Therefore, a system to facilitate prospective and strategic business locations, for achieving the right selling targets is sure needed. Android mobile based system with GPS technology features can make it easier to determine business location. In our application, we try to tackle this problem by using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). We took several criteria for strategic business location decision making in our SAW implementation, which comprehend of rental rates, accessibility, location crowd, target market, security, and the number of competitors. Then, by evaluating the finished application, we concluded that the development of an application for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) recommendations is to facilitate prospective entrepreneurs to determine a strategic business location to build an entrepreneur.

Résumé :
Micro-entrepreneurial structures in the field of agricultural production generate employment, have adaptive potential for the formation of stable food systems and survival. The purpose of this study was to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations and socio-economic problems of micro-entrepreneurial activities in agriculture under martial law. Research methodology. The methodological framework of the present study included the provisions of system analysis. To generalize results, the study involved monographic, normative, graphic, abstractlogical methods and approaches. Study results. The place of micro-enterprises in the “production – distribution – exchange – consumption” system is determined. They can creatively contribute to the achievement of sustainable development criteria, form sustainable agri-food chains, guarantee self-sufficiency in food products, develop local niche exclusive productions, and ensure self-employment of the rural population. It is established that personal farms that have organized a family farm and registered as individual entrepreneurs also have the opportunity to implement their activities. It was found that the most adapted to the crisis conditions associated with military actions are family farms and household plots. However, the lack of stable sales channels for the products of micro-enterprises, the low level of purchase prices and a considerable increase in prices due to military operations for energy resources, machinery, fertilizers, and plant protection products make production inefficient. One of the priority areas of regional policy is still the development of family farming, small and micro businesses in rural areas. Practical significance. The results of the study can be considered when developing regional programs for the development of agricultural business entities

Résumé :
After receiving cease and desist letters in 2018, Bird strategically developed hospitable relationships with politicians that allowed the scooter-sharing firm to continue operating. Bird acts as a regulatory entrepreneur in seeking unfair legal treatment and the politicians brokering the legal deal as political entrepreneurs. The business models for unfairly changing or applying law represents entrepreneurial arbitrage. A mixed methods approach examines the structure of relationships between regulatory and political entrepreneurs through the Bootleggers and Baptists conceptual lens. Like Bird solving traffic and pollution problems for city leaders, Baptists served as a moral cover for illegal liquor vendors. Guided by a general systems theory, it is found that the micro-level, relational exchanges both assign value to as well as uses intellectual commodities to establish expectations guiding ongoing exchanges. Therefore, a marketing system is uncovered. This research also finds relationships structured by favors in sharp contrast to political markets governed by threats.

Résumé :
Purpose The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of interest free micro credit loans on the lives and business of the female borrowers. Design/methodology/approach Both primary and secondary data have been used. Case studies of four different female entrepreneurs have been included as part of the research. The observation was conducted over an extended period of time. Subsequently, interviews were conducted with four beneficiaries to know the role played by interest free micro credit loans in improving (or not!) their lives and businesses. Findings Interest free micro credit loans played a significant role in bringing a positive change in the lives of the borrowers. Clients mentioned that “zero interest rate” and “flexible repayment schedules” were the main reason for obtaining loans from this source. Further, they suggested that there is a need for training/workshops, feedback/monitoring, networking and online repayment system to make interest free micro credit loans more successful. Research limitations/implications The focus of the study is limited to only four female borrowers in Karachi. Future studies can include other cities and cross-gender comparisons for better understating. Practical implications This study will help microfinance organizations to assess the problems faced by the borrowers; it will also shed light on the motivations of borrowers. Originality/value Interest free micro credit loans were provided to women entrepreneurs in a social experiment and implications were observed.

Résumé :
Purpose The purpose of this paper is to frame the potential benefits of lean dynamic performance management (PM) systems for small and micro-enterprises. Such systems may exploit the entrepreneur’s tacit knowledge and build on managerial competencies, by incorporating individual attributes into organisational routines. Design/methodology/approach The paper suggests the use of insight models based on the combination of lean PM tools and system dynamics (SD) modelling. Based on a number of exemplary cases, the paper discusses the potential benefits of these models, in respect to four specific contexts: artisan, new company start-up, established firm and micro-giant company. Related to such contexts, the research identifies: needs or priorities, and obstacles or impediments to pursuing business survival and development. Findings The conceptual framework discussed in the paper discloses a quite original empirical basis to outline lean dynamic PM systems that may provide entrepreneurs with a set of key-performance drivers that help them to prioritise action, in each of the four analysed contexts. Originality/value Growing interest in adopting lean PM models in small and micro-firms appears in the recent PM literature with research highlighting strengths and shortcomings. However, few attempts have been produced to overcome such limitations, while the adoption of SD is relatively new in supporting lean PM system design.

Résumé :
Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, underprivileged entrepreneurs have been experiencing extensive hardship and economic vulnerability. They face financial problems because of irregular business operations and shirking income opportunities. They are increasingly relying on government handouts and subsidies. Several studies suggest that the digitalisation of business is a viable way to keep businesses remaining operational during the pandemic. However, there is a significant lack of research on how microenterprises can be shifted to the digital platform to harness regular business activities and cope with this pandemic situation. Based on the review of the current literature, this paper offers a conceptual framework for the digitalisation of micro-enterprises from a Malaysian standpoint. This framework comprises four major elements of the business value chain: inbound logistics, outbound logistics, operations, and marketing & sales. It also projects light on the efficiency and suitability of digitalised micro-ventures. Based on the logical reasoning, it can be concluded that the digitalisation of micro-businesses would reduce poverty by creating income opportunities for the underprivileged micro-entrepreneurs. Poor entrepreneurs could expand the business to a broader market segment and thus, gain higher benefits. Proper IT infrastructure, technology transfer, online-market places, and an efficient electronic financial transaction system are essential to building a comprehensive digital system for micro-enterprises. In this regard, government intervention can play a significant role in making it happen. Expectedly, this paper will open windows for further research while extending pieces of suggestion to policymakers.

Résumé :
Micro-entrepreneurs are considered crucial by the government and stakeholders in economic development. However, the coaching and development opportunities for microenterprises have been limited, leading to a lack of technological advancements and self-competence among business actors. This research aims to address this gap by presenting the design and development of a mobile-based learning application called the Food Business System App (FBS App). The FBS App serves as a valuable resource for micro-entrepreneurs to acquire business knowledge related to government policies and enhance the value of their products. Developed using the Smart Apps Creator app on the Mobile App digital platform, the FBS App includes a collection of papers and videos covering various aspects of business and product legality. The learning content is divided into five parts: licensing, product branding, product manufacturing examples, and feedback. The FBS App is designed to minimize internet data usage, provide user-friendly experience, ensure fast technology access, and offer reliable technology performance for users with limited technological proficiency. The User-Centred System Design (UCSD) approach was employed in the application's design process, and the System Usability Scale (SUS) method was used for testing, resulting in a score of 77.2. It is anticipated that the FBS App will serve as a valuable reference tool for micro-entrepreneurs, enabling them to enhance the quality and competitiveness of their products.

Résumé :
In developing countries, prospective entrepreneurs struggle with getting access to financial capital to start small businesses. Formal lending sometimes works for solidarity groups of small business owners who approach microfinance institutions (MFIs) to access capital for expanding their businesses, but MFIs do not typically lend money to entrepreneurs interested in starting new businesses. In order to create an environment where startup business and entrepreneurship thrives, it is crucial to meet the needs of the marginalized entrepreneurs. As a response to this trend, the informal lending and credit market in rural Kenya is growing fast, but little research is available regarding the mechanics of this system. Instead of decomposing the microfinance industry into a binary relationship between MFIs and their clients, this paper views the financial capital industry as a multi-actor system (informal lenders, rotating savings and credit associations, solidarity groups, savings and credit cooperatives and microfinance institutions) and discusses how their success is mutually dependent. This paper delves further into the dynamics between these actors and the role of trust and social capital in their complex relationships. Entrepreneurs targeting developing communities need to understand these relationships and challenges to develop business strategies that make their products and services accessible through appropriate partnerships.

Résumé :
Purpose – This study aims to know the present structure and move of the Islamic banks of Pakistan as well as current issues and challenges for Islamic microfinance. However, this is based on perceptions of the Islamic bankers, regulators and micro-entrepreneurs and petty traders, as they are the key players in the credit market. Design/methodology/approach – The study gathered relevant information through conducting field survey. Two questionnaires were designed for the survey. One questionnaire was administered to survey 270 micro-entrepreneurs and petty traders in three major cities of Pakistan. Another survey deals with the perceptions of Islamic bankers. In total, 100 people from middle and top management were surveyed from five full-fledged Islamic banks of Pakistan. The SPSS software, version 16, was used for questionnaire reliability and descriptive analysis to analyse the data. Findings – In general, the study found the strong opinions of the respondents speak in favour of Islamic microfinance under a system of profit and loss sharing. Conversely, the majority of the clients also feel that Islamic banks do not encourage lower-income micro-entrepreneurs. In addition, the study found that Islamic microfinance is constrained by lack of knowledge, experience and professionalism of the supporting staff; however, Islamic bankers have shown great consensus that Islamic banks should offer Islamic microfinance products and instruments to respond to the needs of the poor for poverty alleviation. Research limitations/implications – The first limitation of the study is the meagre interest of micro-entrepreneurs and petty traders to participate in the survey. The second limitation of this work concerns the extremely busy schedule of top management and administrative impediment to approach and fix an appointment. Despite these limitations, the findings of this study provide insights to Islamic banks in diversifying their products by offering Islamic microfinance to the low-income entrepreneurs but with proper guidelines and policies. Practical implications – There is a need to educate the community towards the merits of Islamic banking system by developing a good information system using good visuals and professionally presented seminars, banners and arranging regular sessions with the business community. The growth and development of Islamic banking in the country largely depend on its customers’ enhanced knowledge and awareness about its products and services. Social implications – It is the responsibility of the community as well as of government to change the mindset of the poor that banks are meant to serve the interest of everybody, regardless of social, economic and political status. Originality/value – Theoretically, this study contributes to the existing body of knowledge in the area of Islamic microfinance by examining the perceptions of Islamic bankers and micro-entrepreneurs. This can help Islamic banks of Pakistan to design and formulate new administrative as well as operational procedures to serve the interest of the poor with commitment towards Islamic values.

The adoption of Social Media Marketing (SMM) is increasingly present in the daily life of companies. However, little is known about this phenomenon in the context of micro and small businesses (MSEs). The research aimed to analyze the SMM adoption process by MSEs, based on a study with 338 entrepreneurs linked to the Brazilian Micro and Small Business Support System (Sebrae), using Structural Equation Modeling. It was found that technical knowledge, cost reduction, and pressure from customers and competitors generate benefits perceived by entrepreneurs concerning the use of the tool, leading to a higher level of use. The work contributes to the step in which it brings evidence that helps to understand the determinants of adopting SMM in the context of MSEs.

Résumé :
The food sector is a sector with great potential to be developed, especially in the Bekasi Regency area in Indonesia. Tight business competition and limited resources have forced entrepreneurs to reconsider production processes, one of which is by implementing Supply Chain Management (SCM). With MSC analysis, it is expected that business processes can be more responsive, so that they can respond quickly, effectively, and efficiently to all forms of changes in the market and further increase business competitiveness. The study involved 87 SME entrepreneurs in the food sector who were randomly obtained from several developing SME communities in Bekasi Regency, West Java and 5 experts related to the food industry. Research variables include; Supply Chain Management (SCM), Business Performance and Business Competitiveness. The results showed that in creating a business competitiveness, entrepreneurs need to improve the SCM system. SCM can affect Business Competitiveness directly, as well as through the Business Performance variable.

Résumé :
In pursuit of the beneficial outcomes of entrepreneurship, governments and regional development organisations enact policies to stimulate entrepreneurial activity. A growing focus of policymakers in emerging and developed economies is the promotion of entrepreneurial ecosystems: the interconnected system of forces that generate and sustain regional entrepreneurship. Despite intense interest in entrepreneurial ecosystems, the topic is under-theorised. Studies draw attention to the positive effects of entrepreneurial ecosystems on the creation and functioning of early-stage ventures; however, the specific mechanisms through which ecosystems influence entrepreneurs are not clear. To address this issue, we build on dynamic capabilities theory to create a theoretical framework that identifies a set of forces through which ecosystems influence entrepreneurship. We propose that in vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystems entrepreneurs are more able to sense, seize and reconfigure resources and opportunities. Our theory contributes to entrepreneurship research, has implications for policymakers and practitioners, and suggests directions for future studies.

Résumé :
The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on all levels of society. In particular, micro-entrepreneurs have experienced a decline in income and reduced mobility in buying and selling activities. The government provides stimulus assistance, Productive Assistance for Micro Enterprises (BPUM), to reduce this impact. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Micro Business Productive Assistance (BPUM) Program in Kediri City. The results are achieved by collaborating with each actor who played a role in the action program and individual projects, the resulting outcomes, and analysis of supporting factors and obstacles to implementing the BPUM program in Kediri City based on the Merilee S. Grindle implementation policy model. This study uses qualitative research methods with case study methods. The study's results found that program implementation needs to be improved by understanding and further coordination by program implementers to make it better and more efficient. This research contributes to the excellent collaboration of each actor who plays a role in action programs and individual projects by using implementation policies from Merilee S. Grindle so that microenterprises are more actively seeking information assistance from the government either directly or indirectly. In addition, the government can update the amount of data for micro-entrepreneurs and make backups through a one-door system, so that duplicate data does not occur when registering or submitting assistance.

Résumé :
This study is an exploration of entrepreneurial identity, employing a culturally sensitive mixed methods approach, Identity Structure Analysis (ISA). The sample includes 30 small/micro entrepreneurs in Southern-Transdanubia, Hungary. Hungary had introduced some “staccato” economic reforms in the previous social system, changing communist hostility towards entrepreneurs as “capitalists” into lasting ambivalence. The results reflect indistinct commitments to entrepreneurial values; constant adaptation to environmental factors instead of building own strategies; and limited future expectations. In the two sub-samples of male and female entrepreneurs there were no statistically significant differences. The dominant, masculine discourse of entrepreneurship, the underdevelopment of social enterprises in Hungary, the impact of the previous communist discourse understanding equality as sameness, and the pandemic-induced crisis may explain for these findings.

The study's objective is to analyze the influence of several elements related to entrepreneurial-specific factors and support factors on the performance of micro-enterprises. The study sample consisted of a total of 756 micro-entrepreneurs who were involved in two main microcredit programs in Malaysia, namely Amanah Ikhtiar Malaysia (AIM) and The Venture Group Economic Fund (TEKUN). The study’s findings, obtained through multiple regression analysis, revealed that factors such as personal entrepreneurial competencies, management practice, microcredit programs and government support exert a significant influence on the performance of micro-enterprises. This finding is consistent with the Resource Base View (RBV) theory which links the importance of internal and external resources as a catalyst for competitive advantage and the performance of a business. The influence of family and commitment to religious principles is less significant. It was associated with the attitude factor of micro-entrepreneurs, who frequently disregard the fundamental principles of religion while making judgments. The impact of family influence on micro enterprises' performance was determined to be negligible. Family members make minimal contributions in terms of finances, energy, or moral support. The formulation of policies is crucial for these insights, which highlight the importance of providing entrepreneurship training and implementing excellent management practices. Additionally, financial support is necessary to promote the growth of micro-enterprises in Malaysia. The government plays a crucial role in facilitating the growth of micro companies by implementing various support programs. An efficient distribution system can minimize the leakage of programs and maximize benefits for the recipients who are intended.

The article examines the activity of small business entities, on the basis of which it was found that small business entities, including micro-enterprises, form the basis of all registered domestic business entities. These subjects in the study are included in the representatives of small business, for which tax "rules of the game" are systematized in the form of general and simplified taxation systems. The expediency of abolishing the simplified taxation system and transferring all entities to the general system is justified. For entrepreneurs, an approach is proposed to determine tax rates in specific interest rates depending on the income received for the reporting tax year.

Résumé :
Financial processing is currently widely used for business purposes. The business includes small and medium businesses. With these small and medium businesses, the system used still uses financial processes manually in its processing. As a result, there are often errors in the calculation process as well as income and expenditure. And not the same as the results of the calculation. In this cash processing application system, it can help small and medium entrepreneurs to calculate large amounts of data. And will reduce the error rate. The application model is designed using Finite State Automata. With this model, it can be seen that the value of the design testing process shows that the first and second designs have smaller processing processes compared to the third design. It can be said that to conduct data processing in a large way the third design is more accurate than the first and second. It is hoped that this application can be applied by other small and medium micro-entrepreneurs, and can assist in carrying out a more efficient financial management process.

Résumé :
This study aims to describe how micro businesses survive in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. This study was conducted using qualitative research methods, relying on secondary data. The results of this study show that the micro-businesses that are mostly engaged in by women have their own vulnerabilities during the Covid 19 pandemic. Micro businesses that are involved in women have experienced many shocks in terms of marketing and business capital. Micro enterprises, in general, are not familiar with virtual technology to overcome direct marketing, have a hard time surviving. Failure in marketing is the reason for the difficulty of working capital for the next production process. So, the only way is to ask patrons for help to extend the maturity of the fund debt or ask for new debt for business capital. It's used to be done. But during a pandemic, extending the maturity of new debt or debt is a way out so that the business can still survive. Patrons (pengambe ') lend new debt in a condition where the old debt has not been paid off, because it is based on a close personal relationship. In a society with a patronage culture, the owners of this capital are the patrons and the micro-small entrepreneurs are the clients. This business relationship is an important social capital and means social security. During the Covid 19 pandemic, this relationship became functional for the client. Even though, in normal times before the COVID-19 pandemic, the patron-client system working relationship was more profitable for the patron. In the case of fishing communities, landlords profit from monopolizing the purchase of fish. Meanwhile, fishermen have business capital continuity. This relationship is close and unique. In normal times, patronage relationships can form the basis of analysis of exploitative relationships. However, during the emergency of the Covid 19 pandemic, this relationship is useful as a way out. However, the exit was "bitter" and always would be a dangerous spider web trap. It might be better than dying immediatelys.

This study assessed the moderating effect of training and development on entrepreneurial performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Nigeria considering the Bank of Industry and Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN). Two hypotheses were tested in this study reflecting training and development in Nigeria and Ethical practices of Training and Development impacts on behavioral outcomes of entrepreneurs. The paper puts to test, the preceding assertions with the aid of Kruskal Wallis test. From the test, the study refutes the former assertions on the reasoning that P-values were less than 5% level of significance. This showed that the impact of ethical training and development would be more significant if the young entrepreneurs had earlier exposure from secondary to tertiary education level to make better entrepreneurs in Nigeria. The study observed that the Nigerian educational system has contributed positively to the area of training and development which has enhanced entrepreneurial performance in Nigeria. The study recommends that training and development programme should focus on developing creative or innovative individuals who can help to move the nation forward. Résumé :
One group that has the potential to boost entrepreneurship, but is often undervalued is women. Although they consist of approximately sixty per cent of all entrepreneurs in Indonesia, they often face more challenges in comparison to male entrepreneurs in conducting their business ventures. These challenges include limited access to funding, multiple roles and responsibilities in the family and society, limited knowledge of information and communication technologies, and inadequate support system. Many women turn to social media to enable them opening a business that they can manage from home. While generally social media bring positive consequences to these woman entrepreneurs, the dynamic of the social media environment means that these women have to face obstacles to keep up with the technological developments and the changes of interactions that they bring to the business conducts and sellers-consumer interactions. This community service program aimed to provide capacity building training which focuses on women who own online micro businesses. Through this community service program, we introduced participants to the potential challenges that are brought by the changes in the social media environment. At the same time, we also assisted them in planning an effective social media communication plan that can help them to overcome these challenges. This workshop also allowed participants to network with other woman entrepreneurs that can potentially increase their social capital.

Résumé :
Objective: The objective of this research is intended to raise awareness among micro-entrepreneurs, students and society in general about the importance of microenterprises in their economic activity. Method: In order to fulfill the general objective of the study, an exploratory research with data has been applied, with information gathered in a time span involving data collected in conjunction with the direct problems that this contract has with the Colombian society. The study was carried out with a sample of 100 micro enterprises and the informal sector in the research located in Cali (Colombia); the instrument for collecting information on informal micro-enterprises was made through surveys, the study was performed in order to obtain real, measurable and attainable data, resulting in a descriptive analysis using the corresponding variables in the research. Results and Discussion: The study showed that a negative correlation was obtained given that there are a number of microenterprises not legally constituted and, therefore, it was found that these belong to the group of family businesses, which makes it clear that the salary variable is not defined by its business variability.Companies will have greater capacity for goods and services and will eradicate informal enterprises, thus the government will obtain higher taxes, but without abusing them, since if taxes are high, it will lead the companies to evade and are not formalized legally. The financial sector should be more competent to the new micro-entrepreneurs, given that being new to the business system; they require greater support through financial resources and government entities. Conclusion: The environment variable of the informal sector concludes that the phenomenon of informality in the country is predisposed to education levels with the purpose of managing unproductive assets under a formal education managed from the management positions. It is necessary and of vital importance that the State takes measures and solutions relevant to the motivation to include the informal sector within the formal sector.

Résumé :
The article analyzes the psychological basis of the theory and economic policy of libertarianism, as contained in the book by A. Greenspan "The Age of Turbulence", clarifies the strengths and weaknesses of this doctrine that led to its discredit in 2008. It presents a new understanding of liberalization in 1980-1990s as a process of institutional transformation at the micro and meso levels, implemented by politicians and entrepreneurs with predatory and opportunistic mentality. That process caused, on the one hand, the acceleration of growth, on the other hand - the erosion of informal foundations of a market system. With psychology and ideology of libertarianism, it is impossible to perceive real macro risks generated at the micro level, which lead to a systemic crisis, and to develop measures to prevent it.

Résumé :
The marketing literature is showing an increasing interest in Africa. This article addresses the contextual macro-level characteristics that such studies have in common, and traces the typical characteristics of African marketing systems back to their ultimately biogeographical foundations. These foundations include the north-south orientation of the main continental axis, the low presence of geological boundaries such as mountains and rivers, and Africa as the “cradle of mankind.” Through their evolutionary consequences, these factors evolved into the aggregate marketing system traits typical to Africa, which include the existence of multi-level markets connected by traders, a sharp distinction between the formal and informal sectors, and an overwhelming presence of micro-entrepreneurs and smallholder farmers. This analysis generates new insights into, among others, the role of biogeographical factors in marketing systems theory and the potential sources of competitive advantage and disadvantage for the endogenous African firms inherent to the system.

Résumé :

Methods: Descriptive survey research sketch was adopted for this study, while the purposive sampling method was employed to choose forty small scale businesses registered with SMEDAN from each state capital of South Western of Nigeria that engaged in petty trading, bakeries, block-making, soup-making, tailoring, and agro-allied, totaling 240 participants as a sample size for the study. Data were collected by using a closed-ended questionnaire designed for the study, while simple percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson Product Moment Correlation (PPMC), and Ordinary Least Square (OLS) was used to analyze the data. Results: The findings disclose that financial literacy and financial inclusion jointly and independently affect small businesses’ performance. It revealed a positive and significant relationship between financial literacy and financial inclusion. However, the study depicts that majority of business operators did not have financial knowledge such as working capital management, accounting records system, financial reporting, cashbook maintenance, income statement, daily cash reconciliation, internal control on cash, and cash budget. Also, the study confirmed that the majority of small business entrepreneurs are financially excluded from micro-financing, emergency loans, employ purchase financing, business bank loans, and micro-insurance plan Services. Implications: The implication of this study is that if the Central Bank of Nigeria partnership with other professional organizations to promote financial literacy and inclusion programs to all business entrepreneurs across the nation, it will motivate more business entrepreneurs in Nigeria to have access to finance.

Résumé :
The important effect of dietary factors on health status has been recognized since antiquity. Since the discovery of the beneficial effects of dietary phytochemicals and bioactives, a new dimension of foods have emerged in the market. These “functional foods” are being developed by all major food companies and new ones are regularly brought into the market. While developing new functional foods and nutraceuticals, the association and identification of such foods and beverages with traditional foods and medicinal preparations, and/or popular forms of existing products are bound to bring long-standing consumer acceptance, which is an important desirable factor in sales and marketing. Following this concept, Zafi Beverages, Inc., Chicago, is developing a new line of functional products (new herbal teas and energy drinks). Zafiis also introducing a unique marketing and distribution system to create a new team of entrepreneurs, providing an excellent opportunity for growth in sales and marketing to new entrepreneurs. It targets ethnic entrepreneurs by offering an opportunity to use their networking abilities and be part of an exciting new partnership in the new host country, as well as a strategic business plan. The ethnic entrepreneurs are also constantly in contact with their consumers by virtue of the existing ethnic allegiance and cohesion and are able to identify the consumer needs and concerns directly. These small ethnic entrepreneurial networks can be identified as distinct “micro-marketing systems” within the national economy. The advertised market potential for Zafi is summarized to include an offer of immediate cash flow, more revenue and profits, marketing and financial education support, as well as a promising new line of products.

Résumé :
Economic crises affect all micro- and macroeconomic areas. Particularly vulnerable to unfavorable changes are enterprises which are often unable to cope with these problems on their own. In this situation, the state helps enterprises with “soft financing”. The systemic anti-crisis measures introduced in Poland over the last 20 years (1990-2010) covered altogether three crises. The crisis which overcame Poland’s economy in the early 1990s was an effect of transformation of the whole socio-economic system. The second crisis took place at the turn of 20th century and the third in 2009. The first two crises involved state support for enterprises in the form of passive financial restructuring, that is the debt write-off. During the third crisis entirely new measures were adopted, based on liberalized labor law and direct support for enterprises

Résumé :
This paper examines transitioning from a traditional capital system to a more modern and sustainable financing system. Green financing or green microfinance is one of the efforts to provide opportunities for micro-scale businesses initiated by women to start businesses in the energy sector. Green financing is considered part of financial inclusion, providing business financing schemes oriented towards ecological conservation values. This research considers the context of opportunities and potential obstacles women face in accessing green financing. A literature study was conducted to describe microfinance schemes by drawing closer to efforts to mainstream gender and efforts to transition to a more sustainable financial system. At least several stages need to be passed to transition the financial system toward a more gender-friendly and sustainable direction. First, it is important to socialize the awareness-raising program on green entrepreneurship for women more massively. Second, steps to develop the capacity of women entrepreneurs should be accompanied by preparing business proposals to apply for bank financing, which is part of financial literacy education. Business mentorship programs from the government for women who have micro-scale businesses are also needed. Such technical assistance interventions will be the beginning of preparation for micro-enterprises to start consistently opening a sustainable business. This paper finds that the green financing strategy will ultimately help transition business models that seek to integrate efforts to save the ecology with business schemes, including developing a gender-friendly sustainable business ecosystem.
