The operation and maintenance management of telecom platforms puts more emphasis on operation and alarm monitoring and less on business flow, and it is difficult to have a seamless connection between operation and maintenance and sales. To improve the cooperative efficiency and the informatization level of telecom platform operation and maintenance, a new operation and maintenance system integrating Apriori association rules for a telecom platform is proposed. In this paper, the Apriori algorithm is firstly used to analyse the fault correlation of the operation and maintenance system of the telecommunications platform to get the alarm message. Then, the fault risk of the operation and maintenance platform is evaluated intelligently by the system-business alarm causality model. Finally, based on the fixed end and the mobile end, the dynamic presentation of the system running state and alarm monitoring, device query and positioning, and online and offline inspection are implemented and designed, respectively. Experimental results show that the proposed operation and maintenance systems integrating Apriori association rules for the telecom platform innovate the cooperative mode between the operations and sales team, and the average time reduces to 3.9 minutes from 4.7 minutes and the risk forecasting accuracy increases from 8% to 26%. The assumed method can significantly improve the operational efficiency and intelligent level of the telecom platform’s system and business.

The outbreak of COVID—19 has raised considerable alarm about public health and safety. The response to the outbreak, however, has also brought concern regarding its impact on local governments in the United States. Local governments have been a primary respondent in the fight against the COVID—19 disease, but the response has also reduced income from a key source of revenue, sales tax. Using North Carolina counties as a case study, we explore the shock to sales and use tax revenue faced by local governments from COVID—19; we, then, estimate its impact on county fiscal health. Our results show that while many local governments were financially struggling before the outbreak, the drop in sales tax revenue severely threatens their ability to provide continued response to the virus as well as their ability to remain solvent.

ABSTRACT We study the interaction between interbank competition and accounting information quality and their effects on banks' risk-taking behavior. We identify an endogenous false-alarm cost that banks incur when forced to sell assets to meet capital requirements. We find that when the interbank competition is less intense, an improvement in the quality of accounting information encourages banks to take more risk. Keeping the banks' investments in loans constant, the provision of high-quality accounting information reduces the false-alarm cost of assets sales and improves the discriminating efficiency of the capital requirement policy. When considering the banks' endogenous investment decisions, however, this improvement in discriminating efficiency causes excessive risk-taking, because banks respond by competing more aggressively in the deposit market, and the increase in deposit costs motivates banks to take more risk. Our paper shows that improving information quality increases risk-taking with mild competition, but has no effect under fierce competition.

The quick development of machine learning techniques provides a superior capability for manufacturing enterprises to make effective decisions about inventory management based on spare parts demand (SPD) data. Since SPD sequences in practical maintenance applications usually show an intermittent distribution, it is not easy to represent the demand pattern of such sequences. Meanwhile, there are some aspects like manual report errors, environmental interference, sudden project changes, etc., that bring large and unexpected fluctuations to SPD sequences, i.e., anomalous demands. The inventory decision made based on the SPD sequences with anomalous demands is not trusted by enterprise engineers. For such SPD data, there are two great concerns, i.e., false alarms in which sparse demands are recognized to be anomalous and missing alarms in which the anomalous demands are categorized as normal due to their adjacent demands having extreme values. To address these concerns, a new unsupervised anomaly-detection method for intermittent time series is proposed based on a dual-tailed probability. First, the multi-way delay embedding transform (MDT) was applied on the raw SPD sequences to obtain higher-order tensors. Through Tucker tensor decomposition, the disturbance of extreme demands can be effectively reduced. For the reconstructed SPD sequences, then, the tail probability at each time point, as well as the empirical cumulative distribution function were calculated based on the probability of the demand occurrence. Second, to lessen the disturbance of sparse demand, the non-zero demand sequence was distilled from the raw SPD sequence, with the tail probability at each time point being calculated. Finally, the obtained dual-tailed probabilities were fused to determine the anomalous degree of each demand. The proposed method was validated on the two actual SPD datasets, which were collected from a large engineering manufacturing enterprise and a large vehicle manufacturing enterprise in China, respectively. The results demonstrated that the proposed method can effectively lower the false alarm rate and missing alarm rate with no supervised information provided. The detection results were trustworthy enough and, more importantly, computationally inexpensive, showing significant applicability to large-scale after-sales parts management.

Earnings manipulation involves alteration, adjustment, exploitation, and even timing of transactions in financial statements with the intention to report a sound economic performance in a company. This act could jeopardize the company’s financial performance in the long run and also make its stakeholders to suffer significant losses. Therefore, a tool to detect or predict earnings manipulation would be helpful to the stakeholders, practitioners, regulators, academicians, and professionals in the accounting field. Besides, an early detection tool is needed to alarm the enforcement agencies to make further investigations or legal actions. Therefore, the aim of this study is to analyse the Beneish M-Score models and its eight accounting variables to detect the likelihood to engage in earnings manipulation in the case of Malaysian PLCs (Public Listed Companies). The financial data of 80 of PLCs from 2015 to 2017 were gathered. This study applied Beneish Model as a detection tool for earnings manipulation and anomalies of red flags and to classify the companies into two groups, which are manipulators and non-likely manipulators. The Independent T-tests were analysed to identify dominating ratios. The results of this study found that M-Score and its three indexes were significantly different for manipulators and non-likely manipulators, which are Sales Growth Index (SGI), Total Accruals to Total Assets (TATA) and Days' Sales Receivable index (DSRI). The percentage of manipulators had slightly decreased in 2016 and gradually increased in 2017. Hence, the inflation or overestimation of sales and revenues, as well as accruals, could signals earnings manipulation.

Purpose: The article discusses the plan of integrated marketing communication with an emphasis on designing a strategy for the brand X. Marketing communication is one of the key elements of strategic marketing, as it has a significant impact on the recognition and success of a company or brand. It should be emphasized that in the era of information technology, information overload, and increasing consumer demands, the concept of marketing communication is much more complex than simply informing target customers about the existence of a product or service. Methodology: The quantitative research was carried out using a survey questionnaire technique. For this purpose, we used a web-based 1KA survey sent via email addresses. Results: The survey determined (1) the level of general interest in alarm systems for the protection of residential, holiday, and commercial properties, (2) the level of awareness of brand X. We further identified (3) the target audience of the brand X, (4) the key message for advertising needs and (5) communication channels through which to address the target audience. Practical implications: The obtained results were our key guidelines in designing a marketing communication strategy for the brand X, aimed at improving the effectiveness of current marketing campaigns and increasing the sales of products under the selected brand.

Numalos Abadi memerlukan penerapan Internet of Things untuk mendapatkan informasi mesin, salah satu informasi mesin yang menjadi fokus utama adalah running hour yang merupakan penjumlahan durasi mesin berjalan. Running hour yang tidak terpantau mengakibatkan penurunan kinerja mesin yang berdampak pada hasil produksi maupun kerusakan mesin. Tidak adanya pemberitahuan dini waktu perawatan mesin mengakibatkan tidak adanya persiapan materi maupun waktu yang merugikan bagi customer. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, dikembangkanlah sebuah solusi berupa sistem monitoring dan laporan mesin untuk mengelola waktu perawatan mesin dan mengurangi potensi kerugian bagi customer. Pengembangan sistem monitor dan laporan mesin diimplementasikan menggunakan Amazon Web Services dalam aplikasi web dan mobile. Dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan aplikasi web dan mobile menggunakan metodologi Waterfall untuk menghasilkan kualitas sistem yang baik dan dokumen pengembangan sistem yang terorganisasi. Pengujian dilakukan secara simulasi dan running hour yang telah melewati batas akan menampilkan indikasi alarm serta notifikasi. Pengujian Black Box yang dilakukan juga menunjukkan secara fungsional aplikasi dapat bekerja dengan baik dan mengeluarkan hasil yang diharapkan.PT Numalos Abadi is a distributor and after-sales service company for machinery, one of which is the Flottweg Z5E decanter. PT. Numalos Abadi required using the Internet of Things to obtain information on the machines it distributes. One of the main focuses is the running hour of a machine which is the number of hours a machine is in operational mode, if not monitored could cause a decrease in machine performance which impacts the production results and machine damage. Due to the absence of a notification Customers often requests sudden maintenance without any preparation. Based on this problem, a solution was developed in the form of a machine Monitoring and Reporting system to manage maintenance time and reduce potential losses. The development of the system is implemented using Amazon Web Services in web and mobile applications. Waterfall methodology is used in this research to produce good system quality and organized system development documents. Testing is done by simulation and running hours that have exceeded the limit will display alarm indications and notifications. Black Box testing shows that functionally the application works and produces the expected results.

Dera Ismail Khan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province was deeply affected by the massive floods of July and August 2022. These unprecedented floods not only threatened human lives at national scale but also caused unprecedented damage to livestock, agriculture, forests, and wildlife, while the destruction of infrastructure is incalculable. These floods resulted in total crop loss in most the cases and death of animal herds. The fluctuations in monsoon patterns due to erratic climate changes additionally alarm the future scenarios of peak pest infestations and heat stress. Some crops i.e., cotton (quantity and quality) were partially affected, and sugar cane, rice, and other types of seeds were most used as adaptation options. Inaccessibility, lack of awareness, expertise and baseline information of the natural resources-livelihood nexus, no organization has considered the damage caused to natural forests, wildlife, rangelands, and aquatic flora and fauna. The floods have directly devastated natural resources and the environment in several ways i.e., flushing out of forests, the carnage of wildlife and the destruction of native aquatic fauna. The post-flood scenarios are the spread of exotic flora and fauna, the spreading of epidemic diseases, and the destruction of habitats. Eventually, natural resources must bear the brunt of the damage caused by the flood in one form or another which ranges from extracting timber, firewood, and fodder to earning a livelihood from forest sales. The farming community of D.I. Khan have been gravely affected by the flood, altering cropping patterns, and ultimately impacting the market economy of agricultural-based economies shortly.

One of the nations where land transportation is frequently employed is Indonesia, particularly on motorbikes or two-wheeled vehicles. Since there is not much economic growth to maintain the high level of sales, there are many people without jobs, which leads to criminality, particularly motorcycle theft. The rate of motorbike theft in society is currently rising. The researchers developed a security system using a GPS Tracker whose control was handled by a two-channel relay in response to the rise in motorbike theft. The webcam camera produces the greatest images when it is hidden by a tree. 100% of the time, Relay Components work to control the horn and electricity. Due to the short read-time of the location the first time, GPS has a high accuracy. The Raspberry Pi3 can send, receive, and process commands to the motorcycle security system. The motion sensors, vibration sensors, raspberry pi microcontrollers, relays, and servo motors make up the system architecture in general. This method operates when the motor produces a lot of vibration. The sensor will relay the vibration to the Raspberry Pi microcontroller's output and the microcontroller will then deliver a warning notification message. In the event of a theft, the motorcycle will be immediately within the owner's control. In addition, with security using facedetection, the public can detect the perpetrators of theft and it takes quite a long time to work on it. The security system on motorbikes using facedetection takes a long time to produce, but it can't be done optimally. The purpose of this creation is to improve the security system on motorcycles to make it more efficient and effective in identifying the perpetrators of theft. This system consists of a Raspberry Pi3 as the control center, a picamera as a face detector, and a buzzer as an alarm.

PT Nitto Alam Indonesia is a Manufacturing company engaged in screw manufacturing services. The company has a total of 134,252 rows sales and production data, but the data has never been analyzed so that the information is still not fully explored. This research proposes to make a visualization in the form of a dashboard containing sales and production data at PT Nitto Alam Indonesia in 2014 – 2018. It will be shown by using visual data mining (VDM) method with Tableau Software tools. The purpose of this study was to assist PT Nitto Alam Indonesia in analyzing sales and production data to find information that had never been explored before. The results of this study are that the patterns of sales and production can be known for the last 5 years. The sales pattern is included in the type of cycle with the highest sales peak located in the fourth quarter in 2017 at 6.552%. In addition, the performance of sales and production from 2014 to 2018 increased consistently. This research has been validated by applying User Acceptance Tests at PT Nitto Alam Indonesia.

This study was conducted at PT Industri Susu Alam Murni (ISAM), which is one of the beverage industries in the city of Bandung. In preparing its sales budget, PT Industri Susu Alam Murni (ISAM) uses the average previous sales and considers market demand. The method used by the company has not been effective because there is a large difference between the sales target and actual sales where the sales target is higher than actual sales. This study aims to calculate sales forecasting using trend analysis, namely the least squares trend method and the parabolic trend method in preparing sales budgets to minimize sales budgeting errors. The type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The type of data is quantitative data, the data source is primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, the calculation of sales forecasting using the least squares method and the parabolic method produces a total sales forecast equal to the company's total sales realization, which is Rp. 4,562,422,500. The most appropriate sales forecasting method applied to PT Industri Susu Alam Murni (ISAM) is the parabolic method because the value of SKP obtained is the smallest compared to the method used by the company and the least squares method. The preparation of the sales budget using the quadratic method for July 2021 to June 2022 obtained a total budget of Rp. 8,875,295,327.

In marketing its products, it is still done by distributing sales catalogs and advertisements, so that many consumers cannot find out information about the stock of goods available at Giant Supermarket Pagar Alam Lampung. Consumers must come directly, if consumers want to get information or want to make purchases of goods, and do not improve sales and marketing strategies. CRM is a type of management that specifically discusses the theory of handling the relationship between a company and its customers, with the aim of increasing the value of the company in the eyes of its customers. CRM design will be discussed about ordering goods, purchase transactions, and service to consumers. The purpose and benefits of this research is to implement CRM in order to improve information services and customer satisfaction for Giant Supermarket Pagar Alam Lampung. The results of this study are a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in sales at Giant Supermarket Pagar Alam Lampung, this system can improve the company's service to customers through the sales provided, and this system can display information on goods sold, and can facilitate Giant Supermarket Pagar Alam Lampung in sales reporting.

In a company, the preparation of financial statements is very important. Financial statements are considered as a tool in decision making. In addition, to compile a financial report, requires several other reports including sales. The sales report is used as one part of the content that must be presented in the financial statements. In observing business processes, business people need to know the importance of financial reports as well as daily sales reports in various business fields. The purpose of this study is to analyze the sales report, whether there is an increase or decrease in a sale using profitability ratio analysis. Increasing profits is the main goal of every company, therefore it is important to know whether a company is experiencing problems in sales or not. At the company CV. Sinar Batu Alam in 2019, 2020, and 2021 always experiences an increase in sales. Thus, the company is very effective in achieving a goal to make the company always improve and get bigger and can make products or goods more well known by the local community and abroad. Dalam sebuah perusahaan, penyusunan laporan keuangan sangatlah penting. Laporan keuangan dianggap sebagai alat dalam pengambilan keputusan. Selain itu, untuk menyusun laporan keuangan, diperlukan beberapa laporan lain termasuk penjualan. Laporan penjualan digunakan sebagai salah satu bagian dari isi yang harus disajikan dalam laporan keuangan. Dalam mengamati proses bisnis, para pelaku bisnis perlu mengetahui pentingnya laporan keuangan serta laporan penjualan harian di berbagai bidang usaha. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis laporan penjualan, apakah terjadi kenaikan atau penurunan penjualan dengan menggunakan analisis rasio profitabilitas. Meningkatkan laba merupakan tujuan utama setiap perusahaan, oleh karena itu penting untuk mengetahui apakah suatu perusahaan mengalami masalah dalam penjualan atau tidak. Di perusahaan CV. Sinar Batu Alam pada tahun 2019, 2020, dan 2021 selalu mengalami peningkatan penjualan. A company engaged in manufacturing to produce bolts and screws located in Tangerang Regency, Banten called PT Nitto Alam Indonesia. The company still depends on the number of product sales in measuring its performance. There is a fluctuating level of sales from year to year. However, there are problems in the product sales process caused by the pandemic in 2020, resulting in a decrease in product sales compared to previous years. In order to improve the quality of competitiveness in terms of financial and non-financial aspects, it is necessary to design a company performance measurement tool that takes into account the company's internal and external factors. This allows for the development of a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) using the Balaced Scorecard (BSC) method. Through interviews and questionnaires with management, a SWOT evaluation was conducted. Evaluation in terms of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that exist in the company is used to determine strategies and strategic goals using four balanced scorecard perspectives. The goal is to realize the company's vision and mission from the measurement of key performance indicators. Furthermore, using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), a comparison is made to determine which components have the highest priority level.

Baruna Alam Lestari Bandung.Based on a correlation product showed a high correlation Moment is located between 0.80 r ≤ 0.100 and indicates the positive direction with the degree of influence of 94% and a very high categorized sertasisanya 60% influenced by other factors.Implementation face to face will give a big hand to the sales volume of paving blocks on PT. Baruna Alam Lestari Bandung in the amount of 94% even if the bias higher inhibitory factors that 6% can be minimized.This means that there is a significant direct sales to increase in sales volume.

Situ Gede Tourist Site Tasikmalaya has a lot of potential as a tourist attraction, but natural it was neglected and had only a few visitors until the local Tourism Office has managed and promoted the tourist site. This study aimed to analyse the tourism promotion strategy of Situ Gede by the local Tourism Office using the concept of the promotion mix. This research is qualitative research in which data were collected through interviews with four key informants from the local Tourism Office. Informants were selected using purposive sampling technique. The results of the study show that the marketing strategy carried out by the Tourism Office including advertising, direct marketing, sales promotion, personal sales, interactive marketing, public relations, has succeeded in increasing the number of tourists.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan yaitu Pencatatan penjualan yang selama ini diterapkan pada toko makanan Rahayu Kota Pagar Alam kurang memadai, sebab pencatatan penjualan yang dilakukan masih belum efektif dalam pelaksanaannya. Berdasarkan wawancara kepada pemilik toko makanan Rahayu Kota Pagar Alam, bahwa pencatatan penjualan yang terjadi selama ini tidak dilaporkan dengan benar karena tidak pernah terakumulasi dalam suatu laporan dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Maka alhasil, menghitung kuantitas penjualan di warung makan Rahayu di Kota Pagar Alam cukup menantang.

Alam Imajinasi Taman Bunga Nusantara is a recreation area that offers a variety of tourist attraction with the unique feel for the tourist. The number of tourist visits on Alam Imajiansi Taman Bunga Nusantara has decreased from 2005 to 2009. The most drastic decrease of tourist visit happened in 2009 till 65%. Promotion mix is one of marketing strategy that can be used to increase the number of visit. In connection with these to research studies conducted on the influence promotion mix toward visitin decision Alam Imajinasi Taman Bunga Nusantara. The purpose of this research is to find promotion mix influence visiting decisions to Alam Imajinasi Taman Bunga Nusantara. Promotion mix consists of direct marketing, sales promotion, advertising, interactive/internet marketing, and public relations. Technique of sampling is systematic random sampling. The method in that used in this research is explanatory survey by using ordinal scale. Analyze from this research use Path Analysis with a computer software tools SPSS 18.0. The result of this research is promotion mix influence significantly 86,3% and the rest influence other factors. Based on the result of statistical test results were obtained, there were four variables of promotion mix which had an influence on visiting decisions of direct marketing, sales promotion, interactive/internet marketing, and public relations and there was one variables that had no effect on visiting decisions was advertising.That it can be concluded that direct marketing, sales promotion, interactive/internet marketing, and public relations strong influence the visiting decision on Alam Imajinasi Taman Bunga Nusantara.

The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing mix strategy in increasing sales at PT. Sumber Alam Unggul. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method using the SWOT analysis method and data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, documentation, and triangulation related to the marketing mix strategy which includes product, price, promotion, and place by researchers in identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats with the SWOT analysis method at PT. Sumber Alam Unggul. Based on this study, the results of IFAS and EFAS showed strengths with a score of 2,429 and weaknesses with a score of 1,098. While the EFAS results show opportunities with a score of 1.971 and threats with a score of 1.331. Based on the SWOT Analysis diagram, PT. This research has discussed the 161 records from 772 records have negative balances or 27.72% of total AR Balances. The research has examined the company policy against negative balances. Does a negative balance can be converted into goods or collateral accounts. In carrying out marketing activities, a company has several goals to be achieved, both short-term goals and long-term goals. In the short term usually to win the hearts of consumers, especially for newly launched products. Meanwhile, in the long term, it is done to maintain existing products in order to continue to exist. In general, to understand the concept of marketing strategy, it is necessary to introduce an understanding of the concept of marketing strategy. Â Based on the SWOT analysis for Internal factors, a score of 3.03 was obtained for the strength factor which had the highest score was "experienced development" with a score of 0.77, and for the weakness factor which had the highest score was "the facilities provided were incomplete" with a score of 0.44. Then the IFE result value is 3.03. Based on the SWOT analysis for external factors, a score of 2.74 was obtained for the opportunity factor which had the highest score was "a large target market" with a score of 0.80. Pagar Alam Gang Pu, Bandar Lampung. Product innovation is identified as a key factor that is able to provide a company with a competitive advantage, while market orientation reflects the company's suitability in understanding and meeting market needs. In the context of the typical banana chips industry in Bandar Lampung, this study is relevant to explore the extent of the role of product innovation and market orientation in developing sales performance. This research uses a quantitative approach involving owners and managers of banana chip businesses and consumers as respondents. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observations and questionnaires. Regression analysis is used to test hypotheses and analyze the extent of the influence of product innovation and market orientation on sales performance. One of the tools to do profit planning is to analyze the cost of profit volume. These three components are closely related in a company's profit planning. Cost, volume and profit analysis (Cost Volume Profit Analysis) is the main element in preparing the income statement in a company. Cost, volume and profit analysis is an examination of how total revenue and total costs change as sales volume changes. The method and type of research used is descriptive qualitative with primary data sources and secondary data, which is processed with the help of Microsoft Excel application to separate several cost data, as well as processing financial data with analysis of margin of safety, break even point, margin of safety, and analysis. profit planning. The results of this study are the MSMEs of Herbal Medicine Powder Sari Alam Trenggalek from 2018-2020 sales are always above the break even point with a high margin of safety ratio. The profit target in 2020 is not in accordance with the plan. Therefore, MSME Herbal Medicine Bubuk Sari Alam Trenggalek must increase the selling price of each product by 25% and increase sales volume by 16,439 units so that the planned profit target is achieved.

This study aims to explore the implementation of the nature literacy revolution, particularly service management strategies using information and communication technology in two Nature Schools, namely SD Anak Saleh and MI Bilingual Al Ikhlas. The research method employed in this study was a qualitative case study approach involving school principals, teachers, nature school coordinators, and students as informants. This research data was obtained through observation, interviews, and literature review techniques, which were then analyzed using an interactive model. The study's findings reveal the significant role of Nature Schools in transforming the educational paradigm, making nature experiences the core of learning, and leveraging ICT to enhance students' ecological understanding. Despite both schools successfully creating inclusive environments and integrating ICT into the learning process, challenges such as financial support and community interest persist. These research findings provide insights into how the Nature Literacy Revolution can be realized through Nature Schools and inspire other educational institutions to adopt a similar approach—emphasizing nature experiences, collaborative learning, and experience-based approaches.

This research examines how the marketing communication mix strategy is implemented by one of the SMEs (micro, small and medium enterprises) in Subang Regency, namely Alam Sari. This research uses a type of qualitative research with a descriptive study approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, documentation, observation, and literature study. Data analysis techniques in three ways, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. To test the validity of the data in this study using source triangulation and technique triangulation. Meanwhile, the theory used in this research is integrated marketing communication (IMC) theory. The results of this study indicate that to face competition between MSMEs (micro, small and medium enterprises), Alam Sari implements several marketing communication strategies including advertising or advertising through digital media such as WhatsApp and Instagram social media as well as marketplaces, Shopee and Tokopedia. Sedangkan teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori integrated marketing communicatin (IMC). Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Untuk menghadapi persaingan antar UMKM (usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah), Alam Sari mengimplementasikan beberapa strategi buaran komunikasi pemasaran diantaranya advertising atau periklanan melalui media digital seperti media sosial whatsapp dan instagram serta marketplace shopee dan tokopedia. Sales promotion atau promosi penjualan dengan memberikan bonus dan sampel produk. Personal selling atau penjualan personal dengan memberikan pelayanan dan pendekatan yang baik kepada konsumen dan sering mengikuti pameran dagang. Terakhir public relation atau hubungan masyarakat dengan memberdayakan masyarakat sekitar seperti memberikan kesempatan masyarakat sekitar untuk ikut andil dan membantu petani nanas, serta kegiatan publikasi oleh media massa seperti e-magazine NOVA, media televisi Trans 7 dan Trans TV, dan Bank BRI.

BrownMix Factory, located at Jalan Syailendra, Rawa Sari Village, Alam Barajo District, Jambi City, is a cake sales business that provides various types such as cookies, dessert, and cheesecake as the main menu. BrownMix Factory is led by Mr. Rahmat Mulyadi and Mrs. Silvia Anggelina, founded in 2018. The results of the analysis carried out by the author, it was found that there was a problem in the ongoing sales system, processing sales data using paid applications. Customers had difficulty placing orders remotely, and finding information about the cake products offered was difficult. The authors designed a website-based sales information system with the purpose of overcoming these problems to be able to compete in the digital era, in designing information systems here, the author uses the PHP programming language, MySQL database, and system development using the waterfall method and uses a unified model language such as use cases, class diagrams, and activity diagrams as visual modeling methods. The system that has been designed can help admins and owners in processing cake data, transaction data, and printing reports that can improve the quality of service to customers in getting information easily and appropriately.

Setiap industri pariwisata harus mempraktikkan komunikasi pariwisata, termasuk saat pandemi. Komunikasi pariwisata yang baik membantu industri dalam memasarkan produk atau jasanya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi untuk meningkatkan potensi keberhasilan dan meminimalkan risiko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi komunikasi pariwisata pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dengan mengadopsi konsep Marketing Mix of Communication. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi Marketing Mix of Communication pariwisata mereka yaitu dengan iklan, personal selling, sales promotion, direct marketing, public relations, dan WOM. Manajemen juga mengutamakan peran vital dalam penyampaian informasi tentang Covid-19 untuk menjaga pariwisata, dan konten yang diberikan dapat bermanfaat bagi wisatawan.

Prinsip umum penilaian sumber daya alam (SDA) hutan adalah untuk memperkirakan nilai aset secara in situ dalam artian aset tersebut masih berada di alam dan belum dilakukan ekstraksi. Dalam penilaian sektor kehutanan, terdapat beberapa metode yang dapat digunakan, diantaranya yaitu metode comparable sales, metode capitalized income, metode replacement cost, dan metode lainnya (contohnya metode nilai sisa). Dalam penilaian dengan income appraisal, capitalized income method, atau income approach, isu yang sering menjadi kontroversi dalam metoda ini adalah discount rate yang mempengaruhi NPV yang diperoleh. Metode penentuan discount rate ini dapat di manfaatkan oleh Penilai untuk kepentingan penilaian perpajakan, aset pemerintah maupun swasta dan kepentingan lainnya yang relevan dengan harapan hasil penilaian yang dilakukan dapat menggambarkan kondisi yang sebenarnya dari suatu objek hutan.

Promotion strategies can be used as a tool to market their tourism products in the form of natural attractions, arts and culture are an excellent product and all the tourism potential that is in place. The research objectives: 1) To describe the profile of nature, art and culture of the island of Rote, 2) To determine the model Rote Island tourism marketing through<br />promotional strategies of natural attractions, art and culture. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using a case study approach regarding the promotion strategies of natural attractions, art and culture of the island of Rote. The research used the ethnographic approach. Ethnography is an empirical and theoretical approaches that aim to get a description and a thorough analysis of culture based on field research (fieldwork) intensive. Sources of information in this study consisted of four people, namely, Head of Promotion, Head Attractions, Head of Culture and Head of Bina Sarana. The technique of collecting data using interviews, observation and documentation. The data were analyzed by using domain analysis. Hence, the demand for travel insurance is influenced by various factors: economy, institution, society and demographic. The objective of this research is to discern the effect of marketing strategies upon travel insurance services in Malaysia. Organizations own a marketing department that is responsible for the progress of sales volume, development of new products and adequacy of customer satisfaction and maintenance of market share. Fatos ainda recentes, tais como a oposição ferrenha, em 2011, dos parlamentares evangélicos ao Caderno Escola sem Homofobia, apelidado de "kit gay", e a escolha do deputado e pastor Marco Feliciano para a presidência da Comissão de Direitos Humanos e Minorias (CDHM) da Câmara dos Deputados, em 2013, de onde procurou avançar Projetos de Lei contrários aos direitos LGBTQIA+ (SALES; MARIANO, 2019, p. 17), lançaram as bases para este alarme. De 2013 até o presente, a situação parece ter apenas piorado, culminando na eleição de um presidente abertamente conservador, homofóbico e sexista.

ABSTRAK Pada era revolusi sekarang ini tingkat persaingan dalam dunia usaha semakin tinggi dan hanya badan usaha yang memiliki kinerja atau performa yang baik yang akan bertahan. Terjadinya kenaikan pada biaya produksi dan gaji karyawan yang berpengaruh terhadap tingkat penjualan. Kenaikan biaya-biaya tersebut disebabkan oleh faktor internal maupun eksternal. Selama ini UD. Selo Alam belum menggunakan analisis apapun untuk di jadikan acuan dalam perencanaan laba. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan metode wawancara dan dokumentasi.Teknik Analisis yang di gunakan adalah uji asumsi klasi, uji regresi liner berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi atau R Square,variabel penjualan dapat dijelaskan sebesar 92,8% oleh variabel biaya produksi dan gaji karyawan, kemudian sisanya 8,2% berasal dari variabel lain diluar dari penelitian ini seperti modal kerja, harga produk, biaya pemeliharaan konsumen, biaya sosial, biaya kredit usaha, dan lain-lain. Kata kunci: Biaya Produksi, Gaji Karyawan, Penjualan. ABSTRACT In the current era of revolution, the level of competition in the business world is getting higher and only business entities that have good performance or performance will survive. There was an increase in production costs and employee salaries which affected the level of sales. The increase in these costs was caused by internal and external factors. So far, UD. SeloAlam has not used any analysis to be used as a reference in profit planning. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by interview and documentation methods. The analysis technique used is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the test results of the coefficient of determination or R Square, the sales variable can be explained by 92.8% by the variables of production costs and employee salaries, then the remaining 8.2% comes from other variables outside of this study such as working capital, product prices, consumer maintenance costs , social costs, business credit costs, and others. ABSTRACT Writing this reports aims to find out how marketing communications activities carried out by Rumah Sutera Alam in an attempt to increase the number of visits as well as to find out what factors become advocates and brominated in carrying out the activities of marketing communications at Rumah Sutera Alam. This research uses qualitative research approaches that produce descriptive data in the form of the written word and methods, the data used are the primary data and secondary data. Engineering data collection in the study include interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study showed more to marketing communication activities that have been undertaken to increase the number of visitors from Rumah Sutera Alam in order to reach the target of visits that have been set. From the results of the research activities of the marketing communications it is important to be made by the company to introduce the offers products. Rumah Sutera Alam did marketing promotions through some promotional mix, such as personal selling, sales promotion, publicity, communication at the place of purchase, and internet marketing. There is a supporting factor in the implementation of marketing communications activities carried out by Rumah Sutera Alam, through internet marketing, publicity, communication of purchase, and the existence of reviews experiences of visitors through in Blog. While the factors restricting the existence of limitations the costs and human resources. Until now, Rumah Sutera Alam has not been able to maximize the entire elements of marketing communications activities.

ABSTRAK Sediaan salep esktrak buah mengkudu telah terbukti sebagai antibakteri, namun esktrak tanaman pada umumnya sangat mudah terdegradasi oleh pH, cahaya dan suhu, oleh karena itu pemanfaatan Zeolit Alam Lampung (ZAL) dengan keistimewaan struktur morfologinya diharapkan mampu mempertahankan kestabilan sediaan salep hingga suhu tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi ZAL sebagai penstabil sediaan salep dengan menghitung perubahan prosentase zona hambat bakteri pada sediaan salep sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan penyimpanan pada suhu 40oC. Penelitian ini meliputi tiga tahap utama yakni pertama formulasi salep ekstrak buah mengkudu kombinasi Zeolit Alam Lampung (ZAL) dengan variasi konsentrasi ekstrak 10%+ZAL, 15%+ZAL, 30%+ZAL, KZ (Kontrol Zeolit tanpa esktrak) dan KE (Kontrol Ekstrak tanpa zeolit) yang kemudian dilakukan evaluasi sediaan salep. Tahap kedua seluruh sampel dilakukan uji aktivitas antibakteri terhadap bakteri Staphylococcus aureus pada sediaan salep, dan tahap ketiga seluruh sampel disimpan pada suhu 40oC selama 24 jam, kemudian diuji aktivitas antibakteri kembali terhadap bakteri Staphylococcus aureus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh sampel sebelum dilakukan penyimpanan pada suhu 40oC menunjukkan respon zona hambat bakteri yang kuat kecuali KZ. Setelah dilakukan penyimpanan pada suhu 40oC, terjadi penurunan zona hambat pada KE dan Ekstrak 10%+ZAL sebesar 100% dan 36,81%. Hal yang menarik terjadi pada Esktrak 15%+ZAL dan 30%+ZAL, yakni terjadi kenaikan zona hambat sebesar 35,20 % dan 31,32%. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan nilai Asymp. Sig (0,016) < nilai p (0,01) maka H0 ditolak sehingga dilakukan uji lanjut Tukey yang menunjukkan terjadi perbedaan yang signifikan antar kelompok uji. Dari penjelasan tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ZAL mampu meningkatkan kinerja sediaan salep ekstrak buah mengkudu terutama pada konsentrasi 15% dan 30% dalam menghambat bakteri Staphylococcus aureus sehingga sediaan salep esktrak buah mengkudu kombinasi ZAL dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif obat pengganti obat sintetik kimiawi. Kata kunci : Zeolit, Salep, M.citrifolia L, Staphylococcus aureus ABSTRACT Noni extract ointment has been proven to be antibacterial, but plant extracts are generally very easily degraded by pH, light and temperature, therefore the use of Lampung Natural Zeolite (ZAL) with its special morphological structure is expected to be able to maintain the stability of ointment preparations to high temperatures. This study aims to determine the potential of ZAL as a stabilizer for ointment preparations by calculating the change in the percentage of bacterial inhibition zones in ointment preparations before and after storage at 40oC. This study includes three main stages, namely the first formulation of noni extracts from Lampung Natural Zeolite extract (ZAL) with variations in extract concentration of 10% + ZAL, 15% + ZAL, 30% + ZAL, KZ (Zeolite control without extract) and KE (Control Extract without zeolite) which then evaluated the ointment preparation. The second stage of all samples was tested for antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus bacteria in ointment preparations, and the third stage all samples were stored at 40oC for 24 hours, then tested for antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus. The results showed that all samples before storage at 40oC showed a strong inhibitory zone response except KZ. After storage at 40oC, there was a decrease in inhibition zones at KE and Extract 10% + ZAL by 100% and 36.81%. An interesting thing happened at the Extract 15% + ZAL and 30% + ZAL, namely an increase in inhibition zones of 35.20% and 31.32%. Statistical test results indicate the Asymp value. Sig (0.016) >p value (0.01) then H0 is accepted, so Tukey's further tests show that there are significant differences between the test groups. From this explanation it can be concluded that ZAL can improve the performance of noni fruit extract ointment especially at concentrations of 15% and 30% in inhibiting Staphylococcus aureus bacteria so that the ZAL noni extract extract can be used as an alternative drug for chemical synthetic drugs. Objetivo. Estimar la prevalencia de las enfermedades diarreicas agudas (EDA) en las dos semanas previas a la entrevista en niños menores de 5 años y describir signos de alarma y prácticas de alimentación durante las mismas. Material y métodos. Análisis de datos de las Encuestas Nacionales de Salud y Nutrición 2006 y 2012 de la Encuesta Nacional de Salud 2000. Resultados. La prevalencia de EDA disminuyó significativamente de 2006 (13.1%) a 2012 (11.0%), particularmente en el nivel socioeconómico más bajo. Las “evacuaciones frecuentes” fueron el principal signo de alarma (66.0%), en contraste con “llanto sin lágrimas” (4.3%) y “sangre en las heces” (0.5%); solamente 42% de los padres o cuidadores refirió administrar sales de rehidratación oral. Los factores asociados con EDA fueron edad menor a un año y edad de la madre menor de 20 años. Conclusiones. Es necesario reforzar prácticas adecuadas de diagnóstico y tratamiento de las EDA en los padres o cuidadores.

Profitabilitas diukur dengan ROA , Leverage diukur menggunakan DER dan pertumbuhan perusahaan diukur menggunakan sales growth. Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor pertambangan batu bara dan sub sektor pertambangan minyak mentah dan gas alam yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015 – 2019 terdiri dari 31 sampel dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas, leverage dan pertumbuhan perusahaan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada sub sektor pertambangan batu bara. Sedangkan pada perusahaan sub sektor pertambangan minyak mentah dan gas alam bahwa profitabilitas, leverage dan pertumbuhan perusahaan secara simultan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

The city of Pagar Alam with the commodity of coffee plants with an area of 8,323 ha with a total production of 7,465.50 tons. The coffee plants produced by 90% of robusta types are the result of export commodities and have become a mainstay of the city's economy. Harapan Jaya farmer group located in Pagar Alam Utara sub-district, Pagar Alam City has a system of selling and marketing carried out individually through middlemen and not through coffee farmer groups. Marketing of coffee products to various cities through middlemen unwittingly has eliminated the distinctive characteristics and quality of Pagar Alam coffee because it has been processed and mixed with coffee from outside the city of Pagar Alam. The Participatory Action Research (PAR) model is used in this study as a research method approach, where researchers invite and involve coffee farmer groups as active participants in a concrete action where they themselves experience problems in order to change, improve, build and use a system built . The online cooperative application was built by collecting data related to the coffee sales system in Harapan Jaya coffee farmer group in the city of natural fences, then the researchers analyzed and designed the system based on existing data. Features in online cooperative applications can run well after implementation and testing. Deepening cooperative concepts that are more detailed such as adding business and other cooperative activities can be applied to online cooperative applications to further perfect this application.

Bumi Alam Lestari has 300 active customers. The formulation of the problem in this study, "Does product quality affect purchasing decisions at PT. Sustainable Natural Earth?”. The goal to be achieved in this study is to determine whether there is an effect of product quality on purchasing decisions at PT. Sustainable Natural Earth. The research method used is quantitative associative. The number of respondents / samples of 60 customers from a population of 300 customers with the sampling technique is incidental sampling. The large influence of product quality on purchasing decisions can be seen in the determination test, the percentage is 45.20% with the results of this coefficient of determination, it can be concluded that the purchasing decision of PT. Bumi Alam Lestari 45.20% is influenced by product quality, while the remaining 54.80% is contributed by other factors that can be explained by other variables outside the model.

During 1989, a major environmental and health risk issue, the spraying of Alar on apples, created a furor among the American people. After hearing charges from the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) that eating Alar-laden apples significantly increased a child's risk of developing cancer, numbers of school districts dropped apples from their menus and parents poured apple juice down the drains. Apple sales plummeted. The NRDC's charges, which were disseminated by a well-planned and effective public relations campaign, brought counter-charges from the US Environmental Protection Agency, which accused the NRDC of basing its study on poor data, among other things. The core of the dispute was in the risk figures and risk interpretations being used by each organization. This study reviewed coverage in 13 newspapers during 1989 of the Alar issue. It found good and bad aspects, but little to support the degree of criticism applied by many people to media coverage of Alar. The 13 newspapers produced a total of 297 articles during the year and were not sensational in their approach. Many played the story in the prime news sections, alerting people to possible problems as suggested in most interpretations of media responsibility. Many articles also included a large number of sources and gave the apple industry a prominent voice. More problematic was their treatment of the Alar story as a hard news event, with short, superficial articles that lacked detailed analysis of the central part of the controversy—the risk issues. Four newspapers from apple-growing regions provided generally better coverage of the issue than did those from non-apple regions. The Alar issue has become a major landmark in media coverage of risk. The coverage had great economic and other repercussions that still continue. These newspapers would have been more responsible had they made health risk information more central in their coverage. Instead, reporters covered the conflict itself instead of the science behind the conflict. The study suggests a new model of risk reporting to better serve readers and viewers.

Maya Sari is located in the Kisaran area, especially in the Tanjung Alam Village, Dusun 3, Asahan Regency. Forecasting (forecasting) is thinking about a quantity, for example. Abstract: PT. Alam Jaya Wirasentosa which is located in Hessa Air Genting, Air Batu District, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra. This company is engaged in sales and distribution which has a fairly wide coverage on the island of Sumatra. PT. Alam Jaya Wirasentosa sells Indofood's main products, one of which is bimoli cooking oil. Constraints experienced by PT. Alam Jaya Wirasentosa often has problems with stock availability due to the large number of product requests from consumers. In addition, there are times when there is too much inventory (over stock) that results in too high a cost burden to store and maintain materials during storage in the warehouse even though the goods still have opportunity costs (funds that can be invested / invested in more profitable things). In this study, the SMA method is used to solve the problem of predicting the demand for cooking oil in the next period. Regional superior products in NTT Province are currently the main pillars of the people's economy. Through the development program of superior products of export-oriented regions in the natural stone handicraft industry in UD Pesona Batu Alam, it is able to increase productivity, turnover and other assets. The support of Kupang State Polytechnic through the improvement of innovation-based mechanization on the types and kinds of production needed by the community through craftsmen in UD. Pesona Batu Alam is very necessary. Measured activities include the development of rock type designs through a variety of forms to attract tastes of domestic and foreign customers. The implementation methods that are carried out include the manufacture and application of cutting tool technology and portable stone grading screw systems to be part of the innovation targeted in this service program. The characteristics of the tool are designed in accordance with the conditions of natural stone and NTT Province's distinctive limestone products. The results of this service program are able to improve the quality of products, including the use of by-products in addition to being able to stimulate sales and marketing between islands and between neighboring countries.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi pemasaran objek Pantai Sigandu serta hal- hal yang menjadi pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan pemasaran Dinas kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Batang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode fenomenologi. Informan terdiri dari para pengunjung lokasi penelitian, pelaku wisata, organisasi wisata dan kepala Bidang Pemasaran dan Promosi Usaha Pariwisata Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kombinasi dari data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian bahwa Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Batang melalui Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata telah melakukan strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang dirancang oleh internal tanpa melibatkan pelaku wisata dalam perencanaan. Pemasaran wisata Pantai Sigandu dilakukan komunikasi pemasaran terpadu (IMC) melalui advertising, public relations, sales promotion dan personal selling. Strategi komunikasi pemasaran antara lain fokus pada ; image, daya tarik alam, dukungan masyarakat dan kemajuan teknologi. Strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang menonjolkan keunikan Sigandu yaitu panorama alam yang bersih dan daya tarik fasilitas wisata seperti outbond, atraksi hewan dll.
