Résumé :
The purpose of research is to increase the diversity of electronic auscultation system designs with measured characteristics and testing. The series of articles includes the development of a model of the electronic auscultation system, the design of an electronic stethoscope, the manufacture of an experimental sample, the development of a methodology for measuring the amplitude-frequency characteristics of electronic and classical stethoscopes, testing of the proposed models and methods, analysis of auscultative data. The article considers mathematical methods of primary analysis of auscultative data. Recordings of normal and hard breathing were used for the experiment. Frequency, time-frequency and autocorrelation analysis of respiratory sounds was performed. Methods. The research was based on the theory of digital signal processing. The study uses auscultative data obtained from an experimental sample of an electronic auscultation system. Electronic records of hard (pathological) and normal human breathing over the left middle lung were used. Respiratory noises were converted into digital form with the following parameters: sampling frequency fd = 48 kHz; bit depth n = 24 bits; number of channels 1. To analyze the frequency information content of the recordings, their spectra were constructed. A fast Fourier transform was used to calculate the values in the spectra. Results. In the presented work, the frequency characteristics of recordings of hard and normal breathing are analyzed. The values of autocorrelation functions are obtained. An author-regression model of the process of normal breathing is obtained. The problem of analytical determination of the model order remains open and requires a separate solution. The resulting model allows you to generate an equivalent breathing noise of inhalation or exhalation when a signal with a uniform is applied to its input. Conclusion. A sample of the electronic auscultation system has been tested, methods of simplified primary analysis of auscultative data have been proposed. The difference in the results of the treatment of hard and normal breathing has no statistical significance due to the small sample.

Résumé :
Lagutina I. V. Electronic labour book and data protection. – Article. The article considers the protection of personal data as a modern and active law that provides a system of checks and balances to protect the individual if his personal data is processed. Data processing must meet the basic requirements of personal data protection, namely independent control and respect for the rights of the personal data subject. The development of legislation on personal data protection has been marked by a significant expansion of the rights of their subjects and the legal regulation of all transactions with information from collection to destruction. With the adoption of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” of June 1, 2010, a regulatory framework for the protection of personal data in national legal practice was created. It is emphasized that the right to protection of personal data is not absolute; it may be restricted as necessary to satisfy the general interest or to protect the rights and freedoms of others. The right to data protection is often interlinked with other rights, such as freedom of expression and the right to receive and impart information. Any type of information can be personal data, provided that the information relates to an identified person or a person who can be identified. Personal data are processed legally if they meet one of the following criteria: processing is carried out with the consent of the personal data subject; data processing is required by contractual relationship; data processing is necessary for the controller to comply with a legal obligation; data processing is required to comply with the vital interests of personal data subjects or others; data processing is necessary to perform the task in the public interest; the legitimate interests of the controllers or other persons are the basis for processing, but only if they are not outweighed by the interests or fundamental rights of the data subjects. It is necessary to develop a sectoral mechanism for the protection of personal data of employees under labour legislation of Ukraine, as the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” does not take into account the peculiarities of personal data protection of employees as subjects of labour relations.

Résumé :
The paper deals with the statistical data processing algorithms in operation system of radio electronic equipment. The main purpose is analysis of data processing algorithm efficiency according to the analytical calculations and simulation results. During radio electronic equipment operation failures are possible. These failures affect on the equipment’s technical condition that can deteriorate. In case of condition-based maintenance, it is necessary to detect the time moment of deterioration beginning. Therefore, in this paper the deterioration detection algorithm was developed according to Neyman-Pearson criterion with a fixed sample size. The initial data are times between failures of radio electronic equipment, and these data can be identified by the exponential probability density function. The step-function model was chosen for failure rate change description. To estimate efficiency the operating characteristic was calculated. The simulation based on Monte-Carlo method confirmed the correctness of theoretical calculations.

Résumé :
This paper presents a mathematical algorithm and an electronic device to study soil resistivity. The system was based on introducing a time-varying electrical signal into the soil by using two electrodes and then collecting the electrical response of the soil. Hence, the proposed electronic system relied on a single-phase DC-to-AC converter followed by a transformer for the soil-to-circuit coupling. By using the maximum likelihood statistical method, a mathematical algorithm was realized to discern soil resistivity. The novelty of the numerical approach consisted of modeling a set of random data from the voltmeters by using a parametric uniform probability distribution function, and then, a parametric estimation was carried out for dataset analysis. Furthermore, to validate our contribution, a two-electrode laboratory experiment with soil was also designed. Finally, and according to the experimental outcomes, our electronic circuit and mathematical data analysis approach were able to detect different soil resistivities.

Résumé :
Electronic warfare (Polish acronym WRE ‒ walka radioelektroniczna) is a set of militaryactions based on the use of the electromagnetic spectrum and it includes:— reception and identification of electromagnetic emissions,— reducing the effectiveness of the enemy’s electronic devices,— enabling effective use of the spectrum by own forces. The task of the WRE in peacetime is to obtain information about radio-electronic devices, especiallyradars. These tasks are performed by ELINT (Electronic Intelligence) and/or ESM (Electronic WarfareSupport Measures) devices. They operate passively in the 0.5÷18 GHz band, their detection is difficultand the information they provide allows to detect a threat to own forces and to take appropriatecountermeasures. Radar recognition is a complex process that involves the following stages. The firststage: gathering measurements and their grouping into the so-called packets and graphical display ofthe received pulse trains. The measurements are represented by the so-called measurement vectors(descriptors) containing signal parameters, including the TOA (Time of Arrival) pulse with nanosecondaccuracy. The second stage: associating pulse packets with logical sources in order to obtainrepresentative data strings. This stage is signal sorting and deinterleaving. The third stage: estimationof the WS signal vector based on the associated pulse packets. The final stage of data processing is thecomparison of the obtained signal descriptor parameters WS with Database (BD) radar patterns. Thereconnaissance result allows for the assessment of the threat resulting from the operation of this radar.Radar recognition requires precise determination of many parameters of its signal. For pulsed radars, important parameters are the Pulse Repetition Interval (PRI) and the type of PRI modulation. Radarsare characterised by a high complexity of PRI changes. This provides great utility and makes it possibleto distinguish even radar units and changes in their locations. This allows for the detection and fullidentification of objects that use radars (e.g. ships) with the given object completely out of sight; it alsoallows to predict intentions of the target. The basic inter-pulse PRI modulations include: stagger, dwelland switch, jitter or sliding. PRI changes in radar signals may be periodic with long cycles, difficultto identify in cluttered conditions. Unfortunately, the received pulse trains are usually distorted. Thismakes the WS estimation process difficult ‒ especially in automatic mode. PRI analysis has receivedmuch attention in the literature. The methods are computationally complex and have numerouslimitations. This article presents ASWC algorithm (Sequential Cycle Detection Algorithm) of PRIproprietary, with relatively low computational complexity. Examples of test results confirming its higheffectiveness in automatic PRI analysis performed under interference conditions were also presented. Keywords: radars, electronic warfare, radar recognition, ELINT, ESM, pulse descriptor, PRI

Résumé :
Abstract. The procedures for pre-processing the data of the electronic call management system is implemented in the emergency call center. The purpose of the procedures is to process the raw data entered into the system to obtain statistical data. These procedures, in parallel with data entry, allow data to be converted and stored for later use. Following the introduction of this method, when receiving a statistical request, it is no longer necessary to reperform the procedure, because the data is already stored in the desired form. As a result, the duration of the work to be performed and the required hardware resources are reduced. We analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the data pre-processing method. Also the parameters needed to calculate the average processing time – one of the most important statistical indicators of an electronic system – are given. The paper presents a table corresponding to the example of calculating the average time of call processing. It also shows a formula for calculating the full-time processing time, which is based on the use of simple operations only and does not require much time and hardware resources.

Résumé :
For the problem of the waste of the edible-oil in the food processing, on the premise of food security, they often need to add new edible-oil to the old frying oil which had been used in food processing to control the cost of the production. Due to the fact that the different additive proportion of the oil has different material and different volatile gases, we use fusion technology based on the electronic nose and electronic tongue to detect the blending ratio of the old frying oil and the new edible-oil in this paper. Principal component analysis (PCA) is used to distinguish the different proportion of the old frying oil and new edible-oil; on the other hand we use partial least squares (PLS) to predict the blending ratio of the old frying oil and new edible-oil. Two conclusions were proposed: data fusion of electronic nose and electronic tongue can be used to detect the blending ratio of the old frying oil and new edible-oil; in contrast to single used electronic nose or single used electronic tongue, the detection effect has increased by using data fusion of electronic nose and electronic tongue.

Résumé :
Technological developments make the distribution of the amount of data more and more and continue to grow every day, these developments can be used to mine data which can later be processed into text/information needed for its use. Preprocessing is part of text mining where the process is divided into several stages, namely case folding, symbol removal, slangword conversion, stopword removal, stemming and tokenization. The news obtained is raw data from the xlm file from google alert which is then inputted into a system developed using the PHP programming language and mysql database. The data processing method in this research is Electronic Data Processing. The use of this system is expected to help the data preprocessing process where the process takes a long time, especially if a large sample of data is needed. The results of the study showed that a crawling process data processing information system for 20 data records only takes 0.0079004486401876 Mins and the data cleaning process or preprocessing for 88 data records only takes 0.012900729974111 Mins. In other words, data processing using the system is more effective and efficient for the next process.
