The article considers the history of the creation and development of the first Russian village in the Altai Mountains - the village of Cherga, which appeared in 1820-s a settlement of peasants assigned to the Cabinet mining plants. According to the author, Cherga played an important role in the economic development of the north-western part of the Altai Mountains. Cherga peasants were successfully engaged in arable farming, cattle breeding, mountain beekeeping, private hauling and taiga fisheries. In the vicinity of Cherga in the second half of the 19th century, there were large dairy farms of entrepreneurs who used advanced technologies and innovations in their farms. In Soviet times, Cherga with the surrounding villages turned into a large multi-industry state farm in the Altai Mountains. The traditions of innovation in Cherga were fully manifested in the 1980-s, when the Altai Experimental Farm of the Siberian Branch of the Academy of Sciences of USSR was formed on the basis of the Cherginsky State Farm, which was still active at the beginning of the 20th century. Pariwisata halal merupakan bagian dari industri halal yang memiliki pengaruh pada pertumbuhan ekonomi. Salah satu upaya yang bisa dilakukan untuk mendukung kemajuan pariwisata halal ialah dengan mendukung perkembangan program digital terkait pariwisata halal. Cheria Holiday merupakan salah satu pelopor travel wisata halal dunia yang ada di Indonesia. Cheria Holiday telah memiliki beberapa program digital untuk pengembangan bisnis wisata halal, mendukung kemajuan teknologi pada saat ini, baik sistem B2B ataupun B2C. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang memadukan penelitian lapangan dan kepustakaan serta bersifat deskriptif analitis. Adapun sumber data yang dicantumkan berdasarkan hasil wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan secara online bersama Direktur Utama Cheria Halal Holiday, Bapak Cheriatna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, Pengelolaan bisnis pariwisata halal pada Cheria Halal Holiday sudah hampir memenuhi seluruh ketentuan dalam fatwa No. 108/DSN-MUI/X/2016 tentang Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Pariwisata Berdasarkan Prinsip Syariah, yaitu tersedianya paket wisata, destinasi, dan akomodasi, yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah, memiliki rekening Bank Syariah, mengelola secara mandiri dana perusahaan, memiliki panduan wisata, serta memiliki daftar penyedia makanan dan minuman bersertifikat halal MUI. Hanya saja masih ada penggunaan Bank Konvensional, jadi belum sepenuhnya menggunakan jasa lembaga keuangan syariah. Kedua, Cheria Holiday memiliki pengembangan digitalisasi bisnis yang bagus. Karena Cheria Holiday, telah menggunakan sistem digital dari awal ia berdiri. Dengan begitu, Cheria Holiday bisa terus bertahan dan berkembang lebih maju dan terpercaya. Ketiga, Aplikasi yang dimiliki oleh Cheria Holiday telah memenuhi prinsip-prinsip syariah, yang dapat dilihat dari produk halal yang perjual belikan, tidak ada unsur-unsur penipuan ataupun gharar, amanah, jujur, profesional, dan juga membawa kemaslahatan. Dengan demikian seluruh aplikasi yang dimiliki Cheria Halal Holiday sudah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah.

The purpose of the work is to conduct research aimed at identifying dangerous areas adjacent to the village of Babugent as a result of changes in the channel processes at the confluence of the Cherek Balkarsky and Cherek Bezengiysky rivers. On this site, field surveys of channels were carried out, the sharp changes of which began with the construction of a dam for the Kashkhatau hydroelectric power plant 1 km downstream. As a result of the field survey, areas with a large amount of deposited material in the beds of the Cherek Balkarsky and Cherek Bezengiysky rivers were identifi ed, as well as erosion of the coastal slope of the floodplain terrace, where the rural cemetery is located. According to the data of the field work, calculations were carried out to determine the height of the water level depending on the maximum flow rates of flood water of different percentage provision. Based on the results of the calculations and field surveys, the zones of fl ooding and underfl ooding of the territories of the Babugent village, which is located between the Cherek Balkarsky and Cherek Bezengiysky rivers, have been determined. 22 household plots and households of the private sector of the village fall into the zone of flooding and underfl ooding. Recommendations are given on carrying out the necessary measures to ensure the safety of people’s livelihood and the infrastructure of the village.

This study aims at increasing knowledge about top managers' views on the climate of communication in an organizational context. The main question is "How do strategic managers describe the communication climate?" The study also concerns how the managers describe a communicative action that strives for voice and communicative action that strives for silence. The study also explore the influence of power on the communication climate. The study has a qualitative approach and builds on in-depth interviews with eleven experienced and senior executives. Through the sociologist Goffman's (2009) dramaturgic perspective and through theories of voice and silence, the study tries to interpret the respondents' views. The result shows that respondents describe the communication climate from opposition openness and silence. In an open climate there are open doors, creativity and focus on the business. In a quiet climate, the doors are closed. The focus is on tactics, policies and hidden personal agendas. Although the communication climate is not an established concept among the respondents, everyone strives for an open communication climate and they work differently to reach for it. The study's conclusions confirm previous research that the communication climate is a critical resource for the function and effectiveness of the workplace. The study's conclusions are also that managers should get support, for example from communication departments to learn to read the communication climate in their device and also get tools to develop the communication environment. Not least, managers need help to increase their self-awareness to understand how they personally contribute to an open or closed climate.

Forskning har länge bedrivits inom området gällande kvinnors hinder att nå högre chefspositioner. Könsroller, stereotypiska egenskaper, kategoriseringar och negativa attityder tycktes vara centrala i problematiken. Syftet med föreliggande studie var att undersöka hur högskolestudenter skattade sina attityder till kvinnor som chefer (n = 193, varav 124 kvinnor). En vinjettstudie med experimentell mellangruppsdesign genomfördes där materialet analyserades med tvåvägs ANOVOR för oberoende mätningar. Resultatet visade att kvinnliga högskolestudenter hade en signifikant mer positiv attityd till kvinnor som chefer jämfört med manliga högskolestudenter. Det påvisades även en signifikant skillnad i skattad attityd till kvinnor som chefer beroende på läst vinjett där kvinnliga högskolestudenter skattade kvinnor som chefer mer positivt efter att ha läst en vinjett om en kvinna som chef. Dock hade utbildning inom beteendevetenskapliga ämnen ingen signifikant inverkan på skattad attityd. Slutsatsen blev att kvinnor som chefer skattades mer positivt än förväntat, och att det tycks ha skett en attitydförändring.

Med vår kandidatuppsats, Vad önskar chefen hos den nya chefen – en studie om vilken betydelse chefer anser att kompetens har i rekryteringsprocesser, vill vi undersöka hur rekryteringen går till i ett företag när man rekryterar in nya chefer. Syftet är att undersöka vilken betydelse begreppet kompetens tillskrivs av rekryterande chefer vid en chefsrekrytering. Skälet till varför vi intresserade oss för just detta var för att vi vill få en inblick i hur det går till i det utvalda företaget och varför de väljer att hantera sina chefsrekryteringar så som de gör. Men vi ville även undersöka vilka skillnader och likheter det finns mellan praktik och teori inom området samt kunna bidra med något nytt utifrån studien till forskningen. Vi har valt att använda oss av Bourdieus kapitalbegrepp; social och kulturellt kapital och Persson samt Herlitz social kompetens teorier som våra huvudteorier i uppsatsen. Vi har använt oss av kvalitativa semistrukturerade intervjuer som har utförts med chefer inom ett offentligt företag och vi valde att intervjua åtta respondenter som hade teamleader samt produktionschef tjänster. Urvalet av respondenterna skedde utifrån ett strategiskt urval. Vår studie visade att de utvalda cheferna som deltog, ansåg att kompetens kan vara i form av formell utbildning på en högre nivå, så som högskola och universitet och det framkom att denna typ av kompetens inte var särskilt relevant när de rekryterar in nya chefer. Resultaten som vi fick fram är att de nuvarande cheferna i företaget anser att kompetens i form av social kompetens och arbetserfarenhet har störst betydelse när man rekryterar in nya chefer till företaget.

Våra forskningsfrågor har handlat om vilka förväntningar chefer och medarbetare har på chefsrollen inom kommunal äldreomsorg - vilka likheter och skillnader som finns mellan chefer och medarbetare och vad det får för eventuella konsekvenser. Syftet var att förstå vilka förväntningar medarbetarna i en offentlig äldreomsorgsorganisation i tre kommuner i Småland har på sin chef samt vad enhetschefen har för förväntningar på sin roll inom äldreomsorgen. Vår fokus var några personers egna upplevelser, och vi har därför valt en kvalitativ ansats och har gjort tio enskilda intervjuer med fyra enhetschefer och sex medarbetare samt en parintervju med två medarbetare. Teoribildningar som vi använt är norm- och ledarskapsteorier. Resultatet av denna undersökning visar att det är skillnader på chefers och medarbetares förväntningar på chefsrollen, vad skillnaderna beror på är här svårt att fastslå. Respondenternas personlighet, ålder, kön, erfarenhet och att de arbetar i olika verksamheter, ordinärt och särskilt boende tycks ha betydelse för vilka förväntningar chefer och medarbetare har. Det är dock svårt att säga vilken faktor som har störst betydelse för förväntningarna. Dessa skillnader i förväntningarna kan eventuellt få konsekvenser i form av en svårhanterad chefsroll och kan leda till en splittrad organisation.

This sociological study discusses the topics perceptions, organizations and social relations and has its base in the context of female managers within elderly care. The study is written in the field of human resources and the purpose is to contribute to the understanding of how social and organizational relations shape female managers’ perceptions of their situation.         When collecting data, a qualitative method containing semi-structured interviews was used and documents were gathered. The result was analyzed with Skegg’s theory about social class which includes concepts like respectability and disidentification. Skegg’s takes inspiration from Bourdieu and the capital theory, whereon we also find concepts like social- and cultural capital, valid for this study.         The study shows that the structure of the organization together with the social relations within it, affect managers to distance themselves from the employees with whom they used to be in the same social class. There are several examples that originate and make the distance clear, mainly the fact that there are large difficulties with communication between the managers and their employees, but also the fact that the managers agree on that you shouldn’t be friends privately with your employees.         The distance which is negotiated between the manager and her staff serves to bolster and protect the respect and respectability that comes with her relocation in social space.

Ett stort förtroende för sin närmaste chef är inte alltid en självklarhet. Många olika faktorer påverkar vilket förtroende medarbetare inom en organisation känner för chefen, och denna studie har fokuserat på olika faktorer relaterade till kommunikation; uppföljning, uppskattning, feedback, tydlighet, meningsfullhet samt hantering av konflikter/relationer. Det kan också skilja sig åt mellan hur män och kvinnor värderar dessa faktorer, och att studera detta ingår också i syftet för denna undersökning. Tidigare forskning på området har visat på tydliga skillnader mellan hur kvinnor och män upplever och värderar kommunikation. Även denna studies resultat visar på att det finns kommunikativa skillnader mellan kvinnor och män, samt att de värderar faktorerna på olika sätt. Kvinnor känner sig nöjdare med den kommunikation de har, men korrelationen mellan förtroende och samtliga studerade kommunikationsfaktorervar starkare för män. Med hjälp av det socialpsykologiska perspektivet symbolisk interaktionism har undersökningens resultat analyserats och diskuterats. Generellt visar vår studie ett starkt samband mellan de studerade kommunikationsfaktorerna och förtroendet för närmaste chefen. Studien har en kvantitativ ansats och har utförts genom en enkätundersökning i en kommunorganisation där alla medarbetare getts möjligheten att värdera kommunikationen med den närmaste chefen samt deras tillit till denna.
Great confidence in their immediate manager is not always a given. Many factors can affect the confidence that the employees in an organization feel for the manager and this study focuses specifically on factors related to communication; follow-up, appreciation, feedback, clearness, meaningfulness and management of conflicts/relationships. It can also differ between how men and women evaluate these factors and how this is related to their trust for their manager. To study this is one part of the purpose of this examination. Previous research in this area has revealed differences between how men and women perceive and value communication. Similarly this study's results show that there are communication differences between men and women, and that they value the factors differently. Women are more satisfied with the communication they are having, but the correlation between trust and all of the studied communication factors was stronger among men. By using the social psychological theoretical perspective of symbolic interactionism we have analyzed and discussed these results. In general ourstudy shows a correlation between all of the selected communication factors and their impact on trust in the immediate manager. The study has a quantitative approach that has been carried out through a questionnaire survey in a public organization where all employees have been given the opportunity to evaluate how they assess communication by the different factors as well as trust in their manager.

La notion de l'approximation rationnelle est normalement conçue pour la discrétisation en temps. Dans cette thèse nous mélangeons cette notion avec la notion de la convergence au sens de Kato qui découle d'une discrétisation en espace pour l'équation de transport neutronique. Nous appliquons cette procedure aux schémas d'Euler explicite et implicite, Crank-Nicolson et Prédicateur-Correcteur qui ont le degré de convergence 1,2 et 3 au sens de l'approximation rationnelle. Pour démontrer la convergence nous utiliserons le théorème de Cherno et nous donnons aussi des illustrations numérique pour justifier ces degrés de convergence. Dans le dernier chapitre nous donnons quelques nouvelles généralisations des théorèmes de point fixe de type Schauder et de type Krasnoselskii qui se basent sur la notion de la compacité faible sur des espaces Fréchet ayant la propriété de Dunford- Pettis et sur la notion de la U-équicontraction
In this thesis we mix the rational approximation procedure, which is a time approximation with approximation in the sense of Kato, which is a space approximation for neutron transport equation. We apply this procedure for explicit and implicit Euler, Crank-Nicolson and Predictor-Corrector schemes which have the rate 1,2 and 3 in the sense of rational approximation. By using Cherno's Theorem, we prove the convergence and we construct also the numerical illustration for justifying the above rate of convergence. In the last chapter, we give some generalization of Schauder and Krasnoselskii fixed point theorems in Dunford-Pettis Frechet spaces and which based on the notion of weakly compactness and U-equicontraction

Os recursos humanos são uma área muito sensível. Gerir pessoas deve ser mais do que controlar e acompanhar procedimentos e rotinas, implica o envolvimento dos membros da organização na liderança e motivação como fatores de diferenciação. O presente trabalho está subordinado ao seguinte tema: “Caraterísticas e Competências de Liderança dos cargos de Chefia dos Oficiais de Administração da Guarda para a motivação dos colaboradores: Caso dos Chefes de Divisão”. O objetivo principal deste Trabalho de Investigação Aplicada é saber quais as caraterísticas e competências ideais para m otivar os colaboradores. Para uma melhor investigação, este trabalho encontra - se dividido em duas partes fundamentais. A primeira parte aborda a revisão bibliográfica, onde se recolhem informações sobre a temática Liderança e Motivação. A segunda parte subordina- se à investigação empírica, utilizando quer inquéritos quer entrevistas, às quais se procedeu a apresentação , análise e discussão dos resultados, seguidas das conclusões e recomendações, no final do trabalho. Concluiu- se com este trabalho que de facto existem várias caraterísticas que, não sendo específicas da liderança, a sua posse melhora o processo de liderança, e influenciam a motivação de quem é liderado. As caraterísticas que mais se salientaram foram as de caráter emocional e relacionamento pessoal. O mesmo se passou relativamente às competências, salientando- se pela positiva as de caráter interpessoal e de uma forma menos positiva as de caráter cognitivo. Verificou - se que um chefe de divisão deverá ser um gestor e um líder ao mesmo tempo, preocupado sempre com os seus colaboradores.
Abstract Human resources are a very sensitive area. Managing people should be more than control and monitoring procedures and routines, it implies the involvement of members of organization in th e leadership and motivation as differentiating factors. The present work is subject at the following theme: " Leadership characteristics and competences of the positions of Chief Administrative Officer of the GNR to the motivation of employees: Chief Division case". The main objective of this Applied Inquiry Paperwork is to know what are the ideal characteristics, and competences, to motivate employees. For a better investigation, this work is divided into two main sections. The first section discusses the literature review where we collect information about Leadership and Motivation. The second section is subordinate to the empirical research, using surveys and interviews, which their presentation, analysis and discussion of results was followed, by conclusions and recommendations at the end of the work. With this work we conclude that in fact there are several characteristics that are not specific to leadersh ip, however their possession improves the process of leadership, and influence motivation of those who are led. The characteristics that stood out were those of emotional and personal relationship. The same happened on competences, the interpersonal character came out by positive interperson al character, and less positive the cognitive character. It was verifi ed that a Chief Division should be a manager and a leader at the same time, always concerned with his employees.

В статье рассматривается минерализация воды рек Малка, Баксан, Черек, Урух, Терек, Чегем, в среднем и нижнем течении. Высота водосборов в среднем течении составляет около 700 м над уровнем моря, а в нижнем течении - 200 м. Данные получены при проведении полевых работ в бассейне р. Терек, в 2021 году. Максимальное значение минерализации зафиксировано в воде р. Черек в зимнюю межень (428мг/дм), а минимальное значение наблюдается в воде р.Урух, в летнее половодье (74мг/дм). The article discusses the mineralization of the water of the rivers Malka, Baksan, Cherek, Urukh, Terek, Chegem, in the middle and lower reaches. The height of the catchments in the middle reaches is about 700 m above sea level, and in the lower reaches - 200 m. The data were obtained during field work in the Terek River basin, in 2021. The maximum value of mineralization is recorded in the water of the Cherek river in winter (428mg/dm3), and the minimum value is observed in the water of the Uruk river, in summer flood (74mg/dm3).

Abstract A new PDC Bit design containing fracturing and shearing elements which can deliver improved ROP in a single trip to drill a challenging heterogeneous section containing massive chert compared to previously used conventional hybrid or roller cone bit designs. The demonstration is supported by a real field case from an unconventional gas exploratory field project in Abu Dhabi. In this unconventional field, 6 wells have been drilled using 4 Bits on average to complete the 12 ¼″ section (Tricone and PDC) where the presence of chert has resulted in additional trips due to Bit life. The massive content of abrasive cherts is approximately 2,000 ft thick, reason why it was decided to think of a new customized PDC Bit design and use it in well # 7. Plan is to prove that is possible to introduce an alternative option to complete the section in one trip and stablish a comparison with previous wells where Hybrid Bits were used. The new unique PDC design features dual row cutters, new shaped cutters, advance elements to reduce vibration and sensing at the bit technology to increase the efficiency in rock interaction. It will be used in the ongoing exploratory project to demonstrate its advantage in terms of cost saving and rig time reduction. Reduction target at least 15% is anticipated while increasing the ROP and eliminating a trip across the chert formation. The study will compare the data with previously used Hybrid Bit and create a basement for the exploratory field in 12 ¼″ section. A strong hypothesis is that this bit will complete the well in this particular area and optimizing drilling cost in development studies. All the analysis, studies and design have been done and completed during Q2 and Q3 Where such non-homogenous formations containing massive abrasive cherts can be crossed and have detrimental impact on the bit life, the novelty is to bring to the stage a new PDC bit, which will be able to offer a different alternative by reducing torque, having healthier wells, and optimizing drilling cost in this unconventional field where drilling CAPEX reduction are paramount.
