This work had as primary objective to verify the use of the interventive psychodiagnosis as a clinic psychoadignosis procedure in elderly patients with the depression diagnosis. To that end, it has been used the Paulo´s (2004) model in a four elderly women group whit ages higher than 60 years old, and that fit in the depression diagnosis. As a method proposal for the degree of depression evaluation it has been used the Beck´s Depression Inventory, being the score of each participant the inclusion criterion for the study. The Phillipson object relation test was also used, as well as a questionnaire dissertation as an instrument for psychodiagnosis. At the end of this study it was possible to observe a drop in the Beck inventory score in three of the four participants in relation to the beginning of the study
O trabalho teve como objetivo principal verificar a utilização do psicodiagnóstico interventivo como forma de psicodiagnóstico e procedimento clinico em pacientes idosos com diagnóstico para a depressão. Para tanto, foi utilizado o modelo de Paulo (2004) em um grupo de quatro mulheres com idade acima de 60 e que se enquadravam no diagnóstico de depressão. Como proposta de um método para a avaliação do grau de depressão foi utilizado o Inventario de depressão de Beck, onde a pontuação obtida por cada participante foi tida como critério de inclusão para o estudo. Também foi utilizado o teste de relações objetais de Phillipson e um questionário dissertativo como instrumentos de psicodiagnóstico. Ao final desse estudo, foi possível observar uma queda no escore do inventario de depressão de Beck em três dos quatro participantes em relação ao início do estudo

Texte intégralLa ricerca si occupa del Circolo Garibaldi di Trieste, associazione irredentista di stampo massonico sviluppatasi in Italia, a Trieste e in alcuni centri del Litorale adriatico tra Ottocento e Novecento. La puntuale analisi biografica dei soci e lo studio dei loro rapporti con società democratiche, leghe lavorative, comitati di reduci, circoli anti-clericali e logge massoniche, offrono insieme una mappatura esauriente dell'irredentismo sul territorio della penisola sinora assente nel panorama storiografico.
This thesis constitutes an in-depth survey of the history and activities of the Circolo Garibaldi di Trieste, an irredentist association strictly connected to freemasonry, which was born in Trieste and spread across Italy between the end of the Nineteenth and the Twentieth century. The research takes into account members' biographies as well as their relationships with lodges and patriotic associations of various kinds. Furthermore, the research maps for the first time the Italian irredentist movement on the whole, offering an original contribution to the study of contemporary Italian history.

Texte intégralIn the present days, obesity stands out as a global epidemics and one of the most risky pathologies, with serious consequences for both physical and mental health. Treatments for such illness have shown unsuccessful, with people experiencing difficulties in following alimentary diets and keep on practicing physical exercises. Therefore, weight loss does not last for long. Within the reflections on possible treatment strategies, the present study aimed to investigate care possibilities offered by Intervenient Psychodiagnosis as an adjuvant resource in the treatment of Level II, obese women. Five case studies were performed, with women ranging from 30 to 40 years of age, BMI between 35 kg/m² and 39,9 kg/m² (Level II Obesity) and average socio-economic level. All participants were addressed by their medical staff (School/Health Unit Faculty of Medicine of Ribeirão Preto, University of São Paulo) and psychologically assessed along eight sessions. The following instruments were applied: Human Figure Drawing Test (HFDT; beginning and end of process); semi-structured interview and Drawing-and-Story Procedure (D-E), with an intervenient approach. All techniques were assessed via free inspection method, in a qualitative, psychoanalytical approach. Similarities were found along all participants; common aspects include initial experiences within an ambient that has shown not sufficiently good, and therefore, unable to support participants affective needs. The same inability was observed in the maternal figure, as well as lack of support by a paternal figure, which was perceived as highly rigid, authoritative and severe. The lack of confidence in the familiar ambient seemed to extend to participants sociability, especially when regarding their love relationships, which were experienced as insufficient and even traumatic. Many times, the other worked as an affection and care provider, in an attempt to substitute the impairment of parental figures. Hence, such other was seen as someone who took care and not one able to provide sexual satisfaction. The participants also presented feelings of low self-esteem as well as self-depreciation, recurring to the other in a submissive way, in an attempt to incessantly pleasing this object, so that his/her affection would not be lost. Food was used by participants as way to protect themselves from interpersonal contact, due to their fear of suffering and not be loved; such expedient worked as a false-self cloak, in order to protect the true self. Soon, participants would create a distance from such contact, leading to feelings of isolation. The lacks of necessities satisfaction of such women during their infancies led to a difficulty in developing autonomy and make a personal use of objects, as well as to an impairment of their passage to transitionality. During Intervenient Psychodiagnosis, the meeting of participant and researcher allowed that these women felt safe, confident and accepted, even when showing hostile feelings toward the other. The offering of holding and experience in a sufficiently good ambient, as done during the assessment/intervention, allowed these women to get in touch with themselves and to know their needs and desires, as well as experiencing they could be expressed without retaliation, or leading to a loss of the loved object. Therefore, food was attributed a meaning, with each of the participants being able to make use of such meaning in their personal lives.

PhD Thesis presented at the Post-Graduated Program in Clinical Psychology of the University Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, Brazil: 2005. The purpose of this essay is to present a method to understand the religious conscience of the clients - children and their parents - attended in the Existential-Phenomenological Interventive Psychodiagnosis.It starts from the premise that religiosity is part of the experiences of the human beings and this is the reason why it plays a role in how people place themselves in the world, how they see the situations in their life and how they face them. To reach this objective was presented the method of evaluation of religiosity proposed by Fowler, Paloutzian and Allison, Malony and Shafranske, analyzed in the light of Fitchett standards with the intention to compare them and to extract from this comparison, elements for the selection of themes concerning religiosity to be investigated in the existential-phenomenological interventive psicodiagnosis. The method in the study of clinical case was used with thepurpose to point out the deepening of the diagnostic understanding and the enlargement of the clinical reasoning of the psychologist, thanks to the exploration of the chosen subjects in order to know more about the religiosity of the clients. I conclude that this research reveals itself as a device of utmost relevance to understand the clients, as it allows us to disintegrate certain behaviors and attitudes, to clarify premises, beliefs and values that disclose a facet, often submerged, of the experiences of human beings.
RESUMO DONATELLI, MARIZILDA FLEURY: A compreensão da religiosidade no Psicodiagnóstico Interventivo Fenomenológico-Existencial. Tese de Doutorado apresentada ao Programa de Pós-graduação em Psicologia Clínica da Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, Brasil: 2005. O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar um modo de compreender a religiosidade dos clientes - a criança e seus pais - atendidos no Psicodiagnóstico Interventivo Fenomenológico Existencial. Parte da premissa de que a religiosidade integra as vivências e experiências humanas e, por essa razão, é constituinte da maneira como a pessoa se coloca no mundo, da forma como vê as situações em sua vida e de como as enfrenta. Para atingir esse objetivo, são apresentados os modelos de avaliação da religiosidade propostos por Fowler, Paloutzian e Allison, Malony e Shafranske, analisados à luz dos critérios de Fitchett, com a intenção de compará-los e extrair, dessa comparação, elementos para a eleição de temas acerca da religiosidade a serem investigados no Psicodiagnóstico Interventivo Fenomenológico-Existencial. O método do estudo de caso clínico foi utilizado com o intuito de apontar para o aprofundamento da compreensão diagnóstica e a ampliação do raciocínio clínico do psicólogo, obtidos a partir da exploração dos temas escolhidos a fim de conhecer a religiosidade dos clientes. Concluo que essa pesquisa se mostrou um dispositivo de suma relevância para a compreensão dos clientes, pois permite desconstruir determinados comportamentos e atitudes, esclarecendo premissas, crenças e valores que desvelam uma faceta, muitas vezes submersa, da experiência humana.

Texte intégralThis dissertation consists of the clinical research done with pregnant adolescents or mothers, who have experienced abuse and found themselves in shelter. Studies point that teenage motherhood may be due to abandonment, depression feelings and/or delinquent behavior. While adolescent motherhood have been widely researched, studies about this one are scarce in the institutional context. It was suggested that the construction of identity, personality and social adjustment of these adolescents presents losses resulting from experiences of violence and social exclusion. Therefore, it was aimed the multiple case study of five teenage mothers from the completion of the Psychodynamic and Interventive Diagnosis, which allowed the psychodynamic comprehension as well as the proposal of interventive measures along this process. From the constructed knowledge, one can also develop strategies to work with the youth. The qualitative clinical method was used, based on the psychoanalytic method. The psychodiagnosis was given through interviews and application of TAT. The collected data were analized based on the free inspetion of the material and discusses aiming the interlacing of clinical and theorical aspects under the psychodynamic perspective. It was observed that the adolescents presented difficulty acquiring autonomy, exercising the maternal role, feelings of solitude and depression facing motherhood and life. The findings point to an impaired emotional development. Hypothetically, it was said that the motherhood is a way of owning a place in the world, and, unconsciously, it may be an attempt to establish the relation mother-baby which had not been lived satisfactorily in early childhood. Interventions were carried out, as notes, holding and referrals. In conclusion, theres the need to intervene in this reality, through a psychotherapeutic proposal

Texte intégralAlong with the population aging process and the changes in its age structure, it is necessary to think about the possible contribution that Psychoanalysis and Psychology can offer to the understanding of suffering and the therapeutic intervention for the elderly population. The present study brings the Interventional Psychodiagnosis of psychoanalytic orientation as an instrument of intervention for elderly with depressive symptoms inserted in the community context. It was adopted as a theoretical psychoanalytic reference the Therapeutic Consults of Donald W. Winnicott. There were made sessions of Interventional Psychodiagnosis with two elderly in an institution that is reference in the assistance of this population group. There were made, overall, seven sessions, along with two follow-up sessions, the first one after a month and the second one after two months from the initial sessions. During the development there were used the instruments Scale of Apperception Thematic (SAT) and the Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS). The analysis of data followed the approach of multiple cases study, accomplishing a comparison and discussion of the data collected during the sessions. It can be observed a remission in the depressive symptoms in both attended cases, found trough the reapplication of the scale on three moments of this process. This setting also allowed the patients to get in touch with latent aspects of their personality, which could then be integrated in the therapeutic relation. The study of these cases made possible the understanding of different theoretical and technical elements of the Interventional Psychodiagnosis process, as also the understanding of the several functions of the depressive pathology in old age. At last, the study also contributed to the understanding of the particularities of the use of this setting in the community, showing it as an important tool to the social clinic

Texte intégralThis study started due to concerns and questions regarding the need to explore the collaborative dimension in Interventive Psychodiagnosis within the author‟s clinical activities. The phenomenal basis was given by the report of four psychologists‟ clinical experiences on Interventive Psychodiagnosis. Oral narratives unveil a shared story, in agreement with the plurality of concepts in the situation and with another temporality, what allows the elaboration and communication of experienced meaning. Traversed paths show the contribution of the existential phenomenological matrix as a possibility for grounding the collaborative dimension in Interventive Psychodiagnosis face to ontological elements of Heidegger‟s Existential Analytics and Gadamer‟s Philosophical Hermeneutic. Narratives were analyzed according to the Analysis of Meaning, which is a methodological proposal developed by Dulce Critelli to understand reality. This procedure made it possible to reflect upon the collaborative dimension of Interventive Psychodiagnosis implicated in the dialogue between psychologist and client or among clients in a Psychodiagnostic group. Using Gadamer‟s language, it is said that every dialogue goes beyond a simple exchange of opinions and true dialogue demands that partners are open to the possibility of modification that comes from the dialogue. Furthermore, an affective disposition for openness and acceptance towards otherness is needed, what presupposes the initial presence of previous determinations each participant‟s prior horizon. In this way, collaborative dimension is understood as a fusion of horizons, in which each component is determined by the way it integrates with one another, allowing another common understanding regarding questioned phenomenon. Such game has a central action in Gadamerian hermeneutic and in clinical practice, enabling to discover other understanding possibilities that lead to other ways of acting and dealing with suffering. Results contribute to rethink psychologists‟ actions, broadening the possibilities for receiving families and children in the context of health institutions

The goal of this dissertation is to reflect about the school visit, a procedure that is part of the interventional psychodiagnosis of children within the existential phenomenological approach. The challenge of this work is to start with a familiar phenomenon, already known by the author, the school visit, and then, return to it, but now by analyzing the details of this resource that make possible a wider comprehension of the child and of the parents in the psychodiagnosis process. Theoretical bases about the school universe intercalated with some short cases attended by the author, as well as a clinical case, make it possible to emphasize the importance of the school visit in the psychodiagnosis process. School has a meaningful value in the child s life, because it is within this new social group, composed of different human relationships, that the child composes a new meaningful network. An understanding of the child s relationships with the teacher, classmates and other school professionals enlarges the psychological understanding of the child. The relationship between the parents and the school, and the expectations that they reveal about the institution, expands the psychologist s understanding of the family dynamic. The learning approaches, the physical areas and interlocution spaces are also considered in this work, because they reveal important aspects of the child and the parents
O objetivo desta dissertação é refletir sobre a visita escolar, procedimento que faz parte do psicodiagnóstico infantil interventivo de base fenomenológico-existencial. O desafio desse trabalho é partir de um fenômeno familiar e já conhecido pela autora, a visita escolar, e retornar ao mesmo ponto agora apreendendo as especificidades deste recurso que permite ampliar a compreensão da criança e dos pais no processo de psicodiagnóstico. Fundamentos teóricos sobre o universo escolar intercalados com vinhetas de casos atendidos pela autora, assim como um caso clínico, deram condições de enfatizar a importância da visita escolar no processo de psicodiagnóstico. A escola tem uma importância significativa na vida da criança, pois é nesse novo grupo social, composto por diversas relações humanas que ela constitui uma nova rede de significados. A compreensão das relações de uma criança com os professores, colegas e outros profissionais da escola ampliam o olhar do psicólogo sobre ela. A relação dos pais com a escola e a expectativa que estes revelam sobre a instituição ampliam também o entendimento que o psicólogo tem da dinâmica familiar. As abordagens de ensino, o espaço físico e o de interlocução também são consideradas neste trabalho, pois revelam aspectos importantes da criança e de seus pais
