende-se por três capítulos. O primeiro aborda os institutos fundamentais para compreensão dessa espécie de ação civil. O estudo se inicia com a distinção entre pretensão e ação. Em seguida são expostas as classificações tradicionais da tutela jurisdicional e do processo. Formula-se, então, proposta de sistematização da tutela jurisdicional em duas categorias: tutela cognitiva e tutela de repercussão física. Naquela estão incluídos os provimentos declaratórios, os constitutivos e os condenatórios; nesta, os provimentos mandamentais e executivos. No trabalho, reconhece-se a ação executiva lato sensu como manifestação do sincretismo, que consiste na reunião de atividades cognitivas e de repercussão física na mesma relação jurídica processual. Levando-se em consideração o critério da atividade jurisdicional desenvolvida, o processo sincrético coloca-se ao lado dos processos de conhecimento e de execução. O segundo capítulo começa pelo exame das ações e suas classificações tradicional (ternária), quinária e quaternária. São então analisados os diversos conceitos de execução, bem como a delimitação das características das executivas lato sensu, por sua estrutura processual e natureza jurídica. Procura-se identificar os pontos em comum e as principais distinções entre as executivas lato sensu e as mandamentais, rejeitando-se a limitação das primeiras às execuções reais. Finalmente, no terceiro capítulo são estudados aspectos do procedimento das ações executivas lato sensu, com ênfase na efetividade da tutela jurisdicional e no direito à ampla defesa, ambos previstos na Constituição Federal de 1988

O objetivo deste trabalho é estruturar um Modelo para Projeto e Avaliação para Cursos de Pós-graduação "Lato Sensu": com base em Indicadores da Qualidade, visando contribuir, em termos de qualidade, com o desenvolvimento desse tipo de curso, que ora encontram-se necessitados de instrumentos que ofereçam informações e meios que garantam a qualidade necessária, e consequentemente resultados satisfatórios para a instituição de ensino que os oferecem, assim como, para o cliente atendido. Este trabalho está direcionado aos Cursos de Pós-graduação "Lato Sensu" em nível de Especialização. Neste sentido, apresenta-se na revisão bibliográfica definições de Qualidade; Serviços; Métodos; Qualidade em Serviços e Métodos e Educação; e também um resumo geral da atual situação do Ensino Superior no Brasil e em particular a atual situação da Pós-graduação "Lato Sensu". E finalmente definição de Indicadores da Qualidade, fornecendo assim, suporte teórico para a estruturação do Modelo. Apresenta-se também o resultado da pesquisa de campo que foi realizada através de quatro segmentos respondentes, aqui considerados peças chaves, (alunos, professores, coordenadores e empresas) que forneceram as informações procuradas. Em seguida, oriundo do conjunto de informações obtidas tanto na pesquisa teórica quanto na pesquisa prática, mostra-se o Modelo proposto. Na construção do Modelo foram consideradas quatro partes, referentes ao: (1) Modelo de Projeto; (2) Roteiro de Atividades; (3) Indicadores da Qualidade e (4) Fatores Chaves de Sucesso. A aplicabilidade do Modelo foi verificada de forma experimental através de dois processos: (1) a avaliação do Modelo por parte dos coordenadores de Cursos PGLS, obtendo a posição de cada um deles sobre o Modelo proposto e (2) a utilização prática de parte significativa do Modelo no desenvolvimento do projeto de um Curso PGLS. De acordo com os resultados obtidos no processo desta pesquisa apresenta-se, ao final, as conclusões percebidas referentes tanto aos objetivos traçados quanto considerações às ações desejáveis para a melhoria dos Cursos PGLS. The goal of this thesis is to structure a model for elaborating and evaluating post-graduation courses that in Brazil are known as "Lato Sensu" (in "specialization" level). The model uses quality indicators and it aims to contribute to the quality of this kind of course. These courses need instruments that offer information and means to guarantee the necessary quality of the courses, and consequently, they should generate satisfactory results to the teaching institution that offers them as well as to the customers. This dissertation presents the bibliographical revision, in which we present quality definitions, services and methods. It includes, yet, quality concepts in services, methods and education, and also a general summary of the higher education current situation in Brazil and, in particular, of the Brazilian known "Lato Sensu" post-graduation. It presents also the quality indicators definition. This joint of concepts supplies the theoretical support for the structuring of the model. The work also involves the result of field research that was accomplished through four answering segments. These answers are considered key pieces: students, teachers, coordinating and companies. They supplied the demanded information. From the information obtained in the theoretical research and also in the research practice the proposed model was built. The model construction considered four parts: (1) Course Project; (2) Activities Script; (3) Quality Indicators and (4) Key Factors of Success.The model application was made of experimental form, through two processes: (1) The model evaluation by Brazilian coordinators of "Lato Sensu" post-graduation courses and (2) the practical utilization of significant part of the model in the project development of these kind of courses. Considering the obtained results in this research, the work conclusions are presented. These conclusions refer to the objective tracings and to the desirable actions for the "Lato Sensu" post-graduation courses improvement.

ABSTRACT Statistics show that breastfeeding prevalence for Sweden has fallen since the mid 90´s. Studies show that breastfeeding offers health benefits to both mother and child and that the mothers' belief and confidence in their ability to breastfeed is a key factor to having a positive breastfeeding outcome. In 2010, Amningshjälpen in collaboration with Sensus studieförbund, started a nursing course, for mothers-to-be, who wished to breastfeed their babies and its aim was to prepare them for a successful and enjoyable experience. Objective: To examine whether a preparatory breastfeeding course can affect mothers' confidence in their ability to breastfeed and if that ability can affect the breastfeeding outcome when the child reaches four months. A further aim is to investigate the experience of  perceived problems surrounding breastfeeding and what affect these might have on the mothers' confidence in breastfeeding when the child reaches four months. Design/Methods: A quantitative approach with prospective experimental design was used to evaluate the study. The questionnaire Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy Scale Short Form (BSES-SF) was used three times to measure women's trust in lactation. The first and second assessment were performed prenatally and a third when the child was four months old. Results:Sensus breastfeeding course was shown to raise women's average BSES -SF, from 43,14 before training to 55,86 after (p> 0.001). The third assessment, taken when the child has reached four months, provided a positive result on the mothers confidence to breastfeed compared to the results from the two prenatal assessments (m =58.98) (p <0.001). The breastfeeding rate of the women who participated in the study was high in percentage terms if compared to average situation in Sweden. The higher the mothers estimated problems around the child regarding wailing, sleeping and eating, the lower they estimated their self-efficacy regarding breastfeeding in the assessment at four months of age (p <0.001). Conclusion: The study demonstrates that a preparatory breastfeeding course in pregnancy increased women's confidence in their ability to breastfeed, and the breastfeeding rate within the study when the babies were four months old was high compared to the national Swedish statistics. The study also shows that women who estimated low on self-efficacy experienced more problems with their child at around the age of four months. All mothers´ rated their partners as most important support person whilst breastfeeding and in second place came The Sensus nursing course.

Under de senaste åren har belastningen på akutsjukvården ökat, akutmottagningarna har försökt genom organisatoriska förändringar förkorta väntetiderna för patienter som behöver akutsjukvård. Socialstyrelsen har krävt att landets sjukhus inför så kallade fast track eller snabbspår. Fast track innebär att patienterna passerar förbi akutmottagningar och får en mer påskyndad undersökning och behandling. Därför har man infört en systematisk prioritering av patientgrupper med avgränsade och relativt lättdiagnostiserade åkommor. Behovet av förändringar i vården är mer tydligt i dag än tidigare. Kravet berör SOS alarm, ambulanssjukvården, den primära och kommunala vården och kräver ett snabbt samt effektivt samarbete. Tiden för diagnos och behandling förväntas där igenom bli kortare. Syftet med studien är att beskriva ambulanssjuksköterskans upplevelse vid användandet av fastställda behandlingsriktlinjer för fast track patienter.  Studien baseras på kvalitativa intervjuer och efter genomförd innehållsanalys framkom fyra huvudkategorier. Resultatet visar att fastställda behandlingsriktlinjer skapar trygghet hos ambulanssjuksköterskan men vissa fast track kan skapa otrygghet på grund av otydlighet i behandlingsriktlinjerna, att logistiken mellan berörda enheter inte alltid fungerar vilket upplevs frustrerande och upplevelsen av utebliven utvärdering samt att inte kunna påverka behandlingsriktlinjerna. Diskussionen bygger på vinsterna både för patienten och organisationen med processbaserat arbetssätt men även på tillgången och efterfrågan på ambulanssjukvårdens resurser som kan ge effekter på ambulanssjuksköterskans arbetsmiljö.

Amningsförekomsten har minskat i Sverige de senaste åren. Studier har visat att amning ger flera hälsovinster hos barn och mammor samt att mammornas tillit till sin förmåga att amma har betydelse för amningsutfallet.   Syfte: Att undersöka mammors tillit till sin förmåga att amma samt att se om mammornas tillit påverkade amningsutfallet när barnet var fyra månader, efter att mammorna genomgått Sensus förberedande amningskurs under graviditeten.   Design/ Metod: En kvantitativ, experimentell och prospektiv design valdes för att genomföra studien. En interventionsstudie utformades med en före-efter design. Interventionen utgjordes av totalt fyra kurstillfällen. Enkäten Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy Scale Short Form (BSES-SF) användes för att mäta kvinnornas tillit till amning och fylldes i av kvinnorna vid tre tillfällen, den sista när barnet var fyra månader gammalt. När barnet var fyra månader svarade kvinnorna även på en enkät om barnets mat och sömn.   Resultat: Sensus amningskurs höjde kvinnornas medelvärde på BSES-SF, från 42,92 innan utbildningen, till 55,82 efter utbildningen (p<0,001). Mammornas tillit till sin förmåga att amma kvarstod när barnet var fyra månader (m=58,10) (p<0,001). Amningsförekomsten bland kvinnorna i studien var hög procentuellt sett jämfört med hur kvinnor ammar i Sverige.   Slutsats: Studien visade att förberedande amningskurs under graviditeten höjde mammornas (förstföderskor/omföderskor) tillit till sin förmåga att amma, samt ledde till hög amningsförekomst när barnet var fyra månader. Dessutom visade studien att de kvinnor som ammade i någon omfattning skattade tilliten till sin förmåga att amma högre än de kvinnor som inte ammade alls.  Det stöd som kvinnorna skattade som mest betydelsefullt för sin amning var stödet från hennes partner, därefter kom Sensus amningskurs och efter det Amningshjälpen.
In Sweden, the occurrence of breastfeeding has decreased over recent years. Research has shown that breastfeeding is beneficial health wise for both the child and the mother. It has also shown that the mothers’ self-efficacy in their ability to breastfeed is relevant in regards to the actual act of breastfeeding.   Aim: To investigate mothers’ confidence in their ability to breastfeed and if this confidence effected the frequency in which mothers breastfed once the child had reached four months of age after the mothers had undergone the Sensus breastfeeding program during pregnancy.   Design/ Method: A quantitative, experimental and prospective design was chosen to carry out this study. An intervention study was created which consisted of a pre and post design. This intervention was utilized on a total of four occasions. The questionnaire Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy Scale Short Form (BSES-SF) was used to measure the women’s confidence in their ability to breastfeed. This questionnaire was filled in three times by the women, the last time being when the child was four months old. During this final occasion they also filled in another questionnaire concerning the child’s feeding and sleeping habits.   Results: The Sensus breastfeeding program raised the women’s mean in BSES-SF, from     42, 92 before the program to 55, 82 after the program (p<0,001). The women’s confidence in their ability to breastfeed remained the same when the child was four month’s old (m=58, 10) (p<0,001). The frequency of breastfeeding among the women in the study, percentage wise, was high in comparison to the overall population of Swedish women who breastfeed.   Conclusion: This study presented that breastfeeding programs during pregnancy can increase women’s confidence in their ability to breastfeed. It can also have a positive effect on the frequency of breastfeeding. This study also showed that mothers who breastfed to some extent had better confidence in their ability to breastfeed, compared with the mothers who didn’t breastfeed at all. Furthermore, the support that the mothers claimed as being most important in regards to breastfeeding was firstly the support received from her partner, then secondly the Sensus studieförbund and finally Amningshjälpen.

This chapter offers a modest proposal for resisting the ‘pornifying’ tendencies of contemporary Western culture. More precisely, it suggests that a certain set of liturgical and sacramental practices might help to facilitate the acquisition of a counter-sensibility, in relation to the perception of bodies, that is not only opposed to a pornographic sensibility but aims to transform the ‘pornographic gaze’ into a properly human sensorium capable of the fullest possible perception of others in their spiritual and physical dimensions. This approach is profoundly Christological and incarnational in that it focuses on the liturgical experience of and sacramental union with Christ, precisely in his own embodied reality and as depicted in his exposed and vulnerable nakedness on the Cross.
