L'articolo analizza gli effetti della riforma introdotta dal Testo unico sulle Socie-tà a Partecipazione Pubblica nel mondo delle Public Utilities e delle società pub-bliche in generale. Il testo parte da una analisi del contesto di riferimento, dagli anni Novanta ai giorni nostri, riportando le vicende di un Comune capoluogo di provincia e si sofferma, più in generale, sulle caratteristiche del mondo delle società partecipate in Italia. Successivamente ci si sofferma su alcuni profili critici del Testo Unico, criticandone da una parte la poca incisività su alcuni temi ritenuti, dal legislatore stesso, importanti. Una questione è quella delle perdite, dove si sottovaluta la loro concentrazione in poche società. La seconda riguarda la eccessiva penalizzazione dell'in-house providing, richiedendo di rivisitare il quadro legislativo di sfavore. La terza si riferisce all'assenza di una visione industriale, sostenendo che sia pun-tare alla crescita dimensionale delle imprese, favorendo le aggregazioni.

In the current scenario, wind turbine energy accounts for 70% of total renewable energy used in India. The Indian wind energy sector has a capacity of 20 GW installed (as on 31.5.2017). In terms of installed wind power capacity, India ranks fifth in the world and is regarded as a major player in the global wind energy market. For the current work, a design method based on modelling in Uni-graphics and followed by simulation using the CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) star ccm + programme is chosen, so that the expense and time required to find the optimum aerodynamic design of a wind turbine blade by experiment can be minimised.

En el presente trabajo se realiza elanálisis de la estabilidad de vehículos pesados tipo carro-tanque. Para dicho propósito se utiliza el factor denominado umbral de vuelco estático (Static Rollover Threshold, por las siglas eninglés SRT), el cual permite evaluar la máxima fuerza inercial aplicada lateralmente que puede soportar el vehículo antes de iniciar el proceso de vuelco. Adicionalmente, este factor permite determinar la máxima velocidad que el vehículo puede desarrollar al recorrer una curva, dando de esta manera mayor seguridad para los usuarios de la vía. Teniendo en cuenta estos aspectos, se estudia la estabilidad de un carro-tanque de sección transversal circular, ya que para vehículos que transportan líquidos la estabilidad es más crítica, debido a que se debe tener en cuenta el movimiento del fluido transportado cuando es sometido a una aceleración lateral, lo cual puede disminuir el factor de estabilidad. Por consiguiente, para determinar el factor de estabilidad se realiza un análisis detallado del movimiento del fluido como función de la aceleración y el llenado del tanque y se utiliza el método de Davies para el análisis cuasi-estático de la estabilidad del vehículo.

Namun demikian, eksistensi bermukim tidak serta mertamenjadikan suatu permukiman dapat dikatakan berlanjut (sustain), sehingga perlu dilakukan kajiantentang keberlanjutannya, oleh sebab itu peneliti ingin mengetahui “bagaimana status keberlanjutanpermukiman rawa Desa Baru Kecamatan Danau Panggang Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara?”. Sesuaidengan sasaran penelitian maka analisis keberlanjutan dilakukan terhadap dimensi ekonomi, sosialbudaya,ekologi-lingkungan, infrastruktur dan kelembagaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodekuantitatif. Semua dimensi dianalisis menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan alat analisisMulti Dimensional Scaling (MDS). Atribut keberlanjutan di semua dimensi dilakukan proses skoring.Hasil skoring semua atribut dianalisa dengan menggunakan software rapfish yang menghasilkan statuskeberlanjutan. Hasil dari analisis MDS ini menunjukkan status keberlanjutan permukiman rawa DesaBaru dapat dikatakan “cukup berkelanjutan”. Hal ini didasarkan dari presentase hasil analisa secaramultidimensi dengan MDS yaitu sebesar 57,76%.Kata kunci: keberlanjutan, permukiman rawa, Multi Dimensional Scaling

The acoustic equations derived as a linearization of the Euler equations are a valuable system for studies of multi-dimensional solutions. Additionally they possess a low Mach number limit analogous to that of the Euler equations. Aiming at understanding the behaviour of the multi-dimensional Godunov scheme in this limit, first the exact solution of the corresponding Cauchy problem in three spatial dimensions is derived. The appearance of logarithmic singularities in the exact solution of the 4-quadrant Riemann Problem in two dimensions is discussed. The solution formulae are then used to obtain the multidimensional Godunov finite volume scheme in two dimensions. It is shown to be superior to the dimensionally split upwind/Roe scheme concerning its domain of stability and ability to resolve multi-dimensional Riemann problems. It is shown experimentally and theoretically that despite taking into account multi-dimensional information it is, however, not able to resolve the low Mach number limit.

Kabupaten Batang sebagai wilayah pesisir utara pulau Jawa mempunyai masalah lingkungan, ekonomi, sosial dalam pengelolaan wilayah pesisirnya sehingga perlu adanya kajian analisis pembangunan berkelanjutan wilayah pesisir Kabupaten Batang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengelolaan wilayah pesisir berkelanjutan di Kabupaten Batang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif yang dibangun berdasarkan paradigma positivisme. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis Multi-Dimensional Scaling (MDS).Analisis MDS untuk mengidentifikasi factor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap Status Keberlanjutan pengelolaan wilayah pesisir. Hasil analisa untuk status keberlanjutan pengelolaan sumberdaya wilayah pesisir Kabupaten Batang termasuk kategori kurang berkelanjutan (48,32), dimensi sosial dengan tiga faktor berpengaruh yaitu tingkat kesadaran lingkungan, tingkat pendidikan masyarakat, dan pengetahuan terhadap lingkungan. Dimensi ekonomi dengan enam faktor berpengaruh yaitu kontribusi sektor pertambangan, kontribusi sektor industri pengolahan, kontribusi sektor perikanan, pertanian, kehutanan, kontribusi sektor pariwisata, kontribusi sektor informasi dan komunikasi, dan iklim investasi. Dimensi ekologi dengan empat faktor berpengaruh yaitu abrasi pantai, pemanfaatan obyek wisata bahari, rehabilitasi mangrove, pengelolaan sampah. Dimensi kelembagaan dengan dua faktor berpengaruh yaitu intensitas pemanfaatan lahan yang melanggar hukum dan ketersediaan perangkat hukum. Sedangkan dimensi infrastruktur dan teknologi dengan lima faktor berpengaruh yaitu keberadaan budidaya perikanan, jalan dan jembatan, pelabuhan, sarana listrik, dan teknologi penanganan limbah.

AbstrakVirtual shop adalah penerapan teknologi virtual realiy pada toko online guna meningkatkan interaksi pembeli. Penerarapan virtual reality pada online shop menimbulkan pertanyaan untuk penyimpanan data serta pengolahan data sebagai analisa kebutuhan. Data pada toko online sebatas pada data transaksional dan tidak dilakukan pengolahan yang lebih untuk dilakukan analisa. Solusi dari permasalahan tersebut dengan melakukan perancangan data warehouse untuk menyiapkan tempat penyimpanan data agar analisa dapat dilakukan guna pengembangan teknologi virtual shop. Sistem pada data warehouse dapat sebagai repository data yang digunakan oleh virtual shop. Penelitian ini menerapkan multidimensional snowflakes schema dengan tujuan me-normalisasi tabel dimensi sehingga tidak terjadi redudansi data khusus pada tabel dimensi. Menerapkan metode desain data multidimensional dari Moody pada Multidimensional snowflakes schema, from ER models to Dimensional models. Untuk mendukung penelitian ini, Peneliti melakukan analisis pada data warehouse dengan menggunakan OLAP Cube Reporting berbasis web.Abstract A Virtual Shop is kind of Online based store that implement Virtual Reality Technology for their interaction. Usually, Data inside online shop just as transactional data and there is not further process to makes that data as analyse need. So, in this research is to design we can call Data Warehouse as a solution to prepare a repository for data to make use as analyse need for Virtual Shop development. This research implement multidimensional scheme is Snowflake Scheme as Moody’s from ER models to Dimensional Models for it method. For analysis activities, user will do that activities via Web Based OLAP Cube Reporting.

<p>Combining two-dimensional coupled map lattice and dynamic integer tent map, a hash function construction scheme with variable length output is proposed. The dynamic integer tent map is used as the nonlinear function of two-dimensional coupled map lattice, and dynamic parameters are added to the two-dimensional coupled map lattice, the bit logic decision function of the dynamic integer tent map is used to control the change of the dynamic parameters. At the same time, the dynamic parameters are evolved by the cyclic displacement mode, which enhances the correlation between the plaintext difference and the parameters. The test results show that this hash function has strong security, simple implementation, and can be used as an ideal algorithm to replace the traditional hash function.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

Diz ile ilgili non-invaziv teşhis ve çene ile ilgili elektroensefalografi (EEG) bozunum temizleme uygulamaları, eşzamanlı çok kanallı titreşim veri kaydı gerektiren iyi adaylar olacaktır. Bu çalışmada, yeni bir çok noktalı çok boyutlu ivme veri kayıt sistemi önerilmiştir. Bu sistem ivmeölçerler kullanarak aynı anda üç farklı noktadan üç boyutlu eğilim ve titreşim verilerini toplamaktadır. Çok kanallı sinyal analizi, sensör verilerini filtrelemek ve bileşenlerine ayırmak için eşzamanlı veri kayıtları gerektirir. Seçilen ivmeölçer, aynı anda üç eksen veri kaydı gerekliliğini sağlamaktadır. İvmeölçer veri kayıt sistemi, teşhis desteği için dizden ve EEG çene bozunum temizleme desteği için çeneden eğilim ve titreşim verileri elde etmek için kullanılabilir. Diz hareketlerinin titreşimlerini (vibroartrografik (VAG) sinyaller) tespit etmek için diz kapağı ve yan pozisyonlara üç ivmeölçer yerleştirilebilir. Elde edilen VAG sinyalleri, istatiksel veya zaman-frekans analiz teknikleri ile değerlendirilebilir. Ayrıca çene ve boyun hareketlerini kaydetmek için yüze üç adet ivmeölçer yerleştirilmiştir. Eş zamanlı olarak kaydedilen EEG ve çene verileri, istenmeyen boyun ve çene bozunumlarını çıkarmak için filtreleme veya istatistik yöntemler ile daha ileri bir şekilde analiz edilebilir.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan usulan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan pada salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) di Kota Batam yaitu PT.XYZ, khususnya pada unit usaha pergudangannya yang mengalami tren penurunan permintaan melalui pendekatan integrasi metode Servqual dan Kano. Data diperoleh dari konsumen tetap PT. XYZ, kemudian dilakukan pengukuran dan analisis terhadap atribut dimensi Servqual dan kategori model Kano. Hasil penelitian ini adalah semua atribut pelayanan memiliki gap skor negatif pada analisa Metode Servqual sehingga termasuk kategori kualitas pelayanan yang lemah dan perlu untuk ditingkatkan. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisa model Kano pada semua atribut yang memiliki gap skor negatif dimana hasilnya hanya muncul 2 (dua) kategori yaitu Must Be dan One Dimensional. Berdasarkan evaluation rule model Kano, atribut yang termasuk kategori Must Be perlu diprioritaskan untuk ditingkatkan karena kategori tersebut sudah semestinya dipenuhi perusahaan. Adapun kelima atribut tersebut yaitu, perusahaan memiliki peralatan dan teknologi terbaru (modern), material dan fasilitas fisik lain yang terkait layanan perusahaan tampak menarik, karyawan perusahaan memberitahu pelanggan kapan pastinya layanan akan disampaikan, karyawan perusahaan selalu bersedia membantu para pelanggan dan perusahaan selalu memperhatikan kepentingan pelanggannya

The research area "Y" is an area of gold mineralization with low sulfidation epithermal type deposit. The existence of this type of mineralization on the path marked by the presence of mineral deposits, which form the quartz veined below the surface of the deposited within the structure of the fault. In this study, analysis of gravity data using derivatives analysis, i.e. First Horizontal Derivative (FHD) to determine the boundary fault structure and Second Vertical Derivative (SVD) to determine the type of fault. The existence of the fault structure integrated with subsurface modeling results in two-dimensional and three-dimensional. The results showed three line slice made in the area of research, identified structure of down faults (normal) trending northeast - south on slice 1 with an estimated dip (slope) is 22° and expected of strike on this fault is N 158° W and thrust fault structure trending northwest - south on slice 2 also slice 3 with an estimated dip (slope) is 22° and expected of strike on this fault is N 158° E. The results of the modeling of two-dimensional and three-dimensional show fracture structure is at the density of 2 g/cc – 2,67 g/cc in the depth of around 100 m - 250 m that consists of sedimentary rocks (clay and sandstone) with a density of 2,2 g/cc – 2,3 g/cc at the age of Tertiary Pliocene, tuff rock with a density of 2,4 g/cc – 2,5 g/cc at the age of Early Miocene and bedrock (basement) in andesite form with a density of 2,67 g/cc.

One dimensional seismic response analysis on the ground surface of the Non-Commercial Power Reactor (RDNK) site based on the mean uniform hazard spectrum (UHS) and disaggregation analysis has been conducted. The study’s objective was to perform an analysis on site-specific response spectra on the ground surface based on existing mean UHS and disaggregation data of the site that correspond to a 1,000 and 10,000 year return period of earthquakes in compliance with the national nuclear regulatory body requirements of Indonesia. Detailed site characterization was defined based on secondary data of a geotechnical drill-hole, seismic cross-hole, downhole data, and microtremor array data. The dynamic site characteristic analysis was presented along with strong motion selection and processing using two types of strong motion datasets. An investigation of strong motion selection, spectral matching, and scaling has been presented as an essential step in ground motion processing. One-dimensional equivalent linear analysis simulation was performed by computing the processed ground motions. A seismic design spectrum and ground surface response spectra from the two datasets of strong motion, both corresponding to a 10,000 and 1,000 year return period, are presented at the end of this study. This study has shown that in order to establish the appropriate seismic response design spectrum, site-specific data and seismic hazard analysis must be immensely considered.

Criticizing cinema has always been a historical temptation and not exactly the most encouraging one. Misunderstood by some, admired by others; Rufo Caballero's atypical and controversial opinion speech goes beyond the scope of a strictly academic film critique. The object of study of the following work is the critical evaluating subject of cinema as the modal ilocutive actant of the evaluative speech acts in the discourse on cinematographic criticism. Dimensional analysis has been used as a fundamental methodology to study the content of the value meaning of utterances and their constituents: speech acts. It is based on the semantic value analysis model developed by the group of Semantic and Semiotic Studies of the Foreign Language School of the University of Havana. In particular, this discourse of the evaluating subject Rufo Caballero unfolded as a critical film illocutionary agent is characterized by positive, ambiguous and negative axiological positions always framed in the aesthetic domain. The critical ilocutive subject is modeled in consonance with its functions, generally of aesthetic appreciation, from the relation with the focalized objects: the film, the performance, the dramaturgy, the styles of the filmmakers and also their assumed attitude as a critic.

The Social Reintegration Program in Correctional facilities is not only aimed to reduce number of prisoners. But so far social reintegration aims at recovering the relationship, livelihood and life of WBP. WBP who get social reintegration programs such as Asimilasi Rumah, Cuti Bersyarat, Pembebasan Bersyarat, and Cuti Menjelang Bebas get guidance and supervision from the Correctional Center which is the responsibility of the social Advisers in the institution. This study based on qualitative descriptive method with the subject of Bapas Pamekasan clients who were selected by purposive sampling(adjusted to the research problem).The theory in this study is 4 dimensional elements in social research consisting of individual characteristics, (b) family relationships, (c) community context, and (d) state policy. Based on The results of the research, the Social Reintegration of Correctional Clients is a process of guidance and supervision carried out by the Social Adviser which has not been optimally implemented in accordance with the goal of life recovering, livelihood and life of the WBP. Social reintegration should be seen as a process of adjustment to the Correctional Client so that his relationship can be recovered socially and economically. The 4 Dimensions in social Research Balai Pemasyarakatan carried out by PK Bapas must be recreated after he gets Social Reintegration because the 4 dimensions are dynamic. This 4-dimensional approach in society research is the initial base for PKs to carry out guidance and supervision for those built by Social Reintegration. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini di jawab dengan menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif MDS (Multi Dimensional Scalling) dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 100 orang responden terdiri dari 50 orang pengguna produk kendaraan Toyota Avanza dan 50 orang pengguna produk kendaraan Daihatsu Xenia yang ditentukan dengan teknik Accidental Sampling. Pemosisian mobil merek Toyota Avanza dan Daihatsu Xenia di Kota Palu dipersepsikan berbeda oleh responden pengguna kedua merek mobil tersebut. Hal ini dikarenakan berdasarkan pada peta persepsi Multi Dimensional Scalling (MDS) terlihat bahwa kedua merek mobil (Toyota Avanza dan Daihatsu Xenia) memiliki letak pada jarak yang saling berjauhan. Sehingga Pemosisian terhadap Atribut-atribut mobil, sesuai hasil peta persepsi Multi Dimensional Scalling (MDS) terlihat bahwa responden mempersepsikan sebagian besar atribut-atribut mobil tersebut berbeda antara Toyota Avanza dan Daihatsu Xenia karena berada pada letak jarak saling berjauhan.
