Littérature scientifique sur le sujet « Bósa saga »

A few manuscripts of Bósa saga from the seventeenth century and later preserve a text that is quite different from the medieval Bósa saga. The two texts are often referred to as the older and younger versions of Bósa saga. This article explores the transmission of Bósa saga and compares the two versions. It is argued that the younger version is in fact a new story, only loosely based on the older version. Most of the characters are the same and some of the plot, but the younger version differs from the older in many ways, and no signs of a textual relationship between the two versions are evident. Some connections between the younger version and rímur and other sagas can be found, but they are vague. Thus, oral culture undoubtedly played a part in the development of the two different Bósa sagas.

Í þessari grein er sagt frá Rósu Gunnarsdóttur sem hefur sinnt ýmsum hlutverkum í menntamálum og eitt þeirra er hlutverk grunnskólakennarans. Tilgangurinn með þessari grein er að koma á framfæri áhugaverðum hugmyndum Rósu um nám og kennslu, sér í lagi er snýr að skapandi hugsun og eflandi uppeldis- og kennslufræði. Markmiðið er að segja sögu grunnskólakennarans Rósu Gunnarsdóttur sem hefur látið að sér kveða á ýmsum stigum skólastarfs og menntamála, meðal annars verið frumkvöðull í að kenna nýsköpunarmennt og vinna rannsóknir á því sviði. Leitað er svara við spurningunni: Hvað einkennir hugsjónir og menntahugmyndir Rósu Gunnarsdóttur, hvernig birtast þær í kennslu hennar og hvað hefur haft áhrif á mótun þeirra? Til að draga fram sögu Rósu var byggt á aðferðafræði ævisögulegra lífssöguaðferða og frásagnarrýni. Niðurstöðurnar eru settar fram sem rýnisögur sem lýsa tímabilum og viðfangsefnum í lífi og starfi hennar. Niðurstöðurnar eru kynntar í sex undirköflum sem byggja á þemunum sem birtust. Kaflarnir snúast um eftirfarandi: Æskuár Rósu og atburði sem urðu til þess að hún ákvað að verða kennari; Kennaraháskólann og áhrifavalda í námi; kennsluna í Foldaskóla; sýn á menntun og þróun starfskenningar; og að lokum áherslur og aðferðir í nýsköpunarmennt. Saga Rósu sýnir að hún er hugsjónamanneskja sem lætur verkin tala. Hún segist vilja vera kennari sem leiðir nemandann að þeim menntabrunni sem veitir visku og kraft til að verða að meira manni. Kennsla Rósu hefur einkennst af kjarki og tilraunalöngun eins og að kenna án bóka. Starfskenning hennar hefur snúist um og snýst um að framkvæma í verki eflandi kennslufræði sem felst í að hún hefur trú á einstaklingnum, styður hann til að taka sjálfstæðar ákvarðanir, vera skapandi og birta sköpun sína öðrum og taka virkan þátt í að móta samfélagið.

Resumo: Este trabalho teve por objetivo analisar como se deu a passagem da situação do Bóia-Fria na condição de trabalhador-morador para trabalhador-credor, a partir das mudanças operadas nas condições de trabalho, quando da institucionalização da CLT - Consolidação das Leis Trabalhistas - como Regime de Trabalho e suas consequências. A análise histórica foi desenvolvida com foco nos Engenhos de cana-de-açúcar do Estado de Pernambuco. A pesquisa, numa abordagem sócio-antropológica permitiu conhecer a gênese do Bóia-Fria, desde o período do Brasil Colônia até os dias atuais, onde se desenvolveram suas relações sociais e de trabalho, suas lutas pela sobrevivência e reconhecimento social. Permitiu ainda, conhecer com base nos fundamentos da Ergonomia, o trabalho desenvolvido pelo Bóia-Fria nas perspectivas física, psicológica e cognitiva, cujos resultados apontam para uma categoria de trabalhador rural em vias de extinção em decorrência do avanço da mecanização no corte da cana. O alto índice de analfabetismo se apresenta como um vetor natural para o aproveitamento dessa categoria em outras atividades que não sejam àquelas relacionadas ao cultivo e corte da cana-de-açúcar, o que sinaliza grande dificuldade de inserção social e mudança qualitativa de vida
Abstract: The present work had as the main goal to analyse the shifting condition of the part time workers ("bóia-fria") due to the creation of the labour law (CLT - Consolidação das Leis Trabalhistas) and the consequences, when he abandons the farm as his place of living. The historical analysis was developed aiming the sugar cane production and processing system in the state of Pernambuco. Through a social anthropological approach, this research tried to understand the origin of the part time workers ("bóia-fria") since when Brazil was a colony to nowadays, how the working conditions and social relations had developed and changed, and their survival struggle and social acknowledgement. This work also investigated, based on the Ergonomics basics, the work developed by the part time workers ("bóia-fria"), in physical, psychological and cognitive viewpoints. The results point to a rural worker category close to extinction due to the advancement of the mechanization of the sugar cane harvesting. The high index of illiteracy presents itself as a natural vector to the reapplication of this category in other activities not related to sugar cane harvesting, pointing a great difficult of social insertion and qualitative chance of life
