Résumé :

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kondisi arus kas aktivitas operasi dan tingkat likuiditas pada Kopdit Pintu Air Cabang Paga, serta untuk mengetahui arus kas operasi, cakupan kas terhadap hutang lancar dan total hutang berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap likuiditas pada Kopdit Pintu Air Cabang Paga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan didalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif dan metode uji statistik yaitu Analisa korelasi, koefisien determinasi, regresi linier berganda, dan Uji Hipotesis. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari Laporan Arus Kas Aktivitas Operasi dan Neraca pada Kopdit Pintu Air Cabang Paga. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan rasio arus kas menunjukkan kondisi keuangan yang kurang baik, karena dari keseluruhan rasio masih cenderung menurun dan memiliki nilai dibawah 1. Hasil penelitian yang telah diperoleh yaitu 1) Arus Kas Operasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Current Ratio, hal ini disebabkan karena hutang lancar yang dimiliki Kopdit Pintu Air Cabang Paga lebih besar dari jumlah arus kas aktivitas operasi. 2) Cakupan Kas Terhadap Hutang Lancar tidak berpengaruh terhadap Current Ratio, hal ini disebabkan karena hutang lancar yang dimiliki Kopdit Pintu Air Cabang Paga lebih besar dari jumlah arus kas aktivitas operasi ditambah dividen. 3) Total Hutang tidak berpengaruh terhadap Current Ratio, hal ini disebabkan karena total hutang yang dimiliki Kopdit Pintu Air Cabang Paga lebih besar dari jumlah arus kas aktivitas operasi.

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi karena belum adanya buku sumber tertulis tentang upacara balimau paga hal ini dikhawatirkan jika tidak ada buku sumber tertulis sebagai pedoman, maka upacara balimau paga ini akan hilang dengan bertambahnya budaya, adat yang akan masuk dan kurangnya pengalaman generasi muda tentang tradisi adat upacara balimau paga. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mendeskripsikan jenis makanan, peralatan yang digunakan untuk membawa dan menghidangkan serta mengungkapkan makna yang terkandung dalam makanan adat yang dihidangkan pada upacara balimau paga. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di Nagari Sungai Liku Kecamatan Ranah Pesisir Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan pada bulan Oktober 2023. Sumber data penelitian diperoleh dari informan yaitu datuak, pemuka adat atau kerapatan adat (KAN), bundo kanduang, dan masyarakat. Teknik pengambilan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jenis makanan pada upacara balimau paga di Nagari Sungai Liku adalah jenis makanan yang berupa makanan pokok dan lauk pauk terdiri dari nasi putih, gulai ayam, gulai cubadak, gulai mani ikan, ikan goreng balado serta juadah yang disajikan terdiri dari onde-onde, galamai, pinyaram, dan lapek bugih dan juadah tambahan seperti kue bolu dan agar-agar berserta air putih sebagai minuman. Alat yang digunakan untuk membawa makanan yaitu dulang, tudung saji, dalamak, piring samba dan alat untuk menghidangkan makanan yang dibawa oleh bundo kanduang langsung diangkat dengan dulang beserta isinya sedangkan alat untuk menghidang yaitu talam, piring samba, cambuang nasi, piring kecil. Makanan yang dibuat pada upacara balimau paga memiliki makna yang mengandung pesan-pesan berguna bagi seluruh masyarakat.

Con la sentenza n. 4 del 22/10/2019, il Consiglio di Stato si è pronunciato sull’ammissibilità di un ordine di bonifica di siti inquinati ai sensi dell’articolo 244 del codice dell’ambiente a carico di una società non direttamente responsabile dell’inquinamento ma subentrata a quella responsabile per effetto di fusione per incorporazione. La risoluzione della questione passa per la qualificazione giuridica della condotta di inquinamento ambientale antecedentemente alla introduzione della bonifica dei siti inquinati. Occorre analizzare i rapporti tra questa condotta e l’istituto della bonifica, normativamente successivo, e dare risposta ai quesiti, per un verso, se sia possibile ordinare la bonifica per fatti risalenti ad epoca antecedente alla introduzione di quest’ultima a livello legislativo, per l’altro, e in caso di risposta positiva, se sia possibile farlo in un contesto di operazioni societarie straordinarie, quale è la fusione, che hanno portato la società responsabile a non essere più direttamente imputabile per il fatto dannoso. Pertanto, serve fare chiarezza sulla trasmissibilità degli obblighi e delle responsabilità conseguenti alla commissione di un illecito per effetto di operazioni societarie straordinarie. Nella disamina delle questioni giuridiche esposte, l’elaborato si sofferma sulla prevenzione e riparazione del danno ambientale e sulla analisi del regime di imputazione della responsabilità connessa.

Masyarakat matrilineal Minangkabau adalah komunitas Muslim yang unik di Sumatera Barat. Islam yang kebanyakannya mengusung ide patrilineal bertemu/berhadapan dengan adat Minang yang mengusung ide matrilineal. Pada awal abad ke-19, para peneliti telah memprediksi bahwa komunitas masyarakat matrilineal Minangkabau akan mengalami perubahan mendasar dan bahkan ada yang mengatakan punah seiring perkembangan zaman. Setelah hampir satu abad berlalu, masyarakat matrilineal Minangkabau, meskipun mengalami perubahan dan pergeseran tetapi komunitas itu masih tetap ada di tengah masyarakat dalam tradisi-tradisi matriarkhal yang hidup dan terus berkembang seperti tradisi rompak paga di Luhak Lima Puluh Kota. Dalam tradisi ini, setiap laki-laki dari luar nagari atau luhak yang ingin menikahi perempuan di Luhak Lima Puluh Kota harus membayar sejumlah uang, emas atau benda berharga lain kepada ninik mamak perempuan atas nama adat. Pada satu sisi, adat rompak paga dilaksanakan untuk memelihara eksistensi kuasa/ kewenangan mamak terhadap kemenakan perempuannya di samping mengukuhkan identitas lelaki pendatang di dalam keluarga besar calon isterinya. Pada sisi lain, ‘urf memandang rompak paga itu sebagai tradisi yang hidup dan tidak menyalahi ketentuan syari’at, logis, telah berlangsung sangat lama dan terus-menerus, serta dipraktekkan oleh umumnya masyarakat Luhak Lima Puluh Kota.(The people of matriliny Minangkabau is an unique Muslim community in West Sumatera. Islam carrying the idea of patriliny is facing with Minangkabau custom carrying the idea of matriliny. In the earlier of 19 century, many researchers have predicted that the community of matriliny Minangkabau would be basically changed and even being extinct pass through the new era. More than ten decades passed away, the community of matriliny Minangkabau, although had been changing in several way but still going forward and keeping the traditions of matriarchal which are living and growing such as tradition of rompak paga in Luhak Lima Puluh Kota. In the tradition, every man who comes from out of the nagari or Luhak Lima Puluh Kota and wants to marry a woman in the Luhak has to pay some money, gold or other property to ninik mamak (leader of the clan) of the woman in the name of adat (custom). The tradition of rompak paga is applying to keep the existence of ninik mamak authority to his nieces, beside to strengthen the identity of outsider to the big family of the bride. Résumé :

Este estudo objetiva descrever o perfil e atuação de coordenadores municipais das ações de alimentação e nutrição da Atenção Primária à Saúde. Trata-se de um estudo transversal, com participação de 74 gestores do estado da Paraíba, Brasil. Foram coletadas informações sobre características demográficas, trabalhistas e formativas; conhecimento e utilização de documentos técnicos da área; ações desenvolvidas e satisfação com o trabalho. Do total, 19 coordenadores eram formados em Nutrição, 13 eram homens e 46 tinham vínculo sem ser por concurso público. Nutricionistas foram mais habilitados para trabalhar questões de nutrição em saúde pública durante a graduação. Vários documentos técnicos da área foram referidos como não conhecidos e não utilizados; em alguns deles, nutricionistas apresentaram melhor situação, o que foi similar para o desenvolvimento de algumas ações. Além da importância do nutricionista, os achados destacam problemas de estrutura, profissionais com capacitação deficiente, falta de articulação (intersetorial e entre os níveis municipais e locais), remuneração insuficiente e mecanismos de gestão inapropriados. Conclui-se que os coordenadores carecem de vínculo, formação, conhecimento e desempenho adequado para a gestão da área de nutrição na Atenção Primária à Saúde.

Parik paga sebagai lembaga yang menjaga ketertiban dan keamanan yang kurang berjalan merupakan alasan utama dalam penelitian ini, dalam pelaksanaanya masih ada kekurangan-kerungan jika dilihat dari data yang ada. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengekspolrasi pelaksanaan peran parik paga dalam menjaga ketertiban dan keamanan, hambatan-hamabatan hingga upaya mengatasi hambatan-hambatan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan informan walinagari, ketua parik paga, anggota parik paga, Datuak Penghulu, dan masyarakat yang dipilih secara purposive. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan observasi dan wawancara dengan menggunakan langkah – langkah pengolahan data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelaksanaan peran parik paga masih kurang optimal karena masih belum melakukan sosilisasi secara langsung kepada masyarakat, kualitas sumber daya manusiapun masih minim terlihat dari perekrutan anggota tidak melalui seleksi. Sedangkan hambatan parik paga tersebut yaitu anggaran dana tidak ada faslititas sarana dan prasarana masih kurang dan regulasi belum diatur. Mengatasi hal tersebut beberapa upaya yang dapat dilakukan oleh pemerintahan nagari dan parik paga hamabatan-hambatan tersebut terselesaikan adalah mensosialisasikan kepada masyarakat secara langsung parik paga tersebut, membuat regulasi-regulasi tentang anggaran dana, fasilitas sarana prasarana maupun regulasi yang belum diatur serta mengadakan pelatihan untuk parik paga.

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP PGRI 3 Paga dengan alasan rendahnya hasil belajar dalam proses pembelajaran matematika. Pembelajaran matematika bersifat transmitif artinya pengajaran menerapkan konsep-konsep secara langsung kepada siswa dan metode pembelajaran kurang bervariatif yaitu masih menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional yang menyebabkan siswa cepat bosan dengan pembelajaran matematika. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Agar pembelajaran matematika menjadi pembelajaran yang aktif, kreatif dan menyenangkan, maka dapat dilakukan melalui cara penerapan model pembelajaran matematika realistik yang lebih menekankan pada adanya aktivitas siswa dan interaksi antar siswa untuk saling memotivasi dan saling membantu dalam menguasai materi. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas VII A SMP PGRI 3 Paga. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, angket, pemberian tes hasil belajar, dan diskusi dengan guru mata pelajaran, dengan menggunakan analisis data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) penerapan pembelajaran matematika realistik siklus I meningkat menjadi 65,55% (kategori cukup) (2) pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 75,28% (kategori baik). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran matematika realistik dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII SMP PGRI 3 Paga pada materi operasi bilangan pecahan.

ABSTRACT Protective antigen (PA) is an important component of the edema and lethal toxins produced by Bacillus anthracis. PA is essential for binding the toxins to the target cell receptor and for facilitating translocation of the enzymatic toxin components, edema factor and lethal factor, across the target cell membrane. The structural gene for PA, pagA (previously known aspag), is located on the 182-kb virulence plasmid pXO1 at a locus distinct from the edema factor and lethal factor genes. Here we show that a 300-bp gene located downstream of pagA is cotranscribed with pagA and represses expression of the operon. We have designated this gene pagR (for protective antigen repressor). Two pagA mRNA transcripts were detected in cells producing PA: a short, 2.7-kb transcript corresponding to thepagA gene, and a longer, 4.2-kb transcript representing a bicistronic message derived from pagA and pagR. The 3′ end of the short transcript mapped adjacent to an inverted repeat sequence, suggesting that the sequence can act as a transcription terminator. Attenuation of termination at this site results in transcription of pagR. A pagR mutant exhibited increased steady-state levels of pagA mRNA, indicating that pagR negatively controls expression of the operon. Autogenous control of the operon may involve atxA, a trans-acting positive regulator of pagA. The steady-state level of atxA mRNA was also increased in thepagR mutant. The mutant phenotype was complemented by addition of pagR in trans on a multicopy plasmid.

Pemilihan jodoh secara tradisional diatur oleh adat istiadat suatu sukubangsa, jika terjadi pelanggaran maka adat mengatur sanksi secara adat. Secara tradisional masyarakat Minangkabau mengenal istilah perkawinan ideal yaitu perkawinan beda suku (exogami suku) dan dalam satu nagari (endogami nagari). Pada masyarakat Nagari Tarok adat mengatur warga masyarakatnya untuk mencari pasangan di luar suku (clan) dan di luar nagari. Jika dilanggar maka terdapat sanksi adat yang disebut dengan lompek paga. Menariknya pada saat sekarang ini semakin banyak yang memperoleh pasangan dari luar nagari, dan dilaksanakan adat lompek paga. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan fenomena lompek paga pada masyarakat Nagari Tarok, terutama terdapatnya perubahan dalam masyarakat mengenai pola ideal dalam pemilihan jodoh. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan teori strukturalisme oleh Claude Lévi-Strauss. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif tipe penelitian studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian di Nagari Padang Tarok, Kecamatan Baso, Kabupaten Agam. Teknik pemilihan informan dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah informan 18 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi partisipasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumen. Teknis analisis data dilakukan dengan model interaktif Miles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa struktur pemikiran masyarakat dalam pemilihan jodoh yaitu lebih mengutamakan pasangan yang seiman (Islam), memiliki pekerjaan, pendidikan, dan sikap karakter pasangan. Pasangan yang berada di luar suku tetap menjadi perhatian masyarakat karena dianggap masih seketurunan, namun jika berbeda datuk atau nagari maka dianggap sudah jauh hubungan garis keturunan.

The theme of the paper is the geographical characteristics of the Pag Island, whichbelongs to the Zadar region in South Croatia. (Dalmatia). The author gives carefulconsideration to its geographical position, extension and size, physiogeographical features(geology, geomorphology), speleological characteristics, climate, land and sea waters,vegetation, soils) and sociogeographic characteristics. Special attention is paid to the historicgeographical aspect of the development and population in three districts of the island (Pag, Povljana, Novalja). The characteristics of population structures are generally unfavourable. The final part of the paper includes the characteristics of economy and social superstructure. Sheep-breeding, tourism and local industry show the greatest deal of vitality. The author analyses perspectives and dilemmas concerning the development of the island under complex conditions of the administrative division between two counties.

Résumé :

This study aims to determine: (1) student activities in cooperative learning type STAD with the assistance of unloading rectangular material in class VII SMPK Alvarez Paga;(2) student learning outcomes on rectangular material in class VII SMPK Alvarez Paga through the application of the STAD type cooperative learning model assisted by the loading and unloading media. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is conducted in two cycles. Each cycle has four stages of activity, namely: planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, tests, and documentation. The subjects in this study were students of class VII SMPK Alvarez Paga with 18 students consisting of 8 boys and 10 girls. Data analysis using observational data analysis techniques and data analysis techniques learning outcomes. The results of this study indicate the cooperative learning model type STAD with the assistance of unloading learning media can increase learning activities and learning outcomes of class VII students of SMPK Alvarez Paga.

Résumé :

This paper represents qPCR validation results for the detection of Bacillus anthracis pagA pXO1 plasmid marker. The aim of the work was to transfer, implement and validate anthrax specific pagA qPCR assay for the detection of pagA, the genetic marker of the pXO1 plasmid of Bacillus anthracis. qPCR was conducted using the Applied Biosystems Fast 7500 Real-time PCR system including Applied Biosystem specific reagents (AmpliTaq Gold). Anthrax pXO1 pagA primers (pagA_forward, pagA_reverse) and TaqMan pagA probe. Data analysis and statistical calculations were performed using Microsoft Excel. The limit of detection (probit analysis) was calculated using the Statgraphics software. Robustness of qPCR was adjusted by optimization of amplification parameters (annealing temperature) and concentration of reaction components (MgCl2, primers, probe and Taq polymerase). In order to test the repeatability and precision of the qPCR assay after optimization, the variation within the experiment (Intra-assay variability) and between several independent experiments (Inter-assay variability) was evaluated. Probit analysis with serial dilutions of positive control with five replicates per dilution was carried out to define the 95% limit of detection (LOD). To determine if the CT value correlates with the amount of template DNA, the linearity of qPCR was analyzed. The standard curve was generated and the linear regression line and the coefficient of correlation (R2) were calculated. To define the ability to detect sequence of interest (sensitivity), we tested mixed panel of Bacillus anthracis DNAs. As the result, pagA marker could be detected in all tested strains . To find out the specificity of our assay, we also tested DNA of various strains of B. cereus, B. thuringiensis, B. mycoides, and B. globigii (potential cross-reacting organisms) as well as DNA samples of various pathogenic bacteria and viruses which cause similar clinical symptoms as anthrax (differential diagnosis relevant organisms).

Os dramaturgos Franca Rame e Dario Fo são conhecidos pelo uso do riso como instrumento de ridicularização dos poderosos e fortalecimento das classes menos favorecidas. De seu longo período em atividade, provavelmente o mais engajado é a década de 1970, época em que, entre outras, escreveram a peça Non si paga, non si paga (1974; 2000), recentemente traduzida para o audiovisual no Brasil, no filme Não vamos pagar nada, escrito por Renato Fagundes e dirigido por João Fonseca, lançado em outubro de 2020. Este trabalho pretende investigar de que forma essa tradução adapta a obra de Rame e Fo para o contexto político brasileiro da pandemia, além de “traduzir” um texto teatral para o cinema. Referências importantes para a nossa reflexão são Diniz, Edo, Rosenfeld e Zatlin, e sobre o teatro de Fo e Rame, Farrell.

ObjectivesTo identify long-term disease activity trajectories from childhood to adulthood by using the clinical Juvenile Arthritis Disease Activity Score (cJADAS10) in juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA). Second, to evaluate the contribution of the cJADAS10 components and explore characteristics associated with active disease at the 18-year follow-up.MethodsPatients with onset of JIA in 1997–2000 were followed for 18 years in the population-based Nordic JIA cohort. We used a discrete mixture model for longitudinal clustering of the cJADAS10 and its components. We assessed factors potentially associated with higher scores on the patient’s global assessment of well-being (PaGA) by hierarchical clustering and correlation analysis.ResultsFour disease activity trajectories were identified based on the cJADAS10 components among 427 patients. In trajectory-group 2, the PaGA and the physician’s global assessment of disease activity (PhGA) increased significantly during the course, but not the active joint count. The increase in the PaGA was significantly higher than the increases in the PhGA and the active joint count (p<0.0001). A similar pattern was found among all the patients with active disease in the total cohort. Patients with higher PaGA scores had unfavourable scores on several other patient-reported outcomes.ConclusionsWe have identified groups of patients based on long-term disease activity trajectories. In our study the PaGA was the most important driver of disease activity into adulthood assessed by cJADAS10. We need to better understand how our patients interpret global well-being and implement strategies to achieve inactive disease perceived both by the patient and the physician.

Abstract: Teaching Campus Batch 2 is one of Merdeka Campus' policies on the type of teaching activities in schools. This program invites students to contribute directly to the education of elementary and junior high school students in schools throughout Indonesia, especially in the 3 T areas (lagging, outermost, and leading). The Teaching Campus Program Batch 2, especially at the Paga Inpres Elementary School, has been going on for 5 months, from August to December 2021. The activities carried out are Knowledge Transfer, Technology Transfer and Administrative Affairs. The purpose of this research is to see the development of literacy and numeracy for elementary school students in Paga's Presidential Instruction, where there are various obstacles and challenges for us campus students teaching and for students in the process of improving literacy and numeracy development. The method used in this study is the method of habituation in the sense that students can develop literacy and numeracy in the elementary school. The final result in this study is that students can develop literacy and numeracy with activities that Campus Teaching students have done at Paga Inpres Elementary School.Keywords: Campus Teaching, Literacy, and Numeration Abstrak: Kampus Mengajar Angkatan 2 adalah salah satu kebijakan Kampus Merdeka pada jenis kegiatan Mengajar di sekolah. Adapun kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu Transfer Ilmu Pengetahuan, Transfer Teknologi dan Urusan Administrasi, Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengembangan literasi dan numerasi peserta didik sekolah dasar inpres Paga yang dimana terdapat berbagai hambatan dan tantangan tersendiri bagi kami mahasiswa kampus mengajar dan bagi peserta didik dalam proses meningkatkan pengembangan literasi dan numerasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode pembiasaan dalam arti peserta didik dapat mengembangkan literasi dan numerasi di SD tersebut. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah proses perencanaan SDM dalam menganalisis evaluasi beban kerja bidan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung kebutuhan tenaga bidan di Puskesmas Paga. Berdasarkan rancangan penelitian metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengamatan langsung dengan teknik Work sampling dan dianalisisdengan menggunakan metode Workload Indicator Staff Need (WISN) untuk menentukan kebutuhan tenaga bidan. Hasil pengamatan jumlah beban kerja tenaga bidan pada poli KIA 82,1%, Poli KB 82,5% dan Poli Mtbs 65,9%. Hasil analisis melalui metode Workload Indicator Staff Need (WISN) diperoleh tenaga bidan pada poli KIA 2 orang, Poli KB 2 orang dan Poli Mtbs 1 orang. Total kebutuhan tenaga bidan secara keseluruhan sudah optimal karena tenaga suka rela (TKS) juga dihitungkan maka rasio WISN = 1. Apabila TKS tidak dihitungkan maka rasio WISN = 0,33 artinya kekurangan tenaga bidan karena rasio lebih kecil dari 1.

Desa Mekkatta Selatan adalah salah satu desa dari 12 Desa/Kelurahan yang ada dalam wilayah Kecamatan Malunda Kabupaten Majene. Desa Mekkatta Selatan merupakan pemekaran dari Desa Mekkatta Kecamatan Malunda Kabupaten Majene pada tahun 2011, berawal dari keinginan masyarakat yang mengharapkan peningkatan kwalitas pelayanan public, mengingat pusat pemerintahan Desa induk (Mekkatta) jaraknya cukup jauh sekitar 4 km dari dusun, Paga,Malatewa, Tanisi dan Tanisi Selatan. Atas dasar itulah para tokoh masyarakat dusun Tanisi,Tanisi Selatan, Paga dan Malatewa melakukan rembuk merencanakan pemekaran wilayah atau berpisah dari Desa Mekkatta. Desa Mekkatta Selatan terletak pada dataran rendah dan memiliki karakter wilayah yang bukan rawah, tidak terletak pada kawasan gambut sehingga memungkinkan para warga Desa Mekkatta Selatan untuk membuka lahan dan bercocok tanam sebagai petani. Mayoritas penduduk desa Mekkatta Selatan bermata pencaharian sebagai petani dengan memanfaatkan tanaman pangan seperti padi sawah, ubi-ubian, Kacang Hijau, Kacang Tanah, Kacang Panjang, Jagung, dan talas. Kemudian hasil dari bercocok tanam tersebut dipergunakan warga Desa Mekkatta Selatan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari dengan digunakan sendiri untuk keluarga atau pun untuk dijual. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan membuat alat pupuk organic cair dan membuat pupuk organic cair (POC).

Com base em três casos etnográficos, a autora explora as discrepâncias, no contexto francês, entre paternidade e maternidade em seus aspectos legais e ideológicos, entre maternagem e paternagem em suas dimensões morais e afetivas, e entre diferentes aspectos dos cuidados relativos a crianças e pais idosos dependentes, abordando a questão de um ponto de vista triplo: da responsabilidade legal (quem deve pagar), das transações econômicas (quem dá e quem recebe assistência paga e não-paga) e dos sentimentos morais (sentido de vínculo natural, senso de dever, amor eletivo e sentimentos construídos no dia-a-dia). São empregados os conceitos de lares de cuidado e de linhas de sucessão para mostrar de que modo as dimensões econômicas e afetivas do parentesco estão interligadas. Por fim, a autora procura compreender por que as políticas sociais francesas criaram recentemente uma categoria de assalariado para filhas que cuidam dos pais idosos, sem que haja nenhuma categoria correspondente para mães que cuidam dos filhos.

El principio quien contamina paga fue introducido por la OCDE en 1972 como uno de los principios guías relacionados con los aspectos económicos de las políticas medioambientales. También se encuentra presente en el Tratado de la Comunidad Económica Europea y a nivel internacional se consagró en la Declaración de Río de Janeiro sobre Medio ambiente y desarrollo Sostenible, y –de forma más exhaustiva- en el Convenio sobre el derecho de los usos de los cursos de agua internacionales para fines distintos de la navegación de 21 de mayo de 1997. Pero la legislación europea medioambiental se encuentra en continuo addatamento, surgiendo interrogantes respecto de este principio que ameritan respuestas basadas en la revisión de las reglas a las que se ha sometido el medio ambiente y su interpretación según la jurisprudencia emanada del Tribunal de Luxemburgo. Así, el medio ambiente en el marco europeo es un ejemplo de transversalidad a la hora de su protección, encontrándose en un punto crítico coyuntural por su naturaleza global. Y las cosas se vuelven mucho más complicadas desde una perspectiva legal por las posibles interacciones entre el cambio climático con otros campos del derecho internacional. No obstante, el principio quien contamina paga ha sido el desencadenante de los primeros pasos hacia la creación de una teoría de la responsabilidad ambiental.

The concept of spatial identity is a direct result of spatial perception, spatial conscience and identification with space, or rather an individual experience of a collective affiliation to a certain area or place. It is usually a consequence of a variety of historical-geographical, economic, natural and other factors, features and trends. All these factors create a unique collective experience of space in population that inhabits it. Considering the diversity of natural-geographic features and the turbulence of historical-geographic events, it can be assumed that within the territory of the Republic of Croatia there is a basis of development of a heterogenous network of spatial identities which manifests as an interrelation of their individual levels.The paper studies and analyzes spatial identification of Pag Island population and the one of the Southern parts of the Velebit Littoral. Due to the fact that the researched area is administratively divided by county borders and, through history, was often a bordering area, the goal is to determin the degree of individual levels of itentity (local, regional, national, etc.).

The paper represents an analysis of geological, climatic, geomorphologic and morphometric characteristics of the central and southern parts of Pag Island. It identifies 21 categories of relief thoroughly studied and explained by using the methods of remote sensing. The predominant geomorphological processes and forms are indicated within the chosen 243 spatial units. An acquired dataset has been used to implement a generalization which provided the land use evaluation criteria for determining the favourability of certain areas for construction.

Los problemas para garantizar a las tropas de los presidios norteafricanos un abastecimiento periódico de alimentos y mercancías y el cobro puntual de su soldada surgen ya en los primeros tiempos de la conquista, en el reinado de los Reyes Católicos. En un intento de solución, la administración carolina estableció la firma de asientos con mercaderes y banqueros para la paga y abastecimiento de algunos presidios. En este artículo se analiza con mayor detalle el firmado en 1529 para Orán y Mazalquivir. Este contrato abarca tres ámbitos: el arrendamiento de las rentas de la Corona en el norte de África, la paga de las guarniciones y su abastecimiento.Las fuentes documentales, que son la base de este trabajo, proceden del Archivo General de Simancas. La legislación ambiental de Panamá en virtud del ejercicio de la responsabilidad objetiva pone en práctica el principio el que contamina paga que es su base fundamental. El sistema de responsabilidad objetiva de Panamá comprende la civil y admistrativa. Todas ellas constituyen un sistema de responsabilidad triple que permite la aplicación del principio el que contamina paga sin ser excluyentes una de la otra o no concurriendo todas ellas necesariamente en distintas jurisdicciones.</p>

Résumé :

This study aimed to describe the character values contained in Bangka Belitung’s folklore. This study was descriptive qualitative research. The data collection techniques used documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research was the Miles and Huberman method, namely data reduction analysis, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The data in this study were in the form of quotations that identify character values in the folklore book. The data source of this study was a story entitled Paga and Si Prnyumpit, which is contained in the Bangka Belitung folklore book by Sarman and Dwi Oktarina published by Azzagrafika in 2017. In this study, two Bangka Belitung folktales were analyzed, namely the story of Paga and Si Penyumpit. The results of the analysis in the Paga story are sentences that contain character values, namely 2 values of hard work character value, 1 value of social care character value, and 1 value of friendly character value. Furthermore, the story of Si Penyumpit contains sentences that contain character values, namely the character value of responsibility as much as 1 value, the value of social care character as much as 2 values, and the value of a peace-loving character as much as 1 value.

Teaching Campus Batch 2 is one of Merdeka Campus' policies on the type of teaching activities in schools. This program invites students to contribute directly to the education of elementary and junior high school students in schools throughout Indonesia, especially in the 3 T areas (lagging, outermost, and leading). The Teaching Campus Program Batch 2, especially at the Paga Inpres Elementary School, has been going on for 5 months, from August to December 2021. The activities carried out are Knowledge Transfer, Technology Transfer and Administrative Affairs. The method used in this study is the method of habituation in the sense that students can develop literacy and numeracy in the elementary school. The final result in this study is that students can develop literacy and numeracy with activities that Campus Teaching students have done at Paga Inpres Elementary School.

Résumé :

This research aims to study how semantic priming words can influence behavioral measures (RTs, accuracy), to develop an experimental paradigm to differentiate visual neglect and hemianopia. 69 experimental subjects were involved in four experiments. In each experiment target words were preceded by word primes semantically related, neutral or unrelated to the target. The four experiments differed in terms of: number of prime, prime duration and distance between pc monitor and subject. In general, related primes should improve facilitatory effect in target recognition more than unrelated primes, reducing RTs and increasing response accuracy. After repeated ANOVA analysis applied to each experiment and paired comparisons, it is possible to point out that single related primes, shown for 150 ms, greatly improve response behavior in terms of RTs reduction. For future applications to the clinical field, we assume that neglect patients should be facilitated in these specific experimental conditions, due to implicit contralesional prime processing. On the contrary, hemianopics should nowise be facilitated, due to visual field deficit.

Acoustic requirements for space habitats are stringent and involve a combination of noise sources minimization and public address and general alarm (PAGA) system validation. Simulation solutions are essential for demonstrating compliance requirement as early as possible and continuously throughout the development cycle of the spacecraft. Space habitats' sound field can be computationally challenging to predict in a deterministic manner for most of the audible spectrum as the volume can be important. For this application, an initial PAGA system design assessment was performed using Ray-Tracing, a geometric statistical method, which must be validated using a deterministic method. For validation purpose, the Boundary Element Method (BEM) was chosen for this application. Given the size of the structure and the desired frequency range, the BEM model was very large, containing over 250,000 wetted nodes, and a standard BEM solver required approximately 200GB of RAM. To limit computing hardware constraints, a newly implemented commercially available H-Matrix BEM solver was used. Pressure maps of a PAGA system simulation on a generic space habitat resulting from the Ray-Tracing and H-Matrix BEM solvers are compared to a standard BEM simulation. Results are compared both in terms of accuracy and computational performance, showing the advantages of using multiple simulation methods at various stages of the design.

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Mengengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting pada pembangunan ekonomi Masyarakat desa. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan observasi Desa Paga memiliki beberapa UMKM yang memiliki potensi cukup besar. UMKM tersebut diantaranya adalah Keripik Pisang Mr. Jack, Gatot dan Tiwul Vikasari, Produsen Alat Rumah Tangga Alumunium, dan Kopi Alpag. Pengembangan UMKM tersebut terkendala legalitas berupa Produk Industri Rumah Tangga (PIRT), Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) atau Izin Usaha Mikro Kecil (IUMK), dan branding produk. Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik (KKNT) Universitas Islam Raden Rahmat (UNIRA) Malang di Desa Pagak mengangkat program kerja bidang ekonomi dengan pendampingan keempat UMKM tersebut. Legalitas usaha bagi UMKM memberikan beberapa keuntungan diantaranya, pemasaran dapat dilakukan lebih luas karena produk dinilai memiliki kredibilitas serta dapat mengakses berbagai program pemerintah tentang pengadaan program dan jasa. Legalitas usaha tersebut juga merupakan syarat yang dipenuhi untuk memiliki BPOM dan Sertifikasi Halal.

Résumé :

Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar a disposição da população de pagar pela manutenção e conservação do Parque Nacional de Brasília - PNB, valorando os seus atributos ambientais e contribuindo para a melhoria e preservação da referida Unidade de Conservação. Para tanto, 385 questionários foram aplicados durante fevereiro, março e abril de 2014. A disposição a pagar e o perfil dos entrevistados foi analisado com uma regressão logística. A disposição de pagar estimada foi de R$ 9,31/mês, paga principalmente pelas pessoas que conhecem o PNB e com melhor situação econômica. Isso mostra que a população de interesse revelou um desejo significativo de contribuir para o parque.

Public spaces of protest in ancient cities, whether deliberately crafted or organically formed, can prove elusive, but the existence, appearance, and function of such spaces should not be ignored because of their relative invisibility. In Contested Space at the Entrance of the Athenian Acropolis, Jessica Paga looks to ancient Athens to demonstrate how such spaces were built and used, as well as their potential role in propagating the success of the world's first democracy. Concentrating on the archaeological record and the historical context surrounding the use and transformation of public spaces in Athens, Paga posits the entrance area to the Athenian Acropolis as a consciously elaborated site of dissent and unity for the burgeoning democratic polis in the late sixth and early fifth centuries BCE.
