<span lang="EN-US">An automated essay evaluation system is a machine-based approach leveraging long short-term memory (LSTM) model to award grades to essays written in English language. <a name="_Hlk108785338"></a>natural language processing (NLP) is used to extract feature representations from the essays. The LSTM network learns from the extracted features and generates parameters for testing and validation. The main objectives of the research include proposing and training an LSTM model using a dataset of manually graded essays with scores. Sentiment analysis is performed to determine the sentiment of the essay as either positive, negative or neutral. The twitter sample dataset is used to build sentiment classifier that analyzes the sentiment based on the student’s approach towards a topic. Additionally, each essay is subjected to detection of syntactical errors as well as plagiarism check to detect the novelty of the essay. The overall grade is calculated based on the quality of the essay, the number of syntactic errors, the percentage of plagiarism found and sentiment of the essay. The corrected essay is provided as feedback to the students. This essay grading model has gained an average quadratic weighted kappa (QWK) score of 0.911 with 99.4% accuracy for the sentiment analysis classifier.</span>

This paper seeks to investigate the impact of Electronic Human Resource Management (e-HRM) practices on attaining Sustainable Competitive Advantage (SCA) in the context of the Jordanian Industrial Sector (JIS) and identify the mediating role of e-HRM Perceived Usefulness (PU) and e-HRM Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU). Furthermore, it investigates the moderating role of User Satisfaction and e-HRM Continuance Usage Intention. To achieve the paper objectives, a Mediated-Moderation Model was designed. The researchers distributed (750) questionnaires, (615) questionnaires were returned and validated for analysis in HRM and development divisions and based on a Census method with the response rate was about (82%). The ‘Structural Equation Modeling’ (SEM) methodology was used, and for analysis, SPSS and Amos were applied. The results indicated that e-HRM practices had significant influence on SCA. The paper also demonstrated that there was a significant mediate effect of TAM constructs on the relationship between e-HRM practices and SCA. Finally, the findings indicated that the user satisfaction and e-HRM continuance usage intention did not moderate the relationship between e-HRM-PEOU and PU and SCA path.

This community service activities aims to deepen public understanding in making financial records and reporting correctly and making the financial statements as a basis for investment analysi. The investment analysis method used is a discounted cash flow model to determine whether the investment is undervalued or overvalued. The community in this activity are students of SMK Bina Nasional Informatika, North Cikarang. The implementation phase of this activity includes a field survey, coordination with the school principal, the implementation of a financial report socialization program as a basis for stock investment analysis, and preparation of the report. The socialization activity went smoothly attended by 28 Accounting students in class XII. Socialization participants seemed enthusiastic about the material provided. This can be seen from the beginning to the end of the event, all participants followed well. Based on the results of interviews, questions and answers and direct observations, community service activities have increased the knowledge of students by as much as 80% about how to prepare good financial statements and conduct stock valuations using financial statements.

An analysis method that used a method of quantitative descriptive analysis by using secondary data obtained from the Statistic Indonesia and other institutions needed. The analysis is use location quotient analysis, shift share analysis, typologi klassen analysis, scalogram analysis, dan gravitation model analysi. The Analysis showed Kediri City emerges as a growth poles in Region Development Unit Kediri East Java with regional advantages from two aspects namely regional capability (Location Quotient analysis) and high per capita income (Tipology Klassen analysis) with hinterland area such as Kab. <p>Traditional machine learning models generally use weak supervision model, which is difficult to adapt to the scene of multi classification for emotional text. Therefore, a multi model ensemble learning algorithm for emotional text classification is proposed. The algorithm takes the labeled emotional text data as the training sample, uses the improved TF-IDF algorithm to train the word vector space model, selects three weakly supervised machine learning algorithms, linear SVC, xgboost and logistic regression, to construct the base classifier, and uses the random forest algorithm to construct the meta classifier. It realizes the function of dividing emotional text into three categories: positive, neutral and negative. From the simulation and test results, the AUC values of the multi model ensemble learning algorithm model for each category are 0.93, 0.94 and 1.00, and the AP values are 0.87, 0.86 and 1.00, and the indicators of accuracy and recall are better than the single machine learning model, which realizes the high performance and high accuracy for emotional text classification.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

Abstract— At this time the spread of the Corona Covid-19 Virus was sweeping the world, Indonesia was also affected, especially in the world of education where the teaching and learning process was usually carried out face-to-face in the classroom. So as a result of this pendemi the teaching and learning process must be done online. The role of information systems technology is very meaningful in lecture learning. This study aims to analyze a model of campus learning conditions and the role of information system technology in college learning amid the COVID-19 corona virus pandemic at STMIK Sinar Nusantara Surakarta. The research method is to make observations and literature studies to obtain data and information used in research. The results of this study indicate the use of information technology has a very important role in the implementation of online distance learning in the midst of the corona covid 19 virus pandemic, among online online media such as: google classroom, whatsapp, zoom. Of the online learning media, it is proven that Google Classroom: 55.9% is widely used as media for sharing materials and assignments, while video conferences lectures are the most users of Google Meet as much as: 70.6%. The results of the analysi s of the online learning value are: 44.1%. Based on this data, it shows that the role of information system technology plays an important role and helps in the teaching and learning process amid the Covid-19 corona virus pandemic.

Road safety has become a major concern to both developed and developing countries due to its negative economic impacts. Although, numerous approaches of accident analysis have been conducted, there seem to be an increase in road crashes every year. The main aim of this study is to analyse a driving school accident using a system-based accident analysis approach. The data for the study was collected using an interview. A Swiss Cheese Accident Causation Model was used to identify the factors that contributed to the accident. The study identified four weaknesses in the system defences of the driving school that created a possible accident trajectory. It is concluded that adopting system-based accident analysis approach in analysing road transport accidents, could lead to a greater understanding of latent conditions and road user error, which in turn could inform the development of intervention strategies within a road transport domain as suggested by other studies. Finally, the short falls of using only person approach of accident analysis in road transport domain are also highlighted.

Survey weighting matters when different sampling probabilities between countries, as well as within a country, are related to the response variable conditional on its predictors. This study aims at improving estimation of regression coefficients from a cross-national data set by assessing the relative effectiveness of different techniques for survey weighting to gain in precision. Data came from the Asian subset of the World Values Survey. Using pooled data across five Asian countries, the logistic regression analysis is fitted to examine the relationship between information seeking behaviors as predictor variables and political participation as a response variable in the context of East and Southeast Asia. The results show that, sampling weights have an advantage of reducing standard errors when estimating a structural relationship among the variables, so much so that the population is stratified into different countries where the regression model is likely to vary in explaining the within-country data. Therefore, the unequal sampling probability of the cross-national survey needs to be adjusted for by accounting for different probabilities of selection between countries. Incorporating the between-country survey weighting into a model-based analysis is a remedy for the problem in the estimated regression parameters.

<p>With the reform of English examination in China in recent years, the automatic evaluation of English essays as subjective questions has always been the focus and difficulty of research. The existing automatic essay evaluation system (AEE) has obtained good feedback on the vocabulary, syntactic and other features of English essays, but there is still a problem of low accuracy in the analysis of potential topic in English essay. In order to solve this problem, this paper takes relational triples as the carrier to analyze the potential topics of English essays. By constructing the hierarchical topic trees hybrid semantic spaces to carry out topic clustering, distributed representation of topic relational triples and topic set extension in English essays. Then, based on the improved on-topic analysis algorithm in this paper, the paper analyzes the topic of English essay in multiple dimensions to obtain more abundant potential on-topic semantic information. The experiment results show that the proposed model can reduce the noise caused by non-topic words effectively, and improve the fine-grained topic semantic space in English essays, and the proposed model has better performance than the current methods of on-topic analysis in English esssays.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

Bu çalışmada, Antalya ilinde bulunan Küçük Aksu Çayı’nda Hec-RAS ile taşkın riski olan alanlar belirlenmiştir. İlk olarak, farklı tekerrür debilerine göre Hec-RAS modelleri geliştirilmiş ve taşkın yayılım haritaları ile taşkın derinlik haritaları oluşturulmuştur. 100 yıllık taşkın tekerrür debisi kullanılarak geliştirilen model sonucunda 6,04 ha yerleşim alanı ile 33,73 ha tarım alanının su altında kaldığı görülmüştür. 100 yıllık taşkın tekerrür debisine karşılık gelen maksimum su yüksekliği 11,60 m olarak saptanmıştır. Daha sonra derinlik-hasar grafiği yardımıyla Küçük Aksu Çayı için yapısal taşkın analizi yapılmıştır. Yapılan analiz sonucunda taşkınların neden olduğu ekonomik kaybın 1.152 milyon-1.946 milyon TL arasında olduğu görülmüştür.

Objective Lung cancer is the most common malignancy worldwide and exhibits both high morbidity and mortality. In recent years, scientists have made substantial breakthroughs in the early diagnosis and treatment of lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), however, patient prognosis still shows vast individual differences. In this study, bioinformatics methods were used to identify and analyze ferroptosis-related genes to establish an effective signature for predicting prognosis in LUAD patients. Methods The gene expression profiles of LUAD patients with complete clinical and follow-up information were downloaded from two public databases, univariate Cox regression and multivariate Cox regression analysis were used to obtain ferroptosis-related genes for constructing the prognos tic risk model, AUC and calibration plot were used to evaluate the predictive accuracy of the FRGS and nomogram. Results A total of 74 ferroptosis-related differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were identi fied between LUAD and normal tissues from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database. A five-gene panel for prediction of LUAD prognosis was established by multivariate regression and was verified using the GSE68465 cohort from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database. Patients were divided into two different risk groups according to the median risk score of the five genes. Based on Kaplan-Meier (KM) analysi, the OS rate of the high-risk group was markedly worse than that of the low-risk group. We also found that risk score was an independent prognostic indicator. The receiver operating characteristic ROC curve showed that the proposed model had good prediction ability. Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) functional analyses indicated that risk score was prominently enriched in ferroptosis processes. Moreover, at the score of immune-associated gene sets, significant differences were found between the two risk groups. Conclusions This study demonstrated that ferroptosis-related gene signatures can be used as a potential predictor for the prognosis of LUAD, thus providing a novel strategy for individualized treatment in LUAD patients.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sikap Kepercayaan diri (self confidence) siswa setelah pelaksanaan model Problem Based Learning. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa MAS Al-Washliyah Km. 6 Medan, Kelas XI-A yang berjumlah 30 orang. Kemudian dipilih subjek wawancara berdasarkan kategori kecerdasan logis matematis dan pola jawaban yang dominan pada setiap kategori. Adapun hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) Kepercayaan diri (self confidence) siswa setelah diterapkan model problem based learning didapat bahwa dari 30 siswa terdapat 6 siswa yang memiliki keepercayaan diri (self confidence) kategori tinggi, 20 siswa yang memiliki kategori sedang, dan 4 siswa yang memiliki kategori rendah. (2) Kesulitan siswa dalam menyelesaikan tes kecerdasan logis matematis siswa a) pada kategori tinggi dan sedang, siswa mengalami kesulitan pada kategori pemecahan masalah; b) pada kategori rendah, siswa mengalami kesulitan pada kategori konsep dan pemecahan masalah.

In order to reduce the energy consumption of the cloud computing system while ensuring the response performance of the cloud users, a task scheduling strategy is proposed. In the strategy, the local processor of the mobile device continues to work, the virtual machines in a physical machine sleep synchronously, and the virtual machines in different physical machine sleep asynchronously. For the heterogeneous physical machines in cloud computing, a queueing model with a synchronous multiple vacation is established. By using the quasi-birth-death process and the matrix geometric solution, the steady-state distribution of the queueing model is given, and the expressions of the average response time of the tasks and the average power of the system are derived. The numerical results show that there is a power-performance trade-off for cloud computing when setting the assigning probability of the tasks to the local processor. Through the improved whale optimization algorithm, the task scheduling strategy is optimized with the minimum system cost.

The study evaluated the applicability of Event-Based Approach for Small and Ungauged Basins (EBA4SUB) for calculating annual peak flows with a specific return period (Q<sub>T</sub>) in southern Poland. Data used in the calculations in a form of observation series of annual peak flows were derived from the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management in Warsaw and covered a multi-year period 1971–2015. The data were statistically verified for their homogeneity, significance of monotonic trends, outliers and equality of variances. Peak flows with a given return period were estimated by a statistical method of Pearson Type III distribution, and by EBA4SUB model. The analysis showed that Q<sub>T</sub> for the investigated catchments was the most accurately matching the values derived from the statistical method when EBA4SUB model was employed. This was evidenced by the values of average relative errors that reached 34% for EBA4SUB model (with beta hyetograph). The results of the study demonstrated usefulness of EBA4SUB model for the estimation of Q<sub>T</sub> quantiles in catchments of the upper Vistula water region.

A wind turbine generator output at a specific site depends on many factors, particularly cut- in, rated and cut-out wind speed parameters. Hence power output varies from turbine to turbine. The objective of this paper is to develop a mathematical relationship between reliability and wind power generation. The analytical computation of monthly wind power is obtained from weibull statistical model using cubic mean cube root of wind speed. Reliability calculation is based on failure probability analysis. There are many different types of wind turbinescommercially available in the market. From reliability point of view, to get optimum reliability in power generation, it is desirable to select a wind turbine generator which is best suited for a site. The mathematical relationship developed in this paper can be used for site-matching turbine selection in reliability point of view.

The paper explores theoretical and practical aspects of forecasting the government debt in Ukraine. A visual analysis of changes in the amount of government debt was conducted, which has made it possible to conclude about the deepening of the debt crisis in the country. The autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) is considered as the basic forecasting model; besides, the model work and its diagnostics are estimated. The EViews software package illustrates the procedure for forecasting the Ukrainian government debt for the ARIMA model: the series for stationarity was tested, the time series of monthly government debt was converted into stationary by making a number of transformations and determining model parameters; as a result, the most optimal specification for the ARIMA model was chosen.Based on the simulated time series, it is concluded that ARIMA tools can be used to predict the government debt values.

Diego, depicted as a protagonist in the film Ice Age 2, has complicated character and plays a very important role, who symbolizes a certain group of people in our daily life. This paper figures out Diego’s character type in Ice Age 2 and shortcomings of this type, so as to provide methods of getting along with people like him in our daily life. To achieve these goals, the author employs qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze his utterances and character factors in the real contexts based on Geoffrey Leech’s Politeness Principle and the DiSC model. First, the author extracts Diego’s 141 utterances and those of others that are closely related to his from the film script and categorizes them into different maxims of Geoffrey Leech’s Politeness Principle. Then, the author analyzes his utterances obeying and violating these six maxims in the real contexts and finds that he has 15 character factors. After this, the author adds up these factors belonging to the same character type to find his final type. Among these 15 factors, ten of them fall into the Dominance (D) character type, which far outnumbers that of character factors falling into other types, indicating that he has the D character type. Finally, the author finds that people owning D character type like Diego has five character shortcomings and gives five relevant suggestions on how to avoid the character shortcomings of people owning the D type like Diego according to the DiSC model, which helps build better relationships with other people.

The purpose of this research is to examine the energy efficiency of the Asia-Pacific countries in terms of environmental pollution and economic growth in the period 2000-2020. In line with this purpose, Data Envelopment Analysis and Malmquist TFV index approaches, which are reliable tools to evaluate energy efficiency and find wider application area, are used in the research. The findings of the input-oriented constant returns to scale model, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand and Singapore’s in all years, Sri Lanka’s in 2010 and 2015; the findings of the input-oriented variable returns to scale model, Australia, Bangladesh, China, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Pakistan, Singapore and Sri Lanka’ in all years, Malaysia and the Philippines’s in 2000, 2005 and 2010, South Korea’s in 2020 explains that there are efficient countries with energy efficiency. At the same time, a comparison of constant and variable models according to the input-oriented scale confirms that the constant model is more flexible than the variable model. Malmquist TFP Index findings show that the highest efficiency rate of countries is primarily in scale efficiency and successive technical efficiency. The pure technical efficiency value is due to the inadequacy of the administrative efficiency of the countries; the technological efficiency value indicates that the production frontier is downward sloping. When the findings are examined as a whole, it is reached that energy efficiency and environmental performance are low in Asia-Pacific countries. This study aims to develop an interactive multimedia-based Googling learning model for elementary school students in Banjarmasin City. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D). The subject of this study was a Grade IV student at SD Surgi Mufti, Banjarmasin. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, observations, and tests. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive analysis using tables and graphs. The feasibility testing results of this interactive multimedia-based googling learning model product are categorized as feasible because the effects of media validation testing, materials, and individual and small group tests show excellent categories. In terms of practicality, the development of this learning model is categorized as very good because the score category of learning implementation results and learning activities of class students has a range between 3.5–4.0. Googling model can train and develop students' ability to think critically, become more active and passionate in learning, and train student cooperation in discussions. The interactive multimedia-based googling model clarifies the presentation of the material, overcomes the limitations of space, time, and sensory power, and can overcome students' passive attitudes.

This paper aims to propose a new model for the manner in which companies manage innovation. To that end, some of the most important research on the topic is analyzed and summarized through a review of its historical background in the indexed databases in WoS (Web of Science) and an analysis of frequently used terms over the past 15 years (2001–2016). The analysis is developed through bibliometric techniques using VOSviewer software, version 1.6.4, seeking to identify recurring and related concepts, such as corporate entrepreneurship, that can leverage company innovation management from the strategy, inherent factors related to human resources and the environment in which the organization operates. Henceforth, this paper focuses on a new model to manage innovation in companies through a conceptualization of innovation and corporate entrepreneurship, this model can be useful in countries with low levels of cooperation between stakeholders and scarce resources, countries on bias of development like Latin America, Africa and some Asian countries. It can be concluded that the company innovation should start with the definition of its strategy, taking into account factors like the human talent and the environment in which the organization is operating, through customized innovation processes that can be applied following some of the multiple models referred to in the literature, framed within the needs of different stakeholders, as indicators of organizational performance. Therefore, the actors which are part of the model are: employees, clients, state, suppliers, academics, community, shareholders and business.

This article studies the derivatives pricing using a method of spectral analysis, a theory of singular and regular perturbations. Using a risk-neutral assessment, the authors obtain the Cauchy problem, which allows to calculate the approximate price of derivative assets and their volatility based on the diffusion equation with fast and slow variables of nonlocal volatility, and they obtain a model with multidimensional stochastic volatility. Applying a spectral theory of self-adjoint operators in Hilbert space and a theory of singular and regular perturbations, an analytic formula for approximate asset prices is established, which is described by the CEV model with stochastic volatility dependent on l-fast variables and r-slowly variables, l ≥ 1, r ≥ 1, l ∈ N, r ∈ N and a local variable. Applying the Sturm-Liouville theory, Fredholm’s alternatives, as well as the analysis of singular and regular perturbations at different time scales, the authors obtained explicit formulas for derivatives price approximations. To obtain explicit formulae, it is necessary to solve 2l Poisson equations.

Forecasting the investment benefits of substation project development is an important issue in feasibility analysis. Therefore, we need to use a highly accurate method to make a prediction of the investment benefit of this project. Granger causation is a causal relationship based on &quot;prediction&quot;, and inferring about its causality is a key task in time series analysis. In this paper, we propose a new estimation method, Granger causality estimation based on supervised learning. This method uses an eigenvalue representation of the distance between conditional distributions conditioned on past values. And for different time series, the method can give different feature vectors. Applying it to the prediction of the investment efficiency of the substation can achieve a good prediction effect. Therefore, we used granger causality to build a predictive model of the return on investment in substations.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

Цель данной работы - исследование комплексных корреляций между свободным сывороточным трийодтиронином и тетрайодтиронином и тиреотропным гормоном при расстройствах функций щитовидной железы. В исследование включили 3425 пациентов, у которых проводили анализ функционального состояния щитовидной железы. Пациентов делили на группы с эутиреозом (70.45%), субклиническим гипотиреозом (18.95%), выраженным гипотиреозом (3.30%), субклиническим гипертиреозом (5.11%) и явным гипертиреозом (2.19%). Линейные и нелинейные соотношения между трийодтиронином, тетрайодтиронином и тиреотропином моделировали статистически с целью выявить их роли в функционировании щитовидной железы. Гипотиреоз более распространен, чем гипертиреоз, причем женщины ему подвержены больше, чем мужчины. Корреляция между трийодтиронином и тетрайодтиронином увеличивается от эутиреоза (r = 0.1, P <0.001) к выраженным расстройствам щитовидной железы (r = 0.91, P < 0.001). Сложные нелинейные корреляции между тетрайодтиронином и тиреотропином в значительной мере объясняются хорошо аппроксимирующими сигмоидными кривыми четырехпараметрической логистической модели (R2 = 0.97, P < 0.001) в случаях как гипотиреоза, так и гипертиреоза...

In the contrary, since the Pandemic of Covid-19, the automotive industry, one of whi ch i s four -wheeled vehicles or cars, experienced a significant decline in exports. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how the ratio of exports of four or more wheeled vehicles from Indonesia to the main destination countries, especially in the Southeast Asia region and t o di scover and analyze the effect of the exchange rate, population and gross domestic product on the Indonesian export s of four or more wheeled vehicles to main destination countries, especially in the Southeast Asian region. The methods used in this study are descriptive analysis using export ratio and quantitative analysi s using panel data regression. The results showed that based on the ratio of exports of four or more wheeled vehicles from Indonesia to the four main destination countries in Southeast Asi a, t he l argest was t he Philippines with an average of 0.25, followed by Thailand with an average of 0.11 followed by V iet nam with an average of 0.25. an average of 0.049 and finally Malaysia, which is an average of 0.041. The regression results show that the population and exchange rate variables have a significant positive effect while GDP has no significant effect on Indonesia's exports of four or more wheeled vehicles to the four main destination countries in Southeast Asia.

AbstractThe main function of a heavy truck is to transport goods, with ton-kilometers/year as an example of a major quantitative performance measure. Furthermore, the truck is directly operated by a driver, who has several additional functional requirements, of both ergonomic and communicative characters. Failure of these functions may be a subjective experience, differing between drivers, but the failures are still important. Today's just-in-time delivery systems rely on getting the goods on time, and this requires high availability. Availability is reduced not only by technical failures but also by subjectively experienced failures, because these also require repairs, or downtime. Product reliability is a systems property that cannot be attributed to a single component. It is in many cases related to interaction between components, or to interaction between humans and the technical system, in the case of subjectively experienced failures. Reliability assessments of systems with interactive functions require a system model that includes the interfaces between the technical system and human features that are carriers of interactive functions. This paper proposes a model of system architecture, for the purpose of reliability assessments, that integrates different and complementary representations, such as function–means diagrams and a design structure matrix. The novelty of the presented approach is that it treats and integrates the technical and the human subsystems through the human–technical system interfaces. The proposed systems reliability approach is described and verified with a component analysis case study of an extended truck cab and driver system.

At this point, it appears that MSMEs are not fully ready to carry out digital transformation. The Digital Readiness Index of MSMEs is on average at 3.6 or still in the middle stage. It is no longer possible for a business to avoid digitization. With the industrial revolution 4.0, digital technology is no longer just a support function, but must be part of the company's innovation. SMEs are expected to have high creativity in creating innovation, this becomes a very important consideration in business activities because innovation makes the company survive in a competition. MSMEs must also provide facilities for consumers to be able to find detailed information using digital marketing. Currently, the development of fashion in Indonesia is quite rapid with the support of the creativity and innovation of young designers. The emergence of local brands makes many consumers interested and proud to use domestic products. MSME Khawila Dinanti is one of the local fashion brands created by local children who are engaged in women's clothing. Khawila is expected to start a women's clothing business in early 2021 in the city of Medan. Khawila Dinanti wants to meet the needs of energetic and fashionable young women who have good quality among many imported labels. The problem of MSME sales fluctuating and increasing in certain months and the lack of use of digital marketing. The purpose of the study was to determine the digital-based marketing model in increasing sales volume at the awaited Khawila MSME. The method of analysis in this study uses descriptive data analysis and quantitative approach. Data processing in this study using SPSS version 24.00 software program. The results showed that product and price had a significant effect on increasing sales volume.
