Résumé :

Il presente lavoro delinea le metamorfosi che il paesaggio della campagna ha subito nel cuore della Pianura Padana nei secoli VIII-XIII. Viene presa in esame la documentazione edita e inedita riguardante il territorio mantovano e in modo particolare la zona a ridosso del fiume Po. Per seguire i cambiamenti che l’area oggetto d’esame subì nel periodo considerato ci si soffermerà sulla presenza di aziende agrarie grandi e piccole nell’alto medioevo e i successivi interventi volti a ampliare le superfici coltivate. In quei secoli gli uomini, soprattutto per iniziativa soprattutto della Chiesa mantovana e del monastero di San Benedetto Polirone (ma anche il comune cittadino fra XII e XIII secolo favorì la messa a coltura di zone boschive), iniziarono una vera e propria lotta all’incolto con opere di disboscamento e di bonifica delle paludi, attività che qualche volta dovettero essere inutili per la forza delle acque: ciò emerge con evidenza soprattutto relativamente alle terre del monastero di San Benedetto grazie ad alcune lunghe deposizioni rese nel corso di una controversia. Tuttavia al principio del secolo XIII in vari luoghi le terre coltivate avevano preso il posto dei boschi tanto che risultavano essere “ad usum panis reducte”.

Résumé :

A poda verde da ameixeira é um trato cultural que mobiliza muita mão de obra, implicando em elevação do custo de produção da fruta sem garantia de aumento da qualidade do pêssego colhido. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi avaliar o efeito da poda verde em ameixeiras ‘Polirosa’ em alta densidade sobre a qualidade de frutos produzidos nos anos agrícolas de 2010 e 2011, em Fazenda Rio Grande, Paraná. Os tratamentos avaliados em cada ano foram: testemunha sem poda verde, uma poda verde realizada a 60 dias antes da colheita (AC), duas podas verdes a 60 e 90 dias AC e três podas verdes realizadas a 30, 60 e 90 dias AC. Na poda verde foram eliminados os ramos ladrões com orientação vertical, ramos novos voltados ao centro da copa e o desponte dos ramos acima de 2,3 m do solo. Foram avaliados a massa média do fruto, os diâmetros do fruto, a acidez titulável, o grau Brix, o pH e a relação Brix/Acidez. O delineamento experimental adotado foi de blocos casualizados num esquema de parcelas subdivididas no tempo, com seis repetições. A qualidade física e química das ameixas produzidas com diversos tratamentos de poda verde não foi alterada. A diferença entre os anos de produção indicou que outros fatores estão relacionados à qualidade de ameixas ‘Polirosa’. Concluiu-se que a poda verde da ameixeira ‘Polirosa’ em dois anos sucessivos não proporcionou incremento significativo na qualidade dos frutos colhidos.

Résumé :

A desinfecção de todo e qualquer molde obtido é medida de biossegurança obrigatória na atividade clínica. Tão importante quanto a desinfecção é a seleção do método e da solução desinfetante a ser utilizada para cada material de moldagem. É imperativo que a capacidade de reprodução de detalhes, a estabilidade dimensional e o grau de umedecimento (ou "molhabilidade") não sejam criticamente afetados. O propósito deste trabalho foi avaliar o grau de umedecimento de uma marca comercial de poliéter (Impregum F) por três diferentes marcas comerciais de gesso tipo IV (Herostone, Durone e Polirock), após sua desinfecção por aerossóis de hipoclorito de sódio 1% (líquido de Milton) ou glutaraldeído 2% (Glutalabor II). Foram confeccionados 45 moldes de poliéter, os quais, em grupos de 15, receberam aerossóis de água (Grupo Controle), Líquido de Milton ou Glutalabor II. Em seguida, sobre a superfície dos moldes foram confeccionados modelos de gesso tipo IV, em número de 5 para cada marca de gesso. Após seu seccionamento mediano e preparo da superfície de corte, os modelos foram levados ao microscópio Carl Zeiss para leitura do ângulo de contato. Os resultados obtidos permitiram concluir que: a) a capacidade de umedecimento do poliéter por diferentes marcas comerciais de gesso tipo IV variou para os gessos estudados; b) o gesso Durone adaptou-se melhor aos moldes de poliéter do que os gessos Herostone e Polirock; c) a desinfecção dos moldes com aerossóis de hipoclorito de sódio 1% (líquido de Milton) ou glutaraldeído 2% (Glutalabor) não afetou a adaptação entre os gessos e o poliéter.

In 2008, the Romanian publishing house Polirom issued the first books in the newly established “Vladimir Nabokov author series.” During the next seven years, seventeen more titles have been added to the series, thus turning it into one of the most daring, costly and time-consuming local projects in the field of foreign literature in translation. Written from the perspective of a scholar, an editor and a translator, this article aims at retracing the history of the project against the background of earlier translations. Special emphasis will be placed on the changes in Nabokov’s reception due to the receiving culture’s specific circumstances at different moments in time, as well as on what those changes reveal about the Romanian engagement with world literature.

Résumé :

The author discusses the reception of Olga Tokarczuk’s works in Romania on the basis of translations, critical essays and radio and press interviews. Olga Tokarczuk is the best-known contemporary writer from Central Europe in Romania, thanks to numerous translations (almost all of her novels have been translated into Romanian, except The Books of Jacob, due to be published next year). An important role in the dissemination of her works has been played by the Polirom publishing house in Iași, which published a special series devoted to Tokarczuk. The quality of the translations of the Polish novelist’s texts is also high. Particular credit for this goes to Cristina Godun, a specialist in Polish Studies, who has managed to render the peculiarities of Tokarczuk’s narrative and style in Romanian. The paper also briefly discusses the difficulties encountered during the translation of Tokarczuk’s texts.

Objetivou-se avaliar a fenologia, produção e qualidade de frutos de cultivares potenciais de pessegueiro, ameixeira, pereira e quivizeiro para a região da Serra Gaúcha. O experimento foi realizado no Centro de Pesquisa Carlos Gayer – DDPA/SEAPI, Veranópolis-RS, safra 2014/2015. As cultivares avaliadas foram: pessegueiro (Pampeano, Pepita, Kampai, Granada, Rubimel, Regalo, Chimarrita, P.S., Coral, Eragil); ameixeira (Gulf Rubi, Gulf Blaze, Iraty, América, Polirosa, Amarelinha, Reubennel, Black Ambar, Fortune, Letícia); pereira (Willians, Packham’s, Rocha, Santa Maria, Beurre Sublime, Tenn, Carrick, Kiefer, Tsu-ly, Ya-ly) e quivizeiro (Golden King, Yellow Queen, MG06, Gracie, Abbott, Elmwood, Bruno, Monty, Tewi, Hayward). Foram analisadas as variáveis de fenologia (precocidade de produção), produção por planta, peso de fruto, sólidos solúveis (SS) e acidez titulável (AT). Os pessegueiros, ‘P.S.’, ‘Chimarrita’, ‘Rubimel’ e ‘Eragil’ apresentaram alta produção (30-40 kg/planta), peso de fruto (≥100g) e alto SS. As ameixeiras ‘Letícia’, ‘Fortune’ e ‘Reubennel’ apresentaram alta produção (>30 kg/planta) e alto SS. A cv. Fortune exibiu frutos grandes (108g). Pessegueiros ‘Granada’ e ‘Pepita’ e ameixeira ‘América’, embora produtivos, mostraram-se precoces, suscetíveis a perdas de produção por geadas tardias. Pereiras ‘Rocha’ e ‘Packham’s’, enxertadas sobre marmeleiro, e Kiefer, enxertada sobre Pyrus calleryana apresentaram alta produtividade e frutos sensorialmente doces (alto SS e baixa AT). Quivizeiros ‘Golden King’, ‘Yellow Queen’ e ‘MG06’ apresentaram alta produção (30-35 kg/planta) e ‘Elmwood’, além de produtiva, alto peso de fruto (105 g). A caracterização agronômica de cultivares de espécies frutíferas permite indicar aos produtores materiais melhor adaptados e produtivos às condições edafoclimáticas da Serra Gaúcha.

Purpose: to study the effectiveness of photodynamic therapy in combination with diathermoelectroconization in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer.Materials and methods. The study included 108 patients aged 33.13 ± 1.18 years. Human papillomavirus was detected in all patients. The study group consisted of 62 patients with cervical diseases. The fi rst subgroup included 28 patients with moderate to severe cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and pT1AN0M0 cervical cancer who underwent diathermoelectroconization and photodynamic therapy. The second subgroup included 34 patients with severe cervical intraepithelial neoplasia who underwent only cervical diathermoelectroconization. The control group included 46 patients with unchanged cervix. To carry out fl uorescent diagnostics and photodynamic therapy, the patients of the fi rst subgroup were intravenously injected with a solution of photosensitizer “Fotoditazin” (“Vetagrand”, Russia) at a dose of 0.8–1.2 mg/kg. Three hours later, using the AFS device (“Polironik”, Russia), fl uorescent diagnostics was performed followed by photodynamic therapy with an ALHT-ELOMED laser (“Elomed”, Russia) in continuous mode. The wavelength was 662 nm, the output power – 3 W, the radiation dose – 200–300 J/cm2 for the cervix and 100–125 J/cm2 – for the cervical canal. All patients underwent complex antiviral therapy.Results. All patients after photodynamic therapy showed complete eradication of human papillomavirus and regression of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Morphological studies have shown that the effectiveness of combined treatment of moderate and severe cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, reaching 100 %, was higher than with the use of diathermoelectroconization alone (95 %). There were no recurrences of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer after combined treatment.Conclusion. Photodynamic therapy of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer is a highly effective method.

La asignación de pruebas académicas personalizadas, aparte de contribuir a la erradicación del fraude y el plagio, hacen posible una mejora del clima en el aula de clase. En este artículo se hace una revisión de algunas herramientas destinadas a generar múltiples cuestionarios, se describe el uso de la herramientas MUCH, y se explica en detalle el funcionamiento del aplicativo Polirand v0.14 elaborado con el fin de mejorar algunas de las limitaciones presentes en las otras soluciones exploradas.

The following article critically deals with Mihai Iovănel's Istoria literaturii române contemporane. 1990-2020 [The History of Contemporary Romanian Literature. 1990-2020] (Polirom, 2021) from three different, yet intertwined, perspectives, namely 1) the methodological turn, highlighted by an overt post-Marxist attempt at interpreting contemporary Romanian literature, 2) the question of what is - or if there is any - literariness in Istoria literaturii române contemporane. 1990-2020, 3) the issue of transcending normative aesthetics into post-aestheticism as a last resort or perhaps as a new dead-end. Finally, the ideological threshold that divides - or rather emphasis - local national literature as substantially distinct from global literature will be tentatively broached.

Résumé :

Jezična politika u Francuskoj u doba Revolucije (1789-1794) promatra se kroz analizu Gregoireovog upitnika, nekoliko dostupnih odgovora na upitnik i izvještaja koje su Konvenlu podnijeli Barčre i Grégoire te dekreta kojima su bili popraćeni ti izvještaji. Ta se politika najbolje ogleda u svom stavu prema dijalektima, regionalnim govorima i jezicima - nazvanih podrugljivo patois (»narječja«). Prepoznatljive su dvije bitno različite revolucionarne taktike u odnosu na »narječja« : prva, koja dozvoljava i potiče prijevode na »narječja« ( »sa slušalicama«) i druga, koja zastupa i dokretira »potpuno uništenje 'narječja’« ( »bez slušalicama«). IJ njoj se proklamira poliranje ne samo dijalekata francuskog i okcilanskog jezika nego i brctonskog, baskijskog, flamanskog, njemačkog i talijanskog jezika ria teritoriju Francuske Republike. U praktičnom pogledu. Revolucija ne donosi ništa bitno novo, jer su francuski kraljevi od 1539. god. provodili jezični unitarizam u sudstvu i administraciji, ali su tolerirali privatnu dvojezičnost. Međutim, ni prije ni poslije Revolucije nitko nije pokušao - barem ne tako otvoreno i samouvjereno - teorijski opravdali »uništenje narječja« i proglasiti ga ne samo državnim nego i civilizacijskim principom. Jakobinska dogma »jedinstvena i nepromjenjiva upotreba jezika slobode u jednoj i nedjeljivoj Republici« pretvorila se u revolucionarnoj praksi u deklariranu i sistematsku glotofagiju, čak i pokušaj genocida u Alzasu. Takva politika, na sreću, nije imala većih neposrednih negativnih posljedica zbog kratkog trajanja Revolucije, ali je bitno obilježila jezičnu politiku u Francuskoj sve do danas, osobito u doba Treće Republike.
