La complessità del dibattito sulla qualità della vita si riflette nelle definizioni proposte (Oliver el al., 1996); alcune sono ampie ma vaghe, tali da non specificare il contenuto del concetto e quindi da ostacolarne la misurazione: “La qualità della vita è un ampio concetto che comprende tutti gli aspetti dell'esistenza di un individuo” (Torrance, 1987); “Nell'epoca moderna qualità della vita significa salute e benesse re, idee ampiamente comprese ed accettate dalle persone” (Oliver, 1991). Alcune definizioni si focalizzano sugli indicatori oggettivi di benessere: “La qualità della vita consiste nell'ottenere le condizioni necessarie per la felicità in una data società” (McCall, 1975). Altri autori definiscono la qualità della vita come senso di benessere legato alla situazione contingente o ad una qualche combinazione di benessere soggettivo ed oggettivo: “La qualità della vita è uno stato di benessere che riflette le condizioni di vita, la soddisfazione e l'adattamento a queste condizioni di vita” (Franklin et al., 1986); “La qualità della vita è il senso di benessere sperimentato da una persona all'interno delle sue attuali condizioni di vita” (Lehman, 1983). La centralità dell'aspetto soggettivo si ritrova anche nella definizione che recentemente la WHO ha dato di “qualità della vita”: “…..è una percezione individuale della propria posizione nella vita all'interno del conteste della cultura e dei valori in cui si vive, in relazione ai propri scopi, aspettative, standard ed interessi” (WHOQOL Group, 1995).

Ci sono diverse interpretazioni sulla qualità del nostro SSN: per alcuni è al secondo posto in Europa, mentre per altri finiamo al 21° posto in classifica. Questo per l’utilizzo di diversi indicatori, di cui la maggior parte è basata sul costo e non sulla qualità clinica. Per la sopravvivenza del nostro SSN, anche in considerazione del cambiamento demografico della popolazione, formata da anziani e malati cronici, è necessario sviluppare e utilizzare indicatori di processo clinici dettati dalle varie società scientifiche, abbandonando la SDO come sistema di valutazione della qualità clinica: l’abbattimento del costo, se non accompagnato all’efficacia clinica, non può essere considerato un risultato. In questo processo, di grande aiuto possono essere i flussi informatici, i cosiddetti big data, attraverso l’incrocio tra i vari database. Il SSN si salverà se ridurrà davvero le spese, basando le scelte sulla clinica e sull’appropriatezza diagnostica. (Clinical_Management)

RIASSUNTOScopo — Il presente lavoro propone un sistema di indicatori basato sui sistemi informativi di routine adottati dalla Regione Emilia Romagna. Esso si pone l'obiettivo di cogliere la qualità e la complessità dei percorsi di cura dei pazienti psichiatrici tenendo conto dell'articolazione delle strutture psichiatriche della Regione del Progetto obiettivo Tutela della Salute Mentale 1994-1996 e degli Indicatori di efficienza e qualita del SSN. richiesti dal Ministero della Sanità. Metodo — Formazione di un gruppo di lavoro su iniziativa della Regione, per la costruzione degli indicatori con definizione del significato, della formula, della soglia di attenzione, della finalita, del livello di utilizzazione, della fonte dei dati e della frequenza di rilevazione congruente con i sistemi informativi regionali.Risultati — Vengono presentati 105 indicatori suddivisi in base alia struttura psichiatrica a cui fanno riferimento (centri di salute mentale, reparti per acuti, strutture semiresidenziali, strutture residenziali, strutture ex-manicomiali, dipartimento di salute mentale) ed in base al codice in tre elenchi: 1) d'informazione generale (30), comprendente i 12 indicatori richiesti dal Ministero della Sanità; 2) di approfondimento; 3) di esito. Conclusioni — Il sistema di indicatori, pur nato per un uso locale, si fonda su obiettivi definiti dal Progetto Obiettivo ministeriale, per cui può rivestire un interesse anche per altre realtà regionali italiane. La costruzione modulare permette un'applicazione flessibile e un adattamento a sistemi informativi meno complessi. Una parte del sistema è stata inserita dal 1997 nel flusso informativo di routine tra le ASL e la Regione Emilia Romagna.

The development of forms of monitoring of educational systems has meant to account for the functioning of educational organizations. In the evaluation, the methods of measuring quality have become the structural articulation of each organized system. The need was felt to use interactive management methods, capable of promoting continuous quality control, also through a systematic verification of results and feedback produced by users. The text analyzes similar organizational methods in educational contexts, where actions are affirmed to improve the quality of the service, through the use of indicators, with the aim of defining training standards for quality learning environments. The concept of effectiveness and improvement intersect in the ESI project, where schools from European countries were able to share the identifying elements for educational change. Condizioni educative e formative degli ambienti di apprendimento: gli standard di controllo della qualità nella scuola. Lo sviluppo di forme di monitoraggio dei sistemi educativi ha inteso dar conto del funzionamento delle organizzazioni educative. Nella valutazione le modalità di misurazione della qualità sono divenute l’articolazione strutturale di ogni sistema organizzato. Si è avvertita la necessità di utilizzare metodi di gestione interattivi, in grado di promuovere il controllo continuo della qualità, anche attraverso una sistematica verifica dei risultati e del feedback prodotto dagli utenti. Nel testo si analizzano simili modalità organizzative nei contesti educativi, dove si affermano azioni per il miglioramento della qualità del servizio, attraverso l’utilizzo di indicatori, con l’obiettivo di definire standard formativi per ambienti di apprendimento di qualità. Il concetto di efficacia e di miglioramento si incrociano nel progetto Esi, dove scuole dei paesi europei hanno potuto condividere gli elementi indentificativi per il cambiamento educativo.

L'interesse per la qualità del lavoro è nato attorno agli anni Sessanta del Novecento con una peculiare commistione tra scopi istituzionali e di ricerca. La questione di che cosa si intenda con qualità del lavoro è lontana dall'essere risolta. Anzitutto, le dimensioni rilevanti per la sua misurazione hanno ancora un carattere largamente stipulativo e sono soggette a molti ripensamenti legati alle contingenze in cui vengono proposte. Inoltre, affidarne la valutazione ai lavoratori coinvolge un complesso intreccio di svariati fattori: individuali, culturali, sociali ed economici. Il saggio adotta la prospettiva della soddisfazione dei bisogni degli individui attraverso il lavoro. A partire dai dati della sesta wave della European Working Condition Survey, l'autrice propone un set di indicatori di qualità del lavoro e li mette in relazione con la soddisfazione generale per il proprio impiego.

Il concetto di innovazione in ambito educativo ha assunto una crescente importanza nel tempo in quanto vissuto come soluzione per una scuola a cui si richiede sempre più qualità in una società in continuo cambiamento. La rassegna della letteratura svolta in questo contributo intende fornire il quadro teorico e lo stato dell’arte necessario per poter individuare le dimensioni per l’innovazione, alla luce anche di quanto si sta già facendo in Europa e a livello internazionale in tal senso. La ricognizione e la comparazione di diversi framework teorici validati ha permesso di costruire la matrice di quello che sarebbe poi divenuto il Framework per la valutazione dei processi di innovazione, una volta che gli indicatori sono stati pensati e adattati allo specifico contesto scolastico italiano, e alla visione di innovazione scolastica maturata negli anni.

L'applicazione all'avviamento dell'test costituisce uno dei temi maggiormente dibattuti in ambito internazionale, in relazione ai molteplici profili di soggettività insiti nei criteri di valutazione previsti dallo IAS 36 e al conseguente rischio che detta procedura possa costituire un potenziale strumento di politiche di bilancio. Attraverso un'indagine comparata dei bilanci di società quotate italiane e inglesi dal 2005 al 2008, si intende verificare il trattamento contabile dell'avviamento, in particolare nel caso di segnali di perdite di valore, nonché la corrispondentefornita al riguardo. Nella ricerca sono analizzate le relazioni intercorrenti tra entità della svalutazione dell'avviamento, valutazione dell'azienda riflessa dalle corrispondenti quotazioni di borsa, e grado disull'avviamento. Presumendo che la qualità dellaesprima il livello di attendibilità con cui si sono applicate le disposizioni dello IAS 36, si verifica l'ipotesi che la mancata effettuazione di svalutazioni, pur in presenza di indicatori di perdite di valore dell'avviamento, conduca le aziende a fornire unasull'non completa né soddisfacente.

The Great Recession had profound consequences for the quantity and quality of work for young people in European countries. Usual labour market indicators capture only some crisis effects, highlighting the need for a more dynamic and nuanced approach. As a result, this paper adopts an innovative approach to both the analysis of the integration of young adults (aged 17-34) on to the labour market and the study of the relationship between the labour market performance and policy making. La Grande Recessione generò un forte impatto sulla quantità e la qualità del lavoro dei giovani adulti nei paesi dell’Europa. Gli indicatori convenzionali del mercato del lavoro catturano solo alcuni degli effetti prodotti dalla crisi, sollecitando un approccio dinamico più variegato. Su questa strada si muove l’articolo, adottando un approccio innovativo sia all’analisi dell’integrazione dei giovani adulti (17-34 anni) nel mercato del lavoro sia allo studio della relazione tra le condizioni occupazionali e l’attività di riforma delle politiche del lavoro.

La Trauma and Dissociation Symptoms Interview di S. Boon e H. Matthess (da qui TADS-I) è un'intervista clinica semi-strutturata, composta da 214 domande, che ha lo scopo di valutare in modo approfondito i sintomi dissociativi e i sintomi correlati al trauma. L'obiettivo principale della TADS-I è valutare la gravità e la qualità dei sintomi dissociativi e di tutti gli altri sintomi clinici che si possono sviluppare a seguito di una o più esperienze traumatiche. Con l'attuale versione della TADS-I è possibile superare il limite di altri strumenti dedicati alla diagnosi dei sintomi dissociativi, in quanto sono presenti più indicatori specifici per differenziare questi due aspetti. L'obiettivo, a cui questo lavoro dà un primo contributo, è lo studio e lo sviluppo di nuovi profili diagnostici che permetteranno di osservare in uno stesso grafico, per ogni scheda sintomatologica, frequenza, distress, gravità sintomatologica, gravità sintomatologica con alterazione di coscienza e gravità sintomatologica con possibile divisione del sè attualmente in corso.

La terapia dietetica svolge un ruolo fondamentale nel trattamento della malattia renale cronica (CKD): previene e corregge le complicanze metaboliche, garantisce il mantenimento o il raggiungimento di uno stato nutrizionale soddisfacente e, nella fase conservativa, ritarda l'inizio della terapia sostitutiva. Molte sono le evidenze che attestano che il trattamento nutrizionale effettuato da un dietista esperto migliora la qualità di vita del paziente con insufficienza renale cronica, aumenta l'eff -cacia della terapia dietetica e riduce i costi assistenziali. Negli Stati Uniti sono stati definiti i parametri che identificano il dietista esperto nella gestione della terapia nutrizionale nel paziente nefropatico e sono state individuate tre categorie in base al grado di formazione e competenza acquisita. Nei Paesi dell'Unione Europea la formazione dei dietisti è molto eterogenea tanto da rendere difficile una comparazione con la realtà americana. L'European Federation of the Association of Dietitians negli ultimi anni ha comunque definito gli standard accademici e professionali dei dietisti individuando quattro ruoli di competenza ed i relativi indicatori di performance. In Italia l'Associazione Nazionale Dietisti ha definito le posizioni dell'associazione in merito alla pratica professionale del dietista nel trattamento delle malattie renali e la Società Italiana di Nefrologia, nell'ambito del progetto di certificazione della qualità del percorso di cura della CKD, ha delineato il profilo del dietista che lavora in nefrologia ma non sono stati definiti standard accademici e professionali specifici. È auspicabile che dietisti esperti in nefrologia e nefrologi collaborino nel definire protocolli relativi a standard che il dietista operante in ambito nefrologico dovrebbe raggiungere in modo da garantire maggiore competenza professionale e una omogeneità di trattamento su tutto il territorio nazionale.

In anni recenti la ricerca in alcuni ambiti della psicologia, tra cui quello clinico e della per-sonalità, ha riscontrato l'importanza della disposizione alla gratitudine per la comprensione di diversi aspetti del benessere, ciononostante nell'ambito della psicologia della salute la gratitu-dine rimane ancora poco studiata. Sebbene alcuni interventi, scientificamente fondati, finalizzati all'induzione di gratitudine abbiano mostrato di migliorare la salute, i meccanismi che spiegano la relazione fra gratitudine e salute non sono ancora del tutto chiariti. Il presente lavoro ha in-dagato la relazione tra disposizione alla gratitudine e alcuni indicatori della salute individuale: orientamento positivo, qualità di sonno e veglia e benessere psicologico e le differenze fra soggetti con alti e bassi livelli di gratitudine disposizionale rispetto a tali parametri. Lo studio ha interessato 172 studenti universitari (42 maschi, 130 femmine, età media=21.16, DS=3.3) cui sono stati somministrati quattro questionari che misurano le variabili di interesse. I risultati ottenuti hanno evidenziato correlazioni significative fra disposizione alla gratitudine e parametri di salute e confermato differenze significative fra soggetti con alta e bassa gratitudine disposi-zionale rispetto a quasi tutte le variabili considerate. Questi risultati forniscono dati sul ruolo della gratitudine utili al miglioramento di alcuni indici relativi al benessere individuale eviden-ziandone al contempo l'importanza nell'ambito della psicologia della salute.

RESUMONo Brasil, a história da educação institucionalizada dos bebês inicia-se com instituições voltadas para o atendimento das populações mais pobres das cidades e está relacionada à industrialização e urbanização. Essa origem explica, em parte, a escassa oferta de Educação Infantil para as populações rurais, até hoje. O estudo debate a trajetória das creches das zonas rurais, analisa alguns dos indicadores educacionais e dados da implantação do Proinfância nessas áreas. As conclusões apontam para os avanços na legislação e a melhoria dos indicadores educacionais nas primeiras décadas desse século, também apresenta o Proinfância como uma alternativa para as zonas rurais, com a oferta de apoio aos municípios na construção de políticas de inclusão dos bebês em creche com maior qualidade de atendimento. Faz-se necessário a afirmação desses bebês como sujeitos de direitos, da sua educação como condição de cidadania e da especificidade da creche nas zonas rurais como direito à diferença.Bebês. Creche. El estudio debate la trayectoria de las guarderías en áreas rurales, analiza algunos de los indicadores educacionales y los datos sobre la implementación de “Proinfância” en estas áreas. Lo studio discute la traiettoria degli asili nelle aree rurali, analizza alcuni degli indicatori e dati educativi sull'attuazione di "Proinfância" in queste aree. Le conclusioni indicano i progressi della legislazione e il miglioramento degli indicatori educativi nei primi decenni di questo secolo, inoltre presenta "Proinfância" come alternativa alle aree rurali, offrendo supporto ai comuni nella costruzione di politiche per l'inclusione dei bambini negli asili nido con una migliore qualità delle cure. L’articolo esamina la salute quale diritto umano fondamentale nelle principali Carte internazionali. Sarà in particolare ricostruito il percorso storico-concettuale che ha portato al riconoscimento della natura complessa e inclusiva del diritto alla salute. Il fallimento delle politiche sanitarie mirate a sconfiggere singole malattie - come avvenuto nel caso della malaria - ha imposto una maggiore attenzione verso i determinanti sociali della salute, dando origine ad un processo che ha portato a concepire la salute quale problema di equità internazionale la cui soluzione richiede la realizzazione di condizioni sociali, economiche e ambientali e la promozione di libertà umane fondamentali. Il diritto a godere del più alto livello di salute ricomprende oltre al diritto all’accesso a cure mediche e a farmaci di qualità, anche la disponibilità di misure igieniche, di corrette informazioni sanitarie e la protezione di libertà fondamentali quali la libertà dall’esclusione sociale e il possesso di titoli per l’accesso concreto alle cure essenziali primarie. Viene proposta una interpretazione dei diversi modelli di giustizia sanitaria elaborati per l’individuazione delle priorità nella utilizzazione delle risorse sanitarie, nella pianificazione degli interventi anche a livello internazionale e per la valutazione dei risultati da questi conseguiti in termini di equità e di protezione dei diritti umani. Sono esaminati gli indicatori e i parametri utilizzati per monitorare la progressiva realizzazione del diritto alla salute e l’efficacia degli interventi internazionali nel promuovere l’accesso universale alle cure con particolare attenzione alle strategie di contrasto delle malattie neglette e della povertà. In particolare viene illustrato il modello delle libertà sostanziali quali “capacitazioni” teorizzato da Amartya Sen e sviluppato da Martha Nussbaum nelle sue possibili applicazioni nell’ambito dell’accesso universale alle cure e delle possibili linee di azione della solidarietà internazionale.----------The aim of this article is to study health as a fundamental right in the main International Charters. We want to underline the historical and conceptual way that led to the recognition of the complex and inclusive nature of right to health. The failure of some sanitary policies supposed to defeat some illnesses – as it happened for malaria fever – obliged to give a better attention towards the social and economic determinants of health and consider the process that led to a new meaning of health: health as a problem of international equity. To realize this goal, is necessary, first of all, to understand social, economic and environmental conditions and to promote fundamental human freedoms. The right to enjoy a good level of health means not only to have the right to access to medical treatments or to high qualities medicines, but also to have a high level of sanitary measures and a correct sanitary information and to enjoy the right of freedom in order to avoid social exclusion and to obtain the access to primaries health treatment. In this article there is a proposal to help a better interpretation of the different models of justice in health care which are supposed to define equity in allocating main resources that are necessary to the international planning of the interventions. The results reached by international health policies are evaluated with regard to equity and protection of human rights. This proposal analyses the indicators and the parameters used to realize and control the progressive realization of the right to health and the impact of the international interventions used in order to promote a universal access to treatments; in particular it examines the strategies used against the neglected tropical diseases. In details it explains the model of substantial freedoms as capabilities, as it has been theorized by Amartya Sen and developed by Martha Nussbaum, used in their possible applications with regards to universal access to treatments and also to feasible international solidarity actions.

Indicators of the quality of the Sharia has a purpose in an effort to standardize the measurement and documentation of application of Islamic values in the service of the patient. Indicators Quality Syariah consists of 8 quality indicators Sharia SPM which consist of reading basmalah in administering drugs and action, hijab mandatory training for patients, for patients, educational fqih Islami, ECG examination according to gender, the wearing of a hijab nursing mothers , the wearing of hijab in the operating room and scheduling operations outside of prayer time. Indicators of the quality of the sharia is another indicator of the quality of compulsory Shariah which consists of mentoring talqin patients breathe death, reminiscent of the time of prayers and the installation of appropriate gender DC. This research aims to know the description of the implementation of the Sharia quality indicators conducted by nurses in inpatient PDHI Yogyakarta Islamic hospital which reflects the implementation of spiritual services to the patient. This research uses descriptive quantitative research design. The population in this study are all the nurses in inpatient care. The respondents of the research as much as 63 respondents obtained with the Total Sampling techniques by observing the exclusion criteria in research. Instrument research using questionnaires. Analysis of univariate data by using a percentage. The results showed of 63 respondents, a total of 6.3% of the respondents the implementation of Sharia in the category quality indicators are lacking, 38.1% of respondents in the category is good enough and as much as 55, 6% in the category either. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is the implementation of a quality indicator of the Sharia Islamic in PDHI Yogyakarta Hospital in the category of good.

La cornice concettuale di riferimento di questo studio č costituita dal costrutto di "umanizzazione", che si declina tramite l'attenzione, in fase di configurazione e allestimento degli spazi, a specifiche esigenze degli utenti, quali il comfort, il senso di accoglienza, l'orientamento e la privacy, al fine di ridurre lo stato di disagio e promuovere la salute degli utenti stessi. Gli obiettivi principali dello studio sono quelli di validare una versione ridotta delle scale di misura per Indicatori di Umanizzazione Ospedaliera Percepita - IUOP (o Perceived Hospital Environment Quality Indicators - PHEQIs) e di confermare l'esistenza di differenze negli IUOP e nella soddisfazione verso il contesto tra ambienti ospedalieri a maggiore vs. minore grado di umanizzazione "oggettiva". I partecipanti allo studio (N = 233) sono pazienti, visitatori e operatori contattati in tre ospedali di Cagliari, in particolare nelle aree di degenza di reparti di Chirurgia Generale che differivano per il grado di umanizzazione fisico-spaziale "oggettiva" (stabilito sulla base di una griglia compilata da esperti di progettazione architettonica). Il compito dei partecipanti consisteva nel compilare un questionario contenente le scale di misura degli IUOP e della soddisfazione globale verso il reparto. I risultati mostrano che al crescere del grado di qualitŕ "oggettiva" degli attributi fisicospaziali del reparto aumentano sia la soddisfazione globale, sia la qualitŕ "soggettiva" percepite dai frequentatori in merito ai vari aspetti, di natura sia fisico-spaziale (cura degli spazi, comfort sensoriale, accoglienza e visuali) sia socio-organizzativa (chiarezza organizzativa, privacy e qualitŕ degli operatori), che caratterizzano il setting.

Primary health centers is a facility that organizes health efforts at the first level to achieve health degrees, but in its implementation is still constrained in realizing standard pharmaceutical services. The purpose of the research is to find out the quality of drug management in Tegal City primary Health Center. This study is a non-experimental descriptive study. The study was conducted throughout the primary health center in Tegal City. Data collection is prospective and retrospective by tracing documents to obtain secondary data and direct observations, interviews of pharmaceutical personnel, heads of primary health centers, and heads of the pharmaceutical section to obtain primary data. The next drug management indicator is done descriptive data analysis by calculating the value of the indicator with the formula then compared to the standard and inter primary health care. Indicators of drug management used 28 and those that meet standard 10. Indicator results include conformity of items with disease patterns 76.39%, planning accuracy 321.10%, the accuracy of the number of requests 169.84%, the storage of narcotics 72.92%, the storage of drugs without contamination 98.97%, the storage of high alert drugs 68.15%, the storage of LASA drugs 87.5%, ITOR 1.87 times /year, the availability of drugs 36.08 months, drug items less than 14.01%, safe drug items 37.94%, excess stock items 41.76%, non-prescribed drugs 4.59% and drug value ED 3.85%. These results show that drug management indicators in Tegal City primary health centers have not been efficient and need improvements ranging from the planning stage to control. Indicators that still need improvement include ITOR and all indicators of drug availability. Things that need to be done to improve indicators that have not been efficient include increasing the number and quality of pharmaceutical human resources in primary health centers, increasing supervision of drug use and control, building communication, and a good organizing culture in primary health centers.

Teacher pedagogic competence has an important role in the quality of learning. Every teacher must be able to master the indicators that exist in pedagogical competence, to achieve the quality of learning. The purpose of this study was to analyze the process of implementing teacher pedagogical competency assessment standards and their impact on the performance of Islamic Religious Education teachers at State Senior High School 1 Tapa. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. Research shows that: 1) the implementation of pedagogical competency assessment standards for Islamic Religious Education teachers has not been carried out by existing indicators. The mismatch was found between the observations of learning and the value of each indicator obtained. Every value from each learning indicator should be an implementation of each learning indicator. 2) there is an overlap in every indicator that exists in other aspects of pedagogical competence, it should be related to each indicator in each aspect. 3) every indicator of pedagogical competence has not been maximally implemented. 4) the impact of the implementation of pedagogical competency assessment standards on the performance of Islamic Religious Education teachers has positive and negative effects both for teachers, students, and schools.

Ciò nonostante non vi è ancora completo accordo sulla sua definizione e misurazione, al punto che da parte di pressoché tutti i ricercatori che si sono cimentati nello studio della qualità della vita vengono rilevate non indifferenti difficoltà metodologiche. Si riscontra tuttavia un generale accordo su alcuni punti fondamentali, con un crescente riconoscimento della soggettività della qualità della vita. Il concetto di qualità della vita si è modificato, infatti, nel corso degli anni da una prospettiva puramente sociologica ed oggettiva di standard di vita ad una prospettiva psicosociale, nella quale è attribuita altrettanta importanza all'aspetto soggettivo di benessere e soddisfazione personale.

This study aims to determine the Quality of Health Services for Inpatients in Classrooms given by the RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanuskota Palangka Raya, to find outpatient satisfaction with the services provided by RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus, Palangka Raya city, to find out how much the influence of the quality of health services for patients hospitalized in the classroom towards patient satisfaction at the RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus in Palangka Raya City. The method used in this study is the Associative Quantitative method. Data collection techniques use questionnaires (questionnaires). The number of samples in this study was 340 people. The sampling technique in this study is a simple random sampling method, which is a random sampling technique regardless of the strata in the population. The results of the analysis using the Pearson product-moment Correlation can get the value of rxy by 0.9870. This shows that the quality of health care for inpatients in the classroom provides a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction in Dr. Doris Sylvanus Hospital. Judging from the tangible indicator has a significant positive effect on product quality indicators consisting of health facilities. Indicator of reliability has a significant positive effect on service quality indicators which consist of service guarantees. Indicators of responsiveness have a significant positive effect on emotional indicators, namely psychological reactions. The assurance indicator has a positive effect on the price indicator, which is a price match

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors of service quality, price and satisfaction of foreign and domestic tourists in the Special Economic Zone of Tanjung Lesung, Pandeglang Municipality, Banten Province. The population consisted of foreign and domestic tourists visiting Tanjung Lesung, while the sample used was accidental sampling, with a total of 140 respondents. The quantitative research method used in this study was the analysis of validity, reliability, t test, F test and R square tests with SPSS software. Service quality has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction in the Special Economic Zone of Tanjung Lesung, Pandeglang Municipality, Banten Province. Tourist attractiveness as the main indicator of service quality compared to other indicators such as destination facilities and accessibility to tourist destinations. Price has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction in the Special Economic Zone of Tanjung Lesung, Pandeglang Municipality, Banten Province. Hotel room prices are the main indicator compared to other indicators such as food and beverages prices, sports equipment rental prices and professional fees for tour guides. Service quality and price together have a significant effect on tourist satisfaction in the Special Economic Zone of Tanjung Lesung, Pandeglang Municipality, Banten Province. The natural scenery of the white sand beach resort with a background of sea waves and the Child of Mount Krakatau is the main indicator of tourist satisfaction compared to other indicators such as several tourist visits, security and safety as well as cleanliness and hygiene.

RSUD Temanggung has an important role and task in ensuring the continuity and quality of health services for the entire Temanggung residence. Hospital accreditation assessment is an effort to improve the quality of health services in hospitals. The Quality and Patient Safety Program (PMKP) is one of the accreditation committees at the RSUD Temanggung that handles hospital quality programs and patient safety incidents. To complete the quarterly work program made by the PMKP committee, data were collected in all units in the Temanggung Hospital. There is a need for a system to collect data in real-time so that the quality of health services at the RSUD Temanggung can be improved. The measured quality indicators are divided into 3 types, namely national quality indicators, priority quality indicators, and unit quality indicators. The system is built with 3 actors, namely admin, nurse, and director. The admin actor acts as a web manager on the access rights menu, the quality indicator menu, and the patient safety incident menu. The nurse actor acts as the manager of the quality indicator data. The director's role is to overview the graph of quality achievement in all units at the RSUD Temanggung. The results of system testing with beta testing instruments for admin actors (87%), nurse actors (88%), and director actors (94%) are based on several parameters to test the system's functionality according to each actor with a very feasible category. In addition to functionality testing, this system was also tested for performance, ease of searching for hospital quality/safety incident data, as well as ease of making and recapitulating quarterly reports by the PMKP committee with a success percentage of 95%.

The purpose of this research is to know the quality of room preparation qualitiy to the guest at the tourism village, Pinge. Data analysis technique which is used is quantitative descriptive analysis technique with SevQual method and importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The result of the analysis which is done by ServQual method if the daifference of the prospect level average and the implementation level average is 0,01, it means very satisfying. While the analysis which is used by Importance – Performance Analysis (AIPA) it is known that from 16 service quality indicator, there are 2 indicators that are very important for the guest but the implementation by the attendant is not satisfied yet and it is on quadrant A (main priority). There are 4 indicators which are on quadrant B (keep the performance) that show the main service element is successfully done by the attendant, so it has to keep up. There are 2 indicators on quadrant C (low priorty) that show some the influence of the indicators are not important but the implemntation by the attendant 13 is not satisfied yet. While there are 6 indicators on quadrant (excessive) that show the less important indicators influencing the guest but the implementation is excessive.

PurposeThe purpose of this study was to explore the relationship of feasibility analysis of health indicators with the microbiological quality of refill drinking water.MethodThe study used a descriptive design with a cross-sectional analytic approach. The dependent variable was the microbiological quality of refill drinking water. The independent variables were the following health indicators: raw water quality, equipment and processing method, operator behavior, and sanitation of depot building. ResultsThere were significant correlations between variables of health indicator, equipment and processing method with E.coli microbiological quality. There was no significant correlation between quality of raw water, behavior of the operator, and sanitation buildings with microbiological quality.ConclusionAlmost fifty percent of DAMIU refill drinking water is not qualified for microbiological quality of coliform and microbiological quality of Escheria coli. The most dominant factors affecting microbiological quality of drinking water refills are equipment and processing.

This study aims to analyze the relevant indicators of spending quality in measuring the quality of regional spending as well as the relationship between the quality of regional spending and the development performance of the regencies/cities of Banten Province. This study uses secondary data from the governance, financial and performance development of the districts/cities of Banten Province between 2009 – 2013. The Data are analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Model (PLS–SEM) using SmartPLS software version 2.0 & SmartPLS version 3.0. The Results show that there are 21 indicators out of 40 indicators that are relevant in measuring the quality of the districts/cities spending in Banten Province. The change of the spending quality map from 2009 to 2013 shows that the quality of North Banten (Tangerang Regency, Tangerang City, Tangerang Selatan, Serang Regency, Serang City and Cilegon City) is better than South Banten (Pandeglang and Lebak). In addition, the estimation results from the model used indicate that the quality of the region spending of Banten Provinve has a positive relationship with the performance of development with the value of the indicator 0,678. The Data are analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Model (PLS–SEM) using SmartPLS software version 2.0 & SmartPLS version 3.0. The Results show that there are 21 indicators out of 40 indicators that are relevant in measuring the quality of the districts/cities spending in Banten Province. The change of the spending quality map from 2009 to 2013 shows that the quality of North Banten (Tangerang Regency, Tangerang City, Tangerang Selatan, Serang Regency, Serang City and Cilegon City) is better than South Banten (Pandeglang and Lebak). In addition, the estimation results from the model used indicate that the quality of the region spending of Banten Provinve has a positive relationship with the performance of development with the value of the indicator 0,678. The research aims to analyse and describe the quality of batik products based on the assumptions and opinions of batik consumers in their purchasing decisions. The type of research used is a qualitative descriptive approach. The population of this research is the number of consumers of Batik An Nisa who use Batik products in 2018. While the sample withdrawal using Slovin formula with 10% precision, the sample obtained as many as 57 people with the technique of random sampling. Method of collecting data using questionnaires. The results showed that from the 7 indicators in variable product quality, the product conformity indicator is on the sub-indicator of the material used good quality shows the score of 198 which is the highest score compared to 6 indicators Other. This is very related to the target market of Batik An Nisa, where the average purchase of the product is a civil servant (PNS) with an income range of 2–3 million rupiah per month. While the lowest score of 156 is obtained on the product feature indicators a diverse pattern of motive sub can affect the quality of the product, with the results quite agreed. This gives the meaning that more motifs are certainly more and more choices of consumers to buy batik in An Nisa UKM, so that the batik become valuable for consumers.

Based on the results of the study, the Quality of Handling Complaints on Violence Against Children and Women of the Central Kalimantan Regional Police PPA Unit is still not optimal, because of the five service quality indicators there are two indicators that have not run well, namely Tangibles, and Responsiveness while the three indicators that have gone well are reliability indicator, Assurance, and Empathy.

Sukodono district is one of the sub-districts in Sidoarjo Regency that has first tried to become a pioneer of internet-based service providers through service innovations File Mlaku dheWe (BMW). The fact shows that the quality of application services is such an important issue given the technical aspects of its implementation. This study aims to analyze the quality of administrative services and the factors that influence the quality of administrative services based on E-Government, especially in the BMW type B application service in Sukodono District. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The population of this study took 21 respondents. This analysis uses the e-GovQual dimensional approach. The analysis technique of this research uses the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method and data processing techniques. The results show (1) The analysis conducted by the researcher using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) shows that of the 35 sub-indicators studied, the quadrant A variable consists of 11 sub-indicators, quadrant B consists of 7 sub-indicators, quadrant C consists of 9 sub-indicator, and quadrant D consists of 8 sub indicators. (2) The results of the analysis of the quality of administrative services based on E-Government on the Mlakau dheWe file application service type B in Sukodono District, Sidoarjo Regency are well implemented.

Small and medium enterprises in Indonesia gave big contributions to create job opportunities for community and increased Gross Domestic Product. Unfortunately, the current SMEs did not get any respect from the government. This is evidenced by many problems that happened with SMEs in Indonesia. Agency Statistic Center conducted survey in 2009 and 2010 and identified causes of the problems are availability of raw materials, financial problem, marketing, fuel or energy, transportation, skills, payment and many others. Formulation of the problems is how to design indicators of innovation that can be used to make policy strategies to solve the problems. The objective of research is to recommend some innovation indicators for spare part in Padang and use the indicators to make innovation policies. Method to determine the ability innovation of spare parts industries is Quality Function Deployment (QFD). The first stage is identify consumer needs. Consumer needs obtained from literatures and interviewed of stakeholders. Then, calculated based on customer importance ratings to obtain critical and non critical indicators. Indicators will be presented into the House of Quality (HOQ). The results of HOQ are determined some strategies by using SWOT analysis. This research result obtained 25 innovation indicators of technology that is divided into three aspects such as technology aspects, design and product quality aspects. Strategy formulation from SWOT analysis result some strategies with 4 categories and among of them are SO strategy (4 strategies), WO strategy (5 strategies), ST strategy (4 strategies), and WT strategy (3 strategies). <p><em>Teacher literacy on teacher quality standards is very important to realize the implementation of quality education. For this reason, through this research, an analysis of the literacy standards of teacher quality has been carried out in order to achieve the success of an education. This study aims to interpret or describe the data accompanied by the achievement of an understanding of teacher quality standards for PAI teachers and non PAI teachers. This research method is descriptive quantitative. Instruments to collect data using questionnaires and interviews. Based on the results of the analysis of literacy data for PAI Teachers and Non PAI Teachers, there are indicators whose presentation qualification scores are lacking, namely the 7th indicator and 6th presentation indicator. The comparison of the percentage of PAI and Non PAI teachers' understanding of teacher quality standards is 82.2% and 78.1%. The results of the triangulation of respondents have two indicators, namely: the 7th indicator from PAI teachers and the 6th indicator from Non PAI teachers, so there needs to be more attention and improvement by schools on the difficulties faced in teacher quality standards.</em></p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Literasi guru terhadap standar mutu guru sangat penting untuk merealisasikan penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang berkualitas. Untuk itu melalui penelitian ini telah dilakukan analisis terhadap literasi standar mutu guru guna mencapai keberhasilan dari suatu pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan penafsiran atau menggambarkan data disertai dengan ketercapaian pemahaman standar mutu guru pada Guru PAI dan Guru Non PAI. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Instrumen untuk mengumpulkan data menggunakan angket dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data literasi Guru PAI dan Guru Non PAI bahwa terdapat indikator yang nilai kualifikasi presentasinya kurang yaitu pada indikator ke-7 dan indikator presentasinya ke-6. Perbandingan persentase pemahaman Guru PAI dan Non PAI terhadap standar mutu guru ialah 82,2 % dan 78, 1 %. Hasil triangulasi responden ada dua indikator yaitu: indikator ke-7 dari Guru PAI dan indikator ke-6 dari Guru Non PAI, sehingga perlu adanya perhatian lebih dan perbaikan oleh sekolah terhadap kesulitan yang dihadapi pada standar mutu guru.</p>

Background: Patient safety is an indicator of hospital service quality. A hospital in Surabaya identified six indicators of patient safety goals. There are two indicators which can not achieve the standard, namely effective communication and infection risk reduction.Aims: This study aims to identify the process improvement that can be done to increase indicator performance by using PDSA cycle.Method: A descriptive observational design was used in this study with a case study and participatory approach. There were 5 subjects selected by purposive sampling. Interview and observation were used to collect data that then were analyzed descriptively. The validity of data was done by triangulation of method, source, and theory.Results: The PDSA results indicated that the cause of the poor indicators performance of both patient safety goals is the poor compliance of the health staffs in carrying out read-back procedure and hand hygiene as written in SOP. It was caused by the lack of knowledge and motivation of the health staffs in implementing the SOP.Conclusion: In conclusion, process improvement can be done by socializing read-back SOP and hand hygiene as well as supervision conducted periodically by managers. Plan stage is one step which should be improved. Commitment in implementing the improvement planning is necessary. In addition, further research on factors that influence compliance should be conducted.Keywords: patient safety, PDSA method, process improvement, quality of hospital

Different countries were successful in different ways in their attempts to contain the spread of the coronavirus, which compromised the health of many people. Stress levels rose and the restrictive measures impacted the citizens' trust in institutions. An important resource for managing crises is a country’s economic growth. Given that the gross domestic product (GDP) per capita is one indicator of economic growth, the goal of this study is to investigate the differences in perceived stress and trust in institutions between European countries categorized into below-average, average and above-average GDP per capita levels during the coronavirus pandemic. The analyses of N = 84,080 participants from 29 countries gathered via an online survey showed that citizens of higher-level GDP per capita countries experienced less stress and had more trust in institutions. Compared to the average level, Croatian citizens experienced somewhat higher stress and had somewhat higher trust in the government’s measures. These results imply that economic growth is one of the country-level factors associated with the quality of managing the coronavirus pandemic.

Education can determine the quality of human resources. The better the quality of education, the more it will determine the direction of improving the quality of its human resources. The high and low level of education of the population can affect the dynamics of change or the quality of socio-economic life of the population of an area so that it is expected to be able to change the mindset of the community towards a more advanced direction. The importance of measuring and calculating the Education indicators in 2019 to see how far the distribution of education is in the Regency/City of East Java Province. The grouping of Education indicators in East Java in the form of APK, APS, APM, highest education completed, average length of schooling and AMH using the Cluster Hierarchy analysis method. By performing descriptive statistical analysis on the data, it can be seen that the population of districts/cities in East Java has various characteristics and quality of education. The growth of formal education at the level of high school education and equivalent has not been evenly distributed in every Regency/City of East Java Province. In the 2019 East Java Province Education indicator data, 2 groups of Regencies/Cities have the same tendency in the indicators. Based on the education indicator group formed, it can be concluded that the Regency/City in group 1 has a high average score on the SD certificate variable, which is 30.5719 compared to group 2, which means that the population aged over 10 years in the Regency/City in group 1 is more who have the last education up to elementary school equivalent. So it is hoped that the East Java Provincial Government will focus more on developing and equalizing the quality of education in the districts/cities included in cluster/group 1 so that the progress and welfare of the people of East Java Province can be achieved.

Using a Purposive sampling technique of Sampling and retrieved samples of as many as 41 companies.Hypothesis test results showed that the quality of financial reporting based accounting is represented with three indicator are persistence and predictability has no effect on the asimetri of information whereas the effect on income smoothing indicator asimetri of information. Further market based financial reporting quality is represented by three indicators, namely the relevance of the value and timeliness of the Asimetri information has no effect while the indicator of conservatism has influence on the asimetri of information.

Background: Medical record units as part of supporting medical services in hospitals have an important role in improving the quality of services in hospitals. The indicator of service quality in hospital is measured by incomplete inpatient medical record files. Based on several studies in various hospitals, the complete of inpatient medical record files is around 70% - 80% from 100%. Based on the preliminary data in action research in PKU Muhammadiyah hospital, there were 60 % incomplete in filling the medical resume from 100% target. There are many things that occurred, one of them are about human resources that is affected by behavior, the implementation of operational standards in filling medical records, punish and reward files. Objective: To review the factors that affect the quality of service in medical record units related to improving the quality of hospital services. Methods: the method of this study used relevant health databases including Scholars by using a combination of terms: hospital service quality indicators, incompleteness in filling medical medical records, quality of medical record services. Results: The result of this study said that there were related between medical record services and quality of hospital services. The quality indicator in the medical record can be able to be measured was the number of incomplete filling in medical record files. This study aims to determine population services in the Karangan District Office and the constraints faced in population services. This research uses a qualitative research type with a descriptive approach, which focuses on population services in the Karangan District Office. The research location was carried out at the Karangan District Office, Trenggalek Regency, East Java by collecting research data through direct observation then conducting interviews and taking documentation as evidence. Based on the results of research conducted on population services at the Karangan District Office, they have met service standards on indicators of conformity to requirements. Information regarding requirements and types of services has been provided widely through the website, the requirements provided have been adjusted to the needs in completing the service process. On the indicator of ease of procedure, ease of service has been given to a one-door system where the flow of document management services is very short and fast. On the speed indicator, the average time needed in the service process is around 5-10 minutes depending on the type of service and the completeness of the requirements. On the indicator of fairness of fees/tariffs in all types of services, there is no charge whatsoever. On the indicator of the ability of officers, it is necessary to increase the competency of service officers related to information technology. The indicators for the quality of infrastructure are sufficient, but there is a need for improvement, especially infrastructure that supports service processes such as air conditioning and computers. In the indicator for handling complaints, service users are still lacking in providing information on filling out the suggestion box and there is no standard operating procedure for handling this resulting in a lack of proper coordination regarding incoming complaints.

SDIT Luqman Al-Hakim International Yogyakarta’s Library has implemented an IBRA V6 automation system in a library services. However, this library still often do the service manually although it is automated. Therefore, evaluation of IBRA V6 automation system in library is needed. This study aims to evaluate the performance of IBRA V6 based library automation system on the circulation section of SDIT Library Luqman Al-Hakim Internasional Yogyakarta. The method of research is a qualitative approach that focuses on the process of circulation, borrowing and return collection. Data collection techniques use observation, interview and documentation. This research is based on service performance theory then formulated with theory of success model of DeLone & McLean system which got 5 indicator from 3 Aspect that is supporting facilities, system quality, operational, service and resultant impact. Of the five indicators are obtained the result that the first indicator of supporting facilities was adequate, but the space was very tightso that the overall service is less. As for other indicators obtained good results, effective and efficient. So the conclusion researchers that the performance of IBRA V6 based library automation system on the circulation process in the library of SDIT Luqman Al Hakim International is good.

This study will look at the performance of banking companies, looking at the relationship between asset quality factors, capital quality to profitability and liquidity as intervening in the banking sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019. This study used the first free variable which is an asset quality variable with indicators namely NPL Gross, NPL Net, and RAPBTTAP. The second free variable is a capital quality variable with indicators namely TIER 1, TIER 2, KPMM and FAtE. Variables are tied to profitability with indicators namely BOPO, ROA, ROE and NIM. Intervening variable is liquidity with indicators namely LDR, LtER and LtTAR. The research sample used is a group of sub-banking sector stocks during the 5-year observation period, starting from 2015 - 2019, which has a complete research indicator report of financial statements, does not conduct a stock split and has indicators of negative profitability ratios of 11 issuers. This form of research is explanatory research and data analysis in this study using Partial Least Square using Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results showed, capital quality variables have a significant effect on liquidity variables, capital quality variables have a significant effect on liquidity variables, Asset quality variables have a significant effect on profitability variables, capital quality has no significant effect on profitability variables, liquidity variables have a significant effect on profitability variables, Asset quality variables and capital quality have no significant effect on variable profitability with liquidity variables as intervening variables.

The National Health Insurance (JKN) is the government's effort to realize Universal Health Coverage (UHC). The capitation system implemented by the Puskesmas has an impact on the crisis of patient confidence in the quality of service obtained. This study was conducted to determine the patient's perception of the capitation system pharmaceutical services at the Demak Health Center. This observational study was conducted on 200 respondents from two puskesmas using the proportionalate random sampling technique. Patient perception data were analyzed with descriptive statistics of frequency distribution. The results of this study indicate that the majority of BPJS Kesehatan patients at the Demak District Health Center are women (69.5%), aged 33-47 years (41%), high school education level/equivalent (46.5%), working as housewives. (30.5%), income 1-2 million (36%), PBI membership status (75.5%). Perceptions of BPJS Health patients at the Demak District Health Center on indicators of high drug quality (83.3%), indicators of moderate amounts of drugs (57%), indicators of high drug availability (75.5%), high drug payment indicators (71.5%) . The conclusion from the results of this study is the patient's perception of "good" on quality indicators, drug availability, and drug payments. However, on the indicator of the number of drugs received, the patient's perception is still in the "moderate/enough" category. The Demak District Health Center needs to make efforts to increase the role of pharmacists in the drug counseling process when patients receive drugs at the Puskesmas.

The implementation of policies related to the fulfillment of the Basic Education SPM which is the authority of the Sleman Regency Government has not yet reached 100%. In the indicator of basic education quality services from the side of access distance has been fulfilled while the indicators of study groups (rombel) have not been fulfilled. In the indicators of basic education quality services in terms of laboratory availability has not been fulfilled while the availability of teacher rooms already meets SPM standards. In basic education quality services in terms of teacher education qualifications, principals and supervisors have been fulfilled, but in terms of teacher qualifications the educator certified has not been fulfilled. Whereas the indicators for the realization of visits by supervisors to educational units are carried out once every month and each visit is carried out for 3 hours to carry out supervision and guidance not fulfilled. Therefore, in order to fulfill SPM Dikdas, it is best to: give sanctions to schools whose number of classes exceeds SPM, allocate funds with the SPM fulfillment priority scale, provide (support to teachers of PPG trainers) and optimize school supervisor performance.

The city of Ambon is a center for the development of education, services, trade and the center of government which can lead to an increase in waste disposal which is increasingly varied and increasing. So that the Ambon City Government issued Regional Regulation Number 18 of 2015 as an umbrella law for managing waste, namely when waste is collected, transported to the Final Disposal Site (TPA) so that good and fast waste management is needed. This research was conducted to measure the quality of community waste management services in Ambon City. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a random sampling approach to 87 research respondents. The conclusions of the study are (1). indicators of socialization of Regional Regulation No. 18 of 2015 Ambon City Government has not yet had incentives to disseminate information to the public. (2). The indicator of the quality of public facilities and infrastructure services assesses that the City Government has not been maximal in preparing the quality of garbage disposal sites in Ambon City.

This reseach was conducted by using the theory of service quality dimensions from Zeithaml-Parasuraman-Berry (1996). Data obtained by distributing 100 questionnaires to Japanese tourists on August 2019. The variable created refers to the role of the front office clerk from Bagiono (2012). Based on SPSS calculations, the accuracy of this research model is 73% at an error rate of 5%. From the results of data processing it is known that the average value of the service quality of front office staff at star hotels in Bali is 4.11 (good). But there are still indicators that are not good, that is, an indicator of Japanese language ability, with an average value of 3.23. Based on the results of exploratory factor analysis of 31 variables, found 7 factors forming the quality of front office staff services, 1) responsiveness with a value (13,916), 2) empathy (2,355), 3) reliability (1,513), 4) tangible (1,486) , 5) assurance (1.29), 6) friendly (1,220), and 7) communication (1,140). The biggest factor influencing the satisfaction of Japanese tourists towards the quality of front office staff services is the responsiveness factor while the lowest factor is the communication factor.

Primary data were obtained from in-depthinterviews of patients, doctors, nurses, administrators, and owners Clinic Hj. Tarpianie Sidoarjo. Basedon the results of the research can be known that first, the overall service quality is good enough thisassessment is based on the five indicators of service quality is only one indicator that gets poor penalaian,while the rest get good penilain, good enough, and very good. Second, patient satisfaction in receivinghealth services at Clinic Hj.Tarpiane also considered satisfactory. This conclusion is based on 3indicators of patient satisfaction. The three obstacles that are possessed by the Clinic are as follows: (1)The management is unable to fulfill the patient's wishes, (2) The services provided are not in accordancewith the competence specification (3) the human resources are still incomplete, (4) which does not matchthe patient's expectations. Abstract This Research was motivated by the complains submitted by tourists regarding the quality of food in Harris Restaurant at Harris Raya Kuta Hotel. The purpose of this research was findout food quality towards tourists satisfaction in Harris Restaurant at Harris Raya Kuta Hotel. The variable used in this research is quality of food and tourists satisfaction. The type of data in this research are qualitative and quantitative data, while the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Method of collecting data are observation, interview, quitionare, documentation, and literature riview. Sampling technique uses quota sampling technique by determining the number of samples using the Slovin’s Formula and obtained as many as 100 samples. Technique of analyzing data used in this research are descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis consisting of descriptive statistical analysis by using a Likert Scale, inferensial statistical consisting of validity test, reliability test and important Performance Analysis.The result indicates that indicators that have given satisfaction to tourists are indicators of maturity level indicator, freshness to make food, portion, and texture. Then the rating of tourists on the quality of food in Harris Restaurant at Harris Raya Kuta Hotel obtained a score of 89,92% or tourists were satisfied with the quality of food in Harris Restaurant at Harris Raya Kuta Hotel. The Human Development Index (HDI) is one of the parameters of success in the development of the quality of human life, besides that at the regional level, the HDI is an indicator of the primary performance measurement and allocation of Regional Incentive Funds in promoting the welfare of the people in the area. In 2020 the Banten Province Human Development Index 72.45 only rose 0.01% compared to 2019, lower than the growth in 2019, which reached 0.68% and is still stuck in the high category (70≤HDI≤80), this indicates the progress of human development in Banten experienced a slowdown, In addition, when compared to the growth of the HDI-forming indicators in 2019, all components that make up the HDI experienced a slowdown in growth except for RLS which experienced growth acceleration of 0.33% from 1.39% in 2019 to 1.72% in 2020. So it is necessary to do a deeper analysis to determine the characteristics of the indicators that make up the HDI in the City as a contributor to the HDI value of the Banten Province so that efforts can be made to increase human development as evidence of improving the welfare of the people in the Banten Province. The K-Means Cluster method is used to group cities in Banten Province based on similar characteristics in terms of the HDI compiler indicators, including Life Expectancy at Birth, Expected Years of Schooling, and Average Length of School in, and Expenditure per Capita. Based on the results of the analysis obtained three clusters consisting of cities with similar characteristics in each cluster. Cluster 1 is a City with a low HDI indicator consisting of Pandeglang, Lebak, Serang. Cluster 2 is a City with a medium HDI indicator consisting of Tangerang, Cilegon, Serang City. Cluster 3 has a high HDI indicator consisting of Tangerang City and South Tangerang City. After obtaining City information based on the characteristics of each cluster, then the Banten Provincial government can provide direction and policies to each City in Clusters 1 and 2 to be able to develop activity programs with more attention to the HDI compiler indicators so that the Human Development Index in the City can increase

Patient or customer satisfaction is the level of consumer feelings after comparing what he received and his expectations. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of satisfaction of outpatients with respect to pharmaceutical services at the pharmacy installation of Langit Golden Medika Sarolangun Hospital using 5 (five) dimensions of service quality, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and Tangible Evidence This type of research is a descriptive non-experimental research. Observational data collection techniques with the criteria of outpatients and patients' families who redeem prescriptions, patients who can communicate well, and patients who can read and write. The results of these 5 (five) dimensions state patient satisfaction at a hospital pharmacy installation. This study was conducted by means of patients filling out questionnaires and then calculating the percentage of patient satisfaction with the indicators studied. Based on the calculation of the level of patient satisfaction on the Reliability indicator of 78.43%, the Responsiveness indicator of 80.13%, the Assurance indicator of 79.24%, the Empathy indicator of 80.76%, the Direct Evidence indicator of 79.22%.

Nearly the end of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) era, it emerges some ideas to refined international agreed development goals. Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) has been one of the ideas. In this study, sustainable development is defined as the balance of economic, social and environmental development. The achievement of sustainable development is measured by using two different approaches, partial and composite indicators. Composite index calculation using seven phases starting from the theoretical framework to disseminate.Partial development indicator describes progress in economic and social dimensions. However, the progress in these areas a proximally puts some pressure on the environment. Sustainable Development Index (IPB), which is a composite of GDP, HDI and IKLH (Environmental Quality Index) also delivers the same message. By selecting a balance scenario as the chosen one among all development dimensions, it started that the sustainable development in Indonesia has just reached about two-thirds of the maximum target. The hight progress achieved in both economic and social development has finally to be corrected by degradation in environment.

In general this research aims at knowing tourist perception toward the service provided by the small (melati) hotels around Ubud area; knowing the most influential indicators toward the service of small (melati) hotels in Ubud area. Total samples of the research area 38 melati hotels, while total of respondents are 399 tourists. Researched variables/indicators are 21 indicators wich are related to service dimensions (servqual), namely direct form/proof dimensions tangible, reliability, responsivenees, assurance, and empathy. Analysis applied for this research is the frequency distribution to know how important or how good the service is offered, and performance-importance analysis to rank all the quality determining variables and to indentify actions.The result of servqual analysis shows that all variables/indicators indicate satisfying performances, in which average scores of perception (performance) are bigger than average scores of expectation (necessity) which means satisfied. Therefore, it can be said that guests staying at melati hotels in Ubud area state that the hotel services are satisfying. The result of the importance-performance analysis shows that from 21 variables/indicators evaluated, none of the service indicator exists on quadrant 1 (main priority), 10 service indicators exist on quadrant 2 (maintain achievement), 8 indicators exist on quadrant 3 (low priority), and 3 indicators exist on quadrant 4 (excessive). Whereas, the service indicators of melati hotels which are most influential according to guest evaluation, are such those shown in quadrant 2, namely: commitment realization, sympathetic attitude towards guests, service offered rightly, service offered at the time agreed, accurate noting system, staff willing to assist guests, reliable staff, comfortable feeling on transaction, friendly attitude of staff, and well-knowledgeable staff.
