Résumé :
Adhesive bonding technology is successfully applied partly in the primary production, partly in the renovation in various fields of human activities. This fact emphasizes the importance of the partial factors research, which influence is essential for the quality, reliability and necessarily the usable life of bonded joints. The mechanical preparation of bonded surface is a varied process which influences directly the resultant bonded joint quality. The aim of the bonded surface mechanical preparation is the adhesion improvement in the adhesive – adherend interface. For mechanical preparation we use tools of defined cutting edge, by means of which we get the uniform surface texture, e.g. by milling. On the contrary such methods are more often used when the uniform surface cannot be reached. Shot blasting and grinding are significant representatives of these methods. The manual grinding can be significantly applied mainly in the agriculture. The absence of connected areas availability for the mechanical tooling and impossibility of their work clamping are the reasons for that. The breakwater in the sprinkler cistern restricting the liquid motion is the example.

This article interrogates the rationale and promise of the judgment by theCourt of Appeal in the Maina Kiai judgment. It is argued that by the MainaKiai court affirming the finality of results at the polling station, the MainaKiai judgment has the impact of imbuing a positive perception on fairnessof elections and the legitimacy of electoral outcomes. This has beenachieved by doing away with the historic perception that electoral officialstamper with electoral results at the National Tallying Centre.

Résumé :
This paper will demonstrate that a broad disciplined approach to monitoring and inspection programs is required in order to manage the impact of gradual changes in process conditions on operating facilities. Where no process or integrity issues existed previously, gradual changes in the process can have a significant effect on the integrity of pressure equipment. The impact of gradual change in offshore production rates on onshore pressure equipment integrity and in particular, the effects of sand and microbiological induced corrosion is described. The management of sand was found to be important in controlling integrity. Co-ordination and communication between different functional groups was essential to adopting new measures to control the integrity threat. The measures that were undertaken to ensure the ongoing integrity of the facilities are described. Gradual process changes can be recognised early, provided that appropriate monitoring and inspection programs are performed. These are outlined so that operators of other facilities can learn and take appropriate action.

Résumé :
The Transition movement is based on the notion that peak oil, climate change and the precarious economic situation cause the greatest potential disruptions to human society and therefore require a pre-emptive response. As such its focus is on proactively creating a future in local communities that meets people‘s psychological and physical needs rather than reacting to the crises that seem imminent. This paper draws on research into the Transition movement in the Australian context that considers the role of inner Transition which is one of the features that differentiates Transition from other movements for change. However, inner Transition has tended to be marginalised in the movement, because ultimately, action oriented outcomes take precedence over the often difficult work associated with group dynamics and relational experiences associated with inner Transition, even though they can affect the carriage and outcomes of activities and projects. The privileging of outer over inner Transition and action over process is a reflection of broader society’s grappling with the human dynamics inherent in any process of change. Where such concerns are unproblematised, this raises questions about the extent to which movements replicate existing paradigms and structures or take a prefigurative approach and challenge and re-imagine them in their practice.

Résumé :
Background. This article is dedicated to the formation of academic integrity among cadets as future officer-leaders in military educational institutions. In this publication, academic integrity is considered as a set of ethical principles and norms that all participants in the educational process of higher education institutions should adhere to (Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine "On Education", 2017). Integrity serves as the foundation for building trust and respect in the military educational environment, ensuring honesty, fairness, and accountability in the assessment of cadets' knowledge and skills. In higher military educational institutions, where the new generation of military elite (leaders) is shaped, academic integrity plays a significant role and holds special importance. It determines the quality of education, preparation for performing official duties, and responsibility towards the state and society. The importance of shaping moral-philosophical and ethical values among future officer-leaders is explored. Methods. Theoretical (analysis, synthesis, interpretation, abstraction, generalization, analogy and comparison – for structuring and analyzing the impact of the formation of academic integrity in future officer-leaders during the training process; generalization – to formulate the conclusions of the study. Results. The given ways of forming academic integrity and measures to increase it are aimed at creating a favorable environment for the development of academic integrity, where every cadet has the opportunity to fully develop his potential, adhering to high ethical standards. They form the basis for the formation of the moral and ethical consciousness of future officer-leaders, which is reflected in their activities both in peacetime and in the conditions of combat missions. Conclus і ons. Various methods and strategies aimed at raising awareness (self-awareness) of those who study regarding the principles of academic integrity (virtue) are analyzed. Effective approaches to instilling morality and integrating integrity values into the educational process of higher education institutions are highlighted.

Résumé :
It is vital to achieve desired level of surface texture on exterior surfaces of pre-machined component. The required quality of surface can be obtained on outer surface by conventional deburring process like grinding, honing and so on. But difficulty arises while processing interior surface of components such as micro bores, inlet/outlet valves and so on. It’s a revolutionary micro finishing method that eludes the pressurised flow of media mixed with SiC into restricted passage to achieve the appropriate range of surface texture. Micro machining in this novel technique is a result of abrasion process by removing a minuscule quantity of stock material. The current investigation attempt in knowing the effect of number of passes at specimen entry and exit side of media, and developing a semi-empirical model for evaluating Ra by applying Buckingham’s π theorem. The generated surface produced by process factors such as number of passes, volume fraction, and grit size of abrasives is studied by SEM analysis.

Résumé :
The research was conducted to evaluate the effect of incubation time on viability, plasma membrane integrity, abnormality, and DNA integrity of sexed Pasundan’s bulls sperm. The sperm sexing used 5% and 10% concentrations of Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA). A completely randomized design with three treatments and six replications was used in this study. The data were analyzed using variance analysis followed by Duncan’s multiple distance test. Parameter evaluated were sperm longevity, plasma membrane integrity (PMI), abnormality, and DNA integrity of sexed Pasundan bulls sperm. Results showed that incubation time gave significant effect (P<0.05) on the longevity of sperm, but not on the PMI of Pasundan bulls sexed sperm. The incubation time of 45 minutes gave the highest value of longevity sperm on the upper layer (4.33 days) and the lower layer (4.17 days). Furthermore, the abnormality of sperm X in the upper layer was 4.00%-4.20% and the lower layer was 4.10%- 4.40%. Meanwhile, the DNA integrity of an upper layer was 98.16%-98.66%, and the lower layer was 97.83%-98.58%. It is concluded that 45 minutes of incubation time significantly affected the longevity of sperm, but not plasma membrane integrity, abnormality, and DNA integrity of Pasundan bulls sexed sperm.

The main purpose is to find the ways of its possible improvement to the three basic stages of the pattern recognition process: image preparation, image processing, and classification. To avoid semantic integrity violations of information, in the initial stage of the image analysis, normalization is proposed. In the second stage, a new clustering method was developed, based on particle swarm optimization and the k-means algorithm. In the final stage of the pattern recognition process the Haar classifier was used with normalized training samples. The proposed algorithm and only Haar classifier with non-normalized samples were tested on 500 blurred images: in 8% of samples both algorithms provided semantic integrity preservation and in 64% only the developed algorithm worked effectively.

Résumé :
Background/Objectives: Cloud services are becoming popular with many users as they provide services based on the Internet. Users who use cloud services can integrate computing resources such as hardware and software, which exist in intangible form, through virtualization technology, and there is a great demand for security technologies related to security problems.Methods/Statistical analysis: As a result of the evaluation, the proposed method in the security evaluation and the performance evaluation resulted in better data integrity and security than the existing method. In addition, we checked the integrity of different cloud data and obtained the efficiency improved by O (logn) than the existing method.Findings: In this paper, we propose a robust data integrity protection scheme for various security attacks in the cloud environment. The proposed method effectively guarantees the integrity of the data used by the user through the generation and processing of low-load keys between the TPA, the user and the KGC. To protect the integrity of the data transmitted and received in the cloud environment, the proposed method generates the key through three processes (data generation process, encryption key generation process, and metadata attribute key pair generation process).Improvements/Applications: The key generated in this process is used by the anonymous key so that sensitive information of the cloud user is not exposed to a third party so that the important information of the user is not remembered. In addition, the proposed scheme keeps synchronization between the TPA and the user at a predetermined time interval so that the important information of the user is not illegally exploited from the third party.
