Résumé :

Cough is one of the most common symptoms of acute respiratory viral infections in childhood. In the treatment of acute respiratory infections accompanied by cough in children, the main task is to stop the cough by improving the rheological properties of bronchial secretions for their early withdrawal. Cough can be effectively treated only by improving the discharge of mucus from the respiratory tract. For this purpose, mucoactive drugs are used: secretolytics, capable of thinning mucus (mucolytic action), and secretomotor drugs, which improve its output (expectorant effect). Among the many mucoactive drugs in pediatrics, preference is given to herbal drugs, which have a milder expectorant effect compared to synthetic drugs, and are better tolerated. On the Ukrainian pharmaceutical market there is Gederin Ivy Syrup, a preparation with ivy extract. Among the complex of effects of the ivy leaf extract (expectorant, secretolytic, anti-inflammatory), the unique action that distinguishes it from other herbal and synthetic drugs is bronchospasmolytic one. Taking this into account, preparations with ivy extract can be recommended for respiratory infections accompanied by obstruction. These can be both acute and chronic conditions occurring with reversible narrowing of the airways. Due to its natural composition, the drug is safe. Side effects from Gederin Ivy syrup are very rare. In patients with hypersensitivity to the components of the drug some allergic reactions (mainly rash), as well as gastrointestinal disorders are possible. It should not be administered to patients suffering from fructose intolerance. Sorbitol, which is a component of the syrup, can cause a slight laxative effect. Thus, the combination of such effects of ivy extract in the preparation Gederin Ivy – expectorant (mucokinetic and secretolytic), bronchospasmolytic and anti-inflammatory – predetermines its expressive clinical efficacy in the treatment of cough, as well as good tolerance. And this allows it to be widely used in the complex therapy of bronchitis in pediatric practice. No conflict of interest was declared by the authors. Résumé :

Acute respiratory infections (ARI, commen cold) are the most common infection diseases in children. They account for up 75% of all cases of respiratory diseases. In most cases, ARI are selfterminating diseases that require only symptomatic treatment. The most common symptom of ARI is cough. In outpatient practice justified the use of herbal medicine. As an antisussive well eastablished syrup Gedelix. The effectivnesses of the medicine, the possibility of accuracy dosing, pleasant taste facilitate it use in children.

Résumé :

Acute bronchitis is an infectious inflammatory disease of the lower respiratory tract which occurs at any age. The main symptom of acute bronchitis is non-productive (dry) or productive (wet) cough. The main goal in treating acute bronchitis with productive cough is to increase expectoration, including with the help of mucoactive drugs. In clinical practice, herbal medicines are increasingly used to eliminate symptoms of the disease and to suppress inflammation. The advantage of herbal coughs medicines is that various compounds of herbal ingredients are able to enhance the desired effects and neutralize side effects. Among the numerous expectorant herbal preparations, only a few, namely, preparations of common ivy, thyme and primrose, have the most complex effect: they increase mucus secretion and motility, reduce respiratory tract tone and inhibit inflammation. A comparative pharmacoeconomic analysis of medicines based on ivy extract in the form of syrup which are available on the pharmaceutical market showed that treatment with Gederin Ivy Syrup is the optimal from a pharmacoeconomic point of view. The combination of such effects of ivy extract in the preparation Gederin Ivy, as expectorant (mucokinetic and secretolytic), bronchospasmolytic and anti-inflammatory, predetermines its pronounced clinical efficacy for the treatment of cough, as well as good tolerance, allow it to be widely used in the complex therapy of bronchitis in pediatric practice. Résumé :

Studies conducted as part of the Federal target program “Research and Development in Priority Directions for the Development of the Russian Science and Technology Complex for 2014–2020”, showed high efficiency of interaction of calculated norms of mineral fertilizers with modern bioagents RECB-50B, RECB-95B and adaptogenic drugs. At the same time, the actual yield of spring rapeseed of the Gedemin variety exceeds the planned one (3 t/ha) by 9.3–12.3 %, respectively, the chemical load on the environment is reduced and the cost of production of oilseeds is reduced.

O presente artigo tem como objetivo problematizar questões de gênero e identidades através de propostas artísticas como o livro de artista, a fotografia e a música. Sugere-se que as artes permitem a experimentação de linguagens e estéticas que cativam a percepção tanto real quanto imaginária, ressignificando categorias identitárias. E que essas percepções constituem disparadores de sentidos que modificam os relacionamentos de si e entre si. Utilizam-se os estudos queer e feministas, recorrendo a autoras como Glória Anzaldúa, Judith Butler, Beatriz Preciado e Teresa De Lauretis, entre outras. Estudam-se as práticas artísticas que estão sendo realizadas e discutidas pelo Grupo de Pesquisa de (Des)configurações e Subjetivações em Artes (GEDESA), do Curso de Artes Visuais da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria, no qual atuam artistas, acadêmicas e arte-educadoras.

Résumé :

In dit artikel zal een antwoord worden gegeven op de centrale vraagstelling wat het effect is van het gebruik van auditsoftware op de kwaliteit van de accountantscontrole. Op basis van een quasi-experiment is onderzocht of bepaalde auditsoftware-gerelateerde controlemaatregelen in de opinie van accountants effectiever zijn voor het vinden van afwijkingen in de verantwoording dan niet-auditsoftwaregerelateerde controlemaatregelen. Kwaliteit van de accountantscontrole is in dit onderzoek gedefi nieerd als de mate waarin afwijkingen in de verantwoording het meest effectief worden ontdekt. Uit het empirisch onderzoek is gebleken dat het gebruik van auditsoftware de kwaliteit van de accountantscontrole vergroot. Voorts blijkt uit het onderzoek dat gemiddeld een derde van de 243 respondenten de beschreven auditsoftware-gerelateerde maatregelen in de praktijk niet toepast. Dit impliceert dat accountants nog een kwaliteitsslag kunnen maken door middel van het (ruimer) inzetten van auditsoftware in de accountantscontrole.

Was ist eigentlich Postkolonialisierung und wer will sie? Das Wort finde ich in keinem meiner Wörterbücher; auch habe ich es niemals in einem populären Aufstand gesehen. Was auch immer es bedeuten mag, Postkolonialisierung ist kein politisches Transparent, das bei Demonstrationen auf der Straße getragen wird, im Gegensatz zu den vielfarbigen Fahnen, die dem Liberalismus, Nationalismus, Faschismus sowie Anarchismus, Marxismus, Feminismus oder Antiimperialismus und Antikolonialismus verschrieben sind. Denn die letzteren sind nicht nur theoretische Diskurse, die von einer Handvoll traditionellen Intellektuellen propagiert wurden, sondern vielmehr politische Vorstellungen, die Millionen in aller Welt – auf Gedeih und Verderb – mobilisiert haben. In diesem Sinn betrachtet, besteht ein großer Unterschied zwischen dem antiimperialistischen und antikapitalistischen Antikolonialismus geprägt von Aimé Césaire, Frantz Fanon oder C. L. R. James, der die emanzipatorischen Bestrebungen der Verdammten dieser Erde genährt hat, und der von Stephan Lanz genannten Postkolonialisierung – die bestenfalls ein methodologisches Objekt ohne ein politisches Subjekt ist.

Een groot aantal organisaties functioneert in een complexe omgeving, waarin veel, vaak wisselende en onvoorspelbare factoren een rol spelen. Activiteiten binnen organisaties en tussen de partijen waarmee de organisatie een relatie heeft, moeten veelal op elkaar afgestemd zijn. Dat is een moeilijke opgave, vooral als vooraf niet bekend is welke factoren bij deze activiteiten een rol spelen, wanneer deze veranderen, en waar en hoe ze succesbepalend voor de afstemming zijn. Veel hoop is gevestigd op ICT-systemen, omdat van oudsher in de klassieke coördinatietheorie het coördinatieprobleem gedefi nieerd is als ‘een-gebrek-aan-informatie probleem’. Het wrange is voor veel organisaties dat juist (grote) ICT-systemen de organisatie maar beperkt en vaak sjabloonmatig ondersteunen in coördinatiekwesties. In dit artikel werken we de stelling uit dat in veel gevallen ICT wordt ingezet, terwijl geen zinvol resultaat kán worden bereikt. Door beter inzicht in situaties waarin ICT wel of (nog) niet effectief kan worden ingezet, zal minder geld worden weggegooid, minder tijd worden verknoeid en minder managementaandacht worden verspild.

Schlafatemstörungen bei Kindern haben unterschiedlichste Ursachen. Beim Neugeborenen, insbesondere dem Frühgeborenen, ist es die unreife zentrale Regulation, die zu Apnoen und Bradycardien führt. Therapeutische Maßnahmen nach der Geburt sind bei Extrem-Frühgeburten und schwer kranken Neugeborenen üblich. In den ersten zwei bis drei Lebensmonaten kann eine solche Atem-Unreife persistieren und gefährdete oder symptomatische Säuglinge werden häufig abgeklärt und therapiert oder zuhause monitorisiert. Im Kleinkindes- und Vorschulalter findet man bei jedem zehnten Kind ein lautes Schnarchen und bei jedem fünften Schnarchkind ist dies der Ausdruck einer erheblichen oberen Atemwegsobstruktion. Ursache (oder mitbeteiligt) ist meist eine Adeno-Tonsillen-Hyperplasie, daneben kommen auch kraniofaziale Missbildungen und ZNS-Probleme infrage. Beim Kinde führen diese Obstruktionen nebst den teils eindrücklichsten Anstrengungen beim Atmen und der Unruhe im Schlaf mehrheitlich zu Tagesproblemen wie Hyperaktivität, Verhaltensstörungen, Gedeih- und Entwicklungsstörungen. Eine exzessive Tagesmüdigkeit ist selten. Alle Säuglinge mit «auffallender Atmung» (Atemgeräusche, Apnoen, Zyanose oder Blässe) und Kinder mit starkem Schnarchen und zusätzlichen Auffälligkeiten sollten abgeklärt und wenn nötig einer Therapie zugeführt werden. Die Adenotonsillektomie beim Vorschulkind führt meist zur Behebung (oder mindestens Besserung) der Probleme.

Résumé :

The article presents, according to a comparative assessment, the results of effectiveness of the interaction of calculated mineral fertilizers with various bioagents and adaptogenic preparations in spring rape crops. The studies were conducted on the experimental field of Chistopol State Breed Center of the Republic of Tatarstan. The following strains of microorganisms were used in the studies: RECB-95 B (Bacillus subtilis); RECB-50V (Bacillus spp.). Seed treatment with the aforementioned bioagents was carried out on the day of sowing, and foliar top dressing was performed in the phase of 3-4 pairs of real spring rape leaves. The predecessor of the research object was pure steam. In the experiment, a cultivar of Gedemin spring rape of the Belarusian selection was cultivated. Mineral fertilizers were applied as a general background before sowing with the expectation of a planned productivity of 3.0 tons per hectare of oilseeds of the studied crop. The repetition of the experiment is fourfold, the plot area is 32 m2. To reduce the chemical load on the environment, to save money, to fully realize the potential possibility of calculated norms of mineral fertilizers on leached chernozems of the Republic of Tatarstan in order to obtain 3.28-3.37 tons per hectare of oilseeds of spring rape, it is recommended to pre-sow seeds with strains of RECB-50 In (2.0 litres per ton) or RECB-95 V (2.0 litres per ton) in combination with foliar application in the phase of 3-4 pairs of real leaves with the same strains (norm 1.0 litres per hectare consumption) with the addition of an adaptogenic drug.

Introduction. Viral infection is the main cause of damage to the ciliated epithelium of the nasal cavity mucosa, which in turn leads to disruption of mucociliary transport, increased viscosity and mucus hypersecretion in the sinuses and deceleration of its evacuation. Smokers suffer from chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, in particular obstructive bronchitis. Their cough symptom complex sharply increases in acute respiratory viral infection (ARVI), especially when the mucociliary airway system is affected. The etiotropic treatment of this combined pathology is a therapy capable of affecting the entire mucociliary system of the upper and lower respiratory tract, including a drug based on ivy leaf extract, with the active ingredient of the saponin group.Aim of the study. To determine the effectiveness of phytopreparation in preventing exacerbation of chronic bronchitis of smokers in patients with acute viral rhinosinusitis.Materials and methods. Complex examination of 20 active smokers suffering from acute viral rhinosinusitis (AVR), including computed tomography of the lungs, was conducted. The randomized study included the use of phytopreparations in the complex therapy of acute rhinosinusitis in patients with obstructive bronchitis.Results and discussion. Use of medicines based on ivy extract in the complex treatment of acute rhinosinusitis in smokers allowed to achieve reduction of AVR symptom complex complicated by exacerbation of chronic bronchitis by the 5th day of the disease. Dynamics of cough complaints reduction in comparison groups reflects the beneficial effect of ivy extract in smokers with ARVI, complicated by AVR, and in the absolute majority of cases allows avoiding bacterial complications.Conclusion. The conducted study proved the effectiveness of Gedelix in the complex treatment of viral acute rhinosinusitis in smokers. In the absolute majority of cases (80% of the total number of patients in the group) it was possible to avoid long-term exacerbation of chronic bronchitis and bacterial complications.

O uso da “curiosidade de gênero”, colocada no horizonte dos estudos sobre Segurança Internacional por autoras feministas, gera constante tensão nas bases das Relações Internacionais. O conflito Rússia-Ucrânia constitui um exemplo da necessidade de se olhar para as guerras a partir de lentes de gênero que questionem os papéis sociais de mulheres e homens nesses processos que deterioram profundamente o tecido social. O Iaras, Núcleo de Estudos de Gênero do Grupo de Estudos de Defesa e Segurança Internacional (Iaras-GEDES), apresenta aqui um esforço coletivo para discorrer sobre as diversas narrativas em torno das mulheres em situações de conflito, destacando as contribuições das abordagens que utilizam o gênero como uma categoria de análise nos debates sobre segurança internacional. A pergunta ‘onde estão as mulheres na guerra russo-ucraniana?’ serve como guia para analisar as complexidades do conflito, suas particularidades e a identificação dos papéis sociais que mulheres e homens, como anuncia uma ampla literatura, tendem a desempenhar em situações de conflito armado. Entre as imagens de vítimas e combatentes, existe um amplo espectro de tarefas e funções realizadas por mulheres de ambos os países, atuações que rompem as amarras dos estereótipos de gênero que moldam os olhares tradicionais da disciplina.

Résumé :

Respiratory diseases persistently lead in the structure of general morbidity in both children and adolescents. Acute respiratory infections are the most common among them. Interest of pediatricians to phytotherapy is not accidental and is due to the fact that it has a mild therapeutic effect, enhances the effectiveness of complex therapy, has few side effects. Of particular interest are herbal remedies containing ivy extract (Hedera helix), the active ingredients are mainly found in ivy leaves, they are biologically active substances: Triterpene saponins, glycosides, also contain carbohydrates, essential oils, steroids, phenolcarboxylic acids, coumarins, flavonoids, carotenoids, tocopherols (vitamin E), B and C vitamins, tannins, phytoncides. Ivy preparations are prescribed as an expectorant in the treatment of infectious and inflammatory diseases of the upper and lower respiratory tract due to their proven multidirectional effects: secretolytic, mucolytic, bronchospasmolytic. They also have anti-inflammatory, reparative, antioxidant effects.This article presents a clinical example of an officinal ivy-based preparation used in the treatment of a 3.5 year old patient diagnosed with acute respiratory viral infection. Temperature increased to 38 °C, runny nose; on the second day of illness the temperature remained subfebrile and a dry cough appeared. Nasal vasoconstrictor drops and oral acetylcysteine were prescribed, but there was no relief. On the third day of the illness, against the background of subfebrile temperature, the cough persisted, single dry rales were heard in the lungs, wheezing appeared during physical exertion. Acetylcysteine was withdrawn and replaced by ivy-based drops (16 drops 3 times a day orally after meals in a small amount of water). After 2 days the cough was moist, the sputum was easily expectorated, the wheezing in the lungs was almost gone, there was no more wheezing and the temperature was normal. By the sixth day of treatment the cough was gone and the girl had almost recovered. Nevertheless, Gedelix was continued for another 4 days. Prospective results and detailed study of the effects of herbal preparations on the basis of ivy extracts served as the basis for their recommendation as a complex therapy of cough in children.

T eknologi var et helt centralt tema for arbejdslivsforskningen i 1970'erne og 80'er ne. Forskningen var stærkt inspireret af marxismen. Marx' studier viser på forbilledlig vis, hvordan teknologien transformerer ar bejdet, og i Marx' perspektiv er produktionsmidlernes udvikling også afgørende for sam fundsformen, herunder for etablering af forskellige klasser-som hans berømte citat illustrerer: "The hand-mill gives you society with the feudal lord; the steam-mill with the industrial capitalist" (Marx 1955). Den teknologiske udvikling var overskriften for en bred forskningsindsats, der arbej dede med temaer som kvalifi kationer, overfl ødiggørelse og arbejdsmiljø. Det var en kritisk forskning med udgangspunkt i de aktuelle samfundsforhold. 1970'erne og 80'erne var bå de her og i andre industrialiserede lande præ get af arbejdskonfl ikter. Konflikter omkring indførelse af ny teknologi førte til, at grund laget for hele fag forsvandt, og det skab te diskussioner af den dekvalificering og overfl ødiggørelse, som den teknologiske ud vikling medførte, eksempelvis på dagblade og bryggerier. Andre konflikter handlede om det nedslidende og skadelige arbejdsmiljø, som var følgen af den teknologiske ud vikling. Fagkritiske rapporter såsom Malerrapporten fra 1972 er et godt eksempel herpå. Et fjerde tema blev bragt på dagsordenen med Harry Bravermans arbejde og monopolkapital. Han pegede på, at teknologiudviklingen ikke kun handlede om økonomisk rationalisering, men snarere om arbejdsgiverens for søg på at vinde kontrol over arbejdet på bekostning af arbejderne (Braverman 1974). Også denne forståelse havde resonans i samtidens konfl ikter. Typografkonfl ikten kunne i høj grad ses som dagbladejernes forsøg på via indførelse af ny teknologi at bryde typografernes magtpositioner. Kritikken af teknologideterminismen betødet nyt vendepunkt for forskningen i teknologi og arbejde. Den tyske industrisociologi— med Kern & Schumann (1970) som prominente figurer-havde været inspirationskilde for megen dansk forskning. Den var præ get af en forestilling om at man ud fra stu dier af den teknologiske udvikling kunne udsige konsekvenserne for arbejdet-og var altså teknologideterministisk. Denne de terminisme blev imidlertid modsagt af em piriske undersøgelser. Først og fremmest blev David Nobles studier af, hvordan NCC maskiner udvikledes i en politisk proces banebrydende (Noble 1979). Med teknologideterminismens 'død' åbnedes nye horisonter for forskning. Résumé :

This article explores the history of Vodou from outlawed African dance to revolutionary magic to depoliticized national Haitian religion and popular dance, its present reduction to Diaspora interpersonal healing, and a possible future. My first section, on Kate Ramsey’s The Spirits and the Law: Vodou and Power in Haiti, reveals Vodou as a sociopolitical construction of racist legal oppression of Africana dances rituals, and artistic-political resistance thereto. My second section, on Karen McCarthy Brown’s Mama Lola: A Vodou Priestess in Brooklyn, a “postmodern ethnography” of intersectional oppressions and Black female Haitian resistance in the Diaspora, foregrounds the figure of Gedelia, a feminist variant on Papa Gede, central Vodou spirit ( lwa) of resurrection and healing. Finally, my last section, on the “observing participant” analyses of Black dance anthropologist Yvonne Daniel’s Dancing Wisdom: Embodied Knowledge in Haitian Vodou, Cuban Yoruba, and Bahian Candomblé, finds a dancing Gedelia in her centering of Oyá, a warrior spirit of storms and death. On this basis, I propose the figure of tornadic black angels as a possible magical tool (in Vodou, a pwen, or “point”) intended to re-spiritualize and thereby re-politicize the secularized and whitewashed social Latin dance called “salsa” for social justice.

Résumé :

Die wêreldwye indringerpadda, die gewone platanna Xenopus laevis (Anura: Pipidae), toon duidelike filogeografiese verskille tussen sy verskillende bevolkings in suidelike Afrika, sy natuurlike gebied. Dit het direk tot die hoë genetiese variasie in sommige van die indringerbevolkings bygedra. Nietemin is daar nog geen sekerheid oor hoe die verskillende stamme van die gewone platanna in sy natuurlike gebied met mekaar verband hou nie. Daarbenewens is die genetiese en geografi ese versperrings tussen die verskillende stamme nog nie goed gedefi nieer nie. In gevalle soos dié kan gasheer-spesifi eke parasiete hoër filogeografiese resolusie bied om die meer onlangse evolusionêre geskiedenis van die gasheer toe te lig, mits daar ’n sterk ko-evolusionêre sein tussen die gasheer en parasiet is. Hier tree die monogenëer-platwurm Protopolystoma xenopodis (Monogenea: Polystomatidae) as ’n ideale vergrootglas na vore om die proses van ontluikende spesiëring in X. laevis te bestudeer.

Utilizamos una metodología de análisis crítico de contenidos de los informes de Política Exterior en los dos gobiernos de Chávez y Maduro, a partir de la investigación realizada por el Observatorio de Política Exterior Venezolana del Grupo de Estudos de Defesa e Segurança Internacional (Gedes), de la UNESP.
