Texte intégralHuman beings are social animals. It is important for our species to engage in healthy and fruitful relationships. Altruism and cooperative behaviors help us to improve these bonding relationships and are helpful for the survival of the species. In this framework, empathy and interpersonal space (IPS) are two crucial factors for social interactions. On the one hand, individuals with better empathic abilities will have lasting relationships and a predisposition for cooperativeness and altruistic behaviors that are fundamental skills to develop in large groups. On the other hand, the development of maladaptive or dysfunctional personality traits can hinder these processes, leading to impairment in relationships. Evidence from cognitive neuroscience demonstrate that empathy, social space, and psychopathy seem to rely – at least partially – on a common neural network, in turn being intrinsically linked and potentially influencing each other. The general aim of the present work is to disentangle the relationship between these constructs, investigating how personality and psychopathic traits in the general population shape and modulate interpersonal space and empathic abilities. Furthermore, this contribution presents an exploration of the effects of brain damage on social cognition, emotional response, and social space. In particular, Study 1, investigates the relationship between mentalizing abilities, empathy, psychopathic and maladaptive personality traits in a large (N=309) healthy population. Results show the relation between empathic abilities, personality traits and psychopathy, highlighting the relationship between primary and secondary psychopathic dimensions and maladaptive personality traits (specifically those related to disinhibition, impulsivity, and aggression), and between the latter and social sensitivity (as assessed by a complex emotions recognition task). Given the results of Study 1, Study 2 further explores the relationship between empathic abilities, personality, and psychopathic traits, taking into consideration their influence of IPS extension. This study sheds light on the role of impulsivity, aggressivity, along with psychopathic features and cognitive empathy in shaping social space. In particular, I provide a first novel evidence that IPS is primarily influenced by disinhibition and the ability to assume the others point of view (i.e., perspective taking ability). Both of these factors are associated with a shorter comfort distance. Finally, Study 3 is aimed at exploring how brain damages causing frontal behavioral symptoms affect IPS and empathy, in light of the fact that behavioral dysregulation has been proposed as a crucial determinant of interpersonal space changes. Study 3 also takes into account possible links between IPS and empathy, given their common neural substrates. The results do not confirm that IPS size is altered in patients with frontal behavioral dysfunctions, as compared to neurologically healthy controls. However, the exploration of the performance on an individual base highlights the presence of two different profiles: a portray of positive symptomatology entails a reduction of IPS extension, while a profile characterized by negative symptoms seem to enlarge IPS. Finally, Study 3 reveals a selective impairment of affective empathy in brain-damaged patients. In conclusion, the present research project offers novel insights on the complex relations between psychopathic and personality traits, the cognitive and affect sides of empathy, and their impact on the regulation of the IPS size in healthy individuals. This evidence extends current understanding of psychopathological conditions characterized by lack of empathy and behavioral dysregulation. Additionally, the last study on brain-damaged patients suggests that the interpersonal distance and the affective side of empathy may be affected, in a non-linear way, by brain damages concurrently causing behavioral dysfunctions.

Texte intégralThis study focuses on the themes of sensibility and lucidity as forces of penetration into the realities of apartheid. After an examination of the socio-political, the cultural and the literary contexts of south africa, and having analysed and placed nadine gordimer's works within these contexts, we are able to conclude that her social and esthetic awareness has enabled the author to make a profound study of south african society. The keen observation, the attention to detail and the depth of analysis are, without doubt, the product of a sensitive and perceptive mind

Texte intégralThe aim of this thesis is to specify the genealogy of Brazilian thought an sensibility at the end of the xix century through comparison to two writers : Euclides da Cunha and Machado de Assis. The period to be treated therefore is from 1870 to 1930. The work considers the presuppositions of positive philosophy and social Darwinism in their opposition to XVII century philosophy (Rousseau, Diderot and Montesquieu) and wants finally to define the position of Brazilian culture with respect to this European debate

Texte intégralResearch has shown little interest in support groups (Moisio & Beruchashvili, 2010), and especially in online health support communities and their impact on consumers’ behavior (Ma, Chen & Xiao, 2010). This doctoral research aims at studying the positive and negative effects of participating in an online dieting support community (participation level and social support) on eating behaviors (restrained eating, food variety and eating self-efficacy). A double mediation is assumed to occur: identification to community’s members and susceptibility to community influence (or susceptibility to social influence). Indeed, the effect of social influence on eating behavior was only studied when sharing a meal with other people (De Castro & De Castro, 1989; McFerran et al., 2010; Vartanian, Herman & Wansink, 2008), but not in an online context. In addition, this study extends the very few works on negative social influence which are related to online social networks like Facebook (Wilcox & Stephen, 2013). To address this issue, two exploratory qualitative studies were carried out by interviewing 23 nutrition experts, and then 25 communities’ users. Interviews enable to better understand the mechanisms of susceptibility to community influence and its link with social comparison, homophily (to feel both similar and close with others), community norms and self-esteem. A quantitative study was then conducted by questioning 335 online dieting support communities’ users. Results show that active participation and social support has a positive effect on restrained eating, food variety and eating self-efficacy, through community identification and some aspects of susceptibility to community influence. These relations were not highlighted in existing literature. So, this doctoral research is the first work to point out that susceptibility to informational influence has a positive effect on food variety whereas susceptibility to normative influence has a positive influence on restrained eating. Social comparison appears to be linked with some aspects of social influence, in line with Polivy and Pliner (2015) that dit not precisely addressed this link. New comparison standards and criteria are extracted. Homophily related to weight loss, community norms and self-esteem are also related to susceptibility to community influence. The conclusion of this work is that awareness of overweight and obese people have to be raised by health professionals, public authorities and communities’ moderators in order to avoid restraint behaviors and to promote food variety

Texte intégralThis study, based on analysis of texts written by politicians, sociologists, philosophers, is an attempt to demonstrate how, at the turn of the 20th century in france, the reformist republicans, who were in power at the time, wanted to set up a social demiocracy and regarded concern for other people as a matter of political interest. The first part, "the crisis of liberalism and the crisis of the state", shows how the social question has necessarily become a political question, which resulted in social laws. The second part, "the political expression of citizens and way of life feelings", focuses on the definition of republican way of life which, particularly through solidarity, imply governing social relationship and endowing people with a true democratic personnality, so that they might believe in republican values. The third part, "how to put solidarity into practice", illustrates through two examples (non-religious ethics at school and the law on associations), the way in which the institutions arouse republican feelings

Texte intégralThis work investigates the impact of social power and private or public context on normative influence. We defend the thesis according to which the context (private vs. public) regulates the effects of power on normative influence. In a first series of research, we tested the hypothesis that the possession of power, by generating disinhibition, would make individuals less sensitive to social norms. Two studies are presented and show that the possession of power causes less normative behaviors as well as less socially desirable self-presentations. In a second series of research, we argue that high power primed individuals would exhibit greater disinhibition in private and greater inhibition in public than low power primed individuals. Two studies were conducted and tend to support this idea. A last study examined social responsibility as a potential moderator of the effects of social power and context on normative influence. However, it seems that social responsibility does not mediates the inhibition and disinhibition patterns we observe. Overall, these studies help to clarify the paradoxical effects of power underlined in the literature, by proposing a model which allows to understand how the context generates different processes depending on social power, when disinhibition and inhibition are likely to occur, and what are the consequences for individual behavior

Texte intégralOur research studies the relationship, among Vietnamese consumers, between interpersonal influences and attitudes and behavior toward brands. After a qualitative study, we identify 5 facets of interpersonal influences: informative, normative, competitive, affective and security. The last three have never been identified in previous research. We validate measures of the five facets of interpersonal influences. We examine 3 aspects of the relationship between consumers and brands : attention and importance attached to brands, attitude toward foreign brands and loyalty. A survey (n = 856) across 4 product categories shows that these attitudes and behavior depend on demographic (age, habitat, income, education level) and psychological (susceptibility to interpersonal influences) characteristics, that reflect the economical and cultural specificities of Vietnam, a developing country with a collectivist tradition

Texte intégralThe rise of social and environmental concerns over the past four decades has developed people's enthusiasm to engage in socially responsible consumption behavior. Although socially responsible consumption practices have evolved, many consumers remain skeptical about a real commitment to socially responsible purchasing. Thus, there is a gap between individuals' attitudes and actual behavior in terms of responsible consumption. In order to bridge this gap, one possible solution is to make children's aware of responsible actions. An awareness that is based on the values of respect and responsibility that children develop during socialization. Our research proposes to highlight the influence of sports participation within federal clubs on the awareness of children (7-12 years old) to responsible actions. The awareness that we define as the propensity of individuals to adopt practices and behaviors reflecting the values of respect and responsibility. In addition, we aim to highlight the educational role of the sports coach. In order to attempt our research's main objectives, a qualitative study and three data collections were carried out within 1,384 subjects. Firstly, we developed two scales in order to measure respectively the Educative Mission of Sports Coaches (EMSC) and the Awareness to Responsible Actions (ARA). In the second step, the third data collection allowed us to answer the main research problem and its principal questions. The results of the comparison between sport practicing and non-sport practicing subjects, confirm the influence of the sports participation within federal sports clubs on the awareness of children to responsible actions. Indeed, the conclusions highlight the educative role of sports coaches through their contribution to raising children’s awareness to responsible actions

Texte intégralEnvironmental issues and their managements set off a range of social facts questioning societies/environment relations. Flooding risks, and more generally, water management are relevant examples in order to analyse this phenomenon. Some areas are categorised as sensitive and so because of tensions resulting from socio-natural events which are defined by this risk. Where does this sensibility come from? How can it be identified and how is it expressed? This thesis questions this notion of sensibility from a sociological point of view to eventually take on a socio-spatial definition. This approach required the resort of geography, for a better consideration of the environmental dimension considering the object under study. Through the analysis of situations generated by flooding risk and its management in the Sarthe Bassin is tested the proposal relevance. Main focus will be on the reactions arousing from the development projects of two dry flood barriers- keeping a dynamic control of spates. Considering the analytical frame of the commitment policies (Thévenot, 2006), and more precisely the policy of justification, we point out the way riverside locals' reactions focus on varying claims, according to the different valley areas: request for protection to face flooding risks in vulnerable sectors, protection of the landscapes and finally, that local dynamics are maintained in upstream sectors. The analysis of interviews highlights a different hierarchy among the issues at stakes and so according to the sectors in question. Local actors' antagonistic claims trigger new issues and sometimes conflicts that are not always resolved over time. It leads to an inter-relationship between the spatial and temporal dimensions that enables to identify some trajectories of the socio-spatial sensibility. To conclude, this work illustrates the difficulties concerning the sharing of water territories when the flooding risk management is at stake

Texte intégralThis thesis deals with professionalization of trainers, especially those working in the field of social work training. Its perspective provides a focus which is seldom approach when it comes to professionalization. The stake is to calle in question the communication activity of the trainers when they are in presence of students, the place of the body and gestures as reintroducing sensibility into the communication. That is the key theme of this work. The phenomenology as a theoretical Anchor, showing a phenomenology of activity has been privileged. Offering face-to-face is the concept of intelligibility which has been built to understand how the trainer set about it according to the type of intervention and the type of audience. The methodology is based on two types of interviews (semi structured interviews and interviews namely of confrontation in face of films), then the researcher's observations from films, in fine a crossed analysis of the different results. Reintroducing body language into the activity, giving the gestures back their "symbolic thickness" allowed to justify the specificity of face-to-face activity and give it a fuure with other perspectives

Texte intégralAt the time when material conditions in our existence deeply differed from those we know nowadays, what was the impact of the change in the seasonal temperatures on the individuals and society? How did the men and women of the past endured winter cold and how did they strive to protect themselves from it? How efficient were the means used to fight the cold and what could the indoor temperatures be in winter? After the first intuitions sensed by Lucien Febvre and Robert Mandrou, this work, at the crossroads of the history of the body and that of sensitivity, tries to trace out the genealogy of our sensitive relation to the world. After mentioning the contributions and the limits found in various types of studied sources, the first part of this dissertation is devoted to the way the change in temperatures were perceived, noted or thought at a time when cold and heat were more perceptible experiences than measurable physical quantities. It also deals with the way the cold spells affected daily life and that more than today troubled both the individuals and society with unsolvable difficulties. Wondering about the recurring figure of the “great winter”, it shows that those descriptions of harsh winters revealed a climatic reality as much as the old societies’ extreme vulnerability to the cold. The second part revolving around the question of the material civilization tries to recount the different strategies used to fight the onslaught of winter weather. Thus it studies the role and importance of fire places in homes as well as the way it brought a feature of civilization which changed both the living conditions and the physical attitudes that were implied in the process of civilization. The poor calorific value of fire places explained the necessary resort to mobile heating sources and the establishment of numerous strategies to fight the cold, which changed according to the regions and the social standing. Thus, Preindustrial France was understood as a world of permanent economy and of scarce heat where the constant question of the combustible material economy could explain the importance of living with cattle, of overcrowded places - denounced by the doctors in the Age of Enlightenment - and the existence of certain forms of social skills. Trying to recreate the coherence of a system and habitus that have disappeared today, a third part naturally raises the question of sensitivity – in the physiological but also social meaning of the term – to cold and heat and its evolutions. In an essay on the archeology of the body, we tried to recreate the conditions inside the dwellings of the past, in an effort to determine the comfort temperature. The compliance with relatively low indoor temperatures regarding our current demands led us to underline that our capacity to acceptance had been culturally and socially built up and to question our relation to discomfort and pain since the cold, even though it was supported, entailed suffering and physical damage. Pondering over the technical reflection to the heating issue that had developed throughout the 18th century, we were led to go over the complexity of the interaction between society, scientific and technologic evolution and the individual and social acceptance to the cold and heat. The 18th century seemed to be the turning point where for the first time a social demand for heat had been overtly expressed (though condemned by both moralists and doctors) which heralded our unquenchable need for comfort. The expression for that social demand did not necessarily mean that it would be universally satisfied. Consequently, the old thermal regime would be lasting beyond this studied period…

Texte intégralThis thesis, dedicated to the history and development of the ecological thought, explores the collective mindsets that contribute to the open mindedness of one society to the new ideas of ecology, according to the traditions of thought, cultural conceptions of nature and religious and political cultures at work in a given country. Two case studies attracted our attention : Germany and the United States. Through strong fantasies on nature and a prolific intellectual environmental reflection these two countries appear as privileged matrixes to analyse the collective, ethical and ideological values attached to the protection of nature and the currents of thought at work in the collective environmental mind – from elaborated discursive reasoning to public opinion. This contextualising approach of the emerging ecological cultures allows a broader reflection on the specific affinities between Protestantism and environmentalism through the confrontation of historical considerations and empirical analysis of social representations of nature and the environment in the European public

Texte intégralThis thesis proposes to analyse the experience of anti-extractivism activism based on the socio-environmental mobilisation against the exploitation of the non-conventional hydrocarbon formation of Vaca Muerta in the provinces of Neuquén and Mendoza, as well as in the contiguous areas of the Alto Valle of the río Negro and Cuyo, in Argentina. The data collected via consultation of documentation provided by militants, circa fifty semi-directive interviews and further in situ observations, made it possible to reconstitute what is at stake in this socio-environmental conflict as well as the forms of action and the reasons for acting of the activists. For close to a decade, various organisations and collectives have continued to oppose the expansion of this extractivist frontier, and are committed to environmental conservation and the defense of the "worlds of everyday life". Indeed, the activists contest the deployment of a technological system in which market and industrial logics are out of step with their ordinary, practical and emotional experiences and surroundings. In addition to examining certain dimensions of this socio-technical controversy, including the use of hydraulic fracturation technology (or fracking), this study draws attention to the sensitive dimensions of engagement. It seeks to bring to the forefront a neglected aspect of these antiextractivism mobilisations: the everyday life from which they spring

Texte intégralThe core of every discussion is student success. In a time when a transformation of teaching practices is encouraged in order to promote student success, where lectures are regarded as traditional, this thesis underlines the large heterogeneity of lectures and shows their effects on students’ practices in terms of note-taking and examination papers-writing. The key question of this study is formulated as follows: how can it be that some students work hard but still fail? Beyond school background and beyond family background, this thesis favors a new entry point: the teaching styles. This study highlights the effects of various teaching styles on different student methods of taking notes and writing examination papers (these different methods are considered as varying degrees of “responsiveness to the didactic contract”). By showing the correlations between teaching styles, note-taking styles and paper-writing styles, this study goes on to define the deciding factors of the complex issue of student success
Farrugia, Guilhem. « Le bonheur chez Jean-Jacques Rousseau ». Thesis, Paris 4, 2009. http://www.theses.fr/2009PA040187.
Texte intégralThis research takes its position in the line of research on happiness in Rousseau, which goes from Robert Mauzi to Michel Delon. Encompassing this acquired knowledge, it sets out to prolong the analysis of it and to take into account the autobiographical, moral, ethical, and political work of Jean-Jacques Rousseau. This thesis probes the coherence of this recurring theme and confronts the multiple facets of it disseminated in the work. There exists in the work a dynamic of happiness subject to oscillatory movements. The first concerns the theory of ecstasy and gives rise to the opposition between a happiness as the withdrawal into oneself and another happiness as the expansion beyond oneself. This movement then affects the forms of sociability, going from the happiness of solitude to the happiness of the limited social relationship, eventually broadening out by moving between its moral dimension and its political dimension, between the happiness of the man and that of the citizen. This regular and rhythmical dynamic, involving a duality, is however exceeded to the benefit of a happiness as a unity, revealing a dialectic of bliss. This dynamic, in short, allows an understanding of the fiction as the matrix of bliss

Texte intégralA mediterranean mountain district, yet comprising both urban centres and industrial activities, upper vallespir is a border country much devoted to its catalanism because of its roots and the proximity of spanish catalonia. In this area with special particularism, the study of death from a. D. 1600 to a. D. 1850 shows a heavy ceremonial which is both mediaeval and baroque, within the daily setting of a strict catholicism linked with the manifestation of an esternalized collective piety. But from the point of view of the individual, death goes along with a spirituality which develops itself with the catholic reform spread by a local clergy strongly influenced and attracted by spanish catalonia. Despite the permanence of an exuberant, even boisterous religiosity, the christian in upper vallespir is driven, in a more feminine than masculine intimacy, toward a more enlightened, more interiorized religion. In his her ultimate move toward god, his her faith becomes progressively more personal but also more exacting

Doctoral thesis, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, 2016. http://hdl.handle.net/10803/399243.
Texte intégralThe first study analyzes the process of internationalization among business schools from an international management perspective. Using the case study method, we analyze the internationalization activities, patterns, entry modes, and foreign market selection of five private business schools: Instituto de Estudios Superiores de la Empresa (IESE), and Escuela Superior de Administración y Dirección de Empresas (ESADE) in Spain, and Escuela de Graduados en Administración y Dirección de Empresas (EGADE), Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresas (IPADE) and Universidad de Monterrey (UDEM) in Mexico. Our observations reveal that, as is typical for businesses, these institutions follow sequential steps when internationalizing, by gradually intensifying the resource commitment of their entry modes. They begin with student and faculty exchanges, followed by joint degree and double-degree programs, then by the establishment of foreign extensions such as offices and finally branch campuses. The study also finds that in the beginning, foreign market selection is greatly influenced by the psychic distance concept, but later on, a customer/market potential strategy takes a predominant role. The second chapter studies the faculty human capital resources involved in the international activities carried out by 83 UDEM´s business schools faculties, together with a description of faculty groups based upon the findings. The study developed a faculty internationalization survey based on service and higher education literature. It considers the Resource Based View (RBV) theory and human capital literature which assume that human capital may be a source of competitive advantage for institutions. Principal component analysis (PCA) was used to grouped research quantitative variables, followed, multiple correspondence analysis (MCA) to reduce the number of the rest of nominal variables related to research, and teaching abroad programs. Subsequently, we chose the two-step cluster analysis technique in order to group faculty according to international factors obtained from the PCA and MCA together with other faculty demographic variables such as type of contract and department. We obtained three dimensions of faculty internationalization: research dimension with discrete data, research, teaching and education/training dimension with nominal and dichotomous variables, and organization and participation on students´ academic trips abroad nominal and dichotomous variables. The clustering analysis with object scores method was used to identify groups sharing similar characteristics. Our results led to the definition and identification of three faculty groups according their human capital resources related to internationalization. The third study explores the intercultural sensitivity of 68 business school faculties in UDEM, a Mexican private institution. The purpose of the study was to assess faculty´s intercultural sensitivity and to identify demographic, school experience and intercultural experience variables related influencing intercultural sensitivity. The developmental model intercultural sensitivity (DMIS), a six-stage progression model that depicts how individuals construe their experience with cultural difference, was the theoretical framework for the study. The study followed a quantitative design, and used the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) to measure intercultural sensitivity, and a questionnaire. Several statistical procedures were considered. In order to describe faculty profile we elaborate frequency and descriptive tables, later we present contingency tables (chi-square and Fisher test) in order to evaluate the relation between qualitative variables and DO grouped score. Afterwards, multiple correspondence analysis (MCA) was considered to reduce the qualitative variables. Finally, we ran a binary logistic regression with the factors obtained in the MCA in order to determine which demographic, schools experience and intercultural experience factor explains the DO grouped score variable. Results revealed that faculty at UDEM´s business school are working from at the Polarization stage (N= 68, DO score= 84.75). Binary logistic regression model showed that the factors school experience and intercultural experience explains faculty DO grouped score variable. Implications, limitations and conclusions are discussed.

Texte intégralAmongst the symbolic and imagical bonds that the humanity created to defy its finitude or to expand its existence, it is the religion as bigger element of relationship between the individuals and a superior being capable to raise its dimensions. Parallel to the religion, there is the literary art as expansion element spiritual and propitiator of relief to the fidgets human beings. Either in the religion or the art, the human being is accustomed to appropriate, individually or culturally, of restructuring and utopian feelings. It is the case of the literary work of Renato Russo, vocalist Renato of the extinct band Legiao Urbana, that, between the decades of 1980 and 1990, rewrote, in literary way, hopes and utopias, in the intermediate space between the traditional aspirations and the Christian hope, and that continues invading the old and youths appreciators of its work. Being thus, considering the utopian elements intrinsically of the Christian religion and the literary art, we aim in this dissertation, from a theological-literary boarding, to verify that way Renato Russo constructs, along its songs, theological-utopian elements by means of a creative language capable a lot of times to construct metaphors and exquisite intertextualities from mainly Christian symbols.

Texte intégralRawing its inspiration from the classical theses of Simmel, Durkheim and Elias, this PhD dissertation analyses the moral sensibility of Europeans at the beginning of the 21st century through their reactions to the terrorist attacks of September 11th, 2001, March 11th, 2004 and July 7th, 2005. Based on extensive fieldwork in France, the United States, Madrid and London, and on the exploitation of a wide variety of empirical materials – particularly a previously unpublished collection of several dozens of thousands of messages of condolence and solidarity – it establishes in what ways ordinary individuals felt concerned by these events and sympathized with their victims. The first section examines how each terrorist attack has been framed by European media and public institutions. It underlines how “Europeans” became a collective subject who had a specific experience of these events, yet without a sense of European belonging being solidified through shared grief. The second section shows that the community of feelings that appeared in reaction to Islamist terrorist attacks cannot be simply reduced to an unambiguous feeling of community. It highlights the formation of different publics of individuals who have felt concerned as much through a “we” whose nature and scale vary, as on a more personal mode, where the sense of “I” prevails. The third section, finally, explores the contrast between the American memory of 9/11 and the near oblivion in Europe of the Madrid and London terrorist attacks, given the fact that the principal vectors from which the publics of European 9/11 arose did not constitute the frames of an European memory

Texte intégralThroughout this thesis, basically it is intended to investigate the origin of sensibility according to Deleuze’s vision, in an attempt to clear out how it allows the accomplishment of thought according to his theory of faculty discordance, which appears in the third chapter of Difference and repetition. Keeping that purpose, I begin with the tautological proposition «I am me» to achieve, throught a genealogical reconstruction of myself, the reflexivity or capability to feel my own feelings that any sensation seems to require for its apprehension.

Texte intégralDuring several decades, from the 1950’s until the beginning of the 2000’s, french night-time radio waves were filled with numerous voices, famous or anonymous, often muted and intimate. These voices matched well with the nocturnal atmosphere. Finding a refuge in this alternate space-time, they took advantage of these hours, located outside of the majority social time, to express theirselves. Night-time radio constituted a space for dreams and experimentations, meetings and dialogues, offering a support to night-time listeners, a window open to the rest of the world, the others and the intimacy. This study recounts the history of all-night french radio, throug a chronological approach, focusing on the broadcasts, their reception, as well as the imaginaries drifting around them. History of radio productions, nocturnal habits and perceptions, this thesis intend to highlight the wave night world, to distinguish its different phases and its key features. Located at the crossroad of radio history and night-time history, Micros de nuit constitutes also a contribution to an history of sensibilities for the second half of the 20th century
