Suatu algoritma telah dibuat untuk mengidentifikasi objek berdasarkan nilai indikator kuantitatif . Sekumpulan nama objek yang terkait dengan nilai indikator tertentu disimpan sebagai acuan untuk mengidentifikasi objek yang indikatornya diinput ke komputer Algoritma akan memproses data indikator untuk menghasilkan keluaran objek terindidentifikasi. Nama nama objek disimpan berurut dan terkait dengan nilai indikatornya. Suatu analogi dengan tiktik dalam ruang berdimensi n dimanfaatkan dan ditempatkan dalam suatu system koordinat berdimensi n.Titik dianggap mewakili objek, dan komponennya pada sumbu koordinat mewakili inidkator. Setiap sumbu koordinat mewakili suatu jenis indikator. Titik dalam ruang dan komponen pada sumbu koordinat yang tersebar secara kontinyu ditransformasi menjadi menjadi bentuk dengan sumbu koordinat berbasis indeks array nilai indikator. Selanjutnya objek dianggap sebagai elemen dari suatu array berdimensi n, dan terkait dengan indek indeks array indikator. Objek akan diakses menggunakan indeks array yang merupakan bilangan penghitung siklus pembandingan indikator yang diinput dengan indikator acuan. Pengujian algoritma memberikan hasil sukses. Disimpulkan bahwa algoritma yang berlandaskan analogi titik dalam ruang berdimensi n dapat digunakan untuk merngidentifikasi objek , dan diakses melalui indeks array.An algorithm has been built for identifying object based on its quantitative indicators. A set of object’s name related to certain incators value si stored as standard for identifyaing objects that its indicators is entered to the computer. Algorithm will do processing of the indicator data aims to result an output of indetified object.Objects’s name are stored orderly and related to its indicators. An analogy to points in n-dimensional is utilized and placed in a n-dimensional coordinate system. The points are assumed to represent objects, and its components represents indicators. Each coornate axe represent one kind of indicator. The points in space and components those are distributed continuously, are transformed to form of array indeks based. Then objects are assumed as elements of n-dimensional array and related to array indeks of indicators. Objects are accessed using array index that stand as counter of comparation siklus of entered indicator to standard indicator. Terting of algorithm yield success result. It is cocluded that algorithm based on analogy to points in n- dimensional space ca be used for identifying object, and be accessed using array index

Abstract Retail State Sukuk (hereinafter “SR”) as a movable object based on statutory provisions and can be transferred actually fulfills the characteristics of being a fiduciary guarantee object. However, in its application, SR as a sharia investment product is still not used as an object of collateral in lending or financing, in contrast to bonds that have been accepted and used by banks as collateral. This study will discuss the characteristics of SR (especially the SR018T3 and SR018T5 series) in general and how the SR process can be accepted as an object of fiduciary guarantees. Statute and conceptual approach are applied in this legal research. The result shows that SR fulfills the characteristics of a fiduciary guarantee object because it can be transferred, guaranteed and traded in the secondary market. In order to make SR an object of fiduciary guarantee, it is necessary to pay attention to the tenor of SR. If the tenor is not considered, the SR value will be erased, because if the tenor has expired or the maturity date of the nominal value of the sukuk has been entered, it will be disbursed to the name registered as the owner of the sukuk on the Record Date. Abstrak Sukuk Negara Ritel (selanjutnya disebut SR) sebagai benda bergerak berdasarkan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan dapat dipindahtangankan sebenarnya memenuhi karakteristik sebagai objek jaminan fidusia. Namun dalam penerapannya SR sebagai produk investasi syariah masih belum digunakan sebagai objek jaminan dalam pemberian kredit ataupun pembiayaan, berbeda dengan obligasi yang sudah diterima dan digunakan bank sebagai jaminan. Penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai karakteristik SR (khususnya seri SR018T3 dan SR018T5) secara umum dan bagaimana proses SR dapat diterima menjadi objek jaminan fidusia. Pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual diterapkan dalam penelitian hukum ini. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu SR memenuhi karakteristik sebagai objek jaminan fidusia karena dapat dipindahtangankan, dijaminkan dan dijualbelikan di pasar sekunder. Untuk menjadikan SR sebagai objek jaminan fidusia perlu memperhatikan tenor SR tersebut. Jika tidak memperhatikan jangka waktu ini maka nilai SR akan hapus, sebab jika telah habis masa waktunya/ tenornya atau telah masuk tanggal jatuh tempo nilai nominal sukuk akan dicairkan kepada nama yang terdaftar sebagai pemilik sukuk pada Tanggal Pencatatan Kepemilikan. Kata Kunci: Sukuk, Sukuk Negara Ritel, Jaminan Fidusia.

Los oblitos son cuerpos extraños olvidados dentro de la cavidad después de una intervención quirúrgica; su incidencia es desconocida, ya que no se informan todos los casos debido a su implicancia legal. Su forma de presentación más frecuente es el abdomen agudo obstructivo y las fístulas enterocutáneas. Se presenta el caso clínico de una paciente de sexo femenino con antecentes de cesárea abdominal hace 30 años, que consultó por una formación palpable a nivel de hipogastrio; en la tomografía se evidenció una tumoración alargada, heterogénea, calcificada y con burbujas en su interior. Se realizó una laparotomía exploradora, se constató una formación duro-pétrea con múltiples adherencias al intestino delgado circundante. Se realizó la resección y anastomosis del intestino comprometido. La anatomía patológica informó: cuerpo extraño en la luz intestinal, y presencia de adherencias interasas, con fístula enteroentérica, lo que constituye un caso poco frecuente.

This paper presents a workflow capitalizing Google Earth’s High-resolution Imagery (GEHRI) to detect and monitor Artificial Waterway (AW) in a tropical peat forest. The workflow applies an Object-Based approach derived from concepts and techniques for indexing visual semantics in a ten-levels of visual structures. Three sequential stages are proposed as simplification of complex various object-based analysis. First stage, the ground characteristics of AW were summarized based on ground observations and local knowledge. Second stage, object-based semantics were predicted using the summarized characteristics and on-screen digitization was conducted. In the third stage, the data were transferred and analyzed using a GIS application. A case study was conducted in Sebubus Forest of West Kalimantan Province, Indonesia. Seven images of GEHRI were found for the study area. From the analysis, it was found that since 2009 until 2017, artificial waterways had entered deep into the peat forest area. There were 66 objects allegedly as artificial waterways reaching 166.5 km in length which from the pattern was thought to be a part of the farming of local people. This study concluded that improvement of conservation in peat forest management and detection model and monitoring by using simplified object basis approach. It is conducted to strengthen monitoring peatland in a participatory manner where high-skilled labor is not necessary. Keywords: Artificial Waterway, Tropical Peat, GEHRI, GEOBIA. Abstrak Penelitian ini menampilkan model pendeteksian dan monitoring perkembangan saluran air buatan di kawasan hutan gambut tropis dengan memanfaatkan citra satelit resolusi tinggi dari Google Earth (GEHRI). Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah analisis citra berbasis objek yang diilhami dari konsep dan teknik pengindeksan Visual Semantic berdasarkan sepuluh tingkat visual struktur. Dalam penelitian ini, tiga tahap proses dirumuskan sebagai penyederhanaan berbagai proses analisis berbasis objek yang biasanya sangat rumit. Tahap pertama, ikhtisar karakter objek dilapangan dengan metode observasi dan survey lapangan. Tahap kedua, identifikasi semantik objek dan digitalisasi pada tingkat citra, dan tahap yang ketiga adalah analisis menggunakan aplikasi GIS. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus yang dilakukan di kawasan Hutan Gambut Sebubus di Kabupaten Sambas, Kalimantan Barat, dan ditemukan tujuh citra dari GEHRI yang digunakan sebagai kawasan studi. Dari hasil analisis didapati bahwa sejak 2009 sampai dengan 2017, saluran air buatan telah masuk jauh kedalam kawasan hutan gambut. Terdapat 66 objek yang diduga kuat sebagai saluran air buatan dengan panjang mencapai 166,5 km, yang dari polanya diduga bagian dari pertanian masyarakat lokal. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa diperlukan perbaikan manajemen konservasi kawasan hutan gambut dan model deteksi dan monitoring dengan menggunakan pendekatan berbasis objek yang disederhanakan. Hal ini dilakukan untuk memperkuat monitoring kawasan gambut secara partisipatif, dimana tenaga dengan keahlian tinggi tidak terlalu diperlukan. The paper focuses on the ways Czech-language theatres in Czechoslovakia were dealingwith the obligatory presence of Soviet operetta titles in their repertoire, dating from about 1950to 1989. The reform of Czech musical theatre began right after World War II. In search of the right,nationalized form of operetta, Czech theatre organs soon understood that the example must bedrawn from the hegemonic Soviet culture. In the Soviet discourse, mainly Isaac Dunayevsky’soperettas were considered masterpieces, and Czech theatre politicians were soon paying theirattention to them. After some initial difficulties in obtaining material for the operettas, Dunayevsky’spieces entered Czech theatre and stayed on the repertoire to the beginning of the 1960s. Afterthe Warsaw Pact Invasion in 1968, Soviet operettas re-entered the theatres’ repertoire; however,their reception and staging circumstances were much more complicated. The paper focuses on themain tendencies in staging Dunayevsky’s operettas in Czechoslovakia, the political and culturalbackground of productions, and the various ways of presenting it in Czech society and culture. Thecultural and historical microprocesses analysed may then throw light on a wider range of historicaland cultural phenomena, including cultural transfers and relations between Czechoslovakia and theSoviet Union, the discrepancies between the official and unofficial discourse, as well as the role ofpopular musical theatre in a socialist society.

The article analyzes and clarifies that the systematization of labor legislation, like any other social activity, is characterized by the presence of its own object, the study of which will allow a more meaningful understanding of its essence, purpose and mechanism of operation. The article states that the object of knowledge can be all reality, but only to the extent that it has entered the scope of the subject. The concepts of «object» and «objective reality» are related, but not identical in meaning. The object is not the whole objective reality, but only that part of it which has already entered the practice of mankind and constitutes the circle of its cognitive interests. In the field of law, the object is understood as the purpose of the regulatory influence of law, activities and interests of legal entities. Analyzing the essence of the object of legal relations, it is determined that the issues related to the object of legal regulation are the most complex in the theory of legal relations. An object is a part of the objective reality with which the subject interacts. This understanding of the object can be applied to the field of law. The article analyzes the concept of «object» in both philosophical and legal sense, and concludes that the object of systematization of labor law - is what it is aimed at, to which the measures of this systematization. From the very concept of «systematization of labor law» it follows that the object of study is the specified area of national law. However, this approach to understanding the object of systematization is quite superficial, because, first, the concept of «legislation» has both broad and narrow interpretation; secondly, legislation is a form of law, so, thinking about the systematization of labor legislation, we can talk about both its external and internal regulation. In addition, revealing the essence and purpose of systematization, along with its object also distinguishes the subject. It is determined that the object of systematization of labor legislation is a set of regulations governing labor and closely related legal relations, is the object of systematization is a certain part of objective law and its sources, regardless of whether they are purely external streamlining or revision of the content of these sources; the law acts as a certain objectively existing fact, which is influenced by the subjects of systematization; in turn, the subject of systematization is the form and / or normative-legal content of certain specific normative-legal acts, in respect of which the corresponding forms and methods of systematization are applied.

The administrative code of the Republic of Moldova was approved by the Parliament on July 19, 2018 (entered into force on April 1, 2019). One year later, on July 3, 2019, by the Government Emergency Ordinance, no. 57/2019, the Administrative Code of Romania was approved, which entered into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette of Romania. However, the Administrative Codes of Romania and the Republic of Moldova, although with identical titles, have a different content or object of regulation and are different in their structure. The opinions on administrative codification set out in the Romanian and Moldovan literature are examined in this article. In particular, the issue of the content (object of regulation) of the Administrative Code and the Code of Administrative Procedure is investigated. The article also addresses issues such as the issue of Code priority, the issue of distinguishing between substantial administrative law and the law of administrative procedure. In the author’s opinion, in the administrative field, the object and perimeter of a code can be established starting from the determination of the difference between the material / substantial administrative law and the law of the administrative procedure

This paper aims to evaluate the accuracy performance of pre-trained Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) models, namely AlexNet and GoogLeNet accompanied by one custom CNN. AlexNet and GoogLeNet have been proven for their good capabilities as these network models had entered ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC) and produce relatively good results. The evaluation results in this research are based on the accuracy, loss and time taken of the training and validation processes. The dataset used is Caltech101 by California Institute of Technology (Caltech) that contains 101 object categories. The result reveals that custom CNN architecture produces 91.05% accuracy whereas AlexNet and GoogLeNet achieve similar accuracy which is 99.65%. GoogLeNet consistency arrives at an early training stage and provides minimum error function compared to the other two models.

<span lang="EN-US">This paper presents the implementation of a mobile robotic arm simulation whose task is to order different objects randomly distributed in a workspace. To develop this task, it is used a Faster R-CNN which is going to identify and locate the disordered elements, reaching 99% accuracy in validation tests and 100% in real-time tests, i.e. the robot was able to collect and locate all the objects to be ordered, taking into account that the virtual environment is controlled and the size of the input image obtained from the workspace to be entered to the network should be 700x525 px.</span>

Natural resource management has entered a new stage in 2018 in the People’s Republic of China (China) marked by the establishment of the Ministry of Natural Resources of China (MNRPRC). More functions and responsibilities are integrated in the MNRPRC to build a uniform management system for full natural resource features in China with the aim of implementing uniform spatial planning and regulation, management, use and control, surveying, and registration for full natural resources. This paper first provides a detailed analysis regarding full natural resources with the perspectives of spatial forms and rights, restrictions, and responsibilities (RRRs); then, the modelling foundation of the “uniform” concept in natural resource registration is reconsidered. Lastly, we put forward a basic conceptual model for the uniform registration of full natural resources based on LADM (Land Administration Domain Model).

The current competition is not only done by humans, but has entered into interference from technology, one of which is robotics technology. One of the competitions is the sumo robot competition, the purpose of making this sumo robot is to be able to move independently or autonomously and be able to detect enemies and push enemies out of the arena, so that the functionalities of the robot are similar to sumo wrestlers and after that can be included in the competition. This sumo robot uses an arduino nano microcontroller as the brain of the robot, five ultrasonic sensors and two proximity sensors, in technical terms the assembly begins with the design, assembly, programming and finally testing. Robot testing is done by testing the characteristics of the movement based on sensor input. The result is the robot will react if there is an object with a radius of 75 cm from the robot and the robot also reacts when the floor surface is light colored.

The article discusses approaches to determining the details of a document as an object of forensic research. In relation to modern requests for the practice of checking documents at checkpoints across the State Border of the Republic of Belarus, the author's version of the definition of the details of a document proving the identity of a citizen is formulated. For the purposes of the subsequent more accurate authentication of the document itself, the existing grounds for differentiating the details of documents are analyzed. New grounds for differentiation are proposed, among which it is proposed to include: obligatory details of the document; mechanism for displaying details in (on) documents; the material of the document in which the details are entered; the stage of document production (type of added protection), during which details are entered into it; characteristic object; additional protection of the document details itself; the subject that makes the details in the document. The relevance of the subject under consideration for establishing the authenticity of documents in the course of forensic technical examination of documents is substantiated.

Robots are essential for the rapid development of Industry 4.0. In order to truly achieve autonomous robot control in customizable production lines, robots need to be accurate enough and capable of recognizing the geometry and orientation of an arbitrarily shaped object. This paper presents a method of inline inspection with an industrial robot (IIIR) for mass-customization production lines. A 3D scanner was used to capture the geometry and orientation of the object to be inspected. As the object entered the working range of the robot, the end effector moved along with the object and the camera installed at the end effector performed the requested optical inspections. The detailed information about the developed methodology was introduced in this paper. The experiments showed there was a relative movement between the moving object and the following camera and the speed was around 0.34 mm per second (worst case was around 0.94 mm per second). For a camera of 60 frames per second, the relative moving speed between the object and the camera was around 6 micron (around 16 micron for the worst case), which was stable enough for most industrial production inspections.

Tahani Fuzzy Logic was chosen because the concept of Fuzzy logic is easy to understand, flexible, and because the Tahani logic method is a form of decision support where the main tool is functional with the main input criteria determined by the user/tourist. This system was implemented using web programming and MySQL database, where the variables to be considered are Type of Tour, Number of Facilities, Price of Tour Tickets, Number of Tourist Visitors, Travel Distance from City Center. The results of this study are a decision support system for tourism selection in Tegal using Fuzzy Tahani which can recommend tourist attractions in Tegal which are determined by tourists depending on tourist criteria based on the firestrength of the selected variables

Most existing image retrieval methods separately retrieve single images, such as a scene, content, or object, from a single database. However, for general purposes, target databases for image retrieval can include multiple subjects because it is not easy to predict which subject is entered. In this paper, we propose that image retrieval can be performed in practical applications by combining multiple databases. To deal with multi-subject image retrieval (MSIR), image embedding is generated through the fusion of scene- and object-level features, which are based on Detection Transformer (DETR) and a random patch generator with a deep-learning network, respectively. To utilize these feature vectors for image retrieval, two bags-of-visual-words (BoVWs) were used as feature embeddings because they are simply integrated with preservation of the characteristics of both features. A fusion strategy between the two BoVWs was proposed in three stages. Experiments were conducted to compare the proposed method with previous methods on conventional single-subject datasets and multi-subject datasets. The results validated that the proposed fused feature embeddings are effective for MSIR.

This paper presents a method for estimating the six Degrees of Freedom (6DoF) pose of texture-less objects from a monocular image by using edge information. The deep learning-based pose estimation method needs a large dataset containing pairs of an image and ground truth pose of objects. To alleviate the cost of collecting a dataset, we focus on the method using a dataset made by computer graphics (CG). This simulation-based method prepares a thousand images by rendering the computer-aided design (CAD) data of the object and trains a deep-learning model. As an inference stage, a monocular RGB image is entered into the model, and the object’s pose is estimated. The representative simulation-based method, Pose Interpreter Networks, uses silhouette images as the input, thereby enabling common feature (contour) extraction from RGB and CG images. However, estimating rotation parameters is less accurate. To overcome this problem, we propose a method to use edge information extracted from the object’s ridgelines for training the deep learning model. Since edge distribution changes largely according to the pose, the estimation of rotation parameters becomes more robust. Through an experiment with simulation data, we quantitatively proved the accuracy improvement compared to the previous method (error rate decreases at a certain condition are translation 22.9% and rotation: 43.4%). Moreover, through an experiment with physical data, we clarified the issues of this method and proposed an effective solution by fine-tuning (error rate decrease at a certain condition are translation 20.1% and rotation 57.7%).

The design of this tool can determine an object with a certain position in the form of an indicator that is displayed automatically. An object is a part of determining indicators that can be used as receiving media for the final boundary reflection. With this tool, you can accurately determine the distance to objects without using conventional measuring instruments. The method used is to design the equipment and then test the tool. This tool works when there is input in the form of a password code via the keypad, and if the code or password is entered correctly, the microcontroller will provide high input to the relay to activate this solenoid which is run with the Arduino IDE software so that the microcontroller can detect keypad input properly, the delay is applied to activate the solenoid, by using the proximity sensor we know the accurate limit is for this tool to be able to read the distance of the object provided that the closest distance to the object is 0.5 meters and the farthest is 2 meters with a response time interval of 0.07 seconds to 2.10 seconds, this equipment controlled by Arduino with a listing program that has been set to read objects at a certain distance, with a reading distance. the program listing uses a sound indicator as an output with a sound indicator at a distance of approximately 2 meters.

Work is devoted the development of web-appendix for the imitation design of municipal travelling motion on crossing. As on this time a transport system dissatisfies on 100% of demand through the moral ramshackleness and existence of many factors that influence on her, and that it is difficult constantly to take into account a man, an actual task is automation of process of design of transport streams by software development on the basis of modern web technologies. The classes of primary and necessary data are in-process analyzed, boolean variables, classes of necessary functions. The program is worked out in programming of JavaScript language, experimental calculations are done. In the total it is worked out web-appendix, that simplifies research of transport areas due to an imitation design, that allows to perfect monitoring of the travelling crossing and promote them carrying capacity. web-appendix has a simple intuitively-clear interface and does verification of correctness of the entered data, that allows to work with him to the people with minimum skills and without the special knowledge. Software was worked out adaptive, that allows to work with him from any device that has the set web-browser. Due to development of one main file in programming of JavaScript language, him it easily to integrate and use in the prepared decisions on different languages both in web-additions and in programmatic provided, for example in C# or C++. It allows to inculcate the use of programmatic means with the minimum charges of money and time. Due to application of the worked out system of imitation design of travelling motion on crossing efficiency of functioning of the managed crossing will considerably increase with a traffic-light type adjusting.

When the word “bestseller” entered post-Soviet Russia, it was invested with transformational power to remake postsocialist culture according to capitalist models of exchange. From its appearance in the early 1990s to its apotheosis as the name of a new literary prize in 2001, the bestseller demonstrated the active power of cultural categories. It built a data-gathering apparatus around itself, shifted the ways that authors, publishers, and audiences interacted with each other, and even generated new modes of collective creativity specific to capitalist markets for culture. Applying insights from actor-network theory and object-oriented ontology, this article focuses on the bestseller, decentering authors and other human agents. The bestseller is shown to be more than a mediator between market forces and other literary actors; it is an active force (a “real object,” in the terms of object-oriented ontology) that plays a central role in the postsocialist formation of “cultural capitalism,” or the system of cultural production and consumption based on market value, fungibility, and exchange.

Introduction. The current global demographic structure of the population shows a significant rate of aging in the world and in Ukraine. One of the modern means of properly meeting the nutritional needs of older people is the consumption (use) of products for enteral nutrition. Problem. The volume of the Ukrainian market of products for enteral nutrition is less than 0.5 % of the world, which requires expanding the range and volume of these products. The aim of the work is to study the physical and chemical properties of the developed in Ukraine gerodietetic product for enteral nutrition. Methods. The object of research is the developed gerodietetic dry soluble product for enteral nutrition. The control sample was a similar product Peptamen (TM Nestle, Switzerland). There were used the following methods: electron microscopy, drying, ashing, potentiometric, refractometric, pycnometric and others. Results. The microstructure of the dry product is determined by the low bulk density and the positive effect of small particle sizes on the solubility in the liquid. The low mass fraction of moisture (3.1 %) allows to ensure its proper storage and the high ash content (2.6 %) indicates its biological value. The peroxide value of the extract of the fatty component (2.5 mmol/kg ½ O) indicates a low amount of unsaturated fatty acids and the freshness of the product’s lipid composition. The product in liquid form, prepared in accordance with the developed recommenddations, is slightly acidic and close to neutral, which maintains the normal acid-base balance of the body and a positive effect on the activity of proteins and nucleic acids. The mass fraction of dry soluble substances (15.1 %) and the solubility index (0.20 cm3 of raw sludge) indicate the high solubility of the components of the product. The experimentally stablished density value (996.2 kg/m3) indicates compliance with the intended functions. Conclusions. The developed gerodietetic product for enteral nutrition is characterized by proper physicochemical properties. It was experimentally confirmed that this product has better solubility in dry form and homogenous consistency and digestibility in liquid state.

The distribution of the Cupsychus malabaricus breeding in Kuningan Regency is with a total of 30 breeders, the breeders are spread across 25 vilages and 13 districtsTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor penentu keberhasilan penangkaran burung Cuppsychus malabaricus ex-situ di penangkaran lokal Kuningan dan mengetahui sebaran tempat penangkaran di Kabupaten Kuningan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September sampai dengan bulan Desember, dan objek yang diamati adalah sepasang Cuppsychus malabaricus yang telah memasuki usia dewasa. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sensus pada setiap penakaran. Hasil penelitian ini diuji menggunakan software SPSS dengan metode regresi linier berganda dengan nilai keyakinan 95% sehingga dari ketujuh faktor yaitu umur jantan, umur betina, suhu, kelembaban, pakan, ukuran kandang, dan gangguan tidak berpengaruh terhadap faktor penetasan telur. Sebaran bibit Cuppsychus malabaricus di Kabupaten Kuningan berjumlah 30 orang, peternak tersebar di 25 desa dan 13 kecamatan.

AbstractThis article focuses on Structures 12 and 22 from Yaxchilan (Chiapas, Mexico), where the ancient Maya reset stone lintels from the sixth centurya.d.in eighth-century buildings. The resetting highlights attention to the preservation of the lintels as relics from the past. Valued for their antiquity and the histories they had accrued, particularly from contact with ancestors, they served as loci for communication with the past, with memory inhering in their materiality. This essay also explores the lintels’ physical contexts and how the Maya may have engaged with them. For example, the arrangement of the Structure 12 lintels would have guided circumambulation. Such movement was associated with sacred processions, and evidence suggests the building was reserved for ancestor veneration. Although only restricted groups could have entered the small structure to perform rites, these may have been integrated into extended ceremonial circuits in public spaces.This article connects with studies of the life histories of things, in which analysis is directed toward objects’ use, reuse, and modification. Examining how people interacted with sculptures over time offers insight into the people and the objects and provides glimpses into Late Classic Maya perception of sculptures and their material qualities.

The analytical method used to analyze problems in the ongoing system is the PIECES analysis method. The design is carried out using an object-oriented design method, namely, UML design. And the system testing stage uses the black box method. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of partial and simultaneously of external factors of the company specifically crude oil price, interest rate, inflation and exchange rate towards mining stock price. Object of this study are mining companies that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange and entered in LQ45 indices period of 2011- 2018. Method of analysis in this research is panel data regression analysis. With purposive sampling method, 13 companies obtained that will be the object of research.Based on research results, crude oil price, interest rate, inflation and exchange rate have simultaneously effect towards mining stock prices. The material object in this study is the poem “Abu Tamam in the book Al Muwazanah Baina Syiir Abu Tamam Wa Al Buhturi”. The formal object of this research is Michael Riffatere's semiotic theory. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results in this study through "heuristic reading, reading hermeneutics, matrices and hypograms on Abu Tamam's syiir entitled "Al-Dua li Al-Diyar Bi Al-Saqayaa Wa Al-Khosbu Wa Al-Nabaat", in the first stanza convey message about hope for rain. The second stanza describes the coming of spring after the rains that make the land fertile and then overgrown with shoots that will become fertile plants. The third stanza describes a deer playing with a deer. In the fourth stanza describes the condition of the rain that has passed and has entered another season.

La labor de la enfermera en el apoyo nutricional se basa en aplicar los conocimientos para mantener o restablecer el buen estado metabólico nutricional mediante una alimentación artificial útil aprovechando los avances tecnológicos, con especial énfasis en la vigilancia y los cuidados para la detección y prevención de complicaciones. Todo ello de manera conjunta con el equipo de salud, para mejorar la calidad de vida del paciente. El presente trabajo es el resultado de un proyecto que desarrollado en forma descriptiva tiene como objeto comparar lo que se prescribe y se administra en nutrición parenteral, enteral o mixta a los enfermos de la unidad de cuidados intensivos (UCI) del Hospital de San José en el período de octubre a diciembre de 2004. La población total de pacientes atendidos en la UCI con soporte nutricional ya sea enteral o parenteral en dicho lapso fue de 25. Luego de la aplicación de los criterios de inclusión y exclusión, la muestra disminuyó a 16, de los cuales 81% eran mujeres y 19% hombres. La nutrición enteral fue la más frecuente, administrada por lo menos a 10 de los 16 pacientes que conformaron la muestra (62.5%). El estudio reveló que tanto la enteral como la parenteral no siempre cumplen con los requerimientos necesarios para suplir las demandas metabólicas del paciente en estado crítico y por consiguiente se está nutriendo en forma inadecuada por defecto o exceso, sin tener en cuenta que puede ocasionar descompensación metabólica.

Object detection in remote sensing images (RSIs) requires the locating and classifying of objects of interest, which is a hot topic in RSI analysis research. With the development of deep learning (DL) technology, which has accelerated in recent years, numerous intelligent and efficient detection algorithms have been proposed. Meanwhile, the performance of remote sensing imaging hardware has also evolved significantly. The detection technology used with high-resolution RSIs has been pushed to unprecedented heights, making important contributions in practical applications such as urban detection, building planning, and disaster prediction. However, although some scholars have authored reviews on DL-based object detection systems, the leading DL-based object detection improvement strategies have never been summarized in detail. In this paper, we first briefly review the recent history of remote sensing object detection (RSOD) techniques, including traditional methods as well as DL-based methods. Then, we systematically summarize the procedures used in DL-based detection algorithms. Most importantly, starting from the problems of complex object features, complex background information, tedious sample annotation that will be faced by high-resolution RSI object detection, we introduce a taxonomy based on various detection methods, which focuses on summarizing and classifying the existing attention mechanisms, multi-scale feature fusion, super-resolution and other major improvement strategies. We also introduce recognized open-source remote sensing detection benchmarks and evaluation metrics. Finally, based on the current state of the technology, we conclude by discussing the challenges and potential trends in the field of RSOD in order to provide a reference for researchers who have just entered the field.

ABSTRACT Approximately 15% of overall Australian household water usage is in the laundry; hence, a significant reduction in household drinking water demand could be achieved if potable-quality water used for clothes washing is replaced with recycled water. To investigate the microbiological safety of using recycled water in washing machines, bacteriophages MS-2 and PRD-1, Escherichia coli, and Cryptosporidium parvum oocysts were used in a series of experiments to investigate the transfer efficiency of enteric microorganisms from washing machine water to objects including hands, environmental surfaces, air, and fabric swatches. By determining the transference efficiency, it is possible to estimate the numbers of microorganisms that the user will be exposed to if recycled water with various levels of residual microorganisms is used in washing machines. Results, expressed as transfer rates to a given surface area per object, showed that the mean transfer efficiency of E. coli, bacteriophages MS-2 and PRD-1, and C. parvum oocysts from seeded water to fabric swatches ranged from 0.001% to 0.090%. Greatest exposure to microorganisms occurred through direct contact of hands with seeded water and via hand contact with contaminated fabric swatches. No microorganisms were detected in the air samples during the washing machine spin cycle, and transfer rates of bacteriophages from water to environmental surfaces were 100-fold less than from water directly to hands. Findings from this study provide relevant information that can be used to refine regulations governing recycled water and to allay public concerns about the use of recycled water.

Introduction Large impaled object in the orbital region causes severe visual impact and requires specialized care within the shortest time possible. Objectives In this case report, we discussed the approach and management of a patient that presented with a penetrating orbitocranial injury, from management at the emergency unit, diagnostic imaging, referral to other subspecialty, surgical and medical intervention, and post-operative care. Discussion A 36-year old male had an impaled toilet brush on the supero-nasal aspect of the right orbit, with visual acuity of 6/60 and lacerated upper eyelid. The globe had minimal movement on all gazes, but pupil was reactive to light with no afferent defect. On plain cranial and orbital CT-scan, the foreign body entered the anterior and medial aspects of the right orbit penetrating the right superior orbital wall, right medial lamina papyracea, and the lateral and inferior border of the right frontal sinus with its distal tip at the intracranial region at the right frontal lobe compressing the medial rectus along its tract. Two hours after injury, patient underwent wound exploration, removal of foreign body, repair of eyelid laceration, right craniotomy, frontal contussectomy, duraplasty, and JP-drain insertion under general anesthesia. Intraoperatively, there was note of transected canaliculus and avulsed conjunctiva. The medial rectus was intact and attached. The frontal lobe was contused with embedded fragments of right posterior orbital bone with 3cm opening on the dura. Post-operatively, Fluconazole was added to the medications after culture results of the toilet brush tip tested positive for fungal elements. Patient was discharged after 21 days with visual acuity of 6/6 on both eyes and improved ocular movement. Conclusion These types of injury warrants thorough and systematic history taking and physical examination, acquiring pertinent imaging modalities to better visualize the extent of injury, and execute surgical and medical intervention that is multidisciplinary

Existing elevator systems lack the ability to display the number of people waiting on each floor and inside the elevator. This causes an inconvenience as users cannot tell if they should wait or seek alternatives, leading to unnecessary time wastage. In this work, we adopted edge computing by running the MobileNet–Single-Stage Object Detection (SSD) algorithm on edge devices to recognize the number of people inside an elevator and waiting on each floor. To ensure the accuracy of people counting, we fine-tuned the SSD parameters, such as the recognition frequency and confidence thresholds, and utilized the line of interest (LOI) counting strategy for people counting. In our experiment, we deployed four NVIDIA Jetson Nano boards in a four-floor building as edge devices to count people when they entered specific areas. The counting results, such as the number of people waiting on each floor and inside the elevator, were provided to users through a web app. Our experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method achieved an average accuracy of 85% for people counting. Furthermore, when comparing it to sending all images back to a remote server for people counting, the execution time required for edge computing was shorter, without compromising the accuracy significantly.

A young soldier named Johan was fascinated by Army captain Raymond Westerling who led a counter-insurgency operation against Indonesian guerrillas and a clean-up operation in South Sulawesi, but gradually Johan began to question himself more and more about war. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research that uses data collection techniques, observation, documentation. While the data analysis technique is the content analysis model, by reducing data, displaying data, verifying or drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the film The East has a hidden or visible moral message in every scan, both verbally and visually. Subject. This article examines the financial statements of companies in the focus of investment valuation as an effective mechanism for reducing risks in the context of global economic uncertainty. Objectives. The study aims to conduct an investment assessment of "young" companies that went public and entered the stock market after 2020 in the midst of the global pandemic. Methods. For the study, we used a systems approach, analysis, comprehensive investment assessment, and the table method. Results. The article presents the results of the investment evaluation of three companies that attracted the most interest among investors during the global pandemic, namely, Krafton Inc., Xpeng, and Airbnb Inc. Conclusions. Investment valuation of assets helps develop a competent investment strategy that can bring income in the future. In present-day developments, many investors pay more attention to some non-price indicators. However, if building a long-term investment strategy, one should rely on more objective indicators, for example, analysis of financial statements, ratio analysis, and investment evaluation.

Аbstract. Problem. Nowadays, GIS-technologies allow you to store various data stores. The existing state cadastral administration systems in Ukraine need to be linked. Today, cadastre systems are distinguished – state land cadastre, natural resource cadastre, real estate cadastre, urban planning cadastre, environmental cadastre, mineral cadastre, water cadastre. Goal. All these administration systems have their own databases, but do not have a common administration system. So in the state cadastre of natural resources there are objects of the natural reserve fund, their area, approximate location is listed, but there is no information in the state land cadastre about the location of such objects, there are no geodetic coordinates, these objects are not displayed on the public cadastral map of Ukraine. We investigated the Kuplevatsky natural reserve fund in the Barvenkovsky district of the Kharkiv region, which has been listed as an NRF object since 1992, but there is no information about this object in the state cadastral administration system. Methodology. Our research, after geodetic survey of the territory and computer processing of the results, obtained a digital cartographic image of the NRF object in the Digitals software package. Results. Afterthat, we entered into the information layers of the administration of the state land cadastre information about the NRF object and linked it with the ecological cadastral system.

This paper proposes a method for the semi-automatic generation of a dataset for deep neural networks to perform end-to-end object detection and classification from images, which is expected to be applied to domestic service robots. In the proposed method, the background image of the floor or furniture is first captured. Subsequently, objects are captured from various viewpoints. Then, the background image and the object images are composited by the system (software) to generate images of the virtual scenes expected to be encountered by the robot. At this point, the annotation files, which will be used as teaching signals by the deep neural network, are automatically generated, as the region and category of the object composited with the background image are known. This reduces the human workload for dataset generation. Experiment results showed that the proposed method reduced the time taken to generate a data unit from 167 s, when performed manually, to 0.58 s, i.e., by a factor of approximately 1/287. The dataset generated using the proposed method was used to train a deep neural network, which was then applied to a domestic service robot for evaluation. The robot was entered into the World Robot Challenge, in which, out of ten trials, it succeeded in touching the target object eight times and grasping it four times.

The utilization of open source-based services will be very useful, simplifying and accelerating the process of object recognition and complex computational processes, one of them uses the Teachable Machine service. Identification of student faces in real-time attendance is a case study that will be applied to students to recognize and identify accurately and clearly the presence of students during online / offline lectures, by applying Teachable Machine services that have good algorithms with a machine learning approach that utilizes the Tensorflow.js library where the training data testing uses Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). Of the objects identified, the average accuracy of all classes ranged from 91-100%, with the number of samples for each object class being 23 objects or more. Number of sample images in one class. Clothing, object background and lighting intensity around the image object are also very influential in determining the accuracy value of student face recognition later, so that the use of the tensorflow.js library that implements Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) will be very helpful in facial recognition and influencing factors so that the data entered later needs to be further corrected and improved again, so that the results obtained in implementing the online attendance system have been very helpful in detecting student faces with an average accuracy rate of 91.8%

Creditors and debtors have entered into numerous fiduciary guarantee agreements; creditors play a critical role in economic activity in general and in the guarantee in particular. Numerous cases have harmed creditors over time, but legal protection against creditors is still considered weak due to a lack of regulations strengthening creditors' ability to assert their rights. Then, the need for legal certainty in fiduciary agreements is addressed through normative juridical means, as the case of fiduciary agreements has encountered issues relating to the object of fiduciary assurances taken by the state in order to provide creditors with a strong basis for demanding legal protection of their rights. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the legal consequences of seizing fiduciary guarantee objects and to provide legal protection against creditors asserting their rights, as the Fiduciary Guarantee Law continues to have a weak regulatory foundation due to its imbalanced approach to the execution of fiduciary guarantees between creditors and debtors. As a result, socialization of the implementation of fiduciary guarantees and strict legal protection for creditors is expected.Keywords: guarantee, fiduciary, legal protection. AbstrakPerjanjian jaminan fidusia sudah banyak yang dilakukan oleh para kreditur dan debitur, kreditur mempunyai peran yang sangat penting bagi kegiatan ekonomi pada umumnya serta adanya penjaminan khususnya. Seiring berjalannya waktu banyak kasus yang merugikan pihak kreditur akan tetapi perlindungan hukum terhadap pihak kreditur hingga saat ini masih dianggap lemah sebab masih kurangnya peraturan yang menguatkan kreditur apabila ingin menuntut haknya. Maka perlu adanya kepastian hukum didalam perjanjian fidusia melalui yuridis normatif, sebab dalam perkembangannya kasus perjanjian fidusia memiliki permasalahan terkait dengan objek jaminan fidusia yang di rampas oleh negara, maka agar kreditur memiliki dasar yang kuat untuk menuntut haknya perlu perlindungan hukum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui akibat hukum dari adanya perampasan objek jaminan fidusia serta perlindungan hukum terhadap kreditur untuk menuntut haknya, sebab dalam Undang-undang Jaminan Fidusia masih memiliki dasar pengaturan yang lemah sebab tidak diimbangi ketegasan dalam pelaksanaan eksekusi jaminan fidusia antara kreditur dan debitur. Maka diharapkan perlu adanya sosialisasi terkait dengan pelaksanaan jaminan fidusia dan perlindungan hukum yang tegas bagi kreditur.Kata Kunci : Jaminan, fidusia, perlindungan hukum.

With the advent of intelligent era, the application of artificial intelligence has penetrated all walks of life in our daily lives and has gradually entered the scope of being understood by the public, such as AlphaGo, which is a human-machine game in Go. Meanwhile, with the increasing complexity of deep neural network algorithms, how to compress and optimize neural network models becomes the key to reducing model storage space and improving model deployment efficiency. This article will complete the INT8 quantization of the model for AlexNet and use the concept of batch normalization (BN) layer to prune the Yolov3 model. Finally, it is proved by experiments that the model quantization makes the image recognition time of the AlexNet about 1/3-1/4 of the original format; and pruning of Yolov3 will significantly reduce the storage space occupied by the model, moreover, make the speed doubled of embedded GPU real-time object detection. However, none of the three experiments reduces the model recognition accuracy. This paper proposes some essential concepts in the main body and applies them to model algorithms and experiments to provide theoretical support and proof for the field of deep learning model compression and optimization. Furthermore, it is possible to explore cutting-edge research directions like Sparse Convolution Net based on the research methods and experimental conclusions of the paper.

Peculiarities of the state registration of sanitary protection zones in the state land cadastre were studied. There are three types of state registration of sanitary protection zones in the state land cadastre. The first case: simultaneous state registration of the land parcel on which the regime-forming object is located and the sanitary protection zone around it. For this case, three features are systematized: if the right to a land parcel is issued for the first time and the sanitary protection zone has not yet been established around it; if there is a state act on the right of ownership or use of a land parcel, and the information about it is not registered in the state land cadastre; if, for certain reasons, division or unification of previously formed land parcels is carried out without changing their purpose. The second case: state registration is diluted in time. For this case, two types of specific features are systematized: the land management documentation for the land parcel with the regime-forming object located on it was developed and passed state registration and the data was entered into the automated system of the state land cadastre, while the data on the sanitary protection zone was not updated; data on the land parecel have already been entered in the state land cadastre, but the regime-forming object is not yet available. The third case: the need to update the data on the sanitary protection zone, while the data on the land parcel remain unchanged. The corresponding case should be the most common, taking into account the modern development of technologies and constant changes in the standards of environmental norms. Its relevance is determined by trends regarding the possibility of changes in the direction of the targeted use of the land plot and rapid adaptation of the company's profile to rapid changes in market conditions.
