The article analyzes the most important psychological preconditions of a conflict situation on the basis of which the strategy and tactics of people's behavior in case of differences of their interests are formed. The main psychological models of conflict are presented in the study, which is used to interpret sociotypes that highlight the psychological portrait of the individual in the perspective of modernity. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the causal dysfunctions in the implementation of conflict situations and highlight ideas for avoiding conflict demonstrated by the individual. The study used the Keirsey questionnaire to assess the temperament of participants and K. N. Thomas' methodology to determine their typical ways of responding to a conflict situation, which identified the tendency of sociotypes to rivalry and cooperation, the desire for compromise, conflict avoidance and flexibility in decision making. The article considers a concept of personality types and their interaction in the structure of interpersonal relationships. According to the methodology of D. Keirsey, which is based on the typology of Carl Jung and the theory of information metabolism of A. Kempynsky, there are 16 types of information sharing between individuals. The formation of a sensitive image of a person as an adequate information subject characterizes the problem of defining a person’s personality in a continuous flow of information, communicative perceptions, innovative competencies and different value systems. Having followed the method of K. N. Thomas that is designed to determine the typical ways of individuals’ responds to conflict situations, we determine an inclination of the above mentioned sociotypes to competition and cooperation, as well as desire to compromise and avoid conflicts, and flexibility in decision making. In the framework of the Socionic model, the subjects of information influences make adequate assessment of their potential, find appropriate ways of self-realization, competitively and objectively perceive the abilities of others in order to form a harmonious relationship with them. The problem that arises in a conflict always stands in the way of the implementation of goals, which refer to both the interests and fears of person. Barriers that work against the implementation of needs and interests in a conflict are always associated with communication, since other people’s activities are often perceived as a dissonance of individual and his/her environment. A mixture of contradictions caused by different types of experience and behavior, character traits and other factors of interpersonal interaction provide the basis of conflict. The conceptual importance of personality covers a wide range of internal mental processes that determine the features of human behavior in different situations. The objective conflict management is the only way that leads to positive dynamics in the conflict of interest, with the main criterion being the ability to compromise, based on the understanding that contradictions can give ground to the development that, in its turn, can bring about effective cooperation.

Bhagawad Gita artinya Nyanyian atau sabda Tuhan Yang Maha Esa. Gita adalah rangkuman musik, rangkuman dari berbagai nada dalam satu kesatuan yang indah. Didalam Bhagawad Gita terpancar adanya sebuah filsafat yang mengalir dalam bentuk, sebuah lagu, dan merupakan susunan sloka-sloka (syair-syair) filsafat kehidupan nan paling agung dalam seni sastra dunia. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini antara lain untuk menganalisis wujud implementasi ajaran Bhagawad Gita dalam membentuk karakter siswa pasraman Indraprasta, cara dan teknik membaca sloka Bhagawad Gita, serta manfaat bagi peserta didik setelah pembacaan sloka. Bhagawad Gita dikenal sebagai mutiara pengetahuan rohani. Bhagawad Gita berisi ajaran-ajaran suci yang dapat mengupas tentang penekanan-penekanan hidup. Bhagawad Gita diperlukan sebagai penuntun hidup untuk memperbaiki sikap dan moral kita, karena Bhagawad Gita tidak hanya mengajarkan tentang konsep ketuhanan, artha, dharma, kama, maupun moksa. Bhagawad Gita juga mengajarkan tentang tuntunan kehidupan, kemanusiaan, dan moralitas, keberadaan pasraman Indraprasta, Mutihan Sondakan, Kecamatan Laweyan,Surakarta dapat mengubah karakter para peserta didik melalui pembiasaan membaca sloka Bhagawad Gita. Program tersebut mampu mewujudkan para peserta didik menjadi lebih religious, disiplin, semangat dalam belajar menguasai sloka Bhagawad Gita, para siswa dibiasakan untuk membiasakan membaca sloka Bhagawad Gita maka akan terbentuk kebiasaan – kebiasaan yang baik, karena di dalam Bhagawad Gita mengandung nilai-nilai yang dapat merubah karakter siswa dan meningkatkan ajaran spiritual para peserta didik sejak dini. <p>The objectives of this research are: (1) developing video media teaching materials of Bhagavad Gita, (2) to analyze the effectiveness of Bhagavad Gita video media use, (3) to analyze the efficiency of Bhagavad Gita video media, (4) to analyze the attractiveness of Bhagavad Gita video media. This research uses a research and development approach, conducted in religious high school hindu (STAH) Lampung. Data collection using tests and questionnaires and analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The conclusions of the study were (1) to produce teaching material of Bhagavad Gita video media consisting of eight elements, namely: (a) opening greetings, (b) introduction, (c) parts of Bhagavad Gita, (d) how to read, (e) types of mentrum, (f) examples, (g) self-assessment and (h) closing greetings. (2) video media teaching materials Bhagavad Gita effective with the average of the gain value in sequence is 0.71; 0.77; and 0.77. (3) Bhagavad Gita video media is efficient as a learning media of 1.7. (4) The video media instructional Bhagavad Gita is attractive in used as media video learning Bhagavad Gita with the consecutive average percentage being 91%, 91%, and 92%.</p>

Penelitian ini mengambarkan pola pemanfaatan pariwisata terumbu karang di Taman Wisata Perairan (TWP) Gita Nada dan mengestimasi nilai manfaat ekosistem terumbu karang dengan pendekatan biaya perjalanan sebagai dasar rujukan perencanaan pengembangan kawasan pariwisata di Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Penelitian dilakukan di Taman TWP Gita Nada Sekotong Lombok pada bulan Januari-Maret 2020. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan cara wawancara menggunakan kuisoner dan observasi segala aktivitas pariwisata yang ada di TWP Gita Nada. Data sekunder dikumpulkan dengan cara penelusuran literatur pada hasil penelitian terdahulu serta publikasi yang dilakukan oleh instansi terkait. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Zona Travel Cost Method (ZTCM). Perairan TWP Gita Nada memiliki kombinasi perairan dangkal dengan tipe fringing reefs dan letak TWP Gita Nada yang berbatasan dengan Selat Lombok. Atraksi wisata yang ditawarkan di TWP Gita Nada adalah wisata pantai dan bahari. TWP Gita Nada dengan luas terumbu karang sebesar 1279 ha memiliki nilai manfaat pariwisata Rp3.004.031.073/ha dengan jumlah total pengunjung per 1000 penduduk pada kedua zona adalah sebanyak 51.228 orang. Berdasarkan model fungsi permintaan pariwisata TWP Gita Nada pengembangan kedepan adalah wisata alam yang dikemas menjadi wisata edukasi yang fokus pada anak muda dengan minat belajar tinggi. Perbaikan aksesibiltas dan peningkatan kualitas sarana dan prasarana yang memadai akan menambah daya tarik TWP Gita Nada, dan kedepan lokasi wisata harus mampu memberikan jaminan 2H yaitu healthy dan hygiene.Title: Benefit Value of Coral Reef Ecosystem Tourism in The Marine Park Gita Nada Sekotong LombokThis study describes the use patterns of coral reef tourism in Marine Park Gita Nada. It estimates the benefit value of coral reef ecosystem with travel cost approach as a reference for planning the development of tourism areas in West Lombok Regency. The research conducted at Marine Park Gita Nada Sekotong Lombok in January to March 2020. Primary data were collected by interview questionnaires and observations of entire tourism activities in Marine Park Gita Nada. Secondary data were collected by literature review on the results of previous research and publications of related agencies. The research used zona travel cost method (ZTCM) analysis.The waters of Marine Park Gita Nada is a combination of shallow water with fringing reef circulation, and Marine Park Gita Nada is located in the border of Lombok Strait. Marine Park Gita Nada offers beach and marine attraction, and coral reefs cover 1279 ha in the area. Marine Park Gita Nada has a tourism benefit value of Rp3,004,031,073/ha with total number of visitors in both zones are 51,228 people per 1000 inhabitants. Based on tourism demand function, the future development for Marine Park Gita Nada would be educational nature-based tourism focusing on young people with high learning interests. Improvement of accessibility and quality of infrastructure will attract more tourists to TWP Gita Nada, and in the future it must guarantee the healthy and hygiene (2H) of the tourism park.

This article studies the reception of the Bhagavad Gita within circles of Perennial Philosophy scholars and examines how the Gita is interpreted to the extent that it influenced their thoughts. Within the Hindu tradition, the Gita is often read from a dualist and/or non-dualist perspective in the context of observing religious teachings and practices. In the hands of Perennial Philosophy scholars, the Gita is read from a different angle. Through a critical examination of the original works of the Perennialists, this article shows that the majority of the Perennial traditionalists read the Gita from a dualist background but that, eventually, they were convinced that the Gita’s paradigm is essentially non-dualist. In turn, this non-dualist paradigm of the Gita influences and transforms their ontological thought, from the dualist to the non-dualist view of the reality. Meanwhile, the non-traditionalist group of Perennial Philosophy scholars are not interested in this ontological discussion. They are more concerned with the question of how the Gita provides certain ways of attaining human liberation and salvation. Interestingly, both traditionalist and non-traditionalist camps are influenced by the Gita, at the same time, inserting an external understanding and interpretation into the Gita.

Bhagavad Gita Devata Song, is one of the Vedas. He often refers to it as the fifth veda, the Pancamo Veda. It is not clear why it was named so, because when viewed from the aspect of the codification of the Hindu religious scriptures called the Vedas, it is traditionally called Vedic chess. Structurally the content of the Bhagavad-gita is more focused and is a collection of the previous Vedas. This is one step in the development of the history of thinking in Hinduism. The Bhagavad-gita appears as part of the Mahabharata which consists of 18 parvas, and 700 slokas. Learning the Bhagavad Gita is a necessity that must be carried out by Hindu students. Every day, even every time students should take their time to learn to read the Bhagavad Gita. A good learning process is a learning process that can make it easier for students to understand the Bhagavad Gita material being taught. In this study, the information provided by the application includes an understanding of the Bhagavad Gita, the contents of the verse from the Bhagavad Gita, assistance on how to read the sloka properly and correctly according to the existing recommendations. This system provides interactive information in the form based on videos on how to recite the verse Bhagavad Gita, as well as the contents of the verse and its translation.

ABSTRACT On December 2, 2020, the Department of Ethnomusicology, Faculty of Performing Arts, ISI Yogyakarta, showcased faculty works entitled "Knitting the Tones of Nusantara" (Merajut Nada Nusantara). The event was broadcasted online via YouTube. The students presented five works during the proceedings, one of which was Gita Sewana. This paper aims to elaborate on Gita Sewana as a case study related to the process of artistic creativity during the pandemic. Two subjects are explored in this research: the methods used for Gita Sewana and their application to creative work in general. The research data is taken from the author's experience during the process of Gita Sewana's creation and the video documentation of the event. The results of this study are presented through analytical and descriptive methodologies. These results demonstrate that the method used in the composition of Gita Sewana is based on the Panca Sthiti Ngawi Sani concept. The concept was applied to create Gita Sewana and adapted to the COVID-19 pandemic, referring to planning and performance activities. This work provides a model for music creation strategy during the pandemic.ABSTRAK Jurusan Etnomusikologi Fakultas Seni Pertunjukan ISI Yogyakarta pada penghujung tahun 2020, tepatnya tanggal 2 Desember, melangsungkan gelar karya dosen bertajuk “Merajut Nada Nusantara”. Kegiatan tersebut disiarkan secara daring melalui platform youtube. Ada lima karya yang ditampilkan dalam acara tersebut, salah satunya adalah Gita Sewana. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap karya Gita Sewana sebagai studi kasus berkaitan proses kreativitas seni pada masa pandemi. Ada dua hal yang digali dalam penelitian yaitu metode yang digunakan dalam penciptaan Gita Sewana dan aplikasinya dalam proses penciptaan karya. Data penelitian bersumber dari pengalaman pada saat proses karya Gita Sewana dan dokumentasi pertunjukan. Hasil penelitian disajikan dengan metode deskriptif analitis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode yang digunakan dalam proses karya Gita Sewana adalah metode Panca Sthiti Ngawi Sani. Tahap perencanaan sampai pada tahap pertunjukan dalam metode tersebut, diaplikasikan dalam proses penciptaan karya Gita Sewana dengan beradaptasi pada situasi pandemi Covid-19, sebagai strategi penciptaan musik pada masa pandemi.

The Bhagavad-Gita, as a multivalent text, has been a source of inspiration for all areas of Indian thought. This paper identifies elements in the Bhagavad-Gita which may have influenced the formation of Nyaya philosophy in the centuries after it was written. Part one of the paper reviews Nyaya epistemology as a whole, focusing on aspects that play an important role in the Bhagavad-Gita: perception (pratyaksa), inference (anumana), ‘syllogism’, verbal utterance (sabda) and the practical orientation of knowledge. The second part shows how those aspects appear in the text of the Bhagavad-Gita. In praticular, Krishna relies on a number of techniques in convincing Arjuna of his obligation as a ksatria which would later be formalized in Nyaya philosophy as pramana or methods of knowing. As a whole, the Bhagavad-Gita also emphasizes the Nyaya view that knowledge is only useful insofar as it helps the knower achieve a particular goal. This paper does not, and has no pretention to prove the existence of a direct line of influence connection the Bhagavad-Gita and Nyaya philosophy; readers will instead gain an appreciation of the shared cultural context which gave rise to both of these forms of Indian thought. Abstrak Bhagavad-Gita, sebagai teks yang multitafsir, telah menjadi sumber inspirasi bagi segala pemikiran India. Makalah ini mengidentifikasikan unsur-unsur dalam Bhagavad-Gita yang mungkin memengaruhi pembentukan filsafat Nyaya selama beberapa abad setelah Bhagavad-Gita ditulis. Bagian pertama makalah meringkas epistemologi Nyaya secara keseluruhan dengan berfokus pada aspek-aspek yang memainkan peran penting dalam Bhagavad-Gita: persepsi (pratyaksa), penyimpulan (anumana), ‘silogisme’, saksi verbal (sabda), dan orientasi praktis pengetahuan. Bagian kedua memperlihatkan bagaimana aspek-aspek tersebut muncul dalam teks Bhagavad-Gita. Secara khusus, Krishna mengandalkan berbagai teknik dalam meyakinkan Arjuna akan kewajibannya sebagai ksatria yang kemudian diformalkan dalam filsafat Nyaya sebagai pramana atau sarana pengetahuan. Secara keseluruhan, Bhagavad-Gita juga menekankan pandangan Nyaya bahwa pengetahuan hanya berguna sejauh dapat membantu si penahu mencapai tujuan tertentu. Makalah ini tidak dapat membuktikan adanya garis pengaruh langsung yang menghubungkan Bhagavad-Gita dengan filsafat Nyaya; namun, kita tetap dapat mengapresiasi suatu ‘kemiripan keluarga’ di antara keduanya yang menunjukkan kekayaan konteks kebudayaan yang menghasilkan kedua buah pemikiran peradaban India ini.

The purpose of this study is to identify whether the use of different learning instructional media, that is Bhagawad Gita in the form of picture book and Bhagawad Gita in the form of plain text book, for students with different level of visual literacy, will results in any differences in the students’ understanding of the Hinduism value. This study aims to find out the answer to the questions (1) whether there are differences in the understanding of Hinduism value of students who in the learning process use Bhagawad Gita in the form of picture book compared to those who use Bhagawad Gita plain text book; (2) whether there are differences in the understanding of Hinduism value of students with a high visual literacy level who in the learning process use Bhagawad Gita in the form of picture book compared to those who use Bhagawad Gita plain text book; and (3) whether there are differences in the understanding of Hinduism value of students with a low visual literacy level who in the learning process use Bhagawad Gita in the form of picture book compared to those who use Bhagawad Gita plain text boo. This study applies Quantitative Analysis with Quasi-Experimental Design. The population are IX grade students of Pasraman Tirta Bhuana Bekasi of Academic Year 2016-2017. Samples are taken from the population using random sampling technique with a drawing method. The sample size are 32 students devided into two groups. Different treatment on the learning instructional media is given to each group after visual literacy of all samples are measured. Validity and reliability of the instrument are tested using Product Moment Correlation Technique and Alpha Cronbach's respectively. Two Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) with Treatment by Level Design is applied for data analysis.The results of this study are (1) there are differences in the understanding of Hinduism value of students who in the learning process use Bhagawad Gita in the form of picture book compared to those who use Bhagawad Gita plain text book; (2) the average learning outcome of students who have a high visual literacy level and use Bhagawad Gita in the form of picture book is higher than those who use Bhagawad Gita plain text book; and (3) the average learning outcome of students who have a low visual literacy level and use Bhagawad Gita in the form of picture book is higher than those who use Bhagawad Gita plain text book.

This article is an outcome of hermeneutical research carried out on the Bhagavad Gita, a core eastern text of Vedic philosophy. The main purpose of this article is to explore philosophical insights embedded in this historical scripture and help the readers to gain its greater understanding and insights. It also searches metaphysical principles consisted in the Bhagavad Gita and provides answer of the questions: what metaphysical principles can be seen in the Bhagavad Gita? How can it be interpreted? How the metaphysical principles of the Bhagavad Gita associates/disassociates with western theories of philosophy? Considering the questions, the Bhagavad Gita provides theory of creation, cycle of creation and destruction and discusses about Brahma element that is seed of creative principles, Atma, Paramatta, the God. It also includes theory of being (existence). In comparison with western philosophy, it comprises wider and in-depth metaphysical principles. In order to interpret metaphysical principles, this article elaborates general introduction of the Bhagavad Gita, general concept of metaphysics and metaphysical principle can be seen in the Bhagavad Gita. It also searches associations/ disassociations of metaphysical principles of the Bhagavad Gita with metaphysics of western schools of thought. This paper explores the views on the creation of knowledge, innovations, and inventions from the Bhagavad-Gita and its significance in today’s context. A review of literature on Bhagavad-Gita shows that a number of studies have been done on the Bhagvad Gita from various perspectives; however, very few have been done to integrate the Bhagvad-Gita’s interpretation of knowledge, self-knowledge, innovations, and inventions as a necessity in the contemporary world. As a result, this paper not only interprets the literature but also provides some significance and insights on the contents of Bhagvad Gita and from the ancient Indian philosophical perspective. Chinmayananda asserted that an ancient philosophical scripture like the Bhagavad-Gita needs intelligent re-interpretation to apply effectively in the context of modern times. This paper is based on published literature and its interpretations, a qualitative research methodology that involves the study, understanding, and interpretation of ancient classical scripture. The Bhagavad-Gita is more than 5,000 years old and is written in the Sanskrit language. In a nutshell, the Bhagavad-Gita provides an inside-out approach to knowledge, innovations, inventions management, unlike the outside-in western perspective. The Shrimad Bhagavad-Gita is one of the most popular ancient religious scriptures not only amongst the Indians but also throughout the world. It speaks to the mind that has fought in life, a mind that is dissatisfied, a mind that is alert and thinking and that has many conflicts. Bhagavad Gita inspires the mind and provides strength, moral courage, and clarity of thought with which one can steer through the struggle.

The Bhagavad Gita is usually called the fifth veda ( pancama veda ), together with the four Sanskrit Vedas, namely the Rig Veda , Atharwa Veda , Sama Veda and Yajur Veda . The Balinese are familiar with the five vedas, and know the Bhagavad Gita as the sixth book of the ancient Javanese version of the Mahabharata epic. The Bhagavad Gita that features as a part of the ancient Javanese version of the Bhisma Parwa is ascribed to King Teguh Dharmawangsa Anantavikrama Uttunggadewa of the Kediri Kingdom in the 10th century CE. He is credited to have been responsible for ordering the translation of the Mahabharata (known in Bali as Asta Dasar Parwa —the 18 parwas). This translation effort from Sanskrit into the ancient Javanese language was dubbed mangjawaken Byasamata (translating into Javanese the works of the sage Byasa). The ancient Javanese version of the Bhagavad Gita contains the dialogues between Kresna and Arjuna about the swadarma (holy obligations and responsibilities) of a ksatriya (warrior) according to his wangsa (social class). A ksatriya was deemed responsible for defending his country, fighting against the enemy, as well as for upholding truth, satya wacana (truthfulness), lascarya (sincerity) and sradha bhakti (devotional service). Di Bali kelima-lima veda itu, termasuk Bhagavad Gita yang terdapat pada teks Bhisma Parwa, buku ke-6 daripada Mahabharata versi Jawa kuno. Empat veda dan Bhagavad Gita telah dibaca oleh masyarakat Bali dalam rangka mendapatkan ajaran tuhan untuk memperkuat nilai etika dan moral. Episod Bhagavad Gita berbahasa Jawa kuno terdapat dalam Bhisma Parwa digubah oleh Raja Teguh Darmawangsa Anantavikrama Uttunggadewa pada abad ke-10 Kerajaan Kediri. Raja Dharmawangsa Teguh menjadi manggala dalam penciptaan Mahabharata (di Bali disebut Asta Dasa Parwa atau 18 Parwa) memerintahkan rakawi untuk menyadurnya. Program alih bahasa yang disebut Mangjawaken Byasamata (mengalihbahasakan ajaran Begawan Byasa) yang sumbernya berbahasa Sanskrit kepada bahasa Jawa kuno. The people of Nepal have witnessed different political movements in the political history of Nepal. The political movements are influenced by different philosophies. Gita philosophy as well has marked distinct impact in the politics of Nepal. The people of Nepal had to bear a lot of injustice, oppression and exploitation during Rana rule. Although the governments prior to Rana rule were also not so much democratic, to some extent they were directed to public welfare. At the time of Rana rule there had taken place many reformations in global politics, but Nepali people were denied off very common citizen rights. So, there was a need for a democratic movement in Nepal. In the campaigns for democratic movements then, there was a very significant impact of Gita philosophy. It is found from this study that four martyrs of 1997BS and founder leaders of Nepali Congress and Nepal Communist Party were influenced by the ideas of Gita philosophy and the general public has a great faith on the Gita philosophy. Gita philosophy has formed the foundations for the democratic movement in Nepal. And even after the establishment of democracy in Nepal, there were series of political changes in Nepal. And in the revolutions or campaigns for restoration of democracy or for the republic, there has been a role of different political leaders and as many of the first-generation leaders are still in active politics, we can find direct or indirect influence of Gita philosophy in Nepalese politics. Though the later generations of leadership seem to have less knowledge about Gita, their activities and the political interests matched with the principles of Gita philosophy.

One of the uniqueness of Keroncong Orchestras Gita Puspita is the use of woodwind ensembles for Keroncong music, where this kind of collaboration has never existed before in the Tegal district. This study aims to describe the use of woodwind ensembles in Keroncong music by Keroncong Orchestras Gita Puspita in Tegal. This study uses a qualitative method with a music analysis approach, data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results showed that the use of the woodwind ensemble on Keroncong Orchestras Gita Puspita is quite important in composition, because the woodwind ensemble functions as an accent filler, filler, blocking note, and melody note, this is what makes the woodwind ensemble have an important role in every Keroncong Orchestras Gita Puspita arrangement

Di dalam penjelasan Dr. Max Muller bahwa dari Atharwa Weda timbul Weda kelima dalam bentuk Itihasa dan Purana. Adapun yang tersebut Itihasa adalah dua Epos terbesar dalam agama Hindu yang merupakan semacam perjanjian lamanya agama Hindu. Kedua epos terbesar adalah Ramayana dan Mahabharata. Kitab Bhagawad Gita adalah bagian dari Udhyoga Parwa dari Mahabharata sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Bhagawad Gita adalah bagian terkecil dari Weda kelima. Pentingnya kitab Bhagawad Gita ini adalah karena isinya merupakan ajaran puncak Agama Hindu yang secara umum Bhagawad Gita adalah satu suplemen dalam mempelajari kitab Catur Weda atau Sruti. Sebuah pembacaan kitab yang dilakukan dengan cara dilantunkan tentunya akan mendapat sentuhan musikal di dalamnya, baik berupa nada yang dihasilkan dari vokal yang berdiri sendiri,maupun pembacaan kitab dengan iringan instrumen musik. Pembagian babak perkembangan pembacaan kitab sebagai bagian dari ritual agama Hindu. Implementasi pembacaan mantra Bhagawad Gita sangat berpengaruh terhadap perilaku peserta didik Bhagawad Gita dapat mengubah tingkah laku peserta didik menjadi sangat baik. The Bhagavad Gita advocates a consciousness approach to transformational leadership based on eternal values and moral principles. Many researchers and practitioners in business leaders identify the Bhagavad Gita as one of the most famous and quoted works in Indian literature. The paper attempts to assist business leaders with insights into Indian scriptures and how they can benefit from the ancient writings of spiritual gurus. Therefore, the authors pursue extracting and elaborating the Bhagavad Gita's concepts into business leadership. Specifically, the study indicates how lessons from Gita can help transform a transactional leader, 'me-leader',into a transformational 'we-leader'.

Religious attitudes became essential to the main character because it was an indication of a servant's obedience to his Lord. The study is intended to describe (1) forms of religious attitude of the lead character in the novel Rentang Kisah by Gita Savitri Devi and (2) factors that influenced the religious attitude of the lead character in the novel Rentang Kisah by Gita Savitri Devi. The approach used in this study is religious psychology. The research data source is Gita Savitri Devi's Rentang Kisah novel. Research data consists of a storyline of words, sentences, and paragraphs that are relevant to the focus of the study. Data collection is done using the listen and take notes. Data analysis is made by identifying data, classifying data, analyzing data, and drawing conclusions. Research shows that (1) forms of religious attitude lead character in Gita Savitri Devi's Rentang Kisah novel include belief in the traditional, belief in religious consciousness, and inaction. (2) factors that affect religious attitudes of internal and external factors. The conclusion of the religious attitude of the lead character in the novel Rentang Kisah by Gita Savitri Devi’s is that religious attitude are shaped by the consciousness of the Gita character influenced by family, friendship, and environment.

B. R. Ambedkar (1891–1956), the radical Indian anti-caste thinker, left unfinished a critical corpus of works on “Revolution and Counter-Revolution in Ancient India”, a fragment of which was provisionally titled “Essays on the Bhagavad Gita”. This essay engages with that corpus, situating Ambedkar's encounter with the Gita within a much broader twentieth-century political and philosophical concern with the question of tradition and violence. It interrogates the excessive and heterogeneous conceptual impulses that mediate Ambedkar's attempt to retrieve a counterhistory of Indian antiquity. Located as it is in the same Indic neighborhood from which a radical counterhistory of touchability might emerge, the Gita is a particularly fraternal and troubling text for Ambedkar. Yet his responsibility towards the Gita comes to be hinged not upon evasion but rather upon an exaggeration of its hermeneutic power; that is, upon his painstaking inflation of the Gita's willfully modern interest in instituting the universal. Ambedkar's relentless struggle to annihilate this universality of the Gita would have to be founded upon another universality, at once destructive, excessive and counterlegislative. In this unfinished attempt to recuperate the ideality of the universal, this essay asks, does Ambedkar himself become the most thorough modern practitioner of the Gita?

This study explores the benefits of integrating the educational philosophy of the Gita into the school curriculum on holistic student development. It aims to shed light on the key aspects of student development that can be fostered through the integration of Gita teachings into the curriculum. The study adopts a critical content analysis method based on themes that metaphorically align with the moral and ethical values, mental health, and social well-being of students in the present context. The findings reveal that the Gita emphasizes the importance of self-realization, self-discipline, and selfless action, which have the potential to contribute to holistic student development. The Gita promotes a comprehensive understanding of education that encompasses intellectual, moral, emotional, and spiritual aspects. This study examines how studying the Gita fosters purpose, resilience, and ethical values in students to promote holistic development. The Gita's teachings also offer guidance on cultivating qualities such as self-control, focus, determination, and compassion, which can enhance students' personal and academic achievements. Additionally, the Gita's emphasis on mindfulness and self-reflection can contribute to students' emotional well-being and mental health. The study concludes that integrating Gita teachings into the school curriculum has the potential to foster holistic student development across various dimensions. These findings provide insights for educators, curriculum designers, and policymakers interested in incorporating Gita's educational philosophy into the school system. Further research and practical implementations are warranted to explore the effectiveness and challenges associated with integrating Gita teachings into the curriculum and to assess their benefits on student outcomes.

Kidung (gita) yang dinyanyikan disesuaikan dengan jenis upacara, serta rangkaian (alur) upacara. Kidung Panca Yajnya (Gita) tersebut menguraiakan tentang berbagai manifestasi Tuhan (Hyang Widhi) yang diharapkan berkenan hadir dalam upacara yang diselenggarakan, serta berkenan menerima persembahan umatnya, serta berkenan pula menurunkan berkahnya. Sesuai dengan kitab suci Weda manifestasi Tuhan (Para Dewa) banyak jumlahnya sesuai dengan kemahakuasaan Tuhan. Secara vertikal para Dewa yang menguasai dan menjiwai alam semesta beserta isinya ini disebut Sang Hyang Tiga Sakti, dan secara horizontal yang menguasai Sembilan penjuru mata angin disebut Dewata Nawa Sanga yaitu penguasa sembilan penjuru mata angin yang diumpamakan sebagai ’Bunga Teraratai’ dengan sembilan kelopaknya dan menjadi areal stana Dewa masing masing sesuai dengan sembilan arah penjuru mata angin. Disamping itu juga secara khusus Dewa Siwa dinyatakan sebagai penguasa Tri Bhuwana.

M. K. Gandhi's “Discourses on the Gita,” a series of talks delivered to ashramites at Sabarmati during 1926 and 1927, provides a singular instance in Indian intellectual thought in which the Bhagavad Gita's message of action is transformed into a theory of non-violent resistance. This essay argues that Gandhi's reading of the Gita has to be placed within an identifiable general understanding of the political that emerged among the so-called “extremists’ in the Congress towards the beginning of the twentieth century. Gandhi, we argue, wrested from the “Extremists” their vocabulary and their pre-eminent political text, the Gita, and put them to use in the cause of non-violent politics. But, more importantly, his discourses on the Gita after 1920 suggest an acceptance, on his part, of politics as it actually was. This is where he departed from the projects of Tilak or Aurobindo. The Gita, in Gandhi's hand, became a talismanic device that allowed the satyagrahi his or her involvement in political action while providing protection from the necessary and unavoidable venality of politics and its propensity to violence.

The Upanishads are known as one of the oldest philosophical texts in the world that form the foundation of Hindu philosophy. The Bhagavad Gita is the core text of Hindu philosophy and is known as a text that summarises the key philosophies of the Upanishads with a major focus on the philosophy of karma. These texts have been translated into many languages and there exist studies about themes and topics that are prominent; however, there is not much done using language models which are powered by deep learning. In this paper, we use advanced language models such as BERT to provide topic modelling of the Upanishads and the Bhagavad Gita. We then map those topics of the Bhagavad Gita and the Upanishads since it is well known that Bhagavad Gita summarizes the key messages in the Upanishads. We also analyse the distinct and overlapping topics amongst the texts and visualise the link of selected texts of the Upanishads with the Bhagavad Gita. Our results show very high similarity between the topics of these two texts with the mean cosine similarity of 73%. We find that out of the fourteen topics extracted from the Bhagavad Gita, nine of them have a cosine similarity of more than 70% with the topics of the Upanishads. We also find that topics generated by the BERT-based models show very high coherence when compared to the conventional models. Our best-performing model gives a coherence score of 73% on the Bhagavad Gita and 69% on the Upanishads. The visualization of the low-dimensional embeddings of these texts shows very clear overlapping themes among their topics adding another level of validation to our results.

This research examines politeness in two Endgame podcasts, focusing on Gita Wirjawan's request and the use of address terms with a minister and a non-government employee. The writer analyzes politeness expressed by Gita Wirjawan in two podcasts on his channel using First-Order Politeness by Watts (2003) and the Indonesian (Javanese) politeness principle by Suseno (2001) and Kuntjara (2009). A descriptive qualitative approach is employed in this study. The analysis shows that Gita often uses direct language for requests, utilizes the term 'you' to blur their distance. The findings show that Gita wanted to look neutral with someone who has the same rank and tended to appear to have a lower rank when he talks with someone with a higher rank. In conclusion, differences in rank influence how people communicate.

Local genius atau yang sebagian besar oleh para ahli disebut juga dengan kearifan lokal yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat Indonesia pada setiap daerah merupakan akar dari sejarah nasional. Masyarakat Bali memiliki dharma gita sebagai salah satu kearifan lokalnya. Dharma gita adalah seni sastra masyarakat Bali dalam menyampaikan cerita dengan menyanyikannya melalui olah vokal (kidung atau kekawin) yang berisi berbagai nilai kehidupan melalui tokoh-tokoh dan dialog-dialognya. Dharma gita dalam perkembangannya di masyarakat Bali dikenal dengan nama mebebasan. Dharma gita melalui tradisi mebebasan menawarkan upaya menciptakan harmoni sosial untuk para generasi penerus bangsa. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Adapun pengumpulan data diperoleh dari referensi dan literatur terkait yang relevan dengan pokok bahasan yang dikaji. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa menciptakan harmoni sosial merupakan sesuatu hal yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat Bali, melihat corak masyarakatnya yang beragam. Begitupun prakteknya dalam interaksi para siswa di sekolah, guru harus menjadikan pembelajaran sejarah sebagai resolusi dalam meminimalisir konflik yang disebabkan oleh keberagaman. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai dharma gita dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran sejarah mampu menciptakan harmoni sosial dalam setiap interaksi siswa di SMA.

In the Indian tradition, the Moksha (Salvation) is reckoned as a super goal of life and its genuine scripture is Bhagavad Gita, but where in Yoga is the super means of all that, connecting life i.e. as a spine of the India’s mysticism. In accordance with the tradition Bhagavad Gita is known as the specific treatise of Yoga-practices along with super ethics and as its originator Lord Krishna who was become in the unknown deeper past. So the Gita is extreme holly text particularly for the Hindus communities. For the spiritual transformation of human’s life, it describes prominently two streams of Yoga- first common Path of Yoga (Indirect travelling to cosmic consciousness) and second esoteric Path of Yoga (Direct travelling to cosmic consciousness). Although the major difficulty to understand is that the Gita is codified as the formulas (Sutras), symbolic words and metaphors, so it cannot be decoded exactly by the common skill but it’s needed enlightened skill for the exact de-codification and interpretation. In order to another context, Gita discusses the “Pravitti Marga” (Path of Tantra) and along with “Nivritti Marga” (Path of Yoga) in detail. If we see the entire scenario around spirituality so the Gita has been more popular from ancient to now because of introducing the Path of devotion, Path of action and Path of knowledge. So therefore these all Yoga has discussed briefly in this review article.

For over a decade, various Hindu organizations in Singapore have joined to celebrate an extraordinary series of events, called the Gita Jayanti. The term jayanti literally means "victory" or "victorious" but more usually indicates celebration of the birthday of a holy figure or a deity. Put simply, this is a birthday celebration for the Gita, a compact text that increasingly functions in the Hindu diaspora much like the Bible—a portable compendium of teachings, a deeply poetic source of individual comfort, a text to be memorized, chanted, studied. I know of no other Hindu text with such a birthday, nor had any of the people whom I interviewed about it encountered this celebration outside of Singapore. As part of the celebrations, the Gita undergoes a ritual that parallels the consecration of a deity for use in a temple. In this case the Gita takes on the body of Krishna who is understood to have spoken these holy words many centuries ago. In this sense the Bhagavad Gita, here treated as the Holy Book of contemporary Hinduism, is an iconic body of Krishna just as the bronze murti is also an iconic body—the ultimate iconicity.

This essay examines the significance of the Bhagavad Gita for V. D. Savarkar's interpretations of religion, nationalism, and the idea of Hindu India. As one of the intellectual founders of Hindu nationalism, Savarkar has emerged as the most controversial Indian political thinker of the last century, gaining notoriety for his program to ‘Hinduize Politics and Militarize Hindudom’, for his anti-Muslim and anti-Christian politics, and for his advocacy of violence in everyday life. By bringing together key selections from Savarkar's seminal historical writings, the essay also traces how Savarkar developed the concept of ethical warfare from the Gita for his political purposes of contesting colonial power and creating a Hindu nation. It also shows that Savarkar adopted history writing as his main literary form for his engagement with the Gita and its principles, thereby departing from the existing hermeneutical traditions of studying the Gita. For Savarkar, the creation of historical knowledge that embodied key ideas from the Gita was necessary for transforming the individual and the nation. He claimed that it ultimately motivated individuals to adopt violence for the creation of Hindu India.

Background: This is one in a series of articles in which the author attempts to relate Eastern philosophy to contemporary programme planning and evaluation. Purpose: The author compares and contrasts the Bhagavad-gita with contemporary guidance on Results-based Management. Setting: Not applicable. Subjects: Not applicable. Research Design: Not applicable. Data Collection and Analysis: The author used the four pillars identified as being the base of RBM from a UNDP technical note as the framework for the analysis. Findings: Not applicable. Conclusions: In RBM strategic goals are defined that initiate a causal process in which results are specified to achieve the goals, and these, in-turn, determine programmes, processes and resources. One of the central ideas of the Bhagavad-gita is the performance of activities without attachment or any expectation of results. This is a concept to which the tome refers as renunciation. Furthermore, the Gita states that renunciation enables us to enter into a conscious alignment with the higher order. This conceptual paper aims to provide a solution in reducing the agency problem through the implementation of religious values in Bhagavad Gita. The solution offered in this paper is cultivating religious values in the Bhagavad Gita, which includes: carrying out obligations by eliminating lust for the reward obtained, facing sorrow and joy with unanimous determination and eliminating ego. Implementation of these values will minimize the agency costs that may arise. Applying the religious values of the Bhagavad Gita can be a powerful step in reducing the agency problem. Furthermore, when one organization is able to implement it properly, it will become a role model for other organizations especially non-profit organizations. As far as the authors are concerned, there has been no published papers discussing how to reduce agency problem through religious values in Bhagavad Gita.

TWP Gita Nada is one of the water conservation areas in NTB Province whose reef fish resources are used by fishers around the area, especially in zones that are permitted for fishing activities. However, there are indications that the use of the area by fishers causes a decrease in the abundance and biomass of reef fish in TWP Gita Nada. Therefore, it is necessary to research the condition of reef fish stocks in TWP Gita Nada to know for certain about the availability of reef fish resources in the area. This study collected data at 11 fish landing sites around TWP Gita Nada from March 2017 to December 2021. Data were collected using a sampling technique on 35% of the total fish landing activity in TWP Gita Nada. Data consisted of fishing units, fishing operations, fishing areas, catches, fish species, and fish length. Data analysis in this study used a length-based stock assessment approach to identify the condition of reef fish stocks and their utilization status. The results indicated that 271 species of reef fish landed in the TWP Gita Nada waters conservation area were identified from 31 family groups dominated by fish of the species Lutjanus gibbus, Lethrinus ornatus, Acanthurus mata, Naso thynnoides, and Lethrinus rubrioperculatus. Among those four dominant reef fish species, Lutjanus gibbus is in fully exploited utilization status with an SPR value of 0.26 or 26%. Meanwhile, the other three types of reef fish are under-exploited with SPR values above 0.3 or 30%. Keywords: fishing, Lc, length-based approach, Lm, SPR.
