In the process of differentiating the form and aspects of Prama, NyayaDarshan mentions major four types of Prama; Pratyaksha, Anumiti, Upamiti, and Shaabda while VaisheshikDarshan mentions two types of Prama; Pratyakshaand Anumiti. This paper has been prepared following the existing theoretical bases and qualitative research methodology. Article concludes TadwatiTatprakarkaanubhava is itself Prama and in-depth discussion of Prama as the form of true knowledge has been mentioned. From the perspective of VaisheshikDarshan, Upamiti and ShaabaPramahavebeen assumed as the Anumiti and integrated within Anuman. This article is expected to be useful for the readers interested in Prama mentioned in NyayaDarshan and Vaisheshik Darshan.]

Purpose:This research aims to test and analyze the influence of financial compensation, work motivation and work stress on employee performance.Methodology:This research was conducted at the Prama Sanur Hotel with a sample of 57 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. All data obtained from the questionnaire distribution is suitable for use, then analyzed using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing (t-test and f-test).Findings:The research results show that (1) Financial compensation, work motivation and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Hotel Prama Sanur, and (2) Financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Hotel Prama Sanur. This means that the greater the financial compensation, the greater the employee performance at the Prama Sanur Hotel. (3) Work motivation positively and significantly affects employee performance at the Prama Sanur Hotel. This means that the more work motivation increases, the more employee performance at the Prama Sanur Hotel will increase. (4) Work stress negatively affects employee performance at the Prama Sanur Hotel.Implication:This means the more work stress increases, the more employee performance at the Prama Sanur Hotel decreases.

Pariwisata di Bali terus mengalami peningkatan. Salah satu tempat yang menjadi tujuan wisatawan datang ke Bali adalah Prama Sanur Beach Bali. Dalam peningkatan wisatawan ke Bali khususnya di Prama Sanur Beach terdapat kurangnya pemahaman tentang sumberdaya manusi yaitu pengelolaam SDM yang tepat, sehingga berdampak pada kenyamanan wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Prama Sanur Beach. Dari permasalahan tersebut diperlukan sosialiasasi untuk mengingkatkan kualitas SDM di Prama Sanur Beach Bali. Pada pengabdian ini menggunakan metode untuk mendapatkan keberhasilan dari pelaksanaan pengabdian ini yang meliputi beberapa tahapan yaitu Observasi, wawancara dan sosialisasi dengan melihat beberapa aspek yang telah ditentuakn. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM pelaku pariwisata di Bali khususnya Prama Sanur Beach Bali. Hasil dari pengabdian ini yaitu proses perekrutan dan seleksi yang cermat untuk memastikan bahwa karyawan sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan dan memiliki kualifikasi yang sesuai. Resort ini memberikan perhatian pada pengembangan karyawan melalui pelatihan dan pengembangan keterampilan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Prama Sanur Beach Bali. Waktu penelitian dimulai dari bulan Maret hingga Agustus 2021. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang karyawan tetap. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji t. Hasil uji F menunjukkan F hitung 21,213 > 3,20 F tabel dengan sign = 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Prama Sanur Beach Bali. Hasil uji t menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Prama Sanur Beach Bali dengan nilai t hitung = 2,024 dengan sign 0,049 < 0,05. Untuk lingkungan kerja menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan di Prama Sanur Beach Bali dengan nilai t hitung = 4,494 dengan sign 0,00 < 0,05. Analisis koefisien determinasi (R2 ) sebesar 0,474, hal ini menunjukkan 47,4% kinerja karyawan di Prama Sanur Beach Bali dipengaruhi oleh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja, sedangkan sisanya 52,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on employee performance at Prama Sanur Beach Bali. This study starts from March to August 2021. Sampling uses the purposive sampling method with a total sample of 50 permanent employees. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test. The results of the F test show F value 21.213 > 3.20 F table with sig. = 0.000<0,05 it can be concluded that motivation and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance simultaneously at Prama Sanur Beach Bali. The results of the t-test indicate that is a positive and partially significant effect between motivation on employee performance at Prama Sanur Beach Bali with a t-value = 2.024 with a sig. of 0.049<0,05 For the work environment, it shows that is a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance at Prama Sanur Beach Bali with a t-value = 4.494 with a sig. of 0.00<0,05 Analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) value is 0.474, it shows 47.4% of employee performance at Prama Sanur Beach Bali is influenced by motivation and work environment, while the remaining 52.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan pelayanan makanan dan minuman terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Bamboo Bar & Lounge Pantai Prama Sanur secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengolah data primer melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada pengunjung restoran di Bamboo Bar & Lounge. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 60 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji autokorelasi, uji linieritas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas) dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan harga dan pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Secara parsial harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Sehingga restoran Bamboo Bar & Lounge di Pantai Prama Sanur harus memperhatikan harga dan pelayanan agar dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan di Bamboo Bar & Lounge di pantai Prama Sanur. This study aims to determine the effect of prices and food and beverage services on customer satisfaction at Bamboo Bar & Lounge at Prama Sanur Beach partially and simultaneously. This study uses quantitative methods by processing primary data through questionnaires given to restaurant visitors at Bamboo Bar & Lounge. Sampling using purposive sampling. The sample obtained is as many as 60 respondents. The data analysis used is the classical assumption test (normality test, autocorrelation test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test) and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously price and service had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Partially the price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. So the Bamboo Bar & Lounge restaurant at Prama Sanur Beach must pay attention to prices and services in order to be able to increase customer satisfaction at Bamboo Bar & Lounge at Prama Sanur beach.

The philosophy NyayaDarshan especially mentions the way to achieve Moksha. The philosophy categorizes each physical and non-physical element in 16 categories known as “Padartha”. According to NyayaDarshan, having the knowledge and perceiving these Padartha in their own original form, is the only way to achieve Moksha. This paper tries to investigate the reasons for separately discussing and defining 14 Padartha other than Praman and Prameya known as Smshayadi in Nyaya Sutra. In the initial section, the brief discussion on Praman and Prameya followed by SamshayadiPadartha of NayaDarshan has been mentioned. Praman being a medium of Prama and Samshayadi being a supportive concept of Praman; as a result Smashayadi itself can be included within Praman. Additionally, as all Smashayadi are Prameya or the subjects of Prama, Smashayadi also can be included within Prameya. We have theoretical evidence that Samshayadipadartha can be included either in Praman or Prameya. Hence, this paper attempts to investigate the question, “Why does Naya Darshan mention the Samshayadi Padartha separately?” The in-depth dialog and reasons for including Samshayadipadartha within the Nyaya Sutra has also been discussed. Article includes the reasons for separating these Padartha from Praman and Prameya and concludes with the expectation of understanding 16 padartha easily for simplifying the teaching-learning process.]

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari sampai dengan bulan Juni. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Prama Sanur Beach Bali. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis strategi yang digunakan pada masa pandemi Covid – 19 di Prama Sanur Beach Bali. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data primer diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, serta pemberian bobot dan rating yang dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 4 responden dan hasil dari pemberian bobot dan rating tersebut akan digunakan untuk mendapatkan peluang serta ancaman dan perhitungan EFAS (External Factor Analysis Summary), dan untuk mendapatkan kekuatan serta kelemahan yang digunakan dalam pembuatan strategi dan perhitungan IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary). Data sekunder diperoleh dari data statistik BPS Provinsi Bali, dokumen-dokumen atau arsip milik Prama Sanur Beach Bali, baik itu jumlah wisatawan yang datang pada tahun 2020/2021, bukti foto, literatur-literatur serta bahan bacaan yang terkait dengan penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, analisis SWOT, IFAS, EFAS, kuadran, dan matriks SWOT. Strategi pemasaran yang dihasilkan pada diagram kuadran SWOT adalah titik sumbu X (internal) berada pada 0,49 dengan sumbu Y (eksternal) 0,42 yang berada pada kuadran 4, dimana Prama Sanur Beach harus menghadapi berbagai ancaman dan kelemahan internal. Strategi ini bersifat defensif strategi diterapkan dalam kondisi ini adalah tindakan penyelamatan sehingga dapat terlepas dari kerugian yang lebih besar (defensif). This research was conducted from January to June. Study this was done at Prama Sanur Beach Bali. The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategy used during the Covid-19 pandemic at Prama Sanur Beach Bali. Type The data used are qualitative and quantitative data. Primary data obtained from the results of interviews, as well as giving weights and ratings by distributing questionnaires to 4 respondents and the results of giving the weights and ratings will be used to get opportunities as well as threats and EFAS (External Factor) calculations Analysis Summary), and to get the strengths and weaknesses used in making strategies and calculating IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary). Data secondary data obtained from BPS Bali Province statistics, documents or archives belonging to Prama Sanur Beach Bali, be it the number of tourists who come in 2020/2021, photographic evidence, literature and reading materials related to this research. Technique Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative method, SWOT analysis, IFAS, EFAS, quadrants, and SWOT matrices. The resulting marketing strategy on the diagram The SWOT quadrant is where the X axis (internal) is at 0.49 with the Y axis(external) 0.42 which is in quadrant 4, where Prama Sanur Beach must be face various internal threats and weaknesses. This strategy is defensive the strategy applied in this condition is a rescue action so that it can be released from a greater loss (defensive).

ABSTRACTThe transcriptional activator RamA is involved in multidrug resistance (MDR) by increasing expression of the AcrAB-TolC RND-type efflux system in several pathogenicEnterobacteriaceae. InSalmonella entericaserovar Typhimurium (S.Typhimurium),ramAexpression is negatively regulated at the local level by RamR, a transcriptional repressor of the TetR family. We here studied the DNA-binding activity of the RamR repressor with theramApromoter (PramA). As determined by high-resolution footprinting, the 28-bp-long RamR binding site covers essential features of PramA, including the −10 conserved region, the transcriptional start site oframA, and two 7-bp inverted repeats. Based on the RamR footprint and on electrophoretic mobility shift assays (EMSAs), we propose that RamR interacts with PramAas a dimer of dimers, in a fashion that is structurally similar to the QacR-DNA binding model. Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) measurements indicated that RamR has a 3-fold-lower affinity (KD[equilibrium dissociation constant] = 191 nM) for the 2-bp-deleted PramAof an MDRS.Typhimurium clinical isolate than for the wild-type PramA(KD= 66 nM). These results confirm the direct regulatory role of RamR in the repression oframAtranscription and precisely define how an alteration of its binding site can give rise to an MDR phenotype.

A constante exploração da água de forma descontrolada tem comprometido a sua qualidade e quantidade para os seus diversos fins, dentre os quais se destaca o uso recreativo por contato primário. O presente estudo levanta um problema frequente no litoral brasileiro: cidades que recebem um elevado número de visitantes em determinados períodos do ano e sofrem crises ambientais por conta da mudança drástica no volume populacional, já que a população flutuante dificulta a gestão de insumos públicos como o abastecimento de água potável, os serviços de saúde, o descarte de lixo e o tratamento de esgoto, sendo muitas vezes responsável por uma poluição local. Nesse sentido, utilizou-se como modelo o balneário de Muriqui, distrito de Mangaratiba, no Estado do Rio de Janeiro, e objetivou-se diagnosticar a poluição hídrica e a balneabilidade da praia. A metodologia empregada para o desenvolvimento desta pesquisa foi baseada em pesquisas bibliográficas, por trabalhos técnico-científicos publicados, livros e instrumentos legais, e em um plano de amostragem. . Foram também realizadas visitas às secretarias municipais para recolher dados atuais sobre o município. Por fim, para confrontar os resultados analíticos obtidos em campo, realizou-se uma investigação da série histórica da pluviosidade das estações pluviométricas mais próximas ao distrito de Muriqui. Para verificar a qualidade da água da praia e dos dois rios que desembocam nela, foi realizado um plano de amostragem com coletas quinzenais, às segundas-feiras pela manhã, entre setembro de 2012 e agosto de 2013, totalizando 25 campanhas. Em cada campanha foram coletados cinco pontos de amostragem: três na praia de Muriqui, um no Rio da Prata e outro no Rio Catumbi. Assim, realizou-se o monitoramento de parâmetros físicos, químicos e biológicos, com o intuito de compará-los aos valores permitidos pelas legislações vigentes e correlacioná-los entre si para verificar o nível de degradação dos corpos hídricos da região. Constatou-se com o estudo que o ponto no Rio da Prata é o mais deteriorado e impactado pela ação antrópica, já que estava localizado mais próximo à sua foz. A avaliação da qualidade da água da praia indicou que o local apresentava condições excelentes de balneabilidade em 96% do período monitorado, apresentando apenas um episódio impróprio para banho. De modo geral, verificou-se com a pesquisa que alguns parâmetros demonstraram episódios característicos de poluição difusa por esgoto sanitário, aparentemente em estado inicial de degradação.
The uncontrolled exploration of the wather has been compromised its quality and quantity for several uses, among which the primary contact recreational usage can be highlighted. This study brings a common problem in the brazilian coast: cities that receive a high number of visitors during some periods of the year and suffer environmental crisis due the drastic change of population volume, since the floating population difficults the public input management like the water supplying, health services, waste discard and the sewerage system treatment, which can pollute these areas. Muriqui resort, a city in Mangaratiba, in Rio de Janeiro State, was chosen as a model for this study, which object was to diagnose the hydric pollution and the balneability of the beach. The methodology of the exploration was based into reviewing scientifcs publications, books and legal material and creating a sampling plan. . Besides, some municipal departaments were visited so as to collect present data about the city and, in order to confront the water analysis, an investigation of the rain history of the area was made . Aiming toverify the beach and two rivers water quality, samples were collected twice a month on mondays mornings, from september 2012 to august 2013, totalizing 25 collects. In each collect, five sampling poins were made: three points at the beach, one at Pratas river and other at Catumbi river. Physical, chemical and biological parameters were monitored, in order to compare these data with the numbers alowed by law and correlating them to verify the degradation level of the water. The results of this study demonstrate that the point of Pratas river was the most degradated, because it was the nearest point of the rivers mouth. The assessment of the beach water quality indicated that the site had excellent balneability during 96% of the monitored period, and it was improper only once. During the study some parameters show pollution promoted by domestic effluents, apparently in initial degradation.

Cities are expanding and the nature is being pushed into the periferi. Free flow of elements such as water, air, earth and plants are being controlled, disstorted, polluted and manipulated. Our political and economical systems are built upon the mind-set that we are separate from the nature and above the nature, but we are a part of the nature just like every other speecies on this planet. Our fast paced city-lives are creating a huge gap between the nature and ourselves and massproduction has replaced traditional craft and sustainable food production. Where is this going to end? How will it end? How can architecture help us reconnect with the nature and ourselves and inspire to a more sustainable lifestyle? Prana is not a building, it is a site. It consists of a multifunctional garden area with several buildings that together creates a whole. Prana is sanskrit meaning breath, energy or life force and has given the site its’ name because it is a platform for recreation, contemplation and knowledge exchange. We need to slow down, reflect and learn in order to feel the force and make a change, no matter if it is your lifestyle, your mind-set or your goal, no matter if you do it for the climate or for yourself. Prana is about reconnecting with the nature and yourself though arts, crafts, activities, food and food production. Prana welcomes everyone for a close nature experience of hot and cold, of fire and earth and community based learning.

Analisar os fatores que se relacionam com a construção de um espaço de vivência, que tem em si um projeto não declarado eficaz na demarcação das diferenças e que é eficiente para reproduzir ideologias sociais que interessem ao poder vigente, é criticar as bases das políticas que se dão no estado constituído, bem como as suas origens e suas contradições. Ainda, é dizer que se trata de uma crítica à contemporaneidade, na qual o sistema político utiliza princípios que obtiveram sucesso em outras épocas para se afirmar. O poder encontrou um meio eficaz para auxiliar o establishment, no qual elementos estéticos são dispostos explicitamente como propaganda de valores ou implicitamente como alimentadores de sensações que podem ser determinantes na formação de opinião e da ação dos indivíduos. A tese busca compreender como e se haveria superação da contenção dos imaginários políticos (Ana Clara Torres Ribeiro) na cidade, a partir dos usos e apropriações das novas tecnologias de informação e comunicação (ntic’s) associadas à internet e às redes de sociabilidades urbanas. Por meio de uma etnografia digital, investigamos, no recorte de situações, quais imagens e fragmentos de narrativas (Walter Benjamin) foram criadas e disponibilizadas no ambiente online, compondo a tradução da experiência urbana de luta pelo espaço público da Praça da Estação, em Belo Horizonte. Depois da publicação de um decreto municipal proibindo a realização de eventos na praça, um blog anônimo convoca uma reunião que acaba culminando em uma manifestação lúdico-festiva, a Praia da Estação. Pudemos notar diferentes momentos nos modos de fazer a Praia da Estação, entre a praça e as plataformas de registro e compartilhamento de dados, fabulando outros imaginários políticos, no decorrer dos anos. Percebemos que regimes de sensorialidades (Jacques Rancière) diversificados entraram em circulação na rede de sentidos da Praça da Estação, dando a ver múltiplos posicionamentos éticos em um jogo de disputas, dissensos e agonismos que se renovam continuamente. Notamos também que é preciso estar atento aos modos de registrar e produzir memória no uso das redes sociais digitais, espaços que têm éticas diferentes de modos de fazer resistência. O modo de operação do mercado vem contaminando as plataformas para disponibilização de fragmentos de narrativas, textos, imagens, sons, audiovisuais e multimeios, acessados pelos grupos e movimentos de resistência política urbana.
This research intents to understand if and how there would be an overcoming of the containment of political imaginaries (Ana Clara Torres Ribeiro) in the city, by the uses and appropriation of new technologies of information and communication associated with the internet and the nets of urban sociabilities. Through digital ethnography we investigated, with the chosen situations, which images and fragments of narratives (Walter Benjamin) were created and made available online, composing the translation of an urban experience’s struggle for the public space of Station Square, in Belo Horizonte. After the publication of a municipal decree prohibiting the realization of any events in the square, an anonymous blog calls a meeting that culminated in a festive and ludic protest, the Station’s Beach, (Praia da Estação). We could note different moments in the way to create the Station’s Beach, between the square and plataforms recording and sharing data, fictionalizing other political imaginaries along the years. We perceived that sensory regimes (Jacques Rancière) diversified were put into circulation in the net sense of the Station’ Square, showing multiples ethical positions in a game of disputes, dissents and agonisms that are being constantly renovated. Also, we noticed that it is necessary to be aware of different possibilities of recording and producing memory through the use of social digital nets, spaces that have different ethics of creating resistance. The operation mode of the market is contaminating platforms, making available fragments of narratives, texts, images, sounds, audiovisual and multimedia pieces, accessed by the groups and political urban resistance movements.

Os jovens, o lazer e as políticas públicas têm sido estudados a partir de diferentes enfoques e objetivos. O resgate da produção científica em Educação Física apresentado neste estudo possibilita um interessante contato com essa diversidade, mostrando o crescimento das pesquisas e a visibilidade destas temáticas, bem como a carência de outros estudos, uma vez que a grande maioria não são conclusivos. O estudo partiu da seguinte indagação: como o lazer, em suas diversas dimensões culturais, manifesta-se como prática social de jovens de diferentes contextos sócio-econômicos em espaços públicos da cidade de Caçador - SC? Para tanto a metodologia adotada partiu de observações, questionários e grupo focal para que pudéssemos analisar os dados através de eixos temáticos. Dentre os aspectos evidenciados na pesquisa, destacam-se o modo de ser dos jovens da cidade e os usos que fazem do espaço. As duas praças têm público fiel, porém diferentes em seu modo de agir e pensar, motivo pelo qual uma delas foi descartada no decorrer do processo por não atender aos objetivos da pesquisa. Os jovens de uma maneira geral reconhecem o que está satisfatório em termos de infraestrutur a e sabem apontar as falhas e desejos de mudança, também em outros aspectos ligados ao lazer, mas não são incluídos nos processos de elaboração de políticas públicas destinadas ao lazer na cidade. O poder público dá os primeiros passos em direção à necessária mudança. Hoje, muito do que é feito (ou será) corre o risco de não obter sucesso, assim como em tantas outras cidades do país.
Young people, the leisure and the public politcs have been studied from different approaches and goals. The surrender of the scientific production in Physical Education presented in this study makes possible an interesting contact with this diversity, showing the growth of the researches and the visibility of these themes, as well as the lack of others studies, once most of them are not conclusive. The study has started from the following question: how the leisure, in its different cultural dimensions, demonstrates itself as social practice of young people from different social-economic contexts in public spaces in Caçador-SC? For that, the metodology adopted started from observations, questionaries e focal group in order to help us to analyze the data through the tematic axis. Among the aspects evidenced in the research, are highlighted the way of being of young people in the city and how they use the space. The two squares have faithful public, but different in their way of acting and thinking, reason why one of them was discarded on the passing of the process because it doesn´t attend to the goals of the research. Young people, in a general way, recognize whats satisfatory in terms of infrastructure and know how to point the fails and wishes of changing, but these aren´t included in the elaboration processes of public politics intended to the leisure in the city. Public authorities gave the first steps toward to the necessary changing. Nowadays, much of what is done (or will) takes the risk of not getting successful, such in many other cities of the country.

The aim of my thesis is to design and elaborate the project documentation for construction of the nursery school in the cadastral area Prague-Černý most. It is a two-storey partially basement building, witch with its layout corresponds to the conditons of the building operation. Nusery school is designed for 4 departments after 24 kids. The construction system of the object is designed as Porotherm system. External load-bearing structures are designed as ventilated facade with thermal insulation of 180 mm thickness. Vertical load-bearing structures of 1st and 2nd floor will be lined with brick blocks Porotherm 38 profi and 1.S bricks from the Best 30 permanent formwork. The inner bearing walls are designed with Porotherm 24 profi and Porotherm 11,5 Profi is used for non-load-bearing masonry. The exterior facade cladding is designed from HPL compact laminate boards. The internal staircase is half-turn stairs, reinforced concrete, monolithic. Horizontal supporting structures consist of Porotherm ceramic concrete system (POT beams and miako insert) with a thickness of 250 mm. The roof is designed as a vegetation, some of witch is supplemented with a gutter. The windows and doors are plastic-aluminium. Floor coverings are designed taking into the use of individual rooms such as floor screed, ceramic tiles and cork floors. The main aim of my work was to solve the disposition for the given purpose, to design a suitable construction system and to draw up the drawing documentation including the text part.

The purpose of this dissertation is to analyse the importance of the huts of Praia do Futuro to their users and to the city of Fortaleza in Cear? through the comprehension of relations between morphological categories - in urban and edified contexts - of the establishments and their use patterns. This place is one of the main recreation and leisure areas of the city, formed by six kilometres of waterfront, corresponding to a differentiated area through the coast. This space has beach huts with varied profiles: while some more simple huts persist, great complexes are being developed, building even water parks on the beach area. This study analyses relations between:i) spatial configuration (in geometric and mainly topological terms) based on the Social Logic of Space; ii) edified typology (analysing capacity, landscap treatment and program of the huts); and iii) use and environmental perception of the beach by its frequenters. There are consistent relations between the type of hut and their localization in the urban grid, of which were identified groups with different patterns: segregated (north, central and south) and integrated (north: more integrated. and south: less integrated). Such relations also reflect, in varied patterns of use and environmental perception. In spite of their strong economy, the beach huts find themselves in a fragile legal situation because they occupy the beach area, so that this study may come to assist the decision-making for the future of the region. For a sustainable development of the area by those responsible and managers it is necessary to evaluate the cultural importance of the huts at Praia do Futuro, understanding their occupation and uses.
O objetivo dessa disserta??o ? analisar a import?ncia das barracas da Praia do Futuro para os usu?rios e para a cidade de Fortaleza no Cear? por meio da compreens?o de rela??es entre categorias morfol?gicas no contexto urbano e edil?cio dos estabelecimentos e seus padr?es de uso. O local ? uma das principais ?reas de recrea??o e lazer da cidade, formado por seis quil?metros de orla, que corresponde a uma ?rea especializada ao longo da costa. Neste espa?o existem barracas de praia com perfis variados: enquanto algumas mais simples persistem, grandes complexos v?o se desenvolvendo, chegando a construir parques aqu?ticos em faixa de praia. O estudo entende rela??es entre: i) configura??o do espa?o (em termos geom?tricos e, principalmente topol?gicos) analisado com base na L?gica Social do Espa?o; ii) tipologia edil?cia (an?lise de porte, tratamento paisag?stico e programa das barracas); e iii) uso e percep??o ambiental da praia por seus frequentadores. Verifica-se haver rela??es consistentes entre o tipo da barraca e a sua localiza??o na malha urbana, dos quais foram identificados grupos com diferentes padr?es: segregadas (norte, central e sul) e integradas (norte: mais integradas, e sul: menos integradas). Falar hoje da Baixada Fluminense é falar de miséria e violência, duas representações arraigadamente presentes no dia a dia dos sujeitos moradores da região. A Baixada é miserável e violenta porque assim o seriam seus moradores. Estas imagens, que se foram colando à realidade, dando-lhe afeição de verdadeira e absoluta, conformam o imaginário que a historiografia oficial utiliza para apresentar o quadro da região. E neste cenário que uma face oculta revela-se, mostrando outras imagens, experiências e ações, especialmente a partir dos anos 70. Também na Praça da Bandeira, localizada em São João de Meriti, um dos municípios da Baixada Fluminense, surge no cenário público, através de práticas sociais e políticas, sujeitos coletivos com idéias, opiniões, vontades e propostas de soluções para os seus diversos problemas. Práticas moleculares, agora transformadas em práticas coletivas maiores, dando origem a outro imaginário sobre sua realidade e sua hist6ria. Ao longo das duas últimas décadas foram sendo desenvolvidas experiências exemplares, como a organização dos Clubes de Mães, a luta pelo transporte e saneamento básico e a implantação de um jardim de infância. Passo a passo o movimento organizado foi alterando-se, multiplicando-se e transformando seus protagonistas em sujeitos coletivos, construtores de um novo campo da política, de um novo 'fazer-se' enquanto sujeito de uma classe social. Ao se forjarem como sujeitos coletivos, os moradores vivenciaram práticas de solidariedade e resistências, sedimentadas em espaços múltiplos, configurados pela sua continua e permanente organização.

Minutes from Pragma is a collection of twelve pieces--a memoir, five short stories, and six short-shorts--exploring ways in which estranged characters may find refuge from chaos and entropy. These stories attempt to deal with bleakness and despair through playfulness and humor. In Enterprise Carolina: A Capsule Review, time has stopped, but somehow everyday life goes on as usual. In Errands, children work in razorblade factories. In Roadblock, the narrator lives with a relative who repeatedly sets his possessions on fire. The collection concentrates on hardship and alienation, but suggests ways in which characters may confront and endure hard times. Characters' attempts to connect with others sometimes fail, but the characters themselves persevere--they read, hold hands, even treat one other kindly. In these ways, they fashion temporary shelters from the frustrations and horrors of the world.

Suvremeni trendovi određeni su brojnim nejednakostima, i to neovisno o razini razvijenosti nacionalnog gospodarstva. Ekonomski teoretičari, ali i teoretičari brojnih drugih znanosti, među ostalim, navode neoliberalne politike i globalizaciju jednim od uzroka nejednakosti. No, liberalizam se obično veže i uz više ekonomske slobode, a posljedično upućuju na razvijenija gospodarstva. S druge strane, niže razine ekonomskih sloboda upućuju na problem manje ekonomske razvijenosti, a popratno i društva koja „pate“ od brojnih neravnoteža. Pitanje djelovanja ekonomskih sloboda u zemljama srednje i istočne Europe vezan je uglavnom uz problematiku prihvatljivog institucionalnog djelovanja. Dakle, institucionalna (ne)razvijenost u zemljama srednje i istočne Europe nerijetko se pojavljuje kao mogući uzrok, ali i posljedica nerazvijenosti gospodarstava. Stoga je cilj ovoga rada analizirati, rangirati i usporediti nejednakosti u izabranim zemljama EU27 prema grupi vladavine prava kao jedne od četiri grupe pokazatelja ekonomskih sloboda izraženog indeksom ekonomskih sloboda, imajući u vidu kako vladavina prava utječe na djelovanje institucija i institucionalnog okvira. Ujedno se daje uvid u odstupanja zemalja srednje i istočne Europe u pokazateljima kategorije vladavine prava i pokazatelja integriteta vlade u odnosu na razvijene zemlje sjeverne i zapadne Europe.

Introdução: Campina Grande-PB assim como outras cidades brasileiras enfrenta uma urbanização com crescimento desordenado associada à falta ou ineficácia de políticas públicas de controle ambiental urbano, os quais proporcionam desafios na relação ser humano/meio ambiente causando problemas de saúde pública e, consequentemente, insustentabilidade ambiental. Dentre os desafios estão o controle populacional dos os pombos (Columba livia) que são aves distribuídas no mundo todo com uma população mundial estimada em mais de 10 milhões por km² e que representam um sério problema de saúde pública devido serem vetor de diversas doenças infecciosas. Objetivos: Identificar as áreas urbanas de maior incidência e proliferação de pombos (Columba livia) na cidade de Campina Grande-PB. Material e métodos: O presente estudo foi exploratório e de caráter descritivo, realizado no período de janeiro a maio de 2021, onde empregou-se como técnicas de coleta de dados e instrumentos de pesquisa a observação in loco, técnicas de geoprocessamento, Gps Garmin Gpsmap 62sc Câmera 5mp e Câmera digital semiprofissional Canon Powershot SX60HS 16.1MP LCD 3.0, zoom óptico de 65x. Resultados: No ano de 2016 foram iniciadas ações desenvolvidas pela PMCG no controle dos pombos na praça da bandeira, com isso, os animais que nidificavam nesse local migraram para outros bairros e locais da cidade dissipando os problemas e ampliando as áreas de ocorrência e reprodução, acarretando diversos danos aos patrimônios público e privado além de apresentarem riscos sanitários a toda a população. Diante disso, foram identificados 15 pontos com presença de pombos diversificados dentre os bairros da cidade, onde os principais foram: Centro (na Praça da Bandeira, Feira Central, Hospital Elpídio de Almeida, Shopping Popular); Centenário; Santa Rosa; Dinamérica; Prata (Igreja do Rosário, Feira da Prata e Colégio da Prata), Distrito Industrial (Aeroporto); Bodocongó e Malvinas. Conclusão: Torna-se extremamente urgente e necessário efetuar o controle populacional de pombos na cidade, com o propósito de evitar a disseminação populacional, abrigos e a proliferação de doenças e outros transtornos, sempre primando pelo manejo adequado e eficiente, aplicando e respeitando-se as legislações ambientais e a ecologia desses animais.

Ustavno političko pravo građana je da konstituišu organe vlasti u političkim zajednicama putem izbora. Izbornost daje legitimitet zakonodavnom tijelu kao najširem neposredno izabranom predstavništvu građana. Činom izbora građani neposredno iskazuju svoje povjerenje u vlast koju konstituišu. Izbori su put sticanja, odnosno gubitka legitimiteta. Mogućnost učešća građana u izboru organa vlasti garantuje izborno pravo, što pretpostavlja postojanje, prije svega, višestranačkog sistema, jer u jednopartijskom sistemu građani, praktično, ne vrše izbor, već plebiscitarno glasaju. Međutim, izborni sistem je dio političkog sistema i, po pravilu, dijeli njegovu sudbinu. Pri svemu tome, važan aspekt u posmatranju uloge i dejstva izbornog sistema predstavlja usaglašenost izbornog sistema koji uspostavljaju ustav, zakoni i drugi propisi i onog izbornog sistema koji stvarno funkcioniše u praksi. To pretpostavlja postojanje kontrole (od strane zakonom određenih organa) poštovanja svih izbornih principa i pravila i sankcionisanje svih povreda koje narušavaju izborni sistem i izborni proces. Moderna ustavna država zasnovana je na suverenosti naroda i vladavini prava, a izbori su spona ta dva stuba moderne države. Kao i svako pravo, tako i izborno pravo može biti povrijeđeno, pa je zaštita tog prava još jedan važan preduslov njegovog ostvarivanja. Ovo pitanje ima širi konstitucionalni značaj, koje komparativna ustavna praksa rješava na različite načine. Pravo da se bira i bude izabran nije apsolutno pravo i državi se priznaje široko polje procjene u pogledu načina na koji će urediti to pitanje, kao i pitanje organizovanja i provođenja izbornog procesa. Obaveza države, koja proističe iz člana 3 Protokola broj 1 uz Evropsku konvenciju za zaštitu ljudskih prava i osnovnih sloboda, predviđa aktivno i pasivno biračko pravo naroda: aktivno pravo glasanja na izborima i pasivno pravo da se učestvuje kao kandidat na izborima. Međutim, ova prava se odnose samo na izbor „zakonodavnih tijela“. Evropski sud za ljudska prava ima dosljedno mišljenje da se ovaj član primjenjuje samo u odnosu na izbor tijela koja vrše značajnu zakonodavnu funkciju. Da li određeno tijelo vršidovoljnu zakonodavnu vlast da bi u ovu svrhu moglo da se smatra zakonodavnim tijelom, pitanje je procjene na koje treba da se odgovori u svjetlu uloge tog tijela i njegovog doprinosa demokratskoj izradi zakona u kontekstu ustava u cjelini. Član I/2 Ustava Bosne i Hercegovine utvrđuje da je Bosna i Hercegovina „demokratska država, koja funkcioniše na principu vladavine prava i na osnovu slobodnih i demokratskih izbora“ iz kojeg slijedi princip vladavine prava prema kojem svi ustavi, zakoni i drugi propisi koji se donose moraju da budu usklađeni sa ustavnim principima. U tom kontekstu, treba podsjetiti da države uživaju široko polje procjene u uspostavljanju i regulisanju izbornog sistema koji će primjenjivati. Postoje različiti načini organizovanja i sprovođenja izbora, a ova različitost uslovljena je, između ostalog, i političkim razvojem zemlje. Zbog toga, zakonodavstvo koje reguliše izbore mora da bude sagledano u svjetlu političkog razvoja zemlje koja je u pitanju. Nadalje, prema opštem principu demokratije, pravo na demokratsko odlučivanje ostvaruje se legitimnim političkim predstavljanjem koje mora da bude zasnovano na demokratskom izboru onih koje predstavlja i čije interese zastupa. U tom smislu veza između onih koje predstavlja i njihovih političkih predstavnika na svim administrativno-političkim nivoima je ta koja omogućava legitimitet predstavnicima zajednice. Dakle, samo legitimitet predstavljanja stvara osnov za stvarno učestvovanje i odlučivanje. Izborni zakon BiH usvojen je 2001. godine od kada je u više navrata pretrpio izmjene i dopune, čemu je razlog, između ostalog, bio i složen ustavni, institucionalni i politički koncept u Bosni i Hercegovini. Izborni zakon BiH, kako je to propisano odredbom člana 1.1, propisuje izbore na državnom nivou i „utvrđuje principe za provođenje izbora na svim nivoima vlasti u Bosni i Hercegovini“. Prema ocjenama različitih međunarodnih organizacija i institucija (npr. OSCE i Venecijanska komisija), Izborni zakon BiH je sveobuhvatan i, generalno, propisuje čvrstu osnovu za provođenje demokratskih izbora. S druge strane, s obzirom na broj i prirodu zakona koji se primjenjuju u vezi s izborima, te imajući na umu kompleksno pravno uređenje u Bosni i Hercegovini, pravni okvir za provođenje izbora u Bosni i Hercegovini takođe može da se smatra kompleksnim. Naime, osim Izbornog zakona BiH, postoje i Izborni zakon Republike Srpske i Izborni zakon Brčko distrikta BiH, dok je u Federaciji BiH donesen Zakon o osnivanju organa za provođenje izbora u Federaciji BiH. Zbog toga, postoji naročita potreba da, s ciljem da se provedu fer i demokratski izbori, kompleksni izborni legislativni okvir bude harmonizovan i da svi zakoni u toj oblasti slijede osnovne principe i standarde utvrđene Izbornim zakonom BiH.
