Abstract: Schools as educational organizations must always increase productivity with various innovations and achievements, should not stagnate in the comfort zone with low productivity, therefore it is necessary to measure school productivity for school self-evaluation as a reference in increasing school productivity. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of school productivity in the Mataram city junior high school. The method used in this study is a survey method with a quantitative approach, the population is 1620 respondents in 35 junior high schools consisting of principals, teachers and administrators, the sample used is 106 respondents, drawn using proportional stratified random sampling based on the sampling formula of solvin. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and then analyzed descriptive statistical data using the WMS (Weighted Means Scored) technique. The results of the measurement of school productivity at the Mataram City Middle School show that the school input dimension is in the very high category with a score of 4.37 while the school output is in the high category with a score of 4.25. Keywords: Measurement, School Productivity Abstrak: Sekolah sebagai organisasi pendidikan harus selalu meningkatkan produktivitas dengan berbagai inovasi dan prestasi, tidak boleh stagna pada zona nyaman dengan produktivitas rendah, maka dari itu diperlukan pengukuran produktivitas sekolah untuk evaluasi diri sekolah sebagai acuan dalam peningkatkan produktivitas sekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian Ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat produktivitas sekolah di SMP kota Mataram . Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, populasinya adalah 1620 responden di 35 unit SMP yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru dan tenaga administrator, sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 106 responden, ditarik dengan menggunkan proportional stratified random sampling berdasarkan rumus pengambilan sampel dari solvin. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket kemudian di lakukan analisis data statistik deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik WMS (Weighted Means Scored). Hasil dari pengukuran produktivitas sekolah di SMP kota Mataram menunjukkan bahawa dimensi school input berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dengan skor 4,37 sedangkan school output berada pada kategori tinggi dengan skor 4,25. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the principal in Teacher Performance Assessment activities in order to improve the quality of educators in order to realize the school's vision and mission at Elementary School, Sumber Rejeki Mataram. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Researchers collect data and analyze data where the data sources used are primary and secondary data using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of this study are that the principal has several roles, namely as an innovator who triggers the PKG agenda, then the principal acts as a drafter and supervisor who makes the concept of activities from the beginning of the activity to the execution of the PKG program and finally as an evaluator, namely evaluating PKG activities, this can be seen from the activeness of the principal in overseeing activities in schools, especially those related to PKG activities. Some of the principal's roles encourage school principals to make breakthroughs and progressive policies to make PKG activities a success. The PKG activities that have been running since 2015-2016 have been beneficial in improving the quality of educators at Sumber Rejeki Mataram Elementary School, that's why the principal makes this activity one of the mandatory activities that must be followed by all educators at Elementary School Sumber Rejeki Mataram. The series of activities starting from debriefing to conducting evaluations is the principal's agenda in realizing the vision, mission and goals of Sumber Rejeki Mataram Elementary School

The main problem examined through this research is what is the pattern of child protection in the dimension of child-friendly schools in schools/madrasahs in Kota Mataram, Provinsi NTB? Research data were collected through interview techniques, observation, documentation, and focus group discussions with principals, teachers, committees, school supervisors, and students. Purposely, the research data sources were determined to come from 4 schools/madrasahs. All data collected were then analyzed qualitatively. The results show that (1) the regulation of child-friendly school/madrasah policies, development strategies and their implementation is based on the prevailing laws and regulations regarding child protection in the dimension of child-friendly schools. (2) Implementation of child protection programs in the dimension of child-friendly schools in Kota Mataram is based on planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. (3) There are two factors, namely internal and external, which determine the success of the child protection program in the dimension of child-friendly schools in schools/madrasahs in Kota Mataram

This study aims to reveal the influence of leadership on organization commitment and the performance of Islamic Junior High School (MTs) teachers in boarding school in Mataram city. The study populations consisted of 358 fully-employed teachers who worked in Islamic Junior High Schools of Pondok Pesantren (Boarding Schools) in Mataram City. By using Slovin formula, the researcher took 79 teachers as the study samples. The study employed a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire containing question related to the variables under investigation, i.e. leadership, organizational commitment and teacher performance. The data were analyzed by using SPSS path analysis. The result of this study reported that there was positive and significant impact of leadership on organizational commitment and the Performance of the Islamic Junior High School techers at the Pondok Pesantren being investigated in Mataram city. Result of the study suggest that to improve the performance of the Islamic Junior High School teachers, school leaders are adviced to keep exercising their leadership skills and commitment to her organization.

The school management effectiveness is significantly influenced by the role of local leaders, the school committee who runs its roles functionally, positive supports delivered by virtual teams and effective decisions made by the principal. 100 principals and 300 senior teachers of primary schools had filled out questionnaires.The data then analyzed statistically by applying path analysis. Research reveals that there are positive direct effects among the variables tested and it can be viewed from two major paths. Firstly, the school management effectiveness is directly influenced by the roles of local leaders, functioned school committee, supports by virtual team and decision making. Secondly, decision making directly influenced also by the roles of local leaders, functioned school committee, and supports by virtual team. It implies that the school management proved its effectiveness when attained direct positive roles from local leaders, functioned school committee, supports by virtual team and effective decision making handled by the principal.

Cases of violence against children are still common in school environments, even the perpetrators themselves are school residents. Cases of violence include emotional violence, verbal violence, physical violence, and sexual violence. Child-Friendly Schools are set up in an effort to reduce cases of child abuse and as a form of state, a responsibility to fulfill the rights of children as mandated in law no. 35 of 2014. In an effort to realize the Child-Friendly School on an ongoing and better basis, the community service team socialized the strategy and policy of child-friendly schools for PGSD students of Mataram University. PGSD students are chosen because they are prospective teachers who will definitely jump into the school. The socialization was held on 12 August 2020 through the Zoom Meeting.Socialization participants are given information related to six indicators to measure the achievement of SRA, namely: (1) SRA policy, (2) curriculum implementation, (3) education and education personnel trained in children's rights, (4) facilities and infrastructure of SRA, (5) child participation and (6) participation of parents, community institutions, business world, stakeholders and alumni. The outside target or achievement of this socialization activity is improvement the understanding of students regarding child-friendly school policies and strategies.Keywords: socialization; violence; sra policy

The aim of the study was to describe the planning of inclusive education programs in primary school 20 of Mataram. The study used a qualitative approach and was conducted at Elementary School 20 Mataram. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data validity test in this study includes the credibility, reliability, and validity tests. The results showed that the planning carried out by Elementary School 20 Mataram was carried out by establishing an annual work program with student activities for a year, including students with special needs, these activities include identification and evaluation of students at the time of registration of new students, meetings of routine parents of children with special needs and schools, class promotion meetings, extracurricular exercises, training of managers of children with special needs, the composition of individual learning programs.

Ocean literacy is knowledge about the biophysical and ecological aspects of the ocean that have relevance to the topic of biology learning. This study aims to classify the profiles on ecosystem topics of t he ocean literacy of the high school students of SMA 1 Mataram. This study uses an observational approach with a purposive sampling technique, while the data analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis. Furthermore, the samples of this study are 186 of 848 students. The classification of students’ literacy on ocean ecological aspects in SMA 1 Mataram are: the percentage of correct answers on indicator 1 is 41.55%, indicator 2 is 68.55%, and indicator 3 is 41.40%. This study concludes that high school students at the study site have not had sufficient knowledge about ocean ecology. However, some materials, such as ocean ecosystems, can be a source of learning to improve students' literacy about ocean ecologies, such as tropical structures in a coral reef, seagrass, and mangrove ecosystems. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate learning resources from ocean environments, especially schools close to the sea, such as a high school in the study site and other high schools in other places

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan internal sekolah yang menunjukkan inklusivitas karakter toleran pada peserta didik yang majemuk. Fokus penelitian pada kebijakan inklusif dalam arti keadilan, kesetaraan, dan sikap positif terhadap kemajemukan agama. Sekolah berperan untuk memenuhi hak peserta didik dalam keberagamaan. Menjadi masalah, jika lembaga sekolah diskriminatif atau tidak memfasilitasi pendidikan kerohanian pesesrta didiknya. Studi kasus penelitian adalah SMAN 1 Mataram dan SMAN 5 Mataram. Penelitian ini adalah field research dengan teknik penggalian data observasi kegiatan peserta didik yang mencakup: organisasi, kerohanian, aturan hari libur agama, ketersediaan tempat ibadah; dan wawancara mendalam kepada peserta didik, guru, dan pelaku kebijakan sekolah. Hasilnya, kedua sekolah tersebut menerapkan institusionalisasi ide menjadi kebijakan. Di antara kebijakan tersebut: melaksanakan kegiatan imtaq (iman dan taqwa) sesuai agama peserta didik; memberikan izin pembentukan organisasi rohani; fasilitas tempat maupun alat ibadah multi-agama; memfasilitasi guru rohani di setiap agama yang dipeluk oleh peserta didik; dan kebijakan libur fakultatif. Pemahaman masyarakat di wilayah sekolah tentang keberagaman suku, bahasa, dan agama yang praksis (tidak teoritis) menjadikan modal penting dalam kelangsungan toleransi di sana. Meskipun kedua sekolah tersebut tidak mewakili kebhinnekaan dalam hal suku dan etnis, setidaknya agama peserta didik yang berbeda-beda mewakili cerminan dari Indonesia yang beragam. Kata Kunci: sekolah kebhinnekaan, kebijakan internal sekolah, karakter toleran, Mataram This article aims to analyze the school's internal policies that show the inclusiveness of the tolerant character of diverse learners. The research focuses on inclusive policies in terms of justice, equality, and positive attitudes towards religious pluralism. Schools play a role in fulfilling the rights of students in religion. It becomes a problem if school institutions are discriminatory or do not facilitate the spiritual education of their students. The research case studies are SMAN 1 Mataram and SMAN 5 Mataram. This research is field research with data mining techniques for observing student activities which include: organization, spirituality, rules for religious holidays, availability of places of worship; and in-depth interviews with students, teachers, and school policy actors. As a result, both schools implemented the institutionalization of ideas into policies. Among these policies: carry out imtaq (faith and taqwa) activities according to the religion of the students; granting permission to form a spiritual organization; facilities for places and tools of multi-religious worship; facilitate spiritual teachers in each religion embraced by students; and facultative holiday policies. The understanding of the community in the school area about the practical (non-theoretical) ethnic, linguistic and religious diversity is an important asset in sustaining tolerance there. Although the two schools do not represent diversity in terms of ethnicity and ethnicity, at least the different religions of the students represent a reflection of the diversity of Indonesia. This study aims to explore the innovations of Islamic schools in Lombok in the face of the disruption era. SDIT Anak Sholeh Mataram is a representation of a school that made the innovation effort. Data were obtained using the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the theory used to analyze the problem in this study is to adapt the theory of "natural drift." Based on this theory, schools are living systems. The results show that SDIT Anak Sholeh Mataram succeeded in existing and surviving in its interaction and adaptation with its environment. This success was supported by school innovations in the form of a program called "School Culture." This program is a model designed and implemented in order to develop students' personal and social skills. This program emphasizes the practice of religious values ​​in the daily lives of students. Evaluation of "School Culture" is done in writing and non-writing adjusted to the form of activities in the program. The success of this program lies in the active collaboration between schools, parents, the community, and the government. A note for this program is the need to instill awareness in all School Culture activities. This innovative program succeeded in triggering the appreciation of the SDIT shown by the people of Mataram.

Implementation of Mathematics Learning for Children with Special Needs at special school (SLB) Negeri 1 Mataram Academic Year 2021/2022. The subjects of this research are teachers and students of VIII grade of Tunagrahita at Children with Special Needs at special school (SLB) Negeri 1 Mataram. The two chosen subjects are the class teacher and the randomly chosen student. This research is a Descriptive qualitative research. The data were collected in three phases, which are observation, interview and documentary. The result of this research shows the learning process for Children with Special Needs at special school (SLB) needs special treats and patterns for each student, even in fact the teachers still use the conventional method to teach them. The students still need guidance every hour. The teachers use more than one method as in other schools. The mathematics learning process of Children with Special Needs at special school (SLB) is little bit different to public schools where the teachers here have to be really slow when explaining the materials to the students and the teachers need to repeat more than twice in order that students understand it well. This Children with Special Needs school (SLB) uses the same evaluation as public schools use.

This research was conducted due to the spread of bullying phenomenon among adolescents. This research aims to find how the impact of bullying on adolescent behaviour. and how schools overcome the impact of bullying in the school environment. This research type was descriptive qualitative research. The informants of the study consisted of 35 students, 2 homeroom teachers, and 2 counselor teachers of SMKN 5 Mataram. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of data used is to data reduction, data display, and data conclusions and verification. To measure the validity of the data of this study using resource triangulation. The results showed that the impact of bullying on the behavior of victims caused victims to fear and withdraw from the social environment, just let it go, and made bullying as a driver to be better than before, also students who became victims against the students who bullied him is the emergence of feelings of guilt and regret in the offender. The way schools to overcome the effects of bullying in the school environment is by giving suggestions and motivation to the perpetrators and victims of bullying.

This research aims to determine the analysis of the internal control system for the implementation of school operational funds (BOS) at the Mataram City education office. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. This research was conducted under the auspices of the Mataram City Education Department in 4 junior high schools, namely SMPN 15 MATARAM, SMPN 16 MATARAM, SMPN 9 MATARAM, and SMPN 7 MATARAM. Data collection techniques are in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that the analysis of the internal control system for the implementation of school operational funds (BOS) at the Mataram City Education Department as a whole can be said to be that the internal control system in 4 schools (SMP) is quite effective and efficient. The implementation of the Boss's funds is in accordance with the Boss's Technical Guidelines regulations.

The aimed of this study was to determine the effect of school organizational culture on the performance of teachers of public high schools in the city of Mataram. This research is a quantitative research with ex-post facto method. The population of this study were all teachers of SMA 1 and SMA 5 Mataram, totaling 137. The study sample consisted of 58 teachers taken by probability sampling techniques. The instrument of this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used statistical analysis namely simple regression test and multiple regression. The results of this study are that organizational culture has a positive effect on teacher performance of Public High Schools in Mataram City by 55.2%. Thus, it can be concluded that the better the school's organizational culture, the performance of teachers in public high schools in the city of Mataram will increase.

This research is aimed at describing the readiness of teaching-learning English at elementary school (ES) in Kodya Mataram, accentuating on perception of respondents; English teacher’s qualifications; the availability of English techer and teaching facility; students’ interest of study English; and constrains in English instruction. This survey assigns its subjects to 14 principals without EP, 49 parens of children’s schools with EP, and 55 parents of children’s schools without EP. The instruments used to collect data are questionnaire, interview guide, and observation form. The study reveals that (1) most respondents in each group are ready to teach English at ES; (2) English teachers’ qualification meet the criteria; (3) Of 30 ES without EP, 7 (23.33%) are ready, English text books for ES with are categorized mostly ready; and (4) Students at ES with are mostly ready. In addition, 9 (30%) of students at 30 non-ESP schools are totally not ready.

The study reveals that (1) most respondents in each group are ready to teach English at ES; (2) English teachers’ qualification meet the criteria; (3) Of 30 ES without EP, 7 (23.33%) are ready, English text books for ES with are categorized mostly ready; and (4) Students at ES with are mostly ready. In addition, 9 (30%) of students at 30 non-ESP schools are totally not ready.

The Test of Science-Related Attitudes (TOSRA) was initially developed in Australia by Barry J. Fraser in 1977 for high school students. This research aims to modify and validate the TOSRA used for 5th-grade elementary school students in Mataram, Indonesia. A survey model with a Likert scale questionnaire was used in the research and a purposive sampling strategy was used to recruit 318 students from 3 different elementary schools in Mataram. There were 4 of 7 indicators of TOSRA used in this research: attitude to scientific inquiry, adoption of scientific attitudes, enjoyment of science lessons, and leisure interest in science. From each indicator, 5 of the 10 statements on TOSRA are taken, so a total of 20 statements were presented in the questionnaire. Each item of the question was analyzed for its validity and reliability overall. The results showed that all question items are valid and reliable so this modified TOSRA can measure the science-related attitudes of 5th-grade elementary school students in Mataram, Indonesia.

Partners are in the city of Mataram, namely the Nurul Islam Sekarbela Islamic boarding school. Starting from the problems of the boarding school, including the low level of independent health of students who are staying and also supported by economic needs in the management of Islamic boarding schools, on the other hand, the cottage has a fairly large yard/land but is still not managed optimally. In our service activities, we provide two things that become solutions to the problems of partners at the Nurul Islam Islamic Boarding School, namely by providing education on the application of land management / boarding school yards with the Agroforestry system. Agroforestry system is a system of land / yard management by combining farming, forestry and animal husbandry systems. This system will increase land productivity while conserving land, promoting aesthetics with flowering plants, and the farm that we will combine is trigona bee cultivation. In the aspect of cultivation, we will combine agricultural and forestry crops and choose bee-feeding plants, namely resin and pollen supply plants. Meanwhile, from the aspect of cultivation, the team provided assistance in providing flowering tree seeds of the Kaliandra species, etc. The service implementation team held technical guidance activities on how to plant on peat land for the right types of trees and planting patterns.

The Covid-19 pandemic is the world's first and foremost health crisis. Many states decided to close schools, colleges, and universities. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of state elementary school supervisors in Mataram City with CIPP model that is seen from the aspects of context, input, process, and product. The type of research used by researchers is a descriptive evaluation with quantitative methods. The evaluation model used is CIPP evaluation model. The population in this study is all supervisors of state elementary schools in Mataram City which numbered 34 supervisors. Because the population of this study is less than 100 people, the entire population is used as a sample of 34 supervisors. The results showed that from the context, input, and supervisory process of state elementary schools in Mataram City has done well to produce a good product as well, namely better teacher performance.

Education in the Islamic boarding school not only emphasize on cognitive acquire, but also how to implement the values of that cognitive comprehension itself. Therefore, Islamic boarding school develops the religious culture to embody the positive behavior to students in their daily life through religious values. For this reason, this study aimed to find out the values of religious culture existed in Islamic boarding school. This study was a qualitative descriptive design.Observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis were used to collect the data. The data were analyzed comprised of four components, namely 1) Data collection, 2) Data Reduction, 3) Data display, and 4) Data verifications or conclusion. The result of this study showed that; 1) The type of religious culture implemented at Abu Hurairah Islamic boarding school Mataram west Nusa Tenggara on Madrasah Aliyah (Senior High School) include; Smile and Greeting habituation, mutual respect, and tolerance, praying Dhuha, Praying Zuhur on the congregation, tadarrus Al-Qur’an (learning Al-Qur’an) / Tahfiz Al-Qur’an (memorizing of Al-Qur’an), 2) the implementation of Religious culture. Values in teaching and learning at Abu Hurairah Islamic boarding school Mataram west Nusa Tenggara on Madrasah Aliyah (Senior High School) through the activities of curricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular. The values of religious culture embodied by students included; the spirit in obeying rules of Islamic religion, the spirit of mutual help, the spirit of brotherhood, the spirit of sacrifice, spirit to love science, spirit for working hard, and spirit of tolerance. 3) The implication of embodiment values of the multi-religious culture at Islamic Boarding Schools was impacted to all Islamic Boarding Schools officials, especially to the students, they have good behavior, speak politely, always respect towards diversity, more active in social activity in the society, mutual help, more discipline, and more competitive in facing the social problem in society, and the graduates has ability to compete to be accepted in the State University or private university.

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the perceptions of Mataram City students in recognizing and using smartphones to support their needs, especially those related to education. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with a population of all high school students or the equivalent scattered in the city of Mataram. The sample used is 50 students from five schools. Research data in the form of survey results obtained through the process of distributing question forms using the help of links on Google Drive. The data obtained were then analyzed descriptively and supported by various relevant sources. Based on the research that has been done, it is found that the level of participation of Mataram City students in recognizing and using Smartphones is included in the high category with a percentage level of 100%. This indicates that Smartphones have become the most important part and are difficult to separate for students, especially in today's conditions

The purpose of this activity is to provide supervision provisions for school principals and tutors so that tutors in particular are able to provide correct and measurable assistance to PGSD FKIP students who carry out PPL in elementary schools. The problem in this service is the lack of maximum assistance carried out by civil servant teachers to PPL students in Mataram District. The method applied in this counseling is multi-method, namely the lecture method, question and answer method, and demonstration method as well as the assignment method. The training was held at SDN 19 Mataram with a total of 34 teachers. It should be stated that this service was quite successful because 80% of all participants who were targeted for the training managed to complete the given training tasks. The number of participants who took part in the training was 34 of the 30 people planned, this result was due to the request of the principal from cluster 2 of Mataram District on average asking for additional participants, this means that the implementation of this service has met the previously desired standards.

This research was carried out with the objectives: 1) to improve the ability of teachers in implementing learning from designing, implementing, to evaluating, 2) to determine the frequency level of implementation of clinical supervision by school principals, and 3) the availability of quality supervision documents. This research method uses school action research which is carried out in two cycles consisting of Planning, Implementation, Observation, and Reflection. The subjects in the study were 60 teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Mataram. This research instrument uses observation sheets, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that clinical supervision can improve teacher competence in the learning process at SMP Negeri 6 Mataram. Based on the results of data analysis of clinical supervision results, it can be concluded that; 1) of 60 teachers who obtained a minimum of Good as many as 49 people (81.67%), 2) of 60 teachers 100% of teachers were supervised, and 3) Schools had quality documents in the form of supervision programs, supervision reports, and follow-up programs.

The findings were (1) strategical planning, including: (a) compatibility of UP/J program goal with school vision and mission and (b) the arrangement of UP/J program periodically; (2) strategical application, including: (a) cooperation with government institutions and private institutions, (b) marketing of UP/J carried out by school society including school principal, teachers, students, parents and alumni, (c) empowering alumni and students as employees, (d) executing production schedule out of reaching and learning activities, and , (e) transparency in financial management ; and (3) strategical supervising, including: (a) the distribution of customers satisfaction instruments, (b) the supervising in form of the report periodically each semester and each year. The objective of this research was to understand comprehensively about the enforceability of parenting program on early childhood education (PAUD) in Mataram pre-schools. The study applies qualitative approach the focuses on evaluation in pre- shool education in Mataram. The data were collected through interviews, observation, documentation, and questionnaire. This Study shows that (1) the background of the parenting program implementation was lack of parents' supports of child education; (2) the implementation of parenting program in pre-shools has fulfilled the requirements laid down in the guideline book; (3) most of pre-school institutions have implemented parenting program in accordance with the technical guideline book; and (4) the majority of parents' understandings of child nutrition, treatment, upbringing, and protection have signivicantly increased upon the implementation of the program.

This community service activity aims to provide assistance to SMK teachers in Mataram City in developing project-based learning to design, implement, and evaluate project-based mathematics learning. The specific target to be produced from this service activity is the optimal understanding of SMK teachers throughout the city of Mataram related to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of project-based mathematics learning. To achieve this target, mentoring was carried out for SMK teachers in Mataram City, each represented by 2 teachers in each partner school. Mentoring activities are carried out with a series of activities, namely (1) Seminars related to the general description of project-based learning and dissemination of research results that are still related to the need for project-based learning to be implemented in schools, (2) Workshop on project-based learning design, (3) Workshop on implementation project-based learning, (4) project-based learning evaluation workshops, (5) forum group discussion results from the implementation of activities in each school. The results of the service activities showed a positive response from the training participants and an increase in participants' understanding of project-based learning in mathematics learning.

This study aimed to determine the effect of the principal's motivation on teacher performance at Integrated Islamic elementary school Matahati Bandung. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with the associative method. The population in this study amounted to 30 teachers and was taken as a sample of 30 teachers with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The result of this study; 1) the regression coefficient value is 1.006. So every one percent of motivation from the principal will improve teacher performance by 1,006. Thus the motivation of the principal has a positive effect on the teacher's performance. Square R-value = 0.610, hence the effect value is 61%. Thus, the provision of motivation from the principal can improve teacher performance by 60%; 2) the principal is significantly influential in efforts to improve teacher performance in SDIT Matahati with the magnitude of the influence by 90.6%; 3) Principals on teacher influence by 88.6%. The study results imply that the principal's motivation is a factor that can affect teacher performance.

This research was designed as descriptive qualitative research and aimed at figuring out whether or not the Islamic values were integrated with the lesson plan and the syllabus teachers designed. It is essential to see if these values are integrated, considering that JSIT mandates all Islamic schools to incorporate them in all subjects at all levels. The research took place in Mataram, taking English teachers and schools’ curriculum vice principals in four different Islamic integrated schools spread in Mataram as the subjects. Data was collected through document study and interviews. A document study was conducted to see if the Islamic values were added to the indicators and the teaching procedures teachers designed in both the lesson plan and syllabus. A semi-structured interview was carried out with 4 English teachers and 4 curriculum vice principals who were purposively chosen to get more in-depth and comprehensive information on the lesson plan and syllabus they designed. This research suggested that one school successfully implemented integration among the four integrated Islamic schools. This is seen in their indicators and the teaching procedures that reflect Islamic values. The three schools were yet to implement the integration properly as they considered prayers before and after the lesson and some advice during the lesson as the integration.

This community service activity was carried out with the aim of increasing the professionalism of senior high school teachers at SMAN 7 Mataram through Classroom Action Research (CAR). This training activity is intended for teachers at SMAN 7 Mataram. The implementation of activities is presented in a workshop approach through lectures, discussions, questions and answers, and simulations. The presentation includes material on CAR, data analysis in CAR accompanied by several examples of proposal drafts and scientific publications related to CAR. The very high motivation of the participants was seen during the implementation of community service activities, in addition to the very positive response of the participants with an enthusiasm level of 90% seen during the implementation of this community service. The level of teacher satisfaction is very high with this activity and they have high hopes that further activities will be held as assistance for CAR activities in schools and are able to produce scientific papers that are worthy of publication.

Standard process is reference in process implementation of studying, in order that studying process that implementation has quality until the purpose who has established able to get it.this reseach purpose for (1) To describe how the teacher steps in studying strategi Alquran hadith in junior high school 1 Mataram, Mataram city; (2) Able to describe how the teacher process in implementation of studying Alquran Hadis in junior high school 1 Mataram, Mataram city; (3) able to describe how the teacher tehnis in studying evaluation Alquran hadis in junior high school 1 Mataram, Mataram city. This reseach use the qualitative reseach with phenomenology descriftive, the tehnis to agregation data is doing by interview structured, observation non participation, and documentation. Data is anlysis by using interactive model comprise with data collection, data reduction, data display and conclution, cheking data legitimate is doing with increase hard observation and trianggulation or mixture. Based on the research done it is found that: 1) Planning learning the Alquran Hadith who did as teachers based on rules that has been determined by the government, such as the preparation of lesson plans which is developed from the syllabus as specified for each level of. So it can be said that lesson plans drawn up cannot be separated from standard regulations that determined by the central government; 2) The implementation of learning the Alquran Hadith did as teachers comply with the standards of the processes that have determined by the government, where in in a standard there is the implementation of the process of learning that has some parts those are any preliminary activity, core activities and activities the end; 3) Evaluation did as teachers Alquran Hadith if seen from assessment standards determined in national education standards less in accordance with regulations. As assessment of affective and psychomotor, because teachers arrange their own instrument to conduct an evaluation. While on the cognitive is in line with the standard established by the government.

Kegiatan edukasi astronomi ini sebagai upaya peningkatan kesadaran keamanan pengamatan dalam mengamati peristiwa gerhana matahari cincin bagi siswa sekolah dasar dengan melalui pendekatan pembelajaran STREAM. Kegiatan ini dimaksudkan sebagai wahana edukasi astronomi dalam menanamkan sebuah pemahaman kesadaran keamanan kepada siswa SD dalam mengamati peristiwa gerhana matahari disalah satu sekolah dasar kota Cirebon dan Bandung. Melalui kegiatan ini diharpkan guru – guru dan siswa dapat lebih eksplorasi kreatfitas pengajaranya, menyenangi, siap berpartsipasi dalam pendidikan astronomi bagi anak sedari dini di pembelajaran IPA menjadi menyenangkan dalam memahami konten fisika mengenai astronomi. Menjelang akhir tahun nanti, tepatnya pada tanggal 26 Desember 2019, masyarakat Indonesia akan mendapat kesempatan untuk menyaksikan sebuah peristiwa astronomi yang langka dan spektakuler, yaitu Gerhana Matahari Cincin. Pengabdian ini diadakan pada bulan November - Desember 2019 di salah satu sekolah dasar kabupaten Bandung dan kota Cirebon. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap termasuk mengenai Implementasi STREAM kepada guru kelas seperti paparan STREAM, penjelasan tentang merancang pembelajaran berbasis STREAM dan Impelementasi Hasil Rancangan pembelajaran berbasis STREAM di kelas yang telah di sepakati untuk dijalankan program. This astronomy education activity is an effort to increase awareness of observation security in observing ring solar eclipse events for elementary school students through the STREAM learning approach. This activity is intended as a vehicle for astronomical education in instilling an understanding of security awareness to elementary students in observing solar eclipse events in one of the elementary schools of the cities of Cirebon and Bandung. Through this activity teachers and students are expected to be more able to explore the creativeness of their instructors, enjoy, be prepared to participate in astronomy education for children from an early age in learning science to be fun in understanding the physics content about astronomy. Towards the end of the year, precisely on December 26, 2019, the people of Indonesia will have the opportunity to witness a rare and spectacular astronomical event, the Ring Solar Eclipse. This service is held in November - December 2019 in one of the elementary schools in Bandung regency and Cirebon city. This activity is carried out through several stages including the Implementation of STREAM to classroom teachers such as STREAM exposure, explanation of designing STREAM-based learning and Implementation of STREAM-based learning designs in classes that have been agreed to run the program. Teacher and student questionnaires were given to collect data on responses to STREAM learning that was implemented.

Fact show that comprehension university student on mathematics are very extremely low, so that its important to find data about internal factor criteria that influence comprehension levels of school mathematics University student of mathematics education teacher training and education faculty Universitas Mataram. So that conduct descriptive quantitative research with University student of mathematics education on 2015 to 2019 as population and 214 student as sample chosen with cluster random sample. According to analist result of student attitude toward mathematics have positive category with average 80,7, student interest toward mathematics have very extremely high category with average 64,9, student motivation achievement have very extremely high with average 112,9 and learning habit student have good category with average 58. The correlation among each factors student interest toward mathematicshave strong correlation with learning habit about 0,61, and others factor have medium correlation and attitude and learning habit have weak correlation. According to data about attitude, interest, motivation, and learning habit showen that positif think because research sample are university students of mathematics education teacher training and educations so that there are need to next research to find any other factor influence low of mathematics student comprehension toward schools mathematics.

In elementary schools (SD), KIT IPA equipment is used to practice teaching and learning activities that teachers have not used to their full potential. Kit of knowledge and management abilities Teachers require IPA SD to advance their school. The management of KIT IPA is less effective and has become a major issue for elementary schools (SD) Group IV Cakranegara. The goal of this community service activity is to teach people about the names of the tools in some SD IPA KIT IPA SD, how to use them, and how to use KIT IPA SD in the learning process. This devotional activity employs lecture methods, simulations, and practical work. This activity was held in SD Negeri 1 Cakranegara, with as many as 28 teachers participating. The activities' outcomes demonstrated that participants gained knowledge and skills on how to teach IPA by utilizing KIT IPA tools for practical work activities. Based on observations from practical work, the average value of process skills of teachers was 70 and classified quite well. The positive response from teachers in mentoring activities indicates that this activity is running smoothly, and it is expected that there will be additional training for other KIT equipment as a result of this activity.

The description of the research is the implementation of entrepreneurship carried out at the Sirojut Tholibin Islamic boarding school with a worship platform, where all economic activities carried out are intended to worship Allah SWT. The application of entrepreneurship is carried out, students are trained to manage economic institutions in the Sirojut Tholibin madrasah boarding school. On the other hand, the profit of the madrasah boarding school is not always an important priority, because what is instilled at the start of entrepreneurship at the boarding school is the intention to worship and simply hope for Allah's blessing, as a result the students not only have solid religious knowledge but also have an entrepreneurial spirit for their life.

The shortage of Hindu Religion Teachers is one of the main problems for the world of education. We hope that with the large number of Hindu religious colleges and graduates of the Hindu Religious Education S1 study program, it is hoped that it will fill the shortage of Hindu religious teachers and the opportunity to be accepted as a Hindu religion teacher is quite large according to existing needs. The shortage of teachers causes the quality of Hindus to be low because they are taught by incompetent teachers. The city of Mataram, which is the city center in the West Nusa Tenggara area, is a barometer to determine the quality of Hindus in West Nusa Tenggara. The Hindu Institute of Religion, which is the only Hindu religious college in West Nusa Tenggara, plays a major role in producing quality Hindu religious educators. This theme is very interesting because from here we can find out what are the obstacles in Hindu religious education from elementary, middle and upper levels. The output of this research is expected to be an input for the Mataram city government and the Mataram City education office to increase the quota of Hindu religious teachers in Mataram City. The formulation of the problem, namely: 1. How to analyze the needs of Hindu religious teachers based on a SWOT analysis? And 2. What are the opportunities and challenges of IAHN Gde Pudja Mataram as a producer of Hindu religious teachers in Mataram City in anticipating these opportunities and challenges? The methodology used in this research is qualitative with the research location is Mataram City.Conclusion: 1. From the results of the analysis of the shortage of Hindu Religion Teachers from elementary to high school levels are 25 people. 2. From the results of the SWOT analysis, we have the strength that we have 9 council members at the Mataram city level and 1 at the NTB provincial level and the Gde Pudja Mataram State Hindu Institute Campus which produces many prospective Hindu religious teachers. The weaknesses are weak lobbying and coordination of each institution and the government's lack of attention to recruiting Hindu religious teachers. The opportunities are: there is still a lack of Hindu religious teachers and the majority of Hindus are in the city of Mataram. Meanwhile, the challenges are that schools are no longer allowed to recruit honorary teachers, the salaries of honorary teachers are small, there has been no recruitment of Hindu religious teachers for 4 years and there is no formal boarding school. 3. 90% of Hindu Religion Teachers in Mataram City are graduates of IAHN Gde Pudja Mataram 4. Opportunities for Alumni S1 Hindu Religious Education IAHN Gde Pudja Mataram are: as prospective Hindu religious teachers, prospective researchers and educational staff and the challenge is that alumni of S1 Hindu Religious Education must improve their level of education.

Abstract: Implementation of the Concept of Freedom to Learn through Student-Centered Learning Using a Problem-Based Learning Model for Class XII Statistical Materials at Matakali State High School in the Academic Year 2021/2022. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of mathematics learning through a problem-based learning model on the implementation of an independent learning curriculum in class XII science students of SMA Negeri Matakali for the 2021/2022 academic year consisting of 22 students using class action research. The data collection instruments used are tests, observations, and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using the t-test one sample test. The results of this study show that hypothesis testing obtained a sig value (2-tailed) = 0.000 < α = 0.05.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the effectiveness of mathematics learning through the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on the concept of independent learning in Class XII science at Matakali State High School.

This study aims to identify reading anxiety among junior high school students. The research design employed a quantitative approach in the form of a survey study. There were 80 respondents who were willing to participate in this study. The respondents were students from one of junior high schools in Mataram, Indonesia. All respondents were students from grades 8 and 9. To collect the data, this study adapted a questionnaire from Ahmad et.al. (2013) which consists of five domains of reading anxiety, i.e., (1) lack of vocabulary, (2) unfamiliar topic, (3) unfamiliar culture, (4) afraid of making errors, and (5) worry about reading effects. Based on the results, the statement with the highest score is “I enjoy reading a text in English text in English when I know its translation” (M=4.15; SD=.730). Meanwhile, the statement with the lowest score is “In reading aloud in the class I do not understand the text even though it is easy” (M=3.00; SD=1.055). The data imply that the most significant factor in students’ reading anxiety is lack of vocabulary and the least factor is worrying about reading effects.

Human resources are the main strength in organizational dynamics, including schools. Administrative staff, particularly administrative employees, bear the responsibility to carry out administrative tasks optimally. However, the performance of civil servants, including administrative employees, often falls short. Performance evaluation using the Job Performance Assessment List is considered ineffective and tends to be routine. This study aims to evaluate the performance of administrative employees in secondary schools, focusing on the differences between Senior High Schools and Vocational High Schools, as well as the relationship between performance and the Job Performance Assessment List. The research methodology involves a comparative and correlational analysis of data from questionnaires and documentary studies. The results indicate that the performance of administrative employees generally falls below average, while the Job Performance Assessment List tends to be high. Although there are differences in performance between types of schools, there is no significant difference in the Job Performance Assessment List. This assessment is more influenced by subjective factors and does not adequately reflect actual performance, which is more related to motivation and capability. Therefore, performance evaluations of employees need to be adjusted to be more objective and comprehensive.

Brain injury has the third largest prevalence of other injuries in Indonesia. Most brain injuries occur on highways as a result of motorcycling accidents. The only effective way to reduce the death rate from brain injury that occurs in motorcycle accidents is to wear a helmet. Cases of brain injury due to traffic accidents are often found in adolescents because of the lack of understanding of the importance of helmet use. Therefore, education is needed about the importance of using standard helmets when driving among teenagers. The counseling activity was carried out in one of the senior high schools (SMA) in Mataram with the dominant target of teenagers using motorized vehicles. The selected high school is SMA Negeri 2 Mataram. The method of implementing this counseling is by giving lectures on brain injury, the mechanism of trauma and brain injury and the importance of using standard head protective equipment (SNI helmets), playing videos about head trauma and interactive dialogue. The mandatory output that will be produced is in the form of research articles in the Unram Medical Journal. In addition, research results will be reported back to related fields as input and study material for traffic safety program activities in determining policies in planning, implementing, and evaluating programs as well as coordinating with related programs and sectors. The researcher will also provide a banner stand regarding the importance of using standard helmets for motorcycle riders at the activity location which can then be used as a medium of communication, information and education to the school students.

Breast cancer is one of the main women's health problem in the world, including Indonesia. Efforts to control this disease can be increased through education to the women community about the breast examination method named SADARI. This is simple but effective method to be used as a primary breast cancer prevention strategy. This method aims to find breast abnormalities routinely checked every month in women aged 18 and above. Therefore, educational efforts regarding the SADARI method for female high school students are expected to increase their knowledge about this method. The educational effort was carried out by disseminating information about SADARI method using poster media on female high school students in Mataram City. Pre-test and post-test are used to to evaluate the increase of their knowledge about the SADARI method. About 40 participants from SMAN 2, SMAN 3, SMAN 4, and SMAN 7 Mataram have participated in this dissemination activities of SADARI education method. There was an increase in student knowledge in the four high schools based on differences in the total mean pre-test and post-test scores (56 vs 82, p=0,000) as well as the average differences in each of the high schools, namely 58 vs 88 (SMAN 2); 50 vs 82 (SMAN 3); 52 vs 78 (SMAN 4); 64 vs 80 (SMAN 7). As many as 80% of students (32) experienced an increase in knowledge, and 20% did not show an increase in knowledge. This shows that this dedication activity can significantly increase students' knowledge about SADARI methods.

The development of curriculum is an attempt to find out how to plan and organize the objectives, content, and learning materials as well as the methods used as guidelines for the implementation of learning activities in accordance with developments and needs to achieve certain goals in an institution. The subject of the research in this study is the curriculum at SMP Bunga Matahari International School (BMIS). Descriptive analysis research employs data collection techniques such as observation and interviews. The analysis is divided into three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the research showed that the renewal carried out by SMP Bunga Matahari International School (BMIS) was developed by developing the 2013 curriculum and integrating it with the Pearson curriculum. First, the emphasis on development lies in linking learning material to the application of everyday life and situations that are happening. Second, learning methods that lead to learning with experience or practice Therefore, students will be able to absorb their knowledge to the maximum.

Al-Quran is one of the main guidelines for Muslims in order to guide humans towards a good life in this world and in the hereafter. The Qur'an contains rules, concepts, information, rules and basic teachings that are complex and comprehensive, both explicitly and implicitly. The purpose of this research is to find out and examine the actualization of Al-Ihsan values in the nomativity of the Qur'an and to find out and explore the supporting and inhibiting factors in the actualization of al-Ihsan values in Islamic Education at Darul Falah Islamic Boarding School. This study is a field research with a qualitative approach. Data mining was carried out using observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The research location chosen by the author is Darul Falah Islamic Boarding School. While the techniques of data collection are using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are the actualization of Al-Ihsan's values in Islamic education at the Darul Falah Islamic Boarding School Pagutan Mataram was reflected in two aspects, namely Ihsan in Worship and Ihsan in social intercourse or muamalah. Strengthening the actualization of ihsan in worship is carried out through habituation in performing worship in the hope that the students who are accustomed to doing the routine of worship will form the values of ihsan in the students' personal and in the case of muamalah, there are two forms of actualization of Ihsan in social interactions which are practiced in Islamic boarding schools. The role of the principal in managing an educational institution must be able to think about three important things, namely Input-Process-Output, these three things must be managed optimally to get quality and quality grades. Teachers and students are an important part of educational institutions. So from that the principal needs to streamline the process of all existing programs. The MTs Assalam educational institution, Mataram City, NTB is a relatively new educational institution because it officially became an educational institution legally in 2019, but students and students there have shown enthusiasm and high motivation to learn whether it is in implementing programs implemented in Islamic boarding schools or at schools They are also active in several extra activities such as tahfidz, student council, scouting, silat and recitation, the policy that is implemented is that it requires all students and students to live in the hut and free food and housing fees. This study aims to analyze in depth the quality and quality (input, process, and output) that exist in the MTs Assalam educational institution, Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara. The results showed that the system of quality development process and the quality of students there is by compulsory boarding and following the rules of the boarding school, collaborating with lodges, collaborating with the community, holding recitations for the community, always coordinating with the santri guardians and building a network of partners with offices - government offices.

Résumé :
This research was conducted at International Elementary School Bunga Matahari,Banda Aceh for its homogeneity, both tribes, nations and religions. This diversity is interesting to have a further study in order to know the process of tolerance guiding in multicultural education. The results of the study show that there are some tasāmuh (tolerance) attitudes in multicultural education as mutual helps, mutual respects, mutual communications, mutual care, not to blame others, not to be selfish and inclusive. The tolerance attitudes which have been conducting at International Elementary School Bunga Matahari,Banda Aceh is in accord with the Islamic education system, but in the teaching of religious education for non-Muslims, not in accordance with the perspective of Islamic the education, the learning process is still discriminatory. The leading factors in supporting the tolerance implementation in multicultural education at National Elementary Bunga Matahari, Banda Aceh are dialogue, egalitarianism, impartiality, the 1945 Constitution, Article 29, 2nd paragraph, multicultural education which contains the values of pluralism and tolerance attitudes towards diversity. The inhibiting factors in developing tolerance attitudes are exclusiveness, learning model which tends to be dogmatic, religion is directed into not free variable, the solution of developing tolerance is that the educational implementation should be oriented on the value that will provide pressure point on how students see, understand, and face the diversity of life in multicultural education.
