Résumé :

<p>A ocupação das mulheres na “linha de frente” da política brasileira se dá a passos lentos e estéreis, ainda que o país tenha eleito a sua primeira presidenta em 2010, com a chegada de Dilma Rousseff ao poder. A dominação social e histórica do patriarcado sobre os corpos, vontades e desejos das mulheres gestou uma política infecunda aos propósitos de equidade de gênero em todas as esferas de poder. Assim, o artigo em questão trata da apresentação da pesquisa desenvolvida no pós-doc do âmbito do Programa de Pós-Graduação Mídia e Cotidiano da UFF. Pretende-se desvendar e articular os processos de luta política das mulheres, em especial das mulheres negras na tomada de poder. Além disso, estabelecer parâmetros empíricos e teóricos para a compreensão da política de visibilidade e/ou invisibilidade social e midiática que tanto podem proteger quanto vulnerabilizar a própria existência dessas mulheres. Por isso, propomos a formulação e conceituação da inédita expressão “feminicídio político” para caracterizar, categorizar, denominar e classificar a execução sumária da vereadora Marielle Franco, em 14 de março de 2018. Uma mulher, favelada, feminista negra, LGBT, em ascensão política, que ousou desafiar os podres poderes das máfias existentes no Rio de Janeiro. Para tanto, abordaremos como método científico a autoetinografia, uma vez que a autora desta pesquisa é uma mulher, feminista negra, cria da favela da Maré, que trilhou sua trajetória política por cerca de 20 anos ao lado de Marielle Franco. Além disso, capturaremos a rotina e o cotidiano político a partir das narrativas discursivas da minha vivência, meu conhecimento empírico, como a mulher mais votada da esquerda do estado, com 63.937 votos, que ocupa o cargo de deputada estadual e é a primeira mulher negra presidenta da Comissão de Defesa dos Direitos Humanos e Cidadania da Assembleia Legislativa do Estado do Rio de Janeiro.</p>

Résumé :

Political actors’ embedding of the here-and-now of enunciation into constructions of gender, sexuality and race is a deictic practice that can be uncoupled from its context and projected into political fields. This article unpacks alternative invocations of the deictic field by Jair Bolsonaro’s new right in Brazil and by Marielle Franco, a queer Black councilwoman who was assassinated in 2018, the same year Bolsonaro was elected president. While Bolsonaro has vilified progressive tropes, such as gender equality, sex positive education and Marielle’s legacy, Marielle and later her mourning movement have mapped her here-and-now onto mottos such as ‘Marielle lives’, which defy chronologic time. Marielle’s central figure has thus been ‘present’ across the political spectrum – for progressives as a figure of immanence, and for white supremacists as a symbol of the Black gendered body whose life is not mournable but whose phantasmatic presence is a continuing threat.

AbstractThe aim of this article is to pay tribute to Marielle Franco, a Brazilian LGBTQ+ Black activist from the favela who was brutally executed in March 14, 2018. Taking Marielle’s life and death as a case study, I will demonstrate how she embodied Black feminist theory and practice and how her execution can be better addressed by situating it within the context of spatialities of race and the necropolitical governance of Rio de Janeiro.

Résumé :

The subject of identity is important in today’s political landscape. This article explores the way in which indigenous identity in particular is a contested subject, taking into account the way indigeneity in itself was, and still is, created within colonial contexts. The “validity” of indigenous peoples and their political aims, as well as their right to live according to their own cultural paths, will often be determined according to racist ideas connected to authenticity and its stereotypical demands. Such concepts can furthermore turn inward, disconnecting indigenous peoples from their own heritage. How ideas of authenticity affect indigenous individuals and their processes of identification serves as a central question within this text. Central to the Standing Rock movement was the focus on spirituality and religion grounded in Lakota traditions and other indigenous cultures. The text accounts for how these practices affected Marielle Beaska Gaup, Sámi artist, activist, and mother, especially through her experiences as a juoigi, a traditional Sámi yoiker. The ever-present singing and drumming at camp, chiefly during the summer, tied the mundane and ritualistic together, a characteristic mirroring traditional Lakota and Sámi ways of life, in which the spiritual at times seem to be an integral part of daily life. Building upon Marielle’s observations, the text looks at the way indigenous people’s relationships with spiritual traditions can affect processes of identification, and how indigenous identity can be intimately link to its spiritual heritage. This article employs indigenous methodologies, centering research on Sámi and indigenous perspectives, values and agendas. Marielle’s reflections contribute to the exploration of the connections between spirituality and Sámi identities; furthermore, they enable us to connect ideas about moving beyond the authoritarian ideals of “authentic identities”, through re-centering on indigenous experiences and processes of identification My main source is Marielle’s interview and articles based on interviews with people from Standing Rock The analysis centers on Marielle’s thoughts together with my own, with support from indigenous researchers bringing their own knowledge about identity and spirituality forward.

Résumé :

This thesis discusses a Vanished novel by Danielle Steel. The writer was interested to analyse this story because it talks about a woman who has got anxiety about her dating and marriage. But she doesn’t find the happiness that she hopes. The writer found a challenge to know further about how is Marielle’s language attitude to overcome her anxiety as implied in the novel. There is a problem that is analysed in this thesis: How is Marielle’s language attitude to overcome her anxiety in Danielle Steel’s novel “Vanished”? To achieve the objectives of the thesis, the research method was the descriptive qualitative method. The primary source is obtained from the novel, and the second sources are books and websites that are related to the theories of anxiety. To answer the problem above, the writer uses the approach of how to overcome anxiety. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that in the novel “Vanished” Marielle overcomes her anxiety related to some stronghold mechanism on the anxiety that is explained by Freud, such as repression (the release without deliberately something of consciousness), projection (consider an impulse that is not god as not theirs), Regression (back to the early period of this life more fun), rationalization (involves understanding the behaviour of our return to making it more rational and acceptable), removal (moving impulses towards other objects that can be satisfactory unavailable Id), isolation (avoid the feeling that unacceptable by releasing them from events should they bound), undoing (do the behaviour in effort to prevent impulse not acceptable).

Résumé :

O presente estudo tem como objetivo principal discutir a violência simbólica que permeia em nossa sociedade, de maneira em que a mulher é a sua principal vitima, sendo embasada por um machismo estrutural em nossa cultura. A pesquisa é de abordagem qualitativa e de caráter bibliográfico- explicativo, fundamentado nas principais obras de Bourdieu, Beauvoir, Louro e Bonfim, e eentre outros que abordam a temática. Norteando o estudo a questão central busca esclarecer sobre a violência simbólica contra as mulheres que assumem lugares de destaques na sociedade, principalmente no campo político. A principio o estudo buscou uma revisão conceitual em que busca esclarecer ao leitor princípios basilares, para a temática. Em um segundo momento destaca se o quanto as mulheres são silenciada dentro do contexto social atual, em diversas esferas, chegando assim no campo político, mulheres na sendo caladas no legislativo e executivo. E por fim, busca evidenciar a triste tragédia da execução da vereadora Marielle Franco, uma mulher de luta e que defendia as minorias, pois ela também fazia parte dela. Até a presente data não há nada confirmado sobre a morte da mesma. Concluindo se que é necessário o engajamento político de mais mulheres e que o fundamental para a mudança desse contexto social machista, é a educação que emancipe, transforma e humanize nossa sociedade, tornando a mais igualitária e equitativa.

Em março de 2018, após a morte da vereadora Marielle Franco (e de Anderson Gomes, seu motorista), uma placa de rua com a inscrição “Rua Marielle Franco” foi colocada na Cinelândia, no Rio de Janeiro, em frente à Câmara Municipal da cidade. No entanto, em outubro do mesmo ano, a placa foi quebrada por dois candidatos ao cargo de Deputado Estadual pelo Partido Social Liberal (PSL). Após a depredação, foi feita uma manifestação em homenagem à Marielle com a distribuição de mais de mil placas de rua com o seu nome. Assim, à luz da Semântica do Acontecimento (GUIMARÃES, 2002), este trabalho busca tecer uma reflexão acerca do enunciado “Rua Marielle Franco”, pensando principalmente na multiplicação de placas de rua com este enunciado. Para isso, me debruço sobre os estudos de Orlandi (2004) a respeito da ordem e da organização da cidade articulados ao modo como Guimarães trabalha as noções de acontecimento, reescrituração, texto e enunciado.

Résumé :

O presente artigo busca discutir como o simbolismo de Marielle Franco pode contribuir para a transformação teórica das Relações Internacionais (RIs). Para isso, faremos uma reflexão sobre a trajetória política de Marielle Franco, uma mulher negra, LGBTQIA+, socióloga, vereadora e militante feminista antirracista, associando a sua figura ao debate teórico e político de Relações Internacionais, por meio dos conceitos de raça e gênero. A pergunta que guia esta pesquisa é: como a figura de Marielle Franco se relaciona à transformação teórica das RIs? Para responder tal questionamento, será realizada uma pesquisa qualitativa de caráter exploratório, orientada por teorias críticas das Relações Internacionais. Nosso argumento central é que o simbolismo de Marielle Franco representa a urgência em pluralizar e transformar a disciplina, conectando teoria e política e descentralizando o seu foco de análise centrado no Estado para a incorporação de atores múltiplos e de perspectivas outras, que pensam o internacional a partir “de baixo”. Deste modo, relacionar Marielle às RIs nos guia para uma nova visão de mundo, na qual a agência de corpos historicamente marginalizados e silenciados é incorporada à realidade internacional.

Résumé :

The aim of this thesis is to explore the relationship between place, identity and musical practice. The study is inspired by Malta’s history and culture. This work presents a portfolio of seven musical compositions with a written component that highlights the historical and socio-cultural issues that had a bearing on the works presented. A case study of the Maltese composer Charles Camilleri is also provided. Camilleri is both a great example of a composer for whom the articulation of national identity was a primary concern and a constant source of inspiration for the author of this thesis. The pieces presented here comprise compositions for chamber ensemble, works for orchestra and two electroacoustic pieces. These works were part of projects translated into performances and artistic installations. All of them have been carried out over the past six years and the majority have been developed through synergetic collaboration with other artists. The majority of the compositions have direct links with Maltese culture and the important events in its history. All the works presented in the portfolio are bound in separate volumes and reference is made to them in the critical commentary within the body of the thesis. A number of CDs and DVDs accompany this document with recordings and MIDI files of the selected compositions.

In 2018, the progressive city councillor Marielle Franco was shot dead in a politically motivated attack. In the aftermath, the Brazilian right-wing tried to destroy her political project by initiating an aggressive strategy of misinformation on social media, even justifying her murder. But through a guerrilla campaign that involved self-produced street signs, human mosaics and online activism, Marielle's family, friends and other activists managed not only to fend of this authoritarian but to strengthen and institutionalize Marielle's politics, but to turn her into a symbol of resistance radiating beyond the borders of Brazil. This is the story of their campaign.

Résumé :

O objetivo geral deste TFG é apresentar uma proposta de implantação de um assentamento agroecológico para o atual acampamento Marielle Vive, ligado ao Movimento dos Trabalhadores Sem Terra (MST), cujas famílias lutam pelo direito à terra. Localizado na zona rural de Valinhos (SP), iniciou em 2018 com a ocupação da Fazenda Eldorado, que estava abandonada e improdutiva há mais de dez anos, desrespeitando a função social da terra. O desafio da proposta se relaciona justamente ao fato de se propor um assentamento agroecológico em terras ocupadas por famílias ligadas ao MST na zona rural, que valorize as questões ambientais, numa uma cidade reconhecida pela primazia de condomínios e loteamentos fechados de alto padrão.

Résumé :

A conjuntura de crises urbana e ecológica desperta preocupações ecossistêmicas das quais derivam marcos globais cujo intuito é mitigar impactos ambientais e auxiliar o processo de transição ecológica. Nesse contexto, o vínculo Rural-Urbano revela-se estratégico para o planejamento territorial integrado. Sua abordagem sistêmica e holística, percebida como indispensável, assemelha-se aos processos de regulação da vida aos quais, objetivando o equilíbrio, faz-se imprescindível trocas dinâmicas envolvendo o todo. Este artigo objetiva compreender em que medida o vínculo rural-urbano pode ser considerado um instrumento homeodinâmico capaz de contribuir com a regulação do metabolismo territorial e, consequentemente, com a produção de cidades mais sustentáveis e integradoras, em prol da saúde e do bem-estar dos habitantes. Está relacionado à pesquisa de mestrado em andamento. Para tanto, a análise se faz pela perspectiva da neurociência cognitiva, baseada no conceito de Ambientes e Produtos Homeodinâmicos, tendo o acampamento Marielle vive em Valinhos como contexto. Apresenta-se resultados parciais, no sentido da desmistificação da dicotomia urbano-rural, apontando a importância da transdisciplinaridade para o planejamento territorial na construção futura de políticas públicas mais inclusivas.

Résumé :

O atual marco regulatório instituído pela Lei Federal nº 13.465/2017 (BRASIL, 2017), alterou o modus operandi da política de regularização fundiária de interesse social (REURB-S). Contudo, após a vigência da nova lei, houve um refreamento da política de regularização fundiária voltada à população mais vulnerável, especialmente quanto às obras de infraestrutura básica desses espaços ocupados e à titulação dos possuidores de baixa renda (BRASIL, 2009). Compara-se a aplicação de referida lei no Eixo de Irregularidade Fundiária Valinhos-Itatiba, com o caso peruano, de titulação de terras, a partir das ideias do economista Hernando De Soto (2001). Demonstra-se neste artigo o embate do modelo de urbanização de De Soto e do aparelhamento antipolítico brasileiro que levou à edição da Lei 13.465/2017 - os quais negam a realidade social de um coletivo de pessoas pobres que não possuem moradia - com os movimentos coletivistas de insurgência, tais como a ocupação Marielle Vive! (Valinhos-SP) do MST, fruto de uma luta política, que nega a “naturalização” de uma sociedade de mercado.

Abstract Outsiders may wonder what Brazilian women’s lives are like here and who the women activists influencing human rights, female empowerment, and social change are. As in other countries, during the past few decades Brazilian women have revolted against patriarchy by raising their voices and creating social impact. This qualitative study, using secondary research, identifies Marielle Franco, Zilda Arns, Maria da Penha, Marta Vieira da Silva, and Dilma Rousseff as five empowered Brazilian women. Most came from humble origins - families that were examples of charity and struggled for rights, but all obtained degrees either in higher education or in their specialization. However, their origins did not determine social action. The driving force was their suffering from discrimination, specifically because they were women and, furthermore, because they occupied places that were previously reserved for white men. Almost all were persecuted, while others also suffered discrimination because of their skin color and ethnicity. Even so, being wives and mothers, all were excellent professionals, searching for success and achieving progress in their dedicated areas by creating social changes, especially in human rights for children and women. Those who are still alive continue the battle against the entrenched patriarchy in a predominantly macho society as they continue their strife for more progress. Finally, those committed to building an evolved, modern, inclusive, and respectful Brazilian society perceive the macho practices that prevail as inadequate and detrimental to women. As more and more women carry on in the fight for human rights, society will evolve. Keywords: Brazilian women, human rights, discrimination, women’s rights
