Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektifitas bagi hasil dalam usaha kerja sama dengan membagi keuntungan sesuai perjanjian yang telah disepakati dalam akad diawal sebelum melaksanakan kegiatan usaha. Dari sinilah penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah sistem bagi hasil ini efektif dalam usaha kerja sama di Rumah Makan Afisha Tikala Ares Kota Manado. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian lapangan atau (field research), maksud dari penelitian ini yaitu membahas/ menggambarkan secara deskriptif fenomena Efektifitas Bagi Hasil dalam Usaha Kerja Sama di Rumah makan Afisha Tikala Ares Kota Manado. Sifat dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Metode kualitatif adalah prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa hasil wawancara yang menghasilkan kata–kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang–orang dalam hal ini adalah mereka yang bekerja sama untuk bagi hasil dalam usaha Rumah Makan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti mengenai efektifitas bagi hasil dalam usaha kerjasama antara pemilik modal dan pengelola modal dalam pengelolaan usaha ini sangat efektif, dimana antara kedua belah pihak sebagai pemilik rumah makan selalu menggunakan prinsip-prinsip keterbukaan dari segi komunikasi dan sebagainya, juga dilakukan secara hubungan kekeluargaan berdasarkan kepercayaan dan amanah dalam setiap aktitivitas tugas kerja dan tanggung jawab. Sehingga memberikan dampak positif dalam pengelolaan usaha Rumah Makan Afisha Tikala Ares Kota Manado.

This phenomenological research explored how Asian female international students (AFISs) understand the role of gender in their program experiences and how they cope with the challenges derived from their multiple marginalities—gender, foreign nationality, and race/ethnicity. Based on in-depth interviews with 21 Asian female international graduate students enrolled in various science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) disciplines, we analyzed the ideological undercurrents embedded in their genderblind perspectives and examined their coping strategies in the context of STEM disciplines. Our thematic findings illustrate the participants’ multiple marginalities as manifested in the concept of “gender advantage,” and the precarious power dynamics and ironic coping strategies that they adopt in undergraduate teaching contexts. This study suggests that STEM educators in higher education understand the multifaceted struggles of AFISs who inevitably embody multiple marginalities in their graduate programs and provide culturally relevant support and advocacy-based professional mentoring.

Zapożyczenie, choć sygnalizowane na premierowym afiszu, dotąd nie zostało zidentyfikowane. Odkrycie to przekreśla niektóre tezy stawiane przeze mnie w artykule „Echo w lesie Józefa Elsnera i Wojciecha Pękalskiego – późny pogłos włoskiego intermezza na warszawskiej scenie narodowej?” (Muzyka 65 (2020) nr 2), choć zarazem dodaje nowe argumenty za uznaniem premierowego pochodzenia zachowanej partytury Echa.

Abstract Protests in today’s Russia are still influenced by trends emerged in the 2000s. According to Graeme B. Robertson, in the second half of the 2000s, the repertoire of the Russian protest changed and direct actions were replaced by symbolic actions. The article argues that protest trends and changes in the repertoire of actions were accompanied by the formation of widespread political perceptions among protesters. These perceptions reflected and influenced transformations of Russian protest movements. The article analyzes political discourses of three lifestyle media outlets, namely Afisha, Bol’shoi Gorod, Esquire, GQ and Epic Hero. All of them drew attention to protests and elaborated their own vision of preferable protest methods. This vision denounced direct actions and advocated constructive and non-antagonistic relations between protesters and the authorities.

This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of the closure of oronasal communication, to report the importance of secondary alveolar bone graft repositioning of the premaxilla in patients with bilateral complete cleft lip and palate. Material and methods: This retrospective study analyzed the medical records obtained from the Cleft Lip and Palate Integral Care Center/ Association of Rehabilitation and Social Development of Cleft Lip and Palate Patients (CAIF/AFISSUR), Curitiba – Paraná – Brazil, to obtain statistical data involving 26 records of patients who underwent this surgery in the period between January/2010 – January/2014. Results and Conclusion: The benefits observed were: premaxilla stability, aided by the union of pre-maxillary segments; integrity of oronasal structure; aesthetic improvement; better bone support for the teeth adjacent to the cleft; support for the bridge of the nose reducing facial asymmetry and facilitating future rhinoplasty; orthodontic treatment without the limitation of the bone defect; closure of oronasal communication in 88% of patients.

Résumé :

The article examines the emergence of the concept of “poverty” in the mid-2010s in two digital publications considered to be flagships of the “urban” lifestyle media in Russia – “The Afisha.Daily” and “The Village”. The coming into discourses on success and well-being (including the financial one) of a concept that is hardly associated with success and well-being looks like a significant departure from the сanon of lifestyle media, and therefore it is important for a closer study. The analysis is done within theoretical and methodological framework of cultural and media studies; a combination of discourse-analysis’ methods and techniques is addressed for work with digital media texts. The results obtained allowed to determine ways of constructing of “poverty” and to identify discursive strategies by which it is instrumentalized in the media under investigation.

Situ Gede is one of the artificial lakes/reservoirs in Tasikmalaya, West Java. The lake has functioned as a source of household water needs, fisheries, and tourism. According to determine the development of water management requires information on the trophic status and water quality. This study aimed to obtain information on the trophic status and water quality of Situ Gede. The research was conducted in Situ Gede, Tasikmalaya, West Java, in 2018. Measurement and analysis of water quality parameters used the SNI and APHA methods, while the measurement of trophic status used the Carlson Trophic State Index (TSI). The relationship between water quality parameters and TSI scores was analyzed using Statistica version 8. Based on the analysis, the trophic status of Situ Gede ranged from 69.06-79.04, with an average of 74.61. This value indicated that Situ Gede's trophic status was on a eutrophic level. The physical and chemical parameters that affect the trophic status of Situ Gede are TP, pH, conductivity, TDS, and temperature. The TP values, conductivity, pH, and temperature at Situ Gede were still categorized as normal. The trophic of Situ Gede can be a source of fish growth. Moreover, in general, Situ Gede waters still have sufficient water quality for fish life. Therefore, Situ Gede has the potential to capture fisheries, recreational fisheries, and aquaculture.Keywords:Trophic statusSitu GedeFisheryChlorophyll-aFish Reserve

The development and improvement of communication strategies of the information society through the formation of interactive network communication and the activation of interactive interaction processes in the media sphere make the issue of studying the potential of interactive communication in the aspect of community formation especially relevant. The research task of the article is to analyze the interactive components of media content and the communicative practices of building a dialogic model of communication as a means of forming a community. The study is based on the empirical material of the media community focused on the audience of the most popular channels for broadcasting information in the media environment — the Afisha Daily entertainment web platform and popular channels of the Russianspeaking sector YouTube. The authors of the article used textological, comparative-typological and historical-functional methods to analyze these platforms. This technique makes it possible to carry out a productive study of the forms of increasing the interactivity of the audience of the media community in the content and technical aspects. In the course of studying intra-text and out-of-text forms of increasing interactivity within each aspect, a conclusion was made about the main conditions for the successful functioning of the media community: positioning one’s own values for the audience, building storytelling and personalized communication and etc. As a result, interactive communication in a network environment acquires obvious features in terms of a whole range of parameters that distinguish it from linear communication: psychological dynamics, semiotic specialization, social distance and others. All these parameters stimulate the creation of a common field of communication and form media communities, which subsequently turn into real ones, which confirms the authors’ conviction that the network environment is a favorable platform for the formation of a community.

Askush nuk di ta thotë me saktësi, se kur i lindi ideja Mit’hat Frashërit, i quajtur “Lumo Skëndo”, për themelimin e Institutit Albanologjik. Gjithçka u mësua vetëm kur ai e tha me zë të lartë. Ishte 4 marsi i vitit 1929, kur e la me testament gjithë pasurinë e vet, të tundshme dhe të patundshme, për ngritjen e një Instituti Albanologjik, që do t’i bënte nder Shqipërisë. Dhe këtë gjë e bëri në heshtje, pa zhurmë e bujë. Ndoshta kjo dëshirë zuri fill që nga fëmijëria e tij. Ai lindi më 25 mars 1880, në qytetin e bukur të Janinës. Që kur ishte i vogël, e pa veten mes librash të shumtë e të mrekullueshëm. Ndërsa rritej, shtonte gjithnjë e më tepër numrin e tyre. Biblioteka e tij u bë e madhe, nga më të pasurat e familjeve shqiptare dhe quhej “Biblioteka e Frashërllinjve”. Kur mbërriti në Shqipëri, numri i librave ishte disa mijëra. Në vitin 1938, biblioteka e Lumo Skëndos numëronte rreth 20000 volume të shkruara në frëngjisht, anglisht, gjermanisht, italisht, greqisht, turqisht, shqip etj. Kishte dhe shumë libra që dikur kishin qenë pjesë e bibliotekave të arqidukës Ferdinand të Austrisë, të mbretit Kostandin të Greqisë, të Napoleon Bonapartit, të sulltanëve, të Mahmut pashë Shkodrës etj. Zotëronte edhe 200 dorëshkrime, disa prej tyre të albanologëve, pa llogaritur koleksionet e gazetave e revistave në gjuhë të huaja dhe shqip, dokumente të tjera të ruajtura me kujdes, zëdhënie, lajmërime, afishe etj., të shtypura ose të shkruara me dorë. Gjithçka që ekzistonte në bibliotekën e tij madhështore, kishte të bënte kryesisht me albanologjinë, ballkanologjinë dhe kombin shqiptar. Lumo Skëndos i pëlqente të fliste edhe për shkrimet më të vjetra të gjuhës shqipe që ishin zbuluar deri atehere, Katedrat e gjuhës shqipe nëpër botë, si edhe për libra dhe dorëshkrime të humbura.

Résumé :

Nowadays, an anaerobic filter is used in treating various wastewaters that is more effective for denitrification and organic removal. The Anaerobic Filter with Inoculum, Soft and Hard Packing Medium (AFISH) and Double-Filling Aerobic Baffle (DFAB) reactors were continuously operated for 120 days with a short Hydraulic Retention Time (HRT) in the range of 1 and 2 days at an Organic Loading Rate (OLR) of 0.58 and 1.08 gCOD/(l.d) by daily feeding the influent Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) concentration between 1169 and 250 mg/l. After treating the sample wastewater in the new AFISH reactor, the effluent flowed into the DFAB reactor for further treatment to determine the treatment effectiveness of the novel AFISH and DFAB reactors at a short HRT of 1 to 2 days. The influent COD was reduced to 376 mg/l to 250 mg/l in a novel AFISH effluent and further dropped to 220 mg/l to 102 mg/l following DFAB reactor treatment. The COD removal in the AFISH reactor was around 67% when HRT was about 1 day, and a high COD value of 78% was removed during the HRT of 2 days, while in the DFAB reactor, the capability of treatment reached between 40% and 57% of the COD removed at the HRT of 1 and 2 days. The concentration of NH4-N in the effluent of the novel AFISH reactor was significantly lower than the effluent of the DFAB reactor, with NH4-N concentrations ranging from 157 mg/l to 330 mg/l. However, the treatment of vegetable bio-slurry from the Internal Circulation (IC) reactor by the novel AFISH and DFAB reactors satisfied the secondary wastewater discharge standard in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard. Therefore, this novel process is one method beneficial for current and further research development that can be applied for industrial wastewater treatment processing and provides science information to those interested in research in the future.

Tekst jest próbą interpretacji afisza teatralnego do sztuki Raymonda Roussela "Impressions d'Afrique" w świetle eksperymentalnej twórczości autora oraz kolonialnych stereotypów z początku XX wieku. Afisz wchodzi z tymi dwoma kontekstami w dwa różne, dysonansowe i komplementarne dialogi, które podważają jednoznaczny charakter przedstawienia i kwestionują jego realizm. Powieść Roussela, sztuka na jej podstawie oraz reklamujący ją afisz prowadzą ironiczną grę z kolonialną tradycją i ujawniają w niej swój dekonstrukcyjny potencjał.

The compelling need for establishing the identity of a person is becoming critical in our vastly interconnected society. Biometrics is beginning to gain wide acceptance as a legitimate method for determining an individual’s identity in India. Minutiae features extracted from fingerprint images are widely used for automated fingerprint recognition. The conformance of minutiae templates to standardized data interchange formats and the interoperability of minutiae extraction and comparison subsystems from multiple suppliers are important to prevent proprietary lock-in. Further, just by achieving vendor-neutral fingerprint biometric templates, doesn’t guarantee seamless integration and exchange of information amongst different government agencies in India, viz., Aadhaar-enabled citizen services/applications, Seafarers' Identity Cards (ILO-SID) of DG Shipping, State-police AFISs (Automated Fingerprint Identification Systems) etc. One of the key reasons to this interoperability issue is the existence of multiple international standards for generation of minutiae-based fingerprint templates, which are primarily not interoperable. This paper focuses on conformance and interoperability issues that are likely to arise at the time of integration of such virtually isolated govt. agencies, specifically, in applications like, conducting nation-wide criminal background checks, de-duplication of data, etc. The paper further proposes viable solutions to address these issues.
