Resumo Este artigo explora o debate na arena pública da corrupção eleitoral no Brasil, sob o prisma da sociologia pragmática, buscando mapear e desdobrar suas principais controvérsias. Adotando os postulados da Teoria do Ator-Rede (LATOUR, 2007; 2012; 2014), buscamos compreender como a arena pública da corrupção eleitoral se (re) configura ao longo do tempo e como esse problema público é visto, interpretado e quais soluções são propostas. Trata-se, portanto, de visualizar a “balística”, ou seja, a trajetória não linear do problema público ao longo do tempo (CHATEAURAYNAUD, 2011). Para tanto, usamos como enfoque metodológico a “cartografia de controvérsias” (VENTURINI, 2010; 2012, VENTURINI, RICCI e MAURI et al., 2015), analisando a arena pública em três campos: político (por meio do levantamento de notícias do jornal Folha de São Paulo), científico (em pesquisa nas bases de dados) e técnico-legal (com o exame das leis mais importantes referentes à matéria). O mapeamento teve como ponto de partida o ano de 1988, marco da abertura democrática no Brasil, e foi feito até 2014, permitindo identificar os principais atores-rede porta-vozes do problema público, suas declarações, os temas das controvérsias que emergem no debate e as visões de mundo elaboradas ao longo do tempo sobre o problema público. Com isso, ilustramos o processo de configuração (CEFAÏ, 1996) ou, ainda, de translação (LATOUR, 2012) que vive o problema público e influencia sua definição, as formas de interpretá-lo e também de enfrentá-lo.

An invisible Humanity as a whole, a hundred thousand lights in their illusion of challenging the immense power of Nature, embodied by the still and silent menace of the Vesuvius Volcano. It seems like a war zone seen in the distance: the constellation of myriads of fireworks of the City seem an anti-aircraft fire against the imaginary menace of the passing of Time. On one side, a minuscule, invisible multitude of human beings obsessed and eaten up by Time celebrates its death and resurrection in the New Year’s Day fireworks mess. On the other side stands the Volcano, ironically waiting quietly in the shade for the moment to explode unannounced its fury: out of Time, guided by earth’s breath and beat, synchronized with the rhythm of Universe. The City surrounds it, lights-bombing it while motionless and mute: an enormous deep blue shadow of an overturned cone whose roots plunge into the chaos of fire and energy boiling in the earth bowels It seems to live out of Human Time. The City of Naples explodes in the impermanent constellation of fireworks. The faraway eye, standing on the Faito Mountain just in front of the City, catches all its raging sense of vengeance against the deathly power of Vesuvius, as a sort of exhibition of euphoria in a state of trance, in the momentary victory over Death symbolized by the passage to a new year of Life. It’s an exorcism, a rite. New Year’s Day in Naples is something more than a simple celebration. It’s a state of mind: the city is notorious all over the world for its black market of illegal, dangerous fireworks, a hidden business which reveals all the iconoclastic fury of its inhabitants against Time and History. At midnight a kind of cyclic Potlatch begins, in which people get rid of everything belonging to the Past, throwing out of the windows furniture, objects, old stuff not worthy of surviving the Big Fire, aiming for the illusion of an eternal Present Time of everlasting Youth. Abstract Background: BRCA1/2 mutant tumors cells are deficient for homologous recombination (HR)-mediated DNA repair and are particularly sensitive to PARP inhibitors (PARPi). PARPi have proved efficacy in breast, ovarian, prostate, and pancreatic cancers, particularly in HR-deficient tumors, while their activity is limited in HR-proficient tumors. However, PARPi resistance is inevitable and therapeutic resistance resulting from restoration of HR repair is a pressing clinical problem. Identifying combination treatments to sensitize tumors cells to PARPi and/or overcome PARPi resistance is critical to expand the benefit of these therapies. The Polo-like kinase 1 (PLK1), a serine threonine kinase, is a master regulator of mitosis, overexpressed in many cancers. PLK1 is also involved in the DNA damage response through the promotion of HR-mediated DNA repair and the recovery from the G2/M checkpoint. PLK1 roles in HR repair suggest that PLK1 inhibition may reverse PARPi resistance. Methods: To test the effect of PLK1 and PARP inhibitors combination, we used onvansertib, a highly selective, ATP-competitor PLK1 inhibitor currently in clinical development and the FDA-approved PARPi olaparib. The antitumor effect of the single and combined drug treatments was tested in 2 BRCA1 mutated high-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) patient derived (PDX) models resistant to olaparib. Orthotopically PDX transplanted mice were treated for 4 weeks and followed for survival. Results: The combination of onvansertib and olaparib was well tolerated and showed strong anti-tumor activity in both PDX models. The combination significantly increased mice survival in comparison to vehicle, olaparib and onvansertib, and showed that onvansertib can re-sensitize PARPi-resistant tumors to olaparib. Median survival increased by 2.7-fold and 8.1-fold respectively in the 2 PDX models in the combination group versus vehicle and the Kaplan Meyer survival curves of mice treated with the combination showed a statistically survival advantage versus control and single agent treated mice. Pharmacodynamic analyses showed an increase in mitotic, apoptotic and DNA damage markers in tumors treated with the combination versus vehicle. Conclusions: The combination of the PLK1 inhibitor onvansertib and the PARPi olaparib showed potent anti-tumor activity in olaparib-resistant BRAC1 mutant HGSOC PDX models. Additional studies are ongoing to further assess the potential of the combination in BRCA wild-type and mutant ovarian, prostate, pancreatic and breast cancer preclinical models. La presente investigación, plasma los factores que influyen en los precios en las varillas de acerocorrugado entre las ciudades de Chepén y Chiclayo, ubicadas en regiones diferentes pero muycercanas. Por otro lado, el acero corrugado es muy utilizado en las construcciones civiles y representaun porcentaje alto en los costos de las construcciones. La problemática tocada fue ¿cómo se relacionael análisis de los factores que influyen en los precios del acero corrugado de construcción entre laciudad Chepén y la ciudad de Chiclayo? Donde el objetivo estuvo marcado por determinar cómo serelaciona el análisis de los factores que influyen en los precios del acero corrugado de construcciónentre la ciudad de Chepén y Chiclayo. Se obtuvo los resultados de preferencias de las marcas por losconsumidores, la variedad de varillas comercializadas, la variación entre los costos tanto en la ciudadde Chepén y Chiclayo. Llegando a las conclusiones de que la marca Siderperu es la de mayorpreferencia. Los factores como precio, marca y variedad de los productos Siderperu no oscilansignificativamente entre las ciudades de Chepen y Chiclayo.

The provision of sustainable energy solutions in Rural Areas with Dispersed Population (ARPoDs) without the possibility of interconnection to power grids in the Province of Santiago del Estero (Argentina), motivates a preliminary analysis of the context at the global, national and provincial levels, and then to explore options that integrate different energy sources applied to a case study, specifically to the community located in the town of Las Viboritas, in the Mitre department of the aforesaid province. The purpose of the work is to present the analysis of the energy situation and possible energy supply solutions in the field of ARPDs from an integrative perspective, based on the 2030 ODS and the so-called New Rurality. In addition, the study of an alternative using solar-wind hybrid energy systems is described, contrasted with other options, even based on fossil fuels. A recognized computational tool is applied that allows optimizing the operation of systems with hybrid energy sources for each hour of the year. The design is carried out from the quantification of the demand, the dimensioning and cost of the technologies that make up the hybrid system, and the availability of renewable resources at the site under study. As a result, a solar-fossil hybrid system with a lithium accumulation bank is proposed, since this system presents greater reliability and safety for its operation as an isolated network.

The paper deals with the historical reconstruction of the relation between the Austrian economist Emil Sax and the Italian economists of his generation. It is focused on three episodes. The first concerns the introduction of marginal analysis in public finance, seeing the works of Maffeo Pantaleoni (1883) and Sax (1887) as of primary significance. The second is about the reception accorded to the 1887 Sax's work in Italy by Giuseppe Ricca-Salerno (1887), and by Augusto Graziani (1887). The third relates to the development of a pure theory of public finance, and concerns the works of Sax (1887) and Antonio De Viti De Marco (1888). This analysis indicates that school rivalries were responsible for the different reactions of Italian economists to Sax's work.

La letteratura sul rapporto tra suono e ambiente è molto vasta, ed il rinnovato interesse per il tema, specialmente nel contesto dei critical urban studies, contribuisce a renderlo ricco di approcci e prospettive. L'obiettivo di questo articolo è evidenziare, attraverso una revisione della letteratura, alcuni elementi come centrali per futuri approfondimenti nell'ambito della geografia del suono. L'auspicio più generale è quello di suggerire delle linee lungo le quali evolvere un discorso articolato attraverso cinque-macro aree tematiche(soundscape, ascolto, voce, metodi fonografici e musica) che possano apportare un contributo alla riflessione sulla definizione analitica del soundscape come strumento critico di ricerca geografica.

ABSTRAK Kesehatan reproduksi adalah kesehatan yang berkaitan dengan sistem reproduksi, serta fungsi, prosesnya, sehat secara fisik, mental dan sosial kultur. WHO mendefinisikan remaja sebagai individu yang berusia 10-19 tahun, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa remaja awal dimulai sejak anak duduk di kelas 4 SD dimana perkembangan paling pesat dalam perjalanan hidup manusia. Proses pematangan secara biologis umumnya mendahului kematangan psikososial pada remaja. Problematika kaum remaja dapat terjadi sehubungan dengan adanya perbedaan kebutuhan dan aktualisasi dari kemampuan penyesuaian diri remaja terhadap lingkungan tempat hidupnya. Masa ini amat kritis bagi remaja, karena waktu ini muncul keinginan lepas mandiri dari ketergantungan orang tua, rasa ingin tahu yang berlebihan dan mulai rentan terhadap perilaku beresiko.Permasalahan utama kesehatan reproduksi remaja (KRR) di Indonesia, adalah kurangnya informasi mengenai kesehatan reproduksi dan masalah pergeseran perilaku seksual remaja yang disebabkan kurangnya pengetahuan. Berdasarkan SDKI 2017, pengetahuan remaja akan kesehatan reproduksi pada perempuan menurun dari 5% ditahun 2012 menjadi 2% di tahun 2017 dan pada pria menurun dari 15% di tahun 2012 menjadi 11% di tahun 2017. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi serta membentuk remaja sehat dan bertanggung jawab secara mandiri pada kesehatan reproduksinya. Metode Penelitian: Edukasi dan diskusi yang diberikan berupa penyuluhan dengan menyisipkan video dan lagu sehingga mempermudah penerimaan informasi. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan tanggal 10 Maret 2021 pada siswa siswi kelas 5 SD Ricci yang berjumlah 34 orang laki-laki dan 22 orang perempuan dan dilakukan secara daring menggunakan platform zoom. Kegiatan berlangsung kondusif tergambar dari sikap peserta yang antusias mendengarkan dan bertanya, selain itu pertanyaan yang dilontarkan pemateri juga dapat dijawab dengan baik oleh peserta. Abstract Introduction: Breast magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) has high sensitivity in detecting invasive neoplasms. However, controversy remains as to whether preoperative staging with breast MRI impacts surgical outcomes and local recurrence. Materials and Methods: BREAST-MRI is a randomized, open-label trial including female breast cancer patients older than 18 years old, with stage 0-III disease, eligible for BCS. We performed a 1:1 stratified randomization by breast density according to ACR-BIRADS to divide patients into two groups; one in which preoperative MRI was used and the control group where the MRI was not used. The primary outcome was local relapse-free survival (LR). Secondary outcomes were overall survival (OS), repeat operation, and the proportion of patients whose surgical management was modified to mastectomy. Results: 524 were randomized, 257 included in the MRI group, and 267 in the control group. The baseline characteristics were similar between groups, except for chemotherapy use (table 1). The survival analysis showed a 6-year local recurrence-free survival was 99.2% in MRI group versus 98.9% in the control group, p=0.702, overall survival of 95.3% in the MRI group versus 96.3% in the control group, p=0.481. No difference was found in reoperation rates, 22 (8.7%) in the MRI group versus 23 (8.7%) in the control group (p= 0.85)(table2). Surgical management changed in 21 ipsilateral breasts in the MRI group; 21 (8.3%) had mastectomies versus 1 in the control group (p< 0.01). Conclusion: Preoperative MRI evaluation increased the mastectomy rates by 8%. ABSTRAKSI: Sebagai LPTK (Lembaga Pendidikan Tenaga Kependidikan), UPI (Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia) perlu melakukan suatu kajian untuk merancang sistem pengelolaan keuangan perguruan tinggi berbasis aktivitas dengan metode ABC (Activity-Based Costing), yang diharapkan akan dapat mengukur secara lebih rinci aktivitas-aktivitas utama dan pendukung dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa seluruh Fakultas yang ada di lingkungan UPI menyatakan kesiapan untuk menerapkan sistem ABC. Berdasarkan FGD (Focus Group Discussion), terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi untuk menerapkan sistem ABC di UPI di Bandung, Jawa Barat, Indonesia. As an institute of teacher training and education, UPI (Indonesia University of Education) needs to conduct a study on designing college financial management systems based on activity through the method of ABC (Activity-Based Costing), that is expected to be able to measure in more detail the main and supporting activities in the implementation of education. The results show that all Faculties at UPI declare their readiness to implement the ABC system. Based on the FGD (Focus Group Discussion), there are several problems in implementing ABC system at UPI in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. Overall, the results show that ABC system can be applied in UPI as long as there is cooperation and good intention from the Ministry of Education and University leaders.KEY WORD: Learning Activity-Based Costing; Single Tuition; Quality of Education; Indonesia University of Education; Cooperation and Good Intentions. Background:Among therapeutics used to treat rheumatoid arthritis (RA), Tocilizumab (TCZ) and Abatacept (ABA) are both biologic agents that can be delivered subcutaneously (SC) or intravenously (IV). During the first COVID-19 lockdown in France, all patients treated with IV TCZ or IV ABA were offered the option to switch to SC administration.Objectives:The primary aim was to assess the impact of changing the route of administration on the disease activity. The second aim was to assess whether the return to IV route at the patient’s request was associated with disease activity variation, flares, anxiety, depression and low physical activity during the lockdown.Methods:We conducted a prospective monocentric observational study. Eligibility criteria: Adult ≥ 18 years old, RA treated with IV TCZ or IV ABA with a stable dose ≥3 months, change in administration route (from IV to SC) between March 16, 2020, and April 17, 2020. The following data were collected at baseline and 6 months later (M6): demographics, RA characteristics, treatment, history of previous SC treatment, disease activity (DAS28), self-administered questionnaires on flares, RA life repercussions, physical activity, anxiety and depression (FLARE, RAID, Ricci &Gagnon, HAD).The primary outcome was the proportion of patients with a DAS28 variation>1.2 at M6. Analyses: Chi2-test for quantitative variables and Mann-Whitney test for qualitative variables. Factors associated with return to IV route identification was performed with univariate and multivariate analysis.Results:Among the 84 patients who were offered to switch their treatment route of administration, 13 refused to change their treatment. Among the 71 who switched (48 TCZ, 23 ABA), 58 had a M6 follow-up visit (13 lost of follow-up) and DAS28 was available for 49 patients at M6. Main baseline characteristics: female 81%, mean age 62.7, mean disease duration: 16.0, ACPA positive: 72.4%, mean DAS28: 2.01, previously treated with SC TCZ or ABA: 17%.At M6, the mean DAS28 variation was 0.18 ± 0.15. Ten (12.2%) patients had a DAS28 worsening>1.2 (ABA: 5/17 [29.4%] and TCZ: 5/32 [15.6%], p= 0.152) and 19 patients (32.8%) had a DAS28 worsening>0.6 (ABA: 11/17 [64.7%] and TCZ: 8/32 [25.0%], p= 0.007).At M6, 41 patients (77.4%) were back to IV route (26 TCZ, 15 ABA) at their request. The proportion of patients with a DAS28 worsening>1.2 and>0.6 in the groups return to IV versus SC maintenance were 22.5%, 42.5% versus 11.1% and 22.2% (p=0.4), respectively. The univariate analysis identified the following factors associated with the return to IV route: HAD depression score (12 vs 41, p=0.009), HAS anxiety score (12 vs 41, p=0.047) and corticosteroid use (70% vs 100%, p=0.021), in the SC maintenance vs return to IV, respectively.Conclusion:The change of administration route of TCZ and ABA during the first COVID-19 lockdown was infrequently associated with a worsening of RA disease. However, the great majority of the patients (77.4%) request to return to IV route, even without disease activity worsening. L'autore discute un manoscritto miniato dal convento di San Francesco a Zara. Nove fogli che caratterizzano le iniziali più rappresentative di questo manoscritto sono stati tolti nel 1974 e la loro ubicazione è sconosciuta fin da allora. Solo vecchie fotografie in bianco e nero di questo Salterio sono note nella letteratura scientifica. Con l'ausilio di particolari dei colori conservati su un rotolo di pellicola presso l'Ufficio della Conservazione a Zara, l'autore tenta di ricostruirne l'aspetto originario. Egli mette in evidenza il fatto che questo salterio non è stato analizzato a fondo o descritto consistentemente. Egli stabilisce che si tratta di un salterio liturgico (Psalterium feriale), che si distingue da un salterio biblico, e che contiene un innario (Psalterium cum hymnis). Ogni salmo e inno inizia con un’iniziale illuminata, la maggior parte delle quali sono decorative. Tuttavia, il salterio ha otto iniziali figurale (littera historiata), che l'autore analizza individualmente e stabilisce come un riflesso diretto della divisione del Salterio nei giorni della settimana liturgica. La decorazione figurale è stata data solo per le iniziali del primo salmo di ogni nuovo giorno liturgico (feria), che fanno sette in totale. Essi sono: i Salmi I, XXVI, XXXVII, LII, LXVIII, LXXX e XCVII, dove il Salmo I marca la Domenica, il Salmo XXVI il Lunedi e così via, fino alla fine della settimana liturgica. La decorazione figurale è stata data anche alla prima iniziale all'inizio del Salterio che si apre con un cosiddetto Invitatorium. Ogni iniziale figurale è descritta in dettaglio, e particolare enfasi viene data all’iniziale B nel folio 5, che rappresenta l'iniziale più ricca di tutto il Salterio. Nella sua parte inferiore c’è una rappresentazione di San Bernardino, invece di Sant'Antonio da Padova o di San Francesco come è stato suggerito. In questo lavoro, l'autore pubblica tutte le iniziali e le inserisce nel contesto dei rispettivi salmi. Il documento difrerenzia graficamente tre tipi di iniziali attraverso l'uso di differenti composizione. Le iniziali figurali, littera historiata, sono stampate in grassetto, il corsivo viene applicato alla littera dominicalis, mentre gli altri, 'littera ferialis', che costituiscono la maggior parte, sono stampati in caratteri regolare. Il colore rosso è utilizzato per una rubrica, che sono i sottotitoli che segnano le sezioni individuali del Salterio come l’Invitatorium, feria, inni, ecc. Questo permette anche coloro che non hanno il comando della lingua Croata di conoscere l'intero contenuto del salterio. Contrariamente all'opinione corrente che sostiene che il Salterio è l’opera di una scuola veneziana, e contrariamente a una visione isolata che è stato creato a Zara stessa, l'autore ritiene che il Salterio è stato creato nel cerchio di Bologna, molto probabilmente intorno al 1460 o appena dopo questa data.

Abstract Background Trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) composed of an HER2-directed antibody and a topoisomerase I inhibitor covalently linked via a tetrapeptide-based cleavable linker. In DESTINY-Breast01, tolerability and efficacy of T-DXd including overall response rate, progression-free survival, duration of response and overall survival have been demonstrated for HER2-positive metastatic and/or unresectable BC in patients (pts) relapsing after 2 or more anti-HER2-based regimens. In France, rapid and fair access to innovative drugs outside clinical trials, prior to their marketing authorization in a given indication, is granted by the French Health Agency, ANSM (Agence Nationale de Sécurité du Médicament et des Produits de Santé), through cATU program. Here we report first real world evidence data from cATU program in HER2+ BC pts treated with T-DXd. Methods T-DXd 5.4mg/kg was given intravenously in monotherapy every 3 weeks in HER2-positive metastatic and/or unresectable BC pts who had previously received at least 2 lines of anti-HER2 regimens in the metastatic setting. Eligible pts needed to have normal neutrophil count and no left ventricular dysfunction. Pts with active or history of interstitial lung disease (ILD), pneumonitis, severe pulmonary disease were excluded. Clinical, biological and safety data were collected until the end of cATU, as well as treatment response according to RECIST 1.1., dose modification, treatment interruption and discontinuation. Analysis was performed on March 31th, 2021 on the basis of available collected data. Results From September 30th, 2020 to March 31th, 2021, 155 centers requested at least one ATU for a total of 539 adult pts; 468 requests were accepted and 71 were refused as they did not meet eligibility criteria. T-DXd was received by 459 pts with the following characteristics: 99.1% were women, median age was 58 years, 90.4% had a ECOG score of 0-1, 98.9% had initial HER2-positive BC (IHC 3+ or IHC 2+/ISH+), 67% were hormone receptor positive. The main sites of metastases were bones (57.3%), lymph nodes (51.6%), lungs (36.2%), liver (33.1%), brain (28.1%) and cutaneous/subcutaneous (13.9%). Median time between initial diagnosis of primary BC and inclusion was 6.6 years (range: 6.6 months - 33.9 years). 81.7% of pts had previously received radiotherapy and 76.5% underwent surgery. The median number of prior cancer regimens in the metastatic setting was 4 (range: 2-22). 21.1% received 2 prior lines of metastatic treatments, 19.6% received 3 lines and 59.3% received 4 lines or more. 94.8% pts received prior trastuzumab emtansine, and 79.3% had prior pertuzumab. During follow-up, data on tumor assessment were available for 160 pts. Of these, 56.7% had complete or partial response and 12.1% had progression. Of the 459 treated pts, 97 pts (21.1%) experienced ≥ 1 Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) including 41 pts (8.9%) with ≥ 1 serious ADR. Most frequent ADRs were related to gastrointestinal toxicity (35.4%). During cATU, 17 cases (3.7%) with ILD or considered as ILD were reported but no cases had a fatal outcome (only grade 1 or 2 when reported by physicians). 13 fatal cases were reported (no drug-related deaths, attributed by physician). ADRs leading to T-DXd discontinuation were reported in 4 pts (0.9%). Dose reductions were reported in 17 pts (3.7%) and 21 pts (4.6%) had temporary interruptions. Conclusions We report here the first real world data from the French cATU in HER2-positive BC pts treated by T-DXd. The enrolment of 468 pts in 6 months illustrated the unmet medical need for this population. T-DXd had antitumor activity with a similar response rate to that reported in previous clinical studies. T-DXd was well tolerated and no new safety signals were observed. Abstract “A very curious series of paintings in tempera on leather… are to be found at Buckingham Palace.” (Blunt 1946, 267). The 2017 Royal Collection Trust exhibition ‘Canaletto and the Art of Venice’ necessitated the examination and conservation treatment of eight paintings by the artist Marco Ricci (1676–1730). Marco’s artworks were unusually catalogued as ‘tempera on kidskin leather’, however it became apparent that internationally widespread confusion and inconsistency existed in the cataloguing of these artworks, complicating the understanding of these ‘curious’ paintings and the development of a conservation treatment approach. As in-depth material analysis was not possible, multi-collection and art historical research were combined with close observation to better understand the material nature and condition of this unusual group of paintings. The Royal Collection’s group of Marco Ricci paintings on leather is the largest in existence, with all 32 artworks presented in their original frames and it is suggested here that some exist in their original mounted format. This group is therefore the basis of much of the author’s current understanding. Despite presenting a consistent framed visual appearance, the project unearthed surprising variation amongst the Royal Collection works, serving to significantly supplement previous understanding of these paintings.

Abstract This article gives an overview over the development of gouache painting – from Flemish Waterverfschilderij, Lenten cloths (tüchlein paintings), miniature paintings, and landscape gouache in “heroic” and “rustic” styles to the landscape veduta of Alpine sceneries. The – often confusing – usage of the term gouache will be discussed and traced back in history, leading to a clear definition of our present-day conception. The findings are based on the study of art technological sources as well as observations of gouache paintings from a variety of different artists including Hans Bol, Marco Ricci, James Stuart, and Johann Ludwig Aberli. The author’s own experiences with gouache painting will also feed into the portrayal of a technique which in the past has often been disparaged and is underrepresented in the art technological research.

Abstract Topology optimization has been proved to be an efficient tool for structural design. In recent years, the focus of structural topology optimization has been shifting from single material continuum structures to multimaterial and multiscale structures. This paper aims at devising a numerical scheme for designing bionic structures by combining a two-stage parametric level set topology optimization with the conformal mapping method. At the first stage, the macro-structural topology and the effective material properties are optimized simultaneously. At the second stage, another structural topology optimization is carried out to identify the exact layout of the metamaterial at the mesoscale. The achieved structure and metamaterial designs are further synthesized to form a multiscale structure using conformal mapping, which mimics the bionic structures with “orderly chaos” features. In this research, a multi-control-point conformal mapping (MCM) based on Ricci flow is proposed. Compared with conventional conformal mapping with only four control points, the proposed MCM scheme can provide more flexibility and adaptivity in handling complex geometries. To make the effective mechanical properties of the metamaterials invariant after conformal mapping, a variable-thickness structure method is proposed. Three 2D numerical examples using MCM schemes are presented, and their results and performances are compared. The achieved multimaterial multiscale structure models are characterized by the “orderly chaos” features of bionic structures while possessing the desired performance.

ABSTRACT The Ruhama Foundation was established on March 23, 2012, located at Jalan Betet 1, Kampung Kebon Kopi, RT 03 RW 06, Pengasinan Village, Gunung Sindur District, Bogor Regency, West Java. Human resources are the important meaning of a reality that every human individual is the most important element because it always exists in an organization. Culture provides an identity for members of the organization and evokes a commitment to beliefs and values greater than oneself. The performance of the foundation staff is the basis for the achievement of the foundation's goals and achievements. Foundation staff form an overall perception based on the characteristics of the organizational culture which include innovation, persistence, aggressiveness, results orientation, people orientation, attention to detail, and team orientation. The organizational culture of the foundation staff in continuously improving performance to consistently carry out their duties and responsibilities in accordance with existing provisions and regulations is expected to continue to develop potential, especially regarding various programs at the Ruhama Foundation, so that foundation staff are expected not only to have good performance , but can do professionally. The success of the foundation's staff performance is not only influenced by organizational culture, but also members of the organization are expected to be able to work together with other members to solve problems that arise in the organization, so it is necessary to establish effective and efficient teamwork within the foundation. With the formation of teamwork, it is hoped that the cooperation of the foundation staff will be higher, so that it will facilitate the achievement of the foundation's goals. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Competitive Advantage, Foundation Staff ABSTRAK Yayasan Ruhama berdiri sejak 23 Maret 2012, beralamat di Jalan Betet 1 Kampung Kebon Kopi RT 03 RW 06 Desa Pengasinan Kecamatan Gunung Sindur Kabupaten Bogor Jawa Barat. Sumber daya manusia merupakan arti penting dari suatu realita bahwa setiap individu manusia merupakan elemen yang paling utama karena selalu ada dalam suatu organisasi. Budaya memberikan identitas bagi para anggota organisasi dan membangkitkan komitmen terhadap keyakinan dan nilai yang lebih besar dari dirinya sendiri. Kinerja staf yayasan merupakan dasar bagi pencapaian tujuan dan prestasi yayasan. Para staf yayasan membentuk persepsi keseluruhan berdasarkan karakteristik budaya organisasi yang antara lain meliputi inovasi, kematapan, keagresifan, orientasi hasil, orientasi orang, perhatian ke hal yang rinci, dan orientasi tim. Budaya organisasi staf yayasan dalam meningkatkan kinerja secara berkesinambungan untuk tetap konsisten melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab sesuai dengan ketentuan dan peraturan yang ada diharapkan untuk terus melakukan pengembangan potensi khususnya tentang berbagai program yang ada di Yayasan Ruhama, sehingga staf yayasan diharapkan tidak saja memiliki kinerja yang bagus, tetapi dapat melakukan secara profesional. Keberhasilan kinerja staf yayasan tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi, namun juga anggota organisasi diharapkan mampu bekerjasama dengan anggota yang lain untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang muncul dalam organisasi, sehingga perlunya dibentuk teamwork yang efektif dan efisien dalam yayasan. Dengan adanya pembentukan teamwork diharapkan akan meningkatkan kerjasama staf yayasan lebih tinggi, sehingga akan memudahkan tercapainya tujuan yayasan. Introdução: Sabendo que a saúde bucal está intimamente ligada à saúde geral e à qualidade de vida, ações em Educação em Saúde Bucal são de extrema importância no incentivo à prática de higiene oral da população. Objetivo: Relatar duas experiências da interação serviço-ensino vivenciado por estudantes de Odontologia, demonstrando os artifícios utilizados para realização de atividades práticas do componente curricular Estágio Supervisionado em Sistema Público de Saúde I, do curso de Odontologia da UFCG. Metodologia: Foram realizadas visitas de reconhecimento do local e planejamento das atividades que poderiam ser executadas, incluindo público-alvo, melhor horário para realização e planejamento multiprofissional para desenvolvimento das ações. A estratégia metodológica utilizadas para as atividades de educação em saúde bucal, enfatizam-se para a Academia da Saúde orientações em saúde bucal, prevenção do câncer de boca e fatores predisponentes, orientação nutricional e atividade física de dança, destacando a influência que ela possui com a saúde oral. E nas abordagens à Creche, destacam-se as brincadeiras lúdicas de teatro, atividade de desenhos para colorir, musicoterapia e escovação em macro-modelo odontológico. Relato de experiência: Os acadêmicos de Odontologia puderam perceber seu valor para a transformação de sorrisos, contribuíram para modificar o quadro de saúde de intervencionista preventivo e tornaram a atitude voluntária de ações sociais em atividades contínuas nessa e em outras creches da cidade. ABSTRAK Malaria merupakan salah satu penyakit yang terus endemik di beberapa daerah di Indonesia walaupun pemerintah telah melakukan berbagai usaha untuk mengobati dan mencegah malaria. World Health Organization (WHO) menargetkan insidensi kasus malaria pada tahun 2030 dapat turun hingga 90% dibandingkan tahun 2015.Asmat merupakan salah satu daerah endemik tinggi dan menjadi salah satu daerah target program eliminasi malaria, namun belum ada publikasi data rinci terkait malaria di Asmat, Papua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prevalensi malaria di Asmat pada tahun 2017 dan melihat tren kejadian malaria yang merupakan salah satu indikator evaluasi program eliminasi malaria di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif observasional yang dilakukan selama pelaksanaan kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata - Peduli Bencana (KKN-PB) Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), pada tanggal 17 Maret hingga 30 April 2018 di Asmat, Papua. Penelitian dilakukan dengan analisis data sekunder dan observasi. Data sekunder diambil dari Dinas Kesehatasn Kabupaten Asmat, kemudian dianalisis dan dipaparkan secara deskriptif. Dilakukan pula observasi lingkungan di Distrik Agats, Atsj, dan Sawaerma untuk mengetahui kemungkinan faktor-faktor risiko malaria. Pada tahun 2017, prevalensi malaria di kabupaten Asmat yaitu 12,37% dengan 7,90 % kasus malaria klinis dan 4,46% kasus malaria yang telah tegak diagnosisnya berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan laboratorium. Prevalensi tersebut meningkat dibandingkan tahun 2016. Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) Atsj merupakan puskesmas dengan prevalensi malaria tertinggi, yaitu sebesar 27,70%. Kejadian malaria ini kemungkinan dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan fisik (suhu, kelembaban, kerapatan dinding rumah, pengunaan kawat kassa, curah hujan), lingkungan biologi (adanya semak dan rawa), lingkungan kimia (salinitas dan pH), serta kebiasaan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penanganan malaria di Asmat masih menjadi tantangan besar bagi petugas kesehatan dan pemerintah. Diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab masih tingginya kejadian malaria agar kebijakan yang diambil lebih tepat. World Health Organization (WHO) has a goal to reduce malaria case incidence globally at least 90% in 2030 compared with 2015.Asmat is one of the high endemic areas in Indonesia, making Asmat one of the target areas for malaria elimination programs. However, the published data regarding malaria in Asmat is limited. This study aimed to investigate the prevalence of malaria in Asmat in 2017 and assess the trend of malaria prevalence, as an indicator in evaluating malaria elimination programs. This study was descriptive observational research which was performed from March 17th until April 30th 2018, as part of Kuliah Kerja Nyata - Peduli Bencana (KKN-PB) Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), in Asmat Regency. This study was using secondary data analysis and environmental observation. Secondary data was obtained from Department of Health in Asmat Regency and presented descriptively. Environmental observation in Agats, Atsj, and Sawaerma District was also conducted to find out the possible risk factors of malaria. In 2017, malaria prevalence in Asmat was 12.37% with 7.9% cases being clinically diagnosed malaria, and the other 4.46% laboratory diagnosed malaria. The prevalence in 2017 was higher than in 2016. Among all the districts in Asmat, Atsj had the highest prevalence (27.70%). Malaria prevalence was possibly affected by multiple factors, such as physical environment (temperature, humidity, houses’ wall density, and the use of wire net), biological environment (house surrounded by bush or swamp), chemical environment (pH and salinity), and habits in community. These findings suggest that malaria control is still a big challenge for health-care workers and government. Further research is needed to study the exact causes of high malaria prevalence in Asmat, so that more appropriate policies can be done to overcome the problem.KEYWORDS prevalence; malaria; endemic; Asmat; Papua
