Résumé :
The Ancient Romans knew a deity named Segesta and Segetia. In Gallia there was a cult of dea Segeta. A link between them in the contemporary interpretations became the antonimniani of DEAE SEGETIAE type issues under Valerian and Gallienus for empress Salonina (258–260 AD). According to some researchers, the figure on its reverses is Segesta/Segetia, a deity worshipped in Rome itself. Others suggest that dea Segeta, originates from Gallia. The advocates of both these views notice, however, that the only certain representation of this deity – known by name in the monetary legend – is her image in the coin iconography. Dea Segetia represented on the coins as a syncretic figure which possessed broad competences, all the more so that it received a very comprehensive iconographic form. The article is an overview of various interpretations put on the contents of aurei and antoniniani of DEAE SEGETIAE type, emitted for Salonina Augusta, the wife of the Roman Emperor Gallienus (253–268). Except for this case, the name of Segetia does not appear anywhere else in the imperial coinage while the image of the goddess on these coins combines several features more frequently found in the representations of other deities.

Résumé :
The expressionpelle Libystidis ursae, which occurs atAen. 5.37 and 8.368, has caused a certain amount of puzzlement among scholars. This article will attempt to explain, through Virgil's allusions to Apollonius'Argonautica, the function ofLibystisas a pointer to the motif of the creation of a new homeland within a foreign territory, as is the case with Segesta and Rome. This idea is further developed by the two omens that forebode the foundations of Segesta and Rome, that is, the omen of Acestes' arrow atAen. 5.522–8 and the weapon-omen atAen. 8.524–9, both of which are consistently associated with flames, comets, and lightning. These elements underline the symbolism of destruction, rebirth, and Jupiter's will that characterizes the foundations of Segesta and future Rome.

Résumé :
After conquering the Iapodean center Metulum in 35 BC, Octavian (soon to be Emperor Augustus) set forth towards Segesta with his legions “through the land of the Paeonians not yet conquered by the Romans” (App. Illyr. IV, 22). Appian’s Paeonians were actually the Pannonians, and this paper aims to show that this community was also known as the Colapiani. The land of the Pannonians was located between Octavian’s two main strategic goals (Metulum and Segesta) and it’s reasonable to assume that Octavian wanted to put this land under Roman control as well. According to Appian, Octavian first hoped for a peaceful surrender, but the land of the Pannonians, in the end, had to be conquered by means of armed conflict. The territory of the Pannonians (Appian’s Paeonians) is outlined by ancient written sources and yet insufficient archaeological explorations. Octavian’s legions could have reached Segesta from Metulum following two directions: the valleys of the Mrežnica and Kupa rivers (northern direction 125 km long) or the valley of the Glina river (eastern direction 100 km long). This other direction is more probable because it’s shorter and suitable for army march. The rivers Mrežnica, Korana, and Glina belong to the basin of the Kupa river which revealed evidence of the Colapiani whose name literally means “those who live by the Kupa river.” The majority of historical resources that directly or indirectly mention Octavian’s military campaign in 35 BC (Tibullus, Ovid, Livy, Strabo) are contemporaries with the war and reflect a contemporary perception of the ethnic situation in the Pannonian Interfluve, an area between the Drava and Sava rivers. Florus and Appian are about 150 years younger, but the first authored the summary of Livy’s History, whereas the latter mostly rewrote from Octavian’s memoirs. All of these sources mention the Pannonians and the Segestani, the inhabitants of the Pannonian center of Segesta. Cassius Dio also mentions the Pannonians, but from the perspective of his own time (2nd/3rd century) when that term stands for “the inhabitants of the Roman province of Pannonia.” Pliny the Elder and Claudius Ptolemy are the only ones mentioning the Colapiani in the context of the already organized Roman province. The Colapiani were also mentioned on several Roman inscriptions in an entirely Roman context (as members of Roman auxiliary units). This paper aims to establish whether the Pannonian name referred to the entire Interfluve ever since the first known mention of the Pannonians by Polybius in the 2nd century BC (Polyb. frg. 64) or it extended from the western part after Octavian’s conquest. The author believes that the name Colapiani, attested in an entirely Roman context (members of one of civitates peregrinae), was locally used even before the Roman conquest and that was taken over by Rome from the indigenous population, and author’s question is how to interpret the relationship between the Pannonians and the Colapiani. One possibility is that the Pannonians mentioned by historical sources refers to some sort of military and political alliance in the Interfluve, and that the Colapiani (probably the leading community in the western part of the Interfluve) are one of these communities. It is possible that this community was named Pannonians, but that the name Colapiani was descriptive in the already mentioned context – “those by the Kupa river.”

A new genus, Segesta, is described based on nymphs from the State of Rio Grande do Sul, southern Brazil. The genus is related to Thraulodes, Massartellopsis, Meridialaris and Secochela as indicated by the posterolateral spines on abdominal segments 2 to 9, by the long lanceolate gills present on segments 1 to 7, tarsal claws without a large subapical denticle, and general shape of clypeus and labrum. However, the new genus can be distinguished from those related genera by the maxillary and labial palps that are very large and remarkably curved, a shape unique among the Neotropical Atalophlebiinae not belonging to the Hermanella-group.

The first studies of Leptophlebiidae in the Santa Catarina State, Southern Brazil, dated from 1920. Since then, not much is known about the family (even to the Order Ephemeroptera) to the State. The main goal of this study was to survey fauna of Leptophlebiidae in the Santa Catarina State based on nymphs. The material was obtained from the collection deposited at the Laboratório de Pesquisa em Ecologia e Química of the Universidade Comunitária da Região de Chapecó, besides additional specimens collected between 2008 and 2009. Occurrences were plotted in the hydrograph map of Santa Catarina State, with one map for each genus. The Leptophlebiidae nymphs were recorded in 26 aquatic environments that included small streams and rivers. We identified 24 morphotypes distributed in 12 genera. Number of genera in the Western of Santa Catarina increased from eight to 15. Thraulodes, Ulmeritoides and Homothraulus presented higher frequency of occurrence in the region. Leentvaaria and Hermanella were associated to regions well conserved such as in the Araucaria forest. Needhamella and Segesta were related mainly to Irani River.

Résumé :
In the last few years, the need to share on the Web the knowledge of Cultural Heritage (CH) through navigable 3D models has increased. This need requires the availability of Web-based virtual reality systems and 3D WEBGIS. In order to make the information available to all stakeholders, these instruments should be powerful and at the same time very user-friendly. However, research and experiments carried out so far show that a standardized methodology doesn’t exist. All this is due both to complexity and dimensions of geometric models to be published, on the one hand, and to excessive costs of hardware and software tools, on the other. In light of this background, the paper describes a methodological approach for creating 3D models of CH, freely exportable on the Web, based on HTML5 and free and open source software. HTML5, supporting the WebGL standard, allows the exploration of 3D spatial models using most used Web browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer. The methodological workflow here described has been tested for the construction of a multimedia geo-spatial platform developed for three-dimensional exploration and documentation of the ancient theatres of Segesta and of Carthage, and the surrounding landscapes. The experimental application has allowed us to explore the potential and limitations of sharing on the Web of 3D CH models based on WebGL standard. Sharing capabilities could be extended defining suitable geospatial Web-services based on capabilities of HTML5 and WebGL technology.

Résumé :
Hellenistic theatre in Magna Graecia and Sicily differs in morphology from its contemporaries in Greece and Asia Minor. Since the beginning of the previous century, scholars have developed a discussion on a variety of issues in their attempt to better understand the architectural evolution of the Sicilian stone theatres, and in particular of their scene building. The most apparent and persistent problems lie in the uncertainty of dating and the morphology of each of the scene buildings. That is due to various difficulties that will be discussed further into this article. Over the last 100 years, this broad discussion has led to very different conclusions and interpretive proposals, especially regarding the dating of the original construction, the identification of the various building phases of these theatres, and the reconstruction proposals for their scene buildings. The issue of dating is related to the issue of the Romanization of Sicily and so far, it has been one of the most problematic chapters in the history of the island.1 Researchers evaluate differently both archaeological finds and historical sources, thus resulting in divergent interpretations of the significance of this period in the history of Sicily. With the results of the archaeological research of the last 30 years, the debate has been rekindled, causing a true polemic. At the epicenter of the enduring controversy are the four theatres with paraskenia scene buildings, namely the theatres of Tyndaris, Segesta, Solous and Iaitas. In this brief survey of the status quaestionis of the dating of these theatres, which makes no claims to comprehensive coverage, it is my intention to suggest that with the progress of archaeological research and the increase of scholarship on Hellenistic Sicily, we are offered arguments that can help us form a fresh interpretative framework for the chronological integration of these theatres and their architectural evolution.

Résumé :
Smal part (1100 ha - 4,7 %) of the Landscape Park Pojezierze Iławskie is an agricultural area. On the arable soils of this area floristic and phytosociological studies of weed communities were performed. In total, 156 species of vascular plants were registered what makes 75 percent of the whole segetal population high diferentitation in field plants was found. Seven associations and three communities of segetal plants were distinguished. High quantitative participation of the field plant communities in the range of associations (72 percent studied areas) allows us to suggest that the degree of agrocenosis degradation is very small in this area as compare to the majority of the agricultural areas in Poland. Taking into account floristical and ecological diferentiation, geographical range and syntaksonomical position three assiociations (<i>Teesdaleo-Arnoseridetum minimae, Aphano-Matricarietum</i> and <i>Spergulo-Chrysanthemetum segeti</i>) present high specific value and deserve of the active form of protection.

Résumé :
The Bashkirian Transural is a region with the latitudinal stretch of 370 km and the annual precipitation decrease from 500 to 270 mm. Its segetal vegetation is represented by the two associations, Cannabio—Sinapetum arvensis and Lactucetum tataricae, respectively related to the alliances Galeopsion bifidae and Lactucion tataricae of the order Secalietalia, the class Secalietea. The comparison of the classification given, based upon the data of 2002, to the analogous syntaxonomy created 20 years before has shown that the investigated vegetation changed under the influence of the replacement of deep tillage by top holing. As a result, weed abundance increased together with species richness of weed communities, the latter mainly due to ruderal species invasion.

Résumé :
Instant coffee is a popular beverage around the world and has been recognized for shorter preparation time and longer shelf life compared to brewed coffee. The production of instant coffee powder through the drying process requires lots of attention to provide the best quality of coffee to the consumer. Most of the instant coffee powder has been produced either by freeze-drying or spray drying. However, the drying spray showed some advantages in case of shorter drying time, ability to handle in a large capacity, and continuous production of coffee powder compared. The objective of this study is to identify the affecting factors in achieving a high quality of coffee production in the drying process. The initial concentration of coffee extract is between 30-42 wt.% were fed by the atomizer. Also, the spray drying chamber with the inlet air temperature of 423.15 K to 573.15 K. The pressure was set at 52 bar to obtain the best drying quality of the coffee production. The simulation results show with the air temperature of 423.15 K, the pressure of 52 bar and the initial extract concentration of 42% are the best conditions of drying coffee using the spray drying method. Also, the velocity distribution flattened as the flow proceeds downstream. As well, the vapour concentration distribution flattened further down the chamber so that the drying air leaving the drying chamber has almost a uniform moisture distribution.

Résumé :
In the years 1973-1978 floristic and phytosociological investigations were performed on field cultures on rendzina soils near Sieradz, by the middle part of the Warta river. The mosaic character of the soil of the investigated area on which segetal communities had developed and the continuous interference of a man (an anthropogenic factor) cause a large diversity in the examined area. Altogether in grain and root crop cultures there were distinguished 5 associations, 6 communities and many lower phytosociological units (subcommunities, facies and degree of moisture). Among the distinguished units of vegetation <em>Caucalido-Scandicetum</em> and communities with intermediate structure deserve particular attention. The association has an impoverished structure, only partly developed, which is probably due to the northern limit of the range of occurrence, habitat conditions (mainly edaphic) and the level of agriculture.

Résumé :
Segetal flora of the Wigry National Park (Poland) was studied in the period 2008-2010 within an area occupied by 33 villages. The analysis was based on 195 phytosociological relevés taken in fields of cereal crops, root plants and in stubble fields. The total number of species recorded in agrocenoses was 181 and they represented 36 botanical families. The most numerous families were Asteraceae, Fabaceae and Brasicaceae. The segetal flora of the Wigry National Park included mostly native species of apophytes (53.6%) that predominated over anthropophytes. Among apophytes, meadow apophytes (35 species) and those from waterside habitats (26 species) were noted most often, archaeophytes (74 species) were predominant among anthropophytes, while epecophytes (9 species) and ergasiophytes (1 species) were much less abundant. Among the life forms analysed, therophytes (61.9%) predominated over hemicryptophytes (27.1%) and geophytes (11%). The number of short-lived species in the flora of this Park was much greater (68.5%) than that of perennial ones (31.5%). The flora of the Park included 31 rare species classified in different categories of threat. Among them, <i>Centaurium pulchellum</i> and <i>Centaurium erythraea</i> belong to fully protected species (Dz.U. (Polish Journal of Laws) 2004 No. 168, item 1764).

Résumé :
Goal. To investigate measures of limiting the number of weeds in planting potatoes on the yield of culture. Methods. Field, comparative and analytical. Results. The data of technical and economic efficiency of application in landings of potatoes of soil and insurance herbicides, as well as their mixtures are given. It was established that the application after formation of the crests of soil herbicide Zenkor Likvid SC in the normal rate of 1.1 l/ ha provided technical efficiency in 30 days at 77.8%, but did not provide full protection of planting of potato from cereal weeds. Spraying to seedlings with herbicide Zenkor Liquid SC normally consumes 1.1 l/ha and the introduction of Panther antimicrobial herbicide during the period of vegetation, the normally consumes 2.0 l / hectares provided technical efficiency in 30 days at 88.9%. Application in the growing season of the herbicide mixture culture Zenkor Liquid SC + Titus 25, WG in the norms of consumption of 0.2 l/ha + 30 g/ha + surfactant Trend 90, 200 ml / hectare provided technical efficiency at the level of 94.4% for the height of plants of culture 5—10 cm, and at for plant height 10—15 cm — 86.1%. Technical efficiency of the herbicide Titus 25, WG Normally, the consumption of 50 g/ha + surfactant Trend 90, 200 ml/ha was 88.9%, 30 days after spraying, and manual gutting — 80.6%. In variants with application of herbicides yield of potatoes at the level of 18.4—22.0 t/ ha was obtained, in the manual with manual propelling — 18.6 t/ ha, with a yield of 11.2 t/ha. Conclusions. To reduce segetal vegetation in potato positions and obtain high yields of tubers it is expedient to spray with soil herbicide Zenkor Liquid SC after the formation of crests to the seedlings of the culture and weeds, the COP normally consumes 1.1 l/ha (metrubuzin, 600 g/l) and in Period of vegetation with herbicide against cereal weeds. During the growing season of potatoes, at a height of culture of 5—10 cm, when weed plants are in the initial stages of growth, landing is sprayed with a mixture of soil and insurance herbicide Zenkor Liquid SC + Titus 25, WG in reduced rates of spending.

Résumé :
The objective of the study was to describe the segetal flora of the Middle Vistula River Valley. A total of 367 species were recorded in spring and winter cereals, tuber crops, and stubble fields. Such floristic abundance may be due to the fact that the study area is located in the proximity of a river where semi-natural communities interact directly with communities inhabiting cultivated fields and that fields are fragmented and characterised by different habitats. There were more apophytes (62%) than anthropophytes (38%) in the flora studied. Meadow apophytes were the dominant native species (35%) and archeophytes were the dominant anthropophytes (69%). The analysis of the life spectrum revealed that there were more therophytes (50%) than hemicryptophytes (39%). What is more, non-perennial species constituted 56% and perennials 44% of the segetal flora established in the Middle Vistula River Valley. The large proportion of archeophytes (26%) may indicate that traditional farming predominated in the study area.

Kata kunci : ASI segera, bayi baru lahirAbstractInfant Mortality Rate in Indonesia is the highest in ASEAN with Acute Respiratory Tract Infection and diarrhea as major causes of death. One mean of prevention is by providing breastmilk appropriately including immediate breastfeeding within the first 30 minutes after birth. Immediate breastfeeding could help maintain prolactin hormone level and prevent prelacteal feeding. This study aims ait describing the situation and determinants of immediate breastfeeding among newborn infants in Cianjur District General Hospital in 2007. Design of the study was cross-sectional and 92 subjects (post-partum mothers) were selected through convenience sampling method. The study found that the rate of immediate breastfeeding was quite low (30%). Multivariate analysis shows that the most dominant factor related to immediate breastfeeding practice was the practice of birth attendant. It is suggested to improve knowledge about benefits of colostrum and immediate breastfeeding, support birth attendant to facilitate immediate breastfeeding practice and improve hospital management system related to immediate breastfeeding practice. Keywords: immediate breastfeeding, newborn infant
