Résumé :

Considerando la drastica riduzione di ricoveri coatti (TSO) dopo l'introduzione della Legge 180/1978, l'Autore si chiede se questa Legge abbia posto fine a un abuso di tali ricoveri oppure abbia lasciato molti pazienti senza soccorso. La Legge 180/1978 ha voluto sottrarre la psichiatria ai problemi attinenti l'ordine pubblico ma non ha dato indicazioni precise su come affrontarli in modo alternativo. Per contro ha tolto di mano agli psichiatri gli strumenti per esercitare un reale controllo. Il lavoro accenna al tema del disagio degli psichiatri presente sia prima che dopo la riforma. Il mandato autoritario prima della riforma era certamente fonte di disagio, ma questo si č manifestato anche dopo, legato verosimilmente al venir meno di una definita identitŕ della psichiatria.

A nemmeno due mesi dalla firma unitaria dell'accordo interconfederale del giugno 2011, le relazioni industriali trovano una nuova fonte esterna di regolamentazione con l'art. 8 della legge di manovra finanziaria (legge 14 settembre 2011 n. 148 di conversione del decreto legge 13 agosto 2011 n. 138), con cui si introduce la generale e praticamente illimitata derogabilitŕ da parte della contrattazione aziendale e territoriale agli assetti disciplinati dal contratto collettivo nazionale e, ciň che rappresenta la vera rottura con il sistema previgente, alla legge. Cette étude entend sonder la potentialité spéculative d'une philosophie éminemment kojèvienne qui naisse à partir de la relation entre le Désir et la Loi. Le privilège herméneutique accordé à ce plexus pour une enquête monographique de l'œuvre de Kojève vient de l'intuition d'une unité fondamentale dans sa pensée. Il s'agit de débuter une recherche sur la relation analysée à la lumière de la nouvelle ontologie que Kojève essaie de penser. Nous savons que Kojève est passé à l'histoire en tant que « interprète » de Hegel, en tant que doctor subtilis des légendaires Séminaires sur la Phénomélogie de l'Esprit. L'introduction à la lecture de Hegel a été le Livre-Evénement qui a affecté le Paris intellectuel des années Trente du XXème siècle et ses protagonistes de prestige ; mais fut uniquement la pointe de l'iceberg de la production scientifique de notre auteur. La reconstruction de I'opera omnia de Kojève, par conséquent, a été la base à partir de laquelle est devenue possible ce travail. À partir des écrits de la jeunesse émerge la matrice scientifique et, au même temps, spéculative de la réflexion kojèvienne : je fais référence au Journal d'un philosophe (1920-1923) et à l'idée du déterminisme dans la physique classique et dans la physique moderne (1932). La question, formulée en partie déjà de Kojève, est la suivante : c'est possible associer à la révolution quantique en physique la révolution psychanalytique en considérant que la détermination relative de la réalité physique implique et suppose l'existence de l'inconscient psychique ? Les observations préliminaires sur la science ont été fonctionnelles à donner une réponse affirmative à cette question et à présenter la généalogie de la thèse principale de ce travail : le sujet kojèvien n'est pas seulement - à la Butler - un sujet de désir ; mais, plutôt, un sujet de désir et loi
This work seeks to explore the potential of the philosophy of Kojève, which has its offspring in the relation between Desire and Law. This plexus is regarded as the hermeneutic theme of the work of Kojève, based on the intuition of a fundamental unity within his thought.This study aims at starting a research about relationship, in the light of Kojève's nouvelle ontologie. Kojève is regarded as “the interpreter” of Hegel and the doctor subtilis of the legendary Seminars on the Phenomenology of Spirit. The Introduction à la lecture de Hegel was the work that revolutionised the scholars in Paris in the 1930s, but it was only the tip of the iceberg of the author's scientific production. Therefore, the reconstruction of the opera omnia of Kojève is the base of this work, which could not have been possible without it.The scientific and speculative roots of Kojève's thought are evident since the early works of the author, and particularly the Journal d'un philosophe (1920-1923) and l'idée du déterminisme dans la physique classique et dans la physique moderne (1932). The main question, partly formulated by Kojève himself, is the following: can we associate the quantic revolution in physics to the revolution of psychoanalysis, given that the relative determination of physic reality implies the existence of the psychological unconscious? The preliminary observations on science have been fundamental in order to give a positive answer to this question. They also represent the foundations of this research. Terrestrial animals encounter natural surfaces which comprise materials that can yield and flow such as sand, rubble, and debris, yet appear to nimbly walk, run, crawl, or climb across them with great ease. In contrast, man-made devices on wheels and treads suffer large performance loss on these surfaces. Legged locomotion thus provides an excellent source of inspiration for creating devices of increased locomotor capabilities on natural surfaces. While principles of legged locomotion on solid ground have been discovered, the mechanisms by which legged animals move on yielding/flowing surfaces remain poorly understood, largely due to the lack of fundamental understanding of the complex interactions of body/limbs with these substrates on the level of the Navier-Stokes Equations for fluids. Granular media (e.g., sand) provide a promising model substrate for discovering the principles of legged locomotion on yielding/flowing surfaces, because they can display solid- and fluid-like behaviors, are directly relevant for many desert-dwelling animals, can be repeatably and precisely controlled, and the intrusion force laws can be determined empirically. In this dissertation, we created laboratory devices to prepare granular media in well-controlled states, and integrated biological, robotic, and physics studies to discover principles of legged locomotion on granular media. For both animals and bio-inspired robots, legged locomotion on granular surfaces must be achieved by limb intrusion to generate sufficient vertical ground reaction force (lift) to balance body weight and inertial force. When limb intrusion was slow (speed < 0.5 m/s), granular forces were independent of intrusion speed (dominated by grain-grain and grain-intruder friction) and generally increased with intrusion depth (due to granular hydrostatic pressure). Locomotor performance (speed) depended sensitively on limb kinematics, limb morphology, and the strength of the granular media, which together determined vertical force balance (or lack thereof). Based on these findings, we developed a granular resistive force theory in the sagittal plane as a general model for calculating forces during low-speed intrusions relevant to legged locomotion.

The objective of this research is to discover principles of ambulatory locomotion on homogeneous and heterogeneous granular substrates and create models of animal and robot interaction within such environments. Since interaction with natural substrates is too complicated to model, we take a robophysics approach – we create a terrain generation system where properties of heterogeneous multi-component substrates can be systematically varied to emulate a wide range of natural terrain properties such as compaction, orientation, obstacle shape/size/distribution, and obstacle mobility within the substrate. A schematic of the proposed system is discussed in detail in the body of this dissertation. Control of such substrates will allow for the systematic exploration of parameters of substrate properties, particularly substrate stiffness and heterogeneities. With this terrain creation system, we systematically explore locomotor strategies of simplified laboratory robots when traversing over different terrain properties. A key feature of this proposed work is the ability to generate general interaction models of locomotor appendages with such complex substrates. These models will aid in the design and control of future robots with morphologies and control strategies that allow for effective navigation on a large diversity of terrains, expanding the scope of terramechanics from large tracked and treaded vehicles on homogeneous ground to arbitrarily shaped and actuated locomotors moving on complex heterogeneous terrestrial substrates.

Résumé :

Denne artikkelen byggjer på ein studie av normkompetansen til eit utval avgangselevar i den vidaregåande skulen med nynorsk som hovudmål, og synleggjer kva for typar normavvik dei har, og drøftar i kva grad rettskrivinga deira er påverka av innslag frå høvesvis dialekt og bokmål. Artikkelen byggjer på ein studie av 183 tekstar skrivne av avgangselevar skuleåret 2018/2019, fordelt på tre vidaregåande skular og seks klassar i regionane Nordfjord og Sunnfjord i det tidlegare fylket Sogn og Fjordane. Studien syner at elevtekstane hadde eit gjennomsnitt på 1,7 avvik per 100 ord, og at dei mest frekvente avvika er knytte til verbbøying (25 %), konsonantisme (24 %), vokalisme (21 %) og substantivbøying (15 %). 33 % av avvika synest å botne i påverknad frå bokmål, medan 30 % synest å botne i påverknad frå dialekt, og 12 % av avvika har samanfall både med bokmål og dialekt. Vi meiner at desse funna er interessante med omsyn til kva skulen og norsklærarane bør legge vekt på for å auke normkompetansen mellom elevar med nynorsk som hovudmål.

In the winter 1813–1814 I attended a mathematical school kept in Boston ... on entering his room, we were struck at the appearance of an ample Blackboard suspended on the wall, with lumps of chalk on a the ledge below, and cloths hanging at either side. I never heard such a thing before. The introduction of computerized presentation techniques and overheads has also changed the teaching process as the blackboard did it on the 19th century. Computerized techniques have made possible showing the students more material related with the specific subject. Special videos, simulations and other multimedia tools represent one of the most relevant changes in the traditional learning. Simulations enable the students to familiarize themselves with the topic and highlight the key parameters as well as their influence. Several simulations have been included in the Computerized Educational Platform (CompEduHPT) together with theory and other educational features. These simulations constitute an alternative way to learn, based on discovery and experience. It is important to realize that the simulations are only a part of the package of learning. All the simulations are preceded with theory chapters, quizzes and preparatory tasks to enable fruitful exercises to be designed, including the simulations. Furthermore, the majority of these simulations are supported by a “guide” that provides help advising the student on how to perform the simulation and inviting him/her to analyze the changes every time that the student clicks on it based on the theory given in the chapters. This creates a completely integrated educational tool designed to enhance the learning of students involved in gas turbine technology courses either at the campus or as distant learners. A variety of simulations exist, stretching from simulated basic physical phenomena to complete cycle simulations. The Gas Turbine related simulations comprise for example a number of ideal and real gas turbine cycles, basic two-dimensional velocity triangle simulations as well as aerodynamic design of turbomachines and aeroelasticity simulations. One of the objectives of this paper is to show the potential of integrating the simulations in the learning process and the possible ways to overcome some of the obstacles by using tools already available and designed to enhance the learning process such as CompEduHPT. Evaluations show that simulations are appreciated among the students as an aid to grasp the general physical understanding of formulas and theory enhancing the learning process. The learning method and learning pace are highly valued among the students, which indicates that a computerized program including multiple ways of learning may be of considerable support to the more conventional and personal student-teacher way of learning.
