Resumo Avaliação de contextos educativos como “promoção a partir de dentro” foi desenvolvida por inúmeras pesquisas de campo (Bondioli, 2015a; Savio, 2013). A abordagem se baseia nos princípios da reflexividade e da participação (Guba & Lincoln,1989, 2001); inclui o envolvimento de um grupo de trabalho (os operadores de determinado contexto educacional) e de um facilitador de processos participativo-reflexivos. O referencial teórico, os objetivos, os processos e as estratégias que definem a abordagem serão discutidos, examinando-se especialmente o papel do facilitador e as fases do percurso de avaliação à luz de pesquisas recentes (Bondioli, 2015a, 2015b; Bondioli & Savio, 2009; Bondioli & Savio, 2014a; Savio, 2011; Savio, 2013).

A finales del siglo XIX, alrededor del manicomio del Paraje Bermejal, empieza la historia urbanística de lo que hoy es la zona nororiental de Medellín. Francisco Jaramillo Ochoa y su esposa Juana Francisca Ruiz, propietarios de esas tierras, entregaron al Obispo de Santa Rosa de Osos, monseñor Miguel Angel Builes, un documento según el cual: "si pasados cien años los herederos no habían levantado mortuoria, estas tierras quedarían a bien de una entidad beneficiaria para los pobres".2 Unas pocas casonas fueron los núcleos de la construcción de los primeros barrios del sector, considerados barrios obreros, entre ellos El majal, hoy La mansión; Pérez Triana, hoy Manrique central 1 y 2, Campo Valdés, Aranjuez y Berlín cerca de 1932. Pangudi Luhur Domenico Savio Junior High School is a school with a diversity of student backgrounds, from the point of view of religion, ethnicity, socio-economy, and gender / gender. This article aims to Know the process of internalizing multicultural values in students through social studies learning SMP Pangudi Luhur Domenico Savio. The results of this study found that The process of internalizing muticultural values has been carried out by the teacher, the values that are often applied by the teacher are the values of Democratization, Humanism, and Pluralism. which are inserted through various things, namely: (a) Social studies learning materials are formed based on facts and real examples in the field. (b) The learning model used is inquiry discussion with the aim that students better understand the material and can adapt to the surrounding environment. (c) The assessment system used by the teacher is not only in terms of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor, but the assessment also takes into account the opinions of other students regarding the personalities of the students concerned as evaluation materials for the future. SMP Pangudi Luhur Domenico Savio adalah sekolah dengan keberagaman latar belakang peserta didik mulai dari segi agama, etnis, sosial ekonomi, dan jenis kelamin/gender. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses internalisasi nilai-nilai multikultural pada siswa melalui pembelajaran IPS di SMP Pangudi Luhur Domenico Savio. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa proses internalisasi nilai-nilai mutikultural sudah dilakukan oleh guru, nilai-nilai yang sering diterapkan oleh guru adalah nilai Demokratisasi, Humanis, dan Pluralisme yang disisipkan melalui berbagai hal yaitu: (a) Meteri pembelajaran IPS dibentuk berdasarkan kenyataan dan contoh-contoh nyata yang ada di lapangan. (b) Model pembelajaran yang digunakan diskusi inkuiri dengan tujuan agar peserta didik lebih memahami materi dan dapat beradaptasi dengan lingkungan sekitarnya. (c) Sistem penilaian yang digunakan oleh guru tidak hanya dari segi kognitif, afektif, dan pisikomotorik, akan tetapi penilaian juga mempertimbangakan pendapat dari peserta didik lain terkait kepribadian peserta didik yang bersangkutan sebagai bahan evaluasi untuk kedepannya

<p>This study aimed to describe the management acceleration program in terms of planning, organizing, actuating, and monitoring learning in PL Domenico Savio Junior High School. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Subjects were principal, manager acceleration, acceleration secretary, and homeroom teacher. Results of research: Planning accelerated program in PL Domenico Savio Junior High School done by preparing teachers, finance, infrastructure, learners, curriculum, time, and high school. Learning plan covering the syllabus and lesson plan contains learning objectives, teaching materials, teaching methods, learning resources, and assessment of learning outcomes. Organization of human resources contained in the organizational structure of the school is equipped manager acceleration. Organizing accelerated learning includes the step before learning, implementation, and after learning. Teachers organize learning materials to learners’ learning time. Acceleration managers manage learning activities acceleration in school and outside of school. Actuating of accelerated program refers to the RPP and half of each subject program. Implementation of the learning stages: introduction, core activities, and cover. Monitoring the acceleration of learning is done directly by the students, parents of students, and managers acceleration. Learners and parents provide input on school. Manager acceleration control feasibility study. Principal using monitoring results into training materials for teachers. Accelerated learning assessment carried out by the teacher. Teacher evaluations are conducted by the principal and foundations. Reporting accelerated learning is done on the parents of learners.</p>

La tesi affronta la questione della riqualificazione dell’ area situata lungo l’argine orientale del fiume Savio a Cesena, a sud del Ponte del Risorgimento e a nord del Ponte Clemente; longitudinalmente il quartiere è individuati dall’asse carrabile di via IV Novembre e ad est tra le vie IX Febbraio e Aurelio Saffi. L'area è attualmente dominata dalla caserma militare “Decio Raggi” (oggi acclusa al C.A.P.S.) e da un parcheggio multipiano di recente costruzione, oltre ad alcune abitazioni private. Il progetto prevede di resettare quasi completamente l'area, fatta salva una palazzina del complesso del C.A.P.S. ed il parcheggio; al posto degli attuali edifici sorgeranno tre poli destinati a funzioni diverse: un polo commerciale, uno culturale ed uno residenziale. Il polo culturale, oggetto specifico della presente tesi, sorge approssimativamente al centro dell'area di progetto e si relaziona sulla sinistra con il mercato, con il quale divide una piazza concepita sul modello di Piazza del Popolo; la costruzione ospita un auditorium con una sala d'ascolto da 476 posti a sedere (più un altro centinaio sistemati nei palchetti laterali), diversi spazi adibiti a sala prove ed aule musicali o teatrali; gli ambienti secondari dell’auditorium sono ricavati in due corpi laterali, affiancati lateralmente al volume principale. Sul lato opposto alla facciata sorge una corte quadrata, che può fungere sia da spazio pubblico che da platea all'aperto: il palcoscenico infatti è concepito in modo da avere un doppio boccascena: uno rivolto verso la sala ed uno (chiuso da una parete scorrevole) verso la corte. Sul solaio dei corpi secondari sono stati progettati due ampi terrazzi, di cui uno che guarda al fiume e che si prolunga con una passerella verso il sentiero tra il ponte Risorgimento e il ponte Clemente. Per l'argine del Savio è stato previsto un sistema di terrazzamenti che contengano e regolino le esondazioni del fiume e siano contemporaneamente spazi verdi calpestabili. L'intera area fluviale verrà riassettata in modo che la vegetazione possa estendersi più profondamente verso le costruzioni ed armonizzarsi con esse meglio di quanto non faccia attualmente.

"Il Libro del Cortegiano" di Baldassarre Castiglione, a stampa nel 1528, costituisce l’archetipo di una florida tradizione: numerosi i trattati e i dialoghi che, dopo il 1528, mettono a fuoco qualità e prerogative richieste a corte, confutando oppure corroborando il modello delineato nel classico cinquecentesco. La dissertazione intende vagliare l’eredità dell’opera di Castiglione isolando alcuni temi rintracciabili in contributi pubblicati in volgare dopo il 1528 e sino al 1640; fra gli autori considerati spiccano Pelegro de Grimaldi, Lucio Paolo Rosello, Giovanni Francesco Commendone, Agostino Nifo e Francesco Baldelli (volgarizzatore dell’opera latina di Nifo), Giovanni Andrea Gilio, Giovan Battista Giraldi, Lorenzo Ducci, Sigismondo Sigismondi, Pietro Andrea Canonieri, Giovanni Capponi, Bernardino Castori, Camillo Baldi, Matteo Peregrini, Giovanni Battista Manzini ed Agostino Mascardi, senza dimenticare i più celebri Stefano Guazzo, Giovanni Della Casa, Torquato Tasso. Le proposte di questi autori sono state accostate ed intrecciate alla voce di Castiglione nei primi tre capitoli della tesi, suggellata da una appendice che presenta e riproduce l’inedito "Dialogo di quello che deve fare un servitore di corte per acquistare la grazia del suo signore e farsi amare da tutto il resto della corte" di Camillo Baldi, custodito presso la Biblioteca Classense di Ravenna.

The present thesis aims at sifting through Castiglione’s heritage, selecting themes and topics from some works printed in Italian between 1528 and 1640; the authors of the books examined are Pelegro de Grimaldi, Lucio Paolo Rosello, Giovanni Francesco Commendone, Agostino Nifo (his essay, first published in Latin, was translated by Francesco Baldelli), Giovanni Andrea Gilio, Giovan Battista Giraldi, Lorenzo Ducci, Sigismondo Sigismondi, Pietro Andrea Canonieri, Giovanni Capponi, Bernardino Castori, Camillo Baldi, Matteo Peregrini, Giovanni Battista Manzini and Agostino Mascardi, not forgetting the more famous Stefano Guazzo, Giovanni Della Casa, Torquato Tasso. “Il museo sta cambiando. In passato, era un luogo di certezze assolute, fonte di definizioni, di valori e di dottrina in materia d'arte, a tutto campo; era il luogo in cui non ci si ponevano interrogativi ma si davano autorevoli risposte.[...]“ 1 Il collezionismo d'arte comincia con il Rinascimento italiano, che sviluppa un particolare senso della storia, un entusiasmo per i prodotti dell'Antichità classica e per tutti i generi dell'arte contemporanea, pensati per la residenza privata, e in realtà, per esse fabbricati: dipinti di soggetto mitologico, quadri di artisti fiamminghi, piccoli bronzi e, al nord arte grafica. Il collezionismo in senso stretto fu agli inizi del secolo connesso solo con le antichità. Verso la fine del Cinquecento, vanno manifestandosi parecchie innovazioni. Per la prima volta compare la parola museo, che era già stata adottata in Alessandria durante il periodo Ellenistico per designare tutto l'ambito degli edifici per la cultura in cui era compresa la biblioteca. Inizialmente tutte le collezioni erano private, ma potevano essere visitate dalle élite sociali. L‟istituzione del museo che noi oggi conosciamo, nasce dall‟ Europa illuminista del XVIII secolo: infatti in questo periodo fu deliberatamente progettato uno spazio architettonico appropriato che desse forma universalmente riconoscibile all‟idea di museo. Poniamo gli esempi del Museo di Villa Albani nel 1746 e il Museo Pio Clementino in Vaticano nel 1775, che per primi si pongono il problema della progettazione architettonica, dell‟allestimento e ordinamento adeguati a un museo aperto al pubblico. Mentre per Villa Albani si trattava pur sempre di una raccolta privata visitabile, il museo voluto dai papi Clemente XIV e Pio VI per le collezioni archeologiche era già pensato come un‟istituzione di interesse pubblico. Gli ultimi tre secoli del secondo millennio hanno visto la crescita dell‟istituzione del museo, diventata esponenziale negli ultimi decenni del XX secolo. I tempi hanno coinciso con la nascita, l‟affermazione rivoluzionaria, il trionfo e il consolidamento della cultura nell‟età della borghesia. 2 “Mentre prima il museo non era che un luogo pieno di oggetti, oggi è diventato un luogo pieno di idee, che vengono suggerite dalle indicazioni e dalle descrizioni accompagnanti gli oggetti esposti, dato che il museo è come un libro aperto che si offre allo studioso e a chi desidera formarsi una coltura.[...]3 1 Karsten Schubert, Museo. Per questo motivo si deve mettere in grado le diverse categorie di fruitori, di accedere al museo con il minor spreco di tempo possibile e con il maggior profitto. L'effetto che si vuole ottenere deriva sia dal metodo di esposizione degli oggetti, sia da una buona soluzione tecnica relativa alle dimensioni, alla forma, alla distribuzione, riscaldamento e ventilazione dei locali, all'illuminazione degli oggetti e ai mezzi di loro conservazione e sicurezza. Il museo moderno dovrà coniugare al suo interno museografia e museologia. Dove“[...]per museografia si intende l'insieme delle azioni progettuali, scientifiche e tecniche, tendenti alla sistemazione organizzativa del museo (distributiva, impiantistica, tecnica, architettonica, allestitiva, informatica); appartiene in genere all'opera dell'architetto, con la collaborazione di strutturisti, impiantisti e informatici. Al contrario per museologia si intende l'insieme delle azioni di ricerca storica, filologica, di comparazione critica che presiede all'ordinamento dell'esposizione delle opere; generalmente appartiene allo storico dell'arte, allo storico della scienza, all'archeologo, all'antropologo [...].”4 Confrontando progetti museografici e museali dei primi musei con esempi moderni e contemporanei, si intendono ricavare i caratteri fondamentali che permettano di presentare un progetto per museo coerente all'area di studio, e che riesca a rivelare la vera natura degli oggetti che andrà a ospitare attraverso uno studio specifico dei percorsi e degli allestimenti.

La tesi, a partire dalla valle del Savio nel cesenate, tratta le problematiche delle aree interne, che a causa della distanza dai grandi centri e della mancanza di servizi, vanno incontro a fenomeni di spopolamento. A partire dall’analisi di questi territori si è cercato di individuare un percorso che permettesse di trovare nuove fonti di sviluppo, per questo motivo si è scelto di seguire il percorso partecipativo per la redazione del P.U.G. associato tra i comuni di Mercato Saraceno, Bagno di Romagna e Verghereto, dal quale sono emerse quelle che sono le priorità che, secondo i cittadini, dovrebbero essere nella visione strategica del territorio. Il primo strumento analizzato per lo sviluppo del territorio è l’ecomuseo, un’ organizzazione di tipo associativa che punta a coinvolgere il più possibile i rami della società al fine di cambiare la narrazione locale e favorire lo sviluppo. Il secondo strumento è quello della Strategia per le Aree interne che attraverso le politiche Place Based, punta al blocco dello spopolamento sviluppando le economie legate alle produzioni tipiche e riorganizzando i servizi. Questo strumento garantisce anche una grande quantità di fondi, riconfermati e aumentati grazie alle possibilità del Piano di Ripresa e Resilienza. Infine la scelta progettuale che è stata fatta è quella di creare un ecomuseo per l’alta valle del Savio in grado di creare delle sinergie con le realtà già attive sul territorio e di crearne di nuove attraverso tre interventi: La creazione di una sede per l’ecomuseo in cui attivare laboratori, recuperando l’edificio di un'ex scuola di Balze a Verghereto. Creare una green community nel borgo semiabbandonato di Valcava al fine primario di ripopolarlo e di dare vita a un sistema produttivo ecologico. L’ultimo intervento riguarda il recupero di edifici dismessi a favore della nascita di un albergo diffuso, si è scelta sempre la frazione di Balze a Verghereto, il più colpito dallo spopolamento.

The latest decades have seen an increasing interest in this structural type, that is still present and in use, despite the passage of time and the variation of the transport means. Several strategies have been developed during the time to simulate the response of this type of structures, although even today there is no generally accepted standard one for assessment of masonry arch bridges. The aim of this thesis is to compare the principal analytical and numerical methods existing in literature on case studies, trying to highlight values and weaknesses. The methods taken in exam are mainly three: i) the Thrust Line Analysis Method; ii) the Mechanism Method; iii) the Finite Element Methods. The Thrust Line Analysis Method and the Mechanism Method are analytical methods and derived from two of the fundamental theorems of the Plastic Analysis, while the Finite Element Method is a numerical method, that uses different strategies of discretization to analyze the structure. Every method is applied to the case study through computer-based representations, that allow a friendly-use application of the principles explained. A particular closed-form approach based on an elasto-plastic material model and developed by some Belgian researchers is also studied. To compare the three methods, two different case study have been analyzed: i) a generic masonry arch bridge with a single span; ii) a real masonry arch bridge, the Clemente Bridge, built on Savio River in Cesena. In the analyses performed, all the models are two-dimensional in order to have results comparable between the different methods taken in exam. The different methods have been compared with each other in terms of collapse load and of hinge positions.

Tendons and ligaments are soft connective tissues that play an important role in the musculoskeletal system. The tendon transmits the concentrated tensions generated by the muscle to the bone, and the ligaments stabilize and guide the movement between bones connected at the articulating joints. To perform these tasks, these soft connective tissues are uniquely built to bear load transmission, but are flexible enough to allow the changing direction in their paths of alignment. To accomplish these requirements, the tendons and ligaments have a hierarchy of highly aligned collagen structures consisting of fibrils, fascicles and fibers, along with the ground substance of proteoglycans and glycolipids to form the tendon and ligament tissues.

The aim of adaptive programming (AP) is to produce adaptive, flexible, iterative, responsive, problem-driven, politically smart, locally led programmes which are effective and efficient and meet donor requirements for accountability. This is a rapid desk review of recent literature on AP including academic and grey sources. Section 2 covers the main challenges and barriers to successful implementation of AP. Key success factors are covered in Section 3. Selecting the appropriate monitoring and evaluation tools such as outcome harvesting or adapted versions of Value for Money to assist in measuring outcomes and embedding learning is key to successful AP, particularly in governance programmes, where results are usually long-term, non-linear and causality can be difficult to specifically trace back to the donor-funded intervention. Section 4 details three case studies from the governance arena as this report was requested to assist in designing adaptive governance programmes. Thus, the State Accountability and Voice Initiative (SAVI) from Nigeria, Chakua Hatua from Tanzania, and Within and Without the State (WWS) from conflict regions are included to show how flexible indicators, donor communication and negotiation, empowering teams and adopting monitoring and evaluation tools assisted in successful AP outcomes in different locations and political contexts. The challenges faced and drawbacks of certain processes were fed into efficient feedback loops fostering cross-communication, adaptation, and modification to ensure procedures and policies were changed accordingly. Sources used are primarily from the previous 5 years, as per K4D norms, unless the work is seminal, such as the ODI Report (2016) Doing Development Differently, which encouraged over 60 countries to sign up for the AP methodology. This review found a substantive body of literature on AP methodology the relative recency of academic attention on AP in the development less evidence is available on case studies of AP in the development sector, as there are not many ongoing projects and even fewer have been completed and results assessed (ICF, 2019). There is also a lack of case studies on how dynamic, empowered, innovative teams successfully apply adaptive programming ideas, particularly providing behavioural insights about such teams (Cooke, 2017) as well as little attention to precipitating and sustaining behaviour change in institutions over the longer term (Power, 2017).
