Texte intégralThe objective of this Phd dissertation thesis is the comparative analysis of two parallel phenomena of cultural tourism, specifically cultural routes, focused on sacred, pilgrimage or commercial roads with a long history: the Camino de Santiago in Spain and the Ancient Tea Horse Road in China. These sacred-commercial roads have become, since the 1990s, focal points for cultural tourism with a local and global scale. On the other hand, China has entered the world scene as the origin for international tourism, occupying prominent positions in global tourism flows, while at the same time developing its domestic tourism in an accelerated way. Finally, this research focuses on the analysis of the evolution and characteristics of Chinese tourism, both locally (internal tourism), and global (international tourism) from the comparison of two cases of cultural routes. To achieve the objectives, once presented the state of the arts of the conceptualization, institutionalization and recognition of the "cultural route" category used by the tourism industry within broader local economic development strategies promoted by states, follows the specific case of the transformation and construction of both sacred-commercial historical roads into tourist routes in each national and local context. In the second part of the dissertation, the profile and experiences of Chinese tourists who travel in both routes are analyzed, taking into account aspects such as access to information, the preparation of the travel, and their motivations and experiences along the roads. The qualitative methodology used includes fieldwork with participant observation and semi-structured in-depth interviews with Chinese tourists on both routes. In addition, data and information from other sources also compiled by Chinese tourists have been consulted: personal travelers' blogs, travel books, virtual forums, social networks, round tables, etc. And finally, specialized academic bibliography has been consulted, along with reports from different agencies and institutions, statistics, newspaper news, blog posts, among others. This research provides information on recent trends of domestic and international Chinese tourism: independent travel, experiences and adventure, made by young people with considerable economic resources and high educational level that move away from mass tourism and make these trips a symbol of distinction and of class for a minority of the population. The final results of the analysis open new lines of research on Chinese tourism and can be taken into account for its application in the development of policies aimed at tourism promotion.

Texte intégral1. Existeix una manera turística d'apropar-se al patrimoni que té les seves pròpies regles, les seves
estructures específiques i en conseqüència la necessitat d'uns instruments de gestió particulars.
2. L'aproximació del turista al patrimoni monumental és el resultat de dues forces aparentment
contradictòries. D'una banda, el turista tendeix a reproduir pautes de comportament socialment construïdes que prenen la forma d'un ritual. D'altra banda, més enllà d'aquest patró comú, cada visitant viu una experiència singular. Per tant, la relació amb el patrimoni és el resultat d'un subtil equilibri entre experiència i ritual.
3. El consum turístic del patrimoni depèn de la relació entre quatre factors. El primer, la imatge del lloc, és la projecció (sovint idealitzada) de l'espai de visita, una metàfora de la ciutat. El segon, el codi d'interpretació turístic , actua com una mena de ritual, un guió no escrit de la pràctica turística. En tercer lloc, el substrat material que són els components artístics, històrics o culturals de la destinació: la geometria del casc, les visuals, el pes de la història o el valor estètic de les peces condicionen, com és obvi, la mirada turística. Finalment, l'experiència està condicionada per la gestió (pública i privada) del turisme: informació, fluxos, interpretació...
L'estudi s'ha sustentat en una metodologia inèdita basada en l'observació directa a partir del seguiment dels visitants durant els seus recorreguts. Hem observat el visitants i hem recollit la informació bàsica de la seva visita: l'itinerari, els monuments visitats, les actituds manifestades, els temps d'estada... Aquesta metodologia ha estat ja implementada en alguns estudis de públic de diversos museus. S'han recollit tres tipus de dades: dades relacionades amb els arcs (segment de carrer entre dues interseccions), dades relacionades amb els nodes (els elements d'interès) i dades relacionades amb el visitant. Les tres fonts estan unides per un identificador comú, que és el codi del turista. Això ens ha permès vincular les dades dels visitants amb el seu recorregut i la seva visita als monuments de la ciutat. Els resultats de l'estudi ens han permès identificar els factors que singularitzen l'apropament dels visitants al patrimoni i que el diferencien d'altres formes de relació o ús. És a dir, els factors que incideixen en el comportament dels visitants de Girona. Així mateix, hem pogut definir models d'itineraris amb una estructura interna molt compacta però molt diferents
entre ells; que ens evidencien que, malgrat les regularitats detectades en les visites dels turistes de la ciutat, també existeixen elements diferencials en el seu comportament. Hem detectat quatre models de recorreguts urbans que hem anomenat: itinerari bàsic, comercial, complex i de les muralles, que a l'hora es poden subdividir en varies categories.
Finalment, els estadístics multivariants ens han permès demostrar que la relació entre el turista i el patrimoni respon almenys a quatre formes de consum diferenciades, que hem anomenat "no turistes", "rituals", "interessats" i "erudits".
Mirades Turístiques a la ciutat is a study of the behaviour of tourism in towns having important monuments, based on the real-life experience of visitors to the historic centre of Girona. This is a piece of research which has tried to find out the exact way in which visitors come into contact with the heritage sites of the medieval town. This has been done through identifying which factors have an influence (and which do not) on the behaviour of the tourist during their visit, both dose of a general nature (weather, crowding, information...) and those factors which are particular to each visitor. In order to achieve this aims, I put forward a number of working hypotheses:
1. There is a particular tourist approach to site which has its own rules, specific structures and as a
consequence the need for specific management tools.
2. The way the tourist approaches the site is the result of two seemingly contradiction forces. On the one hand, the tourist tends to repeat socially contructed behaviours which take the form of a ritual. On the other hand, and beyond this common pattern, each visitor has a singular experience. Therefore, the relationship with the site is the result of a subtle balance between experience and ritual.
3. The touristic use of a heritage site depends on the relationship between four factors. The first, the image of the place, a metaphor of the town. The second, the code of touristic interpretation, acts as a kind of ritual, a non-written script for being a tourist. The third, the material substratum which are the artistic, historical or cultural components; the geometry of the area, the visual parts, the weight of history or the aesthetic value of the items, obviously, condition the way tourist look at the town. Finally, the experience is conditioned by the management of tourism: the information, the flow of tourists, interpretation.
This study uses an original methodology based on direct observation of following visitors during their visit. We observed the visitors and we collected basic information about their visit: the itinerary, the monuments visited, the attitudes shown, the time spent. This methodology has already been used in order studies of the public in different museums. Three kinds of data was collected: data relating to blocks (the segments of a street between two roads), data relating to nodes (the items of interest) and data relating to the visitors. The three sources are connected by a common identifier, that of the touristic code. This has allowed us to connect the data of the visitors with the route taken and the visit of the monuments in the town.
The results of the study have allowed us to identify the factors with make the approach of the visitor to the monument a singular one and which differenciate it from the other forms of relationship or of use. That is to say, that the factors which have an effect on the behaviour of the visitors to Girona.
Thus, we have been able to define models of itineraries with a very compact internal structure but which are very different between each one, which shows that, despite the regularities which were found in the visits of tourists to the town, differenciated elements in their behaviour were also observed. We detected four models of urban routes: the basic, the commercial, the complex and the town walls, which can each be subdivides into several categories. Finally, the multivariant statistics have allowed us to demonstrate that the relationship between tourist and heritage site responds to at least four forms of differentiated use which we have named "non-touristic", "ritual",
"interedted" and "erudite".

Texte intégralNuestro objeto de estudio es la obra El Balcón del Frangipani, de Mia Couto, autor importante de Mozambique. Hemos esbozado en este libro la historia de una nación expoliada por la colonización y la guerra civil. Sin embargo, aunque la narración que representa un verdadero momento de la historia, ganó aire de realismo mágico, gracias a la forma como se la cuenta. Las metáforas absolutas (Hans Blumenberg), como el agua, la sal, el agujero y los símbolos impregnan toda la narración, el lenguaje de tan metafórico se vuelve nublado, complejo y lleno de plurisignificación. Por otra parte, hay trabajo en la construcción del paisaje de ese país también a través de la metáfora de la fuerza que representa la degradación total de Mozambique. Dividimos nuestro análisis en dos partes: El Real de la Historia Real, que es el estudio del lenguaje y de la simbología (Chevalier y Bachelard) que rodean la obra, y en Historia del Real, en lo cual tenemos la historia que permea la realidad narrada por el autor, se analiza la fuerza del paisaje heterotópico y nos basamos en las teorías de Foucault y Denis Cosgrove

Texte intégralNeste Trabalho de Projecto na área das “Práticas Culturais para os Municípios” apresentaremos uma reflexão sobre a criação de um itinerário cultural para o Centro Histórico da cidade de Lisboa. Esta experiência consistiu no estudo e na realização de um itinerário turístico-cultural que, por um lado, promovesse um conjunto diversificado de elementos patrimoniais, constituídos por pátios e vilas operárias, outrora testemunhos da actividade industrial na Graça, em Lisboa. E que, por outro lado, e de alguma forma, recuperasse esse património (industrial) para potenciais turistas e locais. Os primeiros porque cada vez mais estão preocupados em conhecer os modos de vida das populações locais, os segundos porque a revalorização do património industrial e o encanto que ele produz inserem-se numa tendência geral que consiste na necessidade sentida hoje pelas pessoas de recordar, próprio das sociedades que passam por crises económicas e de identidade. No final do nosso Trabalho de Projecto apresentaremos uma série de conclusões que, quanto a nós, definem aquelas que poderão ser as potencialidades e as estratégias de intervenção a serem seguidas na área do turismo cultural, em torno do património industrial, na cidade de Lisboa.

Texte intégralThis is an exploratory-descriptive research, with the objective to understand how the expatriate and itinerant executives are experiencing a new cultural reality in a professional and personal ambit. The researched problem consist in identify and analyze the barriers and facilitators that the expatriate and itinerary executives are exposed to when performing professional activities in other countries, and use this knowledge to develop ways to facilitate the intercultural contact, focusing on the itinerate executive. The data was collected using an open questionnaire with forty executives from a transnational company (fourteen expatriates’ executives, eleven returned expatriate executives and fifteen itinerant executives). Content analyze methodology was used to analyze the answers given to the questionnaire. The results are presented in three groups of categories: twenty initial categories, posterior rearranged in nine intermediary categories and, at last, synthesize in three final categories, which are: the preparation for the contact with other cultures, the contact with other cultures and developing interculturality. The obtained results indicate the importance that not only expatriate executives should receive intercultural training, but also itinerant executives, which transit the different cultures of the various transnational company localities, need a cultural training to base the intercultural contact. This research also indicates needed characteristics of the itinerant executives and the importance of the previous knowledge of the local idiom.

Texte intégralThe Torres Novas municipality occupies a central position in the Portuguese territory, covering an area marked by transitory characteristics, with particular environmental and historic wealth. The old quintas (farms), which once abounded in the municipality, are part of that wealth, and examples of a very interesting marriage of human ingenuity and natural beauty. In this work, we wish to contribute to a better understanding of the characteristics and potential of Torres Novas’ farms, the importance of their preservation and restoration, and the role they may play in regions future touristic development. We start by surveying the existing farms, through literary review and cartographic analysis, and follow up with a number of representative case studies. Based on the collected data, we prepare a general proposal intended on farm protection and enhancement, rooted in the cooperation between land owners and public entities, aiming for economic viability. In order to showcase the ideas from the general proposal in a more down-to-earth setting, we develop a cultural and environmental itinerary and scenic trail that is centred on the Almonda River and integrates other elements of the region’s landscape, allowing for a better understanding of its culture and its farms.

Texte intégralThe scientific-technical investigation that we present here, has as its objective the provision of tools for knowledge and the tranmission of historic-artistic heritage in the South of the Antiguo Reyno of Valencia. In the face of the current fragmentation of the ecosystem, the monopolization of land and the dispersion of cultural offerings, the study is based on the design of didactic programs to explain the dissemination process of artistic forms. In contrast to the current models of disseminating publicity, touristic propaganda and the spectacle of the museum, the doctoral thesis responds to insufficient management of rules for protection and conservation that are in force, using a popularising effort to help imbue these resources with integral value. Starting with a holistic conception, we broach the study of artistic monuments, not as an isolated element but rather as a signifier, a product of the relationships that are established via routes of communication. In an inventory-guide we attempt to give value to the old routes and their role in underpinning social activity, thereby connecting our origins to our contemporary world.The creation of functional models of cultural production goes through the development of stable scientific structures of classification and definition, into which more ambitious elements are then introduced. The reflection motivates us to the positing of a series of related premises concerning the administration of resources, and advance participation in the process of environmental interpretation, with the end of creating instruments of cultural dialogue. In the face of the current dialectic between the culture of the museum brand and the social models of cultural production, we choose to situate ourselves in a context of education on the values of nature, recognising the culture of a town through the artifices which each civilisation introduces in the name of cultural construction, the urban space, the territory and the landscape. From this point on, the reclaiming of the routes of communication, we are not only giving value to the natural and cultural resources, we are also introducing the elements which must be protected and conserved, making the land profitable for the benefit of communities in decline.The plan for the realisation of an working interpretative programme manifests itself in ideas of spatio-temporal journey, and the panoramic recreation of cultural manifestations from Prehistory up to the 20th Century. In transit on the roads between Jucar and Vinalopo, we consider the geographic characteristics and the local ecosystems; factors which favour the continuity of numerous cultural similarities between the nuclei of population established in the mountainous terrain, the horta and the sea coast. The features of cultural dialogue and dialectic derive from the concepts of seasonality and frequency. These constant guidelines are conditioned by environmental changes, proceeding from colonisation, and resistance or assimilation in the face of it. The intesity of cultural flows serves to unfold a series of didactic circuits linked to a study of the roads and paths that traverse the scenery of the southern coast. The final itinerary, as a crossing or a route, is conveyed with cartography, where the trip plan follows the indications of roads and rests, with those elements incorporating in the trajectory those elements and groups which need protection; allowing us to introduce a universe of traditions, going further than localisms, in order to participate in a social history of universal art.

Texte intégralThis research aims to understand the explanatory model and the therapeutic itinerary of a group of patients affected by chronic diseases who are assisted by disease management programs carried out by operators of health plans and identify strategies of self-care that relate with the explanatory model. The thesis that moves this study is that the route that the patient uses for its treatment has deep roots in his own culture, being much larger than the model used by health professionals, also generated by the culture, but restricted by the biomedical vision. The meanings of terms such as health, cure, treatment, disability, dependence and others are not always equal in both models. If the meaning is too different, adherence to the treatment will be impaired, but the patient may still have obtained relief from their suffering. The methodology applied is qualitative, gathered through interviews with people with confirmed previous medical diagnosis of chronic disease who were already undergoing treatment, accompanied by chronic diseases management programs, which, according to the hegemonic healthy model, should know the diseases that affect them with a sufficient degree of information that would allow their full compliance. Because these are people linked to health plans, with a higher socioeconomic strata, they would fit the criteria of information, income, education and access to health care that would turn them into ideal patients and adherent to therapy. Reasons for non-adherence to treatment among these participants are what motivated this research and generated the hypothesis that the therapeutic itinerary of these patients, generated and engraved in their culture, originates from an explanatory model of the illness process much wider than the hegemonic model. So these diseased would present strategies of self-care, as part of this layman model, which allows them to carry on and manage their treatment both within and without the current prevailing model, strategies those that can be seen by health professionals as noncompliance. We believe that this study achieved its objectives, supporting the initial hypothesis of the research, showing that even in a theoretically disciplined group within criteria taken as ideal for joining the biomedical model of illness and treatment, people are immersed in their culture and find loopholes for the exercise of self-care. The work also showed that the crisis of the biomedical model, in this case, stems from the microphysics power relations and from the structural conditions of the health system and the people in the group are able to identify some of these flaws. We hope this research will contribute to this relevant nowadays debate as well as collaborate in the reflections on medicine and health education, broadening the discussion to incorporate the experiences and narratives of this group of patients
Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo perceber o modelo explicativo e o itinerário terapêutico de um grupo de doentes acometidos por afecções crônicas assistidos por programas de gerenciamento de doenças realizados por operadoras de planos de saúde e identificar estratégias de cuidar de si que se inter-relacionam com seu modelo explicativo. A tese que move este estudo é de que o itinerário que o doente utiliza para seu tratamento tem profundas raízes na cultura, sendo muito mais amplo do que o modelo dos profissionais de saúde, por sua vez também gerado na cultura, porém restringido pela visão da biomedicina. Os significados de termos como saúde, cura, tratamento, incapacidade, dependência, entre outros, nem sempre são correspondentes em ambos os modelos. Caso o significado seja muito diferente, a adesão ao tratamento ficará prejudicada, mas o doente pode ter obtido alívio para seu sofrimento. A metodologia empregada é qualitativa, realizada mediante entrevistas com pessoas com diagnóstico médico prévio confirmado de doença crônica e que já se encontravam em tratamento, acompanhadas por programas de gerenciamento de doenças crônicas, as quais, segundo o modelo de atenção à saúde hegemônico, deveriam conhecer as doenças que os acometem com um grau de informação suficiente que permitisse sua adesão plena ao tratamento. Por se tratarem de pessoas vinculadas a planos de saúde, portanto de estratos socioeconômicos mais elevados, preencheriam os quesitos de informação, renda, educação e acessibilidade ao sistema de saúde que os transformaria em pacientes ideais e aderentes à terapêutica. O porquê da não adesão ao tratamento entre estes participantes é que despertou esta pesquisa e gerou a hipótese de que o itinerário terapêutico destes enfermos, gerado e inscrito na cultura, origina-se de um modelo explicativo do processo de adoecer mais amplo do que o modelo hegemônico. Estes adoecidos apresentariam assim estratégias de cuidar de si próprios, como parte deste modelo dito leigo, que faz com que convivam e gerenciem seu tratamento tanto dentro quanto à revelia do modelo predominante, estratégias estas que podem ser vistas pelos profissionais de saúde como não adesão. Acreditamos que esta pesquisa atingiu seus objetivos, corroborando a hipótese inicial do trabalho, demonstrando que, mesmo em um grupo teoricamente disciplinado dentro de critérios tidos como ideais para a adesão ao modelo biomédico de adoecimento e tratamento, as pessoas estão imersas na cultura e encontram brechas para o exercício do cuidar de si. O trabalho mostrou ainda que a crise do modelo biomédico, neste caso, advém tanto das relações microfísicas de poder quanto das condições estruturais do sistema de saúde e que as pessoas do grupo conseguem identificar algumas destas falhas. Esperamos que esta pesquisa possa contribuir para este debate tão atual, além de colaborar nas reflexões sobre a medicina e sobre o ensino na saúde, ampliando a discussão ao incorporar as experiências e narrativas deste grupo de enfermos

Texte intégralIn France there is a group of tens of thousands of people who speak Catalan and define themselves as “Catalan gypsies”. Its origin lies in Catalonia, especially in the region of Girona. They began to take root in Roussillon at the end of the eighteenth century as a result of a law made by King Charles III in 1783, which allowed them to travel after centuries of interdictions, and also spurred by the more favorable conditions they found in France following the 1789 Revolution. Throughout the nineteenth and much of the twentieth century, Gypsies came together in Roussillon from Catalonia searching for better conditions of life in France. This exodus was constantly feeding the Catalan community, which built networks of relationships between different French cities. Since the beginning, they travelled along two major routes or circuits both departing from Perpignan following fairs and markets which scattered Catalan gypsies throughout the south of France. One started in Perpignan and ran parallel to the Mediterranean coast, with Béziers, Montpellier and Nîmes as major cities, including Nice, and the other one went towards Toulouse, with Carcassonne and Lesignan as intermediate cities, and later extended to Montauban, Bordeaux and Périgueux, following the Garonne and the region of the low Dordogne river. Perpignan has always been an arrival, departure and return point, so the Catalan gypsies in France have standardized their language according to the guidelines of the Perpignan group, whom speak an ethnolect based on the Catalan Roussillon dialect, with many central Catalan elements and unique characteristics. Today, the language of Catalan gypsies in France is strongly influenced by French, especially in the younger generations and in the most distant places from the mother country. Catalan gypsies scattered throughout France following the routes mentioned, but soon they were found in Bonny-sur-Loire, 170 km south of Paris, and later on travelling to the most distant regions away from Roussillon, in Britanny or Normandy. The places where the majority of Catalan gypsies live today, beyond Roussillon, follow the routes previously frequented in the first and second migrations, and the most important concentrations are found in and around Béziers, Montpellier, Nice, Agde, Toulouse, Périgueux, Bordeaux, Narbonne, Arles, Tarascon, Carcassonne, Lesignan, Nîmes, Avignon and Marseilles, with extensions in the areas of Lyon and Paris. There is a group of Catalan gypsies whom did not take Perpignan as a base, they entered the country through the passes of the central Pyrenees coming from Lleida and the banks of the Cinca river, they speak the North western dialect of the Catalan language, with Aragonese contributions and some unique elements. This is now rooted mostly in Saint-Gaudens, Montauban and Villeneuve-sur-Lot. Catalan gypsies of France inherited idiosyncrasies and cultural patterns from their ancestors in Catalonia: the rituals of marriage and burial, celebration of festivals, eating habits. The point that they consider central to their culture is that of breaking virginity with a handkerchief as a wedding ritual and respect for the elderly and for the dead.

We can consider that cultural tourism represents the people that travel with the soul propose of visiting cultural places. In the end, the travelers are motivated by the desire of seeing new things, increasing their knowledge, and discover habits of other cultures and peoples. From this point of view, cultural tourism fits into the category from which it takes new models of segmentation, and the opening of new possibilities, such as the development of thematic itineraries. Nowadays, we can find in the market a substantial supply of this kind of itineraries, because by doing so the results became endless. From any resources, including the intangible heritage, that UNESCO has been drawing so much attention in the last few years, the implementation of thematic itineraries opens paths for cultural appreciation, It is undeniable that Peniche has a vast and rich cultural heritage, which is, after all, a reflection of a unique historical past, hence its distinctive character. This territory has a tremendous potential when compared to similar towns geographically closer, for the development of cultural tourism- especially the thematic itineraries.

Texte intégralA úlcera venosa possui elevada taxa de recidiva e cronicidade e é a principal lesão crônica de membros inferiores. Causa mudanças na vida das pessoas acometidas, pois demanda cuidados para otimizar a cicatrização, o que exige que as pessoas com úlceras venosas busquem por cuidados à saúde. Assim, justificou-se o interesse em conhecer o itinerário terapêutico, ou seja, o percurso que as pessoas fazem por cuidados e tratamentos. Este estudo se embasou na literatura socioantropológica e teve como suporte teórico o modelo de Sistema de Cuidados à Saúde proposto por Arthur Kleinman. A questão norteadora foi: Como se constrói o itinerário terapêutico de pessoas com úlceras venosas assistidas no serviço ambulatorial do Hospital Universitário de Santa Maria, Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil? E objetivou-se descrever o itinerário terapêutico de pessoas com úlceras venosas assistidas no serviço ambulatorial do Hospital Universitário de Santa Maria, Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil. Este projeto integra o macroprojeto Atenção aos usuários com úlcera venosa: implicações para o cuidado de Enfermagem do Grupo de Pesquisa Cuidado, Saúde e Enfermagem da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria. Pesquisa de campo, qualitativa, descritiva e exploratória. Os participantes foram 14 pessoas com úlceras venosas assistidas no serviço ambulatorial - Ala I do referido hospital. A coleta de dados ocorreu no período de janeiro e fevereiro de 2013, por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas. Os dados foram submetidos à análise de conteúdo. A autorização para a realização da pesquisa foi solicitada à Direção de Ensino e Pesquisa do hospital e o projeto de pesquisa analisado pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria, sendo registrado com o número 23081.007762/2011-41. Considerou-se as diretrizes que envolvem pesquisas com seres humanos, contidas na Resolução 196/96, do Conselho Nacional de Saúde. Como resultados surgiram categorias, as quais são apresentadas no formato de artigos. Artigo 1: Itinerário terapêutico de pessoas com condições crônicas de saúde: revisão integrativa; Artigo 2: Itinerário terapêutico: tendência em teses e dissertações da enfermagem; Artigo 3: Aspectos abordados sobre úlcera venosa em teses e dissertações da enfermagem; Artigo 4: Itinerário terapêutico de pessoas com úlcera venosa em assistência ambulatorial; Artigo 5: Influência das redes sociais de apoio no itinerário terapêutico de pessoas com úlcera venosa. Dessa forma, espera-se que essa pesquisa possa contribuir para o aprofundamento do conhecimento da temática e possibilitar novas compreensões para a atuação da enfermagem, em especial, para um cuidado de saúde voltado à realidade sociocultural das pessoas com úlcera venosa.

Existen diversas modalidades de acercamiento a los paisajes; por ejemplo, la lectura de textos literarios facilita la conformación de paisajes ideales en la imagina ción de los lectores. Estos paisajes son recreados por un autor por medio de su perso nal experiencia; su descripción integra elementos del medio natural y de la cultura, y nos ayuda a comprender el espacio que es patrimonio de la geografía. Las estrategias de desarrollo local no han permanecido al margen de esta corriente de valorización del paisaje y han integrado, en ella, tanto las formas reales como sus representaciones ideales por medio de la literatura. Texte intégralThis study had as objective to understand the therapeutic itinerary of the men with cardiopathy submitted to the surgery of revascularization of the myocardium. For such an understanding were used the references theoretical of interpretative anthropology Geertz), medical anthropology of Kleinman and the ethnographic method. Twenty-one men participated in this study with cardiopathy submitted to the surgery of revascularization of the myocardium in an Institute of Cardiovascular Intervention of a city southern Minas Gerais. The ethical subjects were respected and the informers signed the Term of Free Consent and Illustrious to participate in the study. The collection of data happened in the period from March to November of 2012, in the informers' home. Interviews semi structured were accomplished recorded, participant observation and annotations in a field diary. The analysis and interpretation of the data were guided by the theoretical-methodological reference. Of the analysis two nuclei of meanings appeared: "From the health for the disease: a divisor of waters"; "The marked" body. The first nucleus reveals the begin of the manifestations of the disease and their repercussions, as the loss of autonomy in relation to the process health/disease; the importance of the religiosity front to the process of getting sick; the moment of the communication of the need of the surgery, the fear before an unusual situation and the concern with the family. In the second nucleus the period pre and postoperative that involves the preparation of the patient for the surgical intervention, the depersonalization due to the hospitalization, the rupture of the daily and the resignification of living. We verified that the family system is used by all of the men. However, under influence of the biomedical model, the self-medication is used thoroughly by the deponent. In a conjugated way they look for treatment in the popular and professional subsystem. This last one is dominant on the others, where the men, in this situation of disease find the resolution and the cure of the illness. We noticed that the "marathons" experienced by the men, the lack of resolutivity of some services, the inefficiency of the system of reference and counterrefence, allied to the hospitalization and the surgical intervention generate feelings as fear, anguish, anxiety and uncertainties. The manliness might have influenced the man to vulgarize the first alterations in the body. However, the man reaffirms his manliness exhibiting the body marked by the surgical scar as a victory, with bravery. We apprehended that the professionals of health, especially the Nursing should receive a formation to look for the integrality of the care centered in the guidelines of SUS, with emphasis to the reception, listens qualified, humanization, resolutivity and the compromising with the other.

Being already victims of colonial oppression in their own countries, the immigrants will have to undergo, in france, a social exclusion (favoured by their illistrism, their lack of qualification and cultural difference), currying racism, xenophobia, repressive actions, arbitrary and paternalism. 3. The integration. It is limited and fragile but real. The immigrants find out the the industrial work with its worker's world the social and political struggles (in which they take part). The are ready to accept a certain modernity (in their european clothes, mixed unnions, french courses etc. . . ), but their references still remain traditionally religious and nationalist. Texte intégralThis Master Dissertation examines the history, identity, representations, traditions and culture of gypsies. The main objective of this study is to analyze to what extent the long cultural gypsy tradition and its status as unwritten, nomadic people and socially and politically excluded in many ways, on several continents, several centuries ago, is preserved in the daily lives of four gypsies‘ groups living in different localities of Rio Grande do Sul, in the early nineteenth century. To achieve this, some questions were raised like what is the origin of the gypsies? Over the centuries, how were they seen and represented in Brazil? Do those representations correspond to their identity and traditions? On what basis is founded the gypsy identity? How do the porto-alegrenses see gypsies and how do the gypsies see them? Are there reasons for their integration in Brazilian society and culture? Only through a multidisciplinary study, it was possible to answer those questions. It was used literature reviews, oral report, as well as participant observations, made with nomads and settle in families - during the survey period - in Porto Alegre and in the metropolitan area. It was also applied tools to analyze quantitative and qualitative the proposed questions. Therefore, it intends to demonstrate that the historical trajectory of the gypsies groups is full of representations that contribute for today permanency and reproduction of gypsies‘ stereotypes.
Esta Dissertação de Mestrado versa sobre a história, a identidade, as representações, as tradições e a cultura dos ciganos. O principal objetivo do trabalho consiste em analisar em que medida a longa tradição cultural cigana e sua condição de povo nômade, ágrafo e excluído social e politicamente de várias formas, em vários continentes, há vários séculos, se preserva na vida cotidiana de quatro grupos de ciganos que vivem em localidades diferentes do Rio Grande do Sul, no início do século XIX. Para isso, alguns questionamentos foram suscitados: qual a origem dos ciganos? Ao longo dos séculos, como foram vistos e representados no Brasil? Tais representações correspondem a sua identidade e tradições? Em que base se fundamenta a identidade cigana? Como os porto-alegrenses vêem os ciganos e como os ciganos vêem os porto-alegrenses? Existiriam motivos para a sua não integração na sociedade e cultura brasileira? Somente através de um estudo multidisplinar foi possível responder a tais questionamentos. Utilizou-se de revisões bibliográficas, do relato oral, bem como de observação do tipo participante, feitas com famílias de residência fixa ou nômades – durante o período da pesquisa – em Porto Alegre e na região metropolitana. Recorreu-se, ainda, à aplicação e análise de instrumentos capazes de analisar quantitativa e qualitativamente as questões propostas. Diante do exposto, pretende-se demonstrar que a trajetória histórica dos grupos ciganos está imantada de representações e estas contribuem, até hoje, para a permanência e a reprodução de estereótipos sobre os ciganos.

Texte intégralEste trabalho apresenta um estudo a respeito do teatro itinerante, fazendo-o sobre o viés dos textos melodramáticos representados durante os anos de 1940 a 1980 e que, na atualidade, caíram em desuso, como resultado da concorrência, especialmente das telenovelas. De um modo geral, houve a preocupação em demonstrar que, embora o melodrama seja dado como um gênero menor, sem valoração literária, ele segue preceitos aristotélicos que o validam como uma representação estética e, para isso, fez o cotejamento com outras manifestações artístico-literárias que margearam o universo dito culto ao longo dos séculos. Enfocou-se, mais detidamente, o melodrama, a sua origem, a apreciação crítica, o sucesso de público, sobremodo, nos anos subsequentes ao seu aparecimento, após a Revolução Francesa e a escola de moralidade opondo o bem e o mal que o referido gênero sempre cultivou. Na sequência, o estudo voltou-se para o Teatro Serelepe, a sua história, as peças encenadas, apresentando-se um resumo delas para facilitar a abordagem analítica deste corpus, contextualizando-o no universo da literatura como um todo (estrutura, temática, entre outros aspectos). A metodologia empregada foi de cunho bibliográfico e descritivo, baseando-se em estudiosos que abordam os temas dominantes e a descrição das peças e das atividades do teatro itinerante. Por fim, apontou-se as colaborações e as limitações que o teatro itinerante ensejou ao longo dos anos, principalmente, no período em que os melodramas foram a atração principal de seus espetáculos, hoje, dominados por farsas, comédias, esquetes cômicos.

The research proposes to study the implantation of the Paulista Railway Company and the importance of the line in the formation and configuration of medium and small cities of S?o Paulo, specifically the cities of Vinhedo, Valinhos and Louveira, along the line between Campinas and Jundia?. From the analysis of the remaining railway assets along the line and its relation with the formed urban tissues, it is intended to reflect on the selection and preservation criteria of the cultural heritage. To understand the dynamics that operate in the studied territory, two groups of territorial analysis are developed that cover the three municipalities: the first group presents the urban physical expansions in spots, dated for periods of 20 in 20 years; The second presents the land uses of the Cia. Paulista railway. The analyzes are intended to interweave changes in the territory and the remaining rail heritage in this set of cities, where the railway and its stations formed the whole responsible for the first urbanization of these cities. As a result of this process is obtained the conformation of a characteristic landscape, conformed by the railway axis. For the recognition of these remnants, the analysis of new concepts of protection, such as the cultural landscape and the cultural itinerary, both published by UNESCO, made it possible to note how the preservation, conservation and promotion policies of cultural heritage in the municipal spheres are still fragile and Unprepared to face the preservation of more complex sets.

Para entender as din?micas e os fen?menos que atuam no territ?rio estudado, desenvolvem-se dois grupos de an?lise territorial que abrangem os tr?s munic?pios: o primeiro grupo apresenta as expans?es f?sicas urbanas em manchas, datadas por per?odos de 20 em 20 anos; o segundo apresenta os usos do solo do entorno da ferrovia da Cia. Paulista. As an?lises t?m o intuito de entrecruzar as mudan?as ocorridas no territ?rio e o legado ferrovi?rio remanescente neste conjunto de cidades, onde a ferrovia e suas esta??es formavam o conjunto respons?vel pela primeira urbaniza??o destes n?cleos. O objetivo geral desta pesquisa foi investigar o processo de recepção das mostras itinerantes de cinema organizadas pelo cineclube Lanterninha Aurélio, buscando compreender os sentidos, usos e apropriações que os receptores realizam das exibições e as mediações que as configuram. Para dar conta das especificidades do problema/objeto investigado, trabalhei os conceitos de midiatização e midiatização cinematográfica, e o desenvolvimento desses processos no contexto brasileiro, considerando as atividades cineclubista e as práticas das sessões itinerantes de cinema. Articulei perspectivas teóricas para a compreensão da recepção, desenvolvendo conceitos sobre recepção, mediações, consumo, apropriação e recepção de cinema. Acerca das estratégias metodológicas, realizei pesquisa sistemática com seis receptores das sessões itinerantes e cinco cineclubistas. The general aim of this research was to investigate the process of receiving the itinerant film exhibitions organized by Lanterninha Aurélio film club and to understand the meanings, uses and appropriations that the audience apprehended about the exhibition and the mediations that establish them. Thinking about the investigation of this specific problem/object, I worked with the concepts of midiatization and film midiatization and with the development of these processes in Brazilian context, considering the film clubs activities and the itinerant film sessions practices. For that purpose, I articulate some theoretical perspectives for understanding the reception using some concepts as reception, mediation, consumption, media appropriation and film reception. This work is resulted of a study made on the Itinerant School in MST’s camps as a public politics of field education in the Paraná State. This public politic was a development from the social fight movements of the field and the new state configurations in Brazil that consider lists of claims in the cultural perspective and wide citizenship, which appears in the last years political scenery. The Itinerant School as public politics was approved in December of 2003 by the State Council of Education of the Paraná State (Advisory 1012/03 in 08/12/2003). Considering this the work intends to look to the Itinerant School ‘Caminhos do Saber’, in Maila Sabrina camp, located in Ortigueira, PR, from the diversity of their people actions and the complexity of their reality. The main objective is analyze how the public politics of field education, the Itinerant School, is appropriated and reflects in the social, cultural and political reality by people from it. The field research was made in the itinerant school daily attendance, as well as through interviews based on the teachers and local people life history involved with the education. The text is composed, initially for the presentation of thirteen narratives of life histories, following by the description and analysis of the field works and of the interaction researcher-community's experiences in that context. After that it presents a theoretical and methodological discussion in an interdisciplinary perspective among History, Sociology, Pedagogy, Psychology and Cultural Studies considering the notions of identities, oral history, subjectivity, culture, school culture, multiculturalism besides working with the revisions on of state, wide citizenship, public politics, social movements, among others. Inside those discussions, reflections and dialogues appear regarding the complexity of the social, cultural and political reality of the implantation of the public politics.
Este trabalho é resultado de um estudo realizado sobre a Escola Itinerante em acampamentos do MST como uma política pública de Educação do Campo no Estado do Paraná. Essa política pública foi um desdobramento a partir da luta dos movimentos sociais do campo e de novas configurações do Estado no Brasil que passa a considerar pautas de reivindicações na perspectiva cultural e de cidadania ampliada, que aparecem no cenário político dos últimos anos. A Escola Itinerante como política pública foi aprovada em dezembro de 2003 pelo Conselho Estadual de Educação do Paraná – (parecer nº 1012/03 de 08/12/2003). Diante disso, esse trabalho pretende olhar para a Escola Itinerante Caminhos do Saber, no acampamento Maila Sabrina, em Ortigueira, PR, a partir da diversidade de ações de seus sujeitos, da complexidade da realidade. O objetivo central é analisar como a política pública de Educação do Campo, a Escola Itinerante é apropriada e ressignificada na realidade social, cultural e política do acampamento pelos dos sujeitos que dela fazem parte. O trabalho de campo se deu no acompanhamento do cotidiano escolar da Escola Itinerante, assim como nas entrevistas de história de vida com educadores, educadoras e pessoas da comunidade acampada envolvidas com a educação. O texto está composto, inicialmente pela apresentação de treze narrativas de histórias de vida, seguido da descrição e análise dos trabalhos de campo e das experiências da interação pesquisadora-comunidade nesse contexto. Após esse início, apresenta-se uma discussão teórica e metodológica numa perspectiva interdisciplinar entre História, Sociologia, Pedagogia, Psicologia e Estudos Culturais quanto às noções de identidades, história oral, subjetividade, cultura, cultura escolar, multiculturalismo além de trabalhar com as revisões sobre Estado, cidadania ampliada, política pública, movimentos sociais, entre outros. No interior dessas discussões, surgem reflexões e diálogos a respeito da complexidade da realidade social, cultural e política da implantação de uma política pública.

Texte intégralA casa é um documento autêntico da vida do homem, documento de pedra e cal, mas de extraordinária importância para estudarmos os costumes, a evolução do gosto e da vida social. Nas casas está resumido todo um estilo de vida, por isso ela é um elemento importantíssimo para o estudo duma sociedade, em qualquer época que se considere. A cidade de Guimarães em especial o seu centro histórico tem vários exemplos que testemunham a sua historia ao longo dos tempos. Abordar as Casas Brasonadas de Guimarães como património a ser valorizado através de um itinerário turísticocultural, foi a divisa que deu início a este nosso estudo. Pensamos como área de estudo, o concelho de Guimarães, no entanto e devido a questões metodológicas e temporais descartamos esta ideia, cingindo-nos ao centro urbano. Espaço em que delimitamos ao centro histórico e seus arrabaldes. Temos, no entanto, noção da necessidade de prolongarmos o nosso itinerário ao vasto concelho de Guimarães, que possui um diversificado conjunto de casas brasonadas. Após selecionada a área de estudo, foram identificadas e posteriormente selecionadas as casas de interesse para esta investigação, baseando-se a escolha em critérios previamente estabelecidos. Estas casas já foram estudadas por diferentes autores, nomeadamente a sua genealogia e heráldica, no entanto, a sua valorização não pode passar só por essa investigação. O estudo de um património cultural é essencial para o conhecermos, mas só isto não chega para que lhe possamos dar o respetivo valor, é necessário colocá-lo a comunicar com o visitante. Nas Casas Brasonadas encontramos um recurso que depois de trabalhado poderá contribuir para o enriquecimento da oferta cultural da cidade. O objetivo geral desta investigação prende-se com a proposta de elaboração de um itinerário turístico-cultural. Especificamente procurou-se identificar, examinar e valorizar as Casas Brasonadas do centro urbano de Guimarães, realçando o seu potencial atrativo turístico para organizar uma Rota. Um dos objetivos centrais do estudo foi reconhecer a potencialidade turística de casas com esta tipologia. No terreno visitamos as Casas, falamos com alguns proprietários e conseguimos analisar estes elementos âncora da nossa Rota. Abordámos as fases de preparação e desenvolvimento da Rota, e tivemos também a preocupação de incluir a possível entidade promotora, analisar a perceção dos sujeitos responsáveis por algumas entidades a envolver no Projeto e sugerir elementos para a sua dinamização. Ficou excluída a implementação e teste da Rota, por não ser esse um dos objetivos a que nos propúnhamos. Contudo, ficou reconhecida a atratividade que estas Casas suscitam na população local e nos visitantes. Motivo suficiente para ser implementada a Rota das Casas Brasonadas do centro urbano de Guimarães, e quem sabe, no futuro alargar ao concelho no seu todo.
A house is a genuine document of human life, a document of stone and lime, but of an extraordinary importance to the study of the habits, the evolution of taste and social life. The houses reveal a lifestyle and are therefore a very important factor to the study of a society at any period of time. The city of Guimarães, especially the historical centre, has several examples that demonstrate its history. Approaching the houses with coat of arms of Guimarães as a heritage to be highlighted through a touristic and cultural itinerary was the reason that led to this study. For this purpose, we first considered the area of the municipality of Guimarães, however, and because of methodological and time issues, we abandoned this intention, taking into account only the urban centre: a geographic area limited to the historic centre and its suburbs. We have though the notion that there’s need to expand our itinerary to the vast municipality of Guimarães, which possesses a wide set of emblazoned houses. After selecting a field of study, we identified and later chose the houses with interest to this research, basing our choice in previously established criteria. These houses have already been studied by different authors, namely in what concerns genealogy and heraldic. But its valorization can not be reduced to that research. Studying a cultural heritage is essential for us to know it but not enough to value it. It is necessary to put it into communication with the visitor. In the houses with coat of arms we find a resource that after being worked can contribute to enrich the cultural offer of the city. The main purpose of this research is to propose the elaboration of a touristic and cultural itinerary. Specifically, we tried to identify, examine and highlight the noble houses of the historic centre of Guimarães, underlining its touristic potential in order to develop a route. A key objective of this study was to acknowledge the touristic potential of houses belonging to this category. On the field we visited the houses, spoke to some of the owners and managed to analyse these anchor elements of our route. We addressed the stages of preparation and development of the route, yet seeking to include the possible promoter, analysing the perception of those who are responsible for some of the entities to involve in the route and suggesting elements to promote it. The implementation and testing of the route have been excluded from this project since they weren't part of the aims. However, the attractiveness that these houses have both on the population and the visitors became evident. Reason enough to implement the route of the houses with coat of arms of the urban centre of Guimarães and, in the future, extend it to the entire municipality.

Texte intégralThis Project was developed with the purpose of creating a tourist product in order to make known the identity of the Mindelenses and enhance the built cultural heritage, contributing to the cultural tourism of the city of Mindelo, on the island of São Vicente, Cape Vert. In the realization of this project, a bibliographic review was made on the concepts of tourism, cultural heritage and identity. Then, a characterization of the historical center of the city of Mindelo, a historical survey, traces of the identity of Mindelo, since it is essential to show the landmarks of this city as a potential of island’s cultural tourism, with the final objective of valuing its built cultural heritage. A descriptive and exploratory research was made out using the method of direct observation in the survey of the cultural heritage built in the historical center of Mindelo, with the final aim of being able to collect data that would allow to create a tourist product able to make known the built heritage and its stories with focus on the tourists who visit the city for the first time.

Descrevendo os edifícios da Universidade que foram alvo da Reforma Pombalina, explicando a Capela dos Estudantes da Baía no Colégio de São José dos Marianos, passando pela tão importante Inconfidência Mineira, e terminando com informação sobre a Inquisição em Coimbra, entre outros temas abordados.
In this dissertation, guided by Brazilian tourism in Coimbra, we try to make reference to some of the most important luso-brazilian figures linking Brazil to the Portuguese city of knowledge. So, we go through the professional story of personalities ranging from Friar Henrique de Coimbra to Bernardino Machado. Describing the University buildings that were the target of the Pombaline Reform, explaining the Bahia Students Chapel in the College of São José dos Marianos, passing through the important Minas Conspiracy, and ending with brief information about the Inquisition in Coimbra, among others.

Texte intégralO turismo da cidade do Porto está a crescer a um ritmo rápido, muito devido à exposição internacional que tem tido e à alta qualidade da oferta que possui. Ou seja, a cidade tem uma riqueza patrimonial vasta, tendo em conta os vários séculos de fixação de população e ter sido sempre bastante importante no nosso país. Estas características culturais atraem um tipo de turista que está em crescimento no mundo – o turista cultural/turista de city-break. Abordar a ligação histórica que a cidade do Porto tem com o mar da qual inúmeros “vestígios”, costumes e memórias ainda se refletem no presente, foi a motivação que deu inicio a este nosso estudo. No sentido de conjugar diversos bens patrimoniais convertendo-os num produto turístico criou-se um itinerário cultural, que pretende contribuir para diversificar a oferta turística local e aumentar as suas receitas. Mais que as suas valências económicas, o projeto pretende valorizar locais que não estão incluídos nos tradicionais roteiros turísticos, ou, pelos menos, acrescentar outro valor aos já conhecidos, querendo, assim, valorizar a sua originalidade e fazer prevalecer a memória dos lugares. Também é igualmente importante fazer uma ligação com uma especialidade gastronómica, as Tripas à Moda do Porto, cuja lenda está intimamente ligada ao seu povo, sendo uma iguaria tradicional da cidade. Para concretizar este trabalho passamos por três fases distintas. O trabalho inicial de gabinete consistiu na consulta e análise de fontes primárias e secundárias; o trabalho no terreno, que passou pela seleção dos locais de interesse, sua documentação através de fichas de inventário e desenho do percurso final; por último, no trabalho avançado de gabinete, foram conjugados todos os dados para a realização da análise SWOT, a estratégia de comunicação do produto e definição da sua avaliação, também passou pela concretização da contextualização histórica e análise sobre as possíveis origens da tradição gastronómica. Ficou excluído do estudo as visitas teste, com aplicação do questionário de avaliação, por não ser esse um dos objetivos propostos. Contudo, é evidente que a História, o Mar e a Gastronomia são os principais motivos para se visitar o Porto. Motivos suficientes para crer que este itinerário só irá acrescentar mais valor na oferta turístico-cultural da cidade.
The Tourism in the city of Oporto has been growing at an astonishing rhythm, and this due to an international exposure and also to the quality of the service provided. This means that the city has a huge patrimonial richness and is also one of the most important cities in our country. These cultural features attract the type of tourist that is growing all over the world – the City-Break tourist. To approach the historical connection that the city has with the sea, which some of the costumes and memories are still currently present today, this is the motivation behind this study. The outcome combining the patrimonial sites, converting them into a touristic and cultural itinerary contributes to the diversity of the offer on tourist points and the income. But more than it´s economical value the project intends to enhance the locations which are not included on the traditional touristic routes, or at least, including other advantages to the existing ones, but always keeping in mind the originality and memories of the locations. It is equally important to keep the link between the city and the Food specialties such as Tripas à Moda do Porto that is connected to the culture and people, being one of the Oporto local highlighted traditional dishes. To complete this work we went through 3 phases, the initial approach was to gather all information and analyze them throw primary and secondary research: the “on location” work by selecting the local points of interest, documenting it throw inventory papers and drawings of the itinerary: last but not least combining all input with a SWOT analyzes, marketing of the product and evaluation, also the historical analyses of the possible origin of its gastronomical traditions. Excluding the study of the guided tours as a test, analyze with evaluated questionnaire, however its inevitable clear that the History, the sea and the gastronomy, are the main factors encouraging the tourism in Oporto. Evidentially these reasons are more than enough to believe that this itinerary will increase the value of the Tourism market in Oporto.

Texte intégralThis Master's degree project in Anthropology "Religious and cultural itineraries of municipality of Vila Franca de Xira" and its in-depth study is fundamentally focused on disclosing the history of its Cultural Heritage and Religious and Cultural Itineraries, which will provide tourists and pilgrims a wealth of touristic offers and a little about our history. In this context, the goal was to understand the motivation of tourists and pilgrims, recognizing the importance of these paths, in the development, enhancement, identification and signage of these routes. The "Pilgrim’s guide", allows better conditions to access Fátima and Santiago Walking Routes that extend for 32 Kms in this County, containing essential and relevant information about accommodation, food and useful contacts. However, the main concern is the various points of interest to be visited along the route and Guided Tours to Municipal Heritage of Vila Franca de Xira. When looking for definitions intertwined in this theme, I will connect the various themes in an anthropological view so that we understand the fundamental question: - Could it be that Religious Tourism associated with Cultural Heritage of Municipality of Vila Franca Xira would today and in the future have an influence on thedevelopment of the entire Municipality? With the completion of this project, we gathered information, which in this area of religious tourism in Vila Franca de Xira, will be very enriching for all scholars of religious and cultural tourism, and for those who yearn for new dynamics of tourist travel in our county.

Texte intégralThis work aimed to conduct the construction of an itinerary of the Inquisition in Lisbon, after perceiving if there are enough elements in the city. The Holy Office was, undoubtedly, one of the most powerful institutions in Portugal and for almost three centuries influenced and repressed Portuguese society. Despite being a taboo topic, it has been studied scientifically, being the next step to provide greater access to this knowledge to society, in a dynamic way. In this sense, it was studied the inquisitorial presence in Europe during the Middle Ages and later in Portugal, from 1536 to 1821. All the fronts on which the institution operated, its way of operating and the way it shaped itself according to its needs are presented. Then, based on bibliography, inquisitorial processes, lists of acts of faith and visitation records, an inventory was elaborated on the Lisbon Inquisition. Through the presentation of spaces, personalities and monuments, the intention was to identify elements that could posteriorly constitute a thematic itinerary. Therefore, it was possible to determine sufficient and relevant elements for the elaboration of the project of the itinerary, which was divided between its identification and justification and the design of how it should be structured in practice. It is important to clarify that more than recovering the memory of the Inquisition, this cultural offer seeks to contribute to a more aware society capable of resisting manipulation. Essentially, a society that eliminates the obstacle that is intolerance regarding all human interactions.

Texte intégralThe internship was held at Herdade da Courela do Paço, in Elvas, where the company AgroElvas cultivated 4.5 ha of corn for grain, during 2020. The internship aimed to monitor the technical itinerary of the crop and subsequently make the determination production costs (unit and total). The technical itinerary began on May 16, 2020 with soil preparation, with sowing in rows taking place on May 18. The medium cycle variety (FAO 500) designated P0937, from Pioneer, was sown. The sowing density was 91,000 seeds/ha, which is estimated to have resulted in a population of 85,000 plants/ha, sufficient for good production. Fertilization followed a fixed schedule defined by the farmer. Irrigation, by gravity, consumed 6,200 m3/ha. Phytosanitary treatments were all preventive, mostly at reduced doses. During the months of June to October, a weekly monitoring of the crop was carried out, in which the evolution of the phenological states was registered, and it was observed that the crop developed without any problems. The harvest, carried out on October 17, 2020, allowed to obtain a unit production of 12,450 kg/ha. As the farmer stores, in his own facilities, and sells corn directly to the final consumer, later than the other producers, he manages to obtain a price higher than the market price, reaching €230/ton. Although some production technology can be improved, namely fertilization, irrigation and phytosanitary control, the farmer manages to obtain a gross margin (1,193 €/ha) much higher than that verified in other studies. At the end of the work, some improvement proposals are made and a recommendation is made to annually calculate the crop account (costs and revenues) to assess the profitability of the corn-grain crop under these production conditions.

This thesis is relevant to four functions of museum are, collection, exhibition, education, research. The foundation is searcher’s experience of Korean culture by independent travel, to compare confer how Seoul as a city has turning into a living museum itself. Initial theory is all about sequence of cultural history, extending to concentrate of cultural construct. Tentatively, visiting Seoul city itself as like reviewing all its culture, all simply combine experience of cultural tourism and museums. In chapter three, culturally strategy has carried out for three mayors of Seoul city, the main purpose is how to popularize the city which is teeming with culture thoroughly, and team work with brands. How the execution is processing, from surroundings turning into museum vividly in upcoming chapter four. In view of combination of Museology and Tourism, many resemblances can be realized between living surrounding and museum, as demonstration as well. In conclusion, city being museum is truly carrying out but in the abstract by using all facilities, and unite all wealth of culture. The characteristics of such a "Museum", are of ecological altitude (Environment in its Entirety), of recognizing city heritages as "museum objects", of city cultural governance as curatorship, of city tour guide as museum docentship, and particularly, of regarding the magnitude of the ability of cultural interpretation of all museums within the city limits as part of the construct of this "Mega City Museum". This thesis takes Seoul, the capital city of South Korea, as the study field that all the above mentioned points would put to be contested.
