Résumé :
It is important and difficult to identify the Hazard before a disaster happen because disaster often happens suddenly. This paper proposes a new method – State Transition Graph, which based on visual data space reconstruction, to identify hazard. The change process of the system state movement from one state to another in a certain period is described by some state transition graphs. The system state, which is safe or hazard, could be distinguished by its state transition graphs. This paper conducted experiments on single-dimension and multi-dimension benchmark data to prove the new method is effectiveness. Especially the result of stimulation experiments, based on the Yangtze River tunnel engineering data, showed that state transition graph identifies hazard easily and has better performances than other method. The State transition graph method is worth further researching.

Résumé :
The components of complex compounds containing transition metals play a significant role in regulating the nutraceutical ability for disease prevention and treatment. The bonding of complex molecules with transition metals allows energy to be transferred between complex compounds that enter the body and systems within the body. The aim of this research was to investigate the composition of complex chemical components including transition metals used in the processing of M. champaca flowers for potential nutraceuticals. Transition metal identification (XRF), compound identification (LC-MS), functional group identification (FTIR), crystal character identification (XRD), particle surface morphology identification (SEM), particle size identification (PSA), and identification of physicochemical characters of Niacin complex with transition metals (SwissADME) are among the stages of the study. The results showed that the highest type of transition metal was Fe, containing to 0.42%, Niacin group compounds identified were Nicotinic acid and Nicotinamide, in the region 505 - 405 cm-1, there is a transition metal bond with a Fe (Fe - O) functional group, solid particles in M. champaca microparticles were amorphous, peak peaks at an angle of 2ɵ 19,83°, Particle morphology is similar to powder on its surface, particles measuring 208.20 µm. The physicochemical properties of the Niacin complex with transition metals demonstrate that niacin group chemicals have different effects on nicotinic acid and nicotinamide. These complex chemicals are generally easily absorbed by body systems. Since the synthesis of niacin complexes with transition metals has improved physicochemical properties, it could be employed as a possible nutraceutical candidate.

Résumé :
Relaxor ferroe lee tries are classified by broad or diffuse transitions from their high temperature paraelectric (non-polar phase) to their low temperature ferroelectric phase. This is in contrast to conventional ferroelectrics such as PbTiO3 that show discrete ferroelectric transitions characterized by Curie-Weiss behavior in the dielectric susceptibility near the Curie transition temperature Tc. For relaxor ferroelectrics, the transition has a breadth on the order of 100°C The polarized domains normally show complex nanoscale mottled contrast in either bright field or dark field, two-beam or systematic row scattering contrast images; as an example, this contrast is shown in Fig. 1. The nanoscale contrast appears to be intimately associated with the relaxor phase; however, the physical origins of the contrast remain unclear. It is known that in classical treatments of ferroelectrics, the polarization and strain are the primary order parameters for the paralelectric-ferroelectric phase transition. For classical first order ferroelectric transitions, such as in PbTiO3 or BaTiO3, there is a concurrently spontaneous polarization and strain. However, these order parameters need not be directly coupled, and it may be possible that through the relaxor transition, strain and polarization are uncoupled. In this experimental effort we will demonstrate techniques that separate strain contrast from structure factor contrast, the latter being associated with polarization or compositional fluctuations.

Résumé :
The classical communication capacities of quantum Pauli channels with memory (correlation) are known to exhibit a transition effect. We revisit this phenomenon from the standpoint of the functionally analogous task of Pauli channel correlation identification. We treat the complete class of Pauli channels with correlation and determine the maximum quantum Fisher information achievable both with pure separable channel probe states and with maximally entangled bipartite probe states. A comparison of these Fisher informations reveals four distinct classes of Pauli channels and shows that only those channels that exceed a certain parametric threshold exhibit a transition effect. For those Pauli channels that exhibit this effect, the threshold at which it occurs has a simple analytic expression.

Résumé :
The coordination chemistry of the biologically active cefotaxime sodium and, in particular, the mode of its interaction with some metal ions of electronic configuration d0 (alkaline earth) and others, Zn(II), Pb(II), and Ce ions with the electronic configuration d10 has been investigated. Seven complexes were synthesized, isolated in the solid-state, and characterized by elemental analyses, conductivity measurements, IR and UV/VIS spectra, as well as thermal analyses. Based on the obtained experimental data and literature, the structural formulae to these complexes were suggested and formulated as [Mg(cef)2].2H2O (1), [Ca(cef)2].2H2O (2) [Sr(cef)2].2H2O (3), [Ba(cef)2].2H2O (4), [Zn(cef)2(H2O)2] (5), [Pb(cef)2(H2O)2].4H2O (6) and [Ce(cef)2(H2O)2].3H2O (7). The data obtained show that cefotaxime interacted with metal in a molar ratio of 2:1, respectively. Cefotaxime bonded to metal ions in the anionic form as a bidentate ligand through the lactam carbonyl (C=O) and the carboxylate group (COO-). Tetrahedral and octahedral shapes were proposed as the most likely geometries associated with a metal having such electronic configurations. The absorption bands observed in the electronic spectrum of free cefotaxime are also observed with some shifts in the spectra of its complexes, indicating their formation. The absorption bands of free cefotaxime and its complexes were assigned to electronic transitions. The thermal analyses date strongly support the structures proposed for the complexes and indicate the formation of the corresponding metal oxide as a final decomposition product.

Résumé :
Transition out of a career in sports has been suggested as being a difficult and disruptive process for many athletes. An early and enduring identification, familiarity, and preference for the role of athlete may cause its loss to be a significant stressor for the elite, Olympic, or professional athlete. The purpose of this paper is to describe the various aspects of the career transition process in sports, beginning with early identification with the role of athlete and continuing through retirement from active participation in competitive sports. Athletes are often poorly prepared for the off-time event of leaving sports, and traditional theories of retirement may not be suitable. People associated with athletes (coaches, peers, management, family members, and sport psychologists) and athletes themselves need to be aware of the potential for difficulty during their career transition.

In 1979, excavations in the eastern cemetery of Pella brought to light, among other finds, a small clay disc that depicts a three-headed deity. This rare object was found with several vases and figurines that allow its dating in the early Hellenistic period. In this article, after a short description of the find, and an examination of its context, special emphasis is given to the identification of the depicted deity and her most probable relation with the goddess Hekate. The clay disc possibly had a magic-protective character related with the passage of the dead to the underworld.

Résumé :
This paper deals with the problem of identifying a Petri net that models the unobservable behavior of a system from the knowledge of its dynamical evolution. We assume that a partial Petri net model that represents the observable behavior of a system is given in which all the transitions are observable. An identifier monitors the system evolution and records the observed transition sequence (and possible corresponding markings). Some unobservable transitions modeling the unknown system behavior are identified from the transition sequence by formulating and solving integer linear programming problems. These identified unobservable transitions together with the given partial Petri net model characterize the whole system, including observable and unobservable behavior. Two different cases are considered. First, we assume that no place is observable. In such a case, a transition sequence is observed only during the evolution of the system. Second, we assume that a subset of places is observable; i.e., the observation contains not only the transition sequence but the corresponding markings as well. Hence an additional constraint should be imposed on the unobservable transition in the related programming problems according to the observed markings such that a more authentic unobservable transition can be found.

Résumé :
The instability of single-phase grounding faults makes it difficult to track the fault development process accurately. In this paper, a transition conductance tracking method for single-phase grounding fault identification is established to perceive the health state of the distribution network. To solve the situation that the insulation parameters of the neutral ungrounded system are difficult to obtain, a phase-shift method is proposed to measure the insulation parameters accurately. Based on the measurement results of insulation parameters, a transition conductance tracking model is constructed to monitor the changes of transition conductance in real time. Since the transition conductance varies steadily, it can be used as an important parameter to evaluate the development of a single-phase grounding fault. The innovative tracking method is verified by the simulation model, and the error analysis shows that the tracking error of transition conductance is less than 9%. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method can track the development of grounding faults effectively and give a quick warning to the operator. The fault identification theory adopted in this paper is not limited by the neutral grounding mode and especially can be applied to situations where the neutral point parameters are not adjusted.

There is stated a threat of periodic blackouts, which will be impossible to control. There has been carried out the study aimed to assess the risks of projects of transition to the consumption of renewable electricity. The general scientific methods of comparative analysis, collection and study of information sources, statistical data analysis and synthesis were used. The brainstorm method was used to identify risks. The relevance and directedness of the modern energy industry development has been proved, taking into account the global environmental trends. A SWOT analysis of the distribution and use of renewable energy was carried out. The damage and probability of the main risks of projects of transition to the consumption of renewable electricity are identified and assessed. There have been proposed the methods of risk management of projects of transition to the consumption of renewable electricity. A complete transition to renewable electricity consumption is found impossible for Russia due to high natural, technological, investment, legal and business risks. There is expected a high probability of technological risks affecting the construction of renewable energy generating structures and their connection to the energy system. It has been inferred that for the country’s energy system, its high level of reliability and the ability to switch to backup power sources at any time are important

Résumé :
ABSTRACT This study identified potential blood markers associated with mastitis in dairy cows under different dry therapies during the transition period, using a logistic regression model. Thirty-four Holstein dairy cows were divided into three groups: untreated controls (13 cows, 42 quarters); animals that received an antimicrobial at drying-off (10 cows, 40 quarters); and animals that were administered an internal teat sealant at drying-off (11 cow, 44 quarters). Blood and quarter milk samples were collected 60 days before the expected day of calving, on the day of calving, and three, seven, 15, 21, and 30 days after calving. Milk samples were submitted for bacteriological analysis and somatic cell count. Blood samples were collected for analyses of the following: the erythrogram and leucogram; plasm fibrinogen concentration; hepatic and renal functions; metabolic profile; serum calcium and phosphorous levels; total serum protein and albumin concentrations. The concentration of total serum proteins was associated with a high somatic cell count. Similarly, the concentrations of total serum proteins and triglycerides were associated to milk bacteriological positive samples during the transition period. Thus, the occurrence of mastitis in dairy cows during the transition period was greater in animals that showed higher concentrations of serum total proteins and triglycerides, in contrast to the use of dry cow therapy.
