Résumé :

Troisième volet d’un travail sur la démarche sociohydrologique, ce retour d’expérience s’intéresse aux modalités du dialogue interdisciplinaire en l’absence d’une expérience de terrain partagée. Un postulat a guidé la confection d’un « canevas » pour structurer les échanges au sein d’un groupe de chercheurs : la nécessité de partager des expériences pour négocier les points de convergence entre regards des sciences de la nature et de la société sur un même objet, ici les canaux d’irrigation communautaires. L’analyse du processus de construction, d’expérimentation et d’évaluation de ce canevas est entendue comme élément à part entière du processus interdisciplinaire. La double perspective sur laquelle repose cette contribution, expérimentation et réflexivité, permet un retour sur les modalités du dialogue interdisciplinaire et examine l’importance des frustrations dans la progression de la négociation.

Résumé :

Trois objectifs ont guidé cet article. Nous allons d'abord tenter de dégager, à partir de la correspondance de Freud, ses représentations conscientes de la femme et les regarder dans le cadre des représentations de l'époque telles que les présentent des auteurs d'alors et des historiennes récentes, ce qui permet de situer Freud dans son temps, notamment par rapport aux médecins et à la bourgeoisie autrichienne et juive. En second lieu, à partir de certains rêves de Freud cités dans L'Interprétation des rêveset d'associations dont nous proposons quelques interprétations, nous tenterons de dégager également ses représentations inconscientes (ou imagos) de la femme. Enfin, en reprenant l'hypothèse de féministes psychanalystes contemporaines, nous regarderons comment les représentations inconscientes, elles-mêmes liées aux rapports sociaux de sexe, soutiennent les représentations conscientes, qui apparaissent dès lors comme des défenses vis-à-vis des premières, ce qui expliquerait, en partie, qu'elles perdurent.

Résumé :

L’objectif de cet article est d’analyser les implications du choix du mode d’amortissement sur la pertinence de l’information comptable dans les entreprises au Cameroun. Basée sur un échantillon de cinq cas d’entreprises, une observation a été faite à travers l’exploitation des états financiers, le discours des producteurs de l’information et des analystes financiers. La lecture des états financiers et l’analyse de contenu montrent que le mode d’amortissement linéaire est celui pratiqué par les entreprises au Cameroun. Ce mode est guidé par la simplicité, le souci de comparabilité, de performance, d’exigence fiscale et le type d’activité. Mais la pression fiscale reste faible et demeure complémentaire. Au regard des logiques mises en causes, la pensée d’une décision désintéressée est retenue pour ce qui est du choix du mode linéaire dans les entreprises au Cameroun. Ainsi, contrairement à la pensée d’accroissement du résultat tant mise en exergue par la théorie politico contractuelle de la comptabilité, la synthèse des opinions des producteurs et des analystes financiers montrent que l’information fournie sur la base du mode linéaire est pertinente, car elle est majoritairement acceptée par les producteurs de l’information et les analystes financiers.

Résumé :

Les espaces créatifs permettent aux utilisateurs de fabriquer, de transformer et de s’équiper, ainsi que de participer, de partager et d’apprendre. Ces actions soutiennent l’effet de démocratisation du mouvement maker (Hatch, 2014) ainsi que le développement du pouvoir d’agir rendu possible dans les espaces créatifs (Blikstein, 2013 ; Davidson et Duponsel, 2021). Cet article présente l’analyse de quatre espaces créatifs au Québec et permet de relever les caractéristiques de ces espaces d’apprentissage non formels. Le regard porté sur les espaces créatifs a été guidé par la théorie de l’activité (Engeström, 1987). Différents aspects (sujet, outil, objet, division du travail, règles et communauté) ont été analysés à partir des transcriptions d’entretiens semi-dirigés, menés auprès des responsables d’espaces créatifs et des utilisateurs. L’analyse soutenue par la théorie de l’activité permet d’aborder de façon systémique l’organisation des activités dans des espaces créatifs non formels. Notre projet revêt un intérêt pour l’avancement des connaissances, car il permet de relever des tensions liées à la notoriété, à l’équipement, à l’apprentissage et la communauté, qui pourraient être présentes dans d’autres espaces créatifs.

As the number of language instructors seeking to implement digital technologies in their teaching continues to grow, so does the need for direction with regard to making pedagogically sound decisions concerning digital tool use. One popular and useful guide for considering the educational potential of digital technologies has been Puentedura’s (2006) Substitution-Augmentation-Modification-Redefinition (SAMR) model, with its four levels of progressive technological integration. However, the degree of technological integration truly possible or even desirable for individual teachers in their given context depends on a number of complex, interrelated, largely non-technological factors, including implementation motives, pedagogical purview, educational philosophy, theory of learning, teaching style, and situational constraints. Generally unconscious, these factors often go ignored, leaving teachers susceptible to technological decisions that can lead them to lose their prescribed pedagogical focus or unwittingly contradict their core professional beliefs. After a brief, situated overview of the SAMR model, this article introduces and illustrates a five-stage SAMR-embedded reflective approach to systematically eliminating irrelevant, unacceptable, and unfeasible instructional uses of technology and, thereby, revealing potential for expanding pedagogical capacity in language teaching. À mesure que grandit le nombre de professeurs de langue qui cherchent à mettre les technologies numériques au service de leur enseignement, il devient plus important de savoir prendre des décisions pédagogiques judicieuses concernant le recours aux outils numériques. Populaire et utile avec ses quatre niveaux d’intégration progressive de la technologie, le modèle SAMR (Substitution, Augmentation, Modification, Redéfinition) de Puentedura (2006) a guidé maints utilisateurs intéressés par le potentiel éducatif des technologies numériques. Toutefois, le degré d’intégration technologique effectivement possible ou même désirable pour les professeurs individuels dans leur contexte particulier dépend de facteurs complexes, interdépendants et essentiellement non technologiques tels que les motifs invoqués en faveur du recours à la technologie, le ressort en matière de pédagogie, la philosophie éducative, la théorie de l’apprentissage, le style pédagogique et les contraintes situationnelles. Généralement inconscients, ces facteurs restent souvent ignorés, ce qui risque de confronter les professeurs à des décisions technologiques susceptibles de leur faire perdre la focalisation pédagogique qui leur a été prescrite ou de contredire involontairement leurs convictions professionnelles fondamentales. Après avoir brièvement replacé le modèle SAMR dans son contexte, le présent article introduit et illustre une approche réflective en cinq étapes intégrées au modèle SAMR qui est destinée à éliminer systématiquement les utilisations non pertinentes, inacceptables et irréalisables de la technologie, et ouvrant ainsi la perspective d’enrichir le potentiel pédagogique de l’enseignement des langues.

Abstract After Indonesia’s war of independence, a flow of migration was triggered to the Netherlands, the former colonizer. Some of the Christians who migrated to the Netherlands founded their own congregations in Dutch society. The present article regards how these Indonesian congregations shaped their use of the Bible, in light of their community formation under the influence of migration, through a heuristic comparison with the results of research conducted by Foppen et al. on Bible readers in the Netherlands at large. The empirical study of three Indonesian congregations shows that one of the key elements of the Bible usage of ordinary readers in the three respective congregations is that they view the Bible as a guide to life. They further appreciate the polyphony of biblical texts, since it enables contextual theologies. Further results regard preferred language, Bible translation, and digitalization.

The paper investigates various approaches to an environmental policy regarding drinks containers in Georgia. Currently, most of the waste containers are landfilled or pollute the environment through littering, and separate collection and recycling of drinks containers are almost nonexistent. The Association Agreement with the EU, which entered into force in July 2016, stipulates the development of up-to-date waste management activities in this transition country. In accordance with the legal framework, this mini-review proposes an EPR policy for Georgia, based on the waste hierarchy. Various approaches for such an EPR policy are reviewed as regards their feasibility for a transition country, but in particular with regard to incentive compatibility: the policy should guide producers and consumers to comply with the regulations. Some cost estimates demonstrate the financial feasibility of the recommended solution. Practical experiences from Austria, Bulgaria, France and Germany provide a European context.

Résumé :

The purpose of this research is to assess the implementation of accounting aspects such as recognition, measurement, presentation and revelation of zakat transactions within LAZISMU in regards to PSAK 109 concerning zakat accounting. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with case study methodology. The technique of analysis used within this research is the domain analysis technique. The research determines two domains in relation to zakat accounting, which are acquisition, management and distribution of zakat, infaq and shadaqah. Results suggest that in the aspect of recognition and measurement, LAZISMU demonstrated compliance to the PSAK 109 during the acquisition of zakat, infaq and shadaqah, however LAZISMU failed to show compliance in regard to the aspects of revelation and presentation during the acquisition process. In conclusion, LAZISMU are not compliant to the general guide of zakat accounting, mostly due to lack of able personnel in LAZISMU.

To integrate technology in teaching and learning, the need arises to investigate the teaching needs of educators making the transition from a traditional to technology mediated environment. This qualitative study selected a convenience sample of 120 faculty and administrators. Using an interview guide, interviewers met with 100 participants. Data was transcribed, and entered into a database for analysis. Findings reported were technology in teaching. Concluding statements report that participants use technology in their teaching. However, many faculty members are not integrating technology in their teaching or assessment strategies, or using technology in instructional management. Faculty members are interested in learning how to incorporate technology in their teaching and their comments suggest their need to combine technology with principles of pedagogy, andragogy, and constructivism.

In response to the interest in technology in education, and faculty members incorporating technology in their work, this study was launched to investigate the communication needs of faculty members. Abstract Hybrid metaethical theories have significant promise; they would have important upshots if they were true. But they also face severe problems. The problems are severe enough to make many philosophers doubt that they could be true. My ambition is to show that the problems are just instances of a highly general problem: a problem about what are sometimes called ‘intensional anaphora'. I'll also show that any adequate explanation of intensional anaphora immediately solves all the problems for the hybrid theorist. We should regard hybrid tools as among the most legitimate tools in our toolkit—at least when we use them properly.

Objective To compare two balloon sinuplasty techniques, fluoroscopic guided and illumination guided, with regards to: 1) Sensitivity and specificity of identifying the sinus; 2) Accuracy of cannulating the natural sinus ostium; 3) Ease of technique and cost. Methods Operative reports of 120 consecutive patients, equally representative of each technique, were analyzed to determine: 1) The success of sinus identification with the technique; 2) Evidence of endoscopic visual conformation of natural ostium dilation. The sensitivity and specificity of each technique in sinus identification was determined. The success of natural ostium cannulation was also determined. A cost analysis of each technique was performed with regards to equipment and time. Results A total of 330 sinuses were reviewed (fluoroscopy, n=171; illuminated guide wire, n=159). Fluoroscopy was 100% sensitive and 100% specific with regards to sinus identification; whereas the illuminated guide wire was 97.9 % sensitive and 85.7% specific. With respect to the cannulzation of the natural sinus ostium, the success rate of fluoroscopy and the illuminated guide wire was 85.9% and 87.5% respectively. These results demonstrated no significant difference between the two techniques. The elimination of fluoroscopy with the illuminated guide wire technique reduced overall cost and operative time significantly. Conclusions 1) Balloon sinuplasty with illuminated guide wire is comparable to fluoroscopic guided with regards to sensitivity and specificity of sinus identification and successful cannulation of the natural sinus ostium. 2) Cost and operative time are reduced with the new technique.

During the covid-19 pandemic semesters of 2020/21 material science laboratory courses at HTW-Berlin had to be taught fully online to first year students of mechanical engineering and automotive engineering. Specially produced lecture videos are assigned and guide students through the laboratory routine prior to class. Students regard these lecture films as easy to use, supportive to individual study routines and scientifically helpful during self-study periods. They rated tasks and questions aligned with the learning outcome of the lecture videos as highly beneficial and –surprisingly- did not prefer face-to-face time. However, grades are much lower and much more students failed the class. This was directly related to the negative input of solemn studying, lack of human interaction, scientific discussions, lack of the possibility to fail and regain self-attentiveness as well as permanent online time. Otherwise highly supportive teaching material became negligible during the full online-semesters.

Résumé :

The current context, linked to environmental pollution problems, presents several demands related to communication aimed at organizations and citizens to achieve better levels of environmental sustainability. Medicines for home use are products that require specific guidelines for consumption and disposal and have specific legislation that guides the disposal of their leftovers or those that are expired, due to their potential and pollution of the environment. In this regard, this study intends to demonstrate how Design plays an important role, guiding individuals on how to proceed with the correct disposal and mitigating the impact of environmental pollution by pharmaceuticals. As for the methods, it presents part of the results of a master’s research characterized as qualitative, which made use of documentary and field research to obtain its data. The results demonstrate how communication is an important sector to be considered within a circular network for the effectiveness of Public Policies aimed at Solid Waste Management, especially with regard to the Disposal of Expired or Disused Medicines for Home Use. In this regard, there is Design as a tool to help consumers exercise their civic duty in their role in the shared responsibility for the life cycle of products provided for in the National Policy on Solid Waste.

The United Nations Sub-Commission for the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights unanimously approved the “Norms on the Responsibilities of Transnational Corporations and Other Business Enterprises with regard to Human Rights” (the Norms) on 13 August 2003. Together with the interpretative Commentary, the Norms constitute an authoritative guide to corporate social responsibility. They are the first set of comprehensive international human rights norms specifically aimed at and applying to transnational corporations and other business entities (companies). They set out the responsibilities of companies with regard to human rights and labor rights, and provide guidelines for companies in conflict zones. They prohibit bribery and provide obligations with regard to consumer protection and the environment. General provisions of implementation include the obligation to provide reparation for a failure to comply with the Norms.

Through interviews with ten conservatoire students and ten professional orchestral musicians teaching at conservatoires, this paper seeks to establish whether young people regard the orchestral music profession as a worthwhile ambition. If so, are teachers preparing students sufficiently for their careers and passing on the benefits of their considerable experience? While interviewees express deep enthusiasm and love for the orchestral profession, both students and professors seem less sure about the consistency and quality of career preparation at the conservatoire level. Professors explain the difficulties of prioritising multiple agendas during lesson time, while students, though determined to pursue their dream of becoming orchestral players, reveal only partial understanding and knowledge of the profession.

Long term trends have been identified for the domain that has to be coped with, including the transformation of the fighter pilot from pilot to tactical decision maker. Automation strategies have to be developed to support manned and unmanned aircraft in a joint cognitive system. For instance, for intelligent fighter pilot support, for distributed unmanned and manned decision making, function allocation has to be concerned. For function allocation it is important not only to regard which agent is best at performing a task but also to regard the risk/cost of performing a task in this kind of potentially hazardous context.

In this regard, the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics of Plovdiv University is developing a project related to the implementation of an intelligent tourist guide, which, according to the tourist’s criteria, generates virtual or real tourist routes. The article will present part of the knowledge base of the tourist guide, namely an ontology that describes the richness of Bulgarian literature. The prognosis of low-grade glioma (LGG) is highly variable and requires more accurate predictors. Ferroptosis, a newly discovered programmed cell death, has been demonstrated to play a crucial role in some types of tumors. However, prognostic prediction based on ferroptosis-related genes (FRGs) and the influence on the tumor microenvironment (TME) in LGG remains elusive. We derived expression profiles for LGG from public databases. Based on the expression of 25 FRGs in LGG, two independent subtypes and a risk model were successfully constructed. Different methods were applied to assess the tumor heterogeneity, tumor microenvironment, and the prognostic value. In addition, a competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) regulatory axis was constructed. The subtypes had independent tumor heterogeneity, tumor microenvironments, and prognoses. LPCAT3, SLC1A5, HSPA5, and NFE2L2 were identified as the potential prognostic FRGs. Based on these four FRGs, our risk model possesses excellent potential to predict prognosis and varied immune infiltration abundance. The ceRNA regulatory axis provides a potential therapeutic target for LGG. Our molecular subtypes, risk model, and ceRNA regulatory axis have strong immune prediction and prognostic prediction capabilities which could guide LGG treatment.

Purpose – The purpose of this study is to develop a sales process framework to facilitate business-to-business (B2B) customer reacquisition. A comprehensive CRM process needs to include reacquisition strategies. Yet, very few firms have formal procedures to guide reacquisition efforts. This gap in the sales process reflects the relatively sparse literature on B2B customer reacquisition models. The present research intends to fill this gap and creates a sales process model to guide salespeople to regain B2B lost customers. Design/methodology/approach – Using critical incident technique (CIT), this study conducted in-depth interviews with 54 B2B salespeople. Each salesperson reported one successful and one unsuccessful reacquisition incidents. A total of 108 critical incidents were collected for analysis. Findings – A four-step sales process model to regain B2B customers was developed and empirically supported, including: Segment lost customers; Assess reasons for loss; Develop reacquisition activities; and Implement reacquisition strategies. Research limitations/implications – This study is qualitative and exploratory in nature; future research should develop dyadic surveys to validate the results. Practical implications – This four-step reacquisition process allows sales firms to identify essential elements and establish protocols/policies to train and motivate salespeople. The framework can facilitate salespeople develop problem-focused solutions to correctly diagnose the situation and effectively re-negotiate with defected customers. Thus, this process may help reduce inefficiency in the reacquisition process and increase reacquisition ratios. Social implications – By considering justice/fairness from customer’s perspective, sales firm may properly recover lost business relationship, and do so in ways that are considered both just and ethical. Originality/value – This is one of the first studies to examine the reacquisition of lost B2B customers. It expands on the traditional sales process to include four steps that enable a sales reacquisition process.

Epigenetics is defined as the study of inheritable changes in the gene expressions and phenotypes that occurs without altering the normal DNA sequence. These changes are mainly due to an alteration in chromatin or its packaging, which changes the DNA accessibility. DNA methylation, histone modification, and noncoding or microRNAs can best explain the mechanism of epigenetics. There are various DNA methylated enzymes, histone-modifying enzymes, and microRNAs involved in the cause of various CVDs (cardiovascular diseases) such as cardiac hypertrophy, heart failure, and hypertension. Moreover, various CVD risk factors such as diabetes mellitus, hypoxia, aging, dyslipidemia, and their epigenetics are also discussed together with CVDs such as CHD (coronary heart disease) and PAH (pulmonary arterial hypertension). Furthermore, different techniques involved in epigenetic chromatin mapping are explained. Among these techniques, the ChIP-on-chip guide is explained with regard to its role in cardiac hypertrophy, a final form of heart failure. This review focuses on different epigenetic factors that are involved in causing cardiovascular diseases.

On April 12, 2020, a bioethics guide for allocating scarce hospital resources during the current Covid-19 pandemic was posted on the website of the Consejo de Salubridad General (CSG) of the Government of Mexico. The guide, entitled Guía bioética para asignación de recursos limitados de medicina crítica en situación de emergencia, was intended as a preliminary document, but the website posting did not describe it as a first step in the process. The publicity resulted in a wide array of comments and criticisms. That first version posted on the CSG website contained an age-based criterion for breaking a tie between two or more medically eligible patients who needed of a ventilator: younger patients would have preference over older ones. The final version of the guide eliminated that criterion and instead, relied on the leading public health principle, “save the most lives”, without regard to personal characteristics other than the possibility of benefitting from the scarce medical resources.

Government-published documents often fail to communicate clearly—not only with citizens but also with professional readers such as civil servants. Visual or multimodal approaches remain rare. This is a particularly unhelpful practice in regard to legal–bureaucratic instructions (e.g., contracts, rules, policies), which exist to guide compliant behavior. This study explores the development and experimental evaluation of a diagrammatic guide of terms and conditions for public procurement that is addressed to civil servants. Results show that the diagrammatic format, compared to prose, significantly enhances comprehension accuracy and answering speed and is perceived as more appealing and functional by users.

Thinking about Sexual and Reproductive Health in the Pacific region implies great research challenges. Purpose. The research problems are: assessing effectiveness regarding the work of tour guides as important components of tourist services in reception regions and the issue of maintaining the demand for their services in conditions changed due to the deregulation of the tour guide and heritage guide professions. In this context, the author proposes to create a new type of service provider that combines the functions of a tour guide and heritage interpreter with regard to regions. The paper aims to justify the usefulness of this service for tourism stakeholders, to present the scope of responsibilities and competences of such a guide and to collect the recommendations regarding the process of its introduction. Method. The work is based on a status analysis of tour guiding and tourist heritage interpretation services after their deregulation in Poland. It also regards a comparative survey of their functioning in selected countries, where such regulation did not exist. This is connected with the author's experience as a guide, heritage interpreter and organiser of both services. Findings. The analyses show that the introduction of a new type of service providers will better adapt the tasks of guides to the heritage structure in a typical Polish region, as well as contribute to the efficiency of work and economic profitability. It will also allow to maintain and even increase the demand for services from tour operators, providers of individual tourism packages as well as local and regional tourism management organisations (DMOs), which will also facilitate the activities of this group of entities. Research and conclusions limitations. The effects of implementing the proposed solution may have more intense impact in regions with stronger identity and heritage cohesion as well as with a larger and better organised staff of guides and interpreters. Therefore, it is possible to limit its use in the first stage to such regions in Poland, which are indicated. Practical implications. The analysis can be important for the Polish tour guide staff and heritage interpreters working for the benefit of cultural tourists, as well as for the Destinations Management Organisations in Poland. The introduction of the proposed solutions should result in an increase of the demand for the services of guides and interpreters as well as maintaining or increasing the importance of their certification as proof of the qualifications and quality of their services. Originality. Due to the novelty of the proposed solutions, there are no equivalents in Polish literature on the subject. For the first time, the cultural intermediation and heritage interpretation has been presented as the topic of the recommended joint venture of professional guide organisations, area managers of tourism products and local/regional governments in the field of tourism management. Type of work. The article is a conceptual study, based on case analysis.

Increasing choice should expand the attractiveness of colorectal cancer screening to more patients and physicians, and the development of guidelines should help compel payers to provide reimbursement for colorectal cancer screening. The agricultural activities and urban developments in Cameron Highlands have made them vulnerable to erosion. This situation has been supported by the fact that many ongoing and new proposed development projects have taken place in the Cameron Highlands. Thus, this study evaluates soil loss risk levels by catchment and sub-districts (mukim) in Cameron Highlands using the USLE model with GIS application. The USLE model covers the six factors namely rainfall erosivity, soil erodibility, slope length and steepness, cover management, and conservation practice. In earlier studies, PLANMalaysia and the Department of Agriculture Malaysia recorded land use and land cover have produced different soil loss risk levels in Cameron Highlands. Land-use data from PLANMalaysia represents town construction and development, while land-use data from the Department of Agriculture represents agricultural impact. Based on the result, the soil loss risk level produced by REDAC USM has predicted that 6.72 per cent in Cameron Highlands possess 'HIGH' risk or higher. On the other hand, soil loss risk levels produced using data from PLANMalaysia and the Department of Agriculture have predicted 10.08 per cent and 5.95 per cent, respectively. This new soil loss risk level could guide farmers and local authorities to control current land-use practices, encouraging soil conservation, and minimising soil loss in Cameron Highlands.

Introduction. Percutaneous surgery is one of the methods of surgical treatment of renal stones. The most difficult stage of the operation is the creation of percutaneous access to the pyelocaliceal system of the kidney. To facilitate access under ultrasound (US) guidance, it is customary to use a needle guide which is fixed to the US-probe. Taking into account the sanctions of the equipment manufacturing countries, Russian specialists may potentially find themselves in conditions of a shortage of components and particularly needle guide for ultrasound probes. In this regard, it was decided to develop the possibility of printing a needle guide for an ultrasound probe using 3Dprinting technology. Materials and methods. Using a handheld 3D laser scanner, a metal needle guide for the convex ultrasound probe was scanned, the necessary changes were made for use, and a plastic needle guide was created using 3D printing. Results. The needle, when passed into the grooves with preset angles of the printed needle guide, exactly matches the dotted aim on the monitor of the ultrasound machine, similar to the original probe. Conclusion. The use of 3D-printing in the absence of certain components, in particular, a needle guide for an ultrasound probe, allows to quickly obtain a working sample that is not inferior to the original one.

The modern development of the professional market is characterized by rapid transformations associated with the widespread use of digital technologies and the advent of artificial intelligence. This situation affects the field of employment, accelerating the emergence and disappearance of professions, and leads to a reassessment of the key professional skills that modern employees should have. However, there is a certain gap between the skills that are needed in the professional market and the ability of the education system to ensure their development. Given the trends of rapid technological transformations and corresponding changes in the employment market, professional education should train specialists capable of constant improvement of their professional level, possible retraining. Such tasks involve a certain change in the functions and objectives of higher education, and therefore scientists are increasingly paying attention to the process of formation and development of those students’ skills which will contribute to the realization in the employment market even during its structural transformations. The purpose of the study is to review the extent to which the students themselves know and understand the content and requirements of modern skills with a view to improving the professional training of future specialists by the higher education system. Based on research in the field of professional skills, the skills identified at the World Economic Forum 2023 in Davos have been chosen as a guide. A survey of education seekers with the aim of identifying the understanding of the importance of the specified skills has shown a gap between the optimal set of skills and the education seekers’ perception of them. We observe a shift in the preferences of education seekers towards technological skills, and at the same time insufficient awareness of the importance of so-called soft skills, which collectively constitute the sphere of skills necessary to achieve professional and life success and is an indicator of human capital. The findings support the need for purposeful development in the process of professional training of the key skills that employees need today in order to improve the conformity of education and training with the requirements of the professional market.

The article discusses the requirements for the hydrostatic system of turning unmanned mobile robots in the context of using the system to follow the guide. The requirements set in this regard by the army were analyzed. Exchange car monitoring systems for cars. Résumé :

Evidence-based practice (EBP) has been the gold standard in healthcare for nearly three centuries and aims to assist physicians in providing the safest and most effective healthcare for their patients. The well-established hierarchy of evidence lists systematic reviews and meta-analyses at the top however these methodologies are not always appropriate or possible and in these instances case-control studies, case series and case reports are utilised to support EBP. Case-control studies allow simultaneous study of multiple risk factors and can be performed rapidly and relatively cheaply. A recent example was during the Coronavirus pandemic where case-control studies were used to assess the efficacy of personal protective equipment for healthcare workers. Case series and case reports also play a role in EBP and are particularly useful to study rare diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease in transgender and gender non-conforming individuals. They are also vital in generating and disseminating early signals and encouraging further research. Whilst these methodologies have weaknesses, particularly with regards to bias and loss of patient confidentiality for rare pathologies, they have an important part to play in EBP and when appropriately utilised can significantly impact upon clinical practice.
