Résumé :
Abstract: A computer network's principal role is to facilitate the transfer of digital information between computers. An interconnected network of computer equipment is all that constitutes a computer network. Distributing tasks among different machines is frequent in a computer network. Most networks confront substantial threats from attacks on their resources. This research focuses on computer networks. It is only through the establishment of a computer network that this is made possible at all. Nodes include things like computers, cell phones, servers, and other networking gear. Computer networks enable the Internet, as well as the shared use of application and storage servers, printers, and fax machines. Through the use of computer networks, many jobs can be completed. Systems can be classified as open or closed. If you want to connect to the network, the open system is ready to go. Closed systems, on the other hand, require further authentication to connect to other networks.

Résumé :
Modern communication networks for special purposes —communication networks designed for the needs of state authorities, the needs of the country's defense, state security and law enforcement - these are complex decentralized network structures that use the resources of public communication networks and commercial communication protocols. The management of such structures requires a transition to new management models, since hierarchical and distributed static network management systems, such as TMN and OSS/BSS, no longer fully meet the requirements for managing state and military networks. These systems provide only partial automation of decision-making in network management. They are still not ready for constant changes and are not able to adapt to them because of their rigidly static nature. Also, over time, control systems will encounter such a problem as the heterogeneity and mobility of a huge number of network devices in the - mobile control and managed devices, drones, wearable networks, etc. As a result of all of the above, it becomes necessary to search for new models and methods for building telecommunication management systems. From the point of view of managing such infrastructures, the transition to distributed cognitive management models, as well as models that take into account the volume and context of data generated by control systems in the process of their functioning, is gaining importance. In this paper, the authors considered the evolution of networks control models: starting with traditional approaches and moving on to modern models and methods for managing telecommunications of the future. In the course of the study, in addition to studying traditional approaches to telecommunication management, a cognitive model based on multi-agent self-organization was identified and the relevance of this approach to managing post-NGN networks was examined.

Résumé :
The modern development of multiservice communication networks (MÑN) is characterized by the desire of operators to provide users with an unlimited range of services with guaranteed quality of service (QoS). QoS is determined by the stability of the network’s functioning, that is, its ability to function without errors. The existing routing algorithms in modern networks focus the main load on the most productive sections, while the rest of the network is used quite poorly. This is confirmed by the results of studies [1,2], in which the structure of modern global communication networks is assigned to the class of small-world graphs. Obviously, that the increased connectivity of such networks determines high indicators of its stability, but at the same time, this route redundancy is poorly used by existing routing protocols to provide QoS when transmitting different traffic (triple-play: audio, video, and data) [3, 4]. There is also no work devoted to the analysis of the possibilities of sharing different routes (route parallelism) for the implementation of QoS enhancement mechanisms in the MÑN. This article discusses the technological concept of a network with route parallelism in communication networks built on the basis of the IP protocol family.

Résumé :
Modern corporate networks are a combination of internal and external communication channels. The issue of confiden-tiality in such networks is relevant. To reduce the risks associated with implementing new solutions in continuous cycle systems, it is necessary to analyze and evaluate their impact. For now, there is a large number of network protocols that can be used to create tunnels. Modern network equipment is a rather complex software and hardware system that supports many standards and protocols. Well-known network equipment manufacturer MikroTik has upgraded the RouterOS operating system to version 7, where the main change is the use of an updated Linux kernel version 5.6.3, which allows routers to use several different waysto establish secure connections. In modern research, the main attention is paid to encryption algorithms and tunneling protocols without taking into account the peculiarities of implementation. The aim of the article is to develop semi-natural modeling of networks that can be used in the educational process and production systems. The result of the simulation is quantitative indicators of the performance of network equipment and com-munication channels. The use of semi-natural modeling is necessary when itis not possible to describe the operation of some elements of the system mathematically. Real network equipment and long-distance communication channels of providers were used to model the corporate network. To make the results objective in the test scheme, MikroTik hAP ac2 equipment with a hardware encryption chip and RouterOS v.7.1 were installed on both ends. A 100 Mbps channel was used as the ISP at both ends. The standard Bandwith test tool built into RouterOS is used as a data generator. The study allowed to determine the features of the modern version of the operating system RouterOS. A feature of this version is the built-in implementation of the tunnel using the WireGuard protocol, which showed high performance. The model was also used to obtain quantitative indica-tors of the performance of tunnels with different protocols under the condition of encrypting the transmitted data. As can beseen from the results of the experiments, the impact of protocols and their implementations on the useful bandwidth is significant and can reduce it several times.

Résumé :
The question of assimilation networks for migrants is usually applied to international migration. In this study, however, I use the population registers for a neighborhood in early modern Kyoto to look for possible network connections in domestic migration. I found a yearly turnover of fourteen households moving in and out of the neighborhood. Household and group migration was more important than individual migration and there is some sign of primary–secondary migration flows. Service migration did not play a major role in the migration patterns of this neighborhood, but the textile industry was probably an important attraction. Evidence of networks appears in the use of shop names that reflect a connection with a province or some specific location. These shop names usually reflected the place of origin of the household and may have been an effective method of gaining network connections and the guarantors necessary for finding housing and employment.

Résumé :
Studies related to the growth of the transportation networks from the second half of the 20th century have constantly been focused on the topological complexity of motorized & public transportation network (internal geometry & dynamics, occupied space, and geographical settings), or the structural properties (complexity of network structure). However, those studies have failed to incorporate the concept of an integrated public-soft transportation network, and the human-oriented transportation system, and its structural elements: soft transportation network, accessible nodes called Transit-Oriented Developments (TODs), healthy neighborhoods and, most importantly, its attributes. Additionally, the relative location (urban geographical settings) haven't been conceptualized in their models. In this paper, the ontological frameworks of an integrated public-soft transportation network and human-oriented transportation system will be proposed. Secondly, the attributes of those networks will be determined by comparing the integrated public-soft transportation network in Finland (Helsinki) with ordinary one in Italy (Rome) through the human-oriented transportation system framework. Thirdly, the applicability of the concept of human-oriented transportation system in Bozcaada (Tenedos) Island will be discussed. Thus, a new conceptual model of the human oriented transportation system will be proposed.

Résumé :
Networks are increasingly central to modern science owing to their ability to conceptualize multiple interacting components of a complex system. As a specific example of this, understanding the implications of contact network structure for the transmission of infectious diseases remains a key issue in epidemiology. Three broad approaches to this problem exist: explicit simulation; derivation of exact results for special networks; and dynamical approximations. This paper focuses on the last of these approaches, and makes two main contributions. Firstly, formal mathematical links are demonstrated between several prima facie unrelated dynamical approximations. And secondly, these links are used to derive two novel dynamical models for network epidemiology, which are compared against explicit stochastic simulation. The success of these new models provides improved understanding about the interaction of network structure and transmission dynamics.

Résumé :
Social network analysis, now often thought of simply as network science, has penetrated nearly every scientific and many scholarly fields and has become an indispensable resource. Yet, social networks are special by virtue of being specifically social, and our growing understanding of the brain is affecting our understanding of how social networks form, mature, and are exploited by their members. We discuss the expanding research on how the brain manages social information, how this information is heuristically processed, and how network cognitions are affected by situation and circumstance. In the process, we argue that the cognitive turn in social networks exemplifies the modern conception of the brain as fundamentally reprogrammable by experience and circumstance. Far from social networks being dependent upon the brain, we anticipate a modern view in which cognition and social networks coconstitute each other.

Résumé :
The cloud computing networks used in the IoT, and other themes of network architectures, can be investigated and improved by cheminformatics, which is a combination of chemistry, computer science, and mathematics. Cheminformatics involves graph theory and its tools. Any number that can be uniquely calculated by a graph is known as a graph invariant. In graph theory, networks are converted into graphs with workstations or routers or nodes as vertex and paths, or connections as edges. Many topological indices have been developed for the determination of the physical properties of networks involved in cloud computing. The study computed newly prepared topological invariants, K-Banhatti Sombor invariants (KBSO), Dharwad invariants, Quadratic-Contraharmonic invariants (QCI), and their reduced forms with other forms of cloud computing networks. These are used to explore and enhance their characteristics, such as scalability, efficiency, higher throughput, reduced latency, and best-fit topology. These attributes depend on the topology of the cloud, where different nodes, paths, and clouds are to be attached to achieve the best of the attributes mentioned before. The study only deals with a single parameter, which is a topology of the cloud network. The improvement of the topology improves the other characteristics as well, which is the main objective of this study. Its prime objective is to develop formulas so that it can check the topology and performance of certain cloud networks without doing or performing experiments, and also before developing them. The calculated results are valuable and helpful in understanding the deep physical behavior of the cloud’s networks. These results will also be useful for researchers to understand how these networks can be constructed and improved with different physical characteristics for enhanced versions.

In today's world, social networks are crucial. Information sharing is one of the key tasks carried out by this contemporary service. When I think back to the Arab uprising, I can remember how Twitter and Facebook were used to coordinate protests, notify participants of the date, time, and location, and emphasize the rallies' intended results. I've uncovered a lot of evidence to back up my claims, and I can now understand how Twitter and Facebook usage had a significant role in the emergence of the so-called Arab Spring. The article analyzes the economic essence of the innovative ecosystem (IEC), its characteristic features and subjects. The tools used to study the IECare investigated, namely the theory of networks. The concepts that are related to the creation of an innovative cluster and clustering are analyzed. Theattention is accented in the interaction of participants within the ecosystem and in terms of their associations. These participants include small and largebusiness, universities, research institutes, state, investors, enterprises. The main structural units of the IEC (innovative ideas, innovative culture, electronic environment, innovative infrastructure) and their interaction on the basis of network theory were also considered. Double network interactionswere considered: scientific and educational networks, scientific-production and educational and business networks. The need for the development ofthe IEC and an innovative cluster as the most effective catalyst for the global integration and competitiveness of any business structure is proved. Themost authoritative scientists from all over the world believe that the territories that innovate clusters are created are becoming progressive leaders of theeconomic system and scientific development, it is easier to overcome the problems that occur in the external environment, and the budget system isfaster replenished by efficiently working network systems. Such regions increase the competitiveness of the national economy. Due to the synergy ofthe subjects of the IEC and the functioning of innovative clusters, a certain ecosystem is created, which specifies the direction of development of allsectors of the economy. On the territory of our state there is a need for a favorable innovation ecosystem through the development of scientific andeducational, scientific-production and educational and business networks. It is also necessary to develop a clustering process, interaction based on"open innovation" and forms of a network system, which in turn affects the competitiveness of the region, industry, specific enterprise or in general.

Many factors affect eukaryotic gene expression. Transcription factors, histone codes, DNA folding, and noncoding RNA modulate expression. Those factors interact in large, broadly connected regulatory control networks. An engineer following classical principles of control theory would design a simpler regulatory network. Why are genomes overwired? Neutrality or enhanced robustness may lead to the accumulation of additional factors that complicate network architecture. Dynamics progresses like a ratchet. New factors get added. Genomes adapt to the additional complexity. The newly added factors can no longer be removed without significant loss of fitness. Alternatively, highly wired genomes may be more malleable. In large networks, most genomic variants tend to have a relatively small effect on gene expression and trait values. Many small effects lead to a smooth gradient, in which traits may change steadily with respect to underlying regulatory changes. A smooth gradient may provide a continuous path from a starting point up to the highest peak of performance. A potential path of increasing performance promotes adaptability and learning. Genomes gain by the inductive process of natural selection, a trial and error learning algorithm that discovers general solutions for adapting to environmental challenge. Similarly, deeply and densely connected computational networks gain by various inductive trial and error learning procedures, in which the networks learn to reduce the errors in sequential trials. Overwiring alters the geometry of induction by smoothing the gradient along the inductive pathways of improving performance. Those overwiring benefits for induction apply to both natural biological networks and artificial deep learning networks.

The paper considers the application of SDN technology in 5G / IMT-2020 networks, namely, answers to the questions: What is SDN technology used for in 5G / IMT-2020 networks? How is SDN technology used in 5G / IMT-2020 networks? , What is the role of SDN technology in 5G / IMT-2020 networks ?, What are the functions of SDN technology in 5G / IMT-2020 networks? and the like. But before that, it describes what SDN is and what 5G / IMT-2020 is. The paper describes and analyzes the methods of using SDN technology in fifth generation networks in terms of the function and role that SDN plays in these networks. Usually in the literature, this information exists in a scattered form, and sometimes some methods of application are either very superficially described, or not described at all, or they are tied to other methods. The aim of the work is to identify and analyze well-established methods of using SDN in 5G / IMT-2020 networks. To identify SDN applications in 5G / IMT-2020 networks, SDN architecture, SDN benefits, overall 5G / IMT-2020 network architecture, 5G / IMT-2020 standards and requirements, network protocols were studied and analyzed 5G / IMT-2020, some existing and future likely 5G / IMT-2020 network services, general concepts of some future networks such as tactile internet, internet skills, model networks, etc. The paper provides a radial diagram of the ways (options) of using SDN in 5G / IMT-2020 and describes each option.

Résumé :
Introduction. For every exchange it is critical to maintain and spread its trading network. The desire to achieve so called liquidity effect is especially important in highly competitive environment in which modern trading platform are operating. The way exchanges expands their networks evolves and differs from country to country. The purposeof the article is to analyze and define the characteristics of exchange networks establishment at the present stage of global capital market development, to specify different forms of integration among regulated markets, especially from developing countries. Results. The article investigates the influence of network or liquidity effects on the strategy of organized stock markets behavior. Two main directions of exchange networks development are revealed: through integration and by use of modern communication tools. Characteristics of different forms of exchanges international integration are defined: from formal cooperation to corporate merger. The specific functions of the most known regional organized stock markets integration are analyzed, by the example of MILA, SEE Link and Stock Connect. The leading role of information and communication providers in the construction of modern global stock exchanges networks has been identified. Conclusions. Advantages that provide a network effect for organized stock markets leads to a different forms of stock exchanges cooperation - from formal agreements to full consolidation and mergers. At the same time, these processes are typical for exchanges from markets with different levels of development. With the rapid development of IT and algorithmic trading, the creation of stock exchange networks has significantly intensified globally. Striving to satisfy the demand of modern computerized traders, exchanges are in close cooperation with communication providers that own and operate world-wide optic-fiber networks.

Résumé :
In current large-scale supply chain networks, unexpected disruptions degrade the supply availability and network connectivity for modern enterprises. How to improve the robustness of supply chain networks is very important for modern enterprises. In this paper, we explore how to improve the robustness of supply chain networks from a topological perspective. Firstly, through the empirical data-driven study, we show that the directed betweenness metric is more suitable than the other topological metrics in evaluating the robustness of supply chain networks. Then, we propose a rewiring algorithm based on directed betweenness to improve network robustness under the impact of disruptions. The experimental results in the large-scale supply chain network show that the rewiring algorithm based on directed betweenness effectively improves the network robustness.

Résumé :
The exponential growth of computer networking demands massive upgrades in the capacity of existing networks. Traditional capacity design methodologies, developed with the single-class networking paradigm in mind, overlook the non-cooperative structure of modern networks. Consequently, such design approaches entail the danger of degraded performance when resources are added to a network, a phenomenon known as the Braess paradox. The present paper proposes methods for adding resources efficiently to a non-cooperative network of general topology. It is shown that the paradox is avoided when resources are added across the network, rather than on a local scale, and when upgrades are focused on direct connections between the sources and destinations. The relevance of these results for modern networks is demonstrated.

Résumé :
In the article, based on the data of the Institute of Sociology of the FCTAS RAS in 2021, it is shown that most representatives of mass segments of the population have access to resource exchange in social networks and only 16% of them are completely excluded from it. It is also demonstrated that the resource potential of the networks of representatives of these layers is in most cases limited to simple monetary types of help. At the same time, the structure of the networks is asymmetric – there are fewer donors in them than recipients. It is shown that among the participants of social networks there are “pure recipients” who receive aid, but do not provide it, and donors are heterogeneous in their resource potential, and three quarters of them have it at a very low level. It is also recorded that the basis of resource exchange in Russian networks is approximately 7% of the population, which can be described as high-resource donors. They not only help others, but also receive help from networks, moreover, they are the main beneficiaries of membership in networks. As a result of this structure and principles of functioning, social networks tend to deepen social inequalities rather than smooth them out. The mechanisms of formation and functioning of social networks are related to the opportunities for close communication of their participants and their lifestyle in general. The pandemic had a positive impact on mutual help in Russian society, which was expressed in increasing access to resource exchange in networks, converting it into real help and expanding the prevalence of previously atypical forms of social network development for post-Soviet Russia.

Résumé :
Global technological progress has significantly affected public relations. New communication technologies have enabled creation of competent markets. Development of modern technology affected the production of the so-called personal products which have been created based on knowledge of consumer demands and needs. Pursuant to that, the communication is based on two-sidedness, and the central point of interactive public relations is taken by communication model "one on one" and "many to many", instead of the communication model which is directed toward masses, where the dominant direction is "one to many". There is a high degree of consent on the role and significance of social networks at all levels, starting from the global corporate success to resolution of daily problems of individuals. One of the most important problems is the safety of companies' appearance in the cyber space. This paper is supposed to point out to the advantages, as well as dangers with which companies face when conquering their "piece" of cyber space.

Résumé :
Artificial Intelligence is no longer just the topic of discussion. Today this technology is mostly based on Artificial Neural Networks. Pavlov Principle formulated by W.L. Dunin-Barkowski is used for their training. Mathematics compared Pavlov's doctrine with Deep Reinforcement Learning. AI technologies are divided into Computer Vision, images recognition and generation; Speech Recognition and Synthesis; Natural Language Processing; Graph Logic AI, MIVAR logic technology. All of this separately is Narrow AI. Artificial General Intelligence, equal to human, hasn’t been created yet. AGI should include all mentioned technologies. Given social and linguistic nature of the intelligence emergence, developers are paying attention to NLP algorithms and multi-agent environment. Simultaneously with the development of neural networks, adversary attacks emerged, which using the same learning mechanism force a trained neural network to make mistakes. This fact calls in question the future of neural networks in medicine. Big Data and data sets are the environment for AI. European experts have already begun to regulate Big Data for safe Health Care and drugs creation. Despite the difficulties and lack of clear rules, AI is actively being introduced into the private medicine. Due to AI the three new business models have already been created.
