A corporeidade humana tornou-se um tema que sensibiliza um número grande de estudiosos de diferentes áreas. A biologia, especialmente pelo avanço da genética, oferece os dados mais significativos para alimentar o debate. As ciências humanas, particularmente, a antropologia e a sociologia são as que se alimentam com maior intensidade dessas informações. Este texto, ainda que de forma literária, é um convite para refletir sobre as questões básicas do homem corporal. The human "corpority" became a subject that touches a great number of research of different áreas. The biology, especially by the progress of genetics, gives the most relevant facts to feed the discussion. The human science, particularly, the anthropology and sociology are these ones that feed themselves with more intensity ofthose facts. This paper is an invite to reflect about basics questions of the bodily man.

In Marcus Pacuvius' play Antiopa, the title character is reunited with her twin sons Amphio and Zethus, whom she had previously abandoned on Mt Cithaeron. Such is her state of unkemptness that Zethus, it appears, did not recognise her: inluuie corporiset coma prolixa impexa conglomerata atque horrida(Pac. Antiopa 13f. W)In dirtiness of bodyAnd hair unkempt, matted, compacted and bristled.Many of Pacuvius' plays deal with mother-son recognitions, often at crux moments of incestuous marriage or unholy kin murder; here it is the physicality of dirt that perverts the perceptions of the mind. The language wallows in this filth, with asyndeton and assonance and homoeoteleuton and vowel elision that runs all the adjectives into each other, such that their pronunciation smacks of the hairball, spluttering for breath, a noisy mastication with an unpleasant grating from those last staccato syllables. The focus on the physical accumulation of detritus betrays a psychological distaste and an inability to unravel a personality and identity from behind this rotting palimpsest of decay. The language reflects this distaste, compacting thought and knowledge in a filth unspeakable. Thus we might conjecture that this is even a sublime dirt(!), in the sense that Burke implies, one that terrifies, stuns and shuts down logical capacity. The awkward convolutions of the language mimic this inability to comprehend, and actually recognise, this awesome picture of the unwashed. Pacuvius thus uses linguistic ingenuity effectively to convey psychological disturbance by foregrounding its manifestation through a distorted apprehension of a physical phenomenon, one that reveals its very distortion as the language is matted and glued back into itself, denying the sort of clarity that recognition requires.

Resumo: Diante de tantas mudanças que ocorrem no corpo com o envelhecimento, e que cada vez o afastam mais do corpo idealizado pela sociedade, cujo valor está no corpo jovem, belo e forte, é que nos questionamos quanto ao significado do corpo na velhice. Na busca de significados o corpo se torna signo, se distingue de um fenômeno que diz respeito a uma composição biológica, e passa a referir-se a um conjunto representativo mental ao qual o sujeito referencia a sua realidade de corpo, e é através do caminho hermenêutico que alcançamos a interpretação. Abstract: Due to the lot of changes ocurring at the body when it is getting old, what more and more deviates it from the body idealized by the society, in which the value is in a young, beautiful and strong body, it is then when we put into question the meaning of the body in the oldness. Looking for significations the body becomes a sign, distinct from a phenomenonn of biological composition and it is now referred to a mental representativ set to which the person refers his body reality, and it is through in the hermeneutic way that we get the interpretation. This research concerns a Sicilian writer, who is not well-known and is little valued, Goliarda Sapienza (1924-1996). My thesis will try to give voice to a writer from the margins of Italian literature and, if possible, try to explain her main literary themes and include her work in the cultural milieu, showing at the same time the originality and creativity. The Art of Joy is her most important and “scandalous” work. What strikes you, above all, is the close rapport that she exhibit between art and life. Through the construction of a grand family saga, that embraces the first fifty years of the twentieth century, Goliarda was able not only to portray herself, but also to deal with the awkward topics of the period such as sexual liberation, physical love, politics and feminism. The Art of Joy could possibly be called The Art of Life; but it is without doubt that “the life” in which Goliarda Sapienza believes is not a pure and natural abstract, because it is always interwoven with history. This history is always conceived with a Marxist accent, even if it is in great part a heretical Marxism (it is spoken of as a Marxism with Nietzschcean echoes).

Dans le monde contemporain, le corps est devenu l'objet du désir, de culte, et en particulier de soins. Les pratiques de soins du corps pour des raisons de santé, d'hygiène, de médecine et d'esthétique se multiplient par les médias. En particulier, la santé du corps, chaque jour devient une préoccupation sociale et individuelle. Il est proposé dans cette recherche pour comprendre les soins du corps dans le but d'obtenir et de maintenir la santé par la recherche à la production discursive des organismes et des subjectivités dans la presse écrite. Il s'agit d'une recherche qualitative de l'étude de cas guidée par des concepts de la construction sociale du corps et de l'objet dans la culture. L'étude des médias qui suit utilise comme référence théorique et méthodologique d'analyse de discours (AD) de Foucaultian perspective. Par conséquent, les notions telles que les connaissances, le pouvoir, la subjectivité et de la parole sont prises à partir de la littérature pour affronter le terrain. La collection de six numéros de la revue mensuelle a été de bon entre les mois de Mai et Juin. Tout au long de la description de la publication, l'attention s'est tournée vers la surveillance de la hiérarchie des discours sur le corps en bonne santé, la standardisation des modèles physiques et biologiques de l'organisme d'examen et le sujet lui-même en tant que mode de subjectivité produite par les medias dominants
No mundo contemporâneo, o corpo se tornou objeto de desejo, culto, e principalmente cuidados. As práticas corporais de cuidado com finalidades sanitárias, higiênicas, médicas e estéticas se proliferam pela mídia. Especialmente, a saúde do corpo se torna a cada dia uma preocupação social e individual. Propõe-se com esta pesquisa compreender o cuidado com o corpo com fins de obtenção e manutenção de saúde observando a produção discursiva de corpos e subjetividades na mídia impressa. Tratase de uma pesquisa qualitativa com estudo de caso norteada por noções de construção social do corpo e dos sujeitos na cultura. O estudo de mídia que se segue utiliza como referencial teórico-metodológico a Análise de Discurso (AD) de perspectiva foucaultiana. Portanto, noções como saber, poder, subjetivação e discurso são retomadas a partir de pesquisa bibliográfica para enfrentamento do campo. A coleta de seis números mensais da revista Boa Forma se deu entre os meses de maio e junho. Ao longo da descrição da publicação, a atenção voltou-se para a vigilância hierárquica dos discursos sobre o corpo saudável, a normalização dos modelos corporais biologizantes e o exame do corpo e do sujeito por ele próprio como modo de subjetivação predominante produzido pela mídia
