Texte intégralThe work traces the story of some Jewish charities societies, operating in Rome and Turin between the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century through the archival documents unexplored. Attention was focused on the female role. The exclusion of women from community life enshrined in tradition did not prevent a gradual reduction of the traditional separation of roles during the phase of emancipation of religious minorities. The increase in poverty was also the engine of the initiative of the bourgeois women who were increasingly involved in philanthropic activities, therefore work dimension and charity activities were the privileged paths from which the female made its entry into the social dimension. The history of the institutions, reconstructed mainly through the Pinqasim, is part of a network system of charity that takes on particular significance in the phase following Jewish emancipation. The philanthropic model underlying the educational intervention incorporates the traditional concept of tzedakah, but also fulfills the crucial function of preserving the bond of cohesion between the internal members of the community. The history of the associations is a important starting point for understanding the economic and social situation of the Roman and Turin universities and its complex relations with the external reality.

Texte intégralLos sistemas de transporte público son utilizados diariamente por millones de personas, quienes además de pagar el valor de la tarifa deben hacer uso de su tiempo (acceso, espera y en vehículo) acrecentando aún más el costo percibido por el usuario. El diseño táctico de un servicio de transporte público es uno de los problemas que más atención ha recibido en la literatura. Sin embargo, la gran mayoría de los estudios considera solo periodos punta, dejando fuera aquellos menos demandados. Esto llama la atención considerando las menores frecuencias observadas por los usuarios en los periodos fuera de punta y con esto los mayores costos percibidos en términos de tiempo, que podrían justificar mayores frecuencias si son incorporados correctamente. En esta tesis se plantea un modelo microeconómico multiperiodo que considera costos de operadores y usuarios para determinar el valor óptimo de la frecuencia y el tamaño de vehículo que minimicen los costos totales de una linea de bus simple. El modelo se aplica en un escenario con demanda observada y tiempos de viaje estimados para el eje de Santa Rosa, Santiago de Chile. El objetivo es determinar escenarios que inciden en el uso de mayores frecuencias en periodos menos demandados y con esto determinar casos en los que se justifican tener frecuencias similares a la de los periodos punta. Para esto se crean distintos escenarios que permiten determinar el impacto que tiene el nivel de la demanda, la duración de los periodos, el nivel de congestión, entre otros elementos. Uno de los principales resultados es la respuesta diferente en frecuencia óptima que tienen mercados de baja y alta demanda ante cambios en la afluencia. Mientras en los primeros se observan frecuencias similares entre periodos punta y fuera de punta, en los segundos se justifican mayores disparidades de frecuencia para los mismos cambios en demanda. Esto se debe a los mayores beneficios en tiempo de espera que se observan al aumentar la frecuencia en mercados menos demandados. Por otra parte, se observa que periodos punta más largos tienden a justificar una mayor diferencia de frecuencia entre periodos, ya que mientras la frecuencia de los periodos fuera de punta se mantiene prácticamente constante, un aumento de demanda absoluta en los más demandados provoca un aumento de frecuencia debido al mayor peso relativo de dichas horas. Otro de los principales resultados de este estudio es la mayor diferencia de frecuencia que se observa en la medida que se reduce la congestión. Una medida que aumente la velocidad comercial de los buses tendrá mayor impacto en los periodos más demandados, debido a que es en éstos donde se observa congestión, y por tanto donde se aprecian los mayores aumentos de frecuencia óptima. Además, se analiza el impacto que tiene una estructura de costos rígidas en la tripulación, como también la utilización de intervalos regulares entre buses (en comparación a distribución poisson), determinando que el primer caso favorece frecuencias óptimas similares entre periodos.

Texte intégralIn October 1921, the Beato Angelico Higher School of Christian Art was born in Milan. Responsible for the initiative: Don Giuseppe Polvara, the architect Angelo Banfi, the painter Vanni Rossi, flanked by the sculptor Franco Lombardi, by the priests Adriano and Domenico Bernareggi, by the engineer Giovanni Dedè, by professor Giovanni Mamone and by the lawyer Carlo Antonio Vianello . There were nine pupils in the first school year, two of whom (the architects Don Giacomo Bettoli and Fortunato De Angeli) destined to remain in the School for many years as teachers: this also happened with the painter Ernesto Bergagna, who enrolled the following year. Starting from that event, the Italian context of sacred art was able to count on an element of indisputable novelty, destined within a few years to a rapid, widespread and stubborn affirmation in the Peninsula. The foundation of the Beato Angelico School put a stop to the age-old debate on the general decline of sacred art that had been staged for a long time in Italy as well as in major European countries. The formula conceived by Don Polvara put his personal, artistic and professional experiences into a system with the knowledge of the international context, some exemplary models and the comparison with groups and individual figures (artists, critics, men of the Church) animated by the common desire to contribute to the rebirth of sacred art. One hundred years after its birth - and seventy after the death of its founder - the Beato Angelico School (with the workshops of Architecture, Cesello, Embroidery, Painting and Restoration) still continues in the task of serving the Church through the creation of distinctive sacred furnishings and vestments. from a particular care of the artistic and liturgical aspect, object of repeated attestations of merit and acknowledgments in the ecclesiastical sphere. What is missing from the appeal so far is an organic attempt to reconstruct the historical events that marked the genesis and developments of this singular artistic and religious reality. The purpose of this thesis is therefore the return of a profile as detailed and reasoned as possible of the history of the Beato Angelico School, such as to bring this story back to the center of a historical situation and a complex cultural context, through an original work perspective conducted on thread of clarifications and rediscoveries. Given the "pioneering" nature of this research, the vastness of the materials and sources available and the consequent need to assign a recognizable chronological cut to the work, it was decided to limit the survey to the decades between 1921 and 1950, or between the foundation of Beato Angelico and the death of Giuseppe Polvara. As will be seen, the initial term is in a certain sense anticipated by the need to better outline the background and context from which the School originates (between the end of the 19th and the first decades of the 20th century). The year assumed at the end of the research, on the other hand, seemed an almost obligatory choice, coinciding with the first change in the direction of Beato Angelico as well as the desire to exclude from the discussion what started in the 1950s and 1960s, that is a new and different season in the field of sacred art (destined, among other things, to pass through the junction represented by the Second Vatican Council and by the action of St. Paul VI), which is however much investigated by historical-artistic studies. What made the drafting of this thesis possible is the fact that it relies, in large part, on unpublished archival materials or, at least, never examined before in a structured way. Access to the most historicized archive materials and their consultation (thanks to the availability shown by the direction of the Beato Angelico School) have decisively conditioned the discussion of the topics, the reconstruction of which, in some cases, is supported exclusively by documents found. The birth of the Beato Angelico School was not an isolated event in the panorama of European artistic production of the time nor an episode unrelated to what was being debated in the ecclesiastical world at the same time. The Polvara School was born in an era marked by great ecclesial ferment: think of the Ateliers d'Art Sacré founded by Maurice Denis and George Desvallières in Paris in 1919, only two years before the Milanese School, whose adherents - all lay people - they professed an intense and devoted religiosity. But, above all, the decisive and best known model by Polvara was the Beuron School (Beuroner Kunstschule), born in the homonymous German Benedictine abbey in the last quarter of the nineteenth century by father Desiderius Lenz and on whose example workshops specialized in the production of sacred art (furnishings and vestments for liturgical use) in many Benedictine communities in central Europe. Polvara's affinity with Benedictine spirituality is a key element of the School he founded: in fact, the (analogous) concept of "represented prayer" (orando labora) derived from the rule of the ora et labora. The very organization of the School, set up as in an ideal medieval workshop where teachers, apprentices and pupils collaborate and coexist, takes up the monastic lifestyle of the Benedictine monasteries. Precisely in order to preserve the character of the medieval workshop as much as possible, the number of students admitted to the School was never too high, so as to maintain an adequate and effective numerical ratio between disciples and masters. Again, from Beuron Fra Angelico drew the particular and unmistakable graphic form of the letter "e", recognizable in the numerous and long epigraphs present in many of his works. The last element in common between the Milanese and the German schools - but which can be attributed to the more general fascination for the medieval era - is the unity of purpose that must animate all the workers involved in creating a collective and anonymous work ad maiorem. Dei gloriam, where the contribution of the single author remains deliberately hidden in favor of the name of the School. What still differentiates the School from similar centers of production of sacred art is the fact that it rests its foundations on a religious congregation, the Beato Angelico Family, an idea long cultivated by Polvara and officially approved by the diocesan authority between the thirties and forties. From the common vocation to sacred artistic creation (the artist's "priestly mission") descend the practice of community life, the participation in the sacraments and the various daily moments of prayer by master priests, brothers and sisters artists, apprentices, pupils and pupils . The spiritual direction traced by the founder for his family still acts today as a guarantee of a strenuous fidelity in the continuity of a unique artistic and liturgical project, put into practice by a community of men and women linked together by the canonical vows of poverty, chastity. and obedience but above all from a common and higher intent. Precisely to ensure a prospect of survival and future development of his creature, Polvara always had a clear need to keep the training aspect (and therefore the teaching for students, adolescents and young people) united with that of production (due to the work of collaboration between teachers, apprentices and students). From an operational point of view, the artistic disciplines, practiced in the various laboratories in which the School is divided, contribute, without any exception and in the aforementioned anonymous and collective form, to create an organic and unitary artistic product, a "total work of art" which must respond to the address given by the master architect (Polvara himself), to whom devotion, respect and obedience are due. The architectural design is therefore assigned great importance and this means that the best representative works of the Beato Angelico School are those sacred buildings entirely made with the intervention of its laboratories for all or almost all the decorations, furnishings, furnishings and Milanese churches of S. Maria Beltrade, S. Vito al Giambellino, S. MM. Nabore and Felice, or the church of S. Eusebio in Agrate Brianza and the chapel of the religious institute of the daughters of S. Eusebio in Vercelli). As for the expressive languages used by the School (the so-called "style"), the preference for modern architectural rationalism is highlighted - a topic of stringent topicality, to which Polvara did not fail to give his personal theoretical and practical contribution - and that for Divisionism in painting, indebted to the ancient admiration for the work of Gaetano Previati. The interaction of these two forms gives rise to a recognizable language, modern and spiritual at the same time, verifiable in the buildings as in the individual works, the result of a profound sensitivity that combines the thoughtful recovery of some forms of the past (for example early Christian iconography reused in the decorative motifs of the vestments or in the shape of some artifacts, from the chalice to the tabernacle, to the chasuble-chasuble) with the impetus for a modern and functional style appropriate to the times but respectful of tradition.

Texte intégralIn this work a modification on ANFIS (Adaptive Network Based Fuzzy Inference System) structure is proposed to find a systematic method for nonlinear plants, with large operational range, identification and control, using linear local systems: models and controllers. This method is based on multiple model approach. This way, linear local models are obtained and then those models are combined by the proposed neurofuzzy structure. A metric that allows a satisfactory combination of those models is obtained after the structure training. It results on plant s global identification. A controller is projected for each local model. The global control is obtained by mixing local controllers signals. This is done by the modified ANFIS. The modification on ANFIS architecture allows the two neurofuzzy structures knowledge sharing. So the same metric obtained to combine models can be used to combine controllers. Two cases study are used to validate the new ANFIS structure. The knowledge sharing is evaluated in the second case study. It shows that just one modified ANFIS structure is necessary to combine linear models to identify, a nonlinear plant, and combine linear controllers to control this plant. The proposed method allows the usage of any identification and control techniques for local models and local controllers obtaining. It also reduces the complexity of ANFIS usage for identification and control. This work has prioritized simpler techniques for the identification and control systems to simplify the use of the method
Neste trabalho prop?e-se uma modifica??o na estrutura neurofuzzy ANFIS (Adaptive Network Based Fuzzy Inference System) para a obten??o de um m?todo sistem?tico para identifica??o e controle de plantas com ampla faixa de opera??o e n?o linearidade acentuada, a partir de t?cnicas lineares de identifica??o e controle. Este m?todo se baseia na metodologia de m?ltiplos modelos. Dessa forma, obt?m-se modelos lineares locais e esses s?o combinados pela estrutura neurofuzzy proposta. Uma m?trica que permite combinar adequadamente esses modelos ? obtida ap?s o treinamento dessa estrutura, resultando na identifica??o global da planta. Para cada um desses modelos ? projetado um controlador. O controle global ? obtido a partir da combina??o dos sinais dos controladores locais. Essa mistura ? feita pelo ANFIS modificado. A modifica??o na arquitetura do ANFIS permite o compartilhamento do conhecimento adquirido pelo treinamento da estrutura empregada na combina??o de modelos locais. Assim n?o se faz necess?rio o treinamento da estrutura empregada na mistura de controladores. Avaliaram-se as estruturas modificadas atrav?s de dois estudos de caso. Verificou-se que ? poss?vel treinar apenas um ANFIS, para a obten??o de uma m?trica que permita a combina??o adequada dos modelos lineares, v?lidos localmente, e essa estrutura, j? ajustada, pode ser aplicada na combina??o de controladores lineares, projetados para cada um dos modelos, resultando em um sistema de controle que satisfaz as especifica??es de desempenho previamente estabelecidas. O m?todo proposto possibilita a utiliza??o de quaisquer t?cnicas de identifica??o e controle para a obten??o dos modelos e controladores locais, e a redu??o da complexidade de utiliza??o do ANFIS para identifica??o e controle. His books on Ireland and Wales are unique examples of literacy talent and first-hand witness from the XIIth century Marches of Britain and Ireland. Similarly, Walter Map served at the court of Henry II and wrote the De Nugis Curialium at the end of the XIIth century. The De Nugis is a puzzling work in which one can find history, satire, and folktales. The thesis shows how under the courtly language of the works the authors tried to build and enforce their personal network in order to pursue their careers
La corte di Enrico II Plantageneto (re d’Inghilterra dal 1154 al 1189) è riconosciuta come un centro di innovazioni letterarie, fulcro dei cambiamenti in atto nel XII secolo: la nascita del romance, la cortesia, la raccolta di racconti del folklore celtico.Le due opere esaminate in questa tesi, il De Nugis Curialium di Walter Map e la Topographia Hibernica di Giraldo Cambrense, sono spesso prese a esempio per descrivere la particolare commistione di stili che caratterizzò la produzione culturale della corte plantageneta. L’opera di Walter Map è generalmente indicata come esemplare del sarcasmo dei cortigiani e come espressione dell’interesse sviluppatosi in Inghilterra per i racconti di matrice folklorica. L’opera di Giraldo Cambrense è studiata soprattutto perché testimone dell’incontro tra la civiltà sviluppatasi in seno alle università europee nel corso del XII secolo e quella tipica dell’Irlanda nel pieno del medioevo.Questa tesi rilegge entrambi i testi alla luce degli interessi particolari dei loro autori e ai loro tentativi di carriera. Si sostiene che questi testi furono usati dai loro autori nel tentativo di fare carriera all’interno della gerarchia ecclesiastica del regno anglonormanno. Piuttosto che valutare tali opere per il loro valore letterario, si mostra come siano, da contestualizzare all’interno della complicata e mutevole lotta tra fazioni interna al regno anglo-normanno.Per tale contestualizzazione, si è contato, dopo aver analizzato le tematiche della frontiera, della regalità e del mondo religioso così come sono presentate dagli autori, sulla presenza nei testi di riferimenti precisi a uomini di cui è stato possibile ricostruire interessi e partigianerie. La relazione tra il modo in cui i temi erano presentati, i personaggi contemporanei citati e le esperienze degli autori ha permesso di ricostruire quale fosse l’uso pratico delle opere di Walter Map e Giraldo Cambrense – garantirsi un seggio episcopale – e come i due cercarono di raggiungerlo. La scrittura cortese praticata nel XII secolo inglese adattava le tematiche in voga e i riferimenti condivisi dai suoi lettori a seconda degli obiettivi degli autori e dei destinatari. I destinatari, piuttosto che il re, sono stati identificati in quanti avevano la possibilità, il potere, di incidere nelle carriere degli autori. Il De Nugis Curialium e la Topographia Hibernica risultano essere stati un mezzo per gli autori, opere usate per presentarsi e identificarsi con specifiche fazioni politiche, più simili a dei curriculum vitae che a dei romanzi o enciclopedie

This study proposes the development of an environment for optimization of the operations of electrical distribution systems. The environment is proposed for the modern electrical distribution networks considering the possibility of inclusion of distributed generation and mesh topology. The environment is divided into three modules. The first module consists of standardizing the input and organization data of the network in memory using techniques of object-oriented software engineering. This approach simplifies the processes of nodal analysis of the circuits, improves the performance of the solution and allows reusing the objects and operations in other implementations. The second module is responsible for analyzing and represents network characteristics: topology, load model and distributed generation points. The third consists of the BFS, FW and OCF methods to perform the current flow calculation and allows the user to choose the desired algorithm, being able to present the currents and voltages in each iteration. The choice of different methods in the optimization environment allows the use of the most adherent method to the different network topologies, the types of load, the flexibility in the use of capacity constraints of the elements of the network and the inclusion of generation limits and voltage limits. In order to verify the adhesion and the efficiency of the environment, simulations were carried out on balanced three-phase circuits of primary distribution of 11, 33 and 400 buses with different load models, radial or mesh topology, with and without distributed generation.
Esta pesquisa prop?e-se ao desenvolvimento de um ambiente para otimiza??o da opera??o de sistemas de distribui??o de energia. O ambiente ? aderente ?s modernas redes de distribui??o de energia por considerar a possibilidade de inclus?o de gera??o distribu?da e topologia em malha. O ambiente est? dividido em tr?s m?dulos. O primeiro m?dulo consiste na padroniza??o dos dados de entrada e organiza??o da rede em mem?ria no formato de grafo utilizando t?cnicas de engenharia de software orientada a objetos. Este enfoque simplifica os processos de an?lises nodais dos circuitos, melhora o desempenho da solu??o e permite reaproveitar os objetos e opera??es em outras implementa??es. O segundo m?dulo ? respons?vel pela an?lise e representa??o das caracter?sticas da rede: topologia, modelo de cargas e pontos de gera??o distribu?da. O terceiro consiste dos m?todos BFS, FW e OCF para a execu??o do c?lculo do fluxo de corrente e d? a op??o ao usu?rio de escolha do enfoque desejado, podendo apresentar as correntes e tens?es em cada itera??o. Texte intégralThis paper investigates the cognitive processes that operate in understanding narratives in this case, the novel Macuna?ma, by M?rio de Andrade. Our work belongs to the field of Embodied-based Cognitive Linguistics and, due to its interdisciplinary nature, it dialogues with theoretical and methodological frameworks of Psycholinguistics, Cognitive Psychology and Neurosciences. Therefore, we adopt an exploratory research design, recall and cloze tests, adapted, with postgraduation students, all native speakers of Brazilian Portuguese. The choice of Macuna?ma as the novel and initial motivation for this proposal is due to the fact it is a fantastic narrative, which consists of events, circumstances and characters that are clearly distant types from what is experienced in everyday life. Thus, the novel provides adequate data to investigate the configuration of meaning, within an understanding-based model. We, therefore, seek, to answer questions that are still, generally, scarcely explored in the field of Cognitive Linguistics, such as to what extent is the activation of mental models (schemas and frames) related to the process of understanding narratives? How are we able to build sense even when words or phrases are not part of our linguistic repertoire? Why do we get emotionally involved when reading a text, even though it is fiction? To answer them, we assume the theoretical stance that meaning is not in the text, it is constructed through language, conceived as a result of the integration between the biological (which results in creating abstract imagery schemes) and the sociocultural (resulting in creating frames) apparatus. In this sense, perception, cognitive processing, reception and transmission of the information described are directly related to how language comprehension occurs. We believe that the results found in our study may contribute to the cognitive studies of language and to the development of language learning and teaching methodologies
Este trabalho investiga os processos cognitivos que operam na compreens?o de narrativas, a partir do romance Macuna?ma, de M?rio de Andrade. Insere-se no campo da Lingu?stica Cognitiva de base Corporificada e, devido ? sua natureza interdisciplinar, dialoga com alguns referenciais te?ricos e metodol?gicos da Psicolingu?stica, da Psicologia Cognitiva e das Neuroci?ncias. Nesse sentido, adotamos a pesquisa do tipo explorat?ria, realizando testes do tipo recall e cloze, adaptados, com estudantes de n?vel superior, todos falantes nativos. A escolha do romance Macuna?ma como motiva??o inicial da proposta deu-se por se tratar de uma narrativa fant?stica, cuja principal caracter?stica est? no fato de o romance apresentar eventos, circunst?ncias e personagens que, de forma n?tida, se distanciam dos tipos experienciados no cotidiano, o que constitui dados adequados a uma an?lise que pretende investigar a configura??o do sentido, num modelo baseado-em-compreens?o. Buscamos, assim, responder a quest?es que ainda s?o, de maneira geral, pouco exploradas no campo da Lingu?stica Cognitiva, tais como: em que medida o acionamento de modelos mentais (Esquemas e Frames) est? relacionado ao processo de compreens?o de narrativas? Como constru?mos o sentido, mesmo diante de termos ou express?es que n?o integram o nosso repert?rio lingu?stico? Por que nos envolvemos emocionalmente durante a leitura de um determinado texto, mesmo sabendo que se trata de obra de fic??o? Para respond?-las, partimos do pressuposto te?rico de que o significado n?o est? no texto, ele ? constru?do por meio da linguagem, concebida como resultado da integra??o entre o aparato biol?gico (que resulta na cria??o de Esquemas Imag?ticos abstratos) e sociocultural (resultando na cria??o de frames). Nesse sentido, a percep??o, o processamento cognitivo, a recep??o e a retransmiss?o das informa??es descritas est?o diretamente relacionadas ao modo como ocorre a compreens?o da linguagem. Acreditamos que os resultados encontrados em nossa pesquisa possam contribuir para os estudos cognitivos da linguagem e para o desenvolvimento de metodologia de ensino-aprendizagem de l?nguas

Objetivou-se analisar a validade te?rica de instrumento para a coleta de dados no pr? e p?soperat?rio de pessoas estomizadas intestinais ? luz do Modelo de Adapta??o de Roy. Estudo metodol?gico, quantitativo desenvolvido em duas etapas: constru??o da vers?o preliminar de um instrumento norteador de consulta de enfermagem fundamentado no Modelo de Adapta??o de Roy, com aplicabilidade para o pr? e p?s-operat?rio de estomia (1? etapa), submiss?o do instrumento para valida??o do seu conte?do aos especialistas (2? etapa). A amostra foi composta por 11 ju?zes selecionados a partir dos crit?rios de inclus?o: atuar na pr?tica cl?nica na ?rea de estomaterapia e/ou discentes a n?vel de mestrado e doutorado com conhecimento te?rico e de pesquisa sobre estomias intestinais e/ou Modelo de Adapta??o de Callista Roy e aceitar participar voluntariamente assinando o Termo de Consentimento Livre Esclarecido. Para embasar a constru??o e valida??o do instrumento foi utilizada a teoria da psicometria, a qual se baseia em tr?s polos: te?rico, experimental e anal?tico. Para fins de valida??o de conte?do, o presente estudo deteve-se ao polo te?rico. A avalia??o dos itens do instrumento ocorreu a partir da classifica??o em n?o tenho sugest?es para esse item, tenho sugest?es para melhoria do item e o item deve ser retirado e a avalia??o geral de cada instrumento a partir de 10 requisitos. Ap?s a avalia??o foi realizada a valida??o de conte?do com aplica??o do ?ndice Kappa (K) e ?ndice de Validade de Conte?do (IVC), aceitando ?ndices superiores a 0,81 e 0,80, respectivamente. O projeto de pesquisa obteve parecer favor?vel do Comit? de ?tica em Pesquisa/UFRN (CAAE n? 65941517.8.0000.5537). Ap?s serem codificados e tabulados, os dados foram analisados por meio de estat?stica descritiva. Dos 11 ju?zes que avaliaram o instrumento, 100% eram do sexo feminino, com m?dia de idade de 34,4 (?9,1) anos, 88,9% possu?am mestrado acad?mico, 54,5% atuavam exclusivamente na assist?ncia e 36,4% disseram assistir e/ou pesquisar estomias devido oportunidade de emprego/necessidade institucional. Em rela??o ao Modelo, 100,0% dos ju?zes responderam que consideram importante que o enfermeiro conhe?a o processo adaptativo da pessoa estomizada, entretanto, apenas 72,7% tinham conhecimento. Na avalia??o geral do instrumento, obteve-se ?ndices de IVC e Kappa de 0,90 e 0,96, respectivamente, acima do considerado aceit?vel. A maioria dos itens avaliados obtiveram n?veis de avalia??o da validade de conte?do dentro do estabelecido (IVC ?0,80 e Kappa?0,81) sendo considerados adequados. Dez itens foram retirados, uma vez que n?o obtiveram n?vel de concord?ncia dentro dos ?ndices estabelecidos. Foi levado em considera??o tamb?m as sugest?es e justificativas individuais dos ju?zes para melhorar o item ou retira-lo. Algumas sugest?es foram dadas por apenas um juiz, sendo analisadas, acatadas ou rejeitadas em fun??o de sua pertin?ncia. Por fim, o instrumento foi reformulado baseando-se nos n?veis de concord?ncia entre os ju?zes e a vers?o final apresenta 126 itens, mostrando-se v?lidos quanto ao seu conte?do, permitindo sua aplica??o pr?tica, tanto pelos enfermeiros assistenciais como tamb?m pelos graduandos de enfermagem a fim de identificar necessidades adaptativas das pessoas estomizadas e subsidiar interven??es para promover a adapta??o.
The aim of this study was to analyze the theoretical validity of an instrument for the collection of data in the pre and postoperative period of intestinal stomates in the light of Roy's Adaptation Model. Methodological and quantitative study developed in two stages: construction of the preliminary version of a nursing consultation guideline based on the Roy Adaptation Model, with applicability for the pre and post-operative of the stommy (1st stage), submission of the instrument for validation of its content to the experts (2nd stage). The sample consisted of 11 judges selected from the inclusion criteria: acting in the clinical practice in the area of stomatherapy and/or students at master's and doctoral level with theoretical knowledge and research on intestinal stomies and/or Callista's Adaptation Model Roy and agree to participate voluntarily by signing the informed consent term. In order to base the construction and validation of the instrument, the theory of psychometry was used, which is based on three poles: theoretical, experimental and analytical. For purposes of content validation, the present study was applied to the theoretical pole. The evaluation of the items of the instrument occurred from the classification in I have no suggestions for this item, I have suggestions for improvement of the item and the item should be withdrawn and the overall evaluation of each instrument from 10 requirements. After the evaluation, the content validation was applied with Kappa Index (K) and Content Validity Index (IVC), accepting indexes above 0.81 and 0.80, respectively. The research project obtained a favorable opinion from the Research Ethics Committee/UFRN (CAAE n? 65941517.8.0000.5537). After being coded and tabulated, the data were analyzed by means of descriptive statistics. Of the 11 judges who evaluated the instrument, 100% were female, with a mean age of 34.4 (? 9.1) years, 88.9% had an academic master's degree, 54.5% were exclusively on care and 36, 4% said attending and/or researching ostomies due to job opportunity/institutional need. Regarding the Model, 100.0% of the judges answered that they consider it important that the nurse knows the adaptive process of the stomized person, however, only 72.7% were aware. In the general evaluation of the instrument, IVC and Kappa indexes of 0.90 and 0.96, respectively, were obtained, above that considered acceptable. Most of the evaluated items had levels of evaluation of the validity of content within the established (IVC ?0.80 and Kappa ?0.81) being considered adequate. Ten items were withdrawn, since they did not obtain level of agreement within the established indices. The judges' individual suggestions and justifications were also taken into account to improve the item or to withdraw it. Some suggestions were given by only one judge, being analyzed, accepted or rejected according to their pertinence. Finally, the instrument was reformulated based on the levels of concordance between the judges and the final version presents 126 items, proving valid as to its content, allowing its practical application, both by nursing assistants as well as by undergraduate nursing students to identify the adaptive needs of stommized people and to support interventions to promote adaptation.
