A coletânea Barlumi di storia de Giovanni Raboni aparece intimamente ligada, desde o título, com a história privada e coletiva. Porém, é uma história que não se apresenta como imediatamente legível, tudo é visto em filigrana, por lampejos, em uma perspectiva benjaminiana. Os espaços são interrogados e, na contraluz da existência, aparecem as farpas dos fatos históricos que penetram na carne do poema, transfigurados por meio da palavra poética. Esse procedimento resulta evidente desde o começo de sua trajetória, não somente poética, mas no campo da editoria e de sua atuação em duas importantes revistas: aut aut e Questo e altro. O objetivo deste trabalho é traçar esse percurso na poesia de Raboni, pondo em diálogo essas experiências editoriais com a última coletânea indicada. No específico, será analisado o poema “Ogni tanto succede”, em que o olhar do poeta atravessa a piazza Fontana, tristemente famosa por ter sido o palco do atentado à Banca Nazionale dell’Agricoltura (12 de dezembro de 1969), evento que inaugura a época do terrorismo na Itália. É por meio da descrição da praça que o poeta pode falar sobre o acontecimento histórico, que ecoa em todo o poema, sem ser propriamente nomeado. A história aparece na sombra, no ausente, nas dobras da experiência. Para desdobrar essa relação entre história, memória e palavra poética em Raboni, tentaremos um diálogo pontual com o poeta Gianni D’Elia, com quem compartilha uma visão de poesia que não pode se abster do seu papel social e político.

The mechanisms mediating polarized delivery of vesicles to cell surface domains are poorly understood in animal cells. We have previously shown that expression of Rab8 promotes the formation of new cell surface domains through reorganization of actin and microtubules. To unravel the function of Rab8, we used the yeast two-hybrid system to search for potential Rab8-specific activators. We identified a coil-coiled protein (Rabin8), homologous to the rat Rabin3 that stimulated nucleotide exchange on Rab8 but not on Rab3A and Rab5. Furthermore, we show that rat Rabin3 has exchange activity on Rab8 but not on Rab3A, supporting the view that rat Rabin3 is the rat equivalent of human Rabin8. Rabin8 localized to the cortical actin and expression of Rabin8 resulted in remodeling of actin and the formation of polarized cell surface domains. Activation of PKC by phorbol esters enhanced translocation of both Rabin8 and Rab8-specific vesicles to the outer edge of lamellipodial structures. Moreover, coexpression of Rabin8 with dominant negative Rab8 (T22N) redistributes Rabin8 from cortical actin to Rab8-specific vesicles and promotes their polarized transport to cell protrusions. The C-terminal region of Rabin8 plays an essential role in this transport. We propose that Rabin8 is a Rab8-specific activator that is connected to processes that mediate polarized membrane traffic to dynamic cell surface structures.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Tematik dengan menerapankan model dicovery learning (DL) kelas VC SDIT Generasi Rabani kota Bengkulu, (2) meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Tematik melalui penerapan model dicovery learning (DL)kelas VC SDIT Generasi Rabani kota Bengkulu.Metode yang digunakan adalah (PTK) yang terdiri dari empat tahap yaituperencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Penerapan model discovery learning pada pembelajaran Tematik kelas V CSDIT Generasi Rabbani kota Bengkulu dapat meningkatkan aktivitas pembelajaran baik aktivitas guru maupun aktivitas siswa. Hal ini dapat terlihat dari hasil observasi setiap siklusnya. Hasil observasi guru pada siklus pertama nilai rata-rata adalah 39 dengan kategori cukup meningkat pada siklus kedua dengan nilai rata-rata adalah 49 dengan kategori baik.Hasil observasi siswa pada siklus pertama nilai rata-rata adalah 38 dengan kategori cukup meningkat pada siklus kedua dengan nilai rata-rata adalah 44 dengan kategori baik. (2) Penerapan model discovery learning pada pembelajaran Tematik kelas V CSDIT Generasi Rabbani kota Bengkulu dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini dapat terlihat dari hasil belajar setiap siklusnya. hasil belajar siswa siklus pertama nilai rata-rata adalah 68,5 dengan persentase ketuntasan secara klasikal adalah 70% meningkat pada siklus kedua dengan nilai rata-rata adalah 85 dengan persentase 88%.

<p class="15cKeywordsBInggris">Rabbani educators are the best educator models according to the Qur'an. The presence of Rabbani educators is one of the main solutions to educational problems that have developed from the past until now. The most important educational problem is the quality of educators, with the assumption that the best curriculum is the teacher, the author views improving the quality of teachers or educators to be a very important and urgent agenda. Becoming a Rabbani educator requires good competencies that are interrelated between personality, social, pedagogical and professional competencies. In the book al-Fathu ar-Rabbâni Wa al-Faydhu ar-Rahmâny, Shaykh Abdul Qadir al-Jailany (561 H), a Hanbali scholar who is famous for his expertise in the field of Jurisprudence and purification of the heart, he explains the characteristics of the Rabbani personal figure who can applied by everyone with whatever profession they carry, including being an educator. The research in this thesis aims to determine the character of Rabbani educators and how to apply them as a simple curriculum at the Mahad Ihya As Sunnah School of Teacher (SOT) Tasikmalaya. The results of this study are expected to be a guide in development and training activities for educators in the Mahad Ihya As Sunnah environment starting from PAUD to high school. The research in this thesis uses qualitative research with library research and field research with a phenomenological approach. The research in this thesis is descriptive by taking the object of SOT Mahad Ihya As Sunnah Tasikmalaya. In collecting data, this study uses the method of observation, document review, interviews and documentation. For data analysis using induction analysis which is then described. The patterns used include: data collection, data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. From the research, a simple curriculum can be made consisting of objectives, materials, methods and evaluations. The goal is to produce teacher educators with Rabbani character, competence, dedication and achievement. The materials prepared to achieve these goals consist of religious knowledge and general science related to the latest teaching and education. The method is designed with various learning methods and exercises such as lectures and exercises. Evaluation is carried out periodically with a special rubric which is carried out every semester by issuing a certificate or educator report card.</p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"><strong>Abstrak </strong> </p>Pendidik Rabbâni adalah model pendidik terbaik menurut Al-Qurân. Kehadiran pendidik Rabbâni menjadi salah solusi utama masalah-masalah pendidikan yang berkembang dari dulu hingga kini. Masalah pendidikan yang paling utama adalah kualitas pendidik, dengan asumsi bahwa kurikulum terbaik adalah guru, penulis memandang perbaikan kualitas guru atau pendidik menjadi agenda yang sangat penting dan mendesak. Menjadi sosok pendidik Rabbâni diperlukan kompetensi yang baik yang saling terikat antara kompetensi kepribadian, sosial, pedagogi dan profesional. Dalam kitab al-Fathu ar-Rabbâni Wa al-Faydhu ar-Rahmâny, Syaikh Abdul Qadir al-Jailany (561 H), seorang ulama Hanbali yang terkenal kepakarannya dalam bidang Fikih dan pensucian hati, beliau menjelaskan karakter-karakter sosok pribadi Rabbâni yang bisa diterapkan oleh semua orang dengan profesi apapun yang diembannya, termaasuk menjadi seorang pendidik. Penelitian dalam tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakter pendidik Rabbâni dan bagaimana aplikasinya sebagai sebuah kurikulum sederhana di School of Teacher (SOT) Mahad Ihya As Sunnah Tasikmalaya. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi panduan dalam kegiatan pengembangan dan pelatihan bagi para pendidik di lingkungan Mahad Ihya As Sunnah mulai dari PAUD hingga SMA. Penelitian dalam tesis ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka (<em>library research</em>) dan studi lapangan (<em>field research</em>) dengan pendekatan phenomenologis. Penelitian dalam tesis ini bersifat deskriftif dengan mengambil objek SOT Mahad Ihya As Sunnah Tasikmalaya. Dalam pengumpulan data, penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, telaah dokumen, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Untuk analisis data menggunakan induksi analisis yang kemudian dideskripsikan. Pola yang digunakan meliputi : pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari penelitian dapat dibuat kurikulum sederhana yang terdiri dari tujuan, materi, metode dan evaluasi. Tujuan mencetak pendidik guru yang berkarakter Rabbâni<strong>, </strong>berkompeten, berdeikasi dan berprestasi. Materi yang disusun untuk meraih tujuan tersebut terdiri dari ilmu agama dan ilmu umum yang berkaitan dengan keguruan dan kependidikan yang mutakhir. Metode yang dirancang dengan berbagai metode pembelajaran dan Latihan seperti ceramah dan Latihan. Evaluasi dilakuakan secara berkala dengan rubrik yang khusu yang dilakuakan setiap semester dengan diterbitkan sertifikat atau raport pendidik.

Članak je podijeljen u tri glavna dijela: prvi analizira ulogu žene u židovskom braku i razna pitanja koja su nerazdvojno vezana uz njezin status u judaizmu, kao što je društveni život, jednakost i poligamija. Drugi dio bavi se institucijom braka u judaizmu, samom ceremonijom sklapanja braka te raznim praktičnim pitanjima koja mogu izniknuti tijekom sklapanja braka i kasnije, primjerice ketubom i razvodom. U posljednjem dijelu ovoga članka autor nastoji prikazati stav judaizma prema nasilju nad ženama, posebno prema premlaćivanju i silovanju, te završava pogledom judaizma na to kako bismo trebali postupati sa suprugama i kako su se poznati rabini ponašali prema svojim ženama. Autor analizira navedene teme u starozavjetnim spisima Biblije, u židovskome pravu i rabinskoj literaturi od talmudskih vremena do danas. Ova pitanja autor raščlanjuje na temelju niza izvora iz rabinske literature, od talmudskih vremena preko srednjega vijeka sve do suveremenih rabina, literature koja je sada prvi put prevedena na hrvatski jezik. Tekstove je s hebrejskog i aramejskog preveo sam autor.

Sike Rabano adalah dzikir yang menggunakan alat musik rebana. Sike rabano pada awalnya berfungsi untuk mengajak masyarakat untuk berdzikir melalui hiburan untuk penyebaran agama Islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ditinjau dari (1), Sejarah kemunculan kesenian ini. (2), perkembangan dan perubahan nilai yang terjadi di masyarakat Koto Tuo Ujung Pasir. (3), dan Strategi dalam pelestarian kesenian tradisonal Sike Rabano di tengah perubahan sosial masyarakat. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa (1), Sike rabano muncul diperkirakan pada awal abad ke-13 M. Kemunculan sike rabano dikaitkan dengan munculnya penyebaran agama islam di Kabupaten Kerinci. (2). Perkembangan dan perubahan dari kesenian sike rabano ini meliputi perubahan dalam pelaksanaan, perubahan pada syair dan perubahan pada segi nilai yang terjadi pada masyarakat. (3). Strategi untuk pelestarian sike rabano dengan solidaritas antar warga, kesadaran dan regenerasi pengajaran sike rabano secara turun temurun pada masyarakat Koto Tuo Ujung Pasir.

Many aspects of membrane-trafficking events are regulated by Rab-family small GTPases. Neurite outgrowth requires massive addition of proteins and lipids to the tips of growing neurites by membrane trafficking, and although several Rabs, including Rab8, Rab10, and Rab11, have been implicated in this process, their regulatory mechanisms during neurite outgrowth are poorly understood. Here, we show that Rabin8, a Rab8-guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF), regulates nerve growth factor (NGF)–induced neurite outgrowth of PC12 cells. Knockdown of Rabin8 results in inhibition of neurite outgrowth, whereas overexpression promotes it. We also find that Rab10 is a novel substrate of Rabin8 and that both Rab8 and Rab10 function during neurite outgrowth downstream of Rabin8. Surprisingly, however, a GEF activity–deficient isoform of Rabin8 also promotes neurite outgrowth, indicating the existence of a GEF activity–independent role of Rabin8. The Arf6/Rab8-positive recycling endosomes (Arf6/Rab8-REs) and Rab10/Rab11-positive REs (Rab10/Rab11-REs) in NGF-stimulated PC12 cells are differently distributed. Rabin8 localizes on both RE populations and appears to activate Rab8 and Rab10 there. These localizations and functions of Rabin8 are Rab11 dependent. Thus Rabin8 regulates neurite outgrowth both by coordinating with Rab8, Rab10, and Rab11 and by a GEF activity–independent mechanism.

Abstract Ten percent 50g Dimilin boluses were compared to 0.463% Rabon Sweetlix mineral blocks and 7.5% Guardian ear tags for face fly and horn fly control on cattle. Five mixed-breed beef cow-calf herds and 1 herd of mixed-breed heifers were assigned to treatments as indicated in the table below. Ear tag treatments were done on 13 and 21 Jun at the rate of 2 tags/hd, and bolus treatments were administered on 21 Jun at the rate of 1 bolus/50kg of body weight/cow; calves received 0.5 bolus each. The Rabon Sweetlix mineral blocks were placed on 2 covered mineral feeders at the rate of 1 block/5 cows on 5 Jul. New Rabon blocks were added when 0.67 of the original amount was consumed. Horn fly numbers were estimated on 1 side of each of 10 cows and the total face flies found on the faces of these same cows were recorded. The mean number of flies was used for determining fly reduction.

The obligation of preaching is essential for all the Muslim that is appropriated by the capability and proficiency every Muslim because the meaning of religious preacher generally is every Muslim or Muslim women of Mukallaf, the obligation attaches and does not separate from the mission as the Muslim. Moreover, for special meaning are they taking special proficiency (mutakhassis) in Islam religion recognized as Islamic teacher. Then, in conveying the preaching, the religious preacher wants the preaching material that was message conveyed by the religious preacher to mad’u that includes the truth and kindness for the people that source from al-Quran and Prophet Muhammad (Hadis) covered faith, Islamic law, and behavior with kinds of knowledge that achieved by him. Nevertheless, in conveying the preaching material, a religious preacher must determine the media to be used; it is able in oral, written, portrayal, audio visual and behavior. The awareness will be importance of media of preaching in conveying the preaching material to get the preaching’s goal. So that, many religious teachers have taken advantage the media of television as the facility in distributing the preaching. One of the religious teachers is Jefri al-Bukhori. He introduces as massive message of preaching in Rabbani generation through television. The Rabbani generation is the generation who believes and Islamic theology, and between of those trusting in God, patience, and positive thinking. To get this matter, it is needed the role and active parents and family’s role to be always train, giving guiding and presenting the environment for the children that always full of Islamic condition

Da'wah should see what is needed by Muslims. Da'wah in the midst of intellectual society in the sense that the level of human resources is quite high then the da'wah must be rational especially if the mad'unya stands on a completely secular understanding. Likewise, preaching in urban areas will be different from preaching in villages that happen to be grandparents and grandmothers with weak human resources, so preaching should not rely too much on logic and philosophy. In the midst of a fairly ordinary society would certainly be appropriate if the preaching in the form of interesting stories and do not require a lot of ratio in comprehending the contents of preaching. Until now the preaching media continues to experience development, in line with increasingly rapid technology, such as the rise of the internet, television, vcd, mp3, cellular, radio, magazines, and so on, which makes it easy to convey information in a short time and wide range, so effective and efficient. This is what is now used by many scholars to be used as media propaganda; by relying on the principles of effectiveness and efficiency, where in a missionary activity must try to balance the time and energy costs incurred with the achievement of the results, even if possible time costs and a little energy can obtain maximum results

Type of this research is using quantitative method. Sampling technique that using by the research is non probably sampling techniques in a way compare incidental sampling with a sample of 80 costumers. Data collection in this research is using questionnaire, interview, documentation, and observation. In the process of data analysis the researcher using statistical method to validity and reability the data, classic assumption test, hypothesis with multiple linear formula. Finding of the research indicate that : (1) basicly, brand image give impact positivity in Rabbani Hijab decisions at Rabbani Jombang Outlet. (2) The quality of product has significant effect in hijab rabbani distributions. (3) Brand Image and the quality of product has influence in towards purchases rabbani hijab at Rabbani Jombang Outlet.

Exocytosis is tightly regulated in many cellular processes, from neurite expansion to tumor proliferation. Rab8, a member of the Rab family of small GTPases, plays an important role in membrane trafficking from the trans-Golgi network and recycling endosomes to the plasma membrane. Rabin8 is a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) and major activator of Rab8. Investigating how Rabin8 is activated in cells is thus pivotal to the understanding of the regulation of exocytosis. Here we show that phosphorylation serves as an important mechanism for Rabin8 activation. We identified Rabin8 as a direct phospho-substrate of ERK1/2 in response to EGF signaling. At the molecular level, ERK phosphorylation relieves the autoinhibition of Rabin8, thus promoting its GEF activity. We further demonstrate that blocking ERK1/2-mediated phosphorylation of Rabin8 inhibits transferrin recycling to the plasma membrane. Together, our results suggest that ERK1/2 activate Rabin8 to regulate vesicular trafficking to the plasma membrane in response to extracellular signaling.

The Ascochyta blight caused by Ascochyta rabiei ( Pass.) Labr. is a serious foliar fungal disease of chickpea (Cicer arientinum L.). The histo- and cytopathological examination of hostpathogen interactions was conducted in resistant ( ELC-195) and susceptible (Canitez-87) cultivars of chickpea at 3, 5, 7 days after inoculation with A. rabiei. Several histological studies have been made with A. Rabiei. No ultrastructural studies comparing the resistant and susceptible reactions of chickpea to A. rabiei have been reported.The hypersensitive response (HR) is a very common reaction in resistant chickpea plants challenged with A. Rabiei. The FfR has also been associated with defence reactions which is phytoalexin synthesis. Phytoalexins are compounds, synthesised in host plant cells, after infection, which have antimicrobial properties. Fligh concentrations are often found in nearby necrotic cells which prevents further growth of the A. Rabiei in resistance chickpea.A. rabiei produce typical appressorium formation for cuticle penetration but stomata penetration have been observed in some micrographs (Fig.l).

Rabbani education is a basic concept to overcome various problems in human life. This concept is understood as a process that actively develops human potentials through the process of purification, instilling and incarnation into a generation of rabbani. From this understanding, there are three core processes of rabbani education, namely the process of purification, instilling, and incarnation. The design of rabbani education learning is centered within Al-Qur'an Surah Al-Alaq verses 1-5. This surah is the first revelation revealed to the Prophet Muhammad. Not only this revelation signifies that the prophet as an Apostle or messenger, but also as a student who was educated by God and became an educator for all humanity. This first revelation contains the core theory of learning design. Therefore, the basic concept and design of rabbani education learning has several implications that can be actualized in the context of Islamic education in this century, namely: 1) rabbani education empties and ends at the peak of a life mission, which is divinity or monotheism; and 2) rabbani education that had been through by the Prophet Muhammad is a reflection of the ideality of an Islamic education process.

Assessment of variability of Ascochyta rabiei (teleomorph: Didymella rabiei) was based on virulence tests of 40 isolates and on random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) analysis of 39 isolates from Canada. In addition, isolates of A. rabiei from other countries were assessed in the virulence (18 isolates) and RAPD (20 isolates) analyses. Seven isolates of A. lentis (teleo-morph: Didymella lentis) and two of A. pinodes (teleomorph: Mycosphaerella pinodes) also were included in the RAPD analysis. Significant line-isolate interactions in the virulence tests indicated that certain isolates were virulent only on certain lines. Canadian isolates were grouped into 14 pathotypes using eight chickpea differentials. These groupings also encompassed 17 of the 18 isolates from other countries. RAPD analysis of all 68 isolates using 8 primers produced 112 fragments, of which 96% were polymorphic. Similarities among A. rabiei isolates from Canada ranged from 20 to 100%. In the RAPD dendrogram, all five A. rabiei isolates from Australia, three of six from Syria, three of five from the United States, and one of two from India clustered within the major groups of Canadian isolates. There was a weak association between RAPD and pathotype groups. A. rabiei was 45% similar to A. lentis and only 14% similar to A. pinodes. The levels of DNA variability and virulence among isolates show that the population of A. rabiei in Canada is highly diverse.

Abstract We study properties of twisted unions of metric spaces introduced in [Johnson, Lindenstrauss, and Schechtman 1986], and in [Naor and Rabani 2017]. In particular, we prove that under certain natural mild assumptions twisted unions of L 1-embeddable metric spaces also embed in L 1 with distortions bounded above by constants that do not depend on the metric spaces themselves, or on their size, but only on certain general parameters. This answers a question stated in [Naor 2015] and in [Naor and Rabani 2017]. In the second part of the paper we give new simple examples of metric spaces such that their every embedding into Lp , 1 ≤ p < ∞, has distortion at least 3, but which are a union of two subsets, each isometrically embeddable in Lp . This extends the result of [K. Makarychev and Y. Makarychev 2016] from Hilbert spaces to Lp -spaces, 1 ≤ p < ∞.

Penelitian ini difokuskan pada figur Rabbani dalam panggung politik Afganistan dan situasi di sekitarnya yang membentuk kepribadian dan karir politiknya. Dengan penelitian ini, dapat disingkap bahwa Burhanuddin Rabbani adalah figure politik yang kuat dalam percaturan politik di Afghanistan hingga menjadi sasaran pembunuhan oleh Taliban.

In the Stranja Mountains of southeastern Bulgaria, native populations of Cicer montbretii Jaub. & Spach were found on the edge of a road in an oak forest near the village of Gramatikova (42°1′38″N; 27°36′49″E) at an elevation of about 125 m. C. montbretii, a perennial species, is the only wild Cicer sp. native to Bulgaria. At the time of collection, necrotic lesions were observed on the stems, leaflets, and pods of several plants, and these lesions were reminiscent of those induced by Ascochyta rabiei (Pass.) Labrousse. The teleomorph (sexual stage) of A. rabiei, Didymella rabiei (Kovachevski) v. Arx (syn. Mycosphaerella rabiei Kovachevski), was discovered in 1936 on overwintered chickpea residue in southern Bulgaria. The fungus is heterothallic and requires the pairing of two compatible mating types for development of fertile pseudothecia. Both mating types of A. rabiei were isolated previously from naturally infected, cultivated chickpeas (C. arietinum L.) from northeastern and southern Bulgaria (1), and the teleomorph, Didymella rabiei (Kovachevski) v. Arx, developed on naturally infested chickpea debris from both regions when it was incubated at appropriate environmental conditions. Isolations were made from lesions on the leaflets, stems, pods, and seeds of C. montbretii by surface disinfecting tissue in 0.25% NaOCl for 5 min, drying on paper hand towels, and placing small pieces of tissue on 2% water agar and Difco potato dextrose agar. Plates were incubated at 22 to 24°C under fluorescent lights with a 12-h photoperiod. A. rabiei was isolated from all foliar tissues of the plant, including seeds. Koch's postulates were fulfilled by inoculating the foliage of chickpea PI 458870 and reisolating the fungus from lesions that developed on the leaflets and stems. Six Bulgarian isolates of A. rabiei from C. montbretii were paired with compatible mating type tester isolates of A. rabiei, MAT1-1 (ATCC 76501) and MAT 1-2 (ATCC 76502), following the procedure of Kaiser and Kusmenoglu (2). Both mating types were found among the six isolates. Two were MAT 1-1 and four MAT 1-2. The teleomorph did not develop on the small amount of naturally infested chickpea residue tested. Therefore, in Bulgaria, both cultivated and wild chickpeas are infected naturally by A. rabiei and both mating types have been isolated from these hosts. D. rabiei will likely be found in native stands of C. montbretii in Bulgaria as more samples of overwintered infested debris are examined for the teleomorph. Ascochyta blight, also known as chickpea blight, which is caused by the fungal pathogen, Didymella rabiei, is an important disease affecting chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.) in many countries. We studied the genetic diversity and population structure of 96 D. rabiei isolates collected from three geographic populations in Ethiopia using simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers. We confirmed the genetic identity of 89 of the D. rabiei isolates by sequencing their rRNA internal transcribed spacer region genes. The chickpea blight pathogen isolates were genetically diverse, with a total of 51 alleles identified across 6 polymorphic SSR loci, which varied from 3 to 18 (average 8.5) alleles per SSR marker. The observed heterozygosity and expected heterozygosity ranged from 0.01 to 0.92 and 0.19 to 0.86, respectively. The mean polymorphic information content value of the D. rabiei populations was 0.58, with a mean gene diversity of 0.61 among loci. Gene flow (Nm = number of migrants) for the three populations of D. rabiei isolates ranged from 1.51 to 24.10 (average 6.2) migrants/cluster. However, the genetic variation between the D. rabiei populations was small (8%), with most of the variation occurring within populations (92%). Principal component analysis to visualize genetic variation showed that the D. rabiei isolates obtained from most of the chickpea samples formed roughly three groups on a two-dimensional coordinate plane. Similarly, the clustering of individuals into populations based on multi-locus genotypes (using Clumpak) grouped isolates into three clusters but with individual isolate admixtures. Hence, no clear geographic origin-based structuring of populations could be identified. To our knowledge, this is the first report of D. rabiei diversity in Ethiopia. Virulence studies should be conducted to develop chickpea varieties that are resistant to more aggressive pathogen populations.

Motodologi yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini ialah pendekatan kualitatif yang menggunakan tipe studi kasus serta teknik pemilihan informan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Teknik analisis data menggunakan James P. Spradley. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan Badikia Rabano masih dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat dibuktikan dengan adanya Badikia Rabano dalam berbagai kegiatan yang bernuansa agama di masyarakat. Pemain Badikia secara umum tidak mengetahui arti dari kitab Badikia yang dibaca, namun menurut kepercayaan masyarakat yang ada bahwa kitab dibaca menceritakan sejarah Nabi Muhammad SAW.

Simultaneously there is a significant influence between Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement, and Hedonic Shopping Value on Impulse Buying on Rabbani Brand Hijab Purchases in Sawoo District, Ponorogo Regency during the Pandemic Period, which can be proven by F count > F table (34.3949 > 2.70 ). Crassocephalum rabens (Asteraceae) is a common herb used in Taiwanese folk medicine to treat inflammation-related syndromes. Pharmacological studies have revealed that galactolipids exhibit anti-oxidative, anti-inflammatory, and anti-hyaluronidase activities and improve skin wrinkles, moisture, and elasticity in healthy subjects. However, the anti-aging effects of C. rabens and its primary active compound, 1,2-di-O-linolenoyl-3-O-β-galactopyranosyl-sn-glycerol (dLGG), remain elusive. Here, we investigated whether C. rabens can improve skin conditions in healthy individuals using a double-blind approach. Forty enrolled volunteers were randomly and equally assigned to the control or treatment group and were required to take either a placebo or a C. rabens extract capsule daily for one month. Skin parameters were measured before and after the study. The results showed significant differences in skin elasticity, wrinkles, collagen content, brightness, and hydration between the baseline and week 4 in the treatment group. Particularly, compared with those in the placebo group, skin wrinkles (p < 0.05), brightness (p < 0.001), collagen content (p < 0.01), and UV spots (p < 0.05) were notably improved after treatment with the C. rabens extract. Our study successfully demonstrated the application of C. rabens in preventing skin aging. Further investigations will be conducted to study the underlying anti-aging mechanism of dLGG.

This research aims to describe the relevance of organizational culture in creating corporate effectiveness at Reshare Rabbani Malang Branch. Reshare Rabbani has an unique strategies that different from other companies. By using qualitative research, through in-depth interview, documentation and observation, data were analyzed descriptively with a case study approach. The results of this study indicate that the culture adopted by Reshare Rabbani is a strong culture, depicted by the values that are deeply embedded in the members of the organization, based on the value of Tawheed, grateful, never giving up, continuous improvement, caring in every circumstance and high responsibility. Organizational culture at Reshare Rabbani is relevant to the creation of company effectiveness’ indicators; a production system that focuses on quality, created satisfaction, intertwining harmony between employees, adaptation, growth and fulfillment level of efficiency.

Ascochyta blight, a fungal disease caused by Ascochyta rabiei (Pass.) Labr. (teleomorph Didymella rabiei (Kovačevski) v. Arx), is a major constraint to chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.) production. An unusual feature of chickpea plants is the secretion of a highly acidic fluid from glandular trichomes. This exudate was shown to promote germination of conidia of A. rabiei at low concentrations (0.012 and 0.06 mg·mL1) but to inhibit germination at higher concentrations (0.3 and 1.5 mg·mL1). The removal of exudates from plants prior to inoculation with A. rabiei increased infection and, subsequently, disease development in susceptible cultivars. On partially resistant cultivars, however, the effect of removing exudates on infection was not apparent until early podding, when genetic resistance declines. Simulated rain applied prior to inoculation increased disease severity as the volume of simulated rain increased from 1 to 4 mm. Since rainfall is required for dispersal of conidia, host exudates are likely to have little impact on secondary disease spread under field conditions. Exudates may, however, contribute to variability in disease studies conducted on older chickpea plants, especially in controlled environments.Key words: ascochyta blight, epidemiology, screening, Didymella rabiei, Cicer arietinum.

This research aims to identify factors affecting consumer buyer decision to buy Rabbani products in Bunker Rabbani Pucang Branch Surabaya, amid burgeoning hijab trend fashion and competitive pressure from other retailers of moslem clothing products. In our study we employed quantitative approach, which followed by analysis using exploratory analysis factor. The sample population that we studied comprised of female customers buying Rabbani products in the above retailer, which we surveyed by using simple random sampling. The primary data collection is conducted in two stages: pre-test and main test, whereas secondary data are obtained elsewhere from literature. The pre-test was carried out by posing the questionnaire to 30 respondents. The result of pre-test is subsequently used as instrument indicator for main test which involving 91 respondents. From our investigation we obtained three factors behind consumer buyer decision to buy Rabbani products in the store used as case study: factor of product types, factor of price and store location, and factor of store promotion. Based on this result we thus provide suggestion to Rabbani store to keep up product attribute existence amid burgeoning hijab trend fashion and competitive pressure from other retailers of moslem clothing products.

The point of research to analyze a affect celebrity endorsement, product variation and brand image simultaneously, partially to the purchasing decisions Rabbani product in Surakarta. The research using quantitative methods. Used 100 respondents to the sample and the sampling technique was done by purposive sampling. The population is all consumers of Rabbani products in the city of Surakarta. Data collection is done by documentation, questionnaires, observation and data analysis techniques using instrument testing, classic assumption test, linear regression, F test, t test, determination (R2). Results F test is celebrity endorsement, product variation and brand image simultaneously and significantly influence the purchasing decisions of Rabbani products in Surakarta city with Fcount 47.681> Ftable 2.70 and significant value 0.000 <0.05. Celebrity endorsement, product variation and brand image partially a significant and positive effect purchase decisions of Rabbani products in Surakarta.

The theme of this research was raised based on the fact that in Medan City there are not many beauty clinics that use Cupping as an alternative to facial treatments, although each pebekam is equipped with a look in the face, but if it is interesting in specialization related to face cupping, there are not many. Done. The objectives of this study are to analyze the use of cupping in handling facial care in terms of health aspects, to analyze the use of cupping in handling facial treatments in terms of Aspects of Islamic Law, to analyze the existence of Rabbani Healthy House in handling facial treatments in Medan City. The results of this study show the use of cupping in handling facial care from the health side seen from the impact of cupping points on the facial area which have properties such as Can clean skin pores, increase collagen production in the skin so that it makes the skin firm and helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, in terms of islamic law, it does not specifically regulate face cupping. in other words, the source of Islamic law related to cupping faces kemabli on the law of origin related to cupping which is added about the importance of maintaining beauty then The existence of The Rababi Healthy House cannot be separated from the patient's response to the services provided. This response concerns observing, believing and making choices. In this aspect, the existence of Rabbani's healthy house in providing face cupping services is very determined by this response.

One hundred forty-five isolates of Ascochyta rabiei, the cause of Ascochyta blight of chickpea, were collected from chickpea (Cicer arietinum) in 23 provinces of Turkey. Each isolate was tested for mating type with compatible MAT1-1 and MAT1-2 tester isolates. Both mating types were found in 18 provinces. Of the isolates tested, 59% were MAT1-1 and 41% were MAT1-2. A great deal of variation in cultural characteristics was observed among the Turkish isolates in mycelial growth, sporulation, and colony appearance. Mature pseudothecia of Didymella rabiei, the teleomorph (sexual state) of A. rabiei, developed on naturally infested chickpea debris collected in 15 of 20 provinces when incubated under favorable conditions. This is a new geographic record for D. rabiei. The teleomorph may play an important role in long-distance dissemination of the pathogen and in increasing genetic diversity in the pathogen population in Turkey.

Rab3A is a small, Ras-like GTPase expressed in neuroendocrine cells, in which it is associated with secretory vesicle membranes and regulates exocytosis. Using the yeast two-hybrid system, we have identified a rat brain cDNA encoding a novel 50-kDa protein, which we have named Rabin3, that interacts with Rab3A and Rab3D but not with other small GTPases (Rab3C, Rab2, Ran, or Ras). Several independent point mutations in the effector domain of Rab3A (F51L, V55E, and G56D) which do not alter nucleotide binding by the GTPase abolish the interaction with Rabin3, while another mutation (V52A) appears to increase the interaction. These results demonstrate that the interaction is highly specific. However, a glutathione S-transferase-Rabin3 fusion protein associates only weakly in vitro with recombinant Rab3A and possesses no detectable GTPase-activating protein or nucleotide exchange activity, and Rabin3 overexpressed in adrenal chromaffin cells has no observable effect on secretion. The protein possess a sequence characteristic of coiled-coil domains and a second small region with sequence similarity to a Saccharomyces cerevisiae protein, Sec2p, Sec2p is essential for constitutive secretion in yeast cells and interacts with Sec4p, a close relative of the Rab3A GTPase. Rabin3 mRNA and protein are widely expressed but are particularly abundant in testes.

Ascochyta blight, caused by Ascochyta rabiei (teleomorph: Didymella rabiei), is an important fungal disease of chickpea (Cicer arietinum). A monitoring program was established in 2005 to determine the sensitivity of A. rabiei isolates to the QoI (strobilurin) fungicides azoxystrobin and pyraclostrobin. A total of 403 isolates of A. rabiei from the Northern Great Plains and the Pacific Northwest were tested. Ninety-eight isolates collected between 2005 and 2007 were tested using an in vitro spore germination assay to determine the effective fungicide concentration at which 50% of conidial germination was inhibited (EC50) for each isolate–fungicide combination. A discriminatory dose of 1 μg/ml azoxystrobin was established and used to test 305 isolates from 2006 and 2007 for in vitro QoI fungicide sensitivity. Sixty-five percent of isolates collected from North Dakota in 2005, 2006, and 2007 and from Montana in 2007 were found to exhibit a mean 100-fold decrease in sensitivity to both azoxystrobin and pyraclostrobin when compared to sensitive isolates, and were considered to be resistant to azoxystrobin and pyraclostrobin. Under greenhouse conditions, QoI-resistant isolates of A. rabiei caused significantly higher amounts of disease than sensitive isolates on azoxystrobin- or pyraclostrobin-amended plants. These results suggest that disease control may be inadequate at locations where resistant isolates are present.

SummaryIn a landmark decision, the Supreme Court of the UK ruled that the state has a special operational duty to protect the right to life in informal psychiatric in-patients (‘Rabone case'), in sharp distinction to general medical or surgical patients. We will argue that the significance of this case is general, not just local, and that it exposes four important unresolved problems in mental health law: the place of decision-making capacity; the meaning of ‘informal’ admission; parity between mental and physical health; and the accuracy of risk assessment.

Ascochyta blight (AB), caused by Ascochyta rabiei is a major disease of chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.), especially in areas where cool, cloudy, and humid weather persists during the crop season. Several epidemics of AB causing complete yield loss have been reported. The fungus mainly survives between seasons through infected seed and in infected crop debris. Despite extensive pathological and molecular studies, the nature and extent of pathogenic variability in A. rabiei have not been clearly established. Accumulation of phenols, phytoalexins (medicarpin and maackiain), and hydrolytic enzymes has been associated with host-plant resistance (HPR). Seed treatment and foliar application of fungicides are commonly recommended for AB management, but further information on biology and survival of A. rabiei is needed to devise more effective management strategies. Recent studies on inheritance of AB resistance indicate that several quantitative trait loci (QTLs) control resistance. In this paper we review the biology of A. rabiei, HPR, and management options, with an emphasis on future research priorities.

ABSTRACT Seed health is one of the most important factors affecting the quality of chickpea (Cicer arietinum) seeds. The present study aimed to compare and identify the best incubation methods for detecting Ascochyta rabiei associated with chickpea seeds. Four protocols were compared for their sensitivity in detecting A. rabiei: T1) Incubation on paper substrate or filter paper method (blotter test) without surface disinfection, T2) Blotter test through the water restriction technique, T3) PDA plate test, and T4) MEA plate test. Four independent chickpea seed lots, naturally infected with A. rabiei, were sampled from Córdoba Province and other four were sampled from Buenos Aires Province, Argentina. Each treatment was applied to a total of 400 seeds from each locality for the methods to be comparable. T2 and T3 were statistically more sensitive in detecting A. rabiei-infected seeds from Córdoba. Only these two treatments were repeated for seeds from Buenos Aires Province, and T3 proved to be more sensitive; thus, it is recommended for routine sanitary analysis of chickpea seeds.
